Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's Process Architecture pillar designs how operations should work. This role builds what that looks like in practice.
You'll use modern AI-assisted development tools, Cursor, Claude Code, n8n, and LLM APIs, to rapidly prototype and ship internal tools that eliminate manual effort across our operational teams. Your primary customers are Disputes, Due Diligence, and Transaction Monitoring: high-volume, high-stakes teams where the right automation meaningfully reduces analyst burden and improves decision quality.
You'll move fast. You'll take processes that currently live in spreadsheets and manual case queues and turn them into something that mostly runs itself. Process Architects redesign how work flows; you make the new flow real.
What You'll Do
- Use AI-assisted development (Cursor, Claude Code) to prototype and ship tools for operational teams - fast.
- Build workflow automations that connect case management systems, document stores, APIs, and LLMs into end-to-end pipelines
- Create analyst-facing interfaces, triage tools, summary generators using self-built applications, Retool, or similar.
- Apply LLMs where they reduce cognitive load: classification, case summarisation, structured extraction, decision support.
- Embed with Disputes, CDD, Periodic Review, and Transaction Monitoring to learn how analysts actually work - not how the process doc says they do.
- Translate vague pain points i.e "this part takes forever" into shipped tools in days or weeks, not quarters.
- Demo early, iterate based on what analysts actually use versus ignore.
- Treat every tool as a product: instrument usage, capture feedback, measure time saved or quality gained.
- Document what you build and share reusable patterns so good ideas compound.
What We're Looking For
We care more about what you've built and how you think than years of experience or formal credentials.
Must-haves
- You've used Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar to build something real, a script, a tool, a side project, that solved an actual problem. Not just tutorials
- Comfortable in Python, or willing to be within weeks.
- Basic API fluency: you can read a doc, make a request, parse the response, and chain a few calls
- Familiarity with at least one LLM API. You've written a prompt, gotten structured output back, and understood why it sometimes goes wrong
- Bias to ship - you'd rather get a rough version in front of users on Friday than a polished version in three weeks
- Curiosity. You're the kind of person who opens the hood - you want to understand how things work, not just use them
Nice-to-haves
- Workflow automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make)
- Retool, Gradio, or similar lightweight UI frameworks
- Git, basic SQL, or comfort with JSON/CSV at scale
- Exposure to payments, fraud, compliance, or risk operations - even tangentially
- A portfolio, GitHub, or demo you can walk us through

This is a pure hunter role for a senior sales professional who already has an active network of potential clients and knows how to turn relationships into complex, high-value B2B opportunities.
You will focus on two core areas: Cloud Infrastructure and Web Security, working with digital-native companies that require scalable, high-performance, and secure technology infrastructure.
The position is remote, and the candidate's location is flexible. What matters most is an active and relevant client network across European markets.
Your future tasks:
Drive new business acquisition across European markets
Develop sales opportunities within digital-native industries, including gaming, gambling, fintech, and IT
Leverage your existing professional network to identify and engage potential customers
Proactively build your own pipeline rather than relying primarily on inbound leads
Sell solutions across Cloud Infrastructure and Web Security
Identify customer infrastructure, performance, scalability, and security needs and translate them into relevant technology solutions
Build relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders within target accounts
Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from initial contact and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closing
Develop and manage complex opportunities with an average sales cycle of approximately 2-4 months
Build a sustainable pipeline of high-value opportunities and take ownership of individual sales targets
Focus on profitable business growth and understand the commercial performance of deals, including Gross Profit (GP)
Develop long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for recurring business and renewals
Maintain ownership of your pipeline and sales activities with a high degree of independence
Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to develop solutions that meet client requirements
Requirements
Proven senior-level experience in B2B technology sales and new business development
Strong hunter sales background with demonstrated success proactively generating and closing new business
An active and established client network across European markets - this is a key requirement for the role
Existing relationships with decision-makers within digital-native companies, particularly in gaming, gambling, fintech, IT, or adjacent industries
Proven ability to generate significant Gross Profit, ideally with a track record around $500K+ GP annually or a comparable level of sales performance
Experience selling Cloud Infrastructure, Web Security, cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, or related technology solutions
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and/or web security solutions
Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles of 2+ months
Proven ability to independently source opportunities, build a pipeline, negotiate, and close high-value deals
Experience working with large commercial opportunities and senior-level decision-makers
Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of Gross Profit rather than revenue alone
Ability to build long-term client relationships and develop recurring business
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Fluent English and proven experience working with European clients in English
Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage your own pipeline and priorities without close supervision
Comfortable working independently in a remote international environment
Willingness to work under a B2B contract
Will be an advantage:
Direct sales experience with Google Cloud and/or Cloudflare solutions
Existing client network specifically within the gaming or gambling industry
Experience selling to fintech and other high-growth digital-native companies
Experience with recurring revenue models, subscriptions, managed services, or other long-term technology contracts
Strong understanding of cloud migration, infrastructure optimization, web performance, and cybersecurity
Experience selling through technology partnerships or within an IT integrator environment
Track record of closing high-value technology deals with long-term commercial potential
Benefits
Remote work format with flexibility regarding your location
Opportunity to develop business across multiple European markets
High level of autonomy and ownership over your client portfolio and sales pipeline
Opportunity to work with leading technologies in cloud infrastructure and web security
Exposure to fast-growing digital-native industries, including gaming, gambling, fintech, and IT
Opportunity to leverage your existing network while building long-term relationships with high-value clients
Strong focus on recurring business, allowing successful client relationships to generate value over multiple years

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
We are hiring a Sourcing Manager, Technology Services to join our high-performing procurement team! In this position, you will champion sourcing, contracting, and supplier management for Technology & Digital Services throughout Hasbro, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliated entities, including Wizards of the Coast, LLC — handling an expansive, multi-entity portfolio covering SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, hardware, network, data centers, security tools, managed services, and IT professional services.
You will work closely with Technology, Legal, Finance, and business partners across the enterprise to deliver outcomes that optimize speed, risk, and value. We adopt change, think big, and believe procurement is a strategic function — not just a back-office one. In this role, you will handle the entire sourcing process for Technology & Digital Services — from RFQs and RFPs through supplier assessment, negotiation, and contract finalization — while owning the full contract lifecycle, including renewal planning, auto-renewal management, risk identification, and compliance monitoring. Partnering with IT Security, Data Privacy, and Enterprise Architecture ensures every vendor meets our compliance and risk standards before contract execution.
On the commercial side, negotiating favorable terms — unit pricing, volume discounts, renewal price caps, payment terms, and SLA protections — goes hand in hand with capturing and reporting savings, cost avoidance, and working capital benefits through Hasbro's procurement savings framework. Spend data, market benchmarks, and vendor intelligence inform strategy and drive favorable pricing decisions across the portfolio. Your expertise in procurement will be crucial in driving outstanding results and flawless management of all sourcing activities. You will bring a proven track record of success and the ability to compete in a dynamic environment. You will Build structured Supplier Relationship Management programs that drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement and champion sourcing processes and governance frameworks that scale across our enterprise.
Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.
A Day in the Life of a Sourcing Manager, Technology Services:
Deliver measurable procurement value through structured sourcing execution, cost optimization, and supplier performance management
Track and report efficiency using measurable savings and cost avoidance metrics to tell the complete value story
Balance speed, quality, and risk to meet business objectives without compromising governance
Collaborate & Influence
Build strong connections with cross-functional collaborators across creative, technology, legal, and finance teams
Influence without authority by bringing insight, structure, and solutions to sophisticated business needs
Lead with Integrity
Operate with clarity and accountability in all sourcing and contracting activities, collaborating with suppliers in a mutually beneficial manner
Maintain Hasbro’s ethical standards, financial controls, and governance expectations
Think Strategically
Employ market data and spend analysis to formulate and carry out sourcing strategies with collaborators
Anticipate risks and opportunities to support balanced business growth
Adopt Innovation & Change
Champion the improvement of procurement approaches
Bring forward fresh insights, tools, and techniques to refine the sourcing and management of Technology & Digital services
Develop Self & Others
Demonstrate continuous learning and professional growth
Share knowledge, mentor peers, and contribute to building procurement capability across the organization
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
5–7 years of procurement or category management experience concentrating on Technology & Digital Services categories — including software, SaaS, cloud, managed services, or IT professional services
Demonstrated knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Software Development Processes, and Information Security and Data Privacy considerations in vendor selection and contracting
Proven experience leading sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and varied collaborator engagement across multiple business units or legal entities
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with experience using spend data and market benchmarks to drive sourcing decisions
Ability to handle competing priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with procurement platforms, contract lifecycle management systems, and spend analysis preferred
Familiarity with vendor risk management processes and tools preferred

What you’ll do:
Lead the IT Operations team and its lead: set priorities and service levels, with a clear split between run and build work
Own service desk performance, request and incident handling, and team member satisfaction
Own endpoint and device management, including OS and software update policy, balancing compliance against minimal disruption to people’s work
Own identity, SSO, access provisioning and offboarding as a single, auditable control point, and automate joiner, mover and leaver processes and other repeatable IT work
Act as the accountable owner of the ERP platform, including system configuration, workflow design and ongoing maintenance. If vendor selection is still open when you join, lead its final stages with stakeholders to confirm scope, modules and implementation approach
Own the design of core ERP configuration areas such as financial consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, master data, and integration with adjacent systems
Manage the ERP implementation partner or systems integrator, holding them to scope, quality, timeline and budget

Document system configuration, data flows and integration points so no single person is a dependency
Own IT general controls, segregation of duties design and monitoring, and audit evidence for corporate systems, supporting compliance certification and SOX-style financial controls where they apply

Build the Enterprise Applications team: define roles, then hire and develop the first leads (2 to 3 additional hires expected over time)

Own vendor, licence and SaaS renewal management for in-scope systems, consolidating duplicate tools and spend, along with Enterprise IT’s budget and headcount plan
Lead the change from function-owned tools to centrally governed systems without taking process ownership away from the business, and act as a trusted advisor to leadership on application strategy, cost and risk
Must-haves:
Senior leadership of an IT or enterprise applications function in a scaling business, including managing managers
Led our ERP implementation from the owner’s side, including managing a systems integrator
Owned a business system end to end (configuration, support and continuous improvement), rather than only overseeing third parties

Experience building and operating IT controls (ITGC, SoD, audit) in a finance-critical environment

Strong commercial and vendor management skills
Strong communicator who can translate between technical configuration detail and business outcomes
Pragmatic about control: balances compliance with team member experience, without blocking people or pushing them into workarounds

Experience building or growing a small technology team, including hiring and role design
Experience deploying AI tooling across corporate functions
Experience leading remote or distributed teams
Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth or newly scaling business
