About inKind
inKind is transforming the way restaurants access growth capital and build relationships with their guests. Sitting at the intersection of hospitality, fintech, consumer technology, and loyalty, our platform helps restaurant operators grow while giving consumers a better way to discover, experience, and engage with restaurants.
We are entering our next stage of growth, and our ambition is significant: to establish inKind as the market-leading brand in dining and become one of the most recognized and relevant consumer brands in hospitality.
We're looking for a VP of Marketing who has experienced hyper-scale before - someone who understands what it takes to take a rapidly growing company and turn it into a category-defining, nationally recognized brand.
Role Summary
The VP of Marketing will own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of inKind's marketing function across growth, brand, lifecycle, acquisition, retention, content, partnerships, and product marketing.
This is a critical leadership role for the next stage of inKind's growth. We want someone who has seen and helped lead hyper-scale firsthand and understands how the marketing strategy, organization, channels, brand, technology, and operating model need to evolve as a company moves from high growth to true market leadership.
Your mandate is bigger than generating leads or running campaigns. You will help turn inKind into a market-leading consumer brand, creating the awareness, affinity, customer growth, and engagement required to make inKind synonymous with discovering and experiencing great restaurants.
This is not a role for someone who wants to operate purely at the strategy level. You will set the vision while remaining deeply involved in execution - understanding how channels perform, how consumers behave, where the funnel can improve, what the brand stands for, and where we should place our next bet.
You will combine brand building with commercial performance, ensuring every marketing investment contributes to sustainable growth and long-term brand equity.
What You'll Own
Hyper-Scale Growth
Build the marketing strategy required to drive inKind through its next paradigm of rapid growth.
Bring firsthand experience of what changes when a business moves from growth into hyper-growth - from channels and organizational structure to processes, technology, measurement, and brand investment.
Identify the growth engines capable of taking inKind from today's scale to the next order of magnitude.
Build repeatable, scalable acquisition and engagement models rather than relying on isolated campaigns.
Anticipate the capabilities, talent, systems, and infrastructure Marketing will need before growth creates the requirement.
Balance aggressive growth with disciplined economics and sustainable customer value.
Growth & Customer Acquisition
Own the overall strategy for consumer growth, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Build and continuously optimize a diversified acquisition strategy across paid, organic, referral, partnership, local, and emerging channels.
Establish clear performance expectations across the marketing funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversion at every stage.
Own key growth metrics including CAC, conversion, activation, retention, repeat behavior, frequency, and LTV.
Develop scalable growth loops that leverage inKind's restaurant network, consumers, partners, and product.
Test aggressively, learn quickly, and scale what works.
Build a Market-Leading Brand
Own the ambition of transforming inKind from a rapidly growing company into a nationally recognized, market-leading consumer brand.
Define and evolve the inKind brand strategy, positioning, voice, and creative direction.
Establish a clear point of view on what inKind should stand for in the minds of consumers.
Build awareness, consideration, preference, and affinity at scale.
Develop breakthrough campaigns and brand moments capable of expanding inKind beyond its existing audience.
Build a brand that consumers actively recognize, trust, talk about, and want to engage with.
Ensure brand investment and growth marketing work together rather than operating as separate disciplines.
Identify opportunities for inKind to define and lead its category.
Establish consistent and distinctive brand experiences across product, digital, social, restaurant, partnership, experiential, and corporate touchpoints.
Lifecycle, CRM & Retention
Own lifecycle marketing across the complete customer journey.
Develop sophisticated segmentation and personalization strategies based on customer behavior and data.
Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, frequency, reactivation, and retention.
Drive continuous experimentation across messaging, offers, timing, channels, and customer segments.
Partner with Product and Data to identify behavioral signals and turn them into actionable marketing programs.
Ensure lifecycle marketing becomes a meaningful driver of customer LTV and sustainable growth.
Optimization & Analytics
Build a marketing organization where data drives decisions.
Establish clear dashboards and KPIs across channels, campaigns, customer segments, brand health, and the overall marketing funnel.
Regularly analyze performance and identify where resources should be increased, reduced, or redirected.
Develop a rigorous testing framework across creative, audience, channel, offer, landing page, and customer experience.
Understand not simply what happened, but why it happened and what we should do next.
Translate marketing performance and consumer behavior into clear recommendations for Executive Leadership.
Create the measurement frameworks necessary to understand both short-term performance marketing and long-term brand impact.
Product & Partner Marketing
Partner closely with Product to ensure customer insights influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Develop positioning and go-to-market plans for new products, capabilities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
Create programs that simultaneously drive value for
consumers, restaurant partners, and inKind
.
Ensure major launches have clear audiences, messaging, distribution strategies, and measurable success criteria.
Identify opportunities where product capabilities themselves can become powerful acquisition, engagement, and brand-building mechanisms.
Marketing Leadership & Execution
Set the overall marketing strategy while remaining close to the work.
Build, lead, coach, and scale a high-performing marketing organization capable of operating in a hyper-growth environment.
Determine what the marketing organization needs to look like at 2x, 5x, and 10x today's scale.
Establish clear ownership, priorities, goals, and accountability across the team.
Evaluate the existing marketing organization, capabilities, agencies, technology, processes, and investment strategy and determine what needs to evolve.
Manage marketing investment with a strong focus on incremental impact, scalability, and ROI.
Move comfortably between executive-level strategy and detailed campaign, creative, channel, or performance discussions.
Create a culture of experimentation, urgency, creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
You've seen hyper-scale:
You have operated inside a company during a period of exceptional growth and understand what needs to change as the organization scales.
You've built brands, not just campaigns:
You understand how a growing company becomes a recognizable, differentiated, market-leading brand.
Strategic and hands-on:
You can build a multi-year marketing strategy and dive into campaign performance the same day.
Commercially minded:
You think about marketing through the lens of revenue, growth, customer behavior, market share, and enterprise value.
Brand + Growth:
You believe exceptional brand building and measurable performance should reinforce each other.
Data-driven:
You're comfortable interrogating dashboards, funnels, cohorts, CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, and channel performance.
Customer obsessed:
You have a deep curiosity about why consumers behave the way they do and what creates genuine brand affinity.
Highly experimental:
You naturally think in hypotheses, tests, results, and iteration.
Builder mentality:
You're energized by building the organization and capabilities required for the next stage rather than simply managing what already exists.
High agency:
When you identify an opportunity or problem, you take ownership and move quickly.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant senior leadership responsibility.
Firsthand experience operating through hyper-growth or hyper-scale, ideally within a business that achieved significant national consumer adoption.
Demonstrated experience helping transform a growing company into a market-leading or category-defining brand.
Experience within a high-growth consumer, marketplace, fintech, hospitality, loyalty, e-commerce, or technology business.
Demonstrated success scaling consumer acquisition and retention.
Strong experience across growth marketing, brand, lifecycle/CRM, customer segmentation, and performance optimization.
Proven ability to build and scale high-performing marketing organizations.
Strong analytical capabilities and experience using customer and performance data to drive decisions.
Experience managing significant marketing investments and evaluating channel-level ROI.
Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will have:
Established a clear strategy for taking inKind from high growth toward true market leadership.
Significantly increased awareness and consideration of the inKind brand.
Created a clear and differentiated position for inKind within the market.
Built scalable acquisition engines capable of supporting the company's next stage of growth.
Improved customer acquisition efficiency and funnel conversion.
Increased customer activation, engagement, frequency, retention, and LTV.
Strengthened lifecycle, personalization, and customer segmentation capabilities.
Established clear marketing and brand dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and performance accountability.
Built the team, systems, processes, and capabilities required to support hyper-scale.
Created stronger integration between Marketing, Product, Data, and commercial teams.
Put inKind firmly on the path to becoming the market-leading consumer brand in its category.
Why inKind
This is an opportunity to join inKind at an inflection point.
The foundations have been built. The business is scaling rapidly. The opportunity now is to take that momentum and build a brand with national awareness, significant consumer relevance, and category leadership.
We're looking for someone who has experienced that journey before and wants to help do it again—this time with the opportunity to shape the strategy, organization, brand, and growth engine behind it.
You'll have the opportunity to build a marketing organization and brand capable of defining the next stage of inKind's growth - and ultimately help make inKind synonymous with how people discover and experience restaurants.
Who we are:
inKind connects passionate diners with exceptional restaurants across the country. inKind partners with thousands of restaurants and has millions of users who want to discover great places, dine confidently, and earn meaningful rewards.
Through the inKind app, guests earn 20% back every time they dine, turning everyday meals into something more rewarding. Rooted in hospitality and built on a win-win philosophy, inKind exists to help great restaurants thrive while inspiring guests to dine out more often. Every meal creates value on both sides of the table, empowering diners to savor more while strengthening the restaurant community.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role:
The Encodings Infra team maintains the libraries that engineers and researchers across Anthropic use to encode text and multimodal data into a form that Claude can consume. It also determines Claude’s prompt shape: how a user’s turn is represented to the model, how Claude calls tools and receives tool results, and so on.
As a Software Engineer on this team, you'll own the design and maintenance of these libraries—keeping their APIs intuitive, their performance sharp, and their abstractions solid enough that most of the org never has to think about encodings or prompt structures at all. You’ll have the satisfaction of knowing that your work enabled Claude to learn new ways of understanding the world.
This role is unusually broad: your work will touch systems across the codebase, from pretraining to finetuning to the API, and you'll collaborate closely with both researchers and engineers to make sure new encoding ideas can move quickly from experiment to production.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve the encoding libraries used by engineers and researchers across Anthropic
Run experiments to determine the optimal way to feed structured data into Claude without confusing it
Design data structures and abstractions that shield most of the organization from the details of how encoded data works while enabling “power users”
Adapt the encoding libraries to support new research directions as they emerge, and make sure that we can ship these research ideas to production
Optimize encoding performance across the systems that depend on these libraries
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 5+ years of software engineering experience, with meaningful time spent maintaining libraries, SDKs, or developer-facing APIs
Have familiarity with ML terminology and LLM architecture — you don't need to be an ML expert, but enough understanding to work effectively alongside researchers and understand the results of experiments
Have experience carrying out complex refactors in large codebases
Have strong communication skills and enjoy working closely with researchers and engineers to understand what they need
Are results-oriented, with a bias towards flexibility and impact
Pick up slack, even if it goes outside your job description
Care about the societal impacts of your work
Strong candidates may also have experience with:
Tokenizers or other text/data encoding systems
Maintaining a widely-used library over a long period of time
Performance optimization
Python and/or Rust
Reinforcement learning or model training infrastructure
Representative projects:
Working with a research team to ship a new multimodal data type (audio, video, etc) to production
Redesigning a core abstraction so that we can change how data is encoded into Claude without breaking downstream teams
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
Guidance on Candidates' AI Usage:
Learn about
our policy
for using AI in our application process.
Anthropic Fellows Program is designed to foster AI research and engineering talent by providing funding and mentorship to promising technical talent regardless of previous experience. Fellows primarily use external infrastructure such as open-source models and public APIs to work on empirical projects aligned with Anthropic's research priorities, aiming to produce public outputs like paper submissions. The program runs for 4 months full-time, with a weekly stipend of 3,850 USD / 2,310 GBP / 4,300 CAD plus benefits and funding for compute (~$15k/month) and other research expenses. Fellows receive direct mentorship from Anthropic researchers, access to shared workspaces in Berkeley, California or London, UK, and connection to the broader AI safety and security research community.
Interview process includes initial application and reference check, technical assessments and interviews, and a research discussion. Candidates are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every qualification. The program values diversity and representation.
Fellows workstreams include AI Safety Fellows, AI Security Fellows, ML Systems & Performance Fellows, Reinforcement Learning Fellows, and The Anthropic Institute Fellows (Economics & Policy). Candidates may be considered for all workstreams by default and can specify preferences.
General candidate criteria: motivated by AI safety and societal benefit, strong technical background in computer science, mathematics, or physics, ability to implement ideas quickly and communicate clearly, fluent in Python, and available full-time for the program.
AI Safety Fellows focus on research areas such as scalable oversight, adversarial robustness and AI control, model organisms, mechanistic interpretability, and AI welfare. Mentors include Sam Bowman, Sara Price, Alex Tamkin, and others. Candidates with experience in empirical ML research, large language models, and open-source contributions are a good fit.
AI Security Fellows focus on reducing catastrophic risks from advanced AI systems, with mentors like Nicholas Carlini and Keri Warr. Candidates with experience in pentesting, vulnerability research, offensive security, CVE reporting, bug bounties, and empirical ML research are preferred.
Logistics: applicants must have work authorization and be located in the US, UK, or Canada during the program. Shared workspaces are available in London and Berkeley, with remote options in these countries. Visa sponsorship is not provided. The program duration is 4 months full-time, with possible extensions. Strong performance may lead to full-time offers at Anthropic, though not guaranteed.
Applications are currently closed and will be updated when reopened. The program is managed by Constellation recruiting partner. The description includes policies for full-time roles which do not apply to the Fellows Program.

Workplace: Remote
ClickHouse is hiring a Sr. Manager, Global Workplaces to build our workplace function from the ground up. This is a foundational role: there is no existing playbook to inherit, so you'll help design the policies, standards, and operating model that will support ClickHouse's workplace experience as we grow. You'll be responsible for a small but growing footprint of offices across multiple regions, and you'll need to balance our remote-first philosophy with the reality that in-person environments matter — for teams, culture, and moments that are hard to replicate over video.
This role reports to the Head of Procurement and will partner closely with People, IT, Security, Finance, and regional leaders. You should be comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by building something new rather than maintaining something established.
What You Will Do:
• Workplace Function Build-Out: Design and stand up ClickHouse's global workplace function from scratch, including policies, standards, playbooks, and operating processes that can flex across regions and scale as we grow.
• Global Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations for ClickHouse's small offices across multiple regions, ensuring a consistent standard of experience while adapting to local norms, labor requirements, and regulations.
• Remote-First, In-Person-Enabled Strategy: Develop a workplace strategy that reflects our remote-first culture while creating high-value in-person environments — team hubs, offsites, and gathering spaces— that strengthen collaboration and connection.
• New Office Setup & Space Planning: Lead site selection, buildout, and launch of new small offices as ClickHouse expands into new regions, in partnership with Procurement, Finance, and Legal.
• Vendor & Facilities Management: Own vendor relationships across regions — broker, landlords, building management, facilities, food and beverage, and events — working closely with Procurement on sourcing and contract negotiation.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with People, IT, Security, and Finance on space planning,
onboarding logistics, workplace technology, and headcount-driven capacity planning across regions.
• Budget Ownership: Own the global workplace budget, track spend across regions, and identify
opportunities to optimize cost without compromising the employee experience.
• Policy & Process Development: Create scalable, well-documented workplace policies — health and safety, visitor management, workplace security, and office access — adaptable across jurisdictions.
• Events & Team Connection: Support company gatherings that reinforce culture and connection across a distributed team.
• Point of Contact & Escalations: Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related issues and emergencies across regions and time zones, establishing clear escalation protocols.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
• 7+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, corporate real estate, or global office operations, ideally including experience building a workplace function or program from the ground up.
• Experience supporting a globally distributed organization with multiple small offices across regions, and an understanding of the operational and regulatory differences that come with that footprint.
• Genuine enthusiasm for remote-first ways of working, paired with an appreciation for why in-person environments matter to teams — and the judgment to know when and how to invest in each.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience, with comfort partnering closely with a Procurement function.
• Experience managing a budget, with a track record of finding operational efficiencies.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with People, IT, Security, and Finance teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating autonomously in a role with significant ownership and limited existing infrastructure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the cultural fluency to work effectively across regions, time zones, and languages.
• Based in the Americas or EMEA, with the flexibility to travel to regional offices as needed.
Nice to Have:
• Experience negotiating international leases or managing office buildouts outside your home country.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and workplace compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience designing workplace programs specifically for hybrid or remote-first organizations (e.g., home office stipends, co-working allowances, hub-based gathering strategies).
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.

Chainalysis is hiring a Senior Manager, Talent Management & Organizational Development to own the programs, processes, and resources that drive talent quality across the company. You will report to the VP of People.
This is a high-impact IC role. Some foundations are already in place. A performance review cycle runs today, and your job is to assess it, sharpen it, and raise the bar on how ratings, calibration, and reviews work in practice. Other programs, to support top talent development do not exist and this role has an opportunity to create lasting programs from scratch. In both cases, you will present recommendations to the People Leadership Team, get alignment on direction, and then execute.
A core part of this role is making other people effective. You will create the playbooks, toolkits, and training that HR Business Partners and people managers at every level need to run great talent processes without heavy central support. You build the content. You run delivery. You measure whether it lands.
The right person brings strong practices from a consulting background or a large, well-structured organization, but does not try to copy-paste them. Chainalysis is a growth-stage company where priorities shift, ambiguity is normal, and the ability to adapt matters more than a perfect framework. You work iteratively, move fast, and stay grounded in data.
In this role, you’ll:
- Evaluate and improve the existing performance review cycle, including goal setting, mid-year check-ins, annual reviews, ratings, and calibration.
- Build the supporting materials (manager guides, calibration toolkits, talking points, FAQs) that make the process work at all levels.
- Partner with People Analytics to track completion rates, rating distributions, and other indicators of process health. Use data to drive cycle-over-cycle improvement.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure that the organization has a high talent delivery model.
- Build the succession planning program for critical roles: readiness assessments, development plans, and pipeline visibility for leadership, including designing and running the organization’s talent mapping process, assessment methodology (9-box or equivalent), criteria, and cadence.
- Create the frameworks that make talent conversations consistent, data-informed, and actionable across business units.
- Identify frameworks to address retention risks for high-impact contributors and recommend targeted interventions. Work with HRBPs and business leaders to roll out and integrate into ongoing talent conversations.
- Develop the content library that HRBPs need to operate as strategic talent advisors: playbooks, templates, facilitation guides, and one-pagers.
- Create enablement resources for people managers at all levels: how to set goals, give feedback, run development conversations, assess talent, and navigate the review cycle.
- Run train-the-trainer sessions, workshops, and office hours to build capability across HRBPs and managers.
- Translate talent strategy into practical tools people can use independently.
- Pick up L&D programming where it connects to talent and performance outcomes: leadership development, manager effectiveness, and high-potential acceleration.
- Identify capability gaps through performance data, engagement results, and business priorities. Recommend targeted interventions.
- Partner with external vendors and internal subject matter experts to curate or build development content where gaps exist.
- Advise on team effectiveness, organizational design, and change management as the company scales.
- Bring an OD lens to talent programs to make sure they reinforce the culture and operating model Chainalysis is building.
- Bring data, options, and clear recommendations to the People Leadership Team for key decisions on talent philosophy, program design, and process changes.
- Facilitate discussions that lead to aligned decisions. Then own the execution.
- Keep PLT informed on program outcomes, risks, and what is and is not working.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- 5-8 years in talent management and organizational development with meaningful time spent building or redesigning talent programs (not only administering existing ones). You may have led or been part of an L&D organization, but if you are principally a training designer or facilitator, this role will not be a fit.
- Critical thinking: you review, assess, and define based on first principles. You are curiosity-led and self-directed, anticipating the organization’s needs versus waiting to have them defined for you.
- Building with agility: you are comfortable with ambiguity. You can take a vague problem, structure it, propose a path forward, and ship something useful before you have every answer. You work iteratively. You ship a minimum viable version, gather feedback, and improve. When priorities shift, you adjust without losing momentum.
- Enablement driven: you think about adoption, not just design. You have a track record in adult-learning and programs that flex to the audience. When you build something, you build the training, the resources, and the feedback loop that make it relevant and sticky.
- Metrics orientation: you default to measuring outcomes. You are comfortable with people analytics, dashboards, and making a case with data. You create with data and AI as tools, not the other way around.
- Communication: clear, direct communicator. You can present options to a leadership team, facilitate a calibration session, and write a one-page toolkit with equal skill.
- Workday fluency: experience working in Workday for talent and performance processes.
Nice to have experience:
- Background in human capital management consulting (EY, Deloitte, or comparable) and/or OD design at talent dense organizations who have scaled.
- Experience at a technology company during a period of rapid growth or organizational change.
- Coaching certification, OD certification, or advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Familiarity with succession planning, including talent assessment, career pathing frameworks, and competency models (e.g. 9-box).
- Track record of using AI-enabled authoring tools in enablement and curriculum development.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis
