If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
• 8+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales strategy and operations within Business-to-Business (B2B) software, including 3+ years leading teams.

• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior Sales leaders, communicate clearly, and influence decisions using sound judgment and data.
• Experience hiring, developing, and coaching strong sales or revenue operations leaders.
• Experience using Salesforce and artificial intelligence (AI) to improve forecasting, pipeline management, or sales productivity.
What you can expect:
• Partner with Sales leaders to set quarterly priorities, align hiring plans and trade-offs, and create recovery plans when teams fall behind.
• Establish consistent global standards for forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Develop independent forecasts for each team, lead large-deal reviews, and turn insights into clear decisions.
• Improve sales productivity through stronger coverage, faster ramping, and effective support from solution engineering and Privileged Access specialists.
• Lead the use of AI in forecasting and pipeline work, helping managers reinvest time saved into selling and coaching.
• Run annual planning with Sales Strategy and Planning and Enablement so that teams begin each year with clear territories and quotas.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global field sales operations team.

The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp's Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team is looking for a senior investigator ready to shift from running cases to scaling the systems that run cases. You've built real depth in TM Alerts, AML Investigations, Complex Fraud, and EDD Reviews; you know what a good escalation looks like, where analysts get stuck, and where automation actually holds up in production versus just looks good in a demo. In this role, you'll spend most of your time partnering with Engineering and the Head of FCC Tooling to turn that judgment into scaled AI systems: testing model outputs, labeling and calibrating results, and making sure every automated decision point is well-documented and properly governed. You'll stay close enough to FCC's day-to-day workflows and will partake in some of them, but this is fundamentally a builder role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner directly with Engineering and the Head of FCC Tooling on automation experimentation and AI initiatives across TM, sanctions, complex fraud, and EDD, moving prototypes from one-off calibration exercises to defined, repeatable evaluation processes.
- Design and run labeling and tagging workflows for model outputs (e.g., TM alert dispositions, sanctions/PEP hit review) building a structured, documented pipeline in place of today's ad hoc process
- Define and maintain test sets, scenario coverage, and evaluation frameworks for compliance AI/agent tools in partnership with the engineers building them
- Own the documentation and governance layer for every automated or AI-assisted decision point
- Work with the FCC team to understand current workflows to guide innovative solutions
- Recommend automation and AI adoption decisions with evidence and escalate control-posture or model-risk trade-offs to compliance leadership
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of financial services experience in compliance, AML, or related regulatory advisory roles, preferably in fintech
- Demonstrated senior-investigator experience across TM Alerts, AML Investigations, Complex Fraud, and EDD Reviews
- Direct experience testing, labeling, or evaluating AI/ML model outputs, or strong aptitude and demonstrated fast ramp-up if new to formal model evaluation
- Strong AI fluency and data analytics skills
- Comfort partnering with engineers day-to-day and ability to translate compliance judgment into build specs, test cases, and evaluation criteria engineers can act on
- Strong project management and documentation rigor
- Ability to scope an ambiguous automation problem, choose an approach, and deliver a durable outcome with minimal oversight
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Data science background
- Experience working with outsourced testing/QA partners on model tuning or signal collection
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel

About The Role
We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager who can work across engineering, product, and business teams. You’ll bring the technical judgment to earn engineers’ trust and the ability to create clarity and momentum across complex programs. This is a hands-on role with executive visibility and direct impact on how Ramp’s engineering organization scales.
You’re energized by complexity and curious about how AI can improve the way engineering teams work. You experiment with AI tools yourself, understand how they are changing software development, and bring that perspective to the programs you lead.
What You’ll Do
- Lead large technical programs across engineering and partner teams, from infrastructure scaling to reliability and incident response.
- Connect platform and product engineering teams, keep context flowing, surface dependencies, and drive effective execution.
- Own programs from scoping and kickoff through delivery, measurement, and retrospective.
- Partner with engineering leaders on roadmaps, identify how projects overlap or depend on one another, and keep programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Help engineers, engineering managers, and partner teams communicate business and engineering priorities across the organization.
- Strengthen Ramp’s incident response program by improving processes, facilitating retrospectives, and helping teams act on what they learn.
- Help define how TPMs work at Ramp by setting standards, creating playbooks, and improving program practices.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of technical program management experience, ideally in a high-growth startup.
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, and a point of view on how they can improve day-to-day work and software development.
- The ability to execute directly while improving how the broader team works.
- A track record of building trust quickly and working effectively across teams.
- A BA/BS in computer science, engineering, information systems, analytics, or another technical or analytical field.
- Strong systems thinking: you can connect architecture, product, compliance, and timelines, and spot risks early.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs toward ambitious goals with urgency and ownership.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with cell-based or multi-region architectures, or international expansion.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure, CI/CD, or observability tools.
- Experience leading reliability programs.
- Experience building programs in rigorous, fast-moving organizations.
- A background in software engineering.
- Familiarity with how LLM-based systems are built and deployed, enough to have substantive conversations with the engineers building them.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
In West Africa, people wait for symptoms to get worse, wait months for an appointment, and depend on a health system stuck in paper and manual processes. We exist to end that wait.
Founded in 2022 in Senegal, Tanel is the first digital health insurer in francophone West Africa, operating in Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire. With 30,000+ members, a network of 1,200+ health facilities and 400+ pharmacies, and revenue multiplied by 7 in 2025, Tanel has proven real product-market fit.
In 2026, Alan, Europe's prevention-first health insurer (€950M+ revenue, 1M+ members in France, Belgium, Spain and Canada), acquired Tanel to accelerate its expansion in Africa. Together, we are building the reference health insurer in francophone West Africa, aiming for $200M in revenue by 2030.
🚀 WHY JOIN NOW?
Care is our members' first point of contact, and today it runs on the energy of a small, committed team: about 5 people across Dakar and Abidjan, answering members, HR admins and providers on WhatsApp, phone, email and the app.
What got us here will not get us to the next stage:
- Scale: our member base is set to grow several times over in the next 3 years.
- Expansion: after Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire, we plan to open new countries in the coming years.
- Integration: we are moving Care Africa onto Alan's ways of working (KPIs, rituals, playbooks) and, in 2027, onto Alan's tools and platform.
- Performance: we need to structure our KPIs: what we measure, why, and how we act on it, from response times to member satisfaction.
This is a rare chance to shape a Care organization from the ground up, with the backing of a Care Ops team that has already done it in several countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada).
⭐ THE ROLE
As Care Ops for Alan Africa, you are the most senior Care person on the ground. You do not manage the team directly: our crew lead does. You own the transformation: how the team is organized, how it grows, how it performs, and how it converges with the rest of Alan. You are part of Alan's global Care Ops team, and you bring local reality into global decisions as much as you bring global practices to Africa.
Your missions include:
1/ Design and roll out the target operating model
- Turn Alan's Care model into a version that works for Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire: how agents split their time between members and improvement work, opening hours, weekends, service levels we commit to.
- Define the team structure for the next 3 years: roles, tiers, one team or one per country.
- Set up outsourcing where it makes sense, and manage the performance of our external partners.
- Build the hiring plan with the crew lead and take part in recruitment, including final-round validation.
2/ Lead the integration with Alan
- Bring Alan's KPIs, rituals and playbooks to the local team, and make sure they stick through training and follow-up.
- Help the crew lead grow the team and coach agents into Care Experts who own improvement projects.
3/ Own operational performance, quality and tools
- Structure our KPIs and reporting: what we measure, why, and how we review it every week, including member satisfaction on WhatsApp and phone.
- Diagnose root causes behind delays, backlogs and member pain points, and turn them into concrete actions.
- Make sure our tools (ticketing, WhatsApp, phone) are set up and fully operational, and lead the transition to Alan's stack with Product, so local needs are built in.
- Provide the inputs (volumes, hours, productivity) that feed our staffing model and budget, and challenge the outputs.
4/ Be the bridge between local and global
- Represent Care Africa in Alan's Care community: share what works, raise what doesn't, contribute to global projects.
- Contribute to Care's strategic plan, for Africa and at global level.
⭐ YOU WILL EXCEL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of experience in customer service or customer experience operations, including structuring, scaling or turning around a team.
- Have led change in teams or functions you did not manage, and know how to earn buy-in rather than impose a playbook.
- Are data-fluent: you set and track the right KPIs, read and challenge an analysis, and use numbers to make decisions. You do not need to build forecasting models.
- Are fluent in French and work comfortably in English, written and spoken.
- Know the West African context and adapt your approach to the people and the market you work with.
- Are structured, autonomous and at ease with ambiguity: much is still to be defined, and you will help define it.
- Care deeply about access to healthcare and want to have a real impact on members' lives.
Strong pluses: experience in health, insurance or assistance; managing outsourcing partners; leading a CRM or tooling migration; running WhatsApp or phone-heavy support; speaking Wolof.
🎁 WHAT WE OFFER
- Permanent contract, full time, based in our Dakar office, with regular trips to Abidjan.
- A central role in a fast-growing African healthtech, backed by Alan's global Care team.
- Comprehensive health insurance through Alan for you and your family.
- All the tools you need to do your best work.
- Learning and training opportunities: a flexible policy, budgets for books and conferences.
- For this role, we are hiring within the C to E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity (pay scale to confirm).
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES
If this role excites you but you don't tick every box, we would love to hear from you. Everyone, including people from underrepresented groups, should feel free to apply: either we succeed, or we learn.

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
In this role, you will be a front-line manager to a group of Account Managers who are responsible for hunting, pitching, and expanding the existing customer base at Ramp.
You'll lead a group of 6-8 Account Managers, each carrying a book of 60-70 Enterprise customers with real latitude over how they grow it. This is a build role, not a maintain role: the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance bar you set are the ones this team runs on next year. Your ceiling is set by how well you turn individual AM judgment into a repeatable, scalable motion that grows the segment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and run a high-performing team of 6-8 Account Managers - setting the bar for culture, morale, and daily execution.
- Get embedded in the relationships that matter. Engage directly with key customers and top accounts alongside your team, building trust and long-term partnership.
- Own the number. Manage quota performance and pipeline generation across your team to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals.
- Forecast and report team performance to senior leadership with clear-eyed visibility into what's working and what isn't.
- Hire and develop the next generation of AMs - training on product, buyer personas, competition, and tooling through role-plays, game film, and real deal work.
- Coach relentlessly. Run daily 1:1s, dissect call feedback, lead enablement sessions, and build career paths for every rep on your team.
- Turn what works into a system. Continuously refine team processes and tooling to improve output and efficiency as the segment scales.
- Represent Account Management cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 5 years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years building and leading account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding goal (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or AI companies
- A genuine passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to talent development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including C-Suite and executive leaders
- Strong track record negotiating, structuring, and executing complex agreements
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and a bias toward using data to drive decisions
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, backed by excellent communication and presentation ability.
- High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change
- A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems for the good of the business.
Great to Haves
- Experience at a high-growth, top SaaS/AI startup
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
People Programs at Ramp builds the programs that shape how employees experience the company day to day; from someone's first week to the moments that define Ramp's culture company-wide. As Ramp scales, we need someone dedicated to building that function and taking our foundations to the next level.
In this role, you'll own programs like onboarding, manager enablement, engagement surveys, and the company-wide culture and recognition programs that shape how Ramp works, to name a few. You'll work closely with People Business Partners, People Operations, and Comms to make these programs land and thrive.
This work is high impact and high visibility. This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role for someone with strong judgment who owns things fully.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build your own roadmap by pulling signal from engagement survey results, PBP and manager input, and People Ops, then make the call on what to build, improve, delegate, or stop.
- Own onboarding effectiveness — from pre-start through the first week — so every new hire's first experience of Ramp reflects how we work and our culture, partnering with People Ops and IT on day-to-day logistics
- Own the performance review cycle's program design — timeline, tools, and the manager/employee experience — partnering with PBPs on calibration and outcomes
- Build and own manager enablement as a standalone program: design the content, frameworks, and moments that help managers lead well, in partnership with PBPs on delivery
- Conceive, build, and run company-wide culture-building programs, fully owning logistics and content end-to-end
- Own recognition programming: how we surface and celebrate what's worth celebrating across the company and the rituals/milestones that make Ramp's culture tangible day to day
- Own the biannual engagement survey: design, run, and work with People Business Partners to translate results into action
- Be the trusted voice on what we should build in-house versus buy (tools, vendors, platforms) for people programs, grounded in judgment about what's worth the investment, not a default toward either
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years owning people/culture programs end-to-end at a high-growth company - from ideation through hands-on execution
- A builder's track record: you've created programming that didn't exist before, not adapted someone else's playbook
- Strong facilitation and executive presence. You’re comfortable being the face of a program in front of the whole company, not just behind the scenes
- Comfortable with data: you can read engagement survey results and program metrics and turn them into a point of view, not just a report
- Proven ability to partner across functions (PBPs, Comms, Enablement, leadership)
- First-principles thinker who can turn ambiguity into a scalable framework: you don't need a rule book, but you can build one when it's missing

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring a Brand Partnerships Manager to shape and accelerate our growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
You’ll build our brand partnerships strategy from the ground up: sourcing high-potential partners, developing relationships, structuring creative collaborations, and turning them into campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.
Success in this role looks like building real, high-impact partnerships with tangible value for Ramp, our partners, and the audiences we reach together. The ideal candidate is a marketer who can also run a deal: you come up with the partnership, you know why it matters for the business, and you execute relentlessly to get it out the door. You should have an instinct for great ideas, a strong creative point of view, and a close read on what’s happening across media, sports, and culture. Most importantly, you’ve turned those ideas into campaigns that break through culture, get attention, and drive business outcomes.
Ramp is a place for people who move fast, take ownership, and are looking to do the best work of their careers. We want someone who can build this function out, bet on partners that matter, and create collaborations that move the needle and are unmistakably Ramp.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own Ramp’s brand partnerships program end to end: partner strategy, sourcing, negotiation, and execution.
- Find high-value partners across finance, sports, business, and media who can put Ramp in front of new audiences.
- Build a system for spotting and tracking emerging talent so we can place smart bets early. We sponsored Neal Shipley while he was still an amateur golfer, and TBPN in the very early days. We like spotting emerging brands and talent before everyone else does.
- Develop bold partnership concepts that tie into Ramp’s brand, product priorities, launches, and broader marketing campaigns.
- Lead deal strategy and negotiation, including pricing, asset packages, usage rights, exclusivity, deliverables, timelines, and contract terms.
- Work with teams across Ramp to run and test campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, so every partnership delivers both creative impact and business results.
- Manage active partnerships day to day. Keep deliverables on track, and keep finding new ways to work with existing partners so Ramp gets the most out of every relationship.
- Work closely with Ramp’s sales team to spot deals where a partner could help, and find timely, relevant ways to bring them in.
- Handle reporting for every partnership. Track delivery and performance, share what you’re learning, and recommend when to renew, expand, change, or end a deal.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, or a related role.
- A track record of developing, negotiating, and executing high-profile brand, media, or strategic partnerships, ideally within a fast moving in-house team or at an agency. The ideal candidate has a builder mindset and is willing to challenge conventional approaches and take a first principles approach.
- Strong creative judgment, with the ability to spot culturally relevant ideas and turn them into partnerships and campaigns that earn attention.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and launch new programs quickly from scratch You can move from strategy to execution quickly, manage complexity, and drive work across teams.
- Excel at balancing brand authenticity with performance metrics. Strong business acumen and judgment to balance efficiency with bold bets.
- Ability to switch between strategy and in-the-weeds execution. In one meeting, you’re zooming out to set the vision and framework, the next you’re diving into day-to-day execution and delivery.
- A strong interest in culture, entertainment, and sports.

About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are now one company. Together we build the data movement and transformation tools that data teams around the world rely on. Our Analytics team runs on those same tools every day, so you'll work on a modern data stack and help set best practices for the industry. As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll help product leaders understand how customers adopt, use, and stay with our core Fivetran data movement and dbt platform products as well as new product releases spanning AI, BI, and compute. You'll be a "full-stack" analyst. You'll build the data models, define the metrics, create the dashboards, run the analysis, and turn it all into recommendations that shape what we build next. AI is part of how we work. We expect analysts to use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate analysis and increase efficiency, while applying their own judgment and validating the results. This is a full-time, flexible hybrid position based in Oakland, CA. Our hybrid work model offers remote flexibility and in-person collaboration; there is no fixed number of required office days, and we encourage teams to meet in person regularly.
Why This Role Is Exciting
Two product portfolios just came together.
Many questions about how customers use Fivetran and dbt together have never been asked. You'll be one of the first people to answer them.
Your work drives leadership decisions.
You'll focus on adoption, engagement, and retention, the metrics product leaders use to decide where to invest.
You own the work end to end,
from raw data to the decision it informs.
You'll analyze products built for people like you.
Our customers are data teams.
Technologies You’ll Use
SQL (BigQuery / Snowflake)
dbt / dbt State
Looker / LookML / Omni
Hex / Sigma / Google Sheets
Claude Code / Codex
What You’ll Do
Partner with product managers and product line leaders to understand problems and potential solutions with data. Deliver regular analysis and insight on product adoption, engagement, and retention.
Proactively investigate trends in user behavior and product usage. Find issues and growth opportunities before anyone asks, and use them to shape product and growth strategy.
Define, measure, and monitor the KPIs that show whether our products are healthy and whether the company is on track.
Size the potential impact of new product initiatives and recommend how to prioritize them.
Analyze product launches and experiments, and recommend what to do next.
Find and reduce friction in the funnels users go through to sign up, activate, and adopt our products.
Tackle questions where product data meets broader business data, such as revenue, sales, and support.
Build and maintain the data models, metrics, and dashboards behind your work.
Help new hires, colleagues, and partners understand our data and use it well, so data-informed decisions become the norm.
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years in analytics, mostly in product analytics, ideally at a high-growth B2B or SaaS company.
Advanced SQL. You can turn messy, raw data into clean, trustworthy datasets, and write, debug, and explain SQL yourself.
Comfort using AI tools in analytics workflows to explore data, draft or improve SQL, automate repetitive work, and synthesize findings. You can evaluate and validate AI-generated output.
Hands-on experience building data models, ideally with dbt, creating dashboards in a BI tool such as Looker, Omni, or Tableau, and performing funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis.
A track record of using analysis to drive product or business decisions, not just report on them. You can take an open-ended question with little direction and turn it into a clear analysis and recommendation.
Strong attention to detail and prioritization. Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain findings to executives and technical tradeoffs to engineers.
Experience influencing cross-functional, distributed teams, both asynchronously and in real time.
Bonus Skills
Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B/n tests), including test design, sample size, significance, and turning results into launch decisions.
Deep knowledge of the SaaS customer lifecycle and business metrics, such as ARR (annual recurring revenue), retention, and expansion.
Experience defining product events and helping teams self-serve in product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
Experience developing and scaling a large dbt project.
Python or R for analysis.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
Ramp is hiring its first dedicated Physical Security Lead to build and run the program that protects our people, our leaders, our events, and our offices. Our footprint now spans a multi-floor New York headquarters, Ramp-managed offices, and a growing set of hubs across North America and Europe. Our leaders are increasingly visible on public stages.
You'll own three areas in roughly equal measure: executive protection, event security, and office security (access control, cameras, guards, and building security). Your job is to turn a set of strong vendors and partner teams into one measurable, risk-based program.
This is a high-ownership IC role on the Corporate Security team. It reports to the Director of IT & Corporate Security and is based at our NYC HQ. This is a physical security role; cybersecurity and information security are owned by other Ramp security teams. We aren't looking for a guard supervisor or a box-checker. We want someone who makes it safe for Ramp to move fast, host great events, and keep our leaders accessible.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and run Ramp's executive protection program:
- Protective risk assessments and residential security reviews.
- Domestic and international travel security.
- Advance work for high-visibility appearances.
- Selecting, standing up, and managing our executive protection provider.
- Turn threat intelligence into protective action. Partner with Detection & Response to move from online threat and exposure monitoring to threat assessments, personal-information exposure reduction, and clear escalation playbooks.
- Own security for internal and external events, from all-hands and offsites to conferences, customer events, and executive dinners:
- Risk-tiered intake and written security plans.
- Coordination with venues and vendors.
- On-site leadership for the highest-risk events.
- After-action reviews.
- Set Ramp's global physical security standards for access control, video surveillance, intercoms, visitor management, and alarm monitoring. Tier them for headquarters, Ramp-managed offices, and flexible or serviced hub spaces.
- Build security into every new office, move, and expansion:
- Write the security design requirements and review drawings.
- Manage integrators through installation and acceptance testing.
- Partner with IT on network and identity integration.
- Manage the guard program and security vendors end to end: scope, post orders, SLAs and KPIs, budget, and quarterly business reviews. Own the security relationship with landlords and building management.
- Lead emergency preparedness and physical incident response:
- Emergency notifications, evacuation and shelter-in-place plans, and drills.
- Liaison with local law enforcement.
- Workplace-violence prevention, in partnership with People and Legal.
- Run physical access governance with IT. Tie access to joiner/mover/leaver events, run regular access reviews, and keep audit-ready evidence for physical security controls.
- Measure and report program health to leadership. Use AI and automation to scale the program without scaling headcount.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 6+ years in corporate or physical security, including 3+ years owning a security program or major workstream at a multi-site company. Executing someone else's program doesn't count toward this.
- Hands-on depth in at least two of the three areas (executive protection, event security, physical security systems such as access control and cameras) and solid working knowledge of the third.
- Experience administering or deploying enterprise access control and video platforms (e.g., Avigilon Alta/Openpath, Verkada, Genetec, LenelS2), and partnering with IT on networking and SSO.
- A track record of managing security vendors (guard, protection, integrator, event staffing) through contracts, SLAs, budgets, and performance reviews.
- Strong risk judgment. You size controls to the actual threat, explain the tradeoffs, and lead with "here's how we do this safely" rather than "no."
- Excellent writing. You can produce a crisp SOP, an event security plan, and a one-page executive brief.
- Willingness to work from our NYC office 4 days a week, travel 10–15%, support occasional evening and weekend events, and serve as primary on-call for physical security incidents (with the Director as backup and guard and vendor partners as on-site first response).
- Real, day-to-day use of AI tools in your work.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- ASIS CPP or PSP; formal executive protection training; first aid or Stop the Bleed certification.
- Experience at a high-growth tech, fintech, or financial services company with a high-profile founder or CEO.
- Experience writing security design standards for office buildouts and reading architectural or low-voltage drawings.
- Familiarity with physical and environmental control requirements in SOC 2, PCI DSS, or FedRAMP.
- A government protective, law enforcement, or military background, combined with corporate program ownership.
- An established network of protection, event security, and integrator vendors in NYC, SF, and internationally.
FAIR WARNING
- This is a builder role. Parts of the program exist today (vendors, a responsibility matrix, some SOPs). You'll turn them into a system.
- You're an IC who directs vendors and partner teams, not a manager of a security staff. You'll need to influence Workplace, Events, IT, Executive Assistants, People, and Legal without formal authority.
- Security at Ramp enables the business. Events still happen, offices stay welcoming, and executives stay accessible. Your job is to make that safe.
- Evenings, weekends, and travel come with the territory, especially around major events.

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
The Senior Health Systems Advisor will provide strategic and technical assistance to the Department of Health (DOH) in the development and implementation of the One Hospital Command as a regional patient navigation and referral system connecting primary care with appropriate diagnostic, hospital, and specialty services across public and private providers.
The Advisor will support DOH in developing a common operating model that can respond to regional differences in health facilities, geography, workforce, financing, and service capacity. The position will support both urgent and planned referrals and strengthen coordination across levels of care to help ensure that patients are appropriately accepted, referred, provided needed services, and linked back to the originating provider for continued care.
The Advisor will also support the application of strengthened referral and patient navigation systems to priority public health needs, including tuberculosis (TB), particularly where improved linkages between primary care, diagnostic services, treatment facilities, hospitals, and specialty services can strengthen continuity of care.
The Advisor will provide technical expertise to design the regional care and referral model, establish necessary operating processes and agreements, assess financing pathways, develop options for a professionally managed command center, identify opportunities to activate priority facility capacity, and support pilot implementation.
The Advisor will work closely with the designated DOH Hospital Cluster lead, Centers for Health Development (CHDs), DOH hospitals, Local Government Units (LGUs), PhilHealth, participating private providers, and other relevant stakeholders. The position will provide technical advice and implementation support. Final decisions on policy, financing, staffing, procurement, contracting, and facility operations shall remain with the appropriate authorized government and institutional officials.
The Advisor will support the DOH in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.
Responsibilities
The Senior Health Systems Advisor will support the conceptualization, operationalization, and pilot implementation of One Hospital Command as a regional referral and patient navigation system.
Key responsibilities include:
Assess existing referral pathways, patient navigation arrangements, service capacity, demand, and gaps across proposed pilot regions.
Develop a regional care and referral model defining roles, referral pathways, acceptance and escalation processes, feedback mechanisms, transfer arrangements, and back-referral processes across public and private providers.
Support the development of regional network maps, service directories, referral criteria, standard operating procedures, and agreements with participating providers.
Support the application of strengthened referral and patient navigation systems to priority health programs, including TB, to improve linkages across appropriate levels of care.
Assess financing pathways and barriers affecting completion of referrals, including applicable PhilHealth benefits, LGU and other lawful financing arrangements, and costs associated with transport, diagnostics, medicines, and professional services.
Develop and assess options for the One Hospital Command operating model, including in-house, outsourced, and hybrid arrangements for appropriate command center and coordination functions.
Identify opportunities to activate priority facility and service capacity through targeted investments, shared services, private provider participation, management or service contracts, or public-private partnership options.
Support selection, preparation, implementation, and monitoring of pilot regions and patient referral pathways.
Develop recommendations and a phased approach for expansion of the model based on pilot implementation, lessons learned, costs, readiness requirements, and financing and staffing implications.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regional Care and Referral Model
Map existing referral pathways, demand, service gaps, patient travel patterns, provider capabilities, and patient navigation arrangements in proposed pilot regions.
Differentiate appropriate pathways for cases suitable for primary care, direct specialty consultation, diagnostic referral, hospital admission, emergency transfer, and return to primary care.
Define the roles of referring providers, receiving facilities, regional command centers, CHDs, DOH hospitals, LGU health systems, PhilHealth, and the national coordination function.
Establish proposed acceptance, escalation, feedback, transfer, and back-referral rules, including pathways across public and private facilities and regional boundaries, where needed.
Develop regional network maps, service directories, referral criteria, standard operating procedures, and proposed agreements with participating providers, using existing networks and platforms where feasible.
Ensure that the design of regional referral pathways considers priority public health programs, including TB, where relevant to diagnostic, treatment, hospital, and specialty care referrals.
Network Financing
Map applicable PhilHealth benefits, provider contracting and payment arrangements, approved Special Health Fund uses where available, and other lawful financing sources for priority patient pathways.
Identify financing gaps that could prevent referrals from being accepted or completed, including costs related to transport, diagnostics, medicines, and professional services.
Develop practical financing and agreement options with PhilHealth, LGUs, health boards, and participating facilities.
Clarify proposed payment responsibilities, contracting or disbursement arrangements, required approvals, and approaches for tracking cases and payments, subject to applicable laws, regulations, and approval of the responsible authorities.
Command Center Operating Model
Define the proposed operating model for a regional patient navigation and referral center, including hours of operation, clinical triage and escalation, nonclinical call handling, case ownership, quality assurance, workforce requirements, supervision, training, data protection, and continuity arrangements.
Define interfaces between the command center, health facilities, patient navigation mechanisms, and emergency response systems.
Compare in-house, outsourced, and hybrid models for appropriate call center and coordination functions.
Develop recommendations including cost estimates, performance standards, clinical governance safeguards, data and system requirements, and draft specifications or terms for proposed service arrangements.
Define a minimum information set and reporting process covering bed availability, operating service capacity, specialists and other personnel, equipment, diagnostics, critical supplies, and service interruptions.
Link current capacity gaps with approved facility development plans and milestones to support appropriate assignment and monitoring of actions.
Priority Facility Capacity
Identify facilities and services that could be made functional through targeted investments, shared services, private provider participation, management or service contracts, or public-private partnership options.
Assess demand, readiness, staffing, operating costs, financing requirements, procurement routes, and time to service for identified priority opportunities.
Develop a shortlist of potential investable or contractable opportunities and prepare decision briefs for DOH and relevant LGUs.
Distinguish immediate operational improvements from projects requiring formal feasibility studies, procurement processes, or PPP approval.
Coordinate with relevant technical, finance, legal, and procurement offices in developing recommendations.

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Help Scout, you’ll own a named book of 80–100 accounts, representing around $4M in recurring revenue. You’ll be the trusted partner for the people who rely on Help Scout every day, from day-to-day users to the executives who sponsor the relationship.
Your first priority is building a strong relationship rhythm across your book: regular check-ins, executive business reviews, and a clear understanding of what each customer is trying to achieve. You’ll connect those goals to the best of what Help Scout offers, and you’ll be the first to notice when something starts to slip.
You won’t carry an expansion quota. When you spot an opportunity to grow an account, you’ll partner with our expansion team and hand it off warm, so you can stay focused on retention and long-term value. You’ll also be the customer’s voice inside Help Scout, bringing what you learn to Product, onboarding, and the rest of the team.
- Own a book of 80–100 accounts end-to-end. From onboarding handoff through adoption and renewal, you’re accountable for the health and retention of every account.
- Build multi-threaded relationships. You’ll work across levels in each customer, including executives and decision makers, and align on the business outcomes that matter to them.
- Catch risk early. You’ll watch for signals like dropping usage or slowing communication, escalate early, and bring in the right internal partners to turn things around.
- Lead executive business reviews and regular check-ins that drive adoption, surface underused features, and strengthen product alignment.
- Own renewals and retention. Your success is measured on net dollar retention for your book.
- Surface expansion opportunities and partner with our expansion team to close them.
- Bring the voice of the customer inside. Share what you learn with Product and cross-functional teams to help shape the roadmap, onboarding, and how we work.
- Design your own workflows. You’ll have freedom to use AI tools to stay organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks across a large book.
- Raise the bar for the team. You’ll share what works, document your learnings, and help shape how Customer Success grows at Help Scout.
ABOUT YOU
- You have 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS, with time spent in SMB, mid-market, strategic, or enterprise segments.
- You’ve owned a large book of business. At some point in your career, you’ve managed 50+ accounts and kept a consistent cadence with all of them.
- Retention is your track record. You can talk about your renewal rates, retention, or NDR, and what you did to move them.
- You love the relationship side of the work. You enjoy being a strategic advisor, aligning with executives on business goals, and working with internal teams to get customers where they need to go. Closing deals isn’t what gets you up in the morning.

- You’re not afraid of difficult conversations. You can handle tough renewal or recovery conversations with confidence and care.
- You’re a strong cross-functional partner. You know how to work alongside Product, Support, and Sales, and you’ve handed off expansion opportunities to account executives or account managers before.
- You thrive while things are still being built. You’re comfortable shaping processes as we go and don’t need a playbook for everything.
- You’re excited about how AI can transform your work. You look for ways to reduce manual overhead and spend your time where it matters most.
- Technical aptitude. You’re comfortable learning and navigating complex software, and you want to become an expert in our product.
