OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.
INFUSE is committed to complying with applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. For more information, please see our

- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, acting as a trusted partner in both professional and operational contexts
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal stakeholders across teams, as well as external partners and senior leaders
- Work closely with other EAs across the organisation to align schedules, share context, and keep cross-functional coordination running smoothly
- Anticipate needs before they arise: managing follow-ups, flagging conflicts, and keeping the right people aligned
- Build structure, processes, and systems that scale with a fast-growing AI company
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline repetitive work, using AI tools and productivity tooling to improve quality and speed
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders and their broader teams in a fast-moving environment, including coordinating with other EAs across the organisation

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior executives and partners to vendors and office guests
- High emotional intelligence and discretion - trusted with sensitive information
- Comfortable supporting not just an individual but a wider team at times - able to flex between high-priority senior leadership support and broader operational needs as the situation demands
- Personable and easy to work with - someone who builds genuine relationships across the organisation and is trusted by the people around them
- A natural reflex to reach for tooling and automation; fluency with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT and quick to adopt new systems
- High personal standards - the kind of person who cares about the quality of their output and holds the bar
- A valid passport and willingness to travel globally ~40% of the time
- Language requirement: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in a European language is a plus.

About the role
Field marketing is at the heart of how we build demand, foster community, deepen customer relationships, and accelerate growth. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter Field Marketing Manager to build the engine that fills the funnel for our North America GTM team, focused on two to three priority industries: healthcare, financial services, telco, and retail and e-commerce.
Your expertise in industry-led field marketing strategy, regional program execution, and GTM partnership will be pivotal in creating the moments that bring enterprise buyers to the table, from executive dinners and roadshows to industry conferences, roundtables, and account-based programs aimed at named buying committees. Collaborating closely with the North America GTM team and the broader marketing team, you will own every stage of the field motion, from territory and account strategy through budgeting, on-site execution, and post-program pipeline attribution.
ElevenAgents is being evaluated today by customer experience and contact center leaders at the largest health systems, banks, carriers, and retailers in North America. Your ability to think like a marketer, act like a salesperson, and run multiple industry programs at once will ensure we get in front of them first.
What you’ll do
- Build the engine that fills the funnel for your industries, a repeatable program mix that creates net new pipeline quarter over quarter
- Develop and execute the North America field plan for two to three industries, from territory and account strategy through budget, execution, and attribution
- Partner with Enterprise and Strategic account executives on named account lists. Agree the targets, fill the room, drive the follow-up.
- Design the program mix: executive dinners, industry conferences, roadshows, roundtables, customer advisory sessions, and 1:few account-based plays
- Create the vertical narrative with Product Marketing. Invite copy, talk tracks, and follow-up sequences that speak to a healthcare, banking, telco, or retail buyer, not a generic one.
- Manage event budgets and timelines, and report pipeline created and cost per opportunity, program by program
- Analyze program performance in Salesforce and Dream Data and give an honest read on what worked. Recommend what to scale and what to retire.
- Follow up with participants in collaboration with the GTM and growth teams
- Work with Paid Media and Demand Generation to amplify field programs before and after they run
- Own end to end execution, with support from the North America events team on venue, vendors, logistics, and on-site delivery
Requirements
We are more focused on hiring for potential than past experience, but the person who thrives here will bring most of the following.
- 7+ years in B2B field, industry, or regional marketing, with a demonstrated track record of building programs that directly influenced pipeline and closed revenue
- Deep experience marketing into at least two of: healthcare, financial services, telco, retail and e-commerce
- Track record reaching enterprise buying committees on six and seven figure deals
- Fluency in Salesforce and marketing attribution. You can defend your numbers in a pipeline review.
- A peer relationship with GTM. You have pushed back on an account executive and been right.
- Comfortable running an executive dinner, speaking at events, and partnering with C-level stakeholders inside and outside the company
- Sharp judgment on what to cut. Budget and calendar discipline under tight deadlines.
- Willing to travel roughly a third of the time across North America
- Transparent and unafraid to challenge, ask questions, or call out obstacles
- An AI-first working style, and a passion for ElevenLabs technology
- Bias toward shipping

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
The Role
This is a 0-to-1 role: part strategist, part builder, part entrepreneur, managing a small team. You'll design and launch the next generation of advice experiences, prove they work, and hand off proven playbooks to our sales and service teams to own and scale.
Your scope is the whole of Wealthsimple's advice business, not a single client segment. This role lives at the intersection of sales, service, product innovation, and commercial execution, and it exists to answer one question: what does a truly differentiated, human-centred advice experience look like at Wealthsimple, and how do we prove it works before we scale it?
Your Impact
Define what "5-star" client experiences look like in wealth management. Draw on deep knowledge of premium service (luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or elite financial services) to design client experiences that are differentiated. You'll set the bar for what every advice client can expect from Wealthsimple, and you'll do it by building real things with real clients.
Incubate and personally run new advice services. Take a concept, like a new advice offering, an estate concierge, or a high-touch onboarding experience, and figure out how to deliver the MVP before it's ready to be scaled. The innovation is in designing a client experience that is truly differentiated and, through the use of technology & AI, highly scalable. When it works, you package it into a playbook and hand it to sales or service teams to run at scale. You own the incubation and inform the scaled delivery.
Build the advisor tooling that makes advice better and faster. Work hand-in-hand with product teams and advisors to take advisor tooling from manual to automated. You set the requirements, translate advisor reality into product specs, and work with other leaders to drive adoption.
Stay ahead of where the industry is going. You're plugged into the evolving advice and wealth landscape, the startups, the disruptors, and the best incumbents globally. You bring that intelligence back and help us sharpen hypotheses about what to build next, complemented by a close read of what our own clients value and where they feel under-served.
Prove commercial impact. Every pilot is measured against clear metrics, AUM growth, conversion, and client satisfaction. You design experiments that prove value before we commit to scaling, and you make backed recommendations on what to accelerate, refine, or sunset.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with and senior leadership to shape the future of Wealthsimple's advice offering
- Launch and personally run the first iterations of services that will eventually reach hundreds of thousands of clients
- Shape Wealthsimple's digital advice roadmap from the front line. Our advisors talk to clients every day, you turn what you hear into validated demand signals for product teams.
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Is energized by the messy, creative, manual work of building something from nothing, and doesn't need a large team or perfect infrastructure to get a pilot off the ground
- Has a genuine obsession with how the wealth and fintech landscape is evolving globally, with sharp instincts for real shift versus noise
- Brings deep knowledge of what premium service actually feels like from a client's perspective, and can translate it into a wealth management context
- Thinks commercially: you build experiences, but you always know the business case and how you'll prove it
- Is a natural leader who can bring stakeholders together around a shared vision
- Is tech-forward: comfortable with AI tools, low-code platforms, and lightweight scripting to build functional prototypes that test real concepts in market
- Is the person who notices the detail nobody asked for, and arrives with ideas about what would make a client tell their friends about us
What You'll Bring
- 5-7+ years in service design, strategy, innovation, or premium client experience (ideally with exposure to HNW or complex client segments)
- A proven track record of taking a service concept from idea to live pilot (true 0-to-1 experience)
- Demonstrated ability to use modern technology, AI tools, low-code/no-code, or lightweight scripting, to rapidly prototype and test
- Experience working alongside scaled operational teams and transitioning pilots into standardized processes, with a clear ability to hand off and let go
- Familiarity with the wealth management landscape: how different advice models work, what HNW clients value, and how firms grow AUM
- Comfort working in regulated environments and partnering with compliance teams
- Outstanding communication skills: you can influence executives, inspire advisors, and earn the trust of external partners

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
What you'll do
As Sierra’s founding Infrastructure Technical Program Manager, you’ll help define how we bring our AI platform into the cloud environments of some of the world’s largest and most regulated enterprises. Working alongside Agent Engineers, Deployed Infrastructure Engineers, and Agent Strategists, you’ll own the programs & strategy that takes customers from deployment planning to agents live in production, and continue to support the upgrades and expansion that follow. You’ll bring your technical program management expertise to enterprise AI while establishing the playbooks and ways of working that help this new function scale.
- Own the end-to-end program plan for a customer's in-VPC (Bring Your Own Cloud, BYOC) deployment. Translate customer requirements into a clear deployment plan, with clear workstreams, owners, milestones, and dependencies across Sierra and customer teams.
- Drive execution across many customer teams (platform engineering, cloud provisioning, security, networking, model access, observability) and build alignment across customer teams, establish clear commitments, and find creative ways to resolve blockers and keep deployments moving.
- Be the translation layer between our engineers and the customer's: define requirements such as model access, observability, and upgrade cadence, and turn technical discussions into actionable next steps.
- Run the operating cadence for the deployment (standups, weekly status, escalations) so leadership on both sides always knows what's blocked, who owns it, and what it means for the launch date.
- Partner with Sierra's Platform and Deployed Infrastructure teams to feed customer-specific learnings back into our standard deployment offering, runbooks, and tooling, making each subsequent launch more predictable and repeatable.
- Define the TPM function at Sierra as we scale & establish the playbooks, operating rhythms, and standards that future TPMs and customer teams will build on.
What you'll bring
- 4+ years in technical program management, infrastructure or platform program management, deployment or solutions engineering, or a similar role where you were accountable for delivering complex technical projects across multiple teams.
- A track record of bringing structure to complex technical programs, with strong attention to detail and the follow-through to turn plans into results.A strong technical foundation from infrastructure, platform, or complex backend programs. You can work through technical dependencies with engineers, understand how requirements such as networking, permissions, and provisioning affect delivery, and translate those discussions into a clear plan. You’ll deepen your knowledge of Sierra’s architecture and customer deployment environments as you ramp.
- Technical curiosity and slope: You demonstrate the ability to learn new systems quickly, you ask thoughtful questions, build context, and apply what you learn to move programs forward.
- Comfort operating inside large, complex enterprise organizations (change management, security reviews, ownership spread across many teams) with the persistence and resourcefulness to keep teams aligned and deployments moving .
- Clear, structured communication: you make complex technical topics, program status, and decisions understandable to engineers and leaders, and adapt your approach to your audience
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Even better....
- Hands-on engineering background (software, DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure) before moving into program or product management, or direct experience with AWS, VPCs, IAM, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
- Experience deploying software into customer-owned cloud environments (BYOC, VPC, or air-gapped), especially at banks or other regulated institutions.
- Familiarity with LLM infrastructure: model gateways, Bedrock or Azure OpenAI, observability for AI systems.
- Experience at an early-stage company where you built the program-management function from scratch.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenMusic is our AI music creation platform, letting anyone turn an idea into a finished, studio-grade track in minutes, with control over genre, mood, structure, and vocals across multiple languages. It is one of the most exciting parts of the ElevenCreative suite, and we want its voice, community, and content presence to match the ambition of the product.
We are looking for a Content Creator & Strategist to own how ElevenMusic shows up in the world. You will make music with the platform every day, push it to its limits, and turn what you discover into educational content, tutorials, and social posts that teach creators what's possible. You will own the ElevenMusic social accounts, build and energise the community around the product, and represent ElevenMusic on stage at creator events.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of music creation, content, and community. The right person is a genuine music maker who lives on social platforms, has strong opinions about how an AI music brand should show up, and is just as comfortable behind a mic or on stage as they are in an editing timeline. Because you'll be using the product harder than almost anyone, you'll also be a critical feedback loop into the engineering team, shaping the product itself.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Create educational content and tutorial videos around ElevenMusic, recording, editing, and formatting them natively for each platform, and publish them across our socials
- Make music with ElevenMusic constantly, testing the platform to its limits and turning experiments into content that shows creators what's possible
- Provide structured, high-signal product feedback to the engineering team based on deep daily use, helping shape the roadmap
- Own and manage the ElevenMusic social accounts, from content calendar and strategy through to publishing, engagement, and analytics
- Help build and grow a community around ElevenMusic, sparking conversation, surfacing creator feedback, and championing standout work
- Speak at creator events, representing ElevenMusic through talks, demos, and workshops
- Plan and execute content around product launches and feature releases, coordinating with product, engineering, and Marketing
- Stay ahead of trends in music creation, AI tools, and platform culture to find opportunities for the brand
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated experience creating music and music-related content, with a portfolio of work you can share, you are a genuine music maker, not just a marketer
- Proven ability to produce educational content and tutorial videos end-to-end: recording, editing, adding text and motion, and formatting natively for platforms like X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Experience managing social media accounts for a technology, music, or creative tools company, including content calendars, copywriting, and analytics
- Comfortable presenting publicly, speaking at events, running demos or workshops, and being a visible face for the product
- A genuine understanding of the AI and music creation landscape, you use the tools, follow the space, and have informed opinions about where things are headed
BONUS
- Experience building or growing a creator community (Discord, forums, or similar)
- Background as a working musician, producer, or music educator with an existing audience
- Experience giving product feedback or working closely with engineering/product teams
- Experience with social scheduling and management tools (Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, or similar)
- Multilingual capabilities
GROWTH POTENTIAL
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Lead content and community strategy across ElevenMusic as the product and team scale
- Move into a broader creative or content role spanning video, editorial, and social across ElevenLabs brands
- Expand into creator partnerships, evangelism, or brand marketing as the growth team evolves
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, Madrid, Warsaw and many more.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll help create an outstanding candidate experience while partnering with Talent Acquisition teammates, hiring managers, and interview teams throughout the hiring process. You’ll keep hiring activities organized, prioritize effectively across competing needs, and help improve how we attract and engage candidates through thoughtful, efficient processes. This role is based in the United States within the Pacific Standard Time (PST) time zone.
How we’re using AI today
On the People team, we’re using AI intentionally and responsibly as part of how our work gets done. We’re building a shared foundation of AI confidence and capability with the belief that innovation happens best when we learn and experiment together. From drafting communications and synthesizing feedback to automating workflows across the employee lifecycle, we’re embedding AI into our day-to-day operations and the way we collaborate cross-functionally, helping us move quickly and create space for the human moments that matter most.
What we're looking for:
- At least one year of experience in a coordination role within Talent Acquisition or in a Human Resources (HR) role supporting Talent Acquisition.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and act with appropriate urgency.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the judgment to identify what needs attention and take action.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong attention to detail.
- Adaptable and open to learning, feedback, and changing priorities, tools, and projects.
- Preferred: Experience supporting recruiting or Talent Acquisition at a growing technology company.
- Preferred: Interest in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) thoughtfully to improve efficiency and the candidate experience, along with the ability to bring forward practical ideas that improve team processes.
What you can expect:
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers, interview teams, and Talent Acquisition partners throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare employment letters and help ensure hiring activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Support automation and AI enablement initiatives, including scheduling tools and other solutions that improve efficiency.
- Create and post job openings across relevant channels while researching opportunities to reach a diverse range of candidates.
- Maintain clear communication with the Talent Acquisition team, sharing updates and tracking important deadlines and milestones.
- Contribute thoughtful ideas to process improvements, special projects, events, recruiting materials, and tools that strengthen the candidate and employer experience.
- Take on additional coordination responsibilities as needed to support the team’s goals.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $67,000 USD and $94,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
