Location: Office Based - London, UK
Accelerate your technical career by joining Canonical in a high-impact, multi-disciplinary role.. You'll be working from our London office, which hosts our events, customer demos and visitors, in an event space with professional live video, audio and streaming equipment. You'll wear three hats: Linux and cloud support engineer, owner of the office's technical infrastructure, and one of the people running the live production at our events. You'll own your cases from first contact to resolution, bringing in colleagues or senior engineers when needed, and you'll keep the technology running when it matters most, with people watching. While professional broadcast or AV experience is not required, a strong technical curiosity for audio/video systems and the composure to manage live, high-stakes environments are a must.
Location: Office Based in London, England.
The role entails
Office technology:
Own the technical state of the London office (network, devices, meeting spaces, AV), including onboarding new colleagues, and know how it all fits together.
Live events:
Run the technology for events and customer demos, from set-up and live operation through to tear-down, and coordinate external crew for larger events.
Customer support:
Own your cases end to end, working with customers by ticket, remote session and live conversation, and with engineering teams to turn code fixes into customer outcomes. Set clear expectations and keep your commitments.
Ubuntu lifecycle:
Understand the Ubuntu development process well enough to give customers realistic timelines for fixes.
Knowledge:
Write and maintain knowledge base articles so lessons learned are shared.
What are we looking for in you
Exceptional written and spoken English, and the ability to explain technical complexity clearly and warmly
An exceptional academic record at high school and university, with an undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about your alternative path
A builder's streak: something you've set up or run for other people on a deadline, such as a home lab, hackspace, student tech crew, live sound, streaming, or school or club IT
AV curiosity: real interest in audio, video and live production, or a clear appetite to learn it
Composure and care: you like helping people and stay calm when a high-stakes moment, including a live event, gets tense
A track record of going above and beyond for teams or customers
Hands-on experience supporting Linux systems, plus any of: virtualization or cloud (KVM, OpenStack), containers (Docker, LXD/LXC, Kubernetes), storage (block, object, network), or networking (bonding, firewalls, bridging, switching, MTU tuning)
A troubleshooting mindset (logs, stack traces, OS and application-level causes) and programming fundamentals in any language

Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of most roles. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Ruby Labs, we are looking for a Senior Desktop Engineer to own and drive a new cross-platform desktop product from first commit to production.
This is a high-ownership role with an unusually deep systems component. The application is not a wrapped web app: it captures system and microphone audio in real time, renders an always-on-top overlay across the user's workspace, registers global shortcuts, and integrates with the operating system at a level that requires native code on both macOS and Windows.
Our architecture is Electron for the application and UI layer, with native modules and helper processes in Swift and C++ where the platform requires it. You will own that boundary, deciding what belongs in TypeScript, what belongs in native code, and making the two halves behave as one reliable product.
You will also own everything that happens after the build: code signing, notarization, entitlements, permission onboarding, auto-update, and crash reporting. On this product, those are not an afterthought; they are a significant share of the engineering work, and getting them wrong is what stops users from ever running the app.
You will operate as the senior technical voice for desktop within your team, setting the engineering standard for the platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
DESKTOP APPLICATION & ENGINEERING QUALITY
- Own the Electron architecture end to end — main, renderer and helper processes, IPC design, context isolation, process lifecycle — and deliver major features within agreed timelines.
- Build transparent, frameless, always-on-top overlay windows that behave correctly across full-screen spaces, multiple displays and mixed-DPI setups, alongside global shortcuts, tray presence and low-latency UI under continuous background load.
- Design a clean platform abstraction in TypeScript so the macOS and Windows implementations stay isolated and independently testable, and write idiomatic Swift and C++ in the native layer.
- Keep the product reliable: defensive handling of unstable platform APIs, tests and code reviews, performance, memory and battery budgets, and remediation of security-review and penetration-test findings within agreed severity SLAs.
NATIVE PLATFORM INTEGRATION
- Build and maintain the native layer: Node addons (N-API / node-addon-api) and out-of-process helpers in Swift and C++.
- Implement real-time system audio capture — Core Audio process taps and ScreenCaptureKit on macOS, WASAPI loopback on Windows — including device change handling, format negotiation and graceful recovery from driver-level failures.
- Integrate with the Accessibility API (AXUIElement) on macOS and UI Automation on Windows to read application context reliably.
- Own the IPC protocol and lifecycle between Electron and the native helpers, and keep the application working as Apple and Microsoft change their platforms.
DISTRIBUTION, PERMISSIONS & RELEASE RELIABILITY
- Own code signing and notarization on macOS — hardened runtime, entitlements, nested binary signing, provisioning profiles — and Authenticode signing, SmartScreen reputation and antivirus false positives on Windows.
- Design the permission onboarding flow — microphone, system audio, screen recording, accessibility — so that grant rates stay high and failure states are recoverable.
- Build and maintain the release pipeline: CI matrix builds, signing from CI with HSM-backed certificates, auto-update, staged rollout and rollback.
- Own crash reporting and production telemetry for the desktop client, and act on what it tells you.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, including production-grade TypeScript/Node.js.
- 3+ years building and shipping Electron applications to real end users, not internal tools or proofs of concept.
- Hands-on native macOS development in Swift and/or Objective-C, with AppKit and at least one system-level framework such as Core Audio, AVFoundation, ScreenCaptureKit, or the Accessibility API.
- Practical experience writing native Node addons (N-API / node-addon-api) or bundling and communicating with out-of-process native helpers.
- Demonstrated experience with macOS code signing, notarization, entitlements, and the TCC permission model — you have debugged a rejected notarization and know how to read the log.
- Working knowledge of the Windows desktop platform: Win32 APIs, Authenticode signing, and the practical realities of SmartScreen and antivirus reputation.
- Strong grasp of multi-process architecture, IPC, and debugging issues that only reproduce on a user's machine.
NICE TO HAVE
- Real-time audio pipelines — buffering, resampling, mixing multiple sources, or streaming to speech-to-text services.
- Signing from CI with hardware-backed certificates (Azure Key Vault, DigiCert KeyLocker, or similar), and antivirus whitelisting or SmartScreen reputation building for a new product.
- Auto-update infrastructure such as Squirrel, electron-updater or Sparkle, including staged rollouts.
- Crash reporting and symbolication for native code (Crashpad, Sentry, or similar).
- Prior experience shipping a consumer desktop product at meaningful scale.
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
The Machine Identity team builds the identity and access capabilities that securely connect AI agents and workloads to the systems they need. We make that access scoped and auditable, so individuals and teams can move beyond shared, long-lived credentials and understand which identity acted and on whose behalf.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What You Can Expect:
- Code, test, debug, deliver and maintain production software systems for new and existing product features.
- Participate in planning by identifying tasks and breaking down, estimating, and planning work.
- Write comprehensive tests during various stages of the development cycle, ensuring code is functioning as expected.
- Review code for others to maintain high code quality, knowledge share within the team, and support creating a safe environment of giving and receiving feedback.
- Generate and review documentation on code processes to ensure scalability.
What we're looking for:
- Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion.
- Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them).
- Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are.
- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
Bonus points for:
- Experience with a modern backend language (e.g. Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python).
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and identity concepts (OAuth, OIDC, scoped access, policy enforcement)
- Experience working with distributed systems, demonstrating best practices around monitoring, observability, performance and reliability
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged at 1Password—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
About Grafana Labs:
There are more than 700,000 active installations of Grafana around the globe, monitoring everything from beehives to climate change in the Alps. The instantly recognizable dashboards have been spotted everywhere from a SpaceX launch and Minecraft HQ to Wimbledon and the Tour de France. Grafana Labs also helps companies including Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay manage their observability strategies with full-stack offerings that can be run fully managed with Grafana Cloud, or self-managed with Grafana Enterprise Stack. The Grafana stack has grown to include more open-source projects, including Grafana Loki (for logs) and Grafana Tempo (for traces) and Grafana Mimir (for metrics).
Description of Duties
We’re looking for a Staff Technical Writer to create documentation and learning content that helps people adopt and master Grafana’s observability products. You’ll work with engineers, product managers, and the Grafana writing team to produce content for a range of products and audiences, from first-time users to experienced practitioners. Because our products and priorities evolve, we’re looking for someone who learns new technical domains quickly.
AI is part of how this team works. We use AI-assisted workflows and tools throughout the content lifecycle, from research and drafting to review, validation, and maintenance. You’ll use these tools every day and help the team get better at using them.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, research, write, and maintain documentation and learning content (concepts, tasks, tutorials, references, and in-product learning) that supports adoption and long-term product mastery.
Use AI tools and workflows to work faster and at a higher quality: drafting, structuring, technical validation, consistency checks, and keeping content current. You apply human judgment to everything AI produces and take responsibility for its accuracy.
Contribute to the team’s shared AI workflows and skills, and look for ways to improve and automate how we create and maintain content as tools and models evolve.
Partner with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements, interview subject matter experts, and turn complex technical detail into clear, accurate content.
Test what you document. Run the software, follow your own procedures, and flag product and UX gaps you find along the way.
Let data guide your priorities. We have strong docs and learning analytics. You’ll use them, along with user feedback, to find content gaps, prioritize your work, and show the impact of what you ship.
Work with the documentation manager and other writers to improve information architecture, voice, and consistency across our docs, and to make information easy to find for both people and AI-driven search and assistants.
Manage several projects at once, using judgment to prioritize and communicate clearly when the plan changes.
Mentor teammates and share practices that raise the quality of the team’s work.
Requirements
What experience would make someone be successful in this role?
Experience writing or documenting enterprise or developer-facing software, with a portfolio or writing samples that show technical depth.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and models in your writing workflow (such as LLM assistants, agentic coding tools, or custom prompts and skills), and the ability to explain how you evaluate and verify their output.
Experience working with docs-as-code: command-line Git, GitHub (pull requests and reviews), Markdown, and common IDEs.
Comfort working in technical environments. You can set up, run, and troubleshoot software yourself to verify what you write (for example, command line, containers, or Kubernetes, or a willingness to learn quickly).
Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers to get accurate technical information.
Experience working remotely and asynchronously on a distributed team.
What you’ll bring to the role
Curiosity about AI as a craft. You treat AI workflows as a professional skill. You experiment, share what works, and know where AI helps and where it doesn’t.
Technical credibility. You care about accuracy, you learn new technical domains quickly, and you ask questions until you understand them.
Strong judgment and editing skills. You can tell good content from plausible-sounding content, and you hold the line on quality.
Ownership. You manage multiple projects and work well both independently and collaboratively.
Clarity. You write concisely and plainly for readers of all experience levels.
Bonus: Experience with observability, monitoring, or cloud-native tooling, or contributing to open source documentation.

The Front End Platform team is looking for a Developer Intern to join a cross-functional group of developers and designers. Our main goal is to help teams achieve higher efficiency, consistency, and scalability when building 1Password products.
Our areas of focus are:
- Establishing frontend foundational standards and tooling across our codebases
- Creating and maintaining a library of reusable design components and usage guidelines
This is a remote opportunity within Canada or the US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What you can expect:
- Assist our team in building React components from Figma specifications.
- Implement coded components in our customer-facing applications.
- Leverage an understanding of software development practices at 1Password to help define standards and best practices for developing frontend code.
- Develop and utilize tooling to streamline the design and development process for new features.
- Collaborate with people from across many countries, disciplines and experience levels, who all care a lot about what we’re building.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and/or React.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Experience with Git, SSH, 1Password Command Line Tool, CI/CD pipelines and/or cloud providers.
What we offer
We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:
🏝 Generous PTO policy - 2.08 days per month (1.5 work weeks per 4 month term)
💖 Company-wide wellness days (1 per quarter)
🌎 Employee-led inclusion and belonging programs and ERGs
🏠 Remote-first environment
🏆 Peer-to-peer recognition through Bonusly
💡 1Password University access and learning sessions
🥳 Monthly internship events and socials

Develop and nurture internal relationships with sales, marketing, customer experience, and product teams; understand their needs, advocate for our partners, and find new areas of collaboration
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
10+ years of total experience in equivalent or relevant fields
4+ years of experience working with external partners to advance customer and GTM efforts - including SIs, agencies, and consulting firms - across multiple LATAM markets
Built new partner strategies, tactics, and programs from scratch while personally managing relationships with multiple strategic partners at once
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
Ability to travel once per month
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Worked at a service organization or channel partner in a direct GTM role
Spent time in the design or digital product development space
Experience selling to product-oriented and technical audiences
Experience with UX/UI design principles and collaboration tools
Proven experience using a sales methodology such as Command of the Message or MEDDICC
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders live. Millions of them. It’s time we built a meaningful, engaged Community out of these degenerates.
Are you ready for this mission?
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a chronically online Copywriter to give Kraken Pro. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the traders we serve is essential, and copy is where all of that comes to life.
We’re looking for someone who writes fast but thinks sharp, thrives under pressure, and knows how to turn complex product features into lines that traders actually stop and read. This role demands a razor-sharp ear for language, a deep understanding of trading culture, and a self-starter attitude.
- Write copy that converts. Craft punchy, high-impact messaging across campaigns, landing pages, emails, in-app experiences, paid ads, and social for Kraken Pro.
- Speak fluent trader. Capture the voice of CT, FinTwit, and the trading floor, and know when to be witty, when to be direct, and when to let the numbers do the talking.
- Launch like you mean it. Shape the narrative for new product drops and feature releases, turning technical updates into clear, compelling stories.
- Own the voice. Help build and protect the Kraken Pro tone of voice across every touchpoint, from a headline to a push notification.
- Collaborate at speed. Work hand in hand with Design, Product, Growth, and Social to brief, iterate, and ship copy that moves the needle.
- Test and learn. Run copy experiments, track performance, and iterate based on what the data tells you.
- Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Receipts. Copy you wrote that moved people to act, whether for a brand, an agency, or your own projects. We care more about what you’ve made than where you’ve worked.
- 3+ years in copywriting or content, ideally in fintech, crypto, or trading. Exceptional portfolios beat exceptional résumés here.
- Speed under pressure. Markets don’t wait for approval cycles and neither do you.
- High AI competency. Enabling you to multiply your impact and keep up with demand.
- Range as a writer. Headlines, long-form, microcopy, scripts, threads, email flows, and taglines. You can go from a three-word CTA to a full campaign narrative without missing a beat.
- Taste. Knowing when to cut a line is as valuable as knowing how to write one.
- Deep familiarity with crypto and trading culture, and the language traders use
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to work closely with designers, whether that’s briefing the team, using Figma for copy placement, or being scrappy enough to mock something up yourself
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

Trust Wallet is the secure, self-custody Web3 wallet that empowers people to own and control their digital assets. Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
About the program:
The Trust Wallet Management Trainee Program is a selective, fast-track start to a career in Product, Marketing or Business Development in Web3. You’ll join a small cohort and work on live products used by millions of people from day one. You’ll work directly with senior leaders across product, engineering, marketing, BD and the wider business.
We’re looking for early-career talent who question assumptions and bring fresh perspectives to self-custody, payments and the agentic AI economy.
What you’ll do
- Own real, scoped work with clear outcomes and ship it.
- Research the market and competitors: wallets, DEXs, DeFi trading platforms, stablecoins and payment networks.
- Explore what’s next in agentic payments, where AI agents transact on-chain for users.
- Use data to decide: set KPIs, run experiments and measure impact.
- Pitch your ideas to leadership. The best ones get built, launched or signed.
Track-specific work
- Product: Turn user problems into PRDs, user stories and success metrics. Work with engineering, design and data to ship features.
- Marketing: Shape positioning and go-to-market for new features. Run campaigns across X, community and content, and own growth experiments end to end.
- Business Development: Map and qualify partners across chains, dApps, stablecoin issuers and payment providers. Support deal pitches and integrations from first conversation to launch.
What we’re looking for
- 0–2 years of work experience, including internships. A degree in any field is welcome, as long as you can show strong analytical thinking.
- Structured and logical: you can break a messy problem into clear parts and a recommendation.
- Clear communicator, in writing and in person. You can explain a complex idea simply.
- AI-native: you use AI tools (e.g. Claude, Grok, Cursor) in your daily work and are curious about AI agents.
- Genuinely interested in Web3: you’ve used a wallet, a DEX or stablecoins, and you can talk about what works and what’s broken.
- A fast learner with strong ownership, comfortable with ambiguity and pace
Nice-to-have
- Hands-on Web3 experience: DeFi, perpetuals trading, stablecoin payments, hackathons or DAO contributions.
- Side projects, a product teardown, a newsletter, or an active X/GitHub presence.
What you’ll get
- A structured program with mentorship from senior leaders across different functional teams.
- Real ownership of features used by millions of people.
- Front-row exposure to AI × crypto payments

About You
You’re a hands-on performance marketer who knows how to reach the right buyers on LinkedIn and beyond. You’re equally comfortable planning a full-funnel, account-based program and strategizing the creative that brings it to life. You bring rigor to QA, curiosity to testing, and a sharp eye for when creative needs a refresh.
About Us
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.
Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
About the Position
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our LinkedIn programs and run paid media across LinkedIn, Meta, content syndication, CTV, and podcasts/audio.
Our buyers are ecommerce and retail leaders, and paid media is how many of them first hear from us. In this role, you’ll turn Sales, Demand Gen, and ABM goals into campaigns that reach the right people at the right stage and build pipeline. You’ll own the channel end-to-end: planning, creative briefing, building, QAing, targeting, pacing, testing, reporting, and optimizing.
This is a hands-on, in-platform role. You’ll work alongside our Paid Search Specialist and partner closely with our Sales, Customer Marketing, Demand Gen, Creative, Product Marketing, and EMEA teams.
What makes this role different:
- You’ll own LinkedIn as a channel, not a slice of it. Planning, building, testing, and reporting all sit with you.
- You’ll plan across the full funnel and across 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 programs, covering both broad reach and named accounts.
- You’ll own the creative pipeline for your channels, from requests and approvals through trafficking and rotation.
- You’ll lead weekly cross-channel optimization syncs, which gives you a voice in how the whole paid program performs.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, content syndication, CTV, and podcasts/audio.
- Build tactical strategies across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU, and across 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 programs.
- Translate Sales and Demand Gen goals into plans by stage, persona, and segment.
- Shape copy and creative strategy with Creative, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing, so each audience gets the right message.
Execution and Quality Assurance
- Build paid social campaigns end-to-end, including creative strategy, bidding, ad copy, and audiences.
- Run rigorous QA across copy, assets, campaign structure, audiences, and UTMs before anything goes live.
- Partner with our EMEA team to localize global campaigns for their markets.
- Track tasks, requests, and SLAs in Asana so work stays visible and on schedule.
Audience Targeting and Management
- Own audience list hygiene and targeting across platforms.
- Build audiences from first- and third-party data.
- Manage pixels and primary vs. secondary conversion architecture, so campaigns optimize toward the actions that matter most.
Budget Pacing and Management
- Manage budgets against lead volume, lead quality, conversion, pipeline, and ROI.
- Own pacing and anomaly detection, and keep documented budget pacing up to date.
Testing & Optimization
- Run structured tests on audiences, creative, landing pages, copy, and bidding.
- Run ongoing search query analysis and keyword optimization.
- Lead weekly cross‑channel optimization syncs.
Reporting
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting that pairs results with clear recommendations.
- Lead campaign hindsights that capture what drove results, what we learned, and what to do next.
- Stay current on platform changes, privacy, and B2B trends.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally within a media agency or performance‑focused environment
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing social campaigns within LinkedIn and Meta, ideally with a focus in lead generation
- Working knowledge of conversion tracking, including pixels, UTMs, and primary vs. secondary conversions
- Experience managing budgets and pacing against goals, preferably optimizing towards leads, pipeline, cost efficiency, and ROI
- Experience running structured tests and turning results into clear recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B or B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with ad placements across YouTube, Display, DOOH, or LLMs
- Experience localizing campaigns for EMEA markets
- Experience building and maintaining audiences from first- and third-party data
- Experience with Hubspot, 6sense, Dreamdata, Asana, and/or Salesforce
Skills
- Strong attention to detail, especially in QA
- Outstanding analytical skills and strong experience in performance optimization
- Clear writer who can create ad copy that works for different audiences and markets
- Self-starter who can flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Strong project management, able to run several campaigns in parallel
