We’re looking for a
Senior Technical Product Manager
with a strong system analysis background to join Tabby’s Financial Platform domain. Every product Tabby launches passes through this domain. We define the financial logic behind each product: how it charges, settles, accounts, and reports. We make sure every launch meets regulatory and financial audit requirements, and we turn one-off needs into reusable platform solutions that the rest of the company builds on.
This is a cross-functional role spanning product, system design, financial operations, and platform architecture. It suits you if you want to shape how the financial side of every product is designed, and to see those designs through to robust, best-in-class implementation.
What you’ll do:
Turn business, product, finance, and regulatory needs into clear system requirements and implementation-ready specifications
Define how money and financial data flow end to end across products, partners, and internal systems, from transaction to accounting record
Contribute to platform architecture and service interaction design across product services and CoreBank components
Work with PMs, engineers, Finance, Compliance, and adjacent teams to define scope, dependencies, and delivery phases
Identify the services, integrations, and teams affected by each change
Shape and prioritize the team backlog with the product lead
Support engineering and QA through implementation, covering edge cases, expected behavior, and incident analysis
Keep technical and functional documentation current and usable for engineers and business stakeholders alike
What you’ll bring:
3+ years as a Technical PM, System Analyst, or Business Analyst
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Ability to break down large business processes into clear technical flows
Experience with distributed, service-based architectures
Solid API and integration design knowledge (REST, SOAP, gRPC)
Strong documentation skills: functional specs, sequence diagrams, state models, API contracts, data models
Knowledge of UML, BPMN, or similar notations
Strong plus:
Fintech, payments, banking, wallets, cards, lending, or ledger/accounting experience
Hands-on work with financial transactions, reconciliation, or money movement systems
Exposure to regulated environments, such as central bank requirements or e-invoicing
ERP integration experience (NetSuite or similar)
Product mindset and appetite for broader ownership over time
What success looks like:
Ambiguous financial, product, or regulatory requirements become clear, scalable platform designs
Teams ship changes safely in critical money movement systems
Reusable platform capabilities improve consistency across products
You grow from owning requirements into shaping the direction of the platform
What we offer:
Full-time B2B contract
Up to 20% tax allowance
22 paid leave days annually
Stock options (ESOP) in a fast-scaling, pre-IPO company
Flexi benefits you can use for wellness, travel, or learning
Work alongside a high-performing, international engineering team in a global fintech unicorn

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a founding Professional Services Consultant who is Ramp’s deepest product expert, a hands-on builder, and a strategic thought partner to the finance teams we serve. You work as an extension of the customer's team: you're embedded in their strategy, you understand where their finance organization is headed, and you do the execution work to get it there. You map their current-state workflows, design the future state, and configure Ramp to match it.
You’re dialed into the roadmap, driving transformation across their platform and finance orgs. You get customers live fast, and in some cases stay on as their ongoing partner, optimizing their Ramp environment and advising strategically as the business grows.
You'll work across a portfolio of enterprise accounts in partnership with Customer Success during activation, and Account Managers beyond implementation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
OWN CUSTOMER DELIVERY
- Discovery and process mapping — Run workshops to analyze current-state finance workflows across spend, procurement, AP, expense, travel, and close. Diagnose where time and money are actually leaking, and define the optimal Ramp solution.
- Solution design — Design and document the end-to-end solution: persona-based workflow design, approval and policy architecture, configuration blueprints, and deployment documentation that a customer admin can maintain after go-live.
- Hands-on configuration — Execute the core functional workstream. Configure Ramp to match the approved design: policies, approval chains, accounting rules, GL and dimension mapping, entity and multi-currency structures, roles and permissions.
- Integrations and data — Work with customer IT, accounting, and security teams to scope and validate ERP and HRIS integrations, map and reconcile data, build against Ramp's APIs where standard connectors don't reach, and clear security reviews.
- Agentic workflow enablement — Configure and tune Ramp's agentic finance capabilities for each customer's context: agent behavior, policy logic, prompt and rule design, exception handling. Help the customer's team understand what to hand to an agent and what to keep.
- Training and enablement — Build and deliver the enablement program: admin certification, end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, office hours, and the documentation and in-product guidance that make it durable. Enablement is a deliverable, not a slide at the end.
- Quality assurance and hypercare — Own QA: build test scenarios, coordinate User Acceptance Testing, resolve defects, and run post-go-live hypercare until the customer is stable.
- Adoption support — Consult on organizational change management alongside the CSM, and drive the functional adoption work that makes value stick after the project closes.
IMPROVE HOW WE DELIVER
- Document implementation approaches, customer needs, and lessons learned so the team can reuse what works
- Help the Senior Manager, Professional Services refine playbooks, templates, tooling, and workflows based on delivery experience
- Use customer feedback and delivery data to spot patterns, improve execution, and share practical recommendations
- Contribute to enablement materials and share product and implementation knowledge with teammates
PARTNER CROSS-FUNCTIONALLY
- Maintain expert knowledge of the entire Ramp product suite, roadmap, APIs, and the third-party ecosystem it integrates with
- Build the reusable assets that make the practice faster: configuration accelerators, templates, internal tooling, scripts, and best-practice guides — including AI-built tooling of your own
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Account Management and Support to make the handoff from presales to implementation to steady state seamless
- Bring patterns back to Product and Engineering: what customers keep asking for, what keeps breaking, what the product should do natively instead of being configured around
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Minimum of 1+ year at Ramp and a self proclaimed product expert, ability to not only consult on workflows but execute the build in product.
- 3+ years in a customer-facing professional services, implementation, or solutions consulting role — with a track record delivering SaaS implementations at mid-market and enterprise scale
- Hands-on builder — You configure, troubleshoot, and ship yourself.
- Finance systems and process knowledge — Real working understanding of finance operations: the close, AP and expense workflows, approval and policy design, GL and chart-of-accounts structure, and how an ERP actually gets used. Hands-on with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage, Workday, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- AI fluency as a daily habit — You already use AI to accelerate delivery: to build configurations, generate documentation and training material, analyze customer data, and automate the repetitive parts of the job. Experience with AI workflow configuration — agent customization, prompt engineering, tuning — is a strong plus.
- Enablement and training ability — You can teach. You've built training programs, run rooms of skeptical users, and produced documentation people actually use.
- Multi-project discipline — You can prioritize across several concurrent engagements and hit committed dates on all of them.
- Excellent communication — You translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business solutions, and you write well enough that your deliverables go to a CFO without an edit pass.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Prior experience implementing spend management, procure-to-pay, expense, or corporate card platforms
- Accounting or finance background (CPA, FP&A, controllership, or accounting operations)
- Experience building agentic or AI-powered workflows for customers at scale
- Familiarity with project management essentials and tooling (scope, schedule, budget; Smartsheet, Asana, Linear, Monday)
- Big 4 or systems integrator consulting background
- Experience in high-growth environments where the methodology was still being written
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for critical project milestones
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

Develop automated test harnesses, sandboxes, and verification engines that convert complex vulnerability research (e.g., memory corruption, web security, logic bugs) into binary pass/fail reward signals.
Integrate Bugcrowd’s Mayhem automated analysis platform and real-world vulnerability feeds into continuous, scalable RL environment generation pipelines.
Architect safe, isolated, and highly reproducible execution environments (using Docker, BuildKit, or Nix) capable of running thousands of simultaneous agent-driven exploitation and patching trajectories.
Collaborate directly with researchers at frontier AI labs including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Cohere to define standard benchmark formats, observation spaces, and verifiable evaluation metrics for cybersecurity tasks.
Implement precise telemetry, ground-truth verification algorithms, and trajectory logging to analyze agent reasoning paths and prevent reward hacking or false positives.
Build low-level instrumentation and debugging tools to monitor memory states, process executions, and network behaviors during agent interaction cycles.
Optimize infrastructure performance and environment reset latency to support massive-scale parallel sampling and distributed RL training workflows.
Benchmark and evaluate frontier AI model performance across diverse offensive and defensive security challenges, such as automated fuzzing, exploit payload generation, and patch validation.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of RL training workflows used by modern LLM systems, specifically execution-based feedback or Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR).
Proficiency developing applications in Python and low-level systems programming in C, with Rust experience being a strong plus.
Solid understanding of software vulnerabilities, binary exploitation, fuzzing methodologies, or program analysis.
Experience with DevOps pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), reproducible builds (Docker, BuildKit, Nix), and comfort working with Linux systems and low-level debugging.
Experience working with or building benchmark environments (e.g., CTFs, SWE-bench, security challenges, or execution sandboxes).
Preferred Experience
Experience designing custom reward functions, ground-truth verifiers, or automated grading engines for AI safety and reasoning models.
Background in low-level program analysis tools, sanitizers (e.g., ASan/MSan), compiler instrumentation, or automated exploit generation tools.
Proven track record of participating in or developing competitive cybersecurity benchmarks, CTFs, or open-source AI evaluation frameworks.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sitting and / or standing - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Carrying and / or lifting - Must be able to carry / move laptop as needed throughout the work day.
Environment - remote, work-from-home 100% of the time.

Are you a builder who thrives in ambiguity, gets energy from talking to real users, and wants to turn emerging agentic AI capabilities into a product people actually rely on?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
NoPressure is an early-stage startup within JetBrains' Innovation Hub. We started by using AI-powered simulations to help people practice high-stakes workplace conversations. Now, we're exploring how agentic AI and real-world context can provide personalized, moment-of-need practice and support at work.
We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence / Product Lead to partner with our technical founder. This is a 0→1 role where you’ll define our vision and venture strategy. You’ll figure out who our ideal customer is, identify high-value use cases, and validate key hypotheses through rapid experimentation. Working alongside a small, fast-moving engineering team, you will shape both the product and how it gets to market, turning early signals into something organizations want to adopt.
Day to day, you will:
Define the product and venture strategy, identifying key uncertainties and deciding what to test and build first.
Conduct continuous customer discovery to understand real workplace workflows, pain points, and behaviors.
Pinpoint the most compelling ideal customer profile (ICP) and initial use cases for growth.
Design and run lightweight experiments, prototypes, and agentic experiences to test hypotheses before committing full engineering resources.
Establish clear metrics and evaluate commercial and behavioral evidence to decide whether to iterate, double down, or pivot.
Shape positioning, messaging, and early acquisition or sales motions to bring the product to initial customers.
Monitor market shifts, emerging agent architectures, and competitor developments to uncover new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the technical founder and engineering team to move quickly from ideas to shipped prototypes.
What you’ll bring
A builder mindset that favors quick prototypes and direct learning over waiting for perfect requirements.
Deep curiosity about how people build new skills and navigate challenging interactions at work.
Comfort operating with high autonomy, speed, and decision-making under uncertainty.
Strong discovery skills that separate genuine demand and observed behavior from polite validation.
Clear, direct communication skills for pitching to and working with senior decision-makers.
Strong collaboration habits when partnering closely with engineering teams on AI-native products.
What you’ll need
A Track record of taking products or ventures from initial ambiguity to launch and early market adoption.
Hands-on experience building, launching, or experimenting with AI/agentic products or emerging technologies.
Demonstrated experience in early customer acquisition, founder-led sales, positioning, or commercialization.
Experience in L&D, coaching, sales enablement, HR tech, or behavior-change products.
The technical fluency required to evaluate agentic workflows and work directly alongside software engineers.
End-to-end ownership experience across strategy, discovery, product development, and go-to-market strategy.
What success looks like
In this role, success means rapidly turning market ambiguity into actionable direction. You will establish a validated ideal customer profile and high-value use cases through real user evidence rather than assumptions. You’ll build an experimental cadence that uncovers genuine demand early, helping the team ship an agentic AI experience that users regularly rely on and organizations actively invest in.

They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is an AI safety and research company working to build reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our customers and society as a whole. As an Enforcement Analyst focused on Agentic Alignment, you will play a crucial role in identifying and investigating harmful and unexpected behavior by models, and make enforcement decisions accordingly. You'll work closely with a suite of cross-functional teams, within and outside of Safeguards, including: Policy, Threat Intel, Engineering, Research, and Transparency. Your work will be essential in maintaining Anthropic's commitment to safe and beneficial AI as Claude takes on more autonomous work.
Important context for this role: In this position you may be exposed to and engage with explicit content spanning a range of topics, including those of a sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing nature. There is also an on-call responsibility across the Policy and Enforcement teams.
Key responsibilities
Review and investigate potential instances of Agentic Misalignment, working from transcripts, tool-use traces, and code
Triage cases by severity and urgency and share through the appropriate channels
Help operationalize review pipelines for agentic cases, translating leads from detection outputs and investigations into structured review workflows that scale
Make enforcement decisions under the Usage Policy, applying it consistently to novel agentic scenarios and across surfaces, and documenting the reasoning behind each decision
Assess cyber-related agentic activity, such as scanning, exploitation attempts, credential misuse or malicious code to determine its real-world harm potential
Write clear, well-evidenced case write-ups for audiences ranging from enforcement peers to senior leadership
Identify patterns and trends across cases, and close the loop between enforcement outcomes and upstream improvements by feeding findings back to policy, detection and research teams to improve policies, classifiers and model behavior
Maintain rigorous documentation of enforcement decisions, review logic and precedents to build institutional knowledge
Collaborate with Threat Intelligence, Research, Engineering and Policy partners so that detection coverage keeps pace with how agentic misuse and misaligned behavior evolve
Use AI systems, including Claude, to accelerate your own investigations: summarizing long transcripts, analyzing code, querying data and building lightweight tooling
Contribute to regular reports on agentic harm trends and enforcement outcomes
Minimum qualifications
Can read and understand code (for example Python, JavaScript or shell scripts) well enough to follow what happened and why it matters
Have a background in security, cyber threat intelligence, or a similar technical field that lets you understand how cyber harm happens and judge its severity
Have experience in trust and safety, enforcement, investigations or a related field, translating ambiguous policy questions and facts into defensible enforcement decisions and clear written findings
Have conducted structured investigations, building a case from first signal to final finding and knowing when the evidence is strong enough to act on
Have supported or contributed to formal enforcement actions, including case documentation, evidence packaging and escalation coordination
Write clearly and concisely, and can present complex findings to stakeholders across Legal, Policy and Engineering, including non-technical audiences
Have sound judgment about when a case needs escalation, and the resilience to work with difficult content
Preferred qualifications
Have demonstrated use of AI systems to accelerate your own work, and are excited to keep finding new ways to do so
Are comfortable working with large volumes of data, from long transcripts, logs and traces to complex, multi-table datasets, and surfacing the behavioral patterns that matter
Are curious about how AI agents behave, and enjoy investigating behavior no one has categorized before, building approaches where established playbooks don’t exist
Have familiarity with AI safety and alignment, and current debates about the risks of increasingly autonomous AI systems

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
