About the Client
Our client is involved in an innovative data-collection project, which focuses on creating video datasets for training AI models. These AI models are designed to learn from first-person (POV) video footage. The captured videos depict real people involved in hands-on tasks with a mounted phone on their head or chest, paired with spoken narration. The purpose is to enable the model to connect visual inputs (objects, hands, actions) with audio descriptions.
About the Role
The Recorder role requires individuals who can master a specific hands-on activity from a selection of verticals. You will need to film yourself performing these tasks from a first-person perspective using your smartphone while ensuring the tasks are clearly visible. If fluent in English, you may narrate live; otherwise, ambient audio will suffice, and a separate narrator will cover the task later.
Tasks & Deliverables
— Select a mastered sub-area activity and record a complete end-to-end process.
— Ensure hands and the procedure are constantly in focus.
— Provide live narration if fluent in English or ambient audio for post-recording narration.
— Deliver videos in MP4 format with accompanying JSON metadata.
— Maintain narration density at 25 words per minute; ensure 90%+ of speech describes the setting or task steps.
Required Skills
— Mastery of at least one specific sub-area activity from the provided list (e.g., cleaning, laundry, organizing, pet care, repairs, gardening, sewing, woodworking, automotive repair, art, technology use, personal care, medical procedures, culinary skills, lab protocols).
— Capability to record stable, clear POV videos with a smartphone.
— Ability to work in a real setting without third parties in frame.
— Competent in following a prepare → execute → finish script for filming tasks.
Nice-to-have Skills
— Experience recording tutorials or classes.
— Access to various settings for diverse video backgrounds.
— Owns equipment like a head/chest mount, image stabilization tools, or a good microphone.
Rules
— No personal data on video — no third-party faces, screens, documents, plates, addresses, mirror reflections.
— 100% human narration — no TTS or synthetic voice.
Engagement Details
— Compensation model: Hourly paid, considering the total number of hours for approved videos.
— Commitment Type: Flexible hours based on video submissions.
— Duration: Ongoing, with earnings based on the number of approved videos.
— Location: Remote, with flexible overlap with client's timezone.
— Start Date: Immediate start upon approval of test video.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Humanoid is seeking a Head of Government Relations to lead the company's engagement with governments, regulators, and industry bodies across its principal markets.
The role reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer and carries a global remit spanning government relations, public affairs, and policy. The United Kingdom is the company's primary market and the United States its fastest-growing second, alongside Canada, Germany, and the European institutions in Brussels.
The remit extends beyond engagement to the development of the company's policy positions, in close alignment with Legal, Finance, and commercial leadership. Three priorities define the role. The first is to establish a regulatory path for the technology, working with governments, regulators, standards bodies, and industry associations so that bipedal platforms, and not solely wheeled systems, can be deployed safely and at scale. The second is to develop routes to public and institutional capital, including government-backed investment and financing support. The third is to build the public-interest case for humanoid robotics, from industrial deployment through to sectors such as healthcare.
The role involves monitoring political and regulatory developments across the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United States; advising leadership on their implications for the business; building and maintaining relationships across Westminster, Whitehall, Brussels, and Washington DC; and representing Humanoid before policymakers, officials, industry associations, and at public forums.
The position is based in London, with the option to relocate to Washington DC as the company's United States operations grow, and involves regular international travel. The successful candidate will build a team as the function develops.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and own Humanoid's government relations, public affairs, and policy strategy globally, with the United Kingdom as the primary market and the United States close behind.
- Establish a regulatory path for humanoid robotics, working with governments, regulators, standards bodies, and industry associations to shape regulation that allows bipedal platforms to be deployed safely and at scale.
- Develop the company's policy positions as well as its relationships, in close alignment with Legal, Finance, and commercial leadership, so that policy work enables the business.
- Develop routes to public and institutional capital, including government-backed investment and financing support, working alongside the Chief Legal Officer and the Finance team.
- Build the public-interest case for humanoid robotics, including in sectors such as healthcare, and translate that case into deployment opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships across Westminster and Whitehall, in Brussels, in Washington DC, and with industrial associations across the United Kingdom, the European Union, and North America.
- Represent Humanoid before policymakers, officials, and industry bodies, and at public forums and conferences.
- Monitor political and regulatory developments across the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United States, and advise leadership on their implications for the business.
- Work closely with North American legal leadership on engagement across the United States and Canada.
- Build and lead the government relations function as it grows, while remaining personally engaged in research, drafting, and engagement.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of experience specifically in government relations, government affairs, public affairs, or policy. This is a firm minimum.
- Deep and current knowledge of the United Kingdom political environment, including the ability to anticipate how the policy agenda is likely to develop.
- A sound working understanding of the United States political environment, and of European Union institutions and policymaking.
- A bachelor's degree in law, political science, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in at least one relevant sector: technology, telecommunications, satellites, media, AI, software, automotive, aerospace and space, or defence.
- The ability to develop policy positions and strategy, not only relationships.
- A hands-on, execution-oriented approach, with a record of conducting research and drafting personally alongside managing others.
- The ability to operate in ambiguity and to create clarity in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly, including to Germany, Brussels, Washington DC, Boston, and San Diego.
- The right to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
- A commitment to a long-term role, and the resilience required in a company scaling at pace.
NICE TO HAVE
- A master's degree or PhD.
- Direct experience in Parliament or government, whether working with or for Members of Parliament, in a ministerial office, or with secretaries and under-secretaries in the executive branch.
- European Union policy and Brussels engagement experience.
- Experience establishing a government relations function from first principles in a scaling company.
- Experience with public funding, sovereign guarantees, or government-backed financing.
- Experience in emerging-technology regulation or standards-setting.
- A genuine interest in emerging technologies and the future of robotics.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

Reporting to our CXG Chief Customer Officer, you will act as the main point of contact for all local matters and will have authority over a team of five people.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be expected to work closely with clients, local teams and our global teams, personally drive business development, make day-to-day operational decisions, and intervene directly when commercial or delivery performance requires support.

What you will be doing:
1. Country Leadership, Team Management and Accountability
Lead the South Korea team with energy, clarity, empathy, and a strong sense of ownership.
Set clear responsibilities and decision-making authority across the local organization, while remaining close enough to the business to identify issues early and remove obstacles quickly.

Set clear individual and collective objectives, with a particular focus on client growth, project quality, operational excellence, profitability, and execution discipline.
Make timely resource and staffing decisions based on project requirements, commercial priorities, delivery risk, and the financial performance of the market.
Foster a positive, inclusive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture across the local team.
Ensure the South Korea team operates in full alignment with CXG’s global policies, processes, methodologies, quality standards, and ethical expectations.
2. Business Performance, P&L and Market Development
Define and execute the South Korea business plan in line with CXG’s regional and global strategy and the specific characteristics of the local market.
Own the full P&L of the South Korea business, with clear accountability for revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, cash collection, forecasting, and overall profitability.
Personally lead an ambitious and hands-on business development strategy, actively originating, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities rather than relying primarily on regionally or globally generated leads.
Develop and maintain a strong network of senior decision-makers in South Korea and establish CXG as a trusted strategic partner to both Korean and international brands.
Activate and expand local opportunities with international brands for which CXG already holds regional or global relationships, building the local trust and executive engagement required to generate additional business.

Build a healthy and diversified pipeline combining growth from existing accounts, new logos, new solutions, cross-practice opportunities, and multi-year engagements.
Balance short-term revenue generation with the development of sustainable, profitable client relationships and a strong long-term position for CXG in South Korea.
Establish clear local ownership of business development, ensuring that Customer Success Managers proactively generate qualified opportunities and expand their accounts.
Set and monitor clear commercial objectives and performance indicators for the local team, with named ownership and disciplined follow-up for each opportunity.
Track market performance and provide clear, consistent reporting to the Chief Customer Officer and other relevant global stakeholders.
Lead the annual budgeting and regular reforecasting processes, take corrective action when results deviate from plan, and ensure financial decisions support both growth and profitability.
Maintain a disciplined and transparent pipeline, with reliable forecasting, clear ownership of opportunities, realistic probabilities, and consistent follow-up through to conversion.
3. Project Delivery and Quality
Own the quality, timeliness, scope, and profitability of all locally delivered projects, ensuring that commitments made to clients are realistic and consistently met.
Oversee delivery governance, including project reviews, resource planning, quality controls, margin monitoring, risk identification, and clear escalation paths.
Review the performance of key or at-risk projects, challenge delivery plans when required, and intervene directly to resolve issues affecting quality, deadlines, client satisfaction, or profitability.
Act as the senior local escalation point for clients and ensure that concerns are addressed quickly, transparently, and with clear ownership.
Guide the team in designing impactful client solutions by leveraging CXG’s full range of practices, methodologies, data, and expertise.
Ensure that Customer Experience Evaluation and other measurement solutions provide a strong foundation for client relationships while systematically identifying opportunities to broaden and deepen those relationships.
Ensure that proposals and client conversations clearly articulate CXG’s differentiation: deep luxury and premium expertise, a global delivery model, proprietary experience data and benchmarks, an integrated view of customer and employee experience, and in-house teams in each market.
Promote CXG’s thought leadership, reputation, and visibility in the South Korean market.

4. Operational Governance and Office Management
Coordinate closely with regional and global Operations teams to ensure operational excellence, appropriate capacity, and effective development and engagement of the local evaluator community.
Oversee the overall management of the South Korea office and key administrative processes, including receivables, supplier and vendor coordination, office maintenance, and the timely payment of local bills and services.

Monitor search-term data, conversion tracking, attribution, call tracking, and landing-page performance
Launch new campaigns and work directly alongside leadership to expand into new markets and industries
Take increasing ownership of advertising spend, with a target of managing at least $100k/month in Google Ads spend within 90 days

Advanced / expert-level Google Ads expertise
Strong Meta Ads experience
Proven experience generating leads and/or inbound phone calls through paid advertising
Demonstrable experience optimizing campaigns against commercial performance metrics such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality

Experience launching campaigns from scratch, diagnosing poor performance, cutting losers, and scaling winners
Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets; $50k–$100k+ monthly Google Ads spend is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, call tracking, search-term analysis, budget allocation, A/B testing, and landing-page performance
A no-nonsense, high-accountability attitude. You care about performance more than process or corporate bureaucracy
