About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
About the Role
As a RAM, you’ll own a book of accounts across European markets. This isn’t a passive renewal role. We want someone who treats their portfolio like a sales territory: proactively growing wallet share, spotting upsell and cross-sell moments, and building the kind of client relationships that make churn a non-starter. This role looks after customers for their first 90 days after activation (first subscription paid). Your main objective is to drive quick, thorough product adoption, with a focus on revenue and turning new customers into High Value Clients (HVCs).
Day to day, you’ll explore clients’ businesses and needs in depth, then position our products to address the opportunities you uncover.
You’ll be measured on what matters: expansion revenue, ARPA growth and voluntary churn. If you’re the type who reads their book every Monday morning and spots the opportunity before the client asks, this is your seat.
What you'll be doing
Own a portfolio of high-value SME clients across European markets and drive sustainable revenue growth from it.
Prioritise well: not all clients deliver the same value, so qualify quickly and accurately, then prioritise accordingly.
Proactively engage your book through outreach and check-ins, rather than just reacting to inbound requests.
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Finom’s product suite (plans, card spend, invoicing, credit).
Build genuine relationships with decision-makers and be the person they call when something needs sorting.
Use account data, usage signals and portfolio trends to inform your outreach priorities and commercial conversations. Gut feel is a start, but data is what makes it repeatable.
Monitor account health signals and step in early on at-risk accounts before churn becomes likely.
Maintain a clean pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce – no black holes.
Use Modjo, our AI call intelligence tool, to sharpen your performance and share learnings with the team.
Work closely with onboarding, product and support to make sure clients get what was promised.
What we're looking for
Languages: fluent English, plus Italian at Native Level
At least 2 years of account management experience in fintech or B2B SaaS.
At least 1 year of outbound or business development experience: you know how to open a conversation and create urgency without being pushy.
Hungry: you want to win, and you push for results without being chased.
Commercially sharp: you think in terms of revenue per account, expansion potential and portfolio mix, not just satisfaction scores.
Data-driven: you use data to make decisions, whether that’s spotting a usage drop before it becomes a churn risk or finding the right moment for a plan-upgrade conversation.
Comfortable in a fast-moving scale-up where the playbook is still being written in places.
Confident communicator: you can run a QBR, push back when needed and escalate the right things.
Proficient in Salesforce, Google Workspace and Slack. Experience with Modjo or a similar call tool is a bonus.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Role: Senior Operations Specialist (Solar Stratospheric Aircraft Mission Planning)
- Department: HAPS
- Location: Valencia, Spain
- Working type: On site, with limited remote working
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE SENIOR OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (HAPS MISSION PLANNING)
As Senior Operations Specialist (HAPS Mission Planning), you will shape where, when and how ICEYE's stratospheric, solar-powered electric aircraft flies. You will build and maintain the operational weather picture before and during each flight, identify the right windows to launch, fly and recover, and turn weather, airspace, aircraft performance and energy constraints into a safe and achievable mission plan that you keep up to date as conditions evolve.
The role is deliberately broad. Beyond mission planning, you will contribute across the Operations team: preparing and executing flight test campaigns, supporting ground control station operations, assessing flight results and feeding them back into the aircraft's development, and helping build the procedures and tools of an operations capability that will scale as the program grows.
WHO ARE WE?
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE's near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. ICEYE operates internationally with offices in Finland, Poland, Spain, Japan, the UAE, Greece, Germany, and the US. The company has more than 900 employees, inspired by the shared vision of improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FLIGHT OPERATIONS
- Build and maintain the operational meteorological picture before and during the flight, using the available tools (forecast models, radiosondes, lidar and aircraft data), drift planning, and identify weather and terrain-related hazards relevant to the flight profile.
- Identify suitable launch, flight and recovery windows and communicate them to the flight crew.
- Develop and maintain the mission plan (route, altitude, speed profile and timing), customer mission goals, integrating weather, airspace, aircraft performance, aircraft health and energy constraints.
- Continuously assess predicted cut-down and debris impact zones to keep the planned trajectory within the permitted ground impact area.
- Maintain readiness for degraded operations for a return-to-home mission profile in case re-planning of a return is necessary or in case of the plane entering a degraded operational mode due to a mechanical or electrical servicing need.
- Monitor aircraft progress against the plan, update it when required, and coordinate mission planning and meteorological decisions with the flight crew and engineering teams.
WIDER OPERATIONS SUPPORT
- Contribute to the planning, preparation and execution of flight test campaigns, including site preparation, pre-flight checks, launch and recovery activities.
- Take on other crew positions or ground control station duties as operational needs require, building versatility across the Operations team.
- Analyse flight data after each flight, report results and translate findings into improvements for the aircraft, its systems and operating procedures.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, checklists, emergency procedures and operations documentation.
- Develop and improve monitoring, analysis and planning tools used by the flight crew, such as telemetry dashboards and energy or thermal estimation tools.
- Support aircraft integration, ground testing and simulation activities, and contribute to the training and qualification of crew members.
- Support safety and risk assessments for operations and, when needed, coordination with aviation authorities and external partners.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE SKILLS
- 5+ years of relevant experience in UAS or aircraft testing and operations.
- Good knowledge of meteorology (wind profiles, convection, turbulence, icing, thermal activity, etc.) and the ability to interpret forecast models, synoptic charts and upper-air data.
- Experience in flight or mission planning, including route, altitude and timing under weather and airspace constraints.
- Understanding of aircraft performance and of how weather affects flight safety and endurance.
- Clear communication and the ability to work as part of a flight crew, including during long-endurance operations.
- Programming or scripting skills for data analysis and tooling (e.g. Python; C/C++) a plus.
- Ability to drive large vehicles or convoys (within limits of B license).
- Good command of the English language, both oral and written.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS
- Aviation meteorology qualification, or experience as a forecaster or weather briefer for flight operations.
- Hands-on experience with radiosonde launches, lidar or other atmospheric measurement systems.
- Experience with airspace management and coordination with ATC.
- Experience with trajectory, cut-down or debris impact modelling.
- Experience with solar-powered, electric or long-endurance aircraft, or with high-altitude platforms and balloons.
- Experience with safety analysis in the SORA framework.
- Familiarity with GIS tools, autopilot mission planning and ground software like QGroundControl.
- EASA-valid remote pilot license up to specific category standard scenarios.
- Proactive can-do attitude and love for aerospace are expected.

About the job
The SOC Analyst is responsible for the continuous monitoring, triage, and investigation of security events across the organization's environment, as part of a global follow-the-sun Security Operations Center. This position reports to the SOC Lead. The role goes beyond acknowledging alerts: the focus is on understanding what each alert means, investigating suspicious activity end to end, responding to real threats, and handing over cleanly between regions so that nothing is lost across shifts. The ideal candidate has solid SOC experience, a strong investigative mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote setting where accuracy, discipline, and security are essential. Hands-on engineering experience with core security platforms is a big plus.
Responsibilities
Monitor, triage, and analyze security alerts and events from the organization's security stack, including SIEM, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Security Service Edge (SSE), and Web Application Firewall (WAF) platforms.
Investigate security incidents end to end, from initial triage through analysis, containment, eradication, and post-incident documentation, coordinating with relevant teams throughout.
Determine the scope, severity, and impact of security events, separating true positives from false positives and escalating confirmed incidents according to defined procedures.
Execute response actions within the security platforms, such as isolating endpoints, blocking indicators, disabling compromised accounts, and enforcing access restrictions.
Ensure structured, high-quality shift handovers across regions in the follow-the-sun model, so that open investigations, ongoing incidents, and pending actions continue seamlessly around the clock.
Proactively threat hunt across endpoint, network, and log data to uncover suspicious activity that existing detections may have missed, mapping findings to frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
Provide feedback on detection quality and contribute to the tuning of SIEM correlation rules, EDR custom detections, and WAF rules to reduce noise and improve coverage.
Enrich investigations with threat intelligence, including indicators of compromise, attacker techniques, and emerging campaigns relevant to the organization.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and incident response playbooks.
Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, application, and security engineering teams to resolve incidents and support day-to-day operations.

About You
You are a hands-on security analyst who wants to understand what is really happening behind an alert, rather than only closing tickets. You dig into the data, follow the evidence, and know when and how to escalate. If you have also stood up or tuned the tools you work with, or written your own detections, even better. You are structured, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote, follow-the-sun team, and you take pride in leaving a clear handover for the next shift. You are curious about new threats and technologies, and you enjoy working closely with both technical teams and end users to raise the security bar across the environment.

Support vulnerability management and drive continuous improvement of the organization's overall security posture.
