Our AI-powered platform lets leading banks, fintechs, marketplaces, and governments deliver friction-free experiences while defeating fraud and safeguarding privacy. Recently named a leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Identity Verification, we’re scaling fast - and we need a product-marketing leader who can turn breakthrough technology into a category-defining narrative.
The Impact You’ll Make
As a
Senior DevOps Engineer
at Incode, you will be the backbone of our cloud infrastructure. Your work will accelerate deployments, fortify monitoring and observability, and ensure reliability at global scale. Partnering closely with our developers, you'll transform complex challenges into resilient, automated solutions that keep our applications highly available and performant. You will be a key enabler of speed, trust, and innovation - driving how Incode builds, delivers, and scales AI-driven identity verification for the world.
On-call, up front: the DevOps team does not carry 24/7 on-call. A separate SRE team owns incident response.

- Contribute to and refine internal best practices, methodologies, and automation frameworks that elevate the DevOps culture.
Continuous Innovation -
Stay on top of AWS and DevOps advancements, introducing new tools and approaches that enhance speed, efficiency, and scalability.

- You’re highly skilled with Terraform, driving automation and consistency across complex environments.
Pipeline Innovator
- You have hands-on experience implementing and optimizing CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, accelerating delivery while ensuring quality.
AWS Practitioner
-
You possess a strong command of core AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, etc.) and know how to leverage them for scalable, secure solutions.
Observability Builder
-
You've personally configured, tuned, or debugged a self-hosted monitoring stack (Grafana with Prometheus or VictoriaMetrics), not just consumed dashboards someone else built.
Systems & Networking Thinker
-
You understand networking fundamentals - TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S - and apply them to build reliable, high-performance systems.
Clear Communicator
-
You excel at translating technical solutions into language that resonates with both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.
Your Background

Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

About Alchemy
Alchemy is the Web3 infrastructure and developer platform that powers millions of users and the world’s most innovative blockchain applications. From enabling $1+ trillion in financial transactions worldwide to scaling L2s and enabling DeFi, Alchemy provides the infrastructure and tools developers need to build reliable, scalable, and accessible experiences.
Trusted by companies like JPMorgan, Stripe, Visa, Franklin Templeton, Nike, and backed by a16z, Coatue, Silver Lake, Lightspeed, and Stanford University, Alchemy is building the foundational layer for a decentralized and AI-enabled Web3 ecosystem. For more information, visit alchemy.com http://alchemy.com.
About the Role
As an Account Executive. You will be Alchemy’s tip of the spear in the Solana ecosystem — building, closing, and expanding partnerships with top apps, infra providers, and ecosystem players. You’ll be equally comfortable in a hackathon booth, on a stage at Breakpoint, or in a multi-threaded deal cycle with a Series B founder and their engineering lead. This is a builder’s role. You’ll shape our Solana GTM engine from the ground up — from identifying the most strategic accounts to partnering with product and engineering on roadmap priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business and expansion within the Solana-native developer ecosystem across DeFi, NFTs, gaming, infra, and emerging categories.
- Leverage your existing Solana network to open doors, accelerate trust, and shorten sales cycles.
- Collaborate directly with the Solana Foundation, SuperTeams, and ecosystem partners on joint GTM motions.
- Represent Alchemy at top Solana events, hackathons, and community meetups globally.
- Run a tight product feedback loop with our Solana engineering team to keep us ahead of the competition on performance and features.
- Work closely with marketing on co-marketing, case studies, and success stories that make “Powered by Alchemy” a mark of trust in Solana.
What we’re looking for
- Deep relationships in the Solana ecosystem and the ability to activate them.
- 5–8+ years in B2B sales or BD with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets in high-growth, technical markets.
- Experience closing partnerships with startups and scaling teams, ideally in dev tooling, infrastructure, or adjacent categories.
- The ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous markets — and to build the playbook as you go.
- A genuine passion for Web3, crypto infrastructure, and Solana’s mission.

Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Wrike, you will own, protect, and exponentially grow the strategic relationship for a high-value portfolio of Enterprise accounts across EMEA. Wrike has evolved beyond standard project management into a trusted work delivery platform for people and AI, and in this role, you will be the chief architect of that vision for our most strategic clients.
In this role, you are a strategic business consultant and a trusted advisor. You will guide client executives through complex business transformations, leveraging cutting-edge Wrike AI Agents, Wrike Copilot, and visual collaboration tools to map, optimize, and scale business workflows. You will partner deeply with Sales, Renewals, and Product counterparts to deliver on the transformational vision and establish Wrike as the clients' long-term operating system of record.
Your Impact:
Strategic Portfolio Ownership:
Proactively manage a highly diverse and complex book of EMEA (mainly UK) Enterprise accounts, serving as their strategic partner, executive liaison, and primary advocate.
Build Stakeholder Relationships:

Co-Create Success Plans & Workflows:
Build scalable and highly digestible Success Plans that capture the client's transformational vision and a measurable roadmap to build it out.
Play Offense:
Actively hunt for expansion paths within your portfolio. You will not wait for renewals to talk about growth; instead, you will proactively identify new teams to land, pitch advanced AI use cases, and systematically build a high-velocity expansion pipeline in lockstep with Sales.
Commercial Growth & Retention:
Meet individual Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, mapping customer growth plans, and mitigating churn risks early.
Operational Excellence:
You will continuously iterate on processes, develop new workflow playbooks, and share documented learnings across the broader organization.
Your Qualifications:
Proven GTM Track Record:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Consulting roles within the SaaS space, with a verified track record of managing $1M+ ARR accounts.
Change Management & COE Mastery:
Proven expertise in guiding large-scale organizations through complex software rollouts and operational transformations by mapping and navigating stakeholder management and building internal Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Executive Presence & Storytelling:
Highly polished communication skills with a proven capability to establish radical trust, navigate political dynamics, and present quantified business value/ROI to C-suite and VP-level technology leaders.
Commercial Acumen & C-Suite Framing:
A proven history of partnering with Sales to build joint account plans, identify upsell opportunities, and guide customers through complex buying cycles. You possess a deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes and are highly skilled at framing the business and operational value of a product to C-level audiences, translating technical features into hard cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
Workflow Consulting Expertise:
Ability to run structured, outcome-led Workflow Discoveries and reverse demos to map customer business processes directly into Wrike and identify adjacent opportunities.
Technical & Integration Literacy:
Strong comfort with tech ecosystems; ability to discuss complex system integrations, data analytics, and address technical hurdles (such as API webhooks or integration recipes) in lockstep with supporting teams.
AI-Enabled Capability:
Strong literacy and hands-on experience embedding practical Generative AI tools into daily operations.
Standout Qualities:
Vertical Specialization:
You have deep domain expertise in one or more core industry verticals (e.g., Marketing, Creative Agencies, PMOs) and can build reusable workflow playbooks for the team.
Certified Change Management Coach:
You have experience guiding organizations through large-scale software rollouts and operational change management.
Certified Project Manager:
You hold a recognized industry certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) and possess a formal understanding of project management methodologies to easily translate complex client workflows into structured, high-performing configurations.
Peer Mentor:
You naturally seek opportunities to mentor junior team members, share best practices, and contribute to the collective enablement of the Customer Success organization.
