About Onedome
We're a UK fintech building high-throughput digital infrastructure for the mortgage and property space. Recently acquired Trussle. We're taking our platform to the next level: fully automated, self-healing, observable, and built to handle real traffic spikes (we have a TV launch coming up).
The role
You'll be our senior platform engineer. Not a traditional ops role. You'll treat infrastructure as a product, build the internal developer platform our engineers deploy through, and bring SRE discipline into the application tier when it's needed.
You won't have a platform team to lean on. You'll be building that capability. We know exactly what we need.
What you'll do
Own 5 AWS accounts across the organisation (QA, Prod, Infra, plus two others)
Architect and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform. Replace the click-ops that's still around
Stand up CI/CD pipelines engineers actually want to use. Blue/green and canary where it makes sense
Run releases reliably and reduce key-person risk on the deploy process
Set up monitoring, alerting, and incident response so we catch issues before customers do. Define SLIs and SLOs that map to real user journeys
Lead incident response as the primary infra responder. Run blameless post-mortems
Patch and harden the platform. We're a fintech, this matters. IAM least privilege, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, MFA enforcement
Lead infrastructure work for the TV launch: traffic spikes, autoscaling, capacity planning, runbooks
Partner with backend engineers when production issues cross into the app tier. JVM tuning, connection pools, async patterns, memory leaks
Architect multi-region DR. Drive the platform toward self-healing
Optimise cost across DynamoDB, Lambda, and the wider AWS footprint
Set architectural guardrails with tech leads and SWEs. Mentor engineers as the platform capability grows
You must have
6+ years hands-on AWS in production (VPC, IAM, EC2/ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, Route53, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS)
Production Terraform (Terragrunt a plus). Multi-environment state management
Production Kubernetes and Docker. EKS specifically
Strong CI/CD experience: GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, or ArgoCD. GitOps practices
Strong infrastructure security: IAM least privilege, secrets, patching, vulnerability scanning, MFA enforcement
Observability from scratch: CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or ELK
Solid backend competency in Java (Spring Boot), Python, or Node. Understanding of JVM, concurrency, async systems
Comfort being the senior infrastructure person. Self-directed, opinionated, disciplined about documentation
B2/C1 Level English
Nice to have
Fintech or other regulated industry experience
DynamoDB at scale (we run many tables with PITR and S3 exports, Lambda-driven daily incrementals)
AWS cost optimisation track record
Past experience as a first infrastructure hire at a small team
Building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling
AWS DevOps Pro, Solutions Architect Pro, or CKA
Service mesh experience (Istio, Linkerd) and DevSecOps practices
Firebase or GCP exposure (we have a small footprint there)
What you won't get from us
A platform team to lean on. You'll be building that capability
Click-ops everywhere. You'll be replacing what exists with IaC
Ambiguity about the work. We know exactly what we need
Working setup
UK working hours.
Fully remote across the EU
Tooling: Microsoft 365, Teams, Planner, Nuclino, GitHub
aws-vault with MFA enforcement on all accounts
Sustainable on-call rotation
Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 / month
Location: New York; San Francisco

- 6+ years of experience in B2B Account Management, Relationship Management, Customer Success, Strategic Partnerships, or a related commercial role, ideally in payments, fintech, technology, banking, or consulting.
- Experience managing complex enterprise accounts and building trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders.
- Strong commercial judgment, including experience identifying growth opportunities and leading or supporting negotiations.
- A strategic, analytical, and data-driven approach to account planning and decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital commerce, payments, fintech, and the competitive dynamics shaping the NORAM market.
- Clear and compelling communication skills, with the ability to influence internally and externally at all levels.
- Customer-first judgment and the ability to balance merchant outcomes, commercial performance, and operational realities.
- High ownership, organization, and follow-through, especially when priorities shift or information is incomplete.
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn complex products and apply new technologies, including AI, to improve account performance.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
What You’ll Do
Platform & Systems Management
Tech project management:
Manage technology-related projects end to end — defining requirements, building timelines, tracking progress, and identifying improvements that serve broader project goals.
LMS management (WordPress & LearnDash):
Own the day-to-day health of our WordPress-based LMS and LearnDash plugin — user administration, course administration, email flows, bulk imports, new features, configuration, and troubleshooting.
CRM & Marketing Automation (Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud):
Act as first point of contact for Salesforce and SFMC — build and test journeys, landing pages, and lead magnets; investigate and resolve issues the Operations team can't solve; escalate and follow up when needed.
System integration:
Serve as the architect making sure LMS, CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Power BI talk to each other correctly — designing and implementing the technical architecture for data flows between platforms, including low-code integrations.
Data integrity & reporting:
Review data integrity across LearnDash, Salesforce, and Power BI; execute queries and build reports/extracts for non-technical stakeholders; handle large-scale data reviews (including million-row datasets) when needed.
Website support:
Provide general technical support for the website and coordinate with relevant resources to resolve issues.
Compliance & security:
Help bring the LMS environment up to the organization's IT and security standards, acting as liaison between the Education team, developers/cloud providers, and Security/Legal/IT.
Marketing Operations & Growth
Campaign execution:
Build, test, and launch email and lifecycle campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud — segmentation, audience building, A/B tests, send scheduling, and deliverability hygiene.
Landing pages & lead capture:
Build and ship landing pages and forms based on designs provided by the internal design team; ensure correct lead routing into Salesforce, field mapping, deduplication, and follow-up automation.
Tracking & attribution:
Own the measurement layer — GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, UTM taxonomy and enforcement — so that every campaign, source, and channel is measurable end to end.
Lifecycle & retention automation:
Design automated flows across the student lifecycle (onboarding, course progress nudges, re-engagement, certification, upsell) connecting LMS events to CRM and Marketing Cloud triggers.
Martech stack & compliance:
Own the marketing technology stack and its integrations; keep consent management, cookie compliance, and data handling aligned with privacy requirements and company policy.
AI for marketing:
Apply the same builder mindset to marketing — AI-assisted copy and creative variants, campaign localization at scale, automated performance summaries, and audience insight tooling.
Technical Bridge & Coordination
Stakeholder liaison:
Serve as a primary point of contact between internal stakeholders (especially the development team) and business operations, translating business needs into functional technical specifications.
Specification writing & QA:
Write clear technical specs, replicate scenarios, and fully test in QA and production before rollout.
Documentation:
Keep the operations manual and technical documentation current and useful for the team.
Cross-functional project leadership:
Lead multi-month initiatives (e.g., new catalog builds, platform redesigns, global/language expansions, migrations) from scoping through to launch — defining KPIs, coordinating between design/development/vendors, and testing at every step.
AI Development & Innovation
AI builder mindset:
Go beyond being “AI-savvy” — actively explore, prototype, and build AI-powered solutions that improve how the team works and how students learn (e.g., translation tools, automation of repetitive data tasks, AI-assisted reporting).
Tool development:
Design and build practical AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom Gemini/Claude “gems”/assistants, scripts, or low-code automations) to solve real operational bottlenecks — not just use off-the-shelf AI features.
Exploration & evaluation:
Stay current on emerging AI tools and platforms relevant to EdTech operations, and proactively propose where they could create value (efficiency, personalization, translation, content scaling, etc.).
AI project ownership:
Take end-to-end ownership of AI-driven initiatives — from investigating alternatives and setting up integrations, to testing and rolling out to production (as previously done with AI-powered course translation tooling).
Responsible use:
Use AI tools in a way that's compliant with company confidentiality and data-security standards, and only with company-approved systems.

You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Senior CSM at 1Password, you own and strategically manage a portfolio of customers – driving value realization, revenue retention, and expansion outcomes that consistently exceed expectations. You operate with full commercial autonomy: advancing expansion opportunities independently, engaging VP and C-suite stakeholders as a trusted advisor, and managing complex renewals without escalation. Beyond your own book, you raise the bar for the team through mentorship, playbook contributions, and peer enablement.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
This is a remote opportunity within the UK.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years in a customer-facing, consultative, or technical role in SaaS – Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or IT/security leadership.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding retention, adoption, and expansion outcomes; experience recognized with performance distinction is a plus.
- Proven ability to run executive business reviews with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
- Background in cybersecurity, IAM, identity security, or enterprise IT preferred; former 1Password power user is a strong plus.
- Strategic success planning and multi-threaded stakeholder management across a complex portfolio.
- Commercial acumen: independently qualifies, advances, and documents expansion opportunities; manages negotiations without oversight.
- Designs and applies AI-assisted workflows to commercial execution; documents use cases in a shareable format.
- Strong Gainsight and Salesforce hygiene; consistent forecasting discipline.
- Highly autonomous; manages complex accounts without requiring managerial direction.
- Commercial thinker who connects customer outcomes to expansion potential naturally.
- Strong executive presence – adapts messaging across technical, operational, and C-suite audiences.
- Elevates teammates through knowledge sharing and informal mentorship.
What you can expect:
OWN AND GROW YOUR BOOK OF BUSINESS
- Independently manage a portfolio of moderately to highly complex accounts – adapting success plans to each customer’s context without manager guidance.
- Maintain full success plan coverage; produce documented best practices and playbooks, applied broadly across accounts with measurable KPI improvement.
- Proactively identify and mitigate renewal risks; close risk CTAs with a high rate of success within defined timeframes.
DRIVE ADOPTION & VALUE REALIZATION
- Achieve strong Executive Sponsor attendance in EBRs across segments; EBRs are value-driven, data-backed, and consistently advance renewal confidence.
- Maintain commercial intelligence across strategic accounts – budget cycles, org changes, compliance mandates, and stack rationalization.
- Translate advanced 1Password capabilities into clear outcomes for VP and C-suite stakeholders; tie adoption to measurable ROI and long-term advocacy.
LEAD REVENUE RETENTION & EXPANSION
- Achieve strong amendment and renewal upsell win rates; proactively source and advance expansion opportunities with documented context.
- Maintain forecasting hygiene with minimal blank or unmodified renewals approaching subscription end.
OPERATE WITH STRATEGIC RIGOR
- Manage commercial objections, renewal negotiations, and competitive conversations independently – without escalation for standard to complex scenarios.
- Build and present business cases to customer champions; advance deals with enough depth to move through the pipeline with AE alignment.
ACT AS A TRUSTED SECURITY ADVISOR
- Deep working knowledge of the full 1Password product suite; design tailored success journeys connecting feature adoption to measurable business outcomes.
- Incorporate regulatory context, breach patterns, and competitive dynamics into EBRs with confidence.
- Design and share AI-assisted workflows with teammates in a replicable, documented format.
COLLABORATE & ENABLE
- Lead joint account planning with your AE; cited by AEs as a proactive commercial collaborator who improves deal outcomes.
- Mentor Level B CSMs through call shadowing, ad hoc coaching, or onboarding support.
- Lead or co-lead cross-team initiatives; contribute tools or improvements adopted by peers.
MONTH 1 – ONBOARDING & FOUNDATION
- Develop fluency in 1Password’s full product suite, CS methodology, and commercial motion.
- By the end of Month 1, you will independently manage customer touchpoints and demonstrate clear understanding of renewal drivers across your portfolio.
MONTH 3 – PORTFOLIO OWNERSHIP
- Full ownership of your book with consistent EBR cadence and expansion sourcing.
- By Month 3, you are meeting key performance targets and expansion leads are flowing to Sales with documented context.
MONTH 6 – STRATEGIC IMPACT
- Operating at full commercial autonomy; contributing to team practices and mentoring peers.
- By Month 6, you are achieving top-tier customer satisfaction and recognized as a reliable commercial collaborator by your AE and cross-functional partners.
UK-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between £73,000 GBP and £106,000 GBP, and is commission-eligible. This role is also eligible for immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, pension, and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

About this role
Our website is one of the most important ways people discover what we offer, understand our value, and decide whether to talk to Sales or start a trial. The Web Growth team owns its roadmap and continuously improves the journey from first impression through to lead capture, demo engagement, signup, and trial start.
You’ll treat the website like a product: understand user intent, find confusion and friction, form strong hypotheses, test them with users and data, and turn what you learn into better experiences.
You’ll be just as comfortable shaping the problem and influencing the roadmap as you are designing the final interaction, prototype, or page.
What you’ll be doing
Experimentation:
Designing and iterating on experiments across landing pages, pricing, signup, and conversion flows to improve engagement, conversion, qualified leads, and trial starts.
Collaboration:
Working with Growth, Self-serve, Brand, Marketing, Product, Data, Research, and Engineering to turn opportunities into clear, buildable experiences.
Data and insight:
Using user insights and funnel data to identify opportunities, define hypotheses, and measure impact.
Product design:
Applying product design thinking to comprehension, navigation, forms, interactive demos, responsiveness, and accessibility.
Prototyping and systems:
Prototyping in Figma and code, using AI tools where useful, and working within shared components and brand systems.
Roadmap ownership:
Bringing ideas to the Web Growth roadmap, not just executing briefs.
Must have experience
Experience:
5+ years in web, product, growth, or a closely related design role, with a strong portfolio of shipped, conversion-focused work.
Growth mindset:
A track record of using design, growth frameworks, conversion rate optimisation, and funnel analysis to improve outcomes such as leads, conversion, trials, activation, or revenue.
Experimentation:
Experience designing and iterating on experiments, including A/B tests or other data-informed approaches. B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
Craft and taste:
Excellent visual and interaction design skills, with a sharp eye for typography, hierarchy, detail, and polish.
Systems and brand:
Comfortable working within an existing design system and brand, while identifying opportunities to extend and improve it.
AI fluency:
Experience using AI in your design practice, including tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Figma Make, or similar. You should be able to explain how AI has changed your workflow and what you have built or shipped with it.
Ownership:
Able to take a brief and run with it. You work independently, make good decisions, ask the right questions, and bring solutions rather than just options.
Who this role is not for
This role is not for you if:
You only want to design campaign or marketing pages from a fixed brief. This role owns the journey from first visit through to lead, demo, signup, or trial.
You care about visual polish but not about comprehension, navigation, forms, interactive demos, or reducing friction.
You don’t want to work with funnel data, user research, experimentation, or the realities of implementation.
You want to focus on brand expression without balancing it with usability, accessibility, performance, and measurable growth.
You need a fixed roadmap and detailed requirements rather than identifying opportunities and shaping what the team should test next.
You’re not interested in working closely with Growth, Marketing, Product, Data, Research, and Engineering to make the website perform better.
What success looks like
You’ll know you’re successful if:
More visitors understand Fin and Intercom, find the right path for their needs, and take the next step with less friction.
You’ve improved meaningful growth outcomes across qualified leads, demo engagement, signups, and trial starts.
Experiments are well designed, clearly measured, and used to inform what the team does next.
You’ve made complex product value easier to understand and act on without relying on extra explanation from Sales or Marketing.
You’ve built strong working relationships with Growth, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Research, Sales, and Customer Success.
You’ve raised the bar for web growth design through thoughtful, high-quality experiences that people trust and want to use.
Interview process
We understand that interviewing for a new role is both time- and energy-consuming. We aim to be thorough, speedy, and transparent in our approach.
You should expect the entire process to take no more than four weeks from start to finish. You’ll meet with members of our team and have the opportunity to validate that Intercom and the role are the right fit for you.
Ready to build something great?
If you’re excited by the opportunity to help existing businesses get more value from a self-serve product, and you have the craft, curiosity, commercial thinking, and autonomy to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
#LI-Hybrid

At Aleph, we're committed to ensuring that all of our customers' and partners' data is protected and that our work complies with data protection legislation across the markets we operate in — including as AI regulation reshapes that landscape. We're looking for an experienced AI Tech and Data Privacy Associate Manager (or Manager, depending on experience), to join our global team and help manage sensitive information, support contract preparation, carry out data protection assessments, and advise on the growing intersection of AI governance and privacy compliance across our global footprint.
What You Will Do
Advise on and support the practical implementation of legal requirements across all AI risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act — prohibited, high-risk, limited-risk, and minimal-risk systems), including risk classification, compliance obligations, and coordination with product and tech teams.
Monitor emerging AI regulations more broadly and advise on their intersection with data protection across our markets.
Advise the business on responsible AI governance and internal AI use policies.
Advise, coordinate, and support colleagues across the business on data protection and privacy compliance issues, including in non-EU markets.
Collaborate on internal audits at Aleph Group level in the field of data protection.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and educational materials on data protection, privacy, and AI compliance topics.
Participate in data protection, privacy, and AI-related legal projects.
Promote a strong culture of data protection and responsible AI compliance across Aleph.
Support AI-related technology projects, including API integrations with third-party AI providers, ensuring data protection, IP, and contractual compliance throughout implementation.
Negotiate and draft agreements related to AI/technology procurement (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Coordinate with product, tech, and other teams to assess IP, confidentiality, and data protection risks before onboarding new AI tools or vendors.
Organize and maintain data protection records and related documentation at a global level.
Support the preparation of contracts with business partners and other legal documents (for example, internal policies) in the field of data protection and GDPR compliance.
Carry out Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) together with the wider team.
Take on other ad hoc legal and compliance-related tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For
A degree in Law.
Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in data privacy and compliance, with a strong focus on GDPR — this is not an entry-level role.
Solid expertise in data privacy laws and practices, including a deep understanding of GDPR.
Hands-on experience completing legal/compliance requirements for the implementation of AI systems across all risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act), including but not limited to high-risk systems — this is a requirement, not just a plus.
Working knowledge of AI-related legal and regulatory frameworks more broadly.
Demonstrated ability to research and apply data privacy requirements in non-EU markets (LATAM, APAC, and/or MEA), given our global operating footprint.
Proficient English communication skills, written and verbal — this is a must.
A tech-oriented mindset, genuine curiosity about how AI and emerging technologies intersect with privacy law, and strong motivation to continuously learn new legal frameworks and compliance tools.
Experience working in a global or regional setting, with the ability to operate confidently outside a single-market (EU-only) focus.
Practical experience negotiating and drafting technology/AI related agreements (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Why Join Aleph
Shape data protection and AI governance practice at scale: your work will directly protect the trust of Aleph's customers and partners across a global footprint spanning Europe, LATAM, APAC and MEA.
Apply AI compliance expertise at scale: you'll drive real implementation work across the full spectrum of AI risk categories as regulation matures, not just policy-watching.
Build deep expertise fast: exposure to DPIAs, cross-border data transfers, AI risk assessments, and multi-jurisdictional privacy frameworks gives you a faster path to becoming a recognized privacy expert than most single-market roles.
Join a growing, collaborative legal team based in Warsaw that values mentorship and hands-on learning over hierarchy.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. The minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 39,000, with the final level (Associate Manager or Manager) and offer reflecting your experience, skills, and scope of the role.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.
We stay flexible and adaptable, and believe in moving with the speed of change. We encourage everyone to strive for more, providing our internal talent with growth opportunities and the ability to learn together.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MISSION
Alan is scaling internationally (800+ employees, 100+ healthcare professionals, 5+ countries) and needs IT Engineers to build and own the internal technology platform every Alaner works on: identity and provisioning, endpoint and SaaS security, the tooling behind our clinics, and the automation that keeps IT from scaling linearly with headcount.
The scope below is what the team owns, not a checklist for one person. You'll be staffed on one or two of these areas at a time, according to your strengths and interests, and it will evolve through time based on company needs and personal appetite.
Staying close to users keeps us building the right things: you'll spend up to 2-3 days a month on IT support, seeing first-hand where friction lives and what's worth automating next.
SCOPE
⚙️ PLATFORM & AUTOMATION
- Own and extend automations on Alan Home, our internal provisioning engine
- Maintain, extend and improve helpdesk automation, SaaS provisioning flows, and onboarding/offboarding pipelines
- Own the meeting room AV and room-booking platform as a product, replicable across offices
🔑 IDENTITY & ACCESS
- Own the IT side of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, mobility between jobs and countries) across Google Workspace, SSO/SAML and our SaaS ecosystem.
- Grow our role-based access model: extend it to more tools and refine the permission groups, so access is granted by role rather than case by case
- Make employee lifecycle events reliable, fast and auditable end-to-end
- Own access reviews and least-privilege models; produce and maintain the evidence our auditors rely on
- Own SaaS procurement and license management: vendor relationships, renewals, and cost optimization across our stack
🔒 ENDPOINT & SAAS SECURITY
- Own the Mac fleet in Kandji: enrollment at scale, role-based blueprints, fleet compliance
- Cloudflare WARP, SaaS security controls
- Maintain and strengthen our ISO 27001 certification and drive ACPR and pentest remediation on the endpoint and platform scope
🩺 HEALTH PROFESSIONALS IT
- The IT layer behind Alan's clinics: practitioner tooling, equipment, access
- Role and permission automation for healthcare professionals, and their support and escalation process
🌍 INTERNATIONALISATION
- Make international expansion something IT accelerates, not something it slows down: a repeatable process where every new market (Canada, KSA, Armenia...) launches on our standard stack from day one
- Bring acquired entities onto that same platform
MILESTONES
First 3 months
- Acquire technical knowledge on Alan's platform: Alan Home, Google Workspace/SSO, Kandji, Cloudflare WARP
- Take one project end-to-end and ship a first increment
- Join the IT oncall team as technical escalation
First 6 months
- Own a workstream end-to-end
- Deliver one automation or hardening initiative end-to-end
- Take up documentation and automation on your scope and reduce significantly the bus factor on it
- Mentor IT teammates on your core expertise
First year
- Deliver measurable IT toil reduction on your scope
- Set the technical standards on your domain: how we build, document and review it
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships (Engineering, Security, Workplace, Clinic, People, Audit)
- Contribute to hiring and onboarding new teammates
3 years
- Lead major projects end-to-end across several communities
- Be the reference the team relies on across at least two domains
- Mentor the IT team and beyond, and scale IT without a linear increase in manual work
As the community grows, there is room to take on more responsibility: leading a crew, owning cross-community projects, mentoring, hiring.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have - Technical/hard skills:
- 5+ years in IT engineering, platform, systems or corporate engineering, with real ownership of production-facing systems
- Depth in at least one area (platform & automation, identity, endpoint & security) and demonstrated range beyond it.
- You write code: not necessarily as a full-time software engineer, but Python, APIs and pull requests in a shared repo should feel normal
- Structured problem-solving: diagnoses methodically, asks the right clarifying questions, thinks about failure modes and rollback
- Comfort with regulated environments: health data, ACPR, ISO 27001, HDS
- Automation & AI appetite: uses AI tools smartly to accelerate their own delivery, with an instinct for what should be automated or delegated to AI rather than repeated
Must-have - Behavioral / soft skills:
- Ownership & autonomy: drives topics forward without hand-holding, including when they cross into someone else's perimeter
- Written communication: Alan is written-first; decisions get argued in public documents and challenged by people outside your team
- Pragmatic judgment: balances "perfect" vs. "good enough", decides with incomplete information
- Documentation culture: reduces bus factor through clear documentation and knowledge sharing
Nice-to-have skills / Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with an internal provisioning or IdP-driven automation platform
- Kandji or another MDM at scale
- Cloudflare Zero Trust / WARP, Datadog
- Audit remediation experience (ISO 27001, HDS)
- Multi-country rollouts, or IT integration after an acquisition
- Having mentored, coached or led a (small) crew
- Health or healthtech ecosystem familiarity

Experience we are looking for:
- 6+ years of second-line compliance experience in fintech, payments, or banking at scale (neobank/fintech experience strongly preferred).
- Deep expertise in financial crime (AML/CFT/Sanctions/Fraud) risk, with regulatory compliance experience as a strong plus.
- Experience growing and leading a team, with cross-border/global management experience highly desirable.
- Proven track record in architecting frameworks for high-volume environments and working directly with technical/product stakeholders to design solutions.
Personal qualities we look for:
- Confident decision-maker: Ability to quickly assess risks, weigh mitigations, and provide strong, defensible rationale for your decisions.
- Technical fluency: Comfortable working directly with technical leaders to drill down into the configuration of user journeys, systems, and tooling.
- AI-first mindset: Experience deploying AI or automation tools to accelerate compliance processes at scale.
- Strategic thinker: Ability to immerse yourself in fine details while keeping the broader organisational picture in mind.
