We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a full-time remote opportunity. We are considering candidates based in the US and Canada only, within the Eastern or Central time zones.
The Opportunity:
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer on the
Grafana Catalog
team, you will help grow the Grafana plugin ecosystem. Plugins are how Grafana connects to almost any data source, panel type or app, and the catalog has more than 300 of them from Grafana Labs, commercial partners and the open source community.
We own the full plugin lifecycle. Developers build plugins with our tooling, publish them to the catalog, and users discover, install and update them in Grafana and Grafana Cloud. We are also building the
Grafana Marketplace
, which lets partners and independent developers sell their plugins to Grafana users. It is in pilot today and you will help us take it from there.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Some of the things we own:
The Grafana Marketplace: paid plugins, publisher onboarding, and how customers buy and get access to them
The plugin catalog in grafana.com and inside Grafana, where users search, compare and discover plugins
Plugin installation and management in Grafana and Grafana Cloud
Plugin delivery: publishing, signing, validation and the CDN that serves plugins to every Grafana Cloud instance
Plugin review: every plugin published to the catalog goes through our review process before it reaches users
Developer tooling and
developer portal
that helps develop the plugins
A typical “day in the life” could include:
Building new Marketplace features across the Grafana frontend, our Go services and grafana.com
Improving how users find and install plugins, for both humans and agents like Grafana Assistant
Making it easier and faster for developers to build, test and publish plugins
Automating and improving the review process that every published plugin goes through
Supporting the operations and reliability of plugin installs and delivery in Grafana Cloud
Talking to plugin developers and partners and turning their feedback into roadmap items
Coming up with suggestions for process improvements
Working closely with the rest of the Grafana Division
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You know how to transform ideas into working code, you are able to design a solution, get feedback and deliver large projects.
You are a self-driven individual who understands the power of feedback loops in making roadmap decisions and driving our product forward.
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action, and willing to take on any challenge
You are customer focused. We build everything with our users in mind. You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs.
You are an excellent communicator and you enjoy collaboration
You are comfortable working in a remote-first company
Requirements:
Solid experience with Golang & Typescript
Experience with React and building user-facing web applications
Experience with Kubernetes & microservices
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others
Experience participating in an on-call rotation and performing operations/SRE tasks
Bonus Points For:
You have built or published a Grafana plugin
You have worked on a marketplace, app store or package registry, or on billing and licensing
You have built developer tooling such as CLIs, SDKs or CI pipelines used by other engineers
You have strong experience working with a Product Manager or external stakeholders

Mayflower
is a technology company building large-scale entertainment products for a global audience. Our platforms serve millions of users worldwide and rank among the top-50 most visited websites globally. For more than 10 years, we’ve been creating reliable, high-performance solutions at the intersection of product, engineering, and entertainment.
We are looking for a
Process & Intake Analyst
to join our newly formed Operations team in Cyprus.
Operations exist to make our fast-growing company easier to work in: clear routes for asking for things, clear owners for the things that matter, and rules people can actually find.
Job Responsibilities
Design and run the request front door.
Map how cross-functional requests arrive today, define request types and intake forms, set triage and routing rules, and launch the route in phases, starting with the highest-volume request types.
Make response times measurable.
Define service levels with the teams that receive requests, instrument the route so that volumes, waiting time and resolution time can be reported, and use the data to fix the bottlenecks it reveals.
Build and maintain the policy and process repository.
Inventory existing policies and process documents, consolidate duplicates, retire stale content and bring each item into a consistent structure with an owner, a version, an approval status and a review date.
Run the review cycle.
Make sure reviews happen on time, chase overdue items, and report on the health of the repository, so that it stays current rather than decaying after launch.
Create and maintain the ownership register.
Record named owners for cross-functional processes, systems and vendor relationships, resolve gaps and overlaps with the departments involved, and escalate where no owner can be agreed.
Map and improve processes.
Document current-state workflows, identify duplicated steps, manual handoffs and unnecessary approvals, and propose and implement simpler routes with the people who run them.
Configure and automate.
Set up workflows, forms, templates, dashboards and simple automations in the company's existing tools, and prototype small helpers with scripting or AI assistants where they remove manual work.
Make the systems easy to use.
Write clear guidance, run short onboarding sessions for teams adopting the front door or repository, and collect and act on feedback.
Keep the systems portable.
Collaboration tooling is changing over the next year, so design structures and content that can move between platforms without being rebuilt.
Report to the Head of Operations
on adoption, service levels, repository health and the process issues the data surfaces.
You’ll thrive here if you have:
4+ years in business process analysis, operations, service management or a similar role in tech and/or cross-functional environments.
Proven experience designing and launching an intake, request management or service-desk process that other teams adopted.
Experience building or running a structured knowledge base, policy library or document-control process, with clear ownership and review cycles.
Strong process-mapping and analytical skills: turning a messy current state into a simple, documented and agreed target state, and proactively identifying gaps in ambiguous environments.
Hands-on configuration of workflow and service-desk tools (Jira Service Management, Confluence or similar), including forms, workflows, automations and reporting, plus comfort with spreadsheets, light scripting and AI assistants for prototyping and automation.
Ability to define and track operational metrics and present them clearly to managers and leadership.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and written communication skills, with the persuasiveness to drive adoption in teams that do not report to you.
Nice to have
Experience with ITIL or similar service management practices, or with a formal document-control or compliance framework.
Experience migrating a knowledge base or service desk between platforms.
Experience in an international organisation where processes may differ between departments.
Familiarity with conversational or AI-assisted front doors, such as chat-based intake or self-service answers drawn from a knowledge base.
Conditions
We know that great talent deserves great conditions, so here’s what you can expect when joining us:
EU-based employment contract and a 3-year Cyprus work visa with full support for your relocation and visa processes, including assistance for your family.
EU passport. Opportunity to obtain an EU passport after 4 years of residence.
Full relocation package: flights to Limassol for you and your family, a company-covered apartment for the first month, and full relocation support to make your move smooth and hassle-free.
Transparent performance reviews twice a year, with bonus opportunities and salary adjustments.
Private medical insurance for you and your family.
Corporate mobile plan (unlimited in Cyprus with roaming included).
Mindfulness & well-being support, including psychological assistance with 50% coverage.
50% coverage of school and kindergarten fees for your children.
Fully covered sports benefits, and also access to in-house electric scooters and bike rentals.
Provident fund (Cyprus): a long-term savings plan co-funded by you and the Company together (available after probation) that grows throughout your time with us in Cyprus.
Professional growth support: language courses, conferences, training programs, and coaching.
Peer recognition program: receive and share kudos for great work.
A fully equipped office in Limassol’s city center, with everything you need for deep work and collaboration.
Free breakfasts and lunches in the office and an in-house coffee bar with high-quality drinks and a health bar stocked with nutritious snacks.
A strong engineering culture: international teams, corporate events, team buildings, and hackathons — because great work happens in great communities.
Benefits are provided in accordance with the company’s policies and eligibility criteria.

THE ADVENTURE AHEAD
As a Senior Product Engineer (full-stack with a back-end focus), you bring strong expertise in backend engineering alongside the ability and willingness to work across the full stack. You own features end to end, working across customer facing applications, services, APIs, and integration boundaries to deliver complete product outcomes.
Your primary strength may be building cloud native backend services and event driven systems, or developing complex frontend experiences and application architecture. We do not expect equal specialization in every part of the stack. We value strong fundamentals, depth in your primary area, and the ability to contribute effectively across system boundaries.
You work closely with Product, Design, QA, and other engineers to understand customer problems, make sound technical decisions, and take solutions from idea through production and iteration.
THE DAY TO DAY
- Own features end to end Take customer and product problems from discovery and technical design through implementation, production deployment, and iteration.
- Build across the stack Work across frontend applications, APIs, backend services, and integration layers to deliver complete customer outcomes.
- Bring technical depth Contribute strong expertise in your primary discipline while developing a broader understanding of the systems and technologies around it.
- Make good technical decisions Participate in architecture discussions, evaluate tradeoffs, and shape solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and pragmatic.
- Stay close to the product Partner with Product and Design to understand customer needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Drive engineering excellence Contribute to strong testing, CI/CD, observability, code quality, and technical debt practices.

- Grow the team Support other engineers through code reviews, pairing, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Engineering depth and breadth Four to six or more years of software engineering experience, with strong expertise in either backend or frontend engineering and practical experience across the broader stack.
- End to end ownership Experience taking features from technical design through development, deployment, and production support.
- Strong fundamentals A solid understanding of software design, APIs, application architecture, testing, and maintainable production software.
- Cloud awareness Experience with cloud environments such as AWS and familiarity with modern CI/CD and observability practices.
- Product mindset The ability to understand customer problems, navigate ambiguity, and balance technical quality with meaningful delivery.
- Collaborative communication The ability to explain technical tradeoffs and work effectively across Engineering, Product, Design, and QA.
BONUS POINTS
- Cloud and event driven systems AWS serverless technologies, asynchronous workflows, distributed systems, or event driven architecture.
- Infrastructure and delivery Infrastructure as Code using CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools, plus CI/CD or deployment experience.
- Frontend architecture Large frontend applications, component architecture, state management, design systems, accessibility, or performance.
- Backend breadth Node.js and TypeScript services or experience with Go, Python, PHP, or other backend technologies.
- Production observability Monitoring, tracing, structured logging, metrics, and production diagnosis.
OUR STACK
Our product teams work primarily with TypeScript across frontend and backend development. Frontend applications include Angular and modern web technologies. Backend and platform systems span Node.js, TypeScript, Go, PHP, Python, AWS, REST APIs, event driven architectures, relational and NoSQL databases, CI/CD, and modern observability tooling.
You do not need deep expertise in every technology we use. We are looking for engineers with depth in a primary discipline, strong software engineering fundamentals, and the ability to become effective quickly in unfamiliar systems.
OUR HYBRID WORK PHILOSOPHY 🤝

Credentialing Associate / Sr Associate
Provider Credentialing & Enrollment · US Healthcare
LEVEL
Associate / Sr Associate
EXPERIENCE
1+ Yr / 3–4 Yrs
LOCATION
Gurugram (Onsite)
SHIFT
Night (US Hours)
Two openings, one team —
Associate requires a minimum of 1 year in US provider credentialing/enrollment; Senior Associate requires 3–4 years including payer-enrollment ownership.
About the Role
Neolytix runs credentialing and enrollment for US provider organizations — getting physicians and facilities enrolled with payers accurately and fast, because every stalled application is delayed revenue for the client.
Associates manage application preparation, submissions, and follow-up. Senior Associates own end-to-end enrollment files, payer escalations, and re-credentialing calendars.
Key Responsibilities
Core (Associate & Sr Associate)
Prepare, submit, and track provider enrollment applications with commercial and government payers (Medicare/Medicaid, commercial plans).
Maintain and attest CAQH profiles; manage PECOS, NPPES, and payer portals.
Follow up with payers on application status and resolve deficiencies quickly and accurately.
Maintain accurate trackers — effective dates, expirables (licenses, DEA, malpractice), and re-credentialing timelines.
Handle provider and client data with strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Additional (Sr Associate)
Own complete enrollment files end-to-end for assigned clients, including complex group/facility enrollments and payer escalations.
Run the re-credentialing and expirables calendar so nothing lapses.
Review associates’ submissions for accuracy and coach on payer-specific requirements.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
Associate: minimum 1 year in US provider credentialing/enrollment. Sr Associate: 3–4 years with end-to-end enrollment ownership.
Hands-on experience with CAQH, PECOS/NPPES, and payer portals; strong understanding of enrollment workflows and timelines.
High attention to detail — credentialing errors are expensive and slow to unwind.
Preferred
Experience on practice-management / EHR platforms — Epic, AdvancedMD, or athenahealth preferred; similar platforms considered.
Experience with credentialing software (Modio, MD-Staff, Verity, or similar).
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing a degree, or with an incomplete/dropped graduation, are not eligible.
Communication:
Moderate-to-strong — good spoken and written English for payer follow-ups and professional, client-facing emails and notes. Accuracy in writing matters as much as speed.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, 5 days a week, on a fixed night (US-hours) shift — reliable attendance, punctuality, and roster adherence are essential.
Systems:
Comfortable with payer portals, CAQH / PECOS / NPPES, tracker maintenance, and MS Office (Excel/Word).
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice strongly preferred.
Performance Expectations
You will be measured on clear, role-specific metrics:
Applications prepared/submitted and processed per period.
First-pass approval rate and enrollment turnaround time (TAT).
Zero lapses on expirables and re-credentialing dates.
Accuracy / rework rate on submissions.
Hiring Process
HR Screening
2 Technical Interviews
Assessment Round
HR discussion (fitment, shift, notice).

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
Docker's Platform Engineering team builds and operates the cloud-native platform behind Docker's products. Inside the company, teams across Engineering and the business rely on a growing set of internal applications, and each one is built, deployed, and run a little differently.
We're looking for a Senior Engineer to give those applications a common foundation and then build the custom tools the business needs on top of it. You'll create a framework that makes it easy to build and deploy internal tools, including slack bots, web apps, workflows, etc, with authentication, hosting, observability, and alerting in place. You'll use it to build internally-facing tools to support cross-org efforts: roadmapping, headcount management, business reporting, etc. You'll decide when to build, when to buy, and when to integrate an existing product. You'll help shape how internal systems fit together across the company.
This is a hands-on role. You'll own projects from scoping through rollout and adoption, working with platform leads, engineering teams, and business teams such as HR, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHAT YOU'LL DO
INTERNAL APP FRAMEWORK
- Build and maintain a framework that makes it fast to create and deploy internal applications and services, with defaults for authentication, hosting, CI/CD, logging, observability, and alerting
- Provide templates, documentation, and examples so teams can ship their own tools without starting from scratch
- Set the standards for how internal apps are built, secured, and run, and make the standard path the easiest one
- Leverage existing systems and sources of truth to build cross-connects where they don’t exist
CUSTOM BUSINESS TOOLING
- Work across teams and organizations to understand where tools, processes, or systems are falling short, and turn those gaps into proposals that platform leads can prioritize
- Scope and deliver apps and tooling to address identified gaps
- Ship early versions quickly, learn from how people use them, and improve them over time
- Own the tools you build through rollout, adoption, and ongoing support
BUILD, BUY, OR INTEGRATE
- Evaluate whether a need is best met by building, buying, or integrating an existing product, and recommend one with the tradeoffs
- Connect tools to the systems the company already uses, such as identity, data sources, and Slack, so they work together
- Help shape the architecture of internal systems, so they stay consistent and maintainable as the company grows
RELIABILITY AND AI
- Build operational basics into the framework, so every internal app gets incident management, SLO, and alerting defaults automatically
- Use AI tooling to speed up delivery and to automate workflows where it adds value
_______________________________________________________________________
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED
- 6+ years of software engineering, including building and shipping internal tools or full-stack web applications
- Strong full-stack skills: a backend language such as Go, Python, or TypeScript, and a modern frontend framework
- Experience designing reusable frameworks, templates, or platforms that other engineers build on
- Experience deploying to the cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with containers and CI/CD, and working knowledge of Kubernetes
- Sound judgment on build, buy, and integrate decisions, and experience integrating third-party SaaS products and APIs
- Experience working directly with non-engineering stakeholders to turn a need into a working tool
- Experience with AI-assisted development or LLM-powered automation
- Clear written communication and comfort working asynchronously on a remote team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
NICE TO HAVE
- Cross-functional experience in program management
- Experience with internal tool or developer portal platforms
- Web design experience
- Familiarity with observability and incident tooling (incident.io http://incident.io, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar)
- Experience at a developer tooling or SaaS company at scale, and familiarity with compliance and security standards

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
In a rapidly evolving world, trust in AI depends on agents being grounded in fresh, verified real-world data. Search is the foundation that makes this possible.
We’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst who has built evaluation systems for complex technology products and is excited to take end-to-end ownership of quality in search built for AI agents.
This role combines hands-on engineering, analytical judgment, and mathematical rigor, with the scope and influence to shape both technical decisions and product direction. We move at a startup pace, with plenty of open questions and difficult problems to solve.
In this position, you will:
• Own the quality measurement and improvement cycle end-to-end: identify user needs, define success, build evaluations, diagnose failures, and work with engineers and product managers to improve outcomes..
• Design, build, and evolve evaluation systems, including datasets, benchmarks, metrics, and automated pipelines that support development and launch decisions..
• Evaluate response quality across multiple dimensions, including relevance, completeness, freshness, factual accuracy, and usefulness to downstream agents..
• Investigate quality regressions and metric anomalies, uncover root causes, and identify the improvements with the greatest potential impact..
• Help prioritize the product and engineering roadmap, making quality trade-offs explicit and assessing whether changes deliver meaningful improvements for users..
We expect you to have:
• Substantial hands-on experience designing and building evaluation or quality measurement systems for complex technology products, such as search, AI agents, voice technologies, autonomous driving, recommendation systems, advertising, or other similar complex systems..
• A track record of owning ambiguous problems from initial framing through implementation, diagnosis, and measurable product improvement..
• Strong Python skills and an engineering mindset: you can turn analytical ideas into reliable, maintainable pipelines and tools..
• A solid foundation in mathematical statistics and practical experience with experimental design, sampling, uncertainty, and measurement bias..
• Strong analytical judgment: you understand what a metric captures, what it misses, and whether an observed improvement matters to users..
• The ability to reason across user needs, product behavior, and technical systems, and to translate that understanding into actionable evaluations..
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical and product decisions..
• The independence to make progress in a fast-moving environment where requirements, methods, and definitions of success are still evolving.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams

A little more about the team
The Honeycomb partnerships team creates pipeline and revenue with our strategic partners, and we’re hiring our first leader in EMEA. Most of our spend is on AWS, so Amazon is the first and most important partner for this role. You’ll also work with our software partners (like Anthropic and Checkly) and our services and channel partners. You’ll be the local presence for Honeycomb in market, working daily with our EMEA sales and marketing teams. Define EMEA partnership priorities, including where to invest and where not to.
Build executive relationships with partners in the EMEA market.
Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in Salesforce, and report on progress toward pipeline and revenue goals.
What you’ll bring to the role
Hands-on AWS experience, selling with or partnering with AWS, ideally from a sales role.
A business development or partnership background, with a record of creating pipeline through partners.
Experience working with sales and marketing teams to hit GTM and quota goals.
Experience developing and executing strategy with internal and external C-suite teams.
The ability to work on your own across time zones, make decisions and manage ambiguity.
A strong point of view on how Honeycomb adds value to our partners’ customers, and how they add value to ours.
The ability to see what partners need, such as more consumption or new customers, and build programs around it.
Observability experience, or experience at a partner in the observability space (nice to have).

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Role: Senior Operations Specialist (Flight Engineer)
- Department: HAPS
- Location: Valencia, Spain
- Working type: On site, with limited remote working
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE SENIOR OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (FLIGHT ENGINEER)
As Senior Operations Specialist (Flight Engineer) on the HAPS (High Altitude Platform Station) program, you will help keep ICEYE's stratospheric, solar-powered electric aircraft safe, healthy and productive throughout its flights. In flight, you will be the crew's reference for the aircraft's technical condition: monitoring its systems, managing its energy and thermal balance, and turning what the aircraft tells you into clear, timely recommendations for the Mission Planner and the Autopilot Operator.
The role is deliberately broad. Beyond flight engineering, you will contribute across the Operations team: preparing and executing flight test campaigns, supporting ground control station operations, assessing flight results and feeding them back into the aircraft's development, and helping build the procedures and tools of an operations capability that will scale as the program grows.
WHO ARE WE?
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE's near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. ICEYE operates internationally with offices in Finland, Poland, Spain, Japan, the UAE, Greece, Germany, and the US. The company has more than 900 employees, inspired by the shared vision of improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FLIGHT OPERATIONS
- Monitor the health and status of the aircraft and its on-board systems in flight, detect developing anomalies or degradation early, and assess their impact on the mission.
- Manage the aircraft energy balance: battery state of charge, solar power availability and the power budget, ensuring enough stored energy to safely operate through the night.
- Monitor and manage the aircraft thermal condition to keep its systems within operating limits.
- Advise the Mission Planner and Autopilot Operator on aircraft health, available power and thermal status, and coordinate technical decisions with them throughout the flight.
WIDER OPERATIONS SUPPORT
- Contribute to the planning, preparation and execution of flight test campaigns, including site preparation, pre-flight checks, launch and recovery activities.
- Take on other crew positions or ground control station duties as operational needs require, building versatility across the Operations team.
- Analyse flight data after each flight, report results and translate findings into improvements for the aircraft, its systems and operating procedures.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, checklists, emergency procedures and operations documentation.
- Develop and improve monitoring, analysis and planning tools used by the flight crew, such as telemetry dashboards and energy or thermal estimation tools.
- Support aircraft integration, ground testing and simulation activities, and contribute to the training and qualification of crew members.
- Support safety and risk assessments for operations and, when needed, coordination with aviation authorities and external partners.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE SKILLS
- 5+ years of relevant experience in UAS or aircraft testing and operations.
- Solid understanding of aircraft systems, in particular avionics, electrical power and propulsion.
- Experience monitoring live telemetry, interpreting system data and diagnosing anomalies under time pressure.
- Good understanding of electrical energy systems such as batteries, solar power and power budgets.
- Clear communication and the ability to work as part of a flight crew, including during long-endurance operations.
- Programming or scripting skills for data analysis and tooling (e.g. Python; C/C++ a plus).
- Ability to drive large vehicles or convoys (within limits of B license).
- Good command of the English language, both oral and written.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS
- Aerospace, electrical or electronics/avionics engineering background, being able to debug and/or implement quick SW/HW solutions.
- Experience with solar-powered, electric or long-endurance aircraft, or with high-altitude platforms.
- Knowledge of thermal management of electronics and batteries in cold, low-pressure environments.
- Experience with safety analysis in the SORA framework.
- Good knowledge of meteorology (turbulence formation, thermal activity, etc., and how to identify it).
- Understanding of control engineering, aero or aeroelastics basics.
- Familiarity with autopilot/GPS stack calibration and ground software like QGroundControl.
- Experience with aircraft prototyping, systems integration and ground testing, including lightweight composite airframes.
- EASA-valid remote pilot license up to specific category standard scenarios.
- Proactive can-do attitude and love for aerospace are expected.

Location: Espoo; Warsaw
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Senior Electric Propulsion Engineer
- Location: Espoo, Finland / Warsaw, Poland
- Department: AOCS Hardware
- Reports to: Engineering Manager AOCS Hardware
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid (3 days in the office)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
ICEYE needs a senior, hands-on Hall Effect Thruster engineer in the AOCS Hardware team to own the maturation and qualification of the propulsion subsystem around the thruster (FCU, feed system, tanks, PPU, valves, harness). The role runs from early trade-offs through ground test facilities, qualification, production handoff and on-orbit anomaly work. Success at 12 months looks like a qualified, production-ready peripheral architecture with a working test flow and suppliers handing over repeatable builds.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and trade-offs: Lead design and performance trade-offs for the propulsion subsystem, and mature the supporting hardware (FCU, feed/tank systems, PPUs, valves, cabling) with clear architectures, requirements and verification paths.
- Modeling and analysis: Run analytical modeling and simulation of propulsion system behavior (thermal, plume, and spacecraft interaction effects) to support design decisions.
- Test and qualification: Set up and operate ground test facilities and testbeds, and plan and run functional, environmental and lifetime test campaigns, including acceptance criteria and procedures.
- Production readiness and suppliers: Work with vendors, research institutions and integrators on co-development and supply chain coordination, and define production-readiness criteria, test/inspection flows and supplier handoffs.
- On-orbit performance and documentation: Monitor in-flight propulsion performance, lead anomaly investigations and corrective actions, and keep test reports, technical rationale and qualification records up to date.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Educational background in Aerospace Engineering, Plasma Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 6 years of experience working with electric propulsion systems, preferably Hall Effect Thrusters, in design, test, or operation.
- Proven background in plasma physics, electric propulsion modeling, or space system engineering.
- Experience with designing or evaluating PPUs and power interfaces for propulsion systems.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using numerical tools for thermal, plasma, or fluid simulations (e.g. COMSOL, ANSYS, SPIS, MATLAB).
- Hands-on experience with laboratory plasma diagnostics, test setup and electrical test equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, thrust stands, HV instrumentation).
- Experience designing or commissioning ground test facilities, with good understanding of vacuum systems, contamination control and safe HV testing practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across disciplines (mechanical, avionics, GNC, systems).
Nice to haves:
- Experience with qualification, flight-certification or qualification test campaigns for propulsion subsystems.
- Familiarity with high-voltage system design, thermal vacuum testing, lifetime/erosion testing and spacecraft contamination considerations.
- Proficiency with Python and Git for data analysis, tooling or automation; C/C++ experience to liaise with flight software teams is a plus.
- Experience managing suppliers, procurement and technical deliverables for critical spacecraft subsystems.
