At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level and live longer through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
We are seeking an Associate Director, Core Algorithms (Cloud) to lead the teams responsible for WHOOP's cloud-based algorithmic intelligence — the models and systems that transform physiological data into the sleep, recovery, and training insights our members rely on daily. This role is also responsible for ensuring our cloud algorithms evolve alongside WHOOP hardware, partnering with Sensor Intelligence and Hardware teams to translate new sensor capabilities into production-grade algorithmic experiences.
You will own the technical vision, execution, and organizational health of this team. You'll drive the evolution of our core production algorithms such as workout detection, strain, and sleep staging toward higher accuracy, better member experiences, and more mature development practices. You will partner closely with ML Platform, Sensor Intelligence, Research, Product, and Software Engineering to define what WHOOP algorithms can enable — not just how they perform technically, but how they show up for members.
This is a role for someone who has built and shipped physiological ML at scale in a consumer product, who has a deep product instinct for what algorithms mean to end users, and who knows how to elevate an ML organization's practices: raising the bar on tooling, processes, and standards to match the ambition of the work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the cloud ML team responsible for the algorithms powering sleep, recovery, and training
- Directly manage applied ML scientists and ML engineers; provide coaching, career development, and performance feedback that grows individual contributors into strong technical leaders
- Ensure the technical quality bar for algorithm development is maintained by establishing the processes, reviews, and standards that guarantee rigor from research through deployment, and diving into designs and architectural decisions where necessary
- Help drive the vision for what WHOOP algorithms and next-generation sensors can enable; advocate for member experience and push the boundaries of what our data makes possible
- Ensure cloud algorithms remain compatible with future hardware generations; partner with Sensor Intelligence and Hardware to evolve proof-of-concept algorithms that leverage new sensor capabilities and bring them to production readiness
- Establish and improve development lifecycle practices: experiment management, model validation, deployment pipelines, and production monitoring
- Partner with ML Platform / MLOps to define requirements and drive maturity improvements across experiment tracking, model monitoring, deployment automation, and observability
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Sensor Intelligence, Product, Software Engineering, and Research teams
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning or applied data science, with hands-on experience developing and shipping ML models for a consumer product
- 4+ years of people leadership experience directly managing machine learning scientists/engineers, with demonstrated growth of team members and a track record of building high-performing teams
- Experience scaling a production ML organization: growing teams and leaders, identifying gaps in the development lifecycle, and driving improvements that increase velocity, reliability, and rigor
- Deep product sense: ability to think about algorithms from the member's perspective, drive the vision for what algorithms can enable, and ensure the team is building toward meaningful user outcomes
- Ability to evaluate technical designs, guide architectural decisions, and ensure quality at the system level, without needing to write code day-to-day
- Experience defining and driving cross-functional programs with engineering, product, and science partners
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex ML concepts to diverse audiences including product, engineering, and executive stakeholders
PREFERRED
- Experience building algorithms using physiological or wearable sensor data (e.g., PPG, accelerometer, temperature, bioimpedance)
- Experience managing through hardware-coupled development timelines where sensor availability and device generations constrain algorithm roadmaps
- Familiarity with time-series modeling, sequential data, and the specific challenges of continuous physiological monitoring
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.
WHOOP is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify https://www.e-verify.gov/ to determine employment eligibility. It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $200,000-$245,000 Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Safeguards team is responsible for ensuring our models and products are developed and deployed safely. We're looking for engineers for our Review Tooling team, which builds the systems that humans — and increasingly Claude — use to investigate potential harms and take enforcement actions across Anthropic's first-party products and third-party cloud platforms.
You'll own the tools our safety investigators rely on to understand what's happening on our platforms and act on it, as well as the platform underneath those tools. That platform includes data analysis capabilities, privacy-preserving primitives that keep review workflows compatible with our data retention commitments, and a sandbox environment where new review interfaces and workflows can be built and iterated quickly.
These are internal tools, but they are anything but low-stakes: the speed, clarity, and reliability of this tooling directly determines how quickly Anthropic can identify harmful behavior, make sound enforcement decisions, and feed signals back into model training and safety classifiers. You'll partner closely with policy, operations, data science, legal, and privacy teams to ensure our enforcement systems are effective, accurate, and trustworthy.
Key responsibilities
Build investigation, review, and enforcement tooling for both first-party and third-party platform surfaces — including case queues, investigation views, decision and audit logging, and account-actioning workflows
Develop the platform layer of reusable APIs, data storage, and backend services that lets new review workflows be stood up quickly and safely
Stand up and run deployments of this tooling across multiple clouds, including inside cloud-provider partner environments where data must stay in place. Keep the deployments consistent through shared deployment pipelines, smoke tests, observability, and alerting
Scale review through automation, including enabling reviewers to use Claude effectively and building toward Claude-assisted and Claude-driven review workflows
Partner with policy, operations, legal, privacy, and data science stakeholders to translate enforcement and investigation needs into reliable, well-designed systems that measurably reduce handling time and decision error
Instrument the tools you ship — surfacing metrics on queue health, reviewer throughput, and decision quality — and ensure tooling evolves alongside new privacy primitives and data retention commitments
Minimum qualifications
A technical background in full-stack or platform engineering, with the ability to engage deeply in architecture and design discussions
Experience shipping internal tools or platforms with demanding operational users, and a track record of improving their workflows measurably
Experience working cross-functionally with non-engineering partners such as operations, policy, or legal teams
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
Care about the societal impacts of AI and want your work to make powerful systems safer
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of industry software engineering experience
Experience building data labeling, trust and safety, integrity, fraud, or abuse-prevention tooling, or other systems supporting human review at scale
Have built systems that handle sensitive or regulated data, with requirements around access control, auditability, retention, and data residency
Have worked across multiple cloud providers, or built infrastructure designed to be provider-agnostic
A product-minded approach to internal users: you work directly with the people using your tools, watch where they struggle, and fix it
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

An overview of this role
This role is not a typical infrastructure operations role. As Manager, Engineering, Git & Gitaly Operations, you'll lead the team responsible for the infrastructure layer underneath Git at GitLab: the open source Git project itself, Gitaly, GitLab's Git storage and remote procedure call layer, and the services that make Git perform at enterprise scale.
Git and Gitaly are core to GitLab. If they go sideways in production, they affect everything downstream, including continuous integration, code review, and deployments. This role starts with genuine subject matter expertise in Git technologies and extends to reliable operation across GitLab's deployment models: Self-Managed, GitLab Dedicated, and SaaS.
You'll build and develop a team with deep platform expertise and strong operational judgment. You'll partner across engineering groups to shape how Git and Gitaly operations evolve as the platform grows.
What you’ll do
Build and lead a team with deep platform expertise in Git and Gitaly, hiring and developing engineers who can operate this infrastructure layer with strong operational judgment.
Own production reliability for Git and Gitaly across GitLab's full deployment footprint.
Drive incident management, root cause investigation, and postmortems with the technical depth to distinguish a Git internals problem from a generic infrastructure problem.
Design and operate Git and Gitaly service models that work across Self-Managed, GitLab Dedicated, and SaaS, with a clear view of which elements are common and which must differ between them.
Maintain cloud-agnostic architecture and tooling decisions, avoiding designs that assume a single hyperscaler's primitives.
Partner with the teams that own each deployment model so operational practices stay coherent rather than fragmenting into separate playbooks.
Apply distributed systems fundamentals, including consistency, replication, and failure domains, to Gitaly's storage and replication model.
Own elastic storage and compute strategy for Git repository data, including capacity planning, autoscaling, and consumption-based provisioning for GitLab's largest self-managed and SaaS customers.
What you’ll bring
Familiarity with GitLab's product and deployment models, and how Git and Gitaly support repository operations across self-managed, dedicated, and SaaS environments.
Hands-on subject matter expertise in Git internals, including how the protocol, object model, and storage layer behave under load and at scale, not only familiarity with Git usage.
Strong distributed systems fundamentals, including consistency, replication, failure handling, and horizontal scalability.
Experience running production infrastructure across multiple deployment models, such as self-managed, dedicated or single-tenant, and multi-tenant SaaS, or a credible path from adjacent experience to it.
Experience with elastic storage and compute, and consumption-based system design for variable, unpredictable load.
People management experience, ideally leading site reliability engineering-style or platform operations teams.
Direct experience with Gitaly, libgit2, JGit, or another Git implementation's internals is advantageous.
Experience operating cloud-agnostic infrastructure across multiple hyperscalers or on-premises environments is advantageous.
About the team
The Git & Gitaly Operations team owns the Git infrastructure layer that powers GitLab and works at the intersection of Git internals, distributed systems, storage, and production operations.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity and we are looking for candidates from the U.S. or Canada. Residents of Quebec are not eligible for this role.
At Grafana Labs, we build observability tools that help users understand, respond to, and improve their systems – regardless of scale, complexity, or tech stack. We recently started a skunkworks initiative with a mission to bring observability to the rest of the business. Our goal is to make Grafana the single best place where humans and AI agents understand and act on real-time data from across the enterprise. As part of this initiative, we are building an AI-native data intelligence system that gives agents reliable, governed access to enterprise context. This system helps agents retrieve the right data, metadata, definitions, lineage, quality signals, and institutional knowledge without every agent builder having to maintain their own brittle context files. The principle is simple: the context system retrieves, agents decide, and data teams maintain the intelligence.
The new team is a mix of seasoned Grafanistas and new hires. We operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, both as individuals and as a team. Engineers are empowered to make decisions, move quickly, and validate ideas early – while being supported by a deeply collaborative culture that values curiosity, feedback, and cross-functional partnership.
We’re looking for a Senior-level Backend Engineer to help build the first production services for this context layer management system. You will design and ship the core backend architecture that powers ingestion, context storage, retrieval APIs, and agent-facing integrations. This is an early-stage role on a high-autonomy team, so you should be comfortable working through ambiguity, making pragmatic architectural decisions, and building systems that can evolve from internal dogfooding to production-grade SaaS. As the team matures, there’s a broad opportunity to expand or redefine this role based on impact and initiative.
Key responsibilities:
Build the core backend services: Design, implement, test, and operate the first services for context ingestion, context indexing, retrieval orchestration, API access, source configuration, and system administration.
Create a scalable SaaS foundation: Help define and build the architecture for a multi-tenant service, including tenant isolation, usage tracking, quotas, audit logs, background jobs, and reliable service boundaries.
Power agent-facing retrieval workflows: Build APIs and service interfaces that allow AI agents, MCP tools, CLIs, and internal applications to retrieve relevant context, provenance, confidence signals, and warnings.
Work across product and infrastructure: Partner with the team to make practical tradeoffs between fast experimentation and long-term reliability, especially as the project moves from prototype to production.
Operate what you build: Instrument services with metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and dashboards. Use observability tools to understand system behavior and improve reliability.
Contribute to technical direction: Help shape the architecture, service boundaries, storage choices, API contracts, deployment patterns, and engineering practices for a new product area.
Effective communication: You’ll be working in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment, so we need someone who can communicate effectively and contribute across teams.
Ownership and impact: Take full ownership of the AI solutions you develop, ensuring they are not only innovative but also scalable, maintainable, and aligned with real user workflows.
What we're looking for:
Strong engineering skills: Solid experience building production-grade, user-facing software systems. You’re a self-starter, capable of tackling complex engineering problems and making UI design decisions with minimal supervision.
AI experience with a practical mindset: You’re familiar with AI technologies and frameworks, and you focus on delivering high-quality solutions that work in the real world, not just in theory.
Quick iteration and experimentation: You’re comfortable releasing prototypes, collecting feedback, and iterating with a pragmatic mindset.
Proven initiative: You take ownership and drive projects forward, pushing boundaries to find the most impactful solutions. You can deal with ambiguity and are able to define scope where things are loosely defined.
Collaborative attitude: You communicate effectively with your peers. You’re open to feedback, and you bring a solutions-oriented mindset to the table.
Requirements:
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
Proven track record of delivering software that made it into production and is actively used by users.
Exposure to working in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
Nice to have:
Experience building or working with agent frameworks or multi‑agent workflows.
Experience as a data analyst or work with data platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake, DataBricks)
Experience building tools for data engineering.
In the US, the Base compensation range for this role is $
154,445 - $185,334
.
Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed

Location: Valencia
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
• Senior Software Engineer - Tasking and Planning
• Location: Valencia, Spain
• Department: Ground Segment
• Reports to: Engineering Manager
• Employment type: Permanent
• Workplace model: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
• Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As Senior Software Engineer on the Acquisition Planning team, you will build the software systems that enable ICEYE and its customers to task satellites, plan data acquisitions, and turn orbital mechanics into operational intelligence capability. From pass prediction and coverage computation engines to event-driven backend services and the engineering interfaces that let users visualise and de-conflict collection plans, you will own the stack end-to-end — working directly alongside engineers and product managers with deep operational backgrounds to understand what users need and ship software that delivers it. This is an early-stage, high-autonomy role where you will help define the architecture and direction of a platform that sits at the intersection of software engineering, applied mathematics, and real-world intelligence operations.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE’s world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world’s largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE’s near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring including oil-spill detection, and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE is headquartered in Finland and operates globally across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tasking and Planning Engines. Orbit propagation, pass prediction, acquisition geometry, sensor configuration parameters, and coverage footprint computation. Applied science mathematics turned into operational capability via Software.
- Platform Services. Backend services handling task management. Event-driven workers performing opportunity calculation and synchronising state asynchronously via NATS JetStream. PostgreSQL for persistence. Responsiveness and resilience at the service of the mission.
- Engineering Interfaces. Robust and evolvable APIs and UIs that enable engineers to visualise passes, compare collection plans, plan tasks, and self-service their access to space.
- Whatever the future brings. Multi-sensor coordination, processing pipeline integration, new collection strategies, and capabilities that will emerge from close collaboration with users. You will help define the direction, not just execute it.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Strong software engineering fundamentals. You design decoupled, maintainable, resilient, performant systems. You can reason about concurrency and how transactions work. You know about CAP and regularly make deliberate trade-offs between Consistency and Availability. You understand the difference between “At most once”, “At least once” and how to design systems around those guarantees.
- Fluency with AI-assisted engineering. You treat AI as a standard part of your toolkit, not a novelty or a threat. You use it across the whole of your work (design exploration, code, tests, documentation, debugging, reviewing unfamiliar codebases) and you have a feel for where it accelerates you and where it quietly costs you time. Crucially, you stay accountable for the output: you know how to prompt and scope a task well, how to verify what comes back, and how to keep the guarantees that production demands. You are curious about improving the way you and your team work with these tools, and you help others get better at it.
- Production experience. You have designed, built, and operated services in production: REST APIs, relational databases, and asynchronous workers. You know how to make your systems observable and resilient. You understand what production demands beyond making things work locally.
- Fast learner in technical domains. This role involves orbital mechanics, RF physics, and geospatial data. You don’t need to come in knowing these — but you do need to be the kind of engineer who can pick up a new domain quickly, ask sharp questions, and start contributing before you’ve mastered every detail.
- Ability to work from ambiguity. You can take a loosely defined operational need (e.g. “we need users to de-conflict between competing collection plans”) and turn it into concrete engineering work. You ask the right questions, make well-reasoned decisions, and adjust when new information arrives.
- Effective communication across domains. You will work alongside people who think in many different ways and work in different contexts. You can listen carefully, ask precise questions, and articulate technical tradeoffs in terms that everybody can understand, and adjust to your audience accordingly.
Nice to haves:
- Event-driven architecture. Experience with NATS, Kafka, SQS, or similar. Understanding of at-least-once delivery, idempotency, and the practical tradeoffs of asynchronous service communication.
- Modern frontend engineering. Production experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript, particularly for data-intensive or real-time visualisation applications. Experience with CesiumJS or deck.gl http://deck.gl is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with AI development tools. You actively use AI assistants (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in your daily engineering work. Not tentatively, but as a primary tool for writing, reviewing, and iterating on code. You understand their strengths and limitations, and you use them to move faster without sacrificing quality.
- Orbital mechanics background. Experience with TLEs, SGP4 propagation, pass prediction, incidence and squint geometry, and access window computation. Familiarity with tools like Skyfield, GMAT, or STK. This is valuable but learnable on the job.
- Geospatial engineering. GeoJSON, CZML, WGS84, map projections, coverage polygons, and ground footprints. Experience building systems that process and render geospatial data.
- Space, defence, or intelligence sector experience. You have worked in an environment where users depend on the software you build, where the physics constrains what is possible, and where the quality of your work has direct operational consequences. You understand what a tasking workflow looks like from a user perspective.

You'll balance people leadership, strategic direction, and hands-on customer impact - driving excellence in post-sales outcomes and ensuring your team consistently delivers measurable value to customers and the business.
You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing AM team, owning team and regional NRR performance, customer retention, and expansion goals.
- Act as a player-coach: directly manage priority accounts, join key customer conversations, and model best-in-class success practices.
- Lead by example in complex post-sales and renewal cycles, unblocking issues, driving adoption, and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Set strategic direction for the team, aligning account manager initiatives with company goals and market trends.
- Monitor and optimize delivery quality across all accounts, ensuring consistency, excellence, and predictability in customer outcomes, implementing scalable processes that improve accuracy, visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement repeatable playbooks for renewals, upsells, and adoption; automate workflows and tools to scale team impact.
- Own the ongoing development and optimization of best practices for Commercial and Scale playbooks, ensuring consistent execution, measurable impact, and continuous refinement as the business evolves.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships across priority accounts, serving as a strategic advisor and customer advocate in internal and external forums.
- Represent the voice of the customer in leadership discussions, influencing roadmap, operations, and revenue strategies.
- Partner with Europe GTM & cross functional leadership to align organizational objectives, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure cohesive execution across customer success, sales, and operations teams.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in account management or post-sales roles within SaaS, ideally some of this within Western Europe accounts.
• Demonstrated technical acumen with the ability to upskill and enable the team — fostering confidence in navigating product capabilities, integrations, and data insights to strengthen customer outcomes.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership experience — managing AMs, driving team quota, and developing talent through coaching and enablement. Passion for developing people and building a high-performance, feedback-driven culture grounded in accountability, learning, and customer impact.
• Strong player-coach mindset: comfortable managing key accounts directly while leading others to excel in their own portfolios.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding renewal, expansion, and NRR goals through effective customer engagement and strategic account management.
• Expertise in CS methodologies and best practices (e.g. success planning, adoption frameworks, ROI storytelling, executive alignment).
• Strong analytical and operational skills: adept at using data to identify performance trends, optimise workflows, and forecast outcomes.
• Strong builder mindset - you thrive in building from scratch, redefining processes and playbooks, and operating with an AI-first mindset
• Bonus: Hands-on with tools (Salesforce, Gong, Sigma, Pylon) and capable of improving data quality, visibility, and usage insights across the team.
• Proficiency in German or French is required.
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere within Europe. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, Dublin or Paris.
