ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
Docker's Product-Led Growth (PLG) team owns turning product usage into revenue across the full Platform: the Container business (Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, Docker Build Cloud, Docker Scout) and the AI business (Sandboxes, AI Governance, Model Runner, MCP Toolkit, MCP Catalog). Lifecycle marketing is one of the fastest-scaling parts of that team: it already owns user and admin nurtures, renewal automation, and first-touch outreach for PQLs and inbound leads, running against a marketable base in the tens of millions.
As Senior Lifecycle Marketer, you'll report directly to the VP of PLG and partner closely with our existing lifecycle marketing lead. You'll take ownership of assigned products, audiences, and lifecycle stages, with real input into shaping the approach for what you own, not just shipping someone else's plan, and you'll help turn a fast-growing list of priorities into a structured, scalable lifecycle engine.
WHAT MAKES SOMEONE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- Lifecycle Fluency: You think in full user journeys, not campaigns. You've done lifecycle marketing specifically, not just growth or demand gen, and you know how nurture, activation, retention, and renewal connect across a product's full lifecycle.
- Builder's Mindset: You'd rather own a program end to end, strategy, build, QA, and send, than hand pieces of it off. You bring structure to ambiguity: turning a fast-growing list of priorities into themes, a build queue, and a sequenced roadmap.
- Audience & Signal Validation: You know how to validate an audience and its underlying signal before it ships: spot-checking record-level data, sanity-checking targeting logic, and catching a bad segment before it reaches users. You don't need to write SQL yourself, but you can work directly with data teams to confirm a list is right.
- Cross-Functional Operator: You operate well across marketing, sales (BDR and renewals), data, and design/agency partners, and you know how to keep programs moving even when you don't own every dependency.
- Marketing Automation Execution: You've personally built campaigns in Marketo or an equivalent platform, not just briefed them: audience builds, suppressions and contact governance, pre-send QA and live proofs, and launch monitoring, including troubleshooting a broken data sync in the moment.
- Technical Translation: You can take a technical product or a raw usage signal, a feature adoption event, a usage threshold, a new capability, and turn it into messaging that reads credible to a developer or admin, not generic marketing copy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the Lifecycle Engine: Own and build lifecycle campaigns (email and in-product messaging) across Docker's Container and AI Platform products, including Sandboxes and AI Governance, for both end users and admins.
- Scale Programmatic Sends: Design and run large-scale programmatic sends, such as recurring account health checks, to a base in the tens of millions, working within the team's marketing automation stack (currently Marketo and Mailgun; expect a platform transition in the next 6–12 months).
- Automate Lead and Renewal Motions: Stand up and run automated first-touch flows for PQLs and inbound leads, in partnership with BDR and renewals stakeholders.
- Validate Audiences & Signals: Partner with data and growth engineering to pull the usage signals campaigns depend on (Snowflake and internal data tools), and validate that an audience and its underlying signal are correct before every send.
- Manage Suppressions & Contact Governance: Own suppression lists and contact governance rules so campaigns stay compliant and don't over-message or reach the wrong audience.
- QA, Launch Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Run pre-send QA and live proofs on every campaign, monitor launches as they go out, and troubleshoot issues in real time, including broken data syncs.
- Translate Signals into Messaging: Turn technical product usage and adoption signals into messaging that reads credible and useful to developers and admins, not generic marketing copy.
- Shape and Sequence Strategy: Take a fast-growing list of priorities and turn it into a concrete build queue: itemize the work, sequence it, and flag capacity or dependency issues early.
- Coordinate Design & Agency Partners: Work with design and agency partners to keep campaign quality and turnaround on track.
- Operationalize Reporting: Own naming, tracking, and reporting on programs so the rest of the team has visibility into what's live, what's next, and what it's driving.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Lifecycle Marketing Experience: A background specifically in lifecycle marketing, not pure growth or demand gen, ideally inside a PLG or self-serve motion.
- Proven Program Ownership: A track record of owning campaigns end to end (strategy, build, QA, send) and shipping programs that moved a real metric: activation, retention, or renewal conversion.
- Marketing Automation Build Experience: Hands-on build experience in Marketo or an equivalent marketing automation platform: audience builds, program/campaign setup, suppressions and contact governance, pre-send QA and live proofs, and launch monitoring.
- Data & Targeting Validation: Comfortable working directly with data teams to validate record-level data and targeting logic, for example auditing who's actually in a segment or spot-checking a list against expectations. Writing SQL yourself is a plus, not a requirement.
- Technical-to-Message Translation: A track record of turning a technical product or a raw usage signal into messaging that reads credible to a developer or admin audience, not generic marketing copy.
- Technical Familiarity: Comfort navigating developer ecosystems, cloud infrastructure, or complex multi-product software platforms.
- Independent Ownership: Senior-level judgment and ownership as an individual contributor: you can run with ambiguity and drive a program without every step spelled out, and you collaborate well with another senior peer on the team.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- Immerse & Align: Get up to speed on Docker's PLG motion, product surface area (Container and AI), and the programs lifecycle already owns. Build a working relationship with data, BDR, renewals, and design/agency partners.
- Program & Tooling Audit: Audit the current state of user and admin nurtures, renewal automation, and PQL/lead outreach, and get familiar with the Marketo/Mailgun stack and its upcoming transition.
- Roadmap Calibration: Work with the lifecycle team to turn the current priority list into themes, a build queue, and a sequenced roadmap.
FIRST 90 DAYS
- Ship Owned Campaigns: Take ownership of at least one full program, such as an admin nurture flow or a PQL first-touch sequence, from build through send.
- Contribute to Renewal Automation: Stand up a first version of automated renewal outreach in partnership with the renewals team.
- Build the Reporting Cadence: Put in place naming, tracking, and reporting so the team has clear visibility into what's live and what it's driving.
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK
- Own a Mature Program Set: Own a mature, scaled set of lifecycle programs across your assigned products, audiences, and lifecycle stages.
- Prove Impact: Show measurable lift in activation, retention, or renewal conversion tied directly to your programs.
- Scale the Function: Help lifecycle marketing operate as a predictable, automated engine rather than a set of one-off campaigns, as scope keeps expanding across the Platform.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🤖 THE OFFER AREA
We’re the engine that decides what Alan sells, at what price, and on what terms.
Every Alan member, from a 3-person startup to a public administration body with 200K+ collaborators is covered by an offer that our area designed, priced, contracted and renews every year.
We own the whole offer lifecycle for several kind of services (health insurance, life & disability insurance, employee benefits) across 4 countries. We manage an incredible business complexity and diversity in a scalable way, and most importantly, we empower others to act autonomously on it:
- Offer creation: Enabling Sales to build compliant and relevant offers themselves in minutes, with a real-time pricer and AI assistance, without waiting days for an actuary.
- Contract Lifecycle: Not only signing a contract in one go and writing the settings that become the source of truth for the rest of Alan, but also providing Business Ops with the tools they need to pilot over the years a portfolio of 100K+ contracts
- Enabling growth: We’re at the root of Alan’s Insurance stack. Our technical decisions have a long reach: Claims, Billing and many other teams depends on us. We are key to lift blockers and enable the opening of new segments or markets.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
- 🌍 One insurance stack for every country. We're replacing country-by-country code with a shared "Core Stack": one set of shared rules, with room for local differences. Spain already runs on it, and we’re now tackling France. The architecture decisions you make will shape how Alan sells insurance for the next 10 years. (How we made our offer builder global https://medium.com/alan/how-we-refactored-one-of-our-most-used-data-models-33cadaf31313)
- 🤖 AI-native underwriting. Insurance is complex, and most insurers need actuaries on every quote. We empower our Sales to build compliant and relevant offers themselves in minutes. AI-assisted smart alternatives, price explanations, pitching and more are already in the Sales hands, and there’s much more to build.
- 🛡️ Life & Disability as a first-class product: We’re bringing this historically smaller product at Alan to the same level of maturity as Health, with first class member XP, Ops and enabling access to a much wider population.
- 🧑🚀 A growing team. You'll hire it, shape it, and decide what it works on. Talent density, onboarding, feedback, and the mix of skills the area needs are yours to own.
- 🛡️ Technical direction and operational excellence. Architecture calls, quality standards and shaping the organization and incident response as we scale to more countries. And you stay hands-on: at Alan, engineering leaders are expected to build.
⚡ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Dual impact: Shape both technical excellence and team growth, engineers become better while building better products
- Leadership growth: Influence engineering culture, mentor future leaders, and drive technical strategy that shapes the future of healthcare delivery
- Your users sit next to you: Hundred of Alaners use what your team ships every day. The feedback loop between building and impact is very short, which allows you to iterate and move quickly.
- Complex domain, simple software: Regulated domain, many countries, many segments… The job is to model a messy real world into a stack that stays simple and easy to extend.
- Direct business impact. We own pricing, contract lifecycle and Sales tooling. We have a direct impact on Alan’s margin and growth.
🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an engineering leader who gets excited about building state-of-the-art AI systems and applying them to real-world, high-stakes problems in healthcare.
LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years leading engineering teams, with a track record of building high performers.
- You partner with other product functions as a true equal: you shape the roadmap, name trade-offs honestly, and help the team commit to what it can actually deliver.
TECHNICAL FOUNDATIONS
- Experience establishing engineering excellence standards, with the ability to guide architectural decisions.
- First-hand experience shipping AI or LLM products to production is a big plus.
- You're excited and eager to keep writing code. You still review it, and you still ship some yourself.
- Comfortable with modern development practices and AI-assisted development tools.
WHAT WE VALUE
- Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
- You develop people as much as you develop products.
- Ex-founders are typically a great fit in our team.
MISSION ALIGNMENT
- Healthcare technology and innovation excite you
- You understand that great engineering teams are built on psychological safety and continuous learning
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply!
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

We’re looking for Senior Product Manager & Product Sales Lead in Madrid!
This is a rare mandate: full product ownership and commercial ownership and sales leadership of a global card issuing, working capital and embedded finance solution — with P&L accountability and a clear path to scale from Europe into the Middle East, APAC and beyond. You won't just build the roadmap; you'll own the revenue outcome and lead how it's sold into two very different buyer worlds: Treasury & Finance, and Media & Marketing.
If you want a senior PM seat where product strategy and commercial performance are the same job, not two separate ones, this is built for that.
What is AlephPay?
AlephPay is the business card built for digital advertising and designed to become your primary card for all business spend. It combines flexible credit, reliable payments, spend control, and rewards in one solution, covering everything from media spend to everyday expenses, so your campaigns keep running without interruption.
You can create dedicated virtual cards for clients, campaigns, teams, or other business needs while keeping full visibility and control over company spending. AlephPay also simplifies expense management and reconciliation, making it easier for finance teams to manage all business spend in one place.
And because it's built around advertising, AlephPay rewards the way you already spend: eligible ad spend earns media rewards you can reinvest into your campaigns, while everyday business purchases unlock additional benefits that help your business grow.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Expansion
Own product strategy, roadmap, value proposition and lifecycle
Shape expansion strategy and evaluate build, partner or hybrid models by capability, market and region
Develop card-based embedded finance propositions across spend management, T&E, corporate spend, working capital and financing
Lead international expansion across Europe, Middle East, APAC and other priority markets
P&L & Commercial
Own product P&L, business cases, revenue targets and commercial performance
Define and optimise pricing, revenue streams and product economics
Lead the Product Sales Specialist team and align product revenue execution with Media Sales
Monitor key performance drivers and act to improve revenue and margin
Sales & GTM
Act as senior SME for card issuing and embedded finance in strategic account discussions with Treasury, Finance, Media and Marketing stakeholders
Develop sales toolkits, value propositions, use cases and competitive positioning
Lead GTM coordination across Sales, Marketing, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology and external partners
Own strategic relationships with issuers, processors and embedded finance partners
What You Need For This Role
Strong experience in card issuing, commercial cards and/or embedded finance.
Product management and commercialisation of payment or financial products with P&L responsibility.
Experience with working capital or financing solutions linked to B2B payments.
Strong knowledge of issuing ecosystems, payment flows, pricing, interchange, FX and corporate payment processes.
International market expansion and complex partner management experience.
Experience in digital media, advertising, adtech or media buying is a strong plus.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.
What You’ll Love About Us
We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position
Learn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertising
Be part of a company with a truly global footprint, working with leading brands, platforms, and publishers across 90+ markets.

At Aleph, your work directly contributes to connecting brands and consumers in meaningful ways, shaping the future of digital advertising.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 72,000. About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
The Platform Hiring Team (PHT) is building a centralized, technology-enabled hiring engine for repeatable, high-volume roles across supported DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt businesses.
You'll join Platform Hiring Operations, PHT's business-facing team. This team owns demand, market context, and pipeline health: translating business needs into hiring plans, keeping stakeholders ahead of risk, and clearing blockers before they reach the execution team.
About the Role
You'll own business readiness, attraction, and pipeline health for Wolt Market across the North region. You'll translate business needs into hiring plans, validate demand against strategy and cost, coordinate Marketing and sourcing partners, activate roles when requirements are complete, and monitor progress against hiring dates.
You'll advise business leaders on hiring strategy, market conditions, timing, location, quality, and delivery trade-offs using funnel and talent-market evidence. When pipeline volume declines, you'll coordinate targeted sourcing interventions and ensure the execution team has sufficient pipeline. You'll proactively coordinate blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR, and local operations.
You'll identify recurring friction and work with the Platform Hiring Manager and PM Team on scalable improvements, automation, and AI adoption. You'll own market and business exceptions that require context beyond the standard platform workflow and maintain clear stakeholder communication and portfolio documentation.
You're excited about this opportunity because ..
Own the business partnership for Wolt Market hiring across the North region.
Collect, validate, and translate hiring demand against workforce strategy, timing, and cost expectations.
Set up approved headcount and role requirements in the active hiring platform.
Own relationships with Marketing, Employer Brand, and sourcing partners for top-of-funnel strategy.
Use historical funnel performance to establish the sourcing and application volume required for delivery.
Activate roles with the Platform Hiring team and maintain clear handoffs, service expectations, and priorities.
Monitor pipeline health, conversion, drop-off, and hiring dates and provide proactive business updates.
Advise business leaders on hiring strategy, attraction, market conditions, location, timing, quality, and delivery trade-offs using funnel and talent-market evidence.
Deploy targeted sourcing interventions or coordinate specialist sourcing support when pipeline volume declines.
Partner with low-volume recruiting teams and business leaders where work crosses operating-model boundaries.
Coordinate blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR, and local operations.
Own market and business exceptions that require context beyond the standard platform workflow.
Support approved candidate-facing exceptions, including local-language communication, offer delivery, or low-volume work, while maintaining the standard platform workflow wherever possible.
Escalate recurring friction with evidence, volume, impact, and a recommended path to resolution.
Identify automation and AI use cases, adopt approved solutions, and track their effect on manual work and decision speed.
Maintain accurate portfolio documentation, decisions, risks, and source-of-truth reporting.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the Platform Hiring operating model through practical feedback and evidence from the Wolt Market portfolio.
We're excited about you because
You have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, high-volume hiring, recruiting operations, or a consultative program role.
You have 3+ years of experience working with, managing, and influencing stakeholders across functions.
You have experience translating hiring demand into practical hiring plans and coordinating sourcing, conversion, offers, and onboarding dependencies.
You are comfortable owning a defined business portfolio and proactively managing its hiring risks and priorities.
You have confidence using hiring data and funnel performance to challenge assumptions and recommend action.

What You May Work On
This is a broad hiring track rather than a single fixed role. Your responsibilities will be matched to your strengths, experience, and interests, and may include one or more of the following:
Design, build, and evolve onchain data infrastructure, data services, or business systems, taking ownership of the quality and outcomes of critical modules.
Build multi-chain ingestion, real-time and batch computation, data governance, search, storage, and serving capabilities, continuously improving data accuracy, completeness, and freshness.

Hunger — Curiosity and Drive
You stay curious about AI, Web3, emerging technologies, and new business domains, and can learn unfamiliar areas quickly.
You do not wait for instructions when facing a problem; you proactively understand the context, identify solutions, and drive execution.
You go beyond completing assigned tasks and continue to ask about outcomes, user value, and opportunities for improvement.
Cognition — Cognitive Ability and Judgment
You can quickly understand complex technical and business problems, build a structured mental model, and identify the core issue and key trade-offs.
When information is incomplete or the situation is uncertain, you can form sound judgments based on facts and logical reasoning.
You can compare the value, cost, risk, and long-term impact of different options, clearly explain your rationale, and turn decisions into executable plans and results.
What We Are Looking For
Strong computer science fundamentals and coding ability in at least one mainstream programming language, such as Java, Go, Python, or C++.
Clear logical thinking and strong problem decomposition skills, with the ability to independently solve complex technical or business problems.
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
Backend and distributed systems;
Real-time or batch data processing, data platforms, search, and storage;
High-concurrency, high-availability systems, and reliability engineering;
Risk control, security, strategy, or data analysis;

A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive initiatives through to measurable outcomes.
Open, direct, and effective communication, with a willingness to solve problems across teams.
Strong learning ability and growth potential. We value solid engineering fundamentals, but do not use mastery of one specific framework or middleware stack as the sole hiring criterion.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Web3, public blockchains, onchain data, wallets, DEXs, blockchain explorers, or smart contracts.
Familiarity with one or more blockchain technology models, such as EVM, UTXO, or Move.
Experience with large-scale data processing, stream processing, databases, messaging systems, caching, or search systems.
Experience in fintech, risk control, security, e-commerce, advertising, recommendation systems, or other complex internet businesses.
Proven examples of using AI tools to solve real problems and turning solutions into engineered or scalable capabilities.
Ability to work in English, or experience building global and multi-region systems.
Demonstrated technical judgment, business impact, or zero-to-one ownership in previous projects.
The Kind of Candidate We Hope to Meet
You can clearly explain the most complex problem you have solved, how you formed your judgment, and how you drove the solution to completion.
You have one or more clear strengths. We do not expect experience in every area, but we value meaningful depth or exceptional potential in at least one direction.
You are willing to understand users and business context instead of passively receiving requirements.
You are open to unfamiliar domains and can use AI and team collaboration to close knowledge gaps quickly.
You remain constructive in changing or uncertain environments and can keep moving work forward.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a highly operational, systems-minded Contract Manager to own and scale our commercial contracting processes. Sitting at the intersection of Legal, Finance, and GTM, you’ll help ensure contracts move quickly and accurately while maintaining the right level of process, visibility, and risk management.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning complex or manual processes into simple, scalable systems. You’ll manage the day-to-day contracting lifecycle while owning the infrastructure behind it—from intake and approvals to Ironclad workflows, templates, reporting, and automation.
You’ll be successful in this role if you’re highly organized, comfortable operating with autonomy, and constantly looking for ways to make contracting faster and easier for the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Contracting
- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including creator and influencer agreements, agency MSAs, PR and sponsorship agreements, content licensing, referral agreements, contractor and consulting agreements, NDAs, order forms, amendments, and vendor agreements.
- Own contract intake across Growth, Marketing, PR, Recruiting, Finance, and B2B; route, prioritize, track, and drive requests through completion.
- Independently draft, review, and negotiate NDAs within approved playbooks and fallbacks.
- Prepare first drafts and markups of commercial agreements using Higgsfield templates and playbooks, escalating exceptions to Legal with clear recommendations.
- Conduct final quality checks and coordinate Legal, Finance, and executive approvals before signature.
- Route approved agreements through Ironclad and DocuSign and ensure executed agreements are properly filed.
- Manage contracting SLAs, proactively flag delays, and maintain clear visibility into open matters.
Ironclad & Contract Operations
- Co-own the build and ongoing administration of Ironclad, including intake workflows, approval logic, templates, clause libraries, metadata, permissions, repository structure, and reporting.
- Translate Higgsfield’s contracting playbooks into standardized clauses, approved fallbacks, escalation rules, and automated workflows.
- Build and maintain self-service intake workflows and templates across B2B and non-B2B agreements.
- Maintain permissions, record types, legacy agreements, and repository hygiene so Ironclad remains the single source of truth.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and partner with workflow engineers when technical support is required.
- Build reporting around contract volume, cycle times, SLAs, and bottlenecks.
- Support integrations and automation across Finance, Security, Slack, AI-assisted review, and other systems.
- Onboard teams to Ironclad and create lightweight documentation that drives adoption.
Operational Excellence
- Own matters from intake through execution, filing, and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain accurate trackers and provide concise, proactive updates without requiring follow-up.
- Identify gaps in templates, workflows, or processes and take ownership of resolving them.
- Apply approved templates and playbooks independently while escalating exceptions early.
- Continuously improve contracting processes through better workflows, automation, reporting, and AI tooling.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in contract management, legal operations, or commercial operations, ideally at a high-growth technology company.
- Deep hands-on Ironclad experience building and launching workflows, templates, approvals, permissions, playbooks, and reporting. This is a must.
- Experience scaling or cleaning up a CLM, including legacy migrations, record consolidation, and workflow rollouts.
- Ability to independently negotiate NDAs and prepare first-pass commercial agreement markups using established playbooks.
- Strong working knowledge of commercial agreements and contracting lifecycles; a law degree is not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through in a high-volume environment.
- Strong judgment around applying playbooks, meeting SLAs, and knowing when to escalate to Legal.
- Collaborative, clear communicator who works effectively across Legal, Finance, Growth, Recruiting, PR, and leadership.
- Familiarity with automation and AI tools such as n8n and Claude, with an interest in using technology to scale legal operations.
