Location: USA - New York (dbt)
From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
Customer Solutions Architect
About the role
The Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) is the primary post-sales technical owner for our existing customers, helping them get the most value from the combined Fivetran and dbt platform. Working alongside Account Executives (AEs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs), the CSA makes sure customers not only deploy successfully, but keep scaling and expanding their usage over time.
This role operates as a technical account manager and strategic advisor, bridging the gap between onboarding success and long-term growth. The CSA owns the technical narrative after go-live: monitoring an existing book of business, leading technical discussions, uncovering new data challenges, and guiding customers through architecture evolution, adoption, and expansion through live demos and technical workshops.
Unlike implementation-focused roles, the CSA is accountable for both retention and growth, and is measured on incremental ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR). You will act as a trusted advisor, advocate, and accelerator, ensuring customers derive maximum value from their data investments while aligning their technical roadmap with the platform's capabilities.
Location:
New York City, NY (hybrid). This is a full-time position, and candidates must be located in NYC and able to work in the office two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday).
What you'll do
Customer Adoption and Value Realization
Own post-sales technical engagement across a portfolio of assigned Commercial and Enterprise accounts
Drive adoption, optimization, and ongoing usage of the platform, moving customers from initial deployment to sustained, scalable success
Educate customers on new products and features as they launch, and on existing capabilities they may not be using
Deliver enablement sessions, workshops, and best-practice guidance
Monitor account health signals (usage, performance, support trends) and proactively intervene to address churn or contraction risks, including running implementation reviews and healthcheck sessions
Expansion and Growth
Identify, validate, and execute expansion opportunities across business units, regions, and use cases, including opportunities to bring both Fivetran and dbt into an account
Translate customer initiatives into scalable data workloads and technical solutions
Partner with AEs to drive incremental ARR through structured expansion plays and a managed expansion pipeline
Lead technical validation of new workloads, including workshops and, where necessary, proofs of concept (POCs)
Replicate successful use cases across the organization to accelerate growth
Provide strategic input on the customer lifecycle and renewals process
Technical Strategy and Architecture
Define and maintain Enterprise Reference Architectures aligned to customer environments, ensuring architectural consistency and scalability across implementations
Guide customers on best practices for data pipelines, transformation, automation, and platform adoption
Maintain technical artifacts such as architecture documentation, design patterns, and knowledge bases
Stakeholder Engagement and Account Planning
Build and maintain strong relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders, using stakeholder maps and multi-threaded engagement strategies
Run regular technical cadence calls, business reviews, and roadmap sessions
Contribute to Mutual Account Plans and own Mutual Success Plans, mapping whitespace opportunities across business units, subsidiaries, and use cases
Align customer technical strategy with business objectives and commercial plans
Internal and Partner Collaboration
Act as the technical orchestrator across Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering, keeping delivery teams aligned with long-term expansion strategy
Advocate for customer needs internally, influencing the product roadmap and priorities
Collaborate with technology partners (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP) to drive joint value
Help improve team processes, refine assets, and enable teammates through our knowledge-sharing loop
Thought Leadership
Contribute to and deliver external-facing content through live events, speaking engagements, blog posts, recorded tutorials, or other educational resources
Work closely with Regional and Product Marketing teams to support field and industry events
Support senior leadership in aligning field and industry requirements with the product roadmap, collaborating with Product and Product Marketing under their guidance.
What you bring
2+ years of experience in a post-sales, customer-facing technical role, such as Solution Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Engineer
Strong ability to own and drive customer outcomes after the sale, including adoption, renewal, and expansion
Solid technical background, with experience designing scalable data architectures, a firm understanding of modern data warehousing and the analytics stack, and SQL proficiency
Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions and measurable outcomes
Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences, and a high degree of comfort presenting to diverse audiences
A proactive, self-sufficient, and highly organized approach to managing multiple accounts
Comfort operating strategically while also engaging in deep technical discussions
Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and think on your feet in customer conversations
A team-player mindset, both within the CSA team as we evolve our ways of working and in daily collaboration with AEs and SEs
Openness to travel: we value in-person relationship building, both internally and externally, and expect willingness to travel to events as needed
What Will Make You Stand Out

SQL knowledge, with a working understanding of AI architecture, including LLMs, Knowledge Graphs, and RAG

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to build ElevenLabs’ public sector business across Australia. The Public Sector Partnerships Manager will identify and build relationships with government institutions across Australia, bridging the gap between government and our GTM team to drive adoption of ElevenLabs’ products and grow government into a strong, durable revenue stream for the company. The role also involves building strategic partnerships with policymakers, industry associations, and coalitions, as well as monitoring regulatory developments and supporting policy campaigns and impact initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Drive government adoption and revenue (primary)
- Identify government partnership opportunities across Australia — from healthcare and education to transport, federal agencies, and other public sector entities — and bridge the gap between government institutions and the GTM team to drive adoption and deployment of ElevenLabs’ products.
- Build and maintain a wide network of relationships across Australian government institutions — spanning federal departments, agencies, and state and territory governments — not limited to regulatory or policy counterparts.
- Promote government adoption of ElevenLabs products and services in partnership with the GTM team.
Build strategic partnerships (secondary)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups.
- Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events, advancing the company’s public policy goals.
Monitor and advise on policy (tertiary)
- Lead ElevenLabs engagement with government bodies and officials across Australia, with a focus on AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and/or digital rights.
- Monitor, analyze, and advise on emerging regulations impacting the company.
- Support the development of internal policies by our Legal, Safety, Security, and other teams.
- Provide strategic counsel to company leadership on regional policy trends and their business implications.
- Define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives that advance company objectives.
WHO YOU ARE:
- You’re genuinely interested in the future of AI and emerging technologies, bringing curiosity and enthusiasm to your role.
- You stay up-to-date on AI regulation and industry trends, and are eager to apply this expertise to cutting-edge products.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, working cross-functionally with teams across the organization to support and scale a growing business.
- You’re comfortable working independently and handling ambiguity, excelling in situations where you must make informed decisions quickly.
- You bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach to each project, focused on moving the business forward.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Primary requirements
- 15+ years’ experience in public and private sector (in-house, firm) roles, with a track record of building relationships with government that led to commercial or technology-adoption outcomes — not solely policy or regulatory roles.
- A wide, current network of contacts across Australian government institutions — spanning federal departments, agencies, and state and territory governments, including in healthcare, education, and transport.
- Experience identifying and opening doors for technology partnerships with government institutions is strongly preferred.
- Contacts or experience across other Five Eyes markets is a plus.
Also required
- Strong knowledge of the Australian AI policy landscape, including general AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and digital rights.
- Demonstrated success in designing, advocating for, and influencing policy outcomes, as well as coalition building.
- Public policy experience across Australia.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including when briefing government officials and other policymakers.
- Fluency in English.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a GTM Recruiter to join our truly global Talent team at ElevenLabs — a role that’s strategic, high-impact, and deeply collaborative. You won’t just fill roles — you’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle for our Go-to-Market (GTM) org, partnering with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to hire exceptional talent that drives our business forward.
This isn’t a conventional recruiter role — you’ll work alongside GTM Sourcers and hiring leaders to define role strategy, design world-class candidate experiences, and deliver outstanding hires across global markets. You’ll help shape what it means to build elite GTM teams in a fast-moving AI company.
If you’re energized by ownership, creative problem-solving, and building recruiting systems that scale — and if you care deeply about quality, speed, and candidate experience — this role is for you.
WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE
- Full-cycle recruiting for a broad range of GTM roles, from early-stage hires to strategic senior leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
- Partnering closely with GTM leadership to refine role requirements, set hiring strategy, and identify key success signals that elevate quality of hire.
- Collaborating with GTM Sourcers to build and execute strategic sourcing plays, including market mapping, talent pools, and targeted pipelines across regions.
- Designing and managing candidate pipelines across global time zones with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and high-touch experience.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing market insights, role benchmarks, and data-driven recommendations.
- Representing ElevenLabs externally — every interaction with candidates is an opportunity to bring our brand and values to life.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting, ideally in high-growth technology environments (we’d love to see ~3+ years, but impact > years). Specifically we’d like to see experience recruiting for quota-carrying roles, sales background a plus.
- A track record of closing high-caliber talent in Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, or Revenue Operations.
- Comfortable managing high volume, complex roles with multiple search priorities - while maintaining high quality and urgency.
- Strong partnership skills — you influence hiring leaders with clarity, data, and operational rigor.
- Exceptional communication — you craft compelling role narratives and maintain excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Thrives in fast-paced, remote-first environments and collaborates seamlessly across teams and time zones.
- You know what great looks like, whether from building Revenue teams at standout tech companies or from your own experience carrying a number and winning in sales
Bonus:
- We’re especially excited about candidates with regional specialization or experience recruiting in one or more of these high-growth markets:
- Middle East
- Having deep networks, language capabilities, and cultural fluency in these regions is a strong plus as we continue expanding our global GTM footprint.
- Additional bonus points for:
- Data fluency — tracking and improving recruiting metrics and operating with an analytics mindset.
- A builder’s mindset — you iterate, experiment, learn patterns, and refine GTM hiring playbooks.
- Arabic language is plus

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Payward Services is an enterprise infrastructure platform that enables companies to seamlessly integrate trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services through a single unified system. It provides coordinated liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities, reducing operational complexity for fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers.
Payward’s Payments & Blockchain team builds the capabilities that move money into and out of its products, connecting banking partners, payment providers and local rails for millions of users.
We’re building a peer-to-peer marketplace for Asia-Pacific that lets users buy and sell digital assets directly with each other using familiar local payment methods. Payward will provide the marketplace infrastructure, merchant network, escrow, transaction management, and trust and safety capabilities.
We’re looking for an experienced product leader who has launched crypto P2P in APAC and can turn that expertise into a shared platform serving multiple Payward products.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Strategy and market expansion: Set the P2P vision, business objectives and roadmap. Prioritize markets, customer segments and payment methods based on demand, competitive conditions, economics and regulatory requirements.
- Merchant network and liquidity: Develop the merchant acquisition, onboarding, incentives and retention strategy. Work with commercial and local teams to build dependable liquidity, competitive pricing and coverage across relevant payment methods.
- Marketplace economics: Define fee structures and incentive programs. Set commercial targets and improve revenue, transaction costs and contribution margin with finance and commercial partners.
- Core P2P capabilities: Lead product development across matching, escrow, order management, payment confirmation, transaction limits, merchant controls and dispute handling.
- Platform adoption: Build reusable capabilities and integration requirements that allow multiple Payward products to offer P2P. Make the platform straightforward to integrate, operate and extend into new markets.
- Buyer, seller and merchant requirements: Define transaction workflows, exception handling and acceptance criteria. Bring customer research and marketplace expertise into interface decisions, and use transaction data to identify friction and improve completion.
- Trust and marketplace integrity: Partner with risk, compliance, legal and operations to build merchant verification, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and appeals into the product from the outset.
- Launch and operating performance: Lead cross-functional launch planning and establish the processes needed to run each market. Track liquidity, order completion, time to trade, repeat usage, dispute rates, fraud losses and platform reliability.
- Product leadership: Align senior stakeholders around priorities and tradeoffs, work closely with engineering on system capabilities, and develop product talent as the platform scales. Apply proven P2P playbooks and move quickly from decisions to live transactions.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A demonstrated record of launching and scaling a crypto P2P marketplace in APAC, ideally including a launch from zero.
- Senior product leadership experience with responsibility for strategy, roadmaps and measurable commercial outcomes.
- Deep understanding of merchant operations, two-sided liquidity, pricing, incentives and the economics of P2P trading.
- Practical knowledge of APAC payment methods, local banking and wallet ecosystems, and how customer behavior differs across markets.
- Experience building shared platform capabilities used by multiple products, channels or external partners.
- Strong judgment about fraud, payment verification, transaction disputes and the operational realities of running a financial marketplace.
- Technical fluency across APIs, transaction lifecycles, payment integrations and reliable financial systems.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through partnerships with engineering, interface product teams, operations, risk and commercial teams.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience expanding P2P across several APAC markets.
- Experience with stablecoins and local fiat on/off-ramps.
- Experience building and leading product teams.
- Fluency in one or more APAC languages.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. From strategic advisory and AI solutions to digital transformation, we partner with enterprise leaders to solve complex business challenges, unlock opportunities, and build what's next.
What powers it all? Our people are ambitious, collaborative, curious, and constantly evolving.
About the Role
You will be joining the growing UK arm (London-based) of our US-based Advisory business, where you will help shape the direction of the practice and execute our ambitious plans to scale our strategy consulting capabilities.
As a Lead Strategy Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor and front door to Exadel, where you'll work directly with senior client leaders, often at the C-suite level, helping them clarify their business goals, uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and define the outcomes that matter most. We believe great consulting doesn't begin with a predefined problem or solution. It begins with curiosity, asking the right questions, understanding what keeps clients up at night, and looking beyond their initial requests to determine what they are ultimately trying to achieve.
You'll help clients set strategies that evaluate the right combination of people, processes, operating models, experiences, data, and technology to achieve their goals. This may involve improving business performance, developing new capabilities, addressing operational challenges, or enabling broader transformation.
And once the strategy is defined, you won't simply hand it off. You'll work alongside our broader delivery teams to help turn strategic direction into tangible outcomes, ensuring solutions work for the people and organizations they are intended to serve.
What You'll Do
Lead client engagements, shaping opportunities, Problems & Solutions
Own consulting workstreams and engagements end-to-end, accountable for quality, timelines, budgets, and client outcomes
Lead workshops, asking thoughtful, sometimes challenging questions to uncover what clients are truly trying to achieve, rather than simply accepting their initial problem statement or proposed solution
Identify underlying challenges, root causes, and opportunities that may not be immediately apparent, helping clients focus on the outcomes that will create the greatest value
Help clients define what success looks like and translate their goals into strategic priorities, actionable recommendations, and practical roadmaps
Develop Executable Strategies
Develop client strategies and own strategic roadmaps grounded in business realities and focused on measurable outcomes, including revenue growth, customer experience, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and business performance
Evaluate strategic options across people, processes, operating models, experiences, data, and technology, including AI where it can deliver meaningful value
Lead business case development, quantify opportunities, and confidently present investment recommendations to client leadership and finance teams
Work with Exadel's broader advisory, design, data, AI, and engineering teams to ensure strategies can be translated into tangible solutions
Build Client Relationships & Grow the Business
Build trusted relationships with senior client decision-makers, developing a deep understanding of their business, priorities, and evolving needs
Recognize emerging challenges and opportunities where Exadel can deliver additional value, helping shape new engagements and long-term partnerships
Support proposals, pitches, business cases, and solution development for new opportunities
Contribute to thought leadership that helps organizations navigate evolving business challenges, strategic opportunities, and the role of emerging technologies
Help Shape Our Consulting Practice
Contribute to the development and evolution of consulting frameworks, methodologies, and reusable approaches that strengthen our ability to deliver client value
Help build and scale our strategy consulting capabilities, influencing how we engage clients, shape opportunities, and deliver outcomes
Mentor and coach other consultants, strengthening their strategic thinking, problem-solving, and client leadership skills

Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
In AI, proximity to customer reality is the moat. Even the best model doesn't run itself: it takes someone who gets close enough to a customer's business to make it work, and that closeness doesn't happen on its own.
That's where the
Forward Deployed Product Manager
comes in. You'll work directly with our biggest customers at the moments that matter most in their journey with Fin, whether that's proving out value in an evaluation, getting a deployment live, or expanding what's possible once it's working, and get them to real, measurable success with Fin faster than they'd get there on their own. What you learn with them feeds back into the product, so every customer after them gets there faster and better too.
This is a very novel role in the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what great looks like at Fin: evolving the playbooks, and shaping how we win and deliver on our biggest, highest-stakes deals.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for a PM who wants real time with customers and hands-on time with the product, and who's comfortable making progress before every answer is known.
What will I be doing?
Own outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customers deploying Fin.
Understand their business, their support operation, and their technical environment well enough that the deployment plan you propose earns trust immediately.
Run the full arc yourself.
Pitch and demo Fin, scope the solution, hands-on configure it (including custom development if required), and unblock whatever gets in the way, whether that's a product gap, a technical integration, or a cross-functional snag.
Be the AI expert in the room.
Customers should leave every conversation with you knowing more about how to get outstanding results from Fin.
Partner tightly with Sales, Success, and R&D
so each deployment feels like one team to the customer, not a relay race.
Turn what you learn in the field into product.
Bring specific, evidence-backed input, not just feature requests, to shape the roadmap.
Build the playbook as you go:
the deployment patterns, templates, and best practices that make the next ten deployments faster than the first.
Help define what Forward Deployed PM means at Fin
. It's a very novel role across the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what it looks like here.
Success in this role looks like your customers thriving with Fin, and the product getting sharper because of what you learned from them. It's product management at its core, not solutions engineering, customer success, or professional services.
What skills do I need?
Experience:
No minimum years required. We care about impact, drive, and potential, evidenced through the skills below, not tenure.
Customer obsession:
Deep empathy paired with a bias for action. You're motivated by solving the real problem and delivering measurable results.
Communication & storytelling:
You can pitch Fin to a room of executives, then get into the technical weeds with their engineers, adjusting depth and tone without losing either audience.
Technical fluency:
You're able to talk to engineers and customers about modern tech stack, from APIs and SaaS infrastructure to LLMs and low-code tooling. You're comfortable onboarding a customer into more technical product setups.
Evidence-based thinking:
You use data, not anecdotes, to make the case for a deployment plan or a roadmap bet, and you're comfortable pulling and interpreting data (conversation logs, usage, CX metrics) to find the story.
Cross-functional influence:
You navigate organizational boundaries easily, and bring people together to get the best outcome for customers and Fin.
Comfort with ambiguity:
You thrive in fast-changing, undefined environments, switching fluidly between big-picture strategy and in-the-weeds execution.
Operational rigor:
Operational rigor: You're highly organized and structured, managing multiple deployments and priorities without becoming reactive, and you know when a moment calls for speed versus polish.
Even better if you have:
Experience building product for enterprise customers
Startup or B2B SaaS experience
Background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer success

Why Join Exadel
We're an AI-first global tech company with 25+ years of engineering leadership, 2,000+ team members, and 500+ active projects powering Fortune 500 clients, including HBO, Microsoft, Google, and Starbucks.
As a Lead Strategy Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor, where you'll work directly with senior client leaders, often at the C-suite level, helping them clarify their business goals, uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and define the outcomes that matter most.
What You Bring
Strong consulting experience:
Extensive experience in strategy, management, business, or technology consulting, with a proven track record of leading client engagements and influencing senior stakeholders
Strategic leadership and opportunity shaping:
The ability to enter client conversations without a predefined problem or solution, uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and guide clients toward the right strategic direction and business outcomes
Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking:
A natural instinct to ask questions, dig beneath the surface, investigate root causes, and understand what truly matters to clients. You're comfortable respectfully challenging their thinking when it leads to better outcomes
Executive presence and stakeholder leadership:
Confidence engaging directly with senior executives, including C-suite leaders, building trust, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and influencing strategic decisions
Commercial and business acumen:
The ability to connect business goals to financial and operational outcomes, quantify opportunities, build credible business cases, and confidently discuss revenue, margin, cost, risk, and return on investment
Human-centered thinking:
Strong empathy, creativity, judgment, and an understanding of how people, organizations, and technology interact. You recognize that successful strategies must work for the people they affect
AI and technology fluency:
Curiosity about emerging technologies and hands-on experience using AI to enhance your own work. You understand where AI can create value, recognize its limitations, and are comfortable collaborating with technical teams without needing to be an engineer yourself
Strategy through execution:
Experience translating strategic direction into practical roadmaps, actionable recommendations, and measurable outcomes. You understand how to connect business strategy with delivery
Builder mindset:
Comfortable moving beyond presentations to test ideas, validate assumptions, and develop tangible proof. You thrive in ambiguity, work at pace, and balance hands-on contribution with leading from the front

Experience managing, mentoring, or coaching consultants, with a genuine interest in helping others develop

THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken's engineers build a lot of software. Developer Platform AI builds the AI systems they use to do it: agents that write and review code, simple access to the best models in the tools they already use, and the infrastructure that connects AI to our internal systems.
This is a small team with a lot of reach. The tools you ship will change how engineers across Kraken work every day, and you'll see that happen directly. The work spans agent platforms, code review, LLM routing and cost controls, MCP integrations with tools like Slack, Jira and GitLab, and the security and observability that make all of it safe to run.
If you want to work on applied AI with real users from day one, this is that job.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- LLM traffic doesn't behave like normal API traffic. Requests are long-running, streaming and expensive. One prompt can cost a few cents or a few dollars. One team's burst can burn another team's budget. Providers change their rate limits, failure modes and pricing without warning. Running this well is a problem few companies have solved, and it's the job.
- Own the reliability of the platform engineers depend on: the AI Gateway, the agent runtime and the connections to internal tools. Set the SLOs, own the error budgets and decide what happens when they're spent.
- Design resilience across model providers: routing, failover, retries, rate limiting and graceful degradation when a provider is slow, throttling or down.
- Make LLM traffic legible. Build observability that shows latency, errors, token usage and cost by team, model and use case, so engineers can see what their workloads cost and where they're spending their time waiting.
- Treat capacity and cost as one problem. Routing decisions affect both latency and spend, and you'll own the tradeoff directly.
- Work with Security, Finance and AI governance to put access controls, budgets, audit logging and data handling into the platform, not into a spreadsheet next to it.
- Lead incident response and blameless post-incident reviews. Turn what breaks into fixes that stay fixed.
- Automate operations with infrastructure as code, safe deployments and progressive rollouts, so the platform gets more reliable as it grows rather than more fragile.
- Mentor engineers and raise the operating standard across the team.
This is a Staff role. You'll set the technical direction for how the platform runs, not just keep it running. The platform is small enough that your decisions shape it directly, and used broadly enough that they affect every engineering team at Kraken.
SKILLS YOU SHOULD HODL
- Extensive experience in site reliability, infrastructure or platform engineering, with a track record of owning high-traffic, business-critical services in production
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes, a major cloud provider and infrastructure as code such as Terraform
- Strong command of SLOs, observability and incident management, and the judgment to know which reliability work actually matters
- Proficiency in Rust or Python, and comfort reading and changing a production service's code
- Experience with API gateways, reverse proxies or traffic management: load balancing, rate limiting, failover and caching
- Experience operating multi-tenant internal platforms, including authentication, authorization and per-tenant cost controls
- Staff-level influence: you set direction across teams, write clear design documents and bring other engineers with you
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience operating LLM gateways or integrating LLM provider APIs at scale: streaming, token-based rate limiting, model routing and caching
- Experience serving models yourself, including vLLM or Ray: GPU scheduling, batching, autoscaling and cost per token
- Experience building Kubernetes controllers or operators with controller-runtime or kubebuilder
- Experience with Consul and Vault for service discovery, configuration and secrets
- Experience with model evaluation pipelines for catching quality regressions before and after rollout
- Familiarity with coding agents and agent harnesses, and running them safely in sandboxed environments
- Experience with cost attribution, budgeting or FinOps for usage-based services
- Background in security-sensitive or regulated environments such as financial services or crypto
- Contributions to open-source gateway, proxy or observability projects
These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
This role will be based in Dublin. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
