HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE ALAN INSURANCE GRADUATE PROGRAM ⭐️
The Alan Insurance Graduate Program is a unique opportunity to enter the team at the core of Alan Insurance business without getting silo-ed on a precise role. The Insurance team focuses on innovating on our health and disability insurance products, over 5 geographies including France, Belgium, Spain and Canada. Through the Program, you will develop a very precious blend of technical, business, entrepreneurial and product skills.
After a 2-months onboarding, you may be involved in multiple missions in different streams of the Insurance team:
- The Enterprise and Public Sector stream structures the best offers for our largest clients, whether a ministry or a corporate. They land on our most important deals (RFP - request for proposal) with our Sales team, contributing to business growth in a very visible way.
- The insurance product stream dive into the lifecycle of a contract, from pricing and product implementation to the renewal phase. They team up with Engineer, Data and Marketing teams to ensure a delightful experience to our customers, whether when signing on our website, better equip Sales with the best offers or undergoing the renewal campaign (offer updates from one year to another).
- The analytics and repricing stream focus on building metrics, tools, and dynamic models to monitor our portfolio, forecast our margin and price our portfolio. They push strategic decision making (like repricing) alongside the Data, Strategy and Finance teams.
- The reinsurance and risk stream owns the Capital requirement model, the risk governance, the relationship with our Supervisor (ACPR) and the reinsurance coverage.
Each program and mission will be co-built with you, to make the most of your growth plan and ensure you have impact and visibility from day 1 at Alan.
All along your Graduate Program, you will also benefit from a personalized support from the team through coaching. This will ensure that you are never alone on a topic and that you grow fast, while still being in the driver’s seat.
At Alan, we are at the forefront of the latest innovations in artificial intelligence. You will be expected to leverage every piece of technology at your disposal to contribute to scaling our tooling and processes.
⭐️ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You would be a good fit if you:
- Have a first experience in actuarial/insurance, finance, strategy, data, quantitative or product topics.
- Have a scientific background (statistics, engineering, actuarial science)
- Are excited about growing in a fast-paced environment on multidisciplinary topics involving technical, data, regulatory, product and business questions related to health and prévoyance insurance
- Are comfortable with SQL or willing to learn
- Are analytical and structured, with a fact-based decision-making style
- Are enthusiastic about teamwork, curious, learning, and teaching
- Are willing to deeply change the insurance industry and challenge the status quo
- Have strong written communication skills
- Are fluent in both French and English (Alan’s working language)
🌍 HOW WE WORK
- Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France.
- Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join the OEX Mobile Growth team — a pure mobile team sitting at the intersection of engineering rigour, consumer growth craft, and product instinct. This is not a feature delivery role. You will sit upstream of requirements, shape initiatives alongside product and business stakeholders, and own the engineering end-to-end on growth bets that move real metrics for millions of users. The ideal profile combines a solid engineering foundation, hands-on growth experience serving mobile users, and the conviction to bring proposals, not just execute them.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the full engineering lifecycle of mobile growth initiatives - from shaping the brief with product and business through to production launch and iteration.
Build and optimise growth systems - including funnel instrumentation, referral mechanics, acquisition loops, and experiment frameworks — directly serving the mobile user base.
Collaborate closely with Product Manager, Business Development, and local market teams across multiple regions to translate commercial goals into concrete, data-backed engineering proposals.
Apply AI coding tools actively in your workflow to accelerate development, improve code quality, and bridge across tech stacks where needed.
Drive technical decision-making on growth infrastructure, articulating trade-offs clearly and defending or revising your positions based on evidence.
Mentor engineers on the team and help establish a culture where engineers bring solutions, not just responses.
What We Look For In You
8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-quality systems at scale.
Hands-on growth engineering experience — funnel optimisation, experiment frameworks, acquisition or referral systems — in a consumer-facing (ToC) product context.
Understanding of mobile users: how they behave, what drives retention and conversion, and how mobile-native growth mechanics differ from web.
Actively uses AI tools as a core part of your engineering workflow — not just for code generation, but for building repeatable workflows and bridging across stacks.
Outspoken and proposal-driven: you come to the table with a point of view, push back when you disagree, and bring data and a counter-proposal rather than just flagging concerns.
Strong cross-functional communication — comfortable working with Product Manager, Business Development, and local markets to align on goals and hold the line on engineering quality.
Data instincts: you think in funnels, know how to instrument what matters, and use metrics to drive decisions.
Nice-To-Haves
Mobile development experience in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) — or backend experience building growth systems that serve mobile apps directly (e.g. growth APIs, attribution pipelines, notification infrastructure).
Experience with Rust or other systems languages — especially candidates who have recently migrated from mobile-native stacks and are building fluency in backend tooling.
Depth in mobile attribution and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, SKAdNetwork).
ASO operational experience (App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
Experience building referral systems, k-factor mechanics, or anti-fraud layers.
Background in fintech, crypto, or regulated consumer financial products.
Experience operating across US, EEA, and APAC markets.
A/B experiment framework ownership at meaningful scale.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team in London. Embedded within our in-region commercial and legal operations, you'll work closely with local in-region counsel and lead counsel to support commercial and technology transactions across the region. We'll rely on you to help review, draft, and negotiate commercial and procurement contracts that support our cutting-edge AI systems. You'll also serve as a key partner in translating global legal strategy into regional execution — including supporting the triage of regional matters, rolling out process improvements and initiatives driven from global headquarters, and running local enablement sessions to keep business teams informed and aligned. You'll build scalable contracting processes and collaborate across Product, Sales, Finance, Business Operations, Research, and Procurement teams.
Key responsibilities
Draft, analyze, negotiate, and complete complex commercial transactions with our enterprise customers, vendors, and strategic partners, including IP licensing agreements
Propose and develop scalable solutions to improve contracting efficiency
Collaborate with business units and legal team members to streamline contract management processes, identify potential risks, and drive continuous improvement in contract handling efficiency
Collaborate with the Product, Sales, Business Operations, Research, and Procurement teams to achieve key business objectives and deliver strategic, business-minded, and solutions-focused counsel
Partner closely with in-region counsel and lead counsel on day-to-day triage of regional legal matters, ensuring workload is prioritized effectively and seamlessly coordinated between regional and global teams
Drive the regional rollout of process improvements, policy updates, and programs initiated from global headquarters, including planning and facilitating local enablement sessions to keep commercial and cross-functional stakeholders informed and ready to execute
Pitch in across other areas of the legal function — as a small team supporting big things, each of us practices across multiple areas, and we'd love to hear where else your experience or interests could contribute
Minimum qualifications
Substantive knowledge of software and SaaS agreements, reseller agreements, services agreements, strategic partnerships, and general commercial contract terms
Ability to independently draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and procurement contracts
Experience managing the full contract lifecycle for technology transactions, sales organizations, and/or partnerships
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of related contract management experience, with at least 5 years supporting technology transactions, sales organizations, and/or partnerships
Experience operating in a fast-paced technology startup where priorities shift rapidly and schedules "move to the left"
Prior experience as part of a global or distributed legal team, including partnering with colleagues across regions and navigating the nuances of aligning local needs with centralized priorities
A track record of operating with a high degree of autonomy while keeping global stakeholders appropriately informed — comfortable setting your own cadence and exercising sound judgment about when to escalate versus when to decide
Strong habits around async communication, proactive status updates, and operating effectively with a remote manager across time zones
An understanding of what's important in the context of a contract and the organization's mission, including when to be flexible and when to draw a hard line
A knack for identifying and implementing efficient processes and policies
A preference for straightforward, concise explanations over legalese and overwrought drafting
Comfort operating outside your areas of expertise and in uncharted legal territory
The ability to thrive as a member of cross-functional teams building frontier technologies, with a desire to develop a deep understanding of our technical teams and what we are building
Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Authentic integrity and a deep understanding of the importance of ethics in business
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
£140,000
—
£180,000 GBP
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Codex
Codex is building the infrastructure for stablecoin-based cross-border payments — moving money faster, cheaper, and more transparently than the legacy financial system. Backed by Circle, Coinbase, Dragonfly, we're a small team solving hard problems at the intersection of crypto and global payments.
The Role
As a Sales Lead at Codex, you'll own the end-to-end commercial relationship with institutional clients and fintech partners in your region — from first outreach through to signed contracts and live trading.
This is a high-ownership, high-accountability role. You'll be managing a live pipeline, attending conferences, and regularly interfacing with Compliance, Legal, and Operations to unblock deals and get clients trading.
Responsibilities
Pipeline Development & Outbound
- Own your regional pipeline from top of funnel to close — sourcing leads, qualifying prospects, and maintaining accurate deal records
- Run targeted outbound across various platforms in coordination with the Marketing function, and follow up on inbound leads generated by the website and conferences
- Identify and attend high-value industry conferences and side events in your region to generate new relationships and accelerate deals in progress
Deal Execution
- Run discovery calls and commercial negotiations with prospects across your region
- Identify client use cases, volume profiles, and corridor requirements — and translate these into pricing proposals in coordination with the Trading, Treasury and Account Management team
- Escalate pricing blockers, compliance queries, and onboarding blockers with clear context so they can be resolved quickly
- Manage deals involving complex structures with appropriate rigour and cross-functional coordination
Client Onboarding & Activation
- Own the handoff from signed deal to live trading — coordinating with internal teams on KYB, account setups, and spread configurations
- Stay close to newly onboarded clients during their ramp-up period, following up on first trades and resolving any friction in their early experience
- Surface client feedback on product gaps, pricing, SLAs, and rail coverage to the relevant internal teams
Account Management & Reactivation
- Monitor the health of your client book — tracking volume trends, flagging at-risk accounts, and proactively engaging clients who have gone quiet
- Lead reactivation efforts for dormant clients in your region, understanding why they churned and what it would take to bring them back
- Build deep relationships with key accounts, acting as a trusted commercial partner rather than a transactional sales contact
Market Intelligence
- Stay current on competitor pricing, product capabilities, and market positioning in your region, and share intelligence with the team regularly
- Identify emerging client segments, use cases, or geographies that represent commercial opportunity for Codex
What This Role Requires
- Sales experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or financial services — ideally selling to institutional or business clients
- Strong understanding of cross-border payments, stablecoins, and the FX dynamics of your target region
- Comfortable discussing pricing, compliance requirements, and product capabilities in the same conversation
- Highly organised with a disciplined approach to pipeline management and follow-up
- Able to work across time zones and build relationships with clients who operate in fast-moving, operationally complex environments
- Fluency in English required; additional languages relevant to your region are a strong advantage

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Role
As a Solutions Architect at Niantic Spatial, you’ll own technical solutioning from early customer discovery through commercial structuring and delivery. This role serves as the primary technical partner to Business Development, Sales, and strategic customers. We welcome candidates from backgrounds in Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Technical Consulting, Solution Architecture, or technical pre-sales roles. As the primary technical counterpart for strategic commercial customers, you’ll lead discovery and align development to reusable, platform-aligned capabilities rather than one-off builds — translating operational needs into architectures that integrate cleanly into existing enterprise systems, field workflows, and robotic platforms.
You’ll partner closely with Product Management so customer requirements shape the roadmap, and you’ll be central to developing, closing, and implementing new business across priority verticals — with a focus on Energy and Industrial — leveraging Niantic Spatial solutions such as Intelligent Field Operations, Reconstruction, Semantics, and Robotics.
What You’ll Do
Customer architecture & technical leadership
- Own the technical relationship and technical success for assigned commercial and strategic accounts from discovery through implementation, with priority focus on Energy customers leveraging Intelligent Field Operations and Semantics.
- Design end-to-end solution architectures (logical and physical) covering deployment, scaling, reliability, safety, and security across cloud, edge, and device environments.
- Lead technical workshops to capture operational objectives, requirements, and success criteria, and translate them into implementation-ready designs tailored to field environments.
Solution development & commercial proposal support
- Provide technical inputs to customer proposals, pilots, statements of work (SOWs), and commercial agreements.
- Lead technical solution documentation — architecture diagrams, integration approaches, deployment models, security considerations, and implementation plans.
- Partner with Sales/BD on technical differentiators, value narratives, demonstrations, and scoping assumptions aligned to customer ROI and operational impact.
Integration into enterprise & operational ecosystems
- Ensure solutions integrate into customer environments — identity systems, data platforms, GIS/geo services, robotics stacks, enterprise integration patterns, observability, and device constraints.
- Define integration patterns, APIs, and data flows across cloud, edge, and on-device systems; document operational runbooks and deployment/upgrade strategies suited to distributed field operations.
Product feedback loop
- Communicate customer needs, gaps, and technical requirements to Product Management and Engineering, influencing roadmap and prioritization with structured feedback from engagements, pilots, and deployments.
- Provide structured input on emerging use cases across Intelligent Field Operations, Semantics, and Robotics.
Delivery partnership
- Collaborate with delivery teams and partners to ensure architectures are implemented as designed; support escalations, performance optimization, field validation, and post-launch adoption.
- Support pilots and early deployments, ensuring measurable operational outcomes and scalable production transitions.
- Maintain a set of repeatable demos for commercial prospects; use demo feedback to inform proposals and the product roadmap.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering or Systems Engineering, or related customer-facing technical roles supporting enterprise or industrial customers.
- Demonstrated experience developing solution architectures and contributing to commercial proposals, pilots, or customer-facing technical documentation.
- Strong architecture fundamentals across cloud and hybrid deployments, edge computing, networking, identity, security controls, and operational monitoring; enterprise integration (APIs, data pipelines, event-driven systems); and edge/device-constrained, distributed systems operating in real-world field conditions.
- Experience supporting customers in at least one of: Intelligent Field Operations (utilities, energy, telecom, logistics, asset inspection, industrial automation); robotics platforms (mobile robots, drones, autonomy stacks, perception/localization); or geospatial, mapping/GIS, spatial computing, or AI-driven perception systems.
- Ability to translate operational needs into implementable architectures and explain tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication, with the ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and customer-facing materials.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into Energy verticals, and Oil & Gas specifically.
- Experience with robotics software stacks (e.g., ROS/ROS2), autonomy systems, SLAM/localization, or sensor fusion.
- Experience deploying AI/ML or perception systems in real-world operational environments.
- Familiarity with safety, reliability, and operational constraints in industrial or field-based systems.
- Prior experience partnering with Product Management to turn customer requirements into roadmap outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits
$171,000 - $215,000 · annual bonus · equity · comprehensive benefits
Location & Work Model
San Francisco Bay Area or Houston, TX (remote). If in San Francisco: Hybrid — at least 3 days per week in office.
