Location: Mexico Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We admire the importance of innovative social media strategies and are committed to connecting talented individuals with great companies that need their unique skills. Our mission is to provide great jobs to gifted people, regardless of location. About the Client Our client helps high-achieving men rebuild their lives from the inside out, marriage, family, identity, and purpose. They have an established content engine and a large existing audience across social platforms, with hundreds of long-form videos and a deep library of short-form content, client testimonials, VSLs, and organic content continually being produced and tested. They’re looking for a Meta Media Buyer who can turn that creative engine into predictable, scalable customer acquisition. About the Role Paid acquisition is a major growth channel for our client, and we need a dedicated owner of our Meta advertising. This is not a general digital marketing position, and it is not a role for someone who simply launches campaigns and checks Ads Manager once a day. You will own Meta campaign execution and optimization end to end: campaign structure, budgets, testing, creative performance, audiences, tracking, lead quality, and scaling. You’ll work closely with our organic and creative teams. When content breaks out organically, you should know how to test it as paid creative. When an ad works, you should understand why it works and be able to tell the creative team what we need more of. Ultimately, your job is not to generate cheap clicks or leads. Your job is to help us acquire qualified prospects and customers at economics that allow us to scale. Responsibilities 1. Meta Campaign Management Own day-to-day execution across Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta Ads Manager. Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across the customer acquisition funnel. Manage campaign structure, budgets, bidding, audiences, placements, optimization events, and spend allocation. Monitor account performance consistently and make informed adjustments rather than allowing declining campaigns to run unchecked. Maintain clean campaign structures and naming conventions so the account remains organized, understandable, and scalable. 2. Performance & Budget Optimization Own the numbers behind paid acquisition. Monitor and analyze the metrics that matter, including CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, cost per booked call, CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, spend, and revenue performance. Understand where performance is breaking down. A rising CAC does not automatically mean the audience is the problem, and a low CPL does not automatically mean the campaign is successful. Follow the lead beyond Meta. Work with our sales team to understand whether campaigns are generating qualified applications, booked calls, show-ups, and customers — not simply form submissions. Identify where additional budget can be deployed profitably and where spend needs to be reduced or redirected. 3. Creative Testing & Analysis Develop and maintain a structured testing system for hooks, angles, messaging, formats, offers, CTAs, and creative concepts. Analyze creative performance and identify patterns across winning and losing ads. Be able to explain more than “this ad has the lowest CPL.” We want someone who can identify why an angle is resonating, which hooks are producing qualified prospects, what is losing effectiveness, and what should be created next. Give the creative team specific, actionable briefs and feedback based on performance data. Work closely with our Social Media Manager to identify organic winners that should be tested as paid creative, including reusing organic post IDs where appropriate to carry existing social proof. 4. Testing & Scaling Build a disciplined testing process rather than making random changes inside the ad account. Know how to determine whether a test has enough data to make a decision and distinguish meaningful performance changes from normal fluctuations. Identify winners, iterate on them, and scale them intelligently. Know when to increase spend, when to consolidate, when to introduce new creative, when to let a campaign stabilize, and when something genuinely needs intervention. Balance growth with efficiency. We don’t want someone afraid to spend money when the economics support scaling — or someone who increases budgets simply because Meta is reporting good numbers. 5. Tracking & Attribution Ensure Meta Pixel, Conversions API, conversion events, UTMs, landing-page tracking, and relevant CRM attribution are functioning correctly. Identify tracking discrepancies and work with the appropriate team members to resolve them. Understand the limitations of platform attribution and use available business data to develop a more complete picture of campaign performance. Paid acquisition doesn’t end when someone submits a lead form. You should be able to connect ad → lead → appointment → sales outcome → customer acquisition cost. 6. Reporting & Communication Own clear and consistent reporting on paid acquisition performance. Communicate what happened, why it happened, what was learned, and what you’re doing next. Report on spend, lead volume, CPL, qualified leads, booked calls, CAC, creative performance, testing results, and relevant funnel metrics. Flag meaningful performance changes quickly rather than waiting for someone else to notice them. Requirements You have experience working with U.S.-based DTC e-commerce businesses generating seven- to eight-figure annual revenues. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager. Demonstrated experience managing and scaling meaningful paid advertising budgets. Strong understanding of direct-response and performance marketing. Experience with lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns. Strong understanding of campaign structure, audiences, bidding, budgeting, optimization, and scaling. Strong creative analysis and ad-testing skills. Ability to interpret advertising and funnel data and translate it into specific actions. Understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, conversion events, UTMs, and attribution. Ability to evaluate performance beyond platform metrics and connect advertising results to downstream sales outcomes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively identify and solve performance problems. Nice to Have Experience with high-ticket coaching, education, personal development, mental health/fitness, or information-product businesses. Experience working with a setter/closer sales model and understanding what happens to paid leads after they enter a CRM. Experience with application, booked-call, VSL, or similar high-ticket acquisition funnels. Experience working with founder-led or personality-driven brands. Experience turning organic content into successful paid creative. Strong understanding of CRM attribution and the connection between ad-platform data and actual sales outcomes. What We’d Like to See From Candidates We’re much more interested in proof of work than media-buying buzzwords. Be prepared to show accounts or case studies you’ve personally managed and explain your role in the results. We want to understand the monthly Meta spend you’ve personally managed, the type of business and offer you advertised, your CPL/CAC or other relevant acquisition results, how you approached creative testing, what you successfully scaled, and an example of a campaign that stopped performing and how you diagnosed it. You should be able to explain your decision-making, not simply show us a screenshot of a successful Ads Manager dashboard. Out of Scope for This Role This is specifically a Meta Media Buyer position. You are not responsible for organic social media management, community management, email/newsletter marketing, or managing Google, YouTube, TikTok, or other paid advertising platforms. Our Social Media Manager owns organic social end to end and influences paid creative but does not run the ad accounts.

An overview of this role As a Senior Backend Engineer on GitLab's Security Factory: Code Security team, you help developers find and fix security issues. Those issues live in the code they write and in the open source components they depend on. Your work spans complementary parts of a complete security analysis. On the dependency analysis side, you teach the analysis engine what a project depends on. You parse dependency manifests, lockfiles, and SBOMs so the engine knows which libraries and frameworks are in play and how the code uses them. You also extend the service that turns security advisories into automated merge requests that update vulnerable dependencies. On the vulnerability detection side, you grow GitLab's security analysis engine with hybrid analyzers that blend rule-based detection and AI reasoning. You build and apply the tooling that develops, evaluates, and ships those analyzers, and you measure how well they find real problems. That work also expands coverage of the libraries, frameworks, and AI agent tooling that real-world applications are built on. These threads reinforce each other. What a project depends on, and how its code uses those dependencies, are parts of one picture, and this team works across all of it. We make thoughtful use of AI-assisted development tools in our daily work. We expect you to use them effectively and with good judgment. What you do Act as the directly responsible individual (DRI) for team initiatives from design through delivery, shipping with minimal guidance in partnership with the technical lead Bring systems built by one engineer to team ownership through documentation, tests, and shared review Design and ship analyzers that pair deterministic analysis capabilities with AI-driven analysis, and build the evaluation harnesses that measure their false positives and missed findings against benchmark applications with known vulnerabilities, raising the bar for what counts as a trustworthy result. That includes detection rules mapped to CWE and the test fixtures that prove they work. Package those analyzers for every place GitLab runs them, including CI jobs, AI agent workflows, and command-line tools, with findings reported in GitLab's standard security report formats Design and ship the manifest, lockfile, and SBOM parsing that tells the static analysis engine what a project depends on, and extend it to new ecosystems and formats Ship features across the automated remediation service that turns security advisories into dependency update merge requests, from sandboxed updates to merge request creation Solve technical problems of high scope and complexity, actively seek out difficult impediments affecting the whole team, and advocate for improvements to quality, security, and performance with Product Management, Engineering stakeholders such as Frontend and UX, and partner teams such as Code Scanning and Composition Analysis Mentor Intermediate engineers through code review and pairing, and maintain our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices through review Participate in on-call rotations to assist troubleshooting product operations, security operations, and urgent engineering issues What you bring Experience building your own LLM tooling, such as a harness, an agent pipeline, or evaluations, with the judgment to know when output is trustworthy and when it isn't Substantial professional experience writing and testing production code in a systems language, particularly Go and/or Rust, with depth in at least one. We use both, plus Ruby on the remediation side and Python for some analyzers, and value willingness to work across them. Familiarity with package managers and dependency management in one or more language ecosystems, such as npm, Maven, pip, Bundler, or Cargo. Experience building tooling around them is better still. Demonstrated application security experience, such as vulnerability research, secure code review, or writing detection rules, and fluency with vulnerability classes (OWASP Top 10, CWE) and the software supply chain A track record of taking ownership of ambiguous problems and shipping with minimal guidance, with the self-motivation and organizational skills suited to a remote, largely asynchronous environment Demonstrated capacity to communicate clearly and concisely about technical problems, and to write design proposals that bring a team to a decision Helpful experience Experience evaluating AI-driven detection against labeled data, including measuring false positives and missed findings Experience with performance optimization at scale Hands-on program analysis experience, such as parsing, ASTs, or data-flow analysis Familiarity with popular web or mobile application frameworks and how they handle input, data, and configuration Experience with containerized workflows and CI/CD (we use Docker heavily) About the team The Security Factory: Code Security team builds GitLab's code-level security scanning capabilities, spanning static application security testing and dependency scanning. We help developers find and fix security issues in both the code they write and the open source components they depend on, as early as possible. Those issues live in the code they write, and you set the technical direction for the static analysis engine that finds them. Your work spans two complementary parts of a complete security analysis. On the engine side, you shape how the static analysis toolkit models a program: parsing source into intermediate representations, resolving symbols, building call graphs, and tracking tainted data across files and languages. You define the architecture and specifications the team builds against, and you delegate component specifications within them to engineers and to the AI agents that implement them. On the evaluation side, you build and apply tooling that tests, measures, and validates what the engine finds against benchmark applications with known vulnerabilities. What the engine can model and how we measure what it finds are parts of one picture. As a Staff engineer you hold that picture, shape the long-range technical goals of the team, and raise the bar for every engineer on it. Location: Boston, MA Workplace: OnSite At WHOOP, we’re on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives. Our wearable technology collects rich physiological data, providing members with actionable insights into their recovery, training, and sleep. The Health team develops the algorithms and features that expand WHOOP's health sensing capabilities. The work spans women's health, software as a medical device, wellness and longevity, member insights, and emerging health signals. We combine continuous physiological data with clinical research and domain expertise to ship features that are scientifically grounded and useful to millions of members. As a Staff Applied Machine Learning Scientist on the Health team, you will turn ambiguous clinical and product questions into defensible studies, models, and evaluation plans on WHOOP's longitudinal wearable and member data (physiological signals, behavioral logs, labs and integrations, and related streams). You will set the methodological bar for a Health domain. You will partner with Machine Learning Engineers on the path to production, and with Product, clinical, and Digital Health partners on what the data can and cannot support. Success in this role requires applied algorithm and statistical craft, the judgment to operate across Health problem types, and Staff-level leadership: launching domain work independently, raising the quality and velocity of the people around you, and making clear prioritization calls under uncertainty. RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead the design, development, and validation of machine learning and statistical methods for Health features, using wearable physiological and behavioral data and related member sources. - Frame ambiguous health and product questions into well-scoped modeling or study problems, with clear performance criteria, evaluation plans, and honest treatment of uncertainty and failure modes. - Set the methodological and quality standard for a Health domain: reusable evaluation practices, review expectations, and documentation that others can inherit. - Develop and refine approaches for time-series, longitudinal, and multimodal data, including data curation, labeling strategy, feature and representation choices, and offline evaluation that holds up under real-world noise, missingness, and population shift. - Partner with Machine Learning Engineers to translate validated methods into production-ready systems, making modeling choices that account for scalability, reliability, latency, cost, monitoring, and (where relevant) controlled-release constraints. - Serve as a technical counterpart to Product and Digital Health (clinical science, regulatory, quality): pressure-test performance requirements, study design, and evidence quality, and push back when a claim is not supportable. - Raise the quality and velocity of the scientists and engineers around you through design reviews, mentorship, and the judgment of when to coach someone else to champion a problem versus taking it yourself. - Communicate trade-offs, risks, and results clearly to technical, clinical, product, and leadership audiences; prevent misalignment early; drive decisions with evidence and a clear point of view on domain direction. QUALIFICATIONS - Master's or PhD (or equivalent professional experience) in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Physiology, or a related quantitative or health-science field. - 7+ years of professional experience developing algorithms, applied ML models, or statistically rigorous analyses in health, wearables, medical devices, digital health, or a closely related domain. - Demonstrated Staff-level technical leadership: setting methodological standards others reuse, influencing multi-team outcomes, mentoring senior ICs, and making prioritization calls under uncertainty. End-to-end project ownership alone is not sufficient. - Strong foundation in statistics (Bayesian and frequentist) and machine learning for time-series and longitudinal data, with the ability to draw defensible conclusions from observational, noisy, or otherwise messy real-world data. - Experience with wearable or physiological signals (PPG, IMU, HR/HRV, sleep, activity, temperature, or similar) or a closely related adjacent time-series domain. - Hands-on experience designing studies or evaluation protocols end-to-end: data curation, metric choice, validation splits, subgroup and failure analysis, and documentation of assumptions and limitations. - Strong Python skills with reproducible scientific / ML engineering hygiene (clean, reviewable code; comfort with stacks such as NumPy/SciPy/pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow). - Clear, high-signal communicator who can move between deeply technical method discussions and cross-functional conversations with Product, clinical partners, and leadership. This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office. Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply. WHOOP is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify https://www.e-verify.gov/ to determine employment eligibility. It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability.

Location: Remote (United States | Canada) Workplace: Remote 1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing. About 1Password At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work. If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Admin Workflows area of 1Password's Enterprise Password Manager (EPM). With our API first approach to EPM, you will champion API centric workflows and deliver features that help administrators manage, monitor, and support their organizations at scale. You'll shape a roadmap spanning admin capabilities, admin dashboards and reporting, notification systems, account recovery and user confirmation workflows, and agentic (MCP) capabilities — connecting deep platform decisions to customer and business outcomes. This role sits at the center of the enterprise admin experience, with dependencies across many partner teams, so strong cross-functional judgment and communication are essential. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US. HOW WE'RE USING AI TODAY Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers. OUR PRODUCT PHILOSOPHY Our philosophy on Product consists of five core pillars: - Focus and Execution — can you ship quickly and measure results? - Customer Empathy — are you motivated first and foremost to solve customer problems? - Effective Communication — can you bring the entire organization — horizontally and vertically — along on the journey? - Go To Market — can you understand and drive the business outcomes through product decisions? - Technology — articulating how our technology beats our competitors. Product Managers play a highly visible role in the company and are critical to the development and execution of our product strategy. As PMs, we are responsible for setting and championing the high bar for our products. You must excel at prioritization, collaboration, and communication, while holding yourself and others accountable for measuring quality and business results. You'll work with other PMs to understand customer problems and define requirements so your engineering counterparts can create great solutions, and you'll take a holistic view of customer needs that cross buyers, users, and administrators. You will work with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and GTM teams to ensure the quality, security, and usability of the service. What we're looking for: - 5+ years of product management experience owning a product or a set of features and being responsible for its ultimate success, in B2B or enterprise software - A track record of shipping and improving software and driving business impact through the features or products you owned - Experience building for administrator or IT personas — workflows, dashboards, APIs, or enterprise governance capabilities - Strong experience with API first product design, API development, and API management workflows, with the technical depth to engage directly with system architecture and developer documentation - An action-bias that won't wait to create change - Obsession with internal and external customer problems, and the ability to represent the voice of the customer to motivate the team - Strong presentation and leadership skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills that scale from technical to non-technical audiences - Ability to inspire and bring together different teams and stakeholders to drive forward, solve problems, and remove roadblocks - Ability to prioritize tasks and use data — both qualitative and quantitative — to drive decision-making - Strong background and experience in cybersecurity is needed. - Experience training internal teams as part of bringing products to market, particularly sales, support, and customer success What you can expect: - Working with a passionate, highly motivated Product team that is invested in your success and the success of your initiatives - A dynamic, highly collaborative environment - Empowerment to contribute to, and help drive, overall product strategy and the relative priority of the features you own on the roadmap - Being a part of the team that drives the success of 1Password, our products, and business to the next level - Having fun working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a team that prioritizes close collaboration over rigid processes, while continuously embracing an entrepreneurial culture USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $144,000 USD and $202,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. What you can expect: GROWTH STRATEGY - Own the growth thesis for 1Password's AI opportunities, covering the customer segments we target, the outcomes we deliver that we win on, and the workflows we get embedded into. Revise it as evidence arrives from customers, partners, and the market. - Form and test hypotheses using customer feedback, product usage data, partner input, and market research gathered with the go-to-market, product, user experience, and product marketing teams. - Lead a weekly business review that brings the voice of the customer, field feedback, and product usage telemetry into one view, so the team can refine targets, forecast the roadmap's impact on growth, and prioritize the blockers that hold adoption back. - Identify what stops customers from adopting, and drive each blocker to a resolution with the product team that owns it. DESIGN CUSTOMER PROGRAM - Run the design customer program for new artificial intelligence opportunities, from selecting customers through to delivered outcomes. - Act as the general contractor for each design customer: the single person accountable for getting that customer deployed on 1Password for their agentic access, and for delivering the security and convenience outcomes they came for. Coordinate every team the deployment touches, and build what it requires together with a forward deployed engineering team. - Bring in solutions engineering, customer success, and product managers to help each customer reach their goal, and run feature betas with the product managers who own those features. - Turn what the program proves into the repeatable signal the company needs to scale, meaning the customer evidence, the deployment pattern, and the measured outcomes that the go-to-market and channel teams build sales plays on. - Improve the program each cycle so it reaches more design customers, raises delivery success rates and customer satisfaction, and shortens the time it takes the company to commercialize a new product. PARTNERSHIPS - Decide where 1Password should play in the customer's artificial intelligence stack to deliver the most customer value in securing agent access. Agent access can be controlled at several points in that stack, so weigh those points and choose the ones that solve the most of the customer's problem, rather than the ones we fit into most easily. Base the call on how customers run AI today and on how the industry is evolving. - Identify and pursue the partnerships that let us play at those points and that complete an end-to-end customer outcome, meaning the outcome a customer cannot reach with 1Password alone. - Work with partners to deliver integrations, and find the patterns that let us repeat an integration across similar partners instead of building each one from scratch. - Work with the business development team to structure commercial relationships that grow both companies' business and deliver value to shared customers. SCALE THROUGH THE FIELD AND THE DEVELOPER COMMUNITY - Work with product enablement to build demos and enablement content that the field and our channel partners can use without your involvement. - Work with developer relations to grow adoption organically among developers, through reference architectures, sample code, and open source contributions. TRAVEL - Travel to design customer sites, partner meetings, and industry events approximately 10 to 20% of a given year. USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $238,000 USD and $357,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. Location: Mexico Workplace: remote About Welo Data Welo Data, a Welo Global brand, is the multilingual data and evaluation partner for foundation labs and enterprises deploying GenAI systems globally. They deliver the human judgment, data infrastructure, and evaluation systems that ensure AI models perform reliably across languages, cultures, and real-world contexts, at every stage from training through deployment. Its global network of 500,000+ vetted experts spans 300+ languages and locales, enabling high-quality multilingual data creation and structured model evaluation across the full spectrum of modern AI applications — from large language models and voice and speech systems to agentic workflows and robotics and embodied AI. This breadth of linguistic, cultural, and domain expertise enables Welo Data to address critical AI development challenges, including safety, bias, inclusivity, and cross-lingual reliability. A unified global operating model, led by specialized program and quality experts and grounded in assessment-driven talent selection, localized rubrics, and continuous calibration, ensures consistent performance across languages, domains, and modalities. Underpinning all of this is NIMO™ (Network Identity Management and Operations), Welo Data's proprietary identity and fraud-prevention framework. Built to maintain data integrity and workforce trust across a global contributor base, NIMO combines advanced verification, continuous monitoring, and structured QA to ensure every dataset is accurate, traceable, and culturally grounded. welodata.ai About the Team Welo Data's Trust & Safety function protects the integrity of a global, distributed workforce that powers AI data and annotation work. We run a multi-layered fraud detection stack combining identity verification checks, in-house behavioral signals, and platform activity data, and are actively building out a Trust & Safety Committee spanning four core workstreams: identity verification, location verification, account integrity, and multi-accounting detection. This is a hands-on investigative role, not a policy-only seat — you'll be working live cases from day one. About the Role We're looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist, based in Mexico, to join our investigations team, working active fraud cases and supporting the broader fraud strategy program. You'll come in with real T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification experience from another platform, marketplace, gaming company, fintech, IDV vendor, or crowdsourced-workforce environment, and be ready to run investigations, process removals, and spot fraud patterns from week one. What You Will Do Run investigations end-to-end: triage flagged accounts, review evidence (identity signals, behavioral flags, platform activity data), reach a disposition, and process removals in line with policy and SLA. Own IDV review: verify identity and location signals for flagged or high-risk accounts, distinguishing genuine edge cases from fraud. Conduct manual audits and reviews: prioritizing cases by risk and signal strength rather than intake order. Detect multi-accounting and account integrity abuse: recognize patterns across linked accounts, device/location overlap, and behavioral signals. Apply a hypothesis-driven investigation method: form a hypothesis, test it against the evidence, and reach a disposition that can be replicated and audited. Contribute to detection improvement: escalate emerging fraud vectors, false-positive/false-negative patterns, and rule gaps to the fraud strategy team. Handle sensitive data responsibly: apply GDPR-aligned data handling and deletion practices in every case. Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with Research Labs, Quality Strategy Architecture (QSA), and Forward Deployment Engineering on tooling gaps and process fixes surfaced by your casework What You Bring (Must Have-s) 5+ years in a T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification investigations role — from a platform/marketplace T&S team, a fintech/payments risk team, an identity-verification vendor, or a crowdsourced/gig-workforce trust function. Direct experience with identity/fraud signals — device fingerprinting, IP/geolocation checks, document verification, or behavioral fraud scoring. Multi-accounting / account integrity pattern recognition — you've dealt with linked-account abuse, farming, or account sharing before, not just single-account review. Case documentation discipline — you write clean, evidence-backed case notes that would survive an audit or an appeal. Comfort with ambiguity and volume — you can prioritize a queue by risk, not just clear it by count. Working knowledge of data privacy obligations (GDPR or equivalent) as they apply to case handling and data retention/deletion. Nice to Have Experience specifically in AI/ML data annotation, RLHF, or research operations workforce platforms. Exposure to rule-based fraud detection engines and an opinion on rule sprawl vs. signal quality. Familiarity with clustering/anomaly-detection approaches to fraud (even at a conceptual level). Case management system experience (any ticketing or knowledge-base tooling). Recommended Education Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law, Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Data/Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience in T&S, fraud investigations, or identity verification will be considered in place of a degree. Relevant certifications are a plus: CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), or IDV/identity risk vendor certifications.

What You'll Be Doing Medicaid policy analysis Interpret state and federal Medicaid program rules, eligibility and aid-code structures, benefit and coverage design, and program guidance — translating them into precise, testable analytic logic (cohort definitions, code sets, exclusions, stratification criteria) and documenting the interpretation so decisions are auditable Advise senior customer leadership on what the data can and cannot support — whether a proposed definition is measurable, what the volumes look like, what a threshold does to caseload, cost, or provider capacity — and anticipate how policy changes (fee-for-service transitions, waivers, provider network rules) affect the data and the questions ahead Technical analytical delivery Turn ambiguous policy and operational questions into member and provider data marts, cohort and stratification logic, and registry extracts — in SQL (and Python where needed) on Foundry and Redshift/Athena Deliver them in the format the customer needs — dashboards, recurring reports, Excel, and leadership decks Root-cause data-quality issues — reconcile counts across sources, trace bad fields to the source, and agree definitions for undocumented fields and codes with the customer's data staff Customer presence and engagement Serve as the senior analytic voice for state program leadership, policy and data staff, prime contractors, and vendor partners — participating in recurring working sessions and translating between policy, operational, and technical audiences Set priorities, scope, and timelines with Customer Management, and hold real authority to push back on what is and isn't feasible or worth building Create client-facing materials — leadership summaries, detailed methodology decks, decision memos, technical explainers — tailored to audiences from highly technical data counterparts to policy and executive stakeholders What You'll Need To Have Working knowledge of how health programs and managed care plans work, and the ability to turn policy documents and program rules into analytic logic. Direct Medicaid or managed care plan experience is a plus Clinical code and claims fluency — ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, and revenue codes to build clinical cohorts; claims, eligibility, and provider/NPI data (NPPES, enrollment files); and judgment about claims timing and completeness Hands-on, demonstrable fluency with AI coding and analysis tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as the core of how you work. Picking these tools up quickly and using them heavily is central to how you will onboard and how much you can deliver in this role. Be ready to show us what you have built with AI assistance, how fast you turn work around, and how you review and validate it Advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions, performance on large claims and eligibility tables) and data modeling, to a real engineering standard Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in a BI tool (QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau) and Excel, plus executive-ready decks Direct customer-facing experience with senior stakeholders — comfortable scoping ambiguous requests, navigating competing priorities, and exercising sound analytical judgment about what to build and what the data can support, on short timelines and without close oversight A track record of leading an analytic program end to end for senior customer or executive audiences — setting your own priorities, and operating without a project manager or close direction Sound judgment with sensitive data and PHI What “Principal” means here This is the most senior analytic role on the Customer Insights team. It is expected that you can: Set your own priorities and make the call with incomplete information Act as the senior analytic voice with agency and partner leadership Raise the bar for the analysts around you — through standards, review, and example Don't need a project manager or close direction We are hiring for the combination of policy fluency, customer presence, and technical skill — we understand candidates may be strongest in one or two of these areas and will build the rest quickly, and speed of ramp matters more to us than any one credential. Tell us where you are strongest and how you have ramped before. Would Love For You To Have Direct experience with a state Medicaid agency, a Medicaid-serving prime contractor or consultancy, or a Medicaid managed care plan — California Medi-Cal experience is a real plus Familiarity with population health concepts: risk stratification, registries, care management, network adequacy, and access and equity analysis Experience with Python and dbt; familiarity with the AWS ecosystem and its analytics tools (e.g., Athena, Redshift, QuickSight); comfort with orchestration tooling, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub-based workflows Experience mentoring less experienced analysts Note: this list spans skills relevant to several facets of the role — we don't expect any given candidate to have all of them. Bring what you have; we'll talk through the rest during the interview process. What You'll Get Become a member of the talented, energized, diverse and purpose-driven Arcadian Community with decades of collective experience in population health, product development, and data science Employee driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development A flexible, remote-friendly company with personality and heart Competitive Compensation, Amazing Benefits including Unlimited FTO The opportunity to: Be the senior analytic and policy voice on a high-visibility state Medicaid program serving millions of members, at a pivotal moment for the program Build the practice — the methodology standards, playbooks, and data assets a growing team will inherit — on problems where analytic choices directly shape which members get reached and how care is delivered and funded Protect Yourself If you have concerns about the authenticity of a job offer or recruitment-related communication claiming to be from Arcadia, verify it by calling us directly at (781) 202-3600 and selecting option 3. You can find more information at Arcadia Careers.
