From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic player coach – a Lead Product Designer who’s ready to tackle complex UX challenges and elevate our product to new heights. If you’re excited to dive deep into intricate design problems, raise the bar for design quality, and design and build a complex interface to data.
You’ll shape the workflows that empower technical users to seamlessly explore and understand their data. You’ll dig into user needs, collaborate closely with product and engineering on product strategy, and help foster a culture where design is seen as crucial to our success.
You will largely own both the design and much of the implementation of a cloud hosted offering. Experience in data interfaces, especially business intelligence, SQL and data exploration interfaces is a giant plus.
We value curiosity, humility, ambition, and designers who understand the technical underpinnings of data, and can even implement their own designs. If this sounds like you, send us a hello with a link to your portfolio. We’d love to see how you think, how you work, and the impact you’ve made!
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end design strategy and execution for key areas of our product. Deliver creative solutions while proactively identifying and proposing future improvements and features. Collaborate closely with your stakeholders to shape roadmaps and product direction, align design strategy with business goals, and champion user-centered projects from concept to release.
Act as a vocal and opinionated champion for the user experience. Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization. Confidently challenge and influence cross-functional partners to embed user considerations in product decisions and ensure the user voice and UX vision remain at the forefront of our product strategy.
Leverage strong communication and compelling storytelling skills to inspire trust, clearly articulate design rationale in terms of business value and technical feasibility, and effectively align teams around your cohesive design strategy. Champion user-centric ideas with your stakeholders and ensure daily design work actively supports strategic business objectives.
Promote design excellence by leading, mentoring, and inspiring your team with your expert guidance, actionable feedback, and championing of best practices. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages experimentation, creativity, and continuous improvement. Actively explore new tools, methods, and approaches to elevate the design process and raise the bar for UX quality across teams.
Conduct and utilize user research to deeply understand our technical users. Proactively identifying user needs, pain points, and opportunities. Inform design decisions with insights from your research and validate your concepts through testing and feedback.
Deliver with grit and urgency and drive impactful results in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate resilience in navigating ambiguity, proactively unblock challenges, maintain momentum, and ensure high-quality design outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Skills We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in end-to-end Product Design with significant experience designing for data-heavy, complex, technical or developer-oriented SaaS/B2B products.
Extensive AI tool and development experience
Proven track record of leading major design initiatives.
Proven track record of leading and mentoring other designers.
Exceptional product design skills, including user research, UX/interaction design, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototyping.
Strong systems-thinking capability with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity and simplify highly technical workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to articulate design decisions clearly to diverse audiences including engineers, product managers, and executives.
Comfortable balancing strategic vision with practical, hands-on execution.
Experience working in data integration, analytics, developer tools, or related technical fields is strongly preferred.

About the Role
Fivetran needs an engineer-architect who can make the AI analyst experience real, dependable, and extensible. This role owns the architecture behind the analyst AI system, including metadata contracts, tool interfaces, context assembly, prompt and skill orchestration, evaluation loops, and the operational patterns that make agents useful in real workflows instead of isolated demos.
This is a systems role as much as an AI role. The challenge is not just getting an LLM to do something impressive once. The challenge is building a product-quality analyst system that can reason over schema and business context, use tools correctly, recover from ambiguity, and improve through disciplined evaluation and iteration.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based at our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You'll Do
Define the architecture for the analyst AI stack across prompts, tools, metadata, memory and context strategies, evaluation, and runtime safety.
Build the abstractions and interfaces that allow product teams to add new agent capabilities without creating brittle prompt sprawl.
Design retrieval and context strategies that give the model the right information at the right time with strong cost, latency, and quality tradeoffs.
Establish evaluation loops, benchmark suites, and review processes so model behavior can be measured, debugged, and improved systematically.
Partner with product, engineering, and analyst-domain experts to translate real analytical workflows into robust AI-assisted product capabilities.
Drive quality standards around correctness, trust, transparency, and failure handling in analyst-facing AI experiences.
What We're Looking For
Deep experience building AI-enabled product systems, not just running experiments.
Strong software architecture skills, especially around APIs, contracts, orchestration, and system boundaries.
Practical understanding of LLM prompting, tool use, retrieval, structured outputs, and evaluation methods.
Ability to work fluently across backend engineering, product constraints, and user workflow design.
Clear judgment about where agent systems should be flexible and where they should be constrained.
Comfort working in ambiguous environments where patterns are still being invented.
Why This Role Matters
The quality of the AI analyst experience will shape how differentiated Fivetran feels. This role determines whether the system is merely novel or actually reliable enough to become part of an analyst's day-to-day workflow. Strong architecture here reduces product risk and creates leverage for the rest of the team.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

- Build systems to monitor hiring progress, recruiter capacity, and forecasting.
- Interview Operations & Scheduling

Are you a strategic, hands-on marketing leader ready to shape the global profile of a fast-growing business school?
LSBF is looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to shape strategy, drive student recruitment and B2B corporate training growth, and turn ideas into impact with a high performing international team. You will define and execute our international marketing strategy, drive student recruitment, and elevate brand visibility across MBAs, MSc programs, ACCA qualifications, and professional short courses.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is looking for a Senior Partner Account Manager (PAM) to own our relationship with one to two of the world's largest global systems integrators. This is a general-management role disguised as an alliance role: you will set the multi-year joint strategy with the partner's C-suite, negotiate the strategic agreement that underpins it, and then build the machine — go-to-market, solution co-development, delivery readiness, and enablement at a scale of tens of thousands of practitioners — that turns Claude into one of the partner's largest and fastest-growing practices.
You will be measured on the size and health of the joint business: progress against a $1B+ Claude practice plan, Anthropic ARR sourced and influenced through the partner, certified and delivery-ready practitioners (50,000+), co-developed solutions in market with reference-able customers, and the depth of executive alignment on both sides.
Key responsibilities
Own the joint business.
Build and run a multi-year joint business plan with each GSI covering services bookings, Anthropic ARR, priority industries and geographies, investment, and headcount. Report on it to Anthropic and partner executive leadership quarterly.
Lead at the C-suite.
Be the primary Anthropic relationship owner for the partner's Group CEO, service-line and industry CEOs, CTO/Chief AI Officer, and Chief Learning Officer. Map and activate Anthropic executive sponsors, run CEO-level QBRs, and shape the partner's public AI narrative (earnings calls, analyst days, flagship events) around Claude.
Negotiate the strategic agreement.
Structure and close multi-year strategic collaboration agreements spanning consumption and resale commitments, co-investment and market development funds, co-marketing, IP and solution terms, and enterprise-wide internal deployment of Claude across the partner's own workforce.
Co-develop solutions.
Partner with Anthropic Product, Applied AI, and the GSI's CTO office to co-build industry and horizontal offerings, agentic and Claude Code delivery accelerators, and reference architectures; take them to market with named launch customers and published references.
Build a 50,000+ practitioner practice.
Design and land a certification and delivery-readiness system inside the partner — embedded in their academy/L&D, train-the-trainer led, tied to Claude Partner Network tier requirements — and hold the partner accountable to capability they build themselves rather than capacity Anthropic supplies.
Drive global co-sell.
Stand up joint account planning and pursuit governance with Anthropic field leadership across NA, EMEA, and APAC; personally engage on the largest strategic pursuits; ensure clean attribution through deal registration and CRM discipline.
Run alliance governance.
Establish and chair a joint steering committee with named workstreams (GTM, solutions, delivery readiness, enablement, marketing), clear owners on both sides, and a published operating cadence.
Lead through others.
Orchestrate a global virtual team of partner solutions architects, partner marketing, enablement, regional PAMs, and sales leaders; mentor PAMs across the team; scope and make the case for dedicated resourcing as the business scales.
Shape the program.
Bring the voice of the largest GSIs into Anthropic's partner strategy, Elite-tier program design, and product roadmap.
Minimum qualifications
15+ years in alliances, partner sales, or consulting leadership, including 8+ years owning a top-tier GSI relationship (e.g., IBM, NTT Data, Capgemini) at a hyperscaler or category-defining enterprise software/AI company — or the mirror-image role leading a hyperscaler/AI alliance from inside a GSI.
A track record of personally building or scaling a partner practice to $500M–$1B+ and tens of thousands of trained practitioners, with the joint business plan, governance, and metrics to show for it.
Demonstrated C-suite presence: you have set agendas with GSI Group CEOs and service-line leaders, and you can hold a strategy conversation and a commercial negotiation in the same meeting.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
