About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee a portfolio of products within the Ondo platform — spanning tokenized equities, fixed income, and investment strategies. You will own product lines end to end: setting direction, translating market and customer needs into clear product proposals, and driving execution across Engineering, Design, BD, Strategy, and Operations. This role sits at the intersection of capital markets and blockchain infrastructure — you will need to understand both the financial products you are building and the technical systems that power them. The ideal candidate brings genuine care for the product, deep familiarity with capital markets structure and participants, and the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality.
Responsibilities
Own one or more product lines within the Ondo platform (e.g., tokenized equities, treasuries, or investment strategies), driving roadmap prioritization and delivery end to end
Lead customer and partner discovery to surface high-value opportunities across tokenized securities, structured products, and related asset classes
Translate ambiguous market and stakeholder needs into structured PRDs with clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
Assess feasibility and complexity of new features and product lines in collaboration with Engineering and Solutions Engineering
Build business cases rooted in ROI, risk, and strategic alignment, and secure cross-functional buy-in for go decisions
Represent Ondo credibly with external stakeholders — institutional partners, issuers, distributors — and serve as the product point of contact in those discussions
Define delivery milestones, manage execution to production, and instrument post-launch reviews to iterate based on results
Maintain a prioritized pipeline of product opportunities that continuously feeds the roadmap
Contribute to overall product strategy by bringing capital markets insight, competitive analysis, and ecosystem signal to internal discussions
Requirements
5+ years of full-time product management or founder experience, including end-to-end ownership of shipped products
Meaningful exposure to capital markets — equities, fixed income, funds, or structured products — whether through TradFi roles, fintech, or working closely with institutional clients and partners
Prior experience in a blockchain or crypto-native environment, or working on tokenization, digital assets, or DeFi products
Understanding of how financial products are structured, distributed, and regulated, and the ability to engage credibly with institutional counterparties
Strong customer research skills across qualitative and quantitative methods, with the ability to turn insights into crisp product decisions
Proven track record turning ambiguous requirements into shipped products with measurable outcomes
Excellent communication skills for both external and internal audiences, including logical writing and executive-ready documentation
Solid analytical skills and comfort defining success metrics and using data to guide prioritization and iteration
High ownership, strong organizational discipline, and the ability to operate in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones
Nice to have
Experience working alongside Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales on product-adjacent initiatives
Familiarity with brokerage, exchange, or market-making operations and the systems that support them
Exposure to frontend or UX practices sufficient to collaborate effectively with designers and engineers
What we offer
Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO)
Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices
A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, Pinterest, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap, Phantom
Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Staff Mobile Engineer to join our OEX Mobile Growth team — a pure mobile team sitting at the intersection of engineering rigour, consumer growth craft, and product instinct. This is not a feature delivery role. You will own the client-side architecture for new user acquisition, referral and virality mechanics, and the reward and conversion funnels that drive growth for millions of users.
You bring deep expertise in mobile attribution — from MMP design and evolution through to anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation — and you know how to turn attribution data into decisions. You are also fluent in AI-assisted development and bring the discipline to build, maintain, and continuously improve your own AI engineering workflows.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the client-side architecture for core growth conversion flows — new user acquisition, referral and virality loops, reward mechanics, and activity-driven engagement systems.
Design and evolve the mobile attribution system — including MMP integration, attribution modelling, and the application of attribution data across anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation scenarios.
Build and optimise growth infrastructure including funnel instrumentation, experiment frameworks, and acquisition loops that directly serve the mobile user base.
Collaborate closely with Product, Business Development, and local market teams to translate commercial goals into concrete, data-backed engineering proposals.
Drive technical decision-making on growth infrastructure, articulating trade-offs clearly and defending or revising positions based on evidence.
Apply AI coding tools actively in your workflow — not just for code generation, but to build and maintain repeatable personal AI development workflows.
Mentor engineers on the team and help establish a culture where engineers bring solutions, not just responses.
What We Look For In You
8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-quality systems at scale.
Deep familiarity with new user growth, referral and virality mechanics, activity and reward systems, and the client-side architecture behind core business conversion flows.
Strong expertise in mobile attribution design and evolution — hands-on experience with attribution platforms and solutions, and proven ability to drive attribution data into anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation applications.
Proficient in AI-assisted development — able to independently build and maintain personal AI engineering workflows, not just use AI tools ad hoc.
Data instincts: you think in funnels, know how to instrument what matters, and use metrics to drive decisions.
Outspoken and proposal-driven — you come to the table with a point of view, push back when you disagree, and bring data and a counter-proposal rather than just flagging concerns.
Strong cross-functional communication — comfortable working with Product, Business Development, and local markets to align on goals and hold the line on engineering quality.
Nice-To-Haves
Mobile development experience in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) — or backend experience building growth systems that serve mobile apps directly.
Depth in MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or SKAdNetwork.
Experience building referral systems, k-factor mechanics, or anti-fraud layers.
A/B experiment framework ownership at meaningful scale.
ASO operational experience (App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
Background in fintech, crypto, or regulated consumer financial products.
Experience operating across APAC, EEA, or US markets.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About Our Client
Our client builds and scales vertical market software companies. They partner with strong teams, invest in the long term, and run disciplined operating systems to drive sustainable growth across their portfolio.
About the Product
Our client is on a mission to transform the way customers operate. Their AI-powered agent is designed to connect to existing tools, resolve questions, book appointments, and close deals automatically, 24/7, through voice, text, and email. They are a fast-scaling, tech-driven startup backed by leading software investors.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Sales Lead to drive new business growth for our client. This is a full-cycle sales role for an experienced seller who can personally close business, build a repeatable outbound motion, and help shape the go-to-market strategy for a high-growth AI product.
You’ll own the sales process from prospecting through close and customer handoff. You’ll be one of the first commercial hires, which means you’ll have real influence on positioning, pricing, sales process, and how the product is brought to market.
You’ll work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role is designed for someone who thrives in builder environments, is energized by a product that sells itself once prospects see it, and wants ownership over outcomes, not just activity.
Requirements
Drive New Business Growth
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close.
Build and maintain a target account strategy by segment and customer profile.
Clearly articulate the ROI, efficiency gains, and revenue impact of AI-powered call handling and booking automation.
Seamlessly transition new customers to onboarding and Customer Success for activation and first value realization.
Build a Repeatable Outbound Motion
Lead outbound strategy and execution across calls, email, LinkedIn, and industry events.
Develop and iterate on talk tracks, competitive positioning, objection handling, and demo structure.
Establish pipeline creation targets and inspection routines that translate activity into predictable results.
Create repeatable playbooks covering segments, sequences, cadences, and qualification criteria.
Shape the Go-to-Market Strategy
Share structured customer insights and market feedback with Product and leadership to inform roadmap, pricing, and packaging decisions.
Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting in CRM (HubSpot).
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs across outreach, demos, pipeline, and revenue.
Coordinate with Partnerships and Marketing to leverage partner channels and campaigns for pipeline generation.
What Success Looks Like
In the First 90 Days
You’ve built a clear target account list by segment and launched outbound motions that are producing qualified opportunities.
CRM pipeline and activity tracking are clean, reliable, and maintained.
You’ve delivered multiple demos, progressed deals through the pipeline, and closed your first customers.
In 6 to 12 Months
A predictable sales engine is running: outbound activity is converting to qualified pipeline, and pipeline is converting to closed revenue.
You’ve closed a meaningful book of new business and the customer base is growing steadily.
Sales playbooks, talk tracks, and demo flows are documented and repeatable.
You’re contributing to expansion beyond the initial vertical, identifying and testing new market segments.
Benefits
Required
3 to 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS new business sales, with a strong track record of closing.
Strong hunter mentality: comfortable with outbound prospecting and generating your own pipeline, not reliant on inbound leads.
Experience managing a full sales cycle from first contact through contract execution.
Confident running discovery calls and solution-based sales conversations that connect product capabilities to business outcomes.
Experience building or materially improving a sales motion: process, messaging, cadence, and forecasting.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred
Experience selling in marine management, storage systems, dealership platforms, or adjacent verticals is a strong plus.
Experience selling AI, automation, or voice/conversational technology products.
Experience in vertical market software or operationally complex environments where the buyer is an operator, not a tech team.
Startup or early-stage SaaS experience where you had to build the motion, not just run it.
Why Join
Sell a product that prospects can see and hear in action from the first demo, in a market that is ready for it.
Ground-floor opportunity: be one of the first commercial hires as the business establishes its leadership team and revenue engine.
Direct influence on positioning, pricing, go-to-market strategy, and product direction.
Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and high OTE potential.

About the Role:
BOSS Revolution helps millions of people around the world stay connected with family and friends through international calling, mobile top-up, and money services. As a Senior Flutter Developer on the DTC Calling team you'll build and evolve the flagship BOSS Revolution app.
Your main direction is Product-Led Growth (PLG): the referral program (Refer-a-Friend), onboarding and activation funnels, promo and reward mechanics (loyalty and subscription offers, first-transfer and recharge bonuses, upsell offers), and the experiments that decide which of them ship. It is the main direction, not the only one: you'll take on any work the team owns — home, calling, money-transfer and top-up flows, subscriptions and payments — as the roadmap requires.
You'll work in one of the largest Flutter codebases in production — a monorepo of 100+ internal packages, feature-first clean architecture, and a strong engineering culture around code quality, testing, and automation — and ship in short, instrumented iterations: hypothesis → flag → variant → metric → decision. The app also carries a native calling stack (SIP/VoIP on Android and iOS); experience there is welcome, not required.
What You'll Do:
Growth (main direction)
Build growth mechanics end-to-end
: referral flows (invite links, deferred deep links, reward tracking), onboarding & activation funnels, promo/reward dialogs and offer surfaces, in-app surveys — from a PRD with a success metric to a measured result in production.
Run experiments as a habit
: ship behind feature flags, wire variant assignment from our remote-config / A/B service (fixed-split and multi-armed-bandit tests) and Firebase Remote Config, tag events with test and variant, watch guardrail metrics, and remove the flag once the test is decided.
Instrument and validate analytics
: define and implement Amplitude/GA events and properties, keep the event taxonomy clean across releases, verify events before launch, and read funnel dashboards together with the PM and data team.
Render server-driven promo content
: integrate with our in-house campaign platform — targeted campaigns, remotely configurable copy and creatives, layout updates pushed from the backend in real time — with versioned fallbacks, so campaigns launch without an app release.
Integrate third-party growth SDKs
: attribution (AppsFlyer), Braze (push, content cards), ads (AdMob / AppLovin), payments and KYC vendors — mostly through Flutter plugins, occasionally extending them in Kotlin/Swift via platform channels.
Across the app and team
Ship product features beyond growth
: home screen, calling flows (Flutter UI over the native SIP stack), money-transfer and top-up flows, subscriptions and payments (card and wallet flows, Google/Apple Pay), country selection, chat and social features, performance and tech-debt work — the same standards, a different surface.
Own features within our architecture
: feature-first clean architecture, Bloc/Cubit state management, repositories, immutable state, Result-based error handling; migrate legacy Provider/ViewModel code in the modules you touch (e.g. the referral module) to the current patterns.
Work at real scale
: a Melos-managed monorepo with 100+ packages, strict dependency hierarchy, code generation (json_serializable / freezed), a shared design system, and a 90% diff-coverage gate enforced per package in CI (bloc_test + mocktail).
Keep releases healthy
: trunk-based development, ~2 releases a month through GitHub Actions and Fastlane, Crashlytics plus product-metric monitoring, staged rollouts and kill-switches for risky changes.
Collaborate cross-functionally
: with product managers (growth and core product), backend engineers (campaign, config and A/B services), data & BI, marketing (Braze campaigns) and QA — and push back on asks that cannot be measured.
Use AI-assisted development
as part of the everyday workflow: Cursor / Claude Code / Copilot with in-repo prompts, agents and MCP integrations.
We're Looking For:
5+ years building mobile apps, including 3+ years with Flutter in production.
Strong Flutter/Dart: Bloc/Cubit or comparable structured state management, async programming and isolates, code generation, dependency injection, clean architecture and modularization.
Hands-on, experiment-driven product development: feature flags and remote config (Firebase Remote Config, LaunchDarkly, Statsig, GrowthBook or an in-house service), A/B rollout mechanics (staged rollout, sticky assignment, kill-switch) and analytics instrumentation (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA or similar) — including knowing how your experiments ended.
Deep linking, including deferred deep links and App Links / Universal Links setup; understanding of attribution flows.
Working knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift) at the level of platform-channel and SDK integrations.
Strong testing culture: unit and bloc tests with mocked collaborators, deterministic tests, comfortable working under coverage gates.
Full lifecycle experience: Git, CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions), code signing, store deployment, post-release monitoring.
Product mindset: can work from a PRD with success metrics, propose instrumentation and guardrails, and explain trade-offs to non-engineers.
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
It Would Be a Plus:
Time on a dedicated growth or monetization team: referral programs, onboarding optimization, paywalls / subscriptions, retention work, multi-armed bandits.
Attribution and marketing SDKs by name: AppsFlyer, Kochava, Adjust, Branch; Braze, Iterable, CleverTap.
Server-driven UI or remotely configurable content systems.
Payments and subscriptions on mobile: card flows, 3DS, in-app purchases, Google/Apple Pay.
VoIP / real-time communication: SIP, WebRTC, CallKit / Telecom framework, push-triggered call handling, audio session management.
Large monorepos (melos, Mason, Dart workspaces); migrating legacy state-management patterns.
Beyond mobile: backend / BFF for growth features, data pipelines, observability.
Telecom, fintech or other regulated consumer products (KYC, fraud vendors).
Comfort with AI-assisted development tooling.
We are pleased to offer you:

Location: Hybrid - San Francisco, New York City
About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Product Security Engineer to build the systems that triage and validate bug bounty and other externally reported security findings, not to work the queue. This role suits a software engineer moving into security or a security engineer with a strong engineering background. You will build large language model (LLM) and agent-based tooling that validates findings, traces them to their root cause, and opens fixes for well-understood vulnerability classes. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco or New York City, with three days a week in the office.
What you’ll do
Build the systems that take in externally reported vulnerabilities and assess validity, severity, and reproducibility at a volume manual triage cannot match
Build LLM and agent-based analysis that validates business logic, authentication, and design-level findings, not just known signatures
Build systems that trace validated findings to their root cause and propose, and increasingly open, fixes for well-understood vulnerability classes, with human review gates
Own the bug bounty program, including scope, policy, and researcher engagement, and feed every resolved report back into automated triage
Extend the tooling into security testing capabilities that customers can use on what they build and deploy
What you need
5+ years of software engineering or security engineering experience, building and shipping production systems or internal tools
Wrote production code in JavaScript/TypeScript on Node.js, with hands-on experience in web frameworks such as Next.js or React
Built with LLM or agent-based tooling
Reproduced and assessed externally reported vulnerabilities, including judging severity
Bonus if you
Built security automation used across an engineering org, not just for your own team
Built systems that auto-generate or propose code fixes, not just findings
Tested or secured multi-tenant platforms where customer-built applications run on shared infrastructure
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $208,000.00 - $312,000.00. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking an exceptional Legal Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of contracting for the Compute and Infrastructure team. We'll rely on you to manage a high volume of procurement and vendor agreements — including datacenter colocation, lease, and build-to-suit agreements; hardware, chip, and network-equipment procurement; and construction, facilities, and operations-and-maintenance (O&M) contracts — along with the NDAs, order forms, SOWs, and amendments that surround them. You will build the scalable contracting processes — templates, playbooks, intake and approval workflows, and contract lifecycle management — that let the business move at the speed of Anthropic’s infrastructure buildout. This role owns the system, throughput, and visibility that move every agreement from intake through signature.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and shepherd a high volume of compute and infrastructure procurement transactions — datacenter colocation, lease, and build-to-suit agreements; hardware, chip, and network-equipment procurement; construction/EPC and facilities/O&M agreements; and the supporting NDAs, order forms, SOWs, and amendments — driving each from intake through signature
Own and administer the contract lifecycle management system: workflow design and configuration, templates, approval routing, signing and archive and integrity hygiene
Design and run intake and triage: how requests enter, how they are prioritized, and how they route to the right owner
Propose and develop scalable solutions to improve contracting efficiency and throughput across the infrastructure vendor base
Collaborate with business units and legal team members to streamline contract management processes, manage post-signature obligations and renewals across the infrastructure vendor portfolio, identify potential risks, and drive continuous improvement in contract handling efficiency
Partner closely with the Compute and Infrastructure, Product, Finance, Security, Business Operations, and Procurement Ops teams to achieve key business objectives and deliver strategic, business-minded, and solutions-focused counsel
Build reporting, dashboards, SLAs, and the metrics that surface turnaround times and bottlenecks across the infrastructure vendor portfolio
Deploy LLM and AI tooling to scale contracting throughput and reduce manual handling
Minimum Qualifications
Experience operating in a fast-paced technology startup in which priorities shift rapidly and schedules "move to the left," thriving in this dynamic environment and priding yourself on your adaptability and ability to pivot with speed and grace
Initiative and autonomy in managing complex contractual matters, effectively prioritizing competing deadlines
An understanding of what's important in the context of a contract, the organization's mission, and enough contract fluency to triage and route requests, track obligations, and pull in relevant legal counsel
Excitement to grow with an organization and help shape the culture of the commercial function
A preference for straightforward, concise explanations over legalese and overwrought drafting
A knack for identifying and implementing efficient processes and policies
The ability to thrive as a member of cross-functional teams building frontier technologies, with a desire to develop a deep understanding of the Compute & Infrastructure teams and the datacenter, hardware, and network systems they build and operate

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
