COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Account Partner at Tennr, you will own the customer relationship and drive commercial outcomes post-sale. It is a high ownership and high impact role responsible for ensuring customers realize measurable value, renew, and growth with Tennr.
Account Partners sit at the center of the business - partnering with Product, Engineering, Solutions, Sales, and Operations to translate Tennr products and deployments into real operational impact for healthcare providers. In this role, you will act as both the strategic project manager and a trusted advisor to some of the most complex healthcare organizations working to fix how they handle patients. Within Tennr, you will work across stakeholders from frontline operators to the C-suite to ensure Tennr is fully embedded, adopted, and integral to day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for high performing professionals from healthcare consulting, banking or tech backgrounds that want to work in a scrappy environment, thrive in ambiguity, and drive real business outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the customer relationship end-to-end, from kickoff and deployment through renewal and expansion.
- Lead change management and training plans to ensure Tennr workflows are adopted, and embedded into daily operations.
- Drive the strategy behind each customer’s key objectives through rigorous data analysis, clear executive storytelling, including polished, metrics-driven decks.
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to both executive and frontline stakeholders across complex healthcare organizations.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Operations to deliver high impact and quality workflows.
- Champion and articulate customer insights internally to influence product roadmap priorities and enhance Tennr’s product strategy.
- Identify renewal risks and efficiency blockers early, and mobilize internal teams to resolve them proactively.
- Lead renewal and growth conversations by quantifying delivered ROI and identifying the next Tennr worker opportunities to unlock upsells.
- Travel on-site with customers as needed to drive adoption, deepen relationships, and accelerate strategic partnership goals.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare account management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong executive-level storytelling skills
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with experience translating data into clear recommendations and impact
- Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Experience building polished, metrics-driven presentations and client-facing materials
- High ownership mindset and excitement to drive real customer outcomes in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Willing to travel as needed

An overview of this role
GitLab is building the most comprehensive AI-powered DevSecOps platform, and this role will help shape how teams move from planning to code in an AI-native software development lifecycle.
As Senior Product Manager, Source Code, you'll shape how planning and managing source code will evolve in an AI-native software development lifecycle. This role is focused on bringing planning and code closer together, so teams can move from requirements and specifications to commits, merge requests, and customer value with speed and quality.
This area is evolving quickly. We're exploring how AI agents can use specifications, context, and human feedback to build the right thing, not just build the thing right. You'll define new product experiences for spec-driven, human-in-the loop development: how the link between planning intent and the code that implements it gets created, stays accurate as both change, and gets used at review time. The hard part is that this link decays. Code moves, specs might not follow, you will define how to make that connection self-maintaining.
This is an ambiguous, high-impact opportunity for a product manager who has strong software development lifecycle knowledge, is comfortable working with technical teams, and wants to help create something new in DevSecOps.
What You’ll Do
Define and drive product strategy for experiences that connect planning, source code management, and AI-assisted development.
Shape workflows where teams and agents move between intent and code in both directions, so a specification can be traced to the merges that implement it and a diff can be read and reviewed against the intent behind it.
Work with engineering, design, and other product teams to build product experiences that support human-in-the-loop and autonomous development workflows.
Partner with teams working on demos and prototypes, including near-term work around spec-driven planning and autonomous development modes, including which decisions stay with a human and why.
Use customer insights, product usage data, and market context to identify opportunities that can deliver customer value quickly.
Help teams ship fast with quality, balancing near-term execution with longer-term product direction.
Explore how planning can better account for reviewing code, reviewing test cases, and validating that work produced by agents matches the intended outcome.
Collaborate across Plan, Source Code Management, Code Review, and AI product areas to reduce friction across the software development lifecycle.
What You’ll Bring
Experience as a product manager working on developer tools, DevOps tools, source code management, planning tools, AI-native products, or related software development lifecycle products.
Direct, hands-on experience with the source code lifecycle, including branches, merge requests, code review, CI/CD, and releases, whether as a product manager or as an engineer, along with a strong understanding of how software moves from ideas and requirements through planning, coding, review, testing, and delivery.
Experience working with technical product areas and engineering teams, with enough technical depth to understand developer workflows and tradeoffs.
A data-forward approach to product management, including experience using data to identify customer impact and guide prioritization.
Comfort operating in ambiguous spaces where there may not yet be a clear market pattern or established product category.
Experience building or shipping with AI tools and agents, not just using them, and a point of view of your own on where AI helps and where it does not across the software development lifecycle.
Ability to think creatively about how AI changes the software development lifecycle and how product experiences should adapt.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in an all-remote, asynchronous environment.
A bias toward action and the ability to help teams ship meaningful customer value quickly.
About the team
This role sits within the Product organization and will work closely with teams across Plan, Source Code Management, Code Review, and AI. We are focused on helping GitLab customers plan, build, and deliver software in a faster, more connected way.
You'll join a group that is rethinking how planning and coding should work as AI changes the speed and shape of software development. Rather than treating planning, coding, and review as separate stages, we're exploring how to bring these workflows closer together so humans and agents can collaborate more effectively.

THE ROLE
We're looking for a Solutions Architect to serve as the primary technical partner for our prospects and customers. You'll work hand-in-hand with Sales throughout the full lifecycle: qualifying technical requirements, designing and proving out architectures, running proofs of concept, and guiding customers from first evaluation through to production at scale. You'll be the trusted technical voice in the room, translating ClickHouse's architecture and capabilities into solutions that solve real business problems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Act as the technical advisor for prospects and customers evaluating or scaling ClickHouse, from discovery through production deployment.
- Design reference architectures, data models, and ingestion/query patterns tailored to each customer's use case, scale, and existing data stack.
- Own and run technical proofs of concept and benchmarks, demonstrating ClickHouse's performance, scalability, and cost advantages against incumbent solutions.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to build technical account strategy, navigate procurement/security reviews, and close complex deals.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and workshops to audiences ranging from individual engineers to VP/C-level stakeholders.
- Advise customers on schema design, query optimization, cluster sizing, replication, and migration strategy from other databases (e.g., Postgres, Elasticsearch, Snowflake, Druid, Spark).
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, feeding product and engineering teams structured feedback on gaps, feature requests, and competitive positioning.
- Build reusable assets, demos, and technical content (blog posts, reference architectures, sample apps) that scale your impact across the field team.
- Contribute to team best practices, tooling, and onboarding materials.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Data Engineer, or Technical Consultant, ideally at an infrastructure, database, or analytics company.
- Deep hands-on experience with SQL and analytical/OLAP databases (ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, Druid, Vertica, Redshift, or similar); ClickHouse experience is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems fundamentals: partitioning, replication, consistency trade-offs, and query execution at scale.
- Comfort working across the modern data stack, including streaming systems (Kafka), orchestration tools, BI tools, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Ability to run and win technical evaluations against competitive alternatives, with a track record of influencing buying decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to flex between whiteboarding with engineers and presenting business value to executives.
- Self-starter who thrives with ambiguity and enjoys being both hands-on with technology and directly responsible for revenue outcomes.
- Willingness to travel periodically for customer visits, conferences, and team events.
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience deploying or administering ClickHouse in production.
- Experience with real-time analytics, observability, or large-scale event/log data use cases.
- Contributions to open-source data infrastructure projects.
- Prior experience at an early-stage or hypergrowth startup.
WHY CLICKHOUSE
- Work with one of the fastest-growing open-source projects and databases in the industry, at the center of the real-time analytics category.
- Join a technically excellent, customer-obsessed team that ships fast and takes ownership.
- Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits, with a remote-friendly, distributed culture.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Technical Consultants are on the frontlines working to establish partnerships with Ramp customers, and act as a liaison between customers and our internal technical teams. You'll be partnering with Customer Activation & Account Management teams to identify, prioritize and build financial solutions for new and existing customers so that Ramp continues to scale with their needs.
You will act as the technical and financial subject matter expert for our customers, and design solutions that address the customer's needs through Ramp and partner integrations. - Be a subject matter expert across Workday and Ramp's accounting integration capabilities, partnering with Sales, Product and partners to advocate for integration development aligned with customer needs
- Troubleshoot Workday integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions
- Contribute to internal documentation and tooling that scales Ramp's ability to support Workday integration use cases across a growing customer base
- Influence Ramp's product roadmap by channeling Workday customer pain points and feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
- 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Workday, including integration patterns and enterprise deployment models
- Deep familiarity with Workday finance and accounting workflows, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, financial dimensions, and legal entity structures
- Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture and being able to explain those concepts to finance and operations stakeholders

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic's enterprise business is growing fast, and the systems that turn a closed deal into recognized revenue are scaling to keep up. Quote-to-cash spans configure-price-quote, contracting, order management, provisioning, billing, and revenue recognition, and the work to evolve it crosses engineering, GTM systems, finance, legal, and operations teams.
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to own the planning and execution rhythm across these teams, drive the highest-priority cross-team programs end to end, and give leadership a single coherent view of priorities, dependencies, and progress.
Responsibilities
Build and run the cross-team planning and operating cadence for quote-to-cash: a shared roadmap, clear DRIs, sequenced dependencies, and a single source of truth on priorities and status for engineering and finance leadership
Drive the highest-priority cross-team programs end to end, from scoping and tradeoff decisions through delivery, across engineering, GTM systems, deal desk, order management, accounting, and legal
Own the SOX readiness program for quote-to-cash systems: gap closure, control design and evidence collection, and coordination with internal audit
Manage technical dependencies across the stack: CPQ, contract data model, provisioning automation, billing platform, and the integrations between them
You may be a good fit if you
Have 6+ years of technical program management experience, with a track record of building cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments
Have technical depth in enterprise systems integration: CPQ, ERP, billing, and provisioning platforms, the data flows between them, and the tradeoffs between configuring SaaS and building custom
Have run compliance or audit-readiness programs (SOX, SOC, or similar) and understand how control design, evidence collection, and engineering delivery fit together
Can build trust with engineers, finance and accounting partners, sales operations, legal, and executives, and translate between them
Thrive when the operating model itself is still being defined and see shaping it as part of the job
Strong candidates may also have
Background in revenue operations, order-to-cash, billing platform, or finance systems product management
Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, contract lifecycle management, or marketplace provisioning (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Deadline to Apply:

Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic is growing fast, and recruiting is one of the highest-leverage functions in the company. We’re constantly investing in systems and processes to support our rapid scale and enable our recruiters and hiring teams to be more efficient. The current technology stack is built and operated by several teams across third-party platform configuration, custom internal tooling, analytics and forecasting, core people systems, and an AI tooling layer.
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to own the planning and execution rhythm that connects these teams, drive the technical interconnection of the systems, and give Recruiting leadership a single coherent view of priorities, dependencies, and progress.
You’ll help evolve how recruiting functions through the use of Claude, connecting that work to where the broader company is going. That includes building the bridge between recruiting and company-wide roadmap and headcount planning so we're staffing proactively rather than reacting.
This is a first-of-its-kind role at Anthropic. It sits within the centralized Technical Program Management organization and partners directly with Recruiting and People leadership. Part of the job will be to help us figure out the right long-term model for TPM support for the People org.
Responsibilities
Build and run the cross-team planning and operating cadence for recruiting technology: a shared roadmap, clear DRIs, sequenced dependencies, and a single source of truth on priorities and status for Recruiting leadership
Drive the highest-priority cross-team programs end to end, from scoping and tradeoff decisions through delivery, across teams that don't share a reporting line
Lead the technical interconnection work: integration across third-party platforms, internal custom tooling, and the data and analytics layer so information flows cleanly end to end
Partner with engineering and AI teams to bring Claude deeper into the recruiting workflow, balancing speed of adoption with the controls and human-in-the-loop design that make it trustworthy
Connect recruiting to company-wide planning: build the link to roadmaps across the business so headcount needs are visible early and recruiting can staff proactively
Own build-vs-buy and vendor evaluations where they cross team boundaries, including the security, contract, and integration tradeoffs that come with them
Establish the program infrastructure: governance, status reporting, risk tracking, and the escalation paths that let leadership make tradeoffs quickly
Help define the durable model for TPM support in the People organization, including scope, headcount, and reporting structure
You may be a good fit if you
Have 6+ years of technical program management experience, with a track record of building cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments
Have driven planning and execution across teams that don't share a reporting line, and are comfortable influencing without authority
Have technical depth in systems integration: APIs, data flows between SaaS platforms, and the tradeoffs between configuring third-party tools and building custom
Have worked with or close to recruiting, people, or HR technology and understand how an ATS, HRIS, scheduling, and analytics stack fit together
Can build trust with engineers, recruiters, analysts, and executives, and translate between them
Are genuinely excited about using AI to change how a core business function works, and curious about what recruiting looks like when frontier AI is in the loop on every step
Thrive when the role itself is still being defined and see shaping it as part of the job
Strong candidates may also have
Background in recruiting operations, people analytics, or HR tech product management
Experience integrating AI or LLM-based tooling into operational workflows
Familiarity with headcount planning, workforce planning, or connecting business roadmaps to hiring plans
Experience teaching partner teams how to work with technical program management when the function is new to them

Develop Arago’s quantization strategy for modern AI models, including precision studies, numerical format exploration, and model-level techniques to preserve accuracy under constrained precision. Study the impact of analog noise on the performance and inference accuracy of machine learning models, including language models, diffusion, video generation, and world models. Develop simulation tools to model analog behavior with minimal computational overhead. Build and maintain Arago's internal experimentation pipelines for precision and performance studies on both physical and emulated prototypes. Act as a technical point of contact between clients and Arago: analyze, port, and optimize client models onto Arago hardware, balancing throughput and accuracy. Collaborate with the software and digital architecture teams to support architectural enhancements based on the operator content of frontier model architectures.
Pay and benefits
Competitive cash compensation, with final package based on location, experience, and the pay of team members in similar positions. Meaningful stock option plan offered at the earliest stage of the company (included in the majority of full time offers). Relocation bonus and coverage of moving expenses for relocation within 20 minutes of the company’s location. Healthcare coverage (including family-friendly options), pension contributions, professional development support, and 25 days of PTO, in addition to public holidays. Ownership of a key technical domain, with significant vertical and/or horizontal growth opportunities, based on performance and individual drive. Reimbursement of 50% of the public transport subscription fee. A high-paced, multicultural (with 10 nationalities), and engineering-led environment.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a junior application security specialist to join a growing security team at Xsolla. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with senior specialists to identify, assess, and help remediate security vulnerabilities across our products and infrastructure.
You will be involved in day-to-day AppSec work - code reviews, vulnerability triage, threat modeling, and security testing. You are curious, detail-oriented, and eager to develop deep expertise in application security. You do not need to have all the answers, but you ask the right questions and follow through.
This is a strong learning environment. You will be exposed to real-world security challenges in a payment platform operating at scale, and supported by experienced security specialists who will help you grow.

Responsibilities
Triage Security Findings
- Assess incoming bug bounty reports and scanner findings. Evaluate validity, calculate real severity, and escalate appropriately with clear written summaries.
Assist with Vulnerability Assessments
- Participate in security assessments of web applications and APIs. Help identify and document risks in new features and existing systems.
Write Clear Security Documentation
- Document findings, reproduction steps, and remediation guidance in a way that engineering teams can act on.
Support Threat Modeling
- Participate in threat modeling sessions. Learn to identify trust boundaries, data flows, and attack surfaces in system designs.
Monitor Security Tools
- Help operate
SAST
,
DAST
, and dependency scanning tooling. Track findings, reduce noise, and support remediation workflows.
Support Code Reviews
- Review code for common vulnerability classes under guidance of senior specialists. Learn to identify security issues across PHP, Python, and Go codebases.
Stay Current
- Follow developments in the security community. Bring awareness of new vulnerability classes, CVEs, and attack techniques relevant to our stack.
What You Bring
Web Security Fundamentals
- Solid understanding of common vulnerability classes:
OWASP
Top 10,
CSRF
,
XSS
,
IDOR
, SQL injection, open redirect, authentication and session management weaknesses. You understand root causes, not just names.
Web and Browser Fundamentals
- Solid understanding of how web applications work: HTTP request/response cycle, client-server model, REST APIs, how browsers handle same-origin policy, cookies and their attributes, and
CORS
. This is the foundation everything else builds on.
Security Testing Tools
- Hands-on experience with Burp Suite or similar web application security testing tools. You have used them to intercept, modify, and replay requests — not just run automated scans.
Vulnerability Documentation
- Able to reproduce a vulnerability and write it up clearly: reproduction steps, proof of concept, and impact statement. Findings that engineering teams cannot reproduce or understand do not get fixed.
Secure Development Awareness
- Familiarity with foundational secure coding concepts: input validation, output encoding, parameterized queries, and least privilege.
Code Readability
- Ability to read and follow code in at least one language relevant to web security - PHP, Python, JavaScript, or Go. You don't need to be a developer, but you need to follow logic and spot security-relevant patterns.
Analytical Thinking
- You reason through problems methodically. You can explain not just what a vulnerability is but why it exists, how it is exploited, and what fixing it actually requires.
Clear Written Communication
- You write findings and summaries that are precise, reproducible, and useful to the engineers who need to act on them.
Curiosity and Initiative
- You dig into problems rather than stopping at the surface. When something looks wrong, you investigate before concluding
Nice to Have
Participation in bug bounty programs or
CTF
competitions;
Basic scripting ability for automation - Python or Bash;
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and where security tooling fits;
Exposure to cloud environments - GCP, AWS, or Azure;
Relevant coursework or certifications - eWPT,
CEH
, PortSwigger Web Security Academy progress, or similar entry-level credentials.
Xsolla operates across multiple time zones. Strong written communication is essential - you will need to document your work clearly so findings and context are not lost across handoffs. We value directness, intellectual honesty, and follow-through. If you do not know something, say so and find out. If you find something, explain it clearly and see it through to resolution.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designer and product analyst
Manage your team's roadmap to align with Wheely’s mission
Own your team’s products (existing and new) across from idea, through development, to launch, growth and maintenance:
Analyse customer issues and identify product opportunities to reduce the need to contact Customer Service
Support the implementation of AI-driven automation in chauffeur contacts
Work on internal tools that increase the speed and consistency of contact resolution
Find product solutions that help Customer Service agents deliver a more personal experience
Requirements
STEM degree from a top university
6-12 months of relevant internship or working experience in a hi-growth environment (tech, top-tier consulting company, top-tier investment bank or VC)
A passion for great UX/UI
Outstanding written communication
Highly analytical

About Hex Trust
Hex Trust is a fully-licensed and regulated financial institution for digital assets. We hold licenses in Dubai (VARA) and Singapore (MAS), are registered in Hong Kong (TCSP), and operate 24/7 from offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Vietnam.
We are an integrated provider of custody, trading, financing, staking, and tokenization services. Our custody platform, Hex Safe, is one of the strongest in the market and serves 600+ institutional clients globally: investors and allocators (VCs, funds, family offices), Web3 companies (foundations, protocols, token issuers), and service providers (wealth managers, OTC desks, brokers, PSPs, corporates, banks). It stands out as the only platform offering regulated cold wallets with transaction signing under 1 second, compared to an industry average of around 2 hours.
As a pioneer in digital asset infrastructure, we are now expanding our ecosystem by strategically entering the payments’ business space. This expansion marks a pivotal milestone in our growth, aimed at bridging traditional finance with the digital economy through compliant, scalable and instant payment infrastructure.
Position Summary
We offer an attractive, formula-based, uncapped bonus structure tied directly to originated revenue, paid quarterly.
We are looking for a VP / Director Senior Sales for Cross-border Payments Solutions with a strong network across the payments and PSP ecosystem in APAC and the GCC. The ideal candidate has sold payment infrastructure into institutional clients, understands how PSPs and fintechs make integration decisions, and can speak credibly about stablecoins, on/off-ramps, settlement, and APIs.
As a Senior Payments specialist, you will help spearhead Hex Trust's strategic expansion, transforming our core enterprise capabilities into cutting-edge merchant solutions and global digital payment networks.
This role carries two mandates:
Scale our existing Convert-to-Pay business
by originating and closing PSP, acquirer, and fintech clients across APAC and the GCC — driving payment volume, recurring revenue, and stickiness from day one.
Secure a flagship design partner
to co-develop the next generation of programmable stablecoin payment infrastructure — a strategic, build-the-future mandate at the frontier of where payments and digital assets are heading.
This is a pure origination role with high autonomy and direct impact on revenue. You will own the commercial cycle end-to-end: prospecting, structuring, closing, integration coordination, and ongoing client coverage. The platform is proven, the licenses are real, and we have the right to win.
Duties & Responsibilities
Own the full commercial cycle for Convert-to-Pay: prospecting, qualification, structuring, closing, integration coordination, and ongoing client coverage across APAC and the GCC.
Identify and win new PSP, acquirer, fintech, and payment-infrastructure clients to grow stablecoin payment volume, recurring revenue, and assets in flow — this is a hunting role.
Translate Hex Trust's regulated, API-first stablecoin payment capabilities into commercial wins with senior payments and treasury stakeholders.
Identify, qualify, and secure a flagship design partner to co-develop the next generation of programmable stablecoin payment infrastructure — shaping requirements, structuring a co-build relationship, and turning early collaboration into a long-term commercial anchor. This is a core responsibility and a key deliverable for the role.
Work closely with product, client operations, compliance, and legal to deliver smooth onboarding and integration.
Feed product, marketing, and leadership with market intelligence and client signals that shape the roadmap and our go-to-market.
Requirements
7–10 years of institutional or B2B sales / business development experience, with meaningful time in payments.
Proven track record of selling payment infrastructure — ideally cross-border, on/off-ramps, acquiring, or stablecoin/digital-asset payment rails — into PSPs, fintechs, or financial institutions.
An existing, active network in the PSP and payments ecosystem across APAC and/or the GCC. This is critical; we are not building your network from scratch.
Strong working knowledge of stablecoins, settlement, treasury workflows, and payment APIs — you do not need to be an engineer, but you must speak credibly on these topics to technical and commercial audiences alike.
Demonstrated ability to run the full sales cycle independently — prospecting through close — in a lean, fast-moving environment, including consultative, product-minded selling and co-creating solutions with early or strategic partners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex products clearly to senior stakeholders.
Fluent English is required. Mandarin (for HK/Singapore) or Arabic (for GCC) is a strong plus.
Highly organized and self-driven, comfortable in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Candidates who do not tick all the boxes are still encouraged to apply, those with less experience will still be considered for the position but with an adjustment to the level of seniority.
