- Relentless commitment to excellence — a high bar for quality, clarity, and impact.
- Curious about AI, follows the technology ecosystem closely, and has exceptional judgment on what makes marketing stand out.

- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Product Manager to own the core ElevenCreative product experience for creators and marketers who sign up, subscribe, and build on their own. Self-serve users make up the majority of ElevenCreative’s user base, and they use the platform to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
You’ll drive growth and adoption across the self-serve product experience, focusing on how users discover what ElevenCreative can do, how they move from a first generation into agents, video, and multi-step creative workflows, and what keeps them coming back and upgrading. There’s no shortage of things we could build. The job is defining the big bets, scoping them well, and shipping them quickly with the team.
PMs at ElevenLabs work in small, highly collaborative teams with minimal process, alongside engineers who have room to build creatively and lead. The scope is broad by design. Some weeks lean toward product, others toward growth or go-to-market work, and you’ll own whatever it takes to make ElevenCreative the best product for its users.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive growth and adoption of the self-serve product, focusing on onboarding, activation, and upgrade moments, and partnering with growth, lifecycle, and pricing teams where they connect
- Scope and define the big bets for the self-serve product across image, video, music, agents, and editing workflows
- Find the biggest opportunities in the user journey through product data and user behavior, and turn them into clearly scoped projects
- Drive adoption of newer experiences like agents and video, helping users expand from a single product into the full platform
- Work with engineering and design to ship quickly, mocking up early concepts yourself when it speeds things up
- Partner with growth, lifecycle, and social teams on launches and the moments that bring users into new parts of the product
- Define success metrics for your area and track activation, engagement, retention, and conversion to paid plans
- Talk to creators and marketers regularly to understand how they work and where the product falls short, and bring those insights back to the team
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of product management experience on consumer or self-serve products
- A track record of moving growth and adoption metrics through the products you’ve shipped
- Deep familiarity with the creative space and the creators and marketers who use these tools, with a habit of bringing user insights into every product decision
- Experience scoping and defining large, ambiguous bets and owning them end to end
- Design-minded, with a high bar for quality and user experience and the ability to mock up concepts yourself
- Technical fluency to go deep with engineers on how things are built and the tradeoffs involved
- Strong analytical skills and comfort in product analytics tools to find opportunities and measure impact
- A track record of shipping quickly and iterating based on what the data shows
- Ownership pedigree, meaning you drive your own projects fully rather than handing off after the spec
- Curiosity about AI and creative tools, and close attention to how the space is moving

An overview of this role
Help us build the next generation of authentication services at GitLab. As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Authentication team, you'll build authentication features across the Rails monolith and GATE. GATE is our new service for issuing and validating tokens and managing identities, designed to support every GitLab deployment model.
You'll expand authentication mechanisms, including support for identities used by artificial intelligence (AI) agents. You'll also help keep GitLab and its customers secure by building access management tooling and addressing vulnerabilities reported through our HackerOne program.
GATE will become the foundation for token issuance, validation, and identity services across GitLab.com multi-tenant software as a service (SaaS), Self-Managed, Dedicated, and air-gapped environments. Your work will affect core components that customers, users, and GitLab teams rely on.
Some of our projects include:
Building GATE as the centralized service for token issuance and validation
Consolidating tokens and migrating authentication paths out of the Rails monolith
Building passkeys and passwordless authentication
Developing composite identities that combine machine and human authorization for AI
Improving service accounts and secure automation
Enhancing Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), OpenID Connect (OIDC), and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) capabilities for automated user provisioning and single sign-on (SSO)
What you'll do
Shape the roadmap for GATE and GitLab's authentication services with the team.
Design and implement token issuance, validation, and identity services in Go and Ruby across the Rails monolith and GATE, including new authentication mechanisms such as Workload Identity Federation.
Migrate authentication and token management paths from the monolith into GATE while maintaining reliability across all deployment models.
Build authentication mechanisms from the ground up, such as Workload Identity Federation.
Strengthen security for users and organizations through access management tooling and by addressing vulnerabilities reported through our HackerOne program.
Define and improve standards for style, maintainability, and engineering practices in a high-scale environment, and advocate for them through code review.
Communicate publicly about GitLab initiatives, projects, and contributions from people not working for GitLab Inc. Reflect GitLab's values in these communications.
Ship moderately sized features and improvements with moderate guidance and support from other team members, and collaborate on larger projects, including the build-out of GATE.
Participate in the maintainer trainee program at your own comfortable pace while working toward becoming a project maintainer.
What you'll bring
Professional experience with Go and/or Ruby in scaling or mission-critical SaaS products.
Familiarity with authentication and authorization technologies or techniques, such as OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SSO, SCIM, LDAP, JSON Web Tokens (JWTs), role-based access control (RBAC), or identity and access management (IAM).
Knowledge of token systems, cryptographic signing, and key management.
Experience building or contributing to a service from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution.
Proficiency in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate complex problems and solutions clearly in a remote, largely asynchronous work environment.
Experience diagnosing, preventing, and resolving performance and optimization problems.
Experience working in an iterative software development process, managing your work effectively, staying organized, and following through on priorities.
About the team
Our mission is to empower GitLab system administrators with the toolkit they need to create their desired balance of security and accessibility for their GitLab experience.
Authentication is the first impression a new customer has when they configure a new GitLab instance. We aim to make it as seamless as possible, from that first login to onboarding users and managing security rules for their instance in a secure, flexible, and scalable way.

Location: US: San Mateo (1875 South Grant Street); CAN: Toronto (111 Richmond Street West); CAN: Vancouver (333 Seymour St); US: Washington Remote Worker
Workplace: Hybrid
Team: Accounting Core
Location / work arrangement: San Francisco, San Mateo, Seattle & Vancouver (Canada)
Employment type: Full Time
About the Role
Xero’s ledger is the source of truth for millions of businesses, and every product we ship is built on top of it. We are rebuilding this integrity layer for the next 20 years, and we are standing up the Vancouver engineering hub around it from day one. As Lead Engineer, you will make the architectural decisions that set the course for the platform and the team, and you will see those decisions reach every customer who depends on Xero to get their numbers right.
THE TECHNICAL CHALLENGES
- Correctness at scale. Accounting data has to be consistent, auditable, and immutable. There is no “close enough,” and every change to the ledger has to preserve that guarantee across regions and regulations.
- Evolving a mature system. We are adding real-time expectations to a platform that millions of businesses depend on daily. That means strengthening service boundaries and clarifying data contracts without compromising reliability.
- Durable, high-throughput services. We use durable execution (for example, Temporal) to keep long-running financial workflows accurate and recoverable under load.
- AI-ready data. We are structuring accounting data so it can power AI-native experiences while maintaining trust in the numbers.
IMPACT
- First six months: You understand the ledger and its consumers, align the team on service boundaries and data contracts, and ship a first modernization increment with no loss of data integrity.
- First twelve months:
- You have set the architecture for the core accounting capabilities (general ledger, journals, chart of accounts, multi-currency).
- The Vancouver engineering team has clear ownership and quality standards, thanks in part to your leadership and role modeling.
- Your work reaches customers through every product built on the ledger, and the decisions made now will shape Xero for years.
OWNERSHIP
You will own the technical direction for your area of the accounting platform, from design through production and on-call. You will make architectural decisions on service boundaries, data contracts, and technology choices without needing sign-off, and you will be accountable for reliability and data integrity end to end. You will also help set hiring, quality, and ownership practices for an early and growing team, which will compound over time.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Bernardo Farah is the Director of Engineering for Accounting Core. He has over 10 years of SaaS software experience, including six years building platforms and growing teams at Samsara.
WHAT YOU BRING
MUST-HAVE:
- You set the standard for your team in AI-assisted development, operational excellence, and flexible architecture.
- A track record delivering highly available, distributed backend systems and designing high-throughput services under production constraints.
- Depth in system architecture, API design, and both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Proficiency in a modern backend stack such as C#, Java, Go, or C++, plus cloud-native platforms like AWS.
- You demonstrate strong ability in breaking down complex problems into clear, actionable solutions while driving agile execution to deliver results.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with financial, ledger, or accounting systems, or other domains where data integrity is critical
- Experience with durable execution or workflow engines such as Temporal
- Experience modernizing a mature system without disrupting customers
HOW WE WORK
Process is a tool for impact and we adjust accordingly. We use an agile approach to ship outcomes, not to follow ceremony. Code and design reviews are where we trade ideas and hold the quality bar, and we are figuring out how to use LLMs to reduce how much code humans have to write and review by hand. Our on-call rotation draws on a healthy pool of engineers and turns incidents into learning through postmortems. Decisions are made at every level, and we make sure everyone has the strategic context to raise proposals and drive innovation.
Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1: Real World coding assessment, 45 Mins
- Stage 2: Systems Design assessment, 45 Mins
- Stage 3: Technical Deep dive, 60 Mins
- Stage 4: Values/ Future Proof, 60 Mins
- Stage 5: Leadership interview, 60 mins
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team. We are also tech stack agnostic, so please apply if you've worked with adjacent technologies.
Compensation Philosophy
At Xero, we value the impact and skills you bring to the team. We don’t just hire for a role; we invest in people. We believe in a Total Package philosophy - which means your value isn't just a single number on a paycheck. While base salary is a core component, we look at your compensation through a holistic lens that includes equity, performance incentives, and world-class benefits.
The base salary range for this role in $206,000 to $260,000 USD
Please note that this range represents base salary only. We believe in rewarding our people for their total contribution, which is why we look at compensation through a holistic lens. In addition to base pay, your total package may include:
- Variable Pay: Eligibility commissions or equity based on role and performance.
- Comprehensive Benefits: World-class health, wellness, and retirement programs.
- Xero Perks: Inside Xero https://careers.xero.com/inside-xero/benefits-wellbeing/ Explore our full suite of benefits, from wellbeing initiatives to professional development.
Individual pay is determined by various factors, including geography, level of experience, and the specific skills you bring to the role
Xero uses AI to help screen applications based on job-related qualifications. These tools assist our recruiters but do not make automated hiring decisions. A human recruiter reviews all candidates before any hiring action is taken.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are now one company. Together we build the data movement and transformation tools that data teams around the world rely on. Our Analytics team runs on those same tools every day, so you'll work on a modern data stack and help set best practices for the industry. As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll help product leaders understand how customers adopt, use, and stay with our core Fivetran data movement and dbt platform products as well as new product releases spanning AI, BI, and compute. You'll be a "full-stack" analyst. You'll build the data models, define the metrics, create the dashboards, run the analysis, and turn it all into recommendations that shape what we build next. AI is part of how we work. We expect analysts to use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate analysis and increase efficiency, while applying their own judgment and validating the results. This is a full-time, flexible hybrid position based in Oakland, CA. Our hybrid work model offers remote flexibility and in-person collaboration; there is no fixed number of required office days, and we encourage teams to meet in person regularly.
Why This Role Is Exciting
Two product portfolios just came together.
Many questions about how customers use Fivetran and dbt together have never been asked. You'll be one of the first people to answer them.
Your work drives leadership decisions.
You'll focus on adoption, engagement, and retention, the metrics product leaders use to decide where to invest.
You own the work end to end,
from raw data to the decision it informs.
You'll analyze products built for people like you.
Our customers are data teams.
Technologies You’ll Use
SQL (BigQuery / Snowflake)
dbt / dbt State
Looker / LookML / Omni
Hex / Sigma / Google Sheets
Claude Code / Codex
What You’ll Do
Partner with product managers and product line leaders to understand problems and potential solutions with data. Deliver regular analysis and insight on product adoption, engagement, and retention.
Proactively investigate trends in user behavior and product usage. Find issues and growth opportunities before anyone asks, and use them to shape product and growth strategy.
Define, measure, and monitor the KPIs that show whether our products are healthy and whether the company is on track.
Size the potential impact of new product initiatives and recommend how to prioritize them.
Analyze product launches and experiments, and recommend what to do next.
Find and reduce friction in the funnels users go through to sign up, activate, and adopt our products.
Tackle questions where product data meets broader business data, such as revenue, sales, and support.
Build and maintain the data models, metrics, and dashboards behind your work.
Help new hires, colleagues, and partners understand our data and use it well, so data-informed decisions become the norm.
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years in analytics, mostly in product analytics, ideally at a high-growth B2B or SaaS company.
Advanced SQL. You can turn messy, raw data into clean, trustworthy datasets, and write, debug, and explain SQL yourself.
Comfort using AI tools in analytics workflows to explore data, draft or improve SQL, automate repetitive work, and synthesize findings. You can evaluate and validate AI-generated output.
Hands-on experience building data models, ideally with dbt, creating dashboards in a BI tool such as Looker, Omni, or Tableau, and performing funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis.
A track record of using analysis to drive product or business decisions, not just report on them. You can take an open-ended question with little direction and turn it into a clear analysis and recommendation.
Strong attention to detail and prioritization. Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain findings to executives and technical tradeoffs to engineers.
Experience influencing cross-functional, distributed teams, both asynchronously and in real time.
Bonus Skills
Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B/n tests), including test design, sample size, significance, and turning results into launch decisions.
Deep knowledge of the SaaS customer lifecycle and business metrics, such as ARR (annual recurring revenue), retention, and expansion.
Experience defining product events and helping teams self-serve in product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
Experience developing and scaling a large dbt project.
Python or R for analysis.

We are EnerMech, a specialist service company that delivers safe, integrated solutions for complex energy projects. For over 50 years, we have supported our clients across the world with unrivalled expertise, equipment, and technology throughout the entire asset lifecycle – both offshore and onshore.
Operating through our global business lines of Energy Solutions, Infrastructure & Industrial Solutions, and Lifting Solutions, we provide a broad range of specialist services including cranes, lifting, fluid power, training, equipment rental, pipeline, process, subsea, and valve services.
At EnerMech, we are driven by operational excellence, innovation, and technical expertise, delivering value through integrated solutions that reduce risk, improve efficiency, and enhance performance for our customers worldwide.
About the role
Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) is EnerMech’s global transformation and technology function. It supports 25 legal entities across four regions and covers infrastructure, cybersecurity, application management, service desk support, transformation initiatives, and enterprise data and intelligence.
As PMO Manager, you will be at the center of how EBS decides what to work on and how that work gets delivered. You will run demand intake and prioritization, give leadership a clear view of the portfolio and capacity, and keep our governance forums working well. You’ll do this while the function delivers major technology and data platform programs. Reporting to the VP Transformation & EBS, this is a hands-on role for someone who brings structure and rigor and still makes governance easy for the business to engage with.
Key responsibilities:
Demand management: Own the EBS demand management process. Make sure every business request is captured, assessed, prioritized, resourced and governed to delivery. Work with business and technology leaders to help them make prioritization decisions that weigh demand against capacity, strategy and operational need.
Portfolio management: Keep a complete, accurate view of the EBS project portfolio, covering status, milestones, risks, budget, benefits and delivery performance. Lead portfolio health reviews that bring dependencies, resource constraints and delivery risks to the surface early and drive mitigation.
Resource management: Plan and optimize resourcing across EBS teams, contractors and third-party partners. Support annual technology planning, budgeting and roadmap development with demand forecasting and capacity modelling.
Application change management: Oversee the full lifecycle of application change requests and defects. Make sure changes are assessed, approved, controlled and implemented through governance. Coordinate with support partners, project managers and technical teams so that enhancements, releases and fixes are delivered on time.
Governance: Run the EBS governance forums, including schedules, agendas, action logs, decision registers and communications. Work with project managers and sponsors so that business cases, benefits plans and investment proposals are robust and aligned to strategy.
Reporting: Build and maintain portfolio, demand, capacity and performance dashboards that support decision-making. Prepare clear, high-quality papers and packs for the Technology Committee, Architecture Review Board, Change Advisory Board, Data Governance Council, Design Authorities and the EBS Leadership Team.
Continuous improvement: Improve PMO processes, governance frameworks, reporting and portfolio practices to raise delivery performance and the experience of the stakeholders who use them.
Requirements
About you:
You are an experienced PMO and portfolio management professional who has run governance and managed technology portfolios in complex, multi-entity or global organizations. You can bring order to competing priorities and are comfortable challenging diverse stakeholders constructively. Your reporting turns data into decisions. You are structured and disciplined, and you can adapt when priorities change.
Requirements
Essential
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Typically 7+ years in PMO, portfolio or project management roles, including 3+ years leading or managing a PMO within an IT function
Hands-on experience running demand intake, triage and prioritization across both BAU and project work
Experience managing change requests and defects for ERP or other business-critical systems, including working with third-party support partners
Experience in resource and capacity planning across multiple teams
A track record of producing reporting and papers for executive and steering committees
Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills
A recognized project or portfolio management certification (e.g. PMP, MSP or P3O)
Nice to have:
ITIL 4 Foundation
Agile or hybrid delivery experience (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
