About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
About the Role
We're looking for an IT Solutions Engineer who thinks like a systems builder - someone who doesn't just run internal infrastructure, but engineers it away where it shouldn't need a human at some point. This is a build-focused role on our IT Operations team. As we scale past 600 employees, our biggest lever is no longer closing tickets faster - it's removing the work that generates them.
You'll own the automation and integration layer that connects our identity, HR, device, and SaaS-governance systems, so that provisioning, deprovisioning, and access lifecycle events happen reliably and automatically instead of by hand. You'll pair closely with our Solutions Engineer, help set the technical standard for how automations are built and documented, and work cross-functionally with Security, People Ops, and DevOps to design end-to-end solutions rather than point fixes.
A DevOps and API background is exactly what this role is built around: you're comfortable reading API docs, wiring 2-3 systems together, scripting from scratch when a no-code tool won't cut it, and thinking about reliability, edge cases, and security from the first line. Above all, you're curious - about the systems you build, the people who depend on them, and how your engineering decisions impact the business.
What You'll Do
Build the access lifecycle automation layer:
Own the design, build, and maintenance of automated provisioning and deprovisioning across our top applications by ticket volume. Implement birthright roles for our highest-volume employee profiles and HiBob-driven trigger events (joiners, movers, leavers) that flow through to downstream systems without manual intervention.
Integrate our core systems:
Build and maintain the integrations that tie HiBob → JumpCloud → Tequipy (and Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and the wider SaaS estate) into one coherent, event-driven lifecycle. Use REST APIs, SCIM, and our self-hosted n8n instance to create complex, reliable workflows.
Manage identity and access at the backend:
Configure and debug SSO/SCIM and SAML flows in JumpCloud as our Identity Provider. Own SSO app integrations end to end, troubleshoot complex provisioning and authentication issues, and keep access governance clean and auditable.
Deliver the Security controls programme:
Build the automations behind our security and compliance initiatives - local admin removal, least-privilege enforcement - contributing directly to DORA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 efforts. Security is embedded in every config and every script, not bolted on afterward.
Administer and optimize business-critical platforms:
Manage the technical backend of Jira Service Management as our ITSM platform - configuring workflows, request types, forms, and automations to streamline internal processes - alongside the wider Atlassian Suite, Slack, and Notion.
Own endpoint automation:
Build and test JumpCloud MDM device policies, profiles, and scripts for zero-touch deployment across Windows and macOS endpoints (via Apple Business Manager), handling software deployment and OS-level configuration at scale.
Drive SaaS and budget optimization:
Monitor system logs, performance, and SaaS usage to identify waste and cost-saving opportunities, and implement the technical changes that reclaim them (e.g. license reclamation flows).
Document everything you build:
Proactively create and maintain technical documentation configs, automation flows, API maps - so that what you build can be run, understood, and extended by the rest of the team. Reliable, documented, alerted workflows are the standard, not the exception.
Lead technical projects:
Lead smaller technical projects end to end a new SSO app integration, a JSM form build-out, a new integration between systems - owning them from requirement to delivery, and providing technical guidance to the team as you go.
Who You Are
At least
3 years in IT support
, systems administration, or IT/DevOps engineering, with hands-on expertise across Windows and macOS environments.
Strong IAM experience: JumpCloud (or a comparable IdP) for SSO, SCIM, and SAML - including configuring integrations and debugging complex provisioning and authentication issues.
Strong MDM / UEM experience: endpoint management via JumpCloud MDM (or Intune / Jamf), including profiles and scripts for zero-touch deployment.
An automation-first mindset with real scripting skills - PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar - to build reliable, scalable solutions from scratch, not just wire up templates.
API fluency: comfortable reading API documentation and integrating multiple systems (REST APIs, webhooks, SCIM). Experience with n8n or a comparable automation/iPaaS platform.
Proficiency administering Google Workspace (or M365) and experience with ITSM tools - ideally Jira Service Management (workflows, request types, automations).
Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences - able to explain configs and tradeoffs to Security, People, and Engineering alike.
Advanced use of AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, draft automations, and continuously raise the bar on operational efficiency.
Strong Plus
Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2) and SaaS governance / management tooling.
Experience with HRIS-driven automation (HiBob or similar) and hardware lifecycle tooling (Tequipy or similar).
Experience in high-growth, modern infrastructure environments.
ITIL 4 Foundation and JumpCloud Core Certification (or willingness to certify).
What We Offer
As a growing fintech with ambitious goals, we offer you the chance to make a real impact on the infrastructure that powers Finom's teams and products. You'll work with genuine ownership, autonomy, and the freedom to shape how we build and operate our internal systems.
This is a role for a curious builder - someone who wants the internal platform to be a product, engineered to be reliable, automated, and secure by design. If the idea of deleting an entire category of manual work by building the right integration is what gets you out of bed, this is your team.

Social Discovery Group
(SDG) is a group of social discovery companies. SDG solves the problems of loneliness, isolation, and disconnection - transforming virtual intimacy into the new normal. SDG’s products redefine the way people interact and connect with one another.
Our portfolio includes social entertainment platforms designed to connect people online across different cultures and regions of the world.
We bring together a team of like-minded people and IT professionals who specialize in creating and developing globally impactful social discovery products. Our international team of digital nomads works remotely from all over the world.
We’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024–2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).
We are looking for an
Lead QA Engineer (AI Native)
to join a new product in our portfolio.
Your will join a small senior team of four, and we build in a truly AI-first way: almost all of our code is written by AI agents (Claude Code, Codex), while we design the processes, set the tasks and verify the results. The codebase already spans millions of lines, with complex components and integrations, and the product works with real money. Ensuring its reliability is a challenge no textbook covers yet. That's why we need someone to own it.
This is an individual contributor role in a flat team, with no people management. Your leverage comes from processes, automation and AI agents, not team size.
Your main tasks will be:
Design and build the end-to-end testing pipeline for a product largely written by AI agents: pre-merge checks, nightly test runs, release and production gates;
Define the quality strategy for AI-generated code: where risks are highest, what coverage is needed, and how to keep it sustainable at scale;
Set up continuous automated UI testing across browsers and mobile devices, including AI-agent-driven testing; evaluate, choose and integrate external tools and services;
Own product reliability from a technical perspective, with special focus on critical financial flows;
Work closely with engineers and DevOps to embed quality into the development process and find the right trade-offs between speed and safety;
Use AI agents daily to create, maintain and evolve tests and testing tooling;
Drive quality initiatives proactively and share best practices with the team.
We expect from you:
Proven experience building and owning testing processes in large, complex products with high reliability requirements, as a QA Architect, senior QA/SDET, or a senior engineer responsible for testing strategy;
Strong engineering background: understanding of system architecture, backend services, CI/CD and deployment processes;
Hands-on experience with test automation and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines;
Daily use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar) as a core part of your work, and genuine interest in AI-first development;
High autonomy and ownership: ability to take loosely defined problems, propose solutions and drive them to completion without detailed specs;
Willingness to work as a hands-on individual contributor in a small senior team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, against the challenging problems our customers face. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the existing workflows are, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be.
No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect to:
- Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate their biggest pain points, particularly around customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents.
- Own flagship deals end-to-end — from identifying the right use case to structuring commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements) and driving them to close.
- Embed yourself deeply inside strategic customers: act as a trusted partner with a provisioned account, spend meaningful time onsite, and own delivery outcomes as if you were part of their team.
- Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to life.
- Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products (e.g. ElevenAgents); including agent design, agent orchestration, production readiness to maximize adoption and impact.
- Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions across different sectors globally.
- Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with our Research teams to feed field insights back into ElevenLabs' platform and models, helping shape the roadmap.
- Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and our broader AI technology to new and existing customers.
- Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure agents reach production and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity. Direct enterprise customer experience is preferred.
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial instinct: comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside GTM partners.
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration, sufficient to prototype, demo, and communicate credibly with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; particularly the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and structure clear logic in pursuit of optimal solutions.
- A proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
- Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks.
- Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in South Korea, with a preference of Seoul. Expect regular travel for customer onsite. Fluency in English and Korean and a deep understanding of the regional and cultural nuances is required.

At Eneba, our People team is all about bringing great people together, helping them thrive, and making every step of their journey with us a great experience.
Now, we're looking for a People Operations Coordinator who is excited about discovering fresh talent, spotting potential, and helping the next generation of professionals kick-start their careers.
Your main mission? Make our internship hiring program a success, from the very first application to welcoming our newest Enebians on board.
And when internship season slows down? You'll get to explore the broader world of People Operations, from onboarding and employee experience to improving the processes that keep our People team running smoothly.

You are comfortable speaking with candidates, conducting structured interviews and making decisions about who should progress through the hiring process. At the same time, you enjoy the operational side of People work — coordinating stakeholders, keeping systems accurate and making sure things happen when they should.
You are particularly interested in early-career talent and enjoy identifying potential in candidates who may not yet have extensive professional experience.
You take ownership, follow through and are comfortable chasing stakeholders when something needs to move forward.

- Coordinate internship offers, preboarding and handover into onboarding.
- Build strong candidate experiences throughout the internship recruitment process.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees, including schedules, documentation, equipment and internal coordination.
- Support employee data administration and other People Operations activities when internship hiring demand is lower.
- Help maintain People documentation, trackers and internal process guides.
- Support additional People projects depending on team priorities and capacity.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience in recruitment, People Operations, HR, talent coordination, project coordination or another people-facing role.
- Confidence conducting structured candidate interviews and making first-stage assessment decisions.
- Strong judgment when evaluating junior or early-career talent.
- Ability to recognize potential beyond simply looking at years of experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance a positive candidate experience with maintaining a high hiring bar.
- High attention to detail and comfort working with ATS, HR systems, trackers and data.
- A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to spot when something is stuck and take action to move it forward.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where workload can fluctuate throughout the year.
- Interest in developing a broader career within People Operations and Talent Acquisition.
- Fluent English.

- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, with opportunities to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
As a Deployment Strategist (DS), you are the critical bridge between a customer's multi-million-dollar business problem and Databricks' technical solution. You are a product manager for the field, owning the technical and product direction of the engagement from initial discovery through production launch and adoption.
-Programming experience in Python, Rust, C++, or Solidity. -Experience using Generative AI tooling such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar Large Language Model (LLM) tools.

Qdrant is an open-source vector search engine powering the next generation of AI applications, from semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to AI agents and real-time recommendations.
Trusted by global leaders like Canva, HubSpot, Tripadvisor, Bosch, and Deutsche Telekom, we’re building the retrieval infrastructure layer for modern AI. Recently raising $50M in Series B funding, we are growing rapidly and committed to transforming how AI understands and interacts with data.
As a remote-first company, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences fuel innovation. Here, you’ll own meaningful work, tackle challenges, and grow alongside passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of AI.
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll build the systems that make our marketing fast and agile. The tools and tactics in the age of AI change constantly, but what lasts is the underlying system: clean signal data, a scoring model that routes it, and reusable workflows the team can build on. You’ll own that system, using automation and AI to turn a week of work into an hour.
You’ll own the end-to-end demand generation engine that translates market signals and buyer intent into measurable pipeline and revenue impact. You’ll connect audience intelligence, multi-channel campaigns, lifecycle engagement, and sales activation into scalable, repeatable growth motions. You should be able to pull the data, architect a target list, generate the creative, and ship a multi-channel campaign using AI tools and systems, while ensuring every campaign, data point, and automation strengthens the broader growth engine.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- The Core Growth Motion: Build reusable campaign systems: templates, automations, and workflows to spin up integrated campaigns without rebuilding from scratch each time. Run priority campaigns end to end, from targeting and messaging through multi-channel execution and pipeline accountability.
- Build the Warming Engine: Architect cohort-based nurture journeys (including content-download, post-event, post-onboarding, and always-on nurture programs) that move contacts from first touch through consideration toward sales readiness, rather than sending high-intent accounts directly into cold sales outreach. Improve the new-user onboarding sequence, own the monthly newsletter, and manage the startup program.
- Work at the Intersection of Data, AI, and Marketing: Use signals, scoring, AI tools, and connected workflows to identify who to target, determine the next best action, and execute campaigns efficiently. Get ahead of agent-driven discovery: make content and signals legible to the tools buyers now use to choose vendors.
- Product Fluency and Technical Storytelling: develop a deep understanding of our product, its technical capabilities, use cases, and competitive differentiation. Partner with Product Marketing for relevant, value-driven campaigns.
WHO YOU ARE
- Demand Gen Experience: 3-5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing, running campaigns end to end in B2B tech, ideally toward technical audiences or for open-source products.
- Lifecycle Expertise: hands-on experience building, measuring, and optimizing cohort-based nurtures via email and in-app.
- Builder Mindset: you're not just an operator. You build the workflows instead of relying on an existing machine, pull and shape data yourself to build lists and scoring, and you're fluent in signal and scoring tools.
- Systems-Level Thinking: you execute the task in front of you while understanding how each campaign, workflow, and data point feeds the broader growth engine.
- Technical Workflow Fluency: you're familiar with agentic approaches and think in connected tools and automated workflows, not manual steps.
- Problem Solving: you work from a goal and can identify the steps and systems needed to get there.
WHY JOIN US
- A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
- A competitive salary with additional perks.
- Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture.
- High ownership and real impact.
- Open-source, engineering-driven culture.
- Choose your own laptop equipment.
For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy.
Qdrant is an equal-opportunity employer. We believe the best ideas come from diverse teams, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds. ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud. Our product surface is expanding fast - GPU clusters, compute orchestration, storage, networking, serverless containers, inference, and training.
We're hiring a VP Product to own our cloud infrastructure and inference portfolio end to end: the foundational systems that power Mistral's datacenters, and the inference platform that brings the world's most advanced generative AI models to production.
This is a broad mandate. You'll own both scopes and, as the business scales, build the organization and stream leadership to delegate them. You'll define the vision, hire and grow the team, and set the operating rhythm that lets a fast-moving org deliver with focus. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape how Mistral's technology is adopted globally and to unlock a major new line of business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Strategy & vision Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and annual goals for our Inference and Cloud products, aligned with customer needs, company objectives and market trends.
- Go-to-market Own adoption, revenue contribution, and gross margin. Partner with marketing and GTM teams on positioning, pricing and packaging, launch plans, and adoption strategy.
- Team leadership Build the product organization for these products: hire product managers and stream leads, set the operating cadence (quarterly product reviews, roadmap reviews), and develop PMs through clear growth paths.
- Customer & market fit Work directly with AI-native startups and enterprises running advanced AI workloads to drive product–market fit across the portfolio.
- Delivery & execution Partner with engineering leadership to build a world-class compute infrastructure and inference platform delivering high-performance, cost-efficient AI at scale, with reliability, SLAs, and cost-per-token economics as first-class product concerns.
- Market & technology insights Track the competitive landscape and emerging technologies across AI infrastructure and managed inference to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities
- Research & open source Partner with research and engineering teams to turn emerging model architectures and advances in open-source inference into product opportunities that improve performance and efficiency
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Extensive experience in tech and infrastructure, including significant time leading product organizations with a proven track record of bringing cloud infrastructure, large-scale distributed systems, or inference products to market.
- Engineering background prior to moving into product management
- You've taken an infra or inference product from early stage to material revenue and adoption.
- Proven people leadership: you've hired and grown senior PMs, organized teams around clear stream ownership, and built durable operating cadences.
- Fluency in the economics of the business: comfortable owning gross margin, unit economics, and the tradeoffs behind pricing and capacity.
- Ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority, and to communicate credibly with executives, engineers, and customers.
- Low ego, high bias for action, and comfort in ambiguity — equally at home crafting a strategy narrative and diving into metrics, a UX detail, or a customer escalation.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The People Team at Notion exists to help build a generational company that enables people to do their best and most meaningful work. Hiring exceptional talent, at the right time and with care, is central to that mission.
We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator in our Tokyo office to partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to create a thoughtful, well-run, and genuinely human candidate experience. This role sits at the center of our hiring process in Japan and plays an important role in how candidates experience Notion.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
CREATE A CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE THAT REFLECTS NOTION
You’ll be one of the first and most consistent touchpoints candidates have with Notion. From scheduling interviews to answering questions and resolving issues, you’ll help ensure every interaction feels organized, respectful, and intentional. You’ll collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to continually refine our processes so candidates leave feeling excited about what we’re building, regardless of the outcome.
COORDINATE INTERVIEWS WITH CARE AND PRECISION
You’ll manage and schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones, primarily supporting Go-To-Market teams, including remote interviews and onsite panels. You’ll balance speed with attention to detail, anticipate needs, and communicate proactively to keep candidates and interviewers aligned. You’ll ensure logistics, materials, and feedback loops are clear and on time, and troubleshoot day-of changes and scheduling conflicts with a calm, solutions-oriented approach, making the process feel smooth and predictable, even as things move quickly.
BUILD STRONG RECRUITING FOUNDATIONS
This role is designed for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to build durable fundamentals. Over time, you’ll gain exposure to how we plan, execute, and scale hiring at Notion. With support from the team, you could take on light sourcing work, talent branding projects, process improvements, and additional ownership as your skills grow, creating a strong foundation for future growth in recruiting, operations, or people-focused roles.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive, reliable approach and thoughtful attention to detail
- A growth mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of mistakes, learn from feedback, and refine your processes to improve accuracy and consistency
- A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with optimism
- Clear, kind, and professional communication skills to represent Notion to a large and diverse group of candidates
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and colleagues in both languages
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience supporting both technical and non-technical roles, including remote and in-person interview scheduling
- Experience with Ashby, Workday, Slack, and Notion
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. About the Role
What you'll do
Short-form editing (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Facebook)
Edit a high volume of vertical short-form videos (roughly 30–90 seconds) built to stop the scroll in the first 1–3 seconds.
Cut for each platform's native style: pacing, captions, safe zones, aspect ratios, trending audio and formats.
Turn raw footage, founder content, creator clips and transformation shoots into multiple hook and format variations per concept.
Repurpose long-form episodes into clips, carousels-to-video and cutdowns without losing the story.
Long-form editing (YouTube and Facebook)
Edit 8–30+ minute YouTube videos with strong story structure, retention-driven pacing, B-roll, music and sound design.
Build intros, chapter breaks, lower thirds and end screens that keep viewers watching.
Collaborate on thumbnails and titles with an eye on click-through and retention.
Motion graphics and AI generation
Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions and branded templates in After Effects.
Stay current on new AI video tools and pitch ways to use them to ship faster or try new formats.
Workflow and ownership
Own projects from brief to delivery: organize footage, edit, self-QA, export platform-ready files and hand off on time.
Maintain and improve our editing systems: project templates, file naming, folder structures, presets, LUTs, caption styles and export settings.
Track work in our project management tool (ClickUp), updating status as each piece moves through the pipeline.
Turn around revisions quickly and fold feedback into future edits without being told twice.
How we work
Fully remote, async-first. Briefs, footage and feedback live in shared drives, Frame.io and ClickUp, so work keeps moving across time zones.
Daily overlap. A short daily check-in during your overlap window with Pacific Time, plus written updates on what shipped and what's blocked.
Turnaround expectations. Short-form edits typically delivered within 24 hours of brief; revisions within one business day; long-form on an agreed schedule.
Volume. Expect a steady weekly output across short- and long-form. [15–25 short-form + 1–2 long-form per week.]
Requirements
What you bring
Must-haves
3+ years of professional video editing, with a portfolio showing both short-form and long-form work.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects..
Hands-on experience generating video with Higgsfield AI, with examples of AI-generated or AI-assisted footage used in finished edits.
Proven experience editing for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and a clear understanding of how each platform's content differs.
A fast, repeatable workflow: you can show how you organize projects, use templates and presets, and ship multiple finished pieces per day.
Strong instinct for hooks, pacing, story and sound; you know why one edit holds attention and another doesn't.
Clear written English for async communication, briefs and feedback.
Reliable high-speed internet, a capable editing machine and your own Adobe Creative Cloud license.
At least 4 hours of daily overlap with Pacific Time (PT) for check-ins and fast revisions.
