About the role
We are looking for a Principal Engineer to help define and drive the next generation of GitLab’s Fulfillment platform.
Fulfillment ensures that customers receive the right product access and can manage seats, usage, and spend across GitLab.com, Self-Managed, Dedicated, and other deployment models. Its core areas include entitlements, licensing and provisioning, seat management, usage visibility, and cost management.
The existing platform has served GitLab for approximately a decade and now faces significant challenges in scale, maintainability, and architectural complexity. This role will help us understand where we are today and define how Fulfillment should work over the next ten years.
This is a senior player-coach role. You will set architectural direction across the Fulfillment portfolio, make critical technical decisions, and work directly with teams to execute the resulting modernization strategy. You will influence across organizational boundaries while remaining hands-on in design, implementation, technical problem-solving, and mentorship.
What you’ll do
Define and communicate the long-term architecture and technical strategy for Fulfillment, including target state, principles, priorities, and migration sequencing.
Assess the current platform and address its most important risks across scale, reliability, performance, data correctness, operability, and maintainability.
Drive architectural decisions across entitlements, provisioning, seat management, usage visibility, and cost management.
Establish clear service boundaries, data ownership, contracts, and integration patterns across Fulfillment, Monetization, billing, Salesforce, and product services.
Lead an incremental modernization program that improves the existing platform while continuing to deliver customer and business value.
Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Management, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn architectural direction into executable roadmaps and shipped outcomes.
Be hands-on with the hardest problems, including prototypes, critical implementations, migrations, performance improvements, reliability work, and incident learning.
Champion practical artificial intelligence (AI) adoption across Fulfillment, including agentic coding and AI-assisted engineering workflows, and help teams apply these tools responsibly and effectively.
Mentor and coach Senior and Staff Engineers and raise the quality of technical decision-making across the organization.
What you’ll bring
10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including substantial experience at Staff, Principal, or equivalent technical leadership level.
Direct experience building, operating, or modernizing Fulfillment systems, including areas such as entitlements, licensing, provisioning, subscription lifecycle, seat management, usage metering, usage billing, or cost controls.
A track record of setting technical direction across multiple teams and turning architecture into reliable, operated systems.
Deep experience with distributed systems, scalability, availability, performance, observability, data integrity, and failure-mode analysis.
Comfort working in one or more of Ruby, Go, and Python, with the ability to navigate both Backend and Frontend in a polyglot system.
Practical experience using artificial intelligence in software engineering, including agentic coding or AI-assisted development workflows.
Demonstrated success modernizing mature or degraded platforms without relying on a risky “big bang” rewrite.
Experience designing systems that span multiple deployment models, such as software as a service, Self-Managed, Dedicated, or disconnected environments.
Strong product and business judgment, with the ability to connect technical investment to customer experience, revenue, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and time to market.
Excellent written communication and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across teams without formal authority.

As part of 1Password’s Performance & Paid Media team, you’ll help grow our Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Self-Serve business across Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) audiences. You’ll manage paid marketing programs across the funnel, turn performance data into clear decisions, and help build efficient ways of working—including through artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled workflows. Your work will help more people discover and adopt 1Password as we build a safe, simpler digital future for everyone. Reporting to the Director, Performance & Paid Media, this role is remote in the United States and Canada.
How we’re using AI today
On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights faster so we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of 1Password.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or user acquisition, ideally supporting PLG or Self-Serve business models.
• Hands-on experience managing paid marketing channels such as paid social, affiliates, display, programmatic, app-focused, influencer, or other emerging channels.
• Ability to use advertising platform data and marketing analytics to evaluate performance, make decisions, and improve campaigns when attribution data is incomplete.
• Experience connecting marketing activity to outcomes such as signups, trial starts, activation, paid conversion, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention, or revenue.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, Analytics, creative partners, and other stakeholders.
• Experience supporting B2C or prosumer audiences, SaaS products, or self-serve customer journeys, along with familiarity with lifetime value (LTV) and CAC analysis.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools or automated workflows to improve campaign execution, reporting, analysis, or decision-making.
What you can expect:
• Contribute to the PLG and Self-Serve performance marketing strategy across B2B and B2C audiences.
• Manage assigned paid channels and programs from awareness through conversion, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Launch and optimize campaigns, evaluate channel performance, and identify opportunities across audiences, messaging, creative, and funnel stages.
• Build productive vendor relationships, manage account partnerships, and negotiate for stronger performance and value.
• Monitor leading indicators such as clicks, signups, trial starts, activation, and cost per acquisition, as well as outcomes including paid conversions, subscription volume, revenue, and retention.
• Design, run, and document experiments across channels, audiences, creative, offers, pricing pages, and other parts of the customer journey.
• Use AI agents and automated workflows to improve execution speed, reporting efficiency, and the quality of performance insights.
• Collaborate with campaign managers, Product Marketing, Growth, Analytics, and other partners to share learnings and make informed recommendations.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
About Grafana Labs:
There are more than 700,000 active installations of Grafana around the globe, monitoring everything from beehives to climate change in the Alps. The instantly recognizable dashboards have been spotted everywhere from a SpaceX launch and Minecraft HQ to Wimbledon and the Tour de France. Grafana Labs also helps companies including Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay manage their observability strategies with full-stack offerings that can be run fully managed with Grafana Cloud, or self-managed with Grafana Enterprise Stack. The Grafana stack has grown to include more open-source projects, including Grafana Loki (for logs) and Grafana Tempo (for traces) and Grafana Mimir (for metrics).
Description of Duties
We’re looking for a Staff Technical Writer to create documentation and learning content that helps people adopt and master Grafana’s observability products. You’ll work with engineers, product managers, and the Grafana writing team to produce content for a range of products and audiences, from first-time users to experienced practitioners. Because our products and priorities evolve, we’re looking for someone who learns new technical domains quickly.
AI is part of how this team works. We use AI-assisted workflows and tools throughout the content lifecycle, from research and drafting to review, validation, and maintenance. You’ll use these tools every day and help the team get better at using them.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, research, write, and maintain documentation and learning content (concepts, tasks, tutorials, references, and in-product learning) that supports adoption and long-term product mastery.
Use AI tools and workflows to work faster and at a higher quality: drafting, structuring, technical validation, consistency checks, and keeping content current. You apply human judgment to everything AI produces and take responsibility for its accuracy.
Contribute to the team’s shared AI workflows and skills, and look for ways to improve and automate how we create and maintain content as tools and models evolve.
Partner with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements, interview subject matter experts, and turn complex technical detail into clear, accurate content.
Test what you document. Run the software, follow your own procedures, and flag product and UX gaps you find along the way.
Let data guide your priorities. We have strong docs and learning analytics. You’ll use them, along with user feedback, to find content gaps, prioritize your work, and show the impact of what you ship.
Work with the documentation manager and other writers to improve information architecture, voice, and consistency across our docs, and to make information easy to find for both people and AI-driven search and assistants.
Manage several projects at once, using judgment to prioritize and communicate clearly when the plan changes.
Mentor teammates and share practices that raise the quality of the team’s work.
Requirements
What experience would make someone be successful in this role?
Experience writing or documenting enterprise or developer-facing software, with a portfolio or writing samples that show technical depth.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and models in your writing workflow (such as LLM assistants, agentic coding tools, or custom prompts and skills), and the ability to explain how you evaluate and verify their output.
Experience working with docs-as-code: command-line Git, GitHub (pull requests and reviews), Markdown, and common IDEs.
Comfort working in technical environments. You can set up, run, and troubleshoot software yourself to verify what you write (for example, command line, containers, or Kubernetes, or a willingness to learn quickly).
Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers to get accurate technical information.
Experience working remotely and asynchronously on a distributed team.
What you’ll bring to the role
Curiosity about AI as a craft. You treat AI workflows as a professional skill. You experiment, share what works, and know where AI helps and where it doesn’t.
Technical credibility. You care about accuracy, you learn new technical domains quickly, and you ask questions until you understand them.
Strong judgment and editing skills. You can tell good content from plausible-sounding content, and you hold the line on quality.
Ownership. You manage multiple projects and work well both independently and collaboratively.
Clarity. You write concisely and plainly for readers of all experience levels.
Bonus: Experience with observability, monitoring, or cloud-native tooling, or contributing to open source documentation.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a sharp, user-focused UX Researcher to help shape and improve the overall player experience. You’ll act as the voice of the user by conducting research, uncovering behavioral insights, and turning those findings into clear, actionable product decisions.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys working with ambiguity, finding meaningful insights, and turning research into measurable product outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- User Research Operations — Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies including user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and diary studies across the full player journey.

- Competitor & Market Research — Conduct structured competitive analysis of sweepstakes casino products to benchmark our UX against industry standards and identify gaps.
- Wireframing & Prototyping — Use Figma or Visily to translate research insights into wireframes, user flows, and low-to-mid fidelity prototypes that guide product and design decisions.
- User Personas & Journey Mapping — Develop and maintain player personas, customer journey maps, and mental models that inform product strategy and prioritization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work directly with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to embed user insights into the product lifecycle from ideation through launch.
- Stakeholder Reporting — Document and present research findings clearly to stakeholders, making complex insights accessible and actionable.
- UX Standards — Champion user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices across all product initiatives.
- Continuous Discovery — Proactively identify new research questions, monitor industry UX trends, and propose process improvements to keep our research function sharp.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in UX research, with a portfolio or case studies demonstrating research-to-product impact.
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Visily for wireframing, prototyping, and user flow design.
- Proven experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and surveys — both moderated and unmoderated.
- Familiarity with analytics and behavioral tools such as Mixpanel, Hotjar, FullStory, or Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset — ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear, prioritized insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present research clearly to non-research audiences.
- Advanced AI user — comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, generate interview guides, and surface patterns at scale.
- English fluency required.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in sweepstakes casino, online gaming, fintech, or consumer subscription products.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
- Exposure to game mechanics, reward loops, or player psychology research.

Partner with engineers on long-term technical direction, design, and production reviews, supporting their ownership of technical decisions and holding the team accountable for delivery

Experience building and operating complex software systems at scale, with the technical judgment to guide decisions across the stack and learn unfamiliar systems
Experience leading complex initiatives across engineering teams and cross-functional partners, earning trust beyond your reporting line, resolving competing priorities, and delivering shared business goals
Sound judgment about reliability, security, and sustainable operations, with clear communication and respect for engineers’ technical ownership
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience building shared reliability platforms, observability or distributed tracing systems, or tooling that reduces toil across multiple engineering teams
Familiarity with traffic management, service discovery or service meshes, container orchestration, infrastructure as code, or capacity and performance engineering
Experience improving incident response processes and reducing on-call burden
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. About the job
We are actively recruiting for this role to fill an existing vacancy. This position will be responsible for working constructively with our customers and partners to resolve billing issues and fraudulent misuse of services.
We are seeking a sharp, highly data-oriented, and tenacious Fraud Specialist to join our team. Unlike a traditional billing or collections role focused on routine outreach or simple invoice review, this position is a hybrid of financial investigation, root cause analysis, and strategic dispute negotiation. In this role, you will look for billing discrepancies, investigate Artificially Inflated Traffic (AIT) or IRSF (International Revenue Share Fraud), dig deep into messaging and call data, project manage high-value customer and vendor disputes, and build data-backed cases to resolve discrepancies. You will build dashboards to communicate key metrics and drive action. If you love solving complex data puzzles, negotiating with external parties, and finding win-win outcomes, this is the role for you.
You will be part of a company that is the category leader in Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS), an organization working with the largest customers and partners, and a team of operators and former consultants that have delivered exceptional impact. If you have an extreme owner / founder mindset and a desire to solve big challenges, you’ll find yourself at home.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Advise account managers, accounting, and management on best practices to handle billing disputes
Negotiate with customers and carriers with an understanding of resolution levers available as per contractual terms and industry norms
Identify, analyze, and handle fraudulent misuse (such as Artificially Inflated Traffic) and billing errors (such as rate differences) with both vendors and customers
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer and vendor disputes from intake of disputes to initiating disputes, tracking progress, and ensuring timely, documented resolution
Uncover and resolve discrepancies, overcharges, and unpaid balances with carriers and customers due to quantities, rates, currency, and other root causes
Dig into call and messaging data to identify why bills don’t match or find evidence of fraud
Build dashboards that communicate key metrics related to the lifecycle of disputes
Read contracts and interpret what should be the invoice versus what it is
Act as the primary point of contact to negotiate dispute resolutions, settlements, and payment terms in accordance with company practices
Partner closely with data analytics, engineering, and accounting to reconcile accounts
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
*Required:
8+ years of professional experience in telecom operations, fraud operations, customer success, vendor management, procurement, collections, or consulting.
Sharp written and verbal communication skills.
Experience negotiating disputes constructively with customers or vendors.
Experience in collections, dispute resolution, or billing analysis.
Experience in project management.
Experience wrangling data with Excel / Google Sheets, Looker or SQL.
Desired:
Understanding of the A2P SMS ecosystem, international traffic routing, international revenue share fraud (IRSF), artificially inflated traffic (AIT) and the ecosystem profit chains.
Understanding of industry standards with respect to AIT and fraud handling such as frameworks from i3forum, GSMA, MEF or ITW Global Leaders’ Forum.

We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Developer Platform https://www.notion.com/product/dev engineer, you will directly contribute to the foundational pieces that make Notion extensible and connected. You will build tools, APIs, and platform experiences that help customers connect Notion to the world — bringing their apps, data, and workflows into one workspace. Your work will make it easier for developers, admins, and builders to create reliable integrations and automations on top of Notion.
You will be a key player in building the robust technical foundation that allows Notion to achieve the connected workspace vision. Your work will include both internal platform contributions that accelerate other Notion engineering teams and end-user-facing functionality that enables toolmaking ubiquity. You’ll play a key role in identifying and executing against technical investments that ensure the long-term quality, reliability, and performance of Notion’s platform as we scale.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- You’ll work with a team of engineers and cross-functional partners across product, design, data science, and user research to define a product strategy and drive execution through conception, research, implementation, and maintenance.
- You’ll evolve Developer Platform capabilities across APIs, MCP tools, and integration infrastructure that help customers automate workflows, customize Notion, and connect Notion to the tools and data they use every day.
- You’ll contribute to the overall performance, reliability, and robustness of the Notion product, ensuring it scales elegantly across many dimensions.
- You’ll partner with engineering leaders to identify and execute against high-leverage technical investments that ensure the long-term flexibility and sustainability of our core systems.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 7+ years of experience shipping production software, with a strong track record of owning features end-to-end
- Fluency with TypeScript across both backend and frontend
- Strong product instincts: you can take a vague problem, propose a solid technical approach, and know when to cut scope
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience building developer tools like APIs and SDKs
- Experience driving teams toward shared goals and balancing business priorities with individuals’ strengths, areas of interest, and career development goals
- Familiarity with AI/agent tooling, evals, or LLM-driven product experiences

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring a Lead Recruiter to own Director-level and above hiring across our G&A and business functions. You will lead some of the company’s most critical leadership searches, partnering directly with senior stakeholders to identify and hire leaders who will shape Ramp’s next stage of growth.
You will own searches from initial scoping through close, partnering directly with executives and senior leaders across the business. You will be expected to develop real fluency in each area you support, translate ambiguous business needs into clear hiring strategies, and bring an independent point of view on talent.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally strong at research, assessment, stakeholder partnership, and closing. You should be comfortable challenging assumptions, navigating sensitive and confidential searches, and creating structure without slowing the business down. You should be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, builds pipelines from scratch, and takes ownership of moving searches forward even when the role, target profile, or process is still taking shape.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Director-level and above roles across G&A and business functions, from intake and market mapping through offer and close.
- Develop real fluency in the functions you support and quickly build context when taking on a new area, so you can identify the signals that distinguish exceptional leaders beyond title, company, and tenure.
- Build proactive pipelines through market research, targeted sourcing, referrals, and thoughtful engagement with passive candidates. Independently build momentum on confidential searches where broad outreach or an existing pipeline may not be available.
- Develop assessment approaches that surface a candidate’s leadership effectiveness, functional expertise, and ability to operate at Ramp’s pace and scale.
- Move fluidly across functions, evolving role definitions, and competing priorities while maintaining a consistently high bar for talent, execution, and candidate experience.
- Exercise discretion throughout sensitive searches, managing candidate information and stakeholder communication with sound judgment.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- A track record of independently leading complex senior-level searches from initial scoping through accepted offer.
- Ability to advise senior leaders, challenge requirements, and influence hiring decisions through clear communication, market insight, and data.
- Demonstrated ability to build fluency in unfamiliar functions, context-switch across very different searches, and maintain strong judgment as priorities and scope change.
- A high level of ownership and comfort with ambiguity. You can turn an open-ended business need into an actionable search, build a pipeline from scratch, and drive progress without waiting for direction.
- Strong closing skills, including experience navigating competing offers, senior candidates, and sensitive searches.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Prior experience in executive search or a dedicated leadership recruiting role, particularly across G&A or business functions.
- Experience partnering directly with CEOs or other C-suite leaders on critical hires.
- Experience improving interview architecture, scorecards, market maps, or recruiting processes where structure was limited or still being built.
- Experience developing AI-enabled recruiting workflows that were adopted beyond your own individual searches.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents

- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
