At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
We are looking for an Accountant to join the team! This role will handle royalty accounting at Hasbro, focusing mainly on entertainment royalty revenue. This includes participation and residual reporting as well as preparing statements for our third-party partners. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Royalties, this position will ensure entertainment royalty revenue and related balances are recorded fully, accurately, and promptly. The Accountant will also assist with royalty accounting for Hasbro's wider licensee network. This role requires an accountant who takes full responsibility for their work and continuously seeks improvement.
This is an exciting time to join the team! We are modernizing how royalty accounting works by strengthening controls, simplifying processes, and setting a higher standard for accuracy and efficiency. We want someone who contributes to that from day one. Success here means performing your work reliably while identifying manual, repetitive, or fragile steps in your tasks and improving them.
Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.
What You Will Do as an Accountant:
Manage entertainment royalty revenue accounting — calculate, classify, and record entertainment royalty revenue precisely, and prepare required journal entries, account reconciliations, and support for our business partners.
Keep track of participation and residual payments and report on them. Prepare guarantee statements for third-party partners. Confirm accuracy and timely delivery.
Support the close and controls by completing month-end and quarter-end close tasks. Prepare reconciliations and checks that maintain accurate and well-documented royalty accounting. Help address any gaps as they arise.
Cultivate continual advancement in your work — consistently detect manual, repetitive, or unstable steps and redesign, automate, or refine them; evaluate the impact and solidify the improvement.
Support the broader royalty function — help with royalty accounting, reconciliations, and analysis across Hasbro's wider network of licensees as required, contributing wherever the team requires additional capacity.
Collaborate throughout the business by working with Finance, Legal, business operations, and the broader royalty team. Keep royalty accounting consistent with operational realities and help resolve issues.
Read and apply contract terms by reviewing licensing and entertainment agreements and amendments. Ensure royalty accounting reflects the deal terms. Work with Technical Accounting on complex judgments.
Support audits — prepare documentation and respond to internal and external auditor requests, helping ensure the control environment holds up to scrutiny.
Complete ad hoc projects — support special analyses and process or system initiatives as the function evolves.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or proven experience; moving toward or showing interest in a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is beneficial.
1–3 years of accounting experience, including internships; public accounting and/or public company experience and Big Four exposure are a plus.
A genuine bias toward continuous improvement includes concrete examples from a job, internship, or project. These examples show spotting a manual or inefficient task and making it faster, cleaner, or automated.
Familiarity with US GAAP and internal controls / Sarbanes-Oxley principles; experience with revenue recognition (ASC 606) or entertainment revenue accounting (ASC 926) is advantageous.
Adaptability and curiosity with systems and technology, and eagerness to use tools to work more efficiently and reduce manual effort.
Experience in reviewing contracts, along with familiarity with entertainment, media, or licensing accounting, is advantageous.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and BlackLine a plus.
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment while keeping accuracy and attention to detail.

We are seeking a
Senior Mobile Engineer
to take ownership of the Mattermost mobile experience for teams working in defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure. Our users operate in DDIL environments where connectivity may be disconnected, denied, intermittent, or limited, security is non-negotiable, and the software they depend on has to keep working.
Our mobile app is primarily React Native and TypeScript today, with native iOS and Android integrations. Your immediate focus will be making that experience more reliable and performant. Over time, you'll also help shape the next generation of our cross-platform mobile architecture.
You'll work hands-on across application and native layers, partner closely with platform and feature teams, work directly with customer-facing teams on field reports from constrained environments, and help raise the bar for how we observe, diagnose, and build mobile software.
Responsibilities
Reliability and Performance
Architect the app for DDIL and other constrained network environments
Improve data and functional reliability across connection lifecycle, synchronization, recovery, and failure scenarios
Own crash-free and release-health outcomes, using telemetry to proactively identify regressions and drive them through diagnosis to resolution
Profile and improve performance across startup, networking, storage, rendering, memory, and battery usage
Mobile Platform Ownership
Own critical iOS and Android integrations and the boundaries between native and cross-platform code
Maintain and evolve platform capabilities including push notifications, background execution, secure storage, app lifecycle, and real-time communications
Build within mobile distribution and device-management constraints, including App Store, enterprise and MDM deployment, AppConfig, and Intune MAM
Diagnose production issues from native traces, telemetry, device profiling, and sparse field logs
Make architecture recommendations that balance near-term delivery with the long-term direction of the mobile platform
Craft and Delivery
Mentor engineers on mobile architecture, reliability, performance, and platform best practices
Uphold security and compliance standards required by government and enterprise customers
Contribute to the open-source codebase
Use AI coding tools effectively, applying strong engineering judgment to increase output without compromising reliability or quality
What We Are Looking For
We care about what you've built and the problems you've solved — not how long you've been building. If you have strong outcomes to speak to in mobile engineering, we want to hear from you.
Required:
Deep expertise in iOS or Android development, with strong working knowledge of the other platform
Strong understanding of mobile architecture, platform SDKs, lifecycle constraints, and networking fundamentals
Experience building reliable mobile systems that behave predictably through unreliable connectivity, local state changes, synchronization, and recovery
Strong mobile performance profiling and production debugging skills on real devices
Experience using production data, crash metrics, and release-health signals to drive reliability improvements
Experience making architecture recommendations and owning technical outcomes
Ability and willingness to work across native and cross-platform codebases
AI fluency and experience using coding agents to increase engineering output while applying judgment to ensure reliable outcomes
Preferred:
Experience with React Native and TypeScript
Experience with mobile persistence, synchronization, or offline-capable systems
Experience with real-time communications or platform media frameworks such as WebRTC, CallKit, or Android audio APIs
Experience with enterprise mobile distribution, MDM, AppConfig, or Intune MAM
Experience building mobile software for security-sensitive, regulated, or operationally constrained environments
Open-source contributions
Why Mattermost
Mission-driven work:
Your contributions directly support the organizations and missions that depend on secure, reliable collaboration including the U.S. Department of War and critical infrastructure operators worldwide
Remote-first culture:
Work from anywhere with a globally distributed, high-trust team built for autonomy and ownership
AI-forward environment:
We actively adopt and build AI-enabled workflows. Agentic development is core craft here, not a novelty
End-to-end ownership:
Ship and own complex software across the full stack with real accountability for what you build
Open source at the core:
Be part of a vibrant developer community shaping the future of secure collaboration

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
The Partner Team at Vercel is charged with creating mutual success for Vercel, our partners, and our customers. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Programs to build and scale the programs, infrastructure, and operating model that turn Vercel's partner strategy into repeatable, high-leverage execution across our entire partner ecosystem, including SIs, GSIs, ISV co-sell, and product partners.
Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, this person owns how partner strategy gets operationalized: designing the shared systems, journeys, and enablement that every partner type moves through, so partner leadership and partner managers can focus on strategy, relationships, and growth rather than rebuilding infrastructure partner-by-partner.
This is a hybrid position, with a required 3 days per week in one of our San Francisco, Austin, or New York City offices.
What you'll do
Own the partner journey framework: design and continuously improve the shared journey every partner moves through, from Acquisition to Onboarding to Activation to Acceleration, including eligibility criteria, intake paths, incentives, tiering, and agreements.
Lead partner enablement & certification: own the roadmap and delivery model for partner onboarding, training, certification, and badging programs, partnering with PSE and GTM Enablement on technical training content.
Establish governance & standards: define tiering, KPIs, and rules of engagement across partner types, and drive consistent standards across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
Design repeatable GTM plays: build co-sell, pipeline-generation, and joint go-to-market motions that scale successful partner plays rather than reinventing them per relationship.
Run partner communications & community: own ongoing partner comms, news, meetups, summits, self-serve co-marketing kits, and the Partner Advisory Board with its feedback loops.
Use data to evolve programs: evaluate program and partner performance using data and partner feedback, and recommend where programs should expand, simplify, or retire.
Act as the execution arm of partner strategy: translate partner leadership's priorities (enterprise, agentic pipeline, scale) into clear, resourced programs and roadmaps.
What you need
6+ years in partnerships, partner programs, ecosystem enablement, or GTM strategy roles, in AI / Developer tooling.
Proven experience and results building and scaling partner programs.
Strong understanding of the developer, modern web, and AI agent ecosystem.
Experience with PRM systems, marketplaces, or partner ecosystem tooling.
Ability to translate ambiguous strategy into concrete, scalable programs and measurable execution.
Strong cross-functional leadership; comfortable driving alignment across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success without direct authority.
Data-driven approach to evaluating program performance and partner feedback.
Clear, confident communicator capable of building tools, content, and playbooks that other people can execute consistently.
Bonus if you have
Experience designing governance, tiering, or certification frameworks for multiple partner types simultaneously (SIs, ISVs, GSIs, resellers).
Exposure to AI/ML, devtools, cloud, or SaaS startup ecosystems.
Experience standing up or migrating PRM/marketplace infrastructure.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $175,000 - $230,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The Customer Success Team
The Customer Success Team owns full project lifecycles and client deliveries end-to-end; keeping Security Research, Secure Development, Engineering, Sales, Solutions, Executive team and clients aligned on a shared plan throughout the entire delivery. Core responsibility of the Customer Success team is client satisfaction as well as supporting any renewal discussions and ongoing partnership. The type of deliveries span across the security services work (audits, reviews, applied research), smart contract library development, web3 tooling as well as marketing and developer relationship engagements.
What you'll be doing
Own the Engagement:
Own the full lifecycle of strategic ecosystem accounts, from kickoff through delivery, renewal, and expansion. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for each client.
Drive Delivery:
Lead client kickoffs, manage scope through a structured change-order process, oversee end-to-end audit delivery, coordinate quality review and publishing, and proactively escalate risks to internal leadership.
Administer Program Governance:
Operate the day-to-day governance framework for each engagement — RASCI matrices, workstream structures, and engagement models — and keep the program's working cadence and reporting metrics current. Maintain core program artifacts (milestone plans, scope/MVP definitions, RAID logs) as the definitive source of truth, and formulate executive-level status reports for client and internal leadership.
Orchestrate Technical Delivery:
Coordinate architecture and requirements sessions with client engineering teams and translate outcomes into actionable delivery milestones. Oversee delivery across audit and engineering teams — backlogs, sprints, and stage gates — to ensure high-quality, on-time releases, and provide formal go/no-go recommendations at key milestones. Manage technical dependencies including repository access, audit cycles, and vendor onboarding, collaborating with legal on contractual or SOW-related blockers.
Coordinate Third-Party Infrastructure:
Synchronize delivery timelines and technical specifications with third-party infrastructure providers and partners, supporting senior leadership in commercial and contractual decision-making where needed.
Facilitate Dependency Mapping & Risk Management:
Facilitate stakeholder coordination and dependency mapping across cross-functional teams, resolving operational blockers at the working level and escalating critical decisions to senior stakeholders. Maintain the program's risk and compliance register and drive a regular cadence for regulatory-readiness governance and mitigation.
Build Account Intelligence:
Maintain deep, current knowledge of each ecosystem's goals, tech stack, governance, roadmap, and funding landscape. Anticipate client needs and surface opportunities before they are asked for.
Grow the Account:
Partner with Sales, Secure Development, Security Services, and Growth to identify upsell opportunities, build compelling renewal narratives tied to value delivered, and contribute directly to the business unit's recurring revenue and subscription targets. Coordinate on target-state and go-to-market use cases, monitoring GTM execution and flagging slippage to program leadership.
Engage Technically:
Review codebases at a high level for estimation purposes, hold meaningful technical conversations with client engineering teams, and translate between the client's technical context and OpenZeppelin's delivery teams.
Operate with Rigor:
Monitor team performance against key delivery metrics including resource utilization, allocation, and on-time delivery. Use our internal tooling (GitHub, Notion, Slack, HubSpot, and our internal automation system) to streamline workflows and reduce operational overhead.
Deliver Unreasonable Hospitality:
Every interaction should exceed expectations. You set the standard for exceptional client care across all account touchpoints, and the judgment calls that AI tooling cannot replicate are yours to make.
You have
5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Engagement Management, Solutions Architecture, or a closely related customer-facing technical role.
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical delivery on time and within scope, and managing a book of business with renewal and expansion responsibility.
Technical background sufficient to review code at a high level for estimation and to hold credible conversations about smart contract architecture. You do not need to write Solidity, but you should not be lost in a code review.
Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, L1/L2 infrastructure, and the dynamics of open-source business models. Genuine passion for the space.
Solidity or Rust reading proficiency, or hands-on cybersecurity experience.
Exceptional relationship-building skills. Clients call you first because they want to, not because they have to.
Strong commercial instincts: experience managing renewal cycles, negotiating change orders, and building account expansion narratives.
Superb organization and the ability to manage multiple complex engagements concurrently across many stakeholders and time zones.
Advanced English; excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable presenting to a CTO and a CFO in the same meeting.
Advanced knowledge of project management and collaboration tools including GitHub, Notion, Linear, Slack, and HubSpot.
Comfort working in a fully remote, async-first, globally distributed environment.
Nice to have
Prior experience working directly with protocol teams, L2 ecosystems, or blockchain foundations.
Familiarity with OpenZeppelin's product suite (Contracts, Open-Source Tools, Audits, AI Auditor).
Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent).
Background in solutions consulting, technical pre-sales, or professional services delivery.
Experience in a high-growth startup building processes from scratch.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE HEALTHCARE TEAM
- Our healthcare agents already reach over 50% of U.S. families. We partner with leading health plans, providers, and healthcare platforms to deliver AI agents that handle some of the most sensitive and high stakes conversations in any industry. From helping members understand their benefits to resolving billing questions with empathy, our healthcare agents are transforming how patients and policyholders interact with the healthcare system.
- Our healthcare customers include major health insurance networks, nonprofit providers, multi-site primary and urgent care practices, healthcare diagnostics companies, and healthcare financial platforms.
- Join us to transform the patient experience across the healthcare system—and help build technology that makes care more accessible, more human and more affordable for everyone.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design integrations grounded in real healthcare workflows. Translate customer requirements into clear recommendations on interfaces, data flows, and EHR configuration. Identify assumptions, tradeoffs, and limitations so engineering teams have an actionable implementation plan.
- Resolve customer-specific EHR complexity. Understand how each organization configures and operates its EHR, including scheduling rules, patient identity, permissions, and workflow dependencies. Work with customer analysts, vendor teams, and Sierra engineers to investigate unexpected behavior and resolve integration blockers.
- Guide integration readiness through go-live. Define customer setup requirements, dependencies, and validation criteria. Guide EHR and IT teams through application registration, access provisioning, environment setup, and workflow testing, partnering with engineers to verify that integrations behave as intended.
- Bring EHR expertise to customer discovery. Partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Agent Development to assess feasibility, explain integration requirements, and scope achievable projects. Make clear what Sierra supports today and what requires additional configuration or development.
- Shape Sierra’s healthcare integration roadmap. Evaluate vendor capabilities, integration programs, and emerging customer needs. Recommend where to invest, distinguishing reusable platform capabilities from customer-specific configuration and implementation work.
- Make each implementation easier than the last. Turn deployment experience into reference designs, implementation guides, and internal training. Help teams apply proven approaches and recognize when a customer’s requirements call for a different design.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare interoperability or EHR implementation, with direct responsibility for designing or delivering integrations at an EHR vendor, health system, healthcare technology company, or implementation consultancy.
- Deep expertise in at least one major EHR ecosystem, such as Epic, athenahealth, Oracle Health, eClinicalWorks, MEDITECH, or similar systems. You understand its integration options, configuration model, and implementation processes, and can investigate unfamiliar capabilities independently.
- Practical knowledge of patient-access workflows, such as scheduling, registration, or referral management. You can explain how operational rules and customer configuration affect what an integration can do.
- Technical fluency in healthcare integrations. You can read API documentation, interpret requests and responses, and troubleshoot data and configuration issues. You have hands-on experience with relevant approaches such as FHIR, HL7v2, vendor APIs, or file-based exchange, and can explain when to use them.
- A track record of taking third-party integrations through deployment. You have worked through application registration, authentication and permissions, test and production environments, workflow validation, and go-live dependencies.
- Clear communication and independent judgment. You can lead discovery with EHR analysts and operational teams, turn incomplete information into an implementation plan, and explain recommendations to software engineers and business stakeholders. You know when to validate an assumption before committing to an approach.
EVEN BETTER...
- Epic certifications in areas such as Bridges, Cadence, Prelude, or Interconnect, or comparable expertise in another EHR ecosystem.
- Experience across multiple EHR vendors or health systems, particularly integrating third-party products into patient-access or contact-center workflows.
- Experience using SQL, scripts, or code to investigate integration issues, or working with teams building AI agents for healthcare.
- Hands-on software development experience, including building or extending integrations with EHRs or other healthcare systems.
- Comfortable contributing directly to integration code, including implementing API calls, troubleshooting failures, and writing tests. Experience with TypeScript, Go, or Python is a plus.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most

These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Sr. Principal Engineer, Data & Machine Learning
San Mateo, CA
Why PlayStation Data & Intelligence
PlayStation reaches more than 100+ million people. Behind those experiences is one of the largest consumer data estates in entertainment: tens of petabytes under management and trillions of telemetry events a year, powering personalization, experimentation, partner analytics and enterprise decisions across the company.
We are in the middle of a multi-year shift in how that data creates value. Today intelligence often arrives after the moment has passed. Our goal is a connected intelligence layer where trusted context about players, content, partners and the business is built once, reused everywhere, activated at the point of decision, and improved by evidence about what happened next. That includes serving AI models and agents with the same governed meaning, quality and permissions we give to people.
This role helps shape how that is built across PlayStation.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Principal Engineer, Data & Machine Learning to serve as chief architect for our Data & Intelligence organization and as the senior technical authority for how SIE builds, reuses and activates trusted data and intelligence.
This is one of SIE’s most senior individual-contributor roles. You will report directly to the Vice President of the organization, sit on the leadership team alongside the Sr. Directors who run our two delivery portfolios, chair our architecture review forum, and lead a community of Principal Engineers anchored to the major architectural seams. You will have no direct reports by design; your leverage comes from the architecture, the standards and the decisions the whole organization builds against.
This is a hands-on role. You will author architectures and reference implementations, prototype uncertain approaches, review the designs and code that matter most, and step in directly when a technical problem puts an important outcome at risk.
What You’ll Own
You will set the architecture for, and drive reuse across, the initiatives that define the next three years of data and intelligence at PlayStation:
A single, reusable understanding of the player.
The context, lifecycle and lifetime-value intelligence that powers experiences and decisions across PlayStation, built once and reused rather than rebuilt per use case.
Content and game understanding.
Intelligence about titles, experiences and how players engage with them, connected through engagement and content graphs to improve discovery, personalization and new AI experiences.
Creator and partner intelligence.
Reusable title, launch and lifecycle intelligence available to partners at the point of decision, before launch, while live and after.
Unified measurement.
Experimentation, attribution and causal measurement so the company knows what changed an outcome, by how much, and what to do next.
Activation.
Real-time signals, activation data products and APIs that deliver trusted context into the systems that personalize and act.
Semantic and conversational intelligence.
A shared layer of business meaning and metrics that people, analytical tools and AI agents can query and trust.
Enterprise decision data.
Decision-grade finance and supply-chain data that accelerates transformation programs across SIE.
Trusted foundations and golden paths.
Data contracts, certification, lineage, unified events and standard publish-to-consume paths, with trust designed into the lifecycle; and launch data readiness so priority launches have their signals and measures from day one.
What You’ll Do
Translate our multi-year Data & Intelligence strategy into a coherent technical strategy and target architecture, with clear principles for trusted data products, ML systems, shared intelligence, evaluation, activation and lifecycle management.
Chair the architecture review forum: set its charter and cadence, publish decisions, track adoption and hold the line on non-conforming designs.
Own the boundary decisions between platform capabilities built for reuse and domain delivery, and keep them stable.
Define and ratify the standards teams build against: data contracts, golden paths, model evaluation and experimentation, observability, reliability, cost and lifecycle management.
Lead the technical direction of our hardest cross-organizational initiatives; author proposals, reference designs and prototypes that establish a credible path from concept to production.
Work directly with engineering and data science teams to remove critical blockers, so that decisions become usable capabilities rather than architecture on paper.
Partner with security, privacy, legal, governance and responsible-AI teams to embed controls throughout the data and ML lifecycle, including the responsible use of proprietary data, third-party and foundation models, and externally hosted AI services.
Identify duplicative capabilities, drive rationalization and retirement, and improve interoperability across SIE’s data and ML landscape.
Advise senior executives on major technical investments, tradeoffs, emerging capabilities and long-term risk; produce the written recommendations that drive annual planning.
Connect technical investment to named consumers, decisions and measurable outcomes; define how we measure adoption, reuse, time-to-action, quality, reliability, safety and cost.
Lead a community of Principal Engineers; mentor Principal, Staff and Senior engineers, architects, ML engineers and data scientists.
Represent SIE’s data and machine learning direction in senior leadership forums, partner organizations and, where appropriate, the broader industry.
What We’re Looking For
15+ years in software, data or machine learning engineering, including 9+ years leading the architecture and delivery of large-scale, complex systems.
A track record of authoring architectures, standards or platforms that were adopted across multiple organizations and stayed in use.
Experience taking data, ML or decisioning systems serving tens of millions of consumers into production and operating them at scale.
Experience chairing, or being the deciding technical voice in, an architecture review forum spanning multiple engineering organizations.
Deep expertise in at least two of: reusable data products, semantic and metadata layers and data contracts; ML platforms, lifecycle management, evaluation and decisioning; real-time signals, distributed inference and activation platforms; experimentation and causal measurement; generative AI, retrieval and agentic systems; responsible AI, privacy and technical governance.
Strong command of distributed systems, cloud, data architecture, APIs, security, reliability, observability and performance engineering.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives, engineering and product leaders, and cross-functional partners without direct authority.
Outstanding written communication. This role leads through documents.
Experience mentoring Staff, Principal or similarly senior technical professionals.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
Data and ML applied in gaming, entertainment, media, digital commerce or another large-scale consumer ecosystem.
Personalization, recommendations, customer intelligence, content intelligence, experimentation or predictive decisioning at scale.
Shared data or ML platforms serving multiple products and organizational domains.
Feature, vector, graph, semantic or knowledge platforms; AI gateways and LLMOps.
Experience translating research or emerging technology into production capabilities.
Contributions to the field through open source, patents, publications, standards or conference talks.
Why You’ll Love This Role
Set the technical direction for data and intelligence across PlayStation.
Own the architecture behind experiences reaching more than 100 million people.
Report directly to the VP and sit on the organization’s leadership team.
Build once, reuse everywhere: the mandate is to end duplicated work, not add to it.
Work with strong Principal and Staff engineers, data scientists and product leaders across the company.
Stay hands-on at the most senior IC level.
