About the Team
You will join our global Web3 growth and ecosystem team and support the global growth and ecosystem development of broader Web3 initiatives.
This is a global role working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple markets and regions to identify opportunities.
Responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Role Overview
This is a global Web3 growth and ecosystem role, based in Hong Kong and operating across markets. We are looking for a globally minded operations professional who is deeply involved in the on-chain ecosystem, understands diverse on-chain user communities, and can independently plan and execute campaigns across regions.
You will work around X Layer and OKX Wallet to connect ecosystem projects, communities, and users worldwide; bring high-quality applications to real users; and turn campaign participation into sustained on-chain usage and ecosystem growth.
This focuses respectively on public blockchain ecosystem partnerships and operations and global Wallet user growth and campaign operations. Both require strong ecosystem knowledge, cross-market user insight, and end-to-end campaign execution capabilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Ecosystem Research and Opportunity Identification
: Continuously track leading public blockchains and sectors such as DeFi, on-chain trading, and consumer applications across global markets. Identify projects with product value, an established user base, and growth potential, and develop actionable partnership and operational plans.
Ecosystem Partnerships and Development
: Build and maintain relationships with project teams, communities, and ecosystem partners across regions. Drive globally scalable co-marketing campaigns, application promotion, and user education, while continuously tracking post-launch activity and growth.
Global User Insights and Operations
: Engage deeply with on-chain user communities across markets to understand the motivations, decision-making habits, and barriers faced by different user segments. Establish user segmentation and feedback mechanisms, and optimise the conversion journey from first-time experience to ongoing usage.
Campaign Planning and Execution
: Independently lead global and regional ecosystem co-marketing campaigns, on-chain quests, trading campaigns, community incentive programs, AMAs, and online/offline events. Own target-setting, campaign mechanics, budget planning, resource coordination, launch execution, and post-campaign analysis.
Growth and Data Analysis:
Define metrics around qualified new users, first on-chain interactions, activity, retention, and partner-project growth. Evaluate performance using on-chain and product data, and continuously optimize participation requirements, incentive mechanisms, and operational investment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and regional teams to turn user feedback into product and operational improvements, ensuring a seamless connection between campaigns and the product experience.
What We Look For In You
Experience in Web3 ecosystem operations, user growth, community operations, or campaign operations. Able to provide complete case studies of projects personally led, with verifiable results.
Long-term, hands-on participation in the on-chain ecosystem. Proficient in using wallets, DEXs, cross-chain bridges, and mainstream DApps; understands core concepts such as token approvals, gas fees, slippage, and liquidity; and can independently conduct product-experience and user-journey analysis.
Familiarity with on-chain users and their communities. Understands behavioral differences among trading-focused, DeFi-focused, and task-driven users, and can distinguish short-term, incentive-driven participation from needs that support sustained usage.
Understanding of public blockchain ecosystem-building dynamics, including project onboarding, application distribution, user acquisition, liquidity, and communities. Able to design partnership proposals that create value for both project teams and users.
Proven experience independently planning and executing campaigns. Able to clearly articulate campaign objectives, target audience, mechanics, budget, execution process, and final outcomes, and propose improvements based on post-campaign reviews.
Strong data mindset, with the ability to analyze operational conversion funnels, user retention, and campaign costs. Accountable for genuine user growth and business outcomes.
Strong communication, project-management, and execution skills; able to drive projects in a fast-paced, globally distributed, cross-functional environment. Professional English communication and copywriting skills are required to work effectively with international projects, communities, and internal stakeholders. Additional language capabilities and experience operating across multiple markets are advantageous.
Preferred Global Experience
Deep involvement in on-chain ecosystems such as RWA and Meme, with an understanding of user personas, community culture, asset issuance, and trading mechanics across different sectors. Relevant project operations or growth experience is preferred.
Ongoing attention to and hands-on experience with emerging protocols such as Tapeout. Able to analyze product mechanics, user participation journeys, and growth opportunities, and translate these into concrete partnership or campaign proposals.
Experience in Meme community operations, trend-based campaign planning, or on-chain trading campaigns. Able to manage communication timing and drive community participation and user conversion.
Experience in user education, ecosystem partnerships, or campaign planning for RWA projects. Able to translate complex product mechanisms into clear, easy-to-understand content and participation flows.
An active global network of on-chain users, project teams, trading communities, or content creators, with the ability to independently drive cross-market partnerships and produce verifiable growth results.
Demonstrated success in converting early momentum around emerging sectors or protocols into Wallet usage, on-chain interactions, and sustained retention.

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. Wrike’s Work Intelligence Unit is building the foundation for a work delivery platform for humans and agents. MCP gives AI assistants secure, permission-aware access to Wrike, Skills help them use that access effectively and GraphQL provides a structured foundation for retrieving and acting on work data.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product direction for Wrike’s AI Platform & Ecosystem, including MCP, Skills and GraphQL. You will make Wrike easier for AI assistants and agents to understand, use and extend.
This is a platform role with broad leverage. You will lead the core MCP team, help other Wrike teams create their own MCP tools and Skills where they hold domain expertise and give the GraphQL engineering team clear product direction on how its capabilities and tools should evolve. You will also own the publishing and ongoing quality of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant AI marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Role Scope:
You will own the strategy and roadmap for Wrike’s agent-facing platform, working closely with the core MCP and GraphQL engineering teams complemented by Architecture, Security, customer-facing and product teams across Wrike.
MCP, Skills and GraphQL Strategy:
Lead the core MCP team and define the roadmap for how external AI assistants and agents securely interact with Wrike.
Define MCP standards and enable other Wrike teams to create high-quality tools for the domains where they have expertise.
Lead the discovery and creation of Skills that help agents and AI assistants use Wrike effectively, while establishing standards that other teams can follow.
Set the product direction for GraphQL and the tools built on top of it, ensuring its evolution improves the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core.
Ecosystem, Quality and Distribution:
Own the publishing, maintenance and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Create a clear approach to MCP quality, reliability, governance, documentation and developer experience.
Work with customers, partners and internal teams to identify the highest-value agent workflows and improve them through feedback and usage data.
Translate technical trade-offs into clear product decisions; hands-on coding is not required.
What You Will Help Shape:
A scalable MCP and Skills ecosystem that lets AI assistants and agents securely understand and act on work in Wrike, while enabling Wrike teams to contribute their domain expertise.
GraphQL capabilities and tools that broaden the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core for MCP, Skills, and future agent experiences.
A strong marketplace presence and high-quality plugin experience across the AI assistants where customers want to use Wrike.
Your Impact:
Make Wrike a trusted, useful system of action for AI assistants and agents working across customers’ existing ecosystems.
Give customers reliable, permission-aware ways to let AI assistants retrieve context and take action in Wrike.
Turn customer needs, ecosystem signals and technical constraints into a focused roadmap for MCP, Skills and GraphQL.
Enable other teams across Wrike to contribute agent-ready tools and Skills while maintaining shared standards for quality and governance.
Your Qualifications:
5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software.
Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance to act effectively.
Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability, and developer experience; hands-on engineering is not required. GraphQL experience and an understanding of structured product data is a major advantage.
Use customer research, adoption data, experiments, and feedback to set priorities and improve outcomes.
Explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
Proactive and can-do: take ownership, solve problems, and adapt as you learn.
Why This Role Is Unique:
You will help define how Wrike becomes a trusted platform for AI assistants and agents, not just a destination where work is stored.
You will work at the intersection of agentic AI, developer experience, enterprise permissions, platform strategy and customer value.
The role is remote across the European Union, with a preference for Prague, Czech Republic and Cyprus.

An overview of this role
As an Engineering Manager, Gitaly at GitLab, you'll guide a deeply technical team focused on building, maintaining, and providing expertise on Gitaly, GitLab's Git data storage tier. The team's work spans development of Gitaly, support for teams across GitLab, new tooling, scalability improvements, new data formats, and ongoing maintenance of the Gitaly codebase.
This role is a good fit for you if you can guide senior and staff engineers through complex, long-horizon technical work while building a culture of technical rigor, clear accountability, and ownership. You'll help the team balance roadmap delivery with GitLab product and infrastructure priorities, especially as much of the team's work is centered on scaling Git storage and adjacent foundational work. Clear written communication and thoughtful technical judgment are central to how this team succeeds.
Project areas include:
Scaling Git storage
Gitaly-related infrastructure and foundational performance work
What you’ll do
Manage a team of senior and staff engineers working on Gitaly and Gitaly-related infrastructure.
Build a team culture where technical rigor, clear accountability, and ownership are the norm.
Drive execution on complex, long-horizon work across performance, scalability, maintainability, and core Gitaly architecture.
Guide the team in balancing roadmap delivery with GitLab product and infrastructure priorities.
Support your engineers' growth through feedback, mentoring, career development, and stretch opportunities.
Foster strong written communication and asynchronous alignment across a fully distributed team.
Partner with teams like Git and other stakeholders who rely on Gitaly expertise for performance, feature design, and roadmap clarity.
Represent the team credibly with cross-functional partners and in stakeholder conversations about Gitaly direction, performance, and scalability.
Take part in on-call or operational support where your team’s ownership model requires it.
What you’ll bring
Experience managing engineering teams with direct reports, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
A management philosophy centered on building engineer agency and ownership, with credibility grounded in consistency, follow-through, and technical judgment.
Proven ability to guide highly specialized engineers through ambiguity, structured debate, high-stakes technical tradeoffs, and the realities of operating a service that is critical to GitLab.
Strong written communication and remote, asynchronous collaboration skills across distributed, multi-timezone teams. You're comfortable moving work forward in documents, issue threads, and asynchronous reviews, not just in meetings.
A track record of delivering under pressure on ambiguous, long-horizon technical projects with clear outcomes, and of reasoning from fundamentals about maintainability, technical debt, and long-term platform viability.
Hands-on background in version control systems, distributed systems, storage engines, or other low-level infrastructure domains, with the ability to engage credibly with systems code and architecture, ideally in Go or similarly performance-sensitive environments.
About the team
On the Gitaly team, we build, maintain, and provide expertise on Gitaly, GitLab's Git data storage tier. Our core work includes development of Gitaly, supporting teams across GitLab, and ensuring the long-term viability of the project. We are a deeply technical team that balances long-running technical work with practical delivery. Strong collaboration with partner teams is central to how we succeed.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE?
ICEYE is seeking an Electrical AIT (Assembly, Integration & Testing) Engineer to own the electrical/avionics side of production end to end -- integration, debugging, continuous improvement, and adapting processes as new designs come through. In this role, you will be the technical expert responsible for satellite-level testing, system validation, and electrical functional performance. You will ensure that the satellite's power, propulsion, GNC, GPS, and CDH/OBC systems perform as a cohesive, flight-ready unit, ensuring the spacecraft meets ICEYE's high standards for reliability and mission success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the integration of electrical/avionics hardware with satellite subsystems (power, propulsion, GNC, GPS, CDH/OBC, thermal), ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Test and validate the hardware/software interface -- telemetry and telecommand behavior, CDH bus interfaces, and OBC-driven subsystem responses -- without owning flight software development or debugging, which sits with the Software AIT team.
- Develop and maintain test scripts and automation (Python) to enhance the efficiency, repeatability, and coverage of functional and environmental test campaigns.
- Act as a primary technical contact for electrical-related integration issues; perform root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate with power/propulsion/GNC engineering to resolve anomalies.
- Support production readiness and design reviews (e.g., PRR, CDR) by providing feedback on electrical testability, HIL and EGSE requirements, and system configuration.
- Contribute to and improve AIT documentation, including electrical test procedures, integration plans, and configuration records.
- Interface with Global AIT, Power/Propulsion/GNC Engineering, and Mission Operations teams to ensure alignment on product standards and lessons learned.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in electrical integration methods, test efficiency, and build reliability.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in electrical/avionics integration, testing, or production of complex systems, preferably in aerospace or high-reliability hardware industries.
- Working proficiency in scripting and automation (Python preferred) for test development and data analysis.
- Deep technical understanding of satellite electrical architectures, including power systems, propulsion, GNC, GPS, and/or CDH/OBC.
- Proven experience in multidisciplinary engineering environments with a focus on system-level validation.
- Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing, environmental testing (EMC, vibration, thermal), and configuration management processes.
- A systems engineering mindset, capable of anticipating integration risks and connecting the dots between software logic, hardware interfaces, and mission operations.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear communication in a cross-functional environment.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience using Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence)
- Lean & Six Sigma experience
- Experience with power system EGSE, propulsion functional testing, or GNC/GPS calibration beyond routine test execution
- Ability to improve and/or write test scripts in Python
- Strong track record of enabling design-for-testability (DFT) and design-for-manufacturing (DFM)
- Proficient in Japanese, both written and spoken
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- A job that matters in a dynamic Defence Technology and Earth Observation environment with a scale-up approach.
- An independent role with a supportive and diverse work environment.
- Health insurance.
- Time for self-development, research, training, conferences, or certification schemes.
- Relocation support, where applicable (e.g., flight tickets, accommodation, relocation agency support).
- Inspiring, collaborative offices and silent workspaces that enable you to focus.

About the role
We're hiring a Trainers Team Lead to run and grow our team of sales trainers and field collector trainers in a fast-growing fintech company. You make sure our field teams get consistent, high-quality training, delivered on time, even as products and priorities change quickly.
You plan trainer capacity, manage workload, develop trainers' skills, and own the quality of training delivery and materials, improving them continuously through feedback and business performance data. The role sits within Partners & Distribution.
What you will do
1. Resource planning
- Own a clear, transparent system for tracking trainer workload
- Manage workload and plan training schedules
- Take on the more complex training tickets yourself
2. Trainer team leadership
- Hire and onboard trainers: define the profile of the trainer we need and spot the skills the team lacks, rather than just hiring someone to run sessions
- Develop trainers' competencies, including facilitation skills and the ability to create learning materials to a set standard
- Support team members while holding them accountable for quality and results
- Coach trainers and subject matter experts, and align learning priorities with operational performance gaps
3. Delivery excellence
- Standardize facilitation practices and monitor consistency across trainers
- Ensure high-quality training delivery
- Own the training tickets and make sure SLAs are met
- Run needs analysis and post-training effectiveness reviews
4. Training materials quality control
- Turn methodology into everyday practice and align trainers with new programs and updates
- Keep training materials current and controlled, together with quality, HR and operations
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in sales training, including at least 1 year managing or supervising trainers
- Experience in fintech, banking, consumer lending, insurance, or another business with a high-volume sales operation
- Hands-on experience in adult learning: training delivery, coaching, skills assessment, and curriculum development
- Strong facilitation skills and a clear view of what good training delivery looks like
- Understanding of the sales process and employees' learning needs across onboarding, ramp-up, and ongoing development
- Comfort in a high-paced, fast-changing environment: you reprioritize quickly, decide with incomplete information, and keep quality high under tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and Tagalog for training delivery, feedback, and material development
Who you will work with
Business leaders in Partners & Distribution, Quality, HR, and Operations, plus the sales and field collector teams your trainers serve.
