Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus. The company focuses on the 4X strategy genre, with an ambitious goal to grow its hit game, Total Battle, to become the No.1 strategy game in the world. Our team consists of 200+ passionate, talented, self-driven, and continually developing professionals who love making high-quality games.
Our product: We are currently working on Total Battle — an MMO 4X strategy game with a deep political system and lots of player interaction. Players take on the role of a commander and need to develop their city, forge alliances, fight against monsters, and conquer other players. We're constantly developing new game mechanics, and the project is continuing to grow.
Our game project has a code base of ~300k SLOC and consists of multiple services running in several hundred instances. The game services are a sharded system for horizontal scaling.
Our team is looking for both Middle and Senior specialists with confident knowledge of C++ and design principles to work on creating new game features for a large-scale multiplayer project with long-term gameplay.
Our team's objective and the challenge they face is to create an outstanding technical design that ensures quality, flexibility, and simplicity in the development of in-game features.
Tasks:
- Design and implement solutions for new game mechanics — based on documentation from game designers, create a technical design and implement it.
- Prepare RFC documents describing your approach and discuss them with the team before implementation.

- Refactor and optimize existing functionality to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Perform code reviews for other team members and follow team coding guidelines and best practices.
- Create functional prototypes to validate ideas and mechanics when necessary.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for implemented features and decisions.
- Participate in team meetings and discussions to stay aligned on priorities and progress.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and initiative.
- 3+ years of experience developing in C++ in a product-oriented company

- Solid knowledge of software design principles and ability to apply them in practice.
- Ability to analyze and decompose complex tasks into smaller, manageable steps.
- Practical experience with network and multithreaded programming
- Practical experience with relational databases
- Proficiency in Linux environments for development and debugging.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn Python for developing tools and automation.
The following would also be to your advantage:
- Having samples of code that you can show us.
- Knowledge of other high-level programming languages (for general awareness).
- Practical experience applying Domain-Driven Design in real-world projects
- Hands-on experience building applications using Akka.NET http://Akka.NET, Microsoft Orleans, or similar actor-based frameworks
We use:
- C++20, Clang, and CMake.
- Boost — only for the library, not for game code.
- PostgreSQL.
- GitLab, TeamCity, Ansible.
- SonarQube, Clang-Tidy, Clang-Format.
- Onboarding, coding conventions.
- Python for utilities.
- Linux.
Our technical developments:
- A library/framework of ready-made solutions for creating game features.
- ORM — allows us not to have to write code for saving to the DB.
- A code generator for a binary RPC protocol and ORM.
- A pub/sub event system for game clients.
- Telemetry that allows for real-time product status tracking (through Grafana).
- An expression interpreter for flexibility in game configuration.
- HotReload environment, with everyday game updates.
- Sync and Async network designs.
- Internal Event System.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
You are a software engineer who cares deeply about security. Embedded in the Desktop engineering team, you will bring an engineering-first perspective to the security of a complex, cross-platform product built at the intersection of identity, OCI runtimes, and Linux kernel internals. You will read and write Go, participate in feature development, and make security a first-class concern from the inside out: not as an outside reviewer, but as a contributing member of the team.
This role is for someone who is primarily a builder, and who applies that builder’s instinct to making Docker Desktop more secure by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the Docker Desktop codebase in Go, with a focus on security-sensitive areas such as authentication flows, privilege boundaries, and container runtime behavior.
- Participate in design and code reviews across the team, bringing a security perspective to features before they ship.
- Conduct threat modeling and security design reviews for new and evolving product features, with particular focus on authentication, authorization, and container runtime security.
- Serve as the team’s primary liaison to the organization’s security group, attending security syncs and translating central policy into practical engineering decisions.
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming vulnerability reports and CVEs: validate severity, reproduce issues, coordinate disclosure timelines, and drive remediation with the relevant engineers.
- Develop and maintain internal security documentation, guidelines, and runbooks for the team.
- Stay current on the Linux security landscape as it pertains to containers: namespaces, cgroups, seccomp, AppArmor, capabilities, and the evolving OCI ecosystem.
_______________________________________________________________________
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, with meaningful exposure to security-sensitive systems or a strong personal interest in security.
- Strong proficiency in Go, with a track record of writing and shipping production-grade code.
- Solid understanding of Linux fundamentals relevant to container security: namespaces, cgroups, capabilities, seccomp profiles, AppArmor/SELinux, rootless containers, and privilege boundaries.
- Familiarity with OCI specifications and container runtime internals.
- Working knowledge of identity and access management concepts: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, token handling, and auth flows in desktop or cloud-adjacent contexts.
- Comfort participating in security design reviews and threat modeling, even if security has not been your primary title.
- Familiarity with vulnerability management processes: CVE triage, CVSS scoring, coordinated disclosure, and working with external reporters.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable bridging the gap between a dedicated security team and a product engineering team.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- You will onboard into the team and get hands-on with the Docker Desktop codebase, architecture, and development workflow. You will meet your counterparts in the central security organization and learn how vulnerability reports are currently handled. The goal is to listen, ask questions, and build a clear picture of the product’s current security posture, not to change anything yet.
FIRST 90 DAYS
- You will be an active contributor, writing and reviewing Go code and bringing a security lens to features in flight. You will have taken ownership of the vulnerability intake process, handling your first end-to-end triage cycles with minimal guidance. You will have a working relationship with the engineers on the team and a growing sense of where the most meaningful security investments should be made.
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK (FIRST YEAR)
- You will be a trusted contributor to both the product and its security posture. You will have shipped meaningful improvements directly to the codebase, whether to auth flows, container isolation defaults, or other security-sensitive areas, and driven better security practices across the team’s development lifecycle. Your work will be directly visible in the security and resilience of a product used by millions of developers every day.

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
Role highlights:
- Smart Manufacturing Engineer, SW & Electronics
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organization
- Reports to: Smart Manufacturing, Team Leader
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Smart Manufacturing Engineer, SW & Electronics, you will help ensure our satellites can be tested reliably and efficiently before they are launched to space. About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's production models undergo sophisticated post-training processes to enhance their capabilities, alignment, and safety. Decisions in production training depend on knowing how the model is really behaving. Our team's mission is to have the best observability into production post-training runs at Anthropic: to be the clearest, most trusted view of model quality during training. We shape what gets measured, keep the signal trustworthy and timely, and get to the bottom of surprising results to inform post-training and release decisions.
In this role you will lead the science of how we evaluate production training runs. You'll work out which measurements tell us something real about the model, notice when they stop doing so, and find what we should be measuring but aren't. You'll partner with research teams across every RL domain, bringing their priorities into what we measure and setting the standard for what makes an eval trustworthy across post-training. You'll also be hands-on with the eval fleet day to day, because the best questions about measurement come from watching real results come in during a live run.
Responsibilities
Steer the eval strategy for production Claude models: study and optimize the eval mix so it gives the most accurate and complete assessment of model quality
Run and monitor the eval fleet live to understand how each Claude model is developing as it trains
Advise teams across post-training on eval methodology, and help eval authors bring new evals up to the bar for production
Investigate regressions in production runs and inform training interventions when appropriate
Build the dashboards, alerts, and reports that researchers and leadership use to track model quality
You may be a good fit if you
Have designed, run, and analyzed evaluations for ML models at scale
Care deeply about measurement quality, thinking twice before trusting a number
Can turn ambiguous results into clear recommendations, and are comfortable influencing direction across teams
Have strong Python skills and are comfortable working with production systems
Maintain clarity and rigor when debugging complex, time-sensitive issues
Thrive in controlled chaos and are energized, rather than overwhelmed, when juggling multiple urgent priorities during a live training run
Care about the societal impacts of your work and about shipping frontier models responsibly
Strong candidates may also have
Hands-on experience post-training large language models
Research experience in ML evaluation or benchmarking
Background in statistics and experimental design
Experience developing robust evaluation metrics for ML systems

Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
