Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Application Platform is part of Product Platform within Figma’s Infrastructure organization. We build shared foundations that help engineers ship backend product work quickly, safely, and reliably. The team owns a large Ruby application that powers Figma’s REST APIs, asynchronous jobs, and workflow orchestration. Our systems sit on critical production paths and shape the day-to-day experience of backend engineers across Figma.
We’re looking for an experienced backend engineer with meaningful production Ruby experience who enjoys building for other engineers. You don’t need to be a Ruby language specialist. You should be comfortable making informed tradeoffs in a substantial shared codebase and turning recurring problems into durable systems, tools, and paved paths that improve engineering velocity across the company.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Design and evolve shared Ruby frameworks for REST APIs, asynchronous jobs, workflow orchestration, and data access
Improve the availability, reliability, scalability, and performance of backend systems that support critical product functionality
Modernize a large Ruby codebase through safe architectural changes, including moving REST APIs from Sinatra toward Rails and introducing stronger endpoint abstractions and type safety
Make backend development faster by improving hot reloading, local workflows, test infrastructure, CI reliability, debugging tools, and iteration speed
Strengthen the scalability, isolation, observability, and recovery capabilities of Figma’s asynchronous job platform
Partner with product engineers—your customers—and Infrastructure teams to identify recurring pain points and turn them into reusable platform capabilities
Establish pragmatic engineering practices through shared libraries, APIs, documentation, tooling, code review, and technical guidance
Mentor other engineers and contribute to a culture of thoughtful execution, high technical standards, and shared ownership
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Bring 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years building production systems with Ruby
Build, maintain, and evolve large Ruby applications and shared backend codebases that support multiple engineering teams
Design reliable distributed systems at production scale, including APIs, background processing, testing, observability, and operations
Improve complex, established systems through architecture, modularization, migrations, performance, reliability, or developer tooling
Create scalable abstractions, navigate technical tradeoffs, and collaborate with and mentor engineers across teams
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Build or operate background-job and workflow systems, with an understanding of concepts such as retries, idempotency, scheduling, backpressure, isolation, or failure recovery
Work with cloud and infrastructure technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or workflow systems like Temporal
Improve developer productivity through test performance, local development workflows, CI, or large-scale code migrations
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll join the team behind Sentry’s Size Analysis and Snapshots, two products that check every pull request before it ships. Size Analysis breaks down iOS and Android builds to explain why an app got bigger. Snapshots catches unintended visual changes by diffing screenshots against a baseline. Both run in our customers’ CI, report straight to Source Code Management providers, and handle some of the heaviest payloads at Sentry: multi-GB app binaries and builds with tens of thousands of images.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
You’ll work full-stack with a backend lean, owning features from the moment a build arrives from CI, to the moment when UI engineers use that data to decide whether to merge. You’ll own the codebase behind our mobile binary analysis and large-scale image comparison. You’ll share the pipeline, the GitHub integration and on-call with the rest of the Sentry team.
- Build and tune the backend services and task-based pipelines that ingest, analyze and compare builds, with large artifacts in object storage, fast and reliable on multi-GB binaries and changesets with tens of thousands of screenshots
- Extend our product: own the functionality end-to-end, react on feedback and come up with proposals for further product development.
- Own the GitHub integration end to end: PR status checks, comments, approvals and webhooks, including races, duplicates and missing-baseline edge cases
- Ship frontend features such as treemaps, build comparisons and diff viewers that stay fast on huge datasets
- Run what you build: deploys across regions, metrics, logging and on-call, and be the person who debugs the weird customer build
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Want your work to show up in the pull requests our customers open every day, not buried in a dashboard nobody checks
- Like problems with real weight: a multi-GB IPA, tens of thousands of screenshots in a single build, a binary format with sparse documentation
- Would rather own a feature from upload to UI than hand off half of it (end-to-end ownership)
- Enjoy building for developers, who will tell you exactly what’s wrong and why
- Want to help two products that started at a startup grow into core parts of Sentry
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years building production web services, with strong Python (Django preferred) and a habit of typed, tested code
- Working proficiency in React and TypeScript, enough to ship a full feature without handing off the frontend
- Experience with async task systems and event pipelines (Kafka, task queues, worker pools), including idempotency, locking, retries and their failure modes
- Experience with Postgres schema design and migrations that work under rolling deploys, plus pragmatic rollout habits like feature flags and revertable changes
- A track record of performance work: profiling, parallelism, memory reduction and large-file streaming through object storage
- Bonus points for:
- Hands-on experience with mobile build artifacts and tooling (LIEF, bundletool, apksigner, link maps, DWARF, code signing)
- Image processing or pixel-diff tooling
- GitHub Apps or the Checks API
- Data visualization, especially treemaps
- Prior work on developer tools, CI or observability products
We are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 60,844,-- gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement (IT-KV). The salary that Sentry offers you is adjusted to the current market situation and will be above the IT-KV.
A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
This role will be based in Dublin. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to commercial accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.
- Previous experience selling in Middle East and Africa
We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you're excited about a role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Provectus is an AI consultancy founded in 2010 and led by its founders. As an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Preferred Partner, we help Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences companies design, build, and operate production AI systems. With offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we work with clients worldwide.
We are hiring an Account Executive to turn incoming enterprise leads into signed consulting engagements. Clients buy multi-month consulting engagements. You won't build pipeline from scratch. Anthropic and AWS share qualified enterprise leads with us.
Your job has four parts:
Qualify those leads quickly.
Run discovery with buyers at banks, insurers and life sciences companies.
Scope the work with our architects.
Close.
What you'll do:
Pick up new leads as they arrive, decide which to pursue, and be able to explain why.
Run discovery calls with business and technology leaders. Map their process, data, regulatory constraints, budget and decision path.
Work with delivery leads and architects to scope proposals and SOWs that we can deliver. You are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Negotiate and close to a signed SOW, with the Chief Commercial Officer joining larger deals.
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
Translate Anthropic's product roadmap and partnership incentives into the client propositions.
Keep Anthropic and AWS partner reps informed on the leads they share, and take part in joint pipeline reviews.
Keep the CRM current and forecast your deals accurately.
Bring buyer objections and patterns from each industry back to leadership and marketing.
Travel for client meetings, up to 30% of your time.
What You Need to Succeed:
2–4 years in a client-facing commercial role in a consulting or IT services firm where you closed deals yourself, such as account executive, account manager, or consultant who owned client sales. Be ready to share the specifics: what you closed, at what size, and how long each deal took.
OR experience with banks, insurers, or pharma/biotech companies in one of these roles: selling services or technology to them (including smaller deals you closed yourself or larger deals where you supported the lead); working on client projects at a consulting firm, including proposals or scoping; or working inside one of these companies on projects where you helped evaluate and select outside vendors.
Working knowledge of Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech). You have worked in the industry or sold into it, and you can discuss a buyer's process and regulatory constraints in their terms.
Experience selling services engagements or complex B2B deals with several stakeholders.
Clear written and spoken communication with director-, VP- and C-level buyers.
Comfort handling a steady volume of leads and choosing where to spend your time.
Strong plus
Experience selling AI/ML, data or cloud services.
Experience working partner-referred leads from Anthropic, AWS, GCP or Azure.
About Provectus:
Provectus is an Artificial Intelligence consultancy and solutions provider, helping businesses achieve their objectives through AI and data-driven innovation organization-wide in such industries as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & CPG, Media & Entertainment, and Manufacturing.
We are recognized by industry analysts as a leading provider of AI solutions across key business domains.
At Provectus, we value innovation, ownership, and collaboration — and we are looking for people who want to grow with us and make an impact.
Why Join Us:
Leads arrive every day, so your time goes into closing rather than prospecting.
You learn enterprise AI consulting sales in two regulated industries.
You close with support: our architects scope the work with you, and the Chief Commercial Officer joins larger negotiations.
The delivery team can execute what you sell: 350+ people, 150+ certified architects, and 100+ customers in production.
Work at the intersection of two AI partnerships: Anthropic and AWS.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Compensation and benefits
Base $90–120K + commission, OTE range $140–170K. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
B2B contract model or full-time model.
Unlimited vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance, and life insurance.
401(k) matching plan.

Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
Implementation is an activity every Fin customer experiences, whether they're buying Fin for the first time, expanding Fin to a new team, or adopting new features. More and more of those deployments are delivered by our partners, including the Salesforce partner community now ramping up on Fin. A partner-led deployment is only as good as the partner delivering it.
As a Partner Services Manager focused on Enablement, you'll own how our partners get certified and stay current. Your work runs from a partner's first day with Fin, through to the moment they're ready to lead customer deployments, and then every product release after that. Your primary responsibility is making sure every partner who works with a Fin customer has the knowledge, skills and readiness to deliver real value.
Partner Services Managers have an outsized impact on the company. If you want to help make business personal for our customers and you want to work with an ever growing and changing team, you're in the right place!
What will I be doing?
You will own partner enablement end to end: how partners get certified, and how they stay current as Fin evolves
You will onboard new partners with structured onboarding plans that take them from signed agreement to first deployment, covering Fin's product, our deployment methodology and our delivery standards
You will run partner certification, including bootcamps, assessments and scenario-based testing. You'll certify named consultants individually, not just partner firms
You will run Fin Deployment Partner Bootcamps, both in person and virtually, including joint bootcamps with Salesforce for its partner community
You will build and maintain enablement content, including curricula, online courses, playbooks, hands-on labs and demo environments, and keep it up to date as new features ship
You will check partner readiness before partners are assigned customer work. That means running readiness assessments, organising shadow and reverse-shadow on live deployments, and confirming that a partner has certified people and capacity in place
You will track each partner's progress from enabled (delivering under Fin's oversight) to certified (delivering independently), and keep partner and consultant certification records accurate
You will keep partners current through recertification, release briefings and regular partner office hours
You will use delivery data, such as Partner CSAT, Fin outcomes, escalations and QA findings, to spot skill gaps and turn them into targeted enablement
You will own enablement KPIs, including time to certification, certification pass rate, time to first deployment and post-certification delivery quality
You will work closely with the rest of the Deployment Services team, especially fellow Partner Services Managers and AI Deployment Consultants, to turn lessons from the field into better enablement
You'll collaborate with our Product, R&D and Education teams to get early access to new features and enable partners on them ahead of launch
You will cover enablement progress, certification status and skill gaps in each partner's Quarterly Business Review
What skills do I need?
4+ years of work experience, with 2+ years in implementation, partner enablement or technical training roles
Enablement Design: experience building training or certification programmes, ideally for partners, consultants or other technical audiences
Facilitation: confident leading workshops and multi-day bootcamps for technical audiences, both in person and virtually
Content Creation: the ability to turn complex product and deployment practices into clear courses, guides and hands-on exercises
Assessment: the judgement to tell whether someone can actually do the work, not just pass a quiz, and the confidence to give direct feedback
Technical Fluency: comfortable with core SaaS and AI concepts (APIs, integrations, LLM basics, automation logic), enough to speak credibly with technical partner teams
Programme Management: organised and detail-oriented, able to run several partner cohorts and certification tracks at once
Positivity and Engagement: a genuine interest in the work you do and a positive attitude!
Curiosity: a passion for learning, for technology and for solving problems
Adaptability: change is constant, and the Deployment Services Team values experimentation to find the best processes and solutions
Demonstrate the Fin Values: Customer Obsessed, Success First, Incredibly High Standards, Open Mindedness, Resilience, Impatience, Positive and Optimistic
Bonus skills & attributes
Experience running a partner enablement or certification programme at a SaaS company or systems integrator
Experience with learning management systems and course authoring tools
Experience with the Salesforce partner ecosystem
Experience training on SaaS products or, specifically, experience with Fin
Experience with AI Agents and / or Large Language Models
Hands-on experience delivering SaaS implementations yourself, as a consultant or implementation manager
Great examples of self-started projects with measurable success
Experience with RESTful API Integrations

Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise across agentic architecture, MCP integration, Codex/Claude Code configuration, prompt engineering, and context management.
Experience building multi-agent research or customer support systems, or structured data extraction pipelines.
Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps in support of AI/agentic infrastructure.
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and AI evaluation frameworks.
Contributions to open-source projects involving AI, agentic systems, or developer tooling.
Strong systems thinking — understands how models, agents, tools, context, APIs, data, and infrastructure fit together as production systems, and can reason about dependencies and tradeoffs across the stack.
A track record of adapting quickly to new AI tools, models, and frameworks as the space evolves.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion around a workflow-first, builder-led model—and the BDR is at the front of it. As a Business Development Rep, you'll be the force that turns the right accounts into the right conversations. You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants to identify and target companies that are ready to rethink how they work—and your job is to get them in the room. This isn't generic pipeline work: you're qualifying for workflow-first, build-ready opportunities that set SCs up to win. If you're competitive, curious, and energized by outbound that actually means something, this is the role for you.
This role is based in Dublin, Ireland. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts in your assigned book, partnering with your sellers on account and outbound strategy
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to create urgency and secure first meetings with the right decision-makers
- Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are "ready to build," not just "ready to talk"—validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit before the handoff
- Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypothesis, and stakeholder context so sellers can hit the ground running
- Leverage GTM System tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting, prioritize accounts by signal strength, and increase the quality and consistency of your outbound motion
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation, with hands-on experience in cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach that earns a response
