Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Global Engineering teams tackle complex technical challenges across a global, three-sided marketplace, building and scaling systems that serve millions of customers, riders and partners every day.
We're looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our London office as part of a Global DoorDash Engineering team (working hybrid, 3 days in the office).
This role sits in our Consumer Org, where you'll work on recommendation problems with direct, measurable impact on how customers discover relevant content. You’ll collaborate with experienced scientists and engineers across DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt, learning from multiple recommendation systems while helping shape the next generation of the experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Design, develop and improve recommendation, ranking and retrieval models that surface relevant restaurants, dishes, items and content to customers.
Own applied ML problems end to end: frame the problem, analyze data, develop models, define offline evaluation, run experiments and monitor production performance.
Develop methods that balance relevance with product and customer needs, such as diversity, availability, business constraints and changing user intent.
Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, ML Engineers, Product Managers and Analysts to turn scientific insights into reliable customer-facing products.
Evaluate and apply state-of-the-art ML methods where they meaningfully improve recommendation quality, robustness or efficiency.
Contribute to a high bar for applied-science practice through technical reviews, knowledge sharing and thoughtful experimentation.
What You'll Need to Thrive
You have substantial hands-on experience applying machine learning to real-world problems and a track record of bringing models from development into production; a PhD with relevant applied research experience is equally welcome.
You have experience with recommendation systems, ranking, retrieval, personalisation, or closely related ML problems.
You can independently turn an ambiguous customer or product problem into a well-scoped ML approach, make sound trade-offs and drive it to a measurable outcome.
You are proficient in Python and experienced with modern ML frameworks and large-scale data processing.
You understand how to evaluate ML systems rigorously, including offline metrics, experiment design and interpreting online results.
You communicate complex technical ideas clearly and work effectively with cross-functional partners.
Why Join Us?
At Deliveroo, you'll do work that matters—solving real-world problems in a three-sided marketplace that's constantly evolving. We're food lovers, problem solvers, community builders and more, brought together by a shared drive to make things better. Working here you can expect to:

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, we help local merchants reach more customers, and the New Verticals teams make sure those partners have a great experience working with us. You'll join the Quality team in New Verticals EMEA, which works across both regional and global levels to improve how we support, onboard and grow our merchant partners across all of our markets, including Wolt and Deliveroo.
You'll sit at the intersection of merchants, account management, and our support and quality organizations. You'll work on large, cross-market initiatives and partner closely with our regional teams and global heads.
What you'll be doing
This role is about taking a global view of merchant quality and operational excellence, and turning what you find into initiatives that make best practices. You contribute to our quality targets – most importantly reducing items not found and cancellations, and improving efficiency and product substitutions. You'll own the initiatives and projects you drive, for instance occasions and go-to-market, and you'll work hands-on with the internal team stakeholders, while staying close to the merchant experience.
Day-to-day in this role you'll:
Act as the point of contact and build feedback loops between merchant-facing teams, product and customer support, helping resolve defects and recurring issues at a global level
Drive product rollouts across markets, informing and training Account Managers and ensuring merchants are set up for success
Analyse how things work in practice across regions, spotting and grouping similar issues and feeding those insights back to the right teams
Lead global and cross-regional initiatives such as occasions and best practices, working with regional heads to improve performance in their markets
Collaborate with specialists across countries, running initiatives together
Use data and AI tools to analyse, automate and prototype solutions yourself, rather than waiting on others
Our humble expectations
Confident working with data. You can pull, analyse and draw conclusions on your own
Comfortable using AI tools and prompting to automate work and speed up analysis, while knowing they're a starting point and not a replacement for judgment
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders from different markets and levels of seniority
Solid project management skills and a track record of taking initiatives from idea to delivery
A generalist mindset: you're curious, pick things up quickly and are happy to dig into the details
A strong sense of ownership and a drive to go beyond what's expected
Fluent English both written and spoken.
What we offer
Global visibility: work on initiatives that impact many markets and collaborate directly with global heads
A real opportunity to make an impact and shape how we work with merchants worldwide
A clear growth path. Many people in this role move on to take regional ownership or product ownership
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

About the Team
The Platform Hiring Team (PHT) is building a centralized, technology-enabled hiring engine for repeatable, high-volume roles across supported DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt businesses.
You'll join Platform Hiring Operations, PHT's business-facing team. This team owns demand, market context, and pipeline health: translating business needs into hiring plans, keeping stakeholders ahead of risk, and clearing blockers before they reach the execution team.
About the Role
You'll own business readiness, attraction, and pipeline health for Courier hiring across the business, a new area for Platform Hiring. You'll translate business needs into hiring plans, validate demand against strategy and cost, coordinate Marketing and sourcing partners, activate roles when requirements are complete, and monitor progress against hiring dates.
As the senior business-facing partner for Courier, you'll advise business leaders on hiring strategy, market conditions, timing, location, quality, and delivery trade-offs using funnel and talent-market evidence. When pipeline volume declines, you'll coordinate targeted sourcing interventions and ensure the execution team has sufficient pipeline. You'll proactively coordinate blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR, and local operations.
You'll also identify recurring friction and work with the Platform Hiring Manager and PM Team on scalable improvements, automation, and AI adoption.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will
Own the end-to-end business partnership for Courier hiring, from demand validation through pipeline health and hiring delivery.
Establish and continuously improve the Platform Hiring operating model for a new hiring area.
Collect, validate, and translate hiring demand against workforce strategy, timing, market conditions, and cost expectations.
Set up approved headcount and role requirements in the active hiring platform.
Own relationships with Marketing, Employer Brand, sourcing, and relevant operational partners to build an effective top-of-funnel strategy.
Use historical funnel performance and talent-market data to establish the sourcing and application volume required for delivery.
Activate roles with the Platform Hiring team and maintain clear handoffs, service expectations, and priorities.
Monitor pipeline health, conversion, drop-off, and hiring dates, providing proactive business updates and surfacing risks early.
Advise business leaders on hiring strategy, attraction, market conditions, location, timing, quality, and delivery trade-offs using funnel and talent-market evidence.
Deploy targeted sourcing interventions or coordinate specialist sourcing support when pipeline volume declines.
Coordinate across operations, HR, Workforce Planning, Marketing, Learning and Development, onboarding, and other partners to resolve hiring dependencies.
Own market and business exceptions that require context beyond the standard platform workflow.
Support approved candidate-facing exceptions, including local-language communication, offer delivery, or low-volume work, while maintaining the standard platform workflow wherever possible.
Identify recurring friction and bring evidence, volume, impact, and recommended solutions to the Platform Hiring Manager and PM Team.
Identify automation and AI use cases, adopt approved solutions, and track their impact on manual work, decision speed, and hiring delivery.
Build the foundations, documentation, processes, and stakeholder relationships that can support a future dedicated Courier hiring capability as the business scales.
Maintain accurate portfolio documentation, decisions, risks, and source-of-truth reporting.
Create clear, structured business documentation, including process documentation, recommendations, and stakeholder updates that enable effective alignment.
Use a process improvement mindset to identify root causes, simplify ways of working, and continuously improve the hiring operating model (experience with Lean Six Sigma principles would be a bonus but not a must).
Use data analysis to identify trends, diagnose funnel and operational issues, and translate complex data into clear insights and compelling stories for business stakeholders.
We're excited about you because
You have 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, high-volume hiring, recruiting operations, or a consultative program/business partnership role.
You have 3+ years of experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
You have experience translating complex or evolving demand into hiring plans and advising business leaders on hiring strategy.
You are comfortable operating in an environment where the operating model is still being established and requirements can change as the business develops.
You have experience using hiring data, funnel performance, and market insights to challenge assumptions and recommend action.
You demonstrate strong business judgment and can balance speed, quality, cost, candidate experience, and operational constraints.
You communicate clearly and proactively, particularly when surfacing risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
You can build effective cross-functional partnerships across Operations, HR, Workforce Planning, Marketing, Employer Brand, and Learning and Development.
You have experience driving process improvements, automation, or scalable ways of working.
You're comfortable with dashboards, workflow automation, continuous improvement, and light program management (most relevant tools Greenhouse ATS and Fountain AI).
You are comfortable creating business facing documents and turning complex information, analysis, and recommendations into clear, concise materials for senior stakeholders.
You are comfortable working with data, performing analysis, and using data storytelling to communicate insights, trends, risks, and recommendations to different audiences.
How success is measured
Courier demand is validated, prioritized, and activated with complete and accurate information.
Hiring plans and pipeline requirements are aligned with business needs, market conditions, and agreed hiring dates.
Pipeline volume and conversion remain sufficient to support delivery commitments.
Business leaders have clear, timely visibility of hiring progress, risks, blockers, and required decisions.
Sourcing interventions are targeted, evidence-based, and effective.
Recurring operational friction is identified and converted into scalable improvements.
Manual work declines through documented improvements, automation, AI adoption, and effective platform usage.
The Courier hiring operating model becomes increasingly scalable, predictable, and ready to support future growth.
Processes are continuously improved using evidence, root cause analysis, and a structured approach to reducing waste, friction, and unnecessary complexity.

👩💻THE ROLE
We see Support at GitBook as a key function to strengthen customer trust. Every conversation is a chance to shape the product and make our support model more scalable. As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll help technical teams document and share what they know with GitBook. You’ll answer product questions and troubleshoot issues with custom domains, integrations, APIs, SSO/SAML and bugs. You’ll use your knowledge of Git and DNS, and your ability to read logs across platforms to track down problems. You’ll keep first-response time, resolution time, and CSAT on track and share recurring feedback with Product and Engineering to improve GitBook. You'll turn what you learn into insight that shapes our roadmap, reduces friction and helps customers succeed long-term.
🫶YOU WILL BE VALUED FOR
- Technical foundations: You know Git, GitHub/GitLab, SAML SSO, DNS and web fundamentals such as caching and redirects.
- Developer fluency: You’re comfortable reviewing code, testing APIs and understanding OpenAPI specifications to support customers using our Integrations Platform.
- AI forward thinking: You’re familiar with AI and LLM tools (including MCP) and keep up with new developments. You bring ideas for automation, self-service and smarter workflows.
- Customer empathy and clear communication: You listen carefully and explain complex issues simply both in writing and conversation with a friendly tone.
- Prioritization under pressure: You keep a busy queue moving with quick thoughtful replies while investigating deeper issues. You know when to switch focus or escalate.
- Systems thinking: You don't just solve tickets. You ask why they happened and how to prevent the next hundred.
- Remote collaboration: You troubleshoot with teammates, share what you learn and know when to work async or jump on a call.
- Autonomy and adaptability: You take ownership, try things, ask for help when needed and learn as the product and team evolve.
- Market curiosity: You follow how technology, AI, documentation and developer tools are changing and where GitBook fits. You dig into customer problems and bring ideas back to the team to improve our product, processes and customer experience.
🙌 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
- Solving high-impact technical problems: Triage, troubleshoot and debug customer problems, knowing what needs urgent escalation and what belongs in a bug report or roadmap discussion. Document complex issues with reproduction steps and relevant logs and work with Engineering to resolve them.
- Supporting customers: Help customers through our Helpdesk, Slack or Teams with everything from Authenticated Access and SAML SSO to monorepos and redirects. Ask follow-up questions to understand what they’re trying to achieve, help them get more from GitBook and build relationships where they feel comfortable sharing honest feedback.
- Turning support into product insight: Spot recurring bugs, friction points and feature requests. Quantify their impact, suggest workarounds and bring clear, evidence-based recommendations to Product, Engineering and Design.
- Shaping how we work: Help our small team improve how we prioritize, triage and automate support. You’ll work with evolving processes rather than a fixed playbook, take initiative with limited guidance and speak up with ideas and concerns.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Team
The Semantic Layer team owns the systems that turn dbt models into trusted, reusable business metrics. At the heart of this is
MetricFlow
— the open-source semantic engine that powers the dbt Semantic Layer. MetricFlow lets data teams define metrics once in code and consume them consistently across BI tools, notebooks, AI agents, and downstream applications.
This team is the steward of MetricFlow as an open-source project: shipping releases, reviewing community contributions, evolving the query compiler, and ensuring it integrates cleanly with the broader dbt ecosystem. You'll work at the intersection of language design, query compilation, and distributed data execution — solving problems that directly shape how thousands of organizations measure their business.
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join the Semantic Layer team in Bangalore. You'll be a core contributor to MetricFlow — designing features, optimizing query generation, hardening the open-source codebase, and partnering with the community of contributors and adopters around it. This is a high-ownership role: you'll write production code, drive technical decisions, and help shape the long-term architecture of one of the most important projects in the modern data stack.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain core features of MetricFlow, including metric definitions, query compilation, dimensional modeling, and SQL generation across multiple data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, and others).
Own MetricFlow as an open-source project — triage issues, review external pull requests, manage releases, and engage the community on GitHub and in Slack.
Collaborate with engineers across dbt Cloud, dbt Core, and the Semantic Layer service to ensure MetricFlow integrates seamlessly with the rest of the dbt ecosystem.
Improve performance, reliability, and observability of metric query execution at scale.
Partner with product, design, and developer-relations teammates to translate customer and community feedback into shipped improvements.
Write clear technical documentation, RFCs, and design docs that raise the bar for how the team thinks and ships.
Mentor other engineers through code review, pairing, and technical guidance.
Skills We're Looking For
Strong professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record of shipping production systems.
Deep proficiency in
Python
, including modern typing, testing practices, and packaging.
Strong SQL fundamentals and a working understanding of how analytical query engines and data warehouses execute queries.
Experience designing systems that involve parsing, compilation, or transformation — for example: query planners, DSL compilers, type systems, or rule-based engines.
Solid grasp of software design principles: clean APIs, modularity, testability, and backwards compatibility.
Excellent written and verbal communication — you can explain complex tradeoffs clearly to engineers, PMs, and external community members.
Experience collaborating in a distributed, asynchronous team environment.
Bonus Skills (Optional)
Prior experience contributing to or maintaining a popular open-source project.
Familiarity with dbt, MetricFlow, LookML, Cube, or other semantic-layer technologies.
Background in data warehousing internals, query optimization, or analytical SQL dialects.
Experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and release engineering for Python libraries.
Exposure to building developer-facing APIs, SDKs, or CLIs.
Why Join Us

Strength in balancing hands-on field work with strategic leadership, staying close to customers while managing day-to-day operations.
Familiarity with B2B software or technology sales and open source/DevSecOps concepts, with enthusiasm for learning GitLab’s platform and building long-term market presence.
Skills in creating structure, setting clear expectations, and driving organized, data-informed sales processes, including use of MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to create trust and empathy with both customers and GitLab team members at all levels.
Comfort operating in a dynamic, growth-focused, all-remote environment, acting as a self-directed “manager of one” and using Salesforce.com or similar CRM and marketing automation systems to build trackable, repeatable sales processes.
About the team
You’ll join a regional sales organization focused on growing GitLab’s presence across France, working closely with Account Executives and cross-functional partners in account management, customer success, marketing, product, engineering, and operations. The team is all-remote and collaborates asynchronously across time zones to build pipeline, manage complex sales cycles, and deliver consistent customer experiences. You’ll help shape how we organize coverage, implement disciplined sales processes, and bring structure to a high-growth region while staying aligned with global sales strategy and GitLab’s values of transparency, collaboration, and results.

About the role
pdfFiller helps millions of customers create, edit, manage, sign and collaborate on documents digitally. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who can connect what we build with why it matters to customers and how we win in the market.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership across positioning, go-to-market strategy, product launches, customer and competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable developing a positioning strategy, digging into customer and market data, partnering with Product on roadmap decisions, and giving GTM the tools and narratives they need to win.
What you'll be working on:
Own product positioning and messaging
Develop and continuously refine positioning, messaging and value propositions for pdfFiller across key customer segments and use cases.
Translate complex product capabilities, including AI-powered functionality, into clear customer benefits and compelling commercial narratives.
Ensure our positioning is differentiated, evidence-based and consistently reflected across the customer journey.
Lead go-to-market strategy
Own the product marketing strategy for major launches, new capabilities and strategic initiatives from early planning through adoption.
Define target audiences, use cases, value propositions, competitive differentiation, launch plans and success measures.
Partner with Product early in the development process so customer and market insight informs what we build, not simply how we market it after launch.
Develop deep customer and market insight
Build a strong understanding of pdfFiller customers, prospects, competitors and broader document productivity market.
Conduct customer research, win/loss analysis, competitive analysis and market segmentation to identify opportunities and inform Product and GTM strategy.
Turn customer insight and market data into recommendations leaders can act on.
Drive adoption and commercial impact
Partner with Growth and Lifecycle Marketing to improve activation, adoption, conversion, retention and expansion.
Identify gaps between product capability and customer understanding and develop strategies to close them.
Use data to evaluate whether positioning, launches and campaigns are changing customer behavior and contributing to business outcomes.
Enable Sales and customer-facing teams
Create sales narratives, competitive intelligence, battlecards, customer stories, presentations and other enablement materials that help customer-facing teams communicate pdfFiller's value effectively.
Partner directly with Sales to understand objections, competitive pressure and customer needs and bring those insights back into Product and Marketing.
Shape product strategy
Represent the voice of the market in product discussions.
Partner with Product leaders to evaluate market opportunities, customer problems, competitive dynamics and potential areas of investment.
Help the organization answer not only "Can we build this?" but "Who is this for, what problem does it solve, and why will customers choose us?"
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in consumer and b2b product marketing, preferably within software, productivity tools, document technology or a related technology category
Demonstrated ownership of product positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy
Experience bringing new products or major capabilities to market
Strong understanding of SaaS customer journeys, including acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and expansion
Experience partnering closely with Product, Sales, Growth and other cross-functional teams
Strong customer research, market analysis and competitive intelligence capabilities
Ability to turn complex technology into simple, compelling customer value
Strong commercial judgment and comfort using data to make decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to operate independently in a distributed, international organization

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MARKETING OPS IS ONE OF ALAN'S HIGHEST-LEVERAGE FUNCTIONS.
It sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, data, and technology — turning systems into growth engines and ensuring every touchpoint with prospects and members is timely, relevant, and scalable.
Alan is growing fast across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. But today we're leaving value on the table. On the prospect side, we drive more traffic but can't convert it properly: no scoring, no intelligent routing, no nurturing that adapts to buying intent. On the member side, messaging is one of our primary touchpoints for engagement, retention, and trust — yet nobody operates it strategically. Personalization stays shallow, communication pressure goes unmonitored, and shipping a message often means filing an engineering ticket.
We need Marketing Ops leaders who can architect scalable systems, operate them strategically, and progressively embed AI into workflows — to raise quality, reduce manual execution, and unlock growth without scaling headcount linearly.
⭐️ THE MARKETING OPS JOB ⭐️
We are hiring two Marketing Operations Managers, each embedded in a different crew:
- Growth Infrastructure — focused on prospect acquisition: building a unified lead engine that captures, scores, routes, and nurtures across all channels
- Product Platform — focused on member lifecycle messaging: operating Alan's messaging stack as a scalable service across 1.7M+ profiles
Both roles share the same DNA: strong marketing ops fundamentals, data fluency, a product mindset, and the ability to be both hands-on and strategic. Crew placement will be determined based on the candidate's experience, interests, and fit during the hiring process.
Why is this role interesting?
- Speed: marketing, product, and sales teams ship campaigns and messages confidently — Marketing Ops turns bottlenecks into force multipliers across every crew
- Trust: clean data, governed attributes, proper segmentation, and enforced rules mean the right person gets the right message at the right time
- Scale: as we grow to millions of members across multiple countries, we need operators who keep our platforms clean and the user experience protected — without scaling headcount linearly
- AI at the frontier: this isn't a maintenance role — you'll identify high-priority use cases for AI agents, train and refine them to a senior marketer's quality bar, and drive real adoption
What will you do with us?
You'll be a partnership with marketers — not a service desk. You'll partner closely with engineers, data, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders (PMMs, sales, growth, product) within a PM-Tech duo crew model.
Regardless of crew, you will own a core set of capabilities:
- Marketing Automation & CRM: own and optimize our marketing stack (Customer.io http://Customer.io, CRM integrations); build automations that enable marketers to launch campaigns independently, at scale, across all geos
- Data Model & Governance: maintain CRM data quality, attribute/event design, and database hygiene as a sustained practice
- Segmentation & Lifecycle Design: design and maintain lifecycle stages, segmentation logic, routing rules, and re-engagement flows across multiple audiences and geos
- Nurturing Infrastructure: own the nurturing stack and campaign processes; make launches autonomous and compliant
- AI-First Operations: identify, build, and refine AI agents for email copywriting, lead scoring, next-best-action recommendations, and content generation — making marketers AI-powered, not replacing them
- Performance Monitoring: track the full funnel from first touchpoint to conversion; identify leakage and prioritize from data
- Documentation & Enablement: create playbooks, train teams on tools and processes, reduce the marginal cost of new campaigns
Then, depending on your crew:
Growth Infrastructure — you'll build a unified lead engine (no more tool-by-tool silos), design lead scoring and routing models, crack multi-channel activation (email, WhatsApp, Voice AI), build AI agents that pre-qualify and enrich leads, and maintain a live feedback loop with BDRs, AEs, and Inbound Sales.
Product Platform — you'll operate Customer.io http://Customer.io and back-end triggered emails as one governed system, monitor communication pressure and enforce channel rules, define and enforce recipient lifecycle paths, drive 100% Design Studio adoption, and co-own outbound messaging strategy with PMMs and product teams.
By your first year, we'll know it worked when:
- At least one AI agent is in production on a key use case (email nurturing, lead categorization, content generation), with a second scoped or live, and adoption is real
- Any marketer or product Alaner can launch a campaign or ship a message without bottlenecking through ops or engineering
- CRM data model, attributes, and segments are properly owned, documented, and clean — the data we see is data we can act on
- Every contact has a documented path through our messaging — segmentation is sharp, messaging is relevant, and pressure is monitored
- Marketing's contribution to acquisition and engagement is visible and quantifiable, from first touch to conversion
⭐️ IS IT YOU WE ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You'll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have 5+ years in Marketing operations, growth ops, CRM ops, lifecycle marketing, or lead generation in a tech environment (B2B, B2C, or B2B2C)
- Have hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms at scale (Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Have a strong understanding of CRM data models — attribute/event design and data hygiene as a sustained practice
- Can frame and implement processes for lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and personalization
- Have a product knack: you can define what's not working, identify what to build next, and see problems as opportunities to bring more value
- Bring data fluency and analytical rigor: you read platform and campaign data, surface anomalies, and draw business insights
- Can be both hands-on and think strategically — you drive the big picture while staying close to execution
- Have strong stakeholder management skills — you'll partner daily with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- Communicate with excellent written and spoken English
- Are impact-driven with a strong bias towards improving processes
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're building a dedicated Strategic Accounts team to own ElevenLabs' most important customer relationships across Singapore, and we're looking for a high-impact Strategic Account Executive to be among the first hires.
This is a named-account role with a focused portfolio. You'll drive new business and expansion inside complex enterprise organizations across Singapore — building multi-threaded executive relationships and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders navigating real transformation across customer experience, product, and operations.
These aren't transactional engagements. You'll architect custom solutions that combine our technology and services, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes, and bring field intelligence directly into our product roadmap. The region is early-stage for ElevenLabs — you're not just executing a playbook, you're writing it.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Own and grow a focused portfolio of strategic accounts for Singapore, driving both net-new business and expansion
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across business units, geographies, and use cases — spanning enterprise segments such as FSI, Telco, technology, e-commerce, and government-linked corporations
- Identify, scope, and close large, complex deals (multi-product, multi-region, custom solutions), including in-country data residency requirements and private deployment configurations
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across executive, product, engineering, and business stakeholders — navigating both HQ and regional decision-making structures
- Act as a strategic advisor, educating on emerging AI voice trends and shaping customers' long-term AI roadmap in markets with rapidly evolving regulatory and procurement landscapes
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and FDE (Forward Deployed Engineering) to deliver and expand — coordinating closely with the Singapore-based team
- Translate patterns from bespoke deals into repeatable frameworks, offerings, and product insights relevant to the APAC market
- Feed learnings from the field — including localisation needs, compliance requirements, and competitive dynamics — into the product roadmap and broader strategic sales playbook
- Drive creative outbound and high-touch engagement strategies: executive briefings, onsites, regional events, and relationship-based approaches suited to North Asia and Singapore enterprise culture
REQUIREMENTS
- 6–10+ years of quota-carrying experience with a focus on strategic or enterprise accounts in Singapore
- Proven track record of closing and expanding seven-figure+ deals within named accounts
- Experience leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across large regional organizations with layered approval processes
- Strong ability to drive land-and-expand motions and long-term account growth, including navigating renewal and expansion cycles in relationship-driven markets
- Experience scoping consultative, custom deals that go beyond standard SKUs — including private deployment, on-premise, or VPC-based architectures for regulated customers
- Technical fluency — able to engage product and engineering leaders on APIs, integrations, architecture, and data security requirements
- Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and shape long-term AI strategy
- Track record of translating customer needs into product feedback and roadmap influence, especially in markets with distinct localisation requirements
- Creative, self-driven approach to outbound and pipeline generation — comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment and building playbooks from scratch
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer engagements across the region (onsites, QBRs, executive meetings)
- Strong bias toward action, ownership, and leveraging AI in day-to-day workflows
- Fluency in English additional regional language proficiency is a strong plus
- Experience selling into Southeast Asian markets is strongly preferred
