ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.

ABOUT YOU
You are a strategic partner marketing leader who has built programs that generate real demand, and you have the relationships, instincts, and drive to do it again at Constructor. You genuinely enjoy developing deep, lasting relationships with partners: you invest in understanding their business goals, earn their trust over time, and become the person they call when they’re thinking about what’s next. You are equally energized by the internal side of the job, aligning with partnerships, sales, and the broader marketing team to build programs that actually move the needle, not just check a box. You thrive in high-growth environments, bring fresh ideas and a bias toward outcomes, and have the cross-functional chops to make Constructor the most sought after partner for ecommerce search and product discovery across North America, APAC, and LATAM.
ABOUT US
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.

- Strong cross-functional collaborator with a track record of working closely with Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams to align GTM strategy with partner and customer needs

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Architecting Intelligence to Optimize 200M+ Daily Decisions
As the intelligence core of our engineering organization, our Data Science team doesn't just deploy models, we engineer the fundamental decision engine that powers our platform. At a scale of 770 million users and 100,000+ predictions per second, we are solving a multi-objective optimization problem that balances user incentives, advertiser ROI, and long-term platform health in real time.
Our architecture is built on a 1PB+ behavioral data lake, providing the high-fidelity input necessary to train deep learning models that predict individual user engagement with precision. We aren't just optimizing clicks, we are dynamically calculating optimal reward structures to sustain a global value exchange.
Engineered for performance, our stack leverages Tensorflow and PyTorch for model training, NVIDIA Triton to achieve sub-100ms inference. We own the full ML lifecycle from high-level research and feature engineering to deployment and A/B experimentation. Here, you will find the autonomy, the data depth, and the massive scale required to solve the most complex optimization challenges in the adtech ecosystem.
The data infrastructure behind this runs at real scale: 2TB ingested in real time every day, 100+ Airflow jobs and data pipelines, and ML models handling p99 latency of 100ms across 100,000+ predictions per second. As a Data Engineer on this team – you'll be building and maintaining the infrastructure that makes them possible: the Feature Store, the data pipelines, the data quality systems, and the data architecture that data scientists depend on to move fast.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Data engineering at ML scale. You have 5+ years in data engineering on a modern stack, with proven experience handling systems that process several TB of data per day and thousands of events per second.
- Flink is your default for real-time. You have hands-on experience with Apache Flink for stateful stream processing and real-time feature computation. You'll translate Data Science requirements into high-performance streams, enable Data Scientists to contribute new features and implement features yourself when needed..
- Pipeline bottlenecks don't survive long around you. You know how to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in complex ETL jobs, whether handling high-volume batch processing or real-time streaming systems like Kafka. At adjoe, data velocity is critical: slow pipelines directly impact model freshness and prediction quality at sub-100ms inference.
- You think in layers, not tables. You move beyond raw data to design robust, multi-layered data architectures using dbt, and can reason confidently about storage formats, Data Lakehouse models, and what belongs where in a 1PB+ data lake. Familiarity with Medallion Architecture is a strong plus.
- The bridge between Data Science and Backend. You've worked closely with Data Scientists on online ML systems with low latency requirements, and understand what it takes to make experimental research production-ready. Strong Java required; Go or Python a plus.
- Owns quality, not just delivery. You implement data validation, monitoring, and governance processes in production, because in a system where model inputs directly drive advertiser ROI, data integrity isn't optional. Experience with Airflow, Kubeflow, AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes is a strong plus.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

, and I'm looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help our teams make better decisions using customer and product data.
You'll partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to evaluate product changes, design and analyze experiments, identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, and influence roadmap and business priorities. This is a hands-on role focused on analyzing behavior, building models, and turning data into clear, actionable direction.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working closely with stakeholders, and applying data science pragmatically to support product and business decisions. What we value
Ownership:
You take initiative and drive analytical work from concept to implementation. You don't wait for perfect requirements — you help define the problem and move the work forward.

What you'll do
Analyze behavioral patterns across the customer lifecycle to identify trends, usage archetypes, and opportunities to improve adoption, engagement, and retention.
Design experiments and measurement approaches to evaluate the impact of product and marketing changes - and help teams make decisions based on evidence rather than intuition.
Build models and datasets that improve how teams segment customers, forecast outcomes, and identify trends.
Apply machine learning and AI techniques where they solve practical problems, for both internal decision-making and customer-facing scenarios.
Partner with Data Engineering to improve the quality, reliability, and accessibility of core data and metrics.
Communicate findings clearly and directly so teams can make informed decisions without needing a statistics background.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in a Data Science role within B2B SaaS or a similar product- or growth-focused environment.
Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and behavioral analytics - with the ability to apply them pragmatically to real product and business problems.
Proficiency in SQL and Python for large-scale analysis, modeling, and exploration.
Experience with modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar); familiarity with dbt is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder skills - you can explain complex analysis clearly to PMs, marketers, executives, and non-technical partners.
An ownership mindset - you help define the problem and move work forward; you don't wait for perfect requirements.
Why This Role
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact problems across the business while helping shape how data science and analytics evolve within the organization. You'll have the autonomy to explore meaningful questions, influence strategy, and help build a stronger data-informed culture.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $140,000-$160,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.

• Ensure model explainability and transparency using techniques such as SHAP, feature attribution, and other interpretability methods appropriate for business-critical and regulated contexts.
• Define and enforce best practices around model governance, documentation, versioning, and auditability, proportional to model risk and business impact.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to ensure high-quality data pipelines, feature engineering, reproducibility, and scalable data foundations.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Commercial, and other stakeholders to translate business problems into pragmatic AI solutions, balancing speed and robustness.

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred) for ML or data workflows.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets in real-world environments.
• Proven ability to deliver AI/ML solutions with measurable business impact, not just model performance improvements.
• Experience working with model deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining strategies in production systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating trade-offs clearly.
• Ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving requirements, imperfect data, and delivery pressure, balancing MVP speed with production robustness.
The below are considered as a plus:
• Experience in fintech, trading, or financial services environments, particularly where models influence business-critical decisions.
• Experience with real-time or streaming ML systems.
• Familiarity with modern AI approaches such as LLMs, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), particularly where applied to business workflows or integrated with structured data.
• Experience working in regulated environments and implementing model governance frameworks (e.g. auditability, explainability, approvals, documentation standards).
• Experience contributing to team standards, mentoring, or leading applied AI delivery.
