About inKind
inKind is transforming the way restaurants access growth capital and build relationships with their guests. Sitting at the intersection of hospitality, fintech, consumer technology, and loyalty, our platform helps restaurant operators grow while giving consumers a better way to discover, experience, and engage with restaurants.
We are entering our next stage of growth, and our ambition is significant: to establish inKind as the market-leading brand in dining and become one of the most recognized and relevant consumer brands in hospitality.
We're looking for a VP of Marketing who has experienced hyper-scale before - someone who understands what it takes to take a rapidly growing company and turn it into a category-defining, nationally recognized brand.
Role Summary
The VP of Marketing will own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of inKind's marketing function across growth, brand, lifecycle, acquisition, retention, content, partnerships, and product marketing.
This is a critical leadership role for the next stage of inKind's growth. We want someone who has seen and helped lead hyper-scale firsthand and understands how the marketing strategy, organization, channels, brand, technology, and operating model need to evolve as a company moves from high growth to true market leadership.
Your mandate is bigger than generating leads or running campaigns. You will help turn inKind into a market-leading consumer brand, creating the awareness, affinity, customer growth, and engagement required to make inKind synonymous with discovering and experiencing great restaurants.
This is not a role for someone who wants to operate purely at the strategy level. You will set the vision while remaining deeply involved in execution - understanding how channels perform, how consumers behave, where the funnel can improve, what the brand stands for, and where we should place our next bet.
You will combine brand building with commercial performance, ensuring every marketing investment contributes to sustainable growth and long-term brand equity.
What You'll Own
Hyper-Scale Growth
Build the marketing strategy required to drive inKind through its next paradigm of rapid growth.
Bring firsthand experience of what changes when a business moves from growth into hyper-growth - from channels and organizational structure to processes, technology, measurement, and brand investment.
Identify the growth engines capable of taking inKind from today's scale to the next order of magnitude.
Build repeatable, scalable acquisition and engagement models rather than relying on isolated campaigns.
Anticipate the capabilities, talent, systems, and infrastructure Marketing will need before growth creates the requirement.
Balance aggressive growth with disciplined economics and sustainable customer value.
Growth & Customer Acquisition
Own the overall strategy for consumer growth, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Build and continuously optimize a diversified acquisition strategy across paid, organic, referral, partnership, local, and emerging channels.
Establish clear performance expectations across the marketing funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversion at every stage.
Own key growth metrics including CAC, conversion, activation, retention, repeat behavior, frequency, and LTV.
Develop scalable growth loops that leverage inKind's restaurant network, consumers, partners, and product.
Test aggressively, learn quickly, and scale what works.
Build a Market-Leading Brand
Own the ambition of transforming inKind from a rapidly growing company into a nationally recognized, market-leading consumer brand.
Define and evolve the inKind brand strategy, positioning, voice, and creative direction.
Establish a clear point of view on what inKind should stand for in the minds of consumers.
Build awareness, consideration, preference, and affinity at scale.
Develop breakthrough campaigns and brand moments capable of expanding inKind beyond its existing audience.
Build a brand that consumers actively recognize, trust, talk about, and want to engage with.
Ensure brand investment and growth marketing work together rather than operating as separate disciplines.
Identify opportunities for inKind to define and lead its category.
Establish consistent and distinctive brand experiences across product, digital, social, restaurant, partnership, experiential, and corporate touchpoints.
Lifecycle, CRM & Retention
Own lifecycle marketing across the complete customer journey.
Develop sophisticated segmentation and personalization strategies based on customer behavior and data.
Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, frequency, reactivation, and retention.
Drive continuous experimentation across messaging, offers, timing, channels, and customer segments.
Partner with Product and Data to identify behavioral signals and turn them into actionable marketing programs.
Ensure lifecycle marketing becomes a meaningful driver of customer LTV and sustainable growth.
Optimization & Analytics
Build a marketing organization where data drives decisions.
Establish clear dashboards and KPIs across channels, campaigns, customer segments, brand health, and the overall marketing funnel.
Regularly analyze performance and identify where resources should be increased, reduced, or redirected.
Develop a rigorous testing framework across creative, audience, channel, offer, landing page, and customer experience.
Understand not simply what happened, but why it happened and what we should do next.
Translate marketing performance and consumer behavior into clear recommendations for Executive Leadership.
Create the measurement frameworks necessary to understand both short-term performance marketing and long-term brand impact.
Product & Partner Marketing
Partner closely with Product to ensure customer insights influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Develop positioning and go-to-market plans for new products, capabilities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
Create programs that simultaneously drive value for
consumers, restaurant partners, and inKind
.
Ensure major launches have clear audiences, messaging, distribution strategies, and measurable success criteria.
Identify opportunities where product capabilities themselves can become powerful acquisition, engagement, and brand-building mechanisms.
Marketing Leadership & Execution
Set the overall marketing strategy while remaining close to the work.
Build, lead, coach, and scale a high-performing marketing organization capable of operating in a hyper-growth environment.
Determine what the marketing organization needs to look like at 2x, 5x, and 10x today's scale.
Establish clear ownership, priorities, goals, and accountability across the team.
Evaluate the existing marketing organization, capabilities, agencies, technology, processes, and investment strategy and determine what needs to evolve.
Manage marketing investment with a strong focus on incremental impact, scalability, and ROI.
Move comfortably between executive-level strategy and detailed campaign, creative, channel, or performance discussions.
Create a culture of experimentation, urgency, creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
You've seen hyper-scale:
You have operated inside a company during a period of exceptional growth and understand what needs to change as the organization scales.
You've built brands, not just campaigns:
You understand how a growing company becomes a recognizable, differentiated, market-leading brand.
Strategic and hands-on:
You can build a multi-year marketing strategy and dive into campaign performance the same day.
Commercially minded:
You think about marketing through the lens of revenue, growth, customer behavior, market share, and enterprise value.
Brand + Growth:
You believe exceptional brand building and measurable performance should reinforce each other.
Data-driven:
You're comfortable interrogating dashboards, funnels, cohorts, CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, and channel performance.
Customer obsessed:
You have a deep curiosity about why consumers behave the way they do and what creates genuine brand affinity.
Highly experimental:
You naturally think in hypotheses, tests, results, and iteration.
Builder mentality:
You're energized by building the organization and capabilities required for the next stage rather than simply managing what already exists.
High agency:
When you identify an opportunity or problem, you take ownership and move quickly.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant senior leadership responsibility.
Firsthand experience operating through hyper-growth or hyper-scale, ideally within a business that achieved significant national consumer adoption.
Demonstrated experience helping transform a growing company into a market-leading or category-defining brand.
Experience within a high-growth consumer, marketplace, fintech, hospitality, loyalty, e-commerce, or technology business.
Demonstrated success scaling consumer acquisition and retention.
Strong experience across growth marketing, brand, lifecycle/CRM, customer segmentation, and performance optimization.
Proven ability to build and scale high-performing marketing organizations.
Strong analytical capabilities and experience using customer and performance data to drive decisions.
Experience managing significant marketing investments and evaluating channel-level ROI.
Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will have:
Established a clear strategy for taking inKind from high growth toward true market leadership.
Significantly increased awareness and consideration of the inKind brand.

Improved customer acquisition efficiency and funnel conversion.
Increased customer activation, engagement, frequency, retention, and LTV.
Strengthened lifecycle, personalization, and customer segmentation capabilities.
Established clear marketing and brand dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and performance accountability.
Built the team, systems, processes, and capabilities required to support hyper-scale.
Created stronger integration between Marketing, Product, Data, and commercial teams.
Put inKind firmly on the path to becoming the market-leading consumer brand in its category.

This is an opportunity to join inKind at an inflection point.
The foundations have been built. The business is scaling rapidly. The opportunity now is to take that momentum and build a brand with national awareness, significant consumer relevance, and category leadership.
We're looking for someone who has experienced that journey before and wants to help do it again—this time with the opportunity to shape the strategy, organization, brand, and growth engine behind it.
You'll have the opportunity to build a marketing organization and brand capable of defining the next stage of inKind's growth - and ultimately help make inKind synonymous with how people discover and experience restaurants.

⭐ The role, concretely
Are you excited about building, structuring and scaling HR operations in a company that's just getting started? You will join Prévenir at a very early stage and help build the foundations of our People and administrative operations as the company scales. This role is particularly suited to someone who has already experienced a fast-growth environment, whether in a start-up, scale-up or during a 0-to-100 journey.
We're in the early chapters: this isn't about running existing processes — it's about creating them from scratch so they hold up at much larger scale. The role brings a product mindset to People operations, where every key moment of the employee experience is carefully designed, with a constant focus on simplicity and automation. You'll work closely with Lucie, who makes the final calls depending on topic complexity and supports you as you grow into autonomy.
Your time is split between:
- Employee journey: onboarding, probation-period tracking, setting up and running performance reviews, feedback processes, and monitoring team engagement.
- Documentation & operational efficiency: writing clear, user-centric documentation, spotting friction, simplifying or automating recurring processes. You leverage AI to multiply the impact of your work.
- People admin: leave and absence management, payroll back-and-forth, contracting and employee administrative follow-up, onboarding formalities and affiliations (health/provident insurance, occupational health), GDPR compliance.
- Operational finance: expense reports, preparing and sending accounting documents to Impulsa, preparing routine filings (including VAT).
Over time, this person will take ownership of payroll management in coordination with our accounting partner, with training and support.
👤 The profile we're looking for
Essential:
- At least 5-6 years of experience in People Ops, very hands-on, and comfortable with admin topics (e.g., managing the relationship with an accounting firm)
- Previous experience in a fast-scaling company, start-up or scale-up, ideally having helped build or scale People processes during a period of significant growth.
- Business curiosity: genuinely interested in what's happening on the business side, and able to connect your work to where the company is heading
- Versatility across People and Corporate/Admin topics, with a strong People focus
- Rigour and rock-solid attention to detail
- Autonomy: you don't wait to be told there's a problem — you spot it, bring a solution, and know when to loop someone in on the tricky ones
- Demonstrated interest in automating and improving recurring processes, and genuine enthusiasm for AI
- Comfort interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior profiles when needed
- Fluent English (written and spoken) to interact with the Alan team
- Based in Paris or the Île-de-France region, with the ability to work onsite regularly, ideally three days per week or more.
Ideally:
- Experience in MedTech or in a start-up / scale-up
- Sensitivity to the medical world (professional or personal)
- Note: a 100% Occupational Health background may not be the right cultural fit, but worth testing
🙏 What we offer
- Location: 117 Quai de Valmy, Paris 10th, in a brand-new centre designed to support high-quality practice
- Base salary: between €53,000 and €61,000 gross per year, depending on experience and level
- Profit-sharing scheme: 10%, in line with Prévenir’s framework
- Benefits: daily transport costs covered, company restaurant, RTT days and regular team events

Introduction to the Team & Role
What if your team was the one that got to build the future of how a company runs — and tried it on itself first?
GTM Systems owns the tech stack behind 360Learning's commercial engine — Salesforce, Marketo, data enrichment and AI tooling across sales, marketing, customer success and services. Our mission is to be a force multiplier for the business: making go-to-market faster, smarter and more effective.
We already have a high-performing team, mature systems, extensive documentation, and an ambitious AI vision. Now we need someone to build on that foundation and take it to the next level.
You'll work closely with GTM leaders, operators, data teams and engineering to turn ambiguous business problems into reliable, scalable products. You'll partner with each team to define the target state — where AI can take work off their plate, and where the human touch matters — then build the systems and agents that get them there.
This is a high-impact role for someone who loves working at the intersection of product, systems, AI and go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibility Areas
Own the internal AI operating model for GTM — the library of skills, agent evals, cost, adoption and ROI — in partnership with Data and Enablement.
Keep the team a step ahead as customer zero for AI, turning what works into patterns other functions adopt.
Own the long-term design of the GTM stack — CRM, marketing automation, CS tooling — deciding what to build vs. buy.
Help the company prioritize by identifying the best solution to each business problem and sizing its cost and feasibility.
Lead and coach five senior ICs across Salesforce, marketing/BDR, CS systems and web ops. Set a high bar for documentation, testing and deployment — and hold it without slowing the team down.
Run vendor management end to end: evaluations, the quarterly keep-or-kill review, and renewals.
Partner as a peer to the leaders of Data, Enablement, Security, Finance and every commercial function.
Drive adoption and change management for new GTM capabilities across distributed teams.
What You'll Do
Within 1 month, you will:
Know the team, the stack, and the cross-functional leaders and teams you’ll partner with
Understand the main business challenges and opportunities for each GTM function
Own the team's current quarterly objectives and the routines that keep them visible.
Within 3 months, you will:
Have taken one major cross-functional change from plan to done
Own the full vendor-renewal cycle across the commercial stack
Have co-written the next quarter's objectives with the performance and enablement teams, each one stating the business problem, the current state, the expected impact and the plan.
Within 6 months, you will:
Have co-written the next quarter's objectives with the performance and enablement teams, each one stating the business problem, the current state, the expected impact and the plan.
Have shipped at least one AI agent that watches business data and reaches people on its own, with a named business owner and outcome measures agreed before launch.
Have a 12-18 month roadmap, setting the high-level vision across our systems infrastructure, ways of working, and AI portfolio
Within 12 months, you will:
Show, in numbers, the capacity the commercial organization reinvested because of what the team built.
Have a development path agreed with each member of the team.
Have the team recognized as the company's reference for AI-native operations
The Skill Set
5+ years across GTM systems, agentic/AI workflow products, revenue technology, enterprise SaaS — or an adjacent path like technical product management or consulting where you designed and shipped real systems with a strong AI mandate.
Turn ambiguous business problems into reliable, scalable tooling — you read a process, tell whether it's any good, spot where AI creates value, and judge when to automate (and when not to), across the full revenue engine.
Have fluency in modern GTM systems: Salesforce, marketing automation, enrichment, routing, attribution, lead-to-quote, billing or customer lifecycle tools. Deep Salesforce fluency is a strong plus.
Have built with modern AI tooling: agents, plugins or skills on top of LLMs, connectors to business systems, and evals that tell you whether an agent is good.
You define KPIs, run experiments, and use data to prioritize where to invest and to measure real impact on pipeline, conversion, efficiency and revenue.
You drive strategic alignment and executive communication — conclusion first, tradeoffs named, complex topics made simple — and you drive change through to adoption.
Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the first version of the strategy has to be shaped, tested and improved quickly.
Run vendor evaluations end to end
Set and hold standards for documentation, testing and deployment without slowing the team down, and coach senior ICs with care.
Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR).

About us
Aave Labs began with a simple question: how do we make financial services like borrowing, saving, and earning more accessible globally?
We built the Aave Protocol, now the world’s largest and most trusted onchain lending market, connecting decentralized finance with individuals, traditional finance, and fintech.
Today, we build trusted, high-quality products that expand access to lending, credit, and savings globally
Our culture
We build trusted products that help people access and discover economic opportunities.
We hold a high bar for quality and craftsmanship. No detail is too small. Trust depends on it.
We’re a global team building products people can actually use, turning complex technology into something simple and reliable.
We stay aligned, move quickly, and think long term, while keeping teams lean and focused on impact.
About the Role
Aave is looking for a Protocol Security Researcher to help build its internal protocol security function.
The role sits at the intersection of smart contract security, protocol design, adversarial research, and AI-assisted review. You will help assess major protocol changes before deployment, maintain security context across Aave’s deployed systems, and reason about the risks introduced by critical dependencies, integrations, and Aave-adjacent infrastructure.
This is not a narrow audit role. The goal is to improve Aave’s ability to understand and reduce protocol risk continuously.
How you can make an impact:
Review major Aave protocol changes before external audit or deployment
Perform attacker-driven analysis of smart contracts, protocol mechanisms, and integrations
Participate in design and architecture discussions early enough to influence security-relevant decisions
Identify risks in Aave-adjacent systems, including assets, bridges, oracles, adapters, and critical dependencies
Contribute to AI-assisted security tooling and evaluate its effectiveness in real review workflows
Turn review findings into reusable knowledge, invariants, assumptions, and testing or monitoring ideas
Work with monitoring and incident response teams when review findings imply operational detection or response needs
Collaborate with external auditors by helping define scope, known risks, and areas of concern
Let's connect if you have:
5+ years of relevant security experience
Strong smart contract security background
Ability to independently review complex codebases and reason about protocol-level failure modes
Attacker mindset: you can move from “this looks wrong” to “this is how it could be exploited”
Strong understanding of DeFi mechanisms, including lending, liquidations, accounting, oracles, collateral, governance, and integrations
Evidence that you are actively using AI to improve security research, review quality, or review throughput
Clear written communication: you can explain risk, impact, uncertainty, and trade-offs to engineers and non-security stakeholders
Good judgment about severity, exploitability, and when a finding matters
Nice to haves:
Experience with formal methods, fuzzing, invariant testing, or custom security tooling
Experience building internal tools for security review, code understanding, or knowledge management
Experience working with external audit firms or leading audit engagements
Familiarity with governance payloads, upgrade systems, permissioning, and incident response
Open-source security research, published findings, CTFs, bug bounties, or prior public vulnerability research
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!
Equal opportunities statement:
Aave Labs celebrates diversity and views each and every team member as a separate individual with their own unique identity. No matter your race, religion, gender, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation or even the wallet you use, we welcome you at Aave Labs. As an equal opportunities employer, we take accountability and believe in everyone's potential to build, create and inspire changes. With a mission to build a diverse workforce, we are proud to foster a working environment in which everyone can feel safe and valued for who they are.

Identify opportunities, move fast to test them, launch what works, skip what doesn't
Lead products from 0→1 — from identifying the market problem and defining the proposition through MVP, first customers, commercial launch, and iteration.
Translate complex technical infrastructure into products that solve real institutional customer needs and have a clear commercial model.
Make informed product and architecture trade-offs involving technologies such as MPC, multi-signature, HSM, private key management, and blockchain infrastructure.
Develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape across custody technology providers, regulated custodians, prime brokers, liquidity providers, and institutional trading infrastructure.

Work closely with enterprise customers and commercial teams to understand institutional requirements, validate product-market fit, and support complex sales and integration cycles.
Incorporate regulatory and compliance requirements into product architecture, workflows, customer experience, operating models, and go-to-market strategy.
Build the initial product team and operating model, including hiring the first key team members, defining responsibilities, and establishing effective product processes.
Partner closely with Engineering, Compliance, Sales, Operations, and other functions to take products from concept to production and commercial adoption.
Define product KPIs and use customer, market, product, and commercial data to evaluate performance and prioritize investment.
Requirements
Market + tech depth (Strong general product management experience without relevant domain depth will not be sufficient)
Experience in senior B2B product roles, with significant experience in fintech, digital assets, or crypto infrastructure.
Deep knowledge of the institutional crypto market and its underlying technology. Strong general product management experience without relevant domain depth will not be sufficient.
Demonstrated experience personally building at least one product from 0→1, from an initial market problem or idea through launch, customer adoption, and/or revenue.
Deep expertise in at least one of the following areas:
Digital asset custody and private key management
Liquidity management and prime brokerage
Blockchain payment infrastructure
Tokenization and settlement
Strong understanding of institutional crypto infrastructure and the differences between technology providers, regulated custodians, prime brokers, liquidity providers, and trading technology platforms.
Technical fluency sufficient to discuss architecture and product trade-offs around MPC, multi-signature, HSM, wallet infrastructure, and private key management with senior engineers and technical leadership.
Experience building B2B products for institutional or enterprise customers, including complex integrations and long enterprise sales cycles.
Hands-on experience operating in a regulated environment where regulatory or compliance requirements materially influenced product decisions.
Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks such as MiCA, DORA, the Travel Rule, VQF, PCI DSS, or comparable frameworks.
Experience building a product team or new product function from scratch, ideally including hiring the first 3–5 team members and establishing the initial operating model.
Strong commercial mindset with hands-on experience in pricing, revenue models, unit economics, market sizing, and product monetization.
Ability to combine technical understanding, customer insight, market knowledge, and commercial data to make clear product decisions.
Comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity in a founder-led environment.

ABOUT PLAYSON
Playson builds premium casino games and platform solutions for operators worldwide. Our products reach millions of players across regulated markets, and we ship frequently - which means our certification and compliance evidence has to be as well-engineered as the games themselves.
We are hiring a Software Developer, Compliance, to own that engineering: a pipeline that lets us ship faster and safer, and a defence of the platform and the games that holds up in front of a lab, an ISO assessor, and a future SOC 2 auditor.
About the role
You are a software developer sitting inside compliance. You will build and continuously evolve a secure compliance pipeline so we can ship games and platform changes faster and safer - and you will be the technical person who defends what we shipped when an auditor, a certification lab, or a regulator asks.
The scope is not games alone. You will stand in front of game certification labs, and you will also defend the platform: ISO certification of our systems and the evidence work that leads into a future SOC 2 audit. In every case, the job is the same. You produce the proof. You walk the auditor through it. You answer the question that was asked, with the evidence that was requested, and you stop there.
You will own the technical side of game certification. You take a game math package from the review channel to the lab, you produce the evidence the lab needs - build hashes, PAR sheets, configuration snapshots, version manifests - and you answer the lab's technical questions yourself, without a developer sitting next to you. When a certificate comes back, you are the person who confirms every deficiency is closed before the game is allowed past the pre-release gate.
Between lab submissions, you treat the pipeline as a product. Manual evidence collection, one-off screenshots, and tribal knowledge are the things you replace. You automate controls, tighten the audit trail, and shorten the path from "ready to ship" to "ready to show an auditor" without weakening the bar. Faster and safer at the same time is the point of this role - not one at the expense of the other.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You are a developer first. 3+ years writing production code, comfortable reading someone else's codebase and forming your own opinion about what it does. You are not a documentation coordinator who learned some technical words
- Strong Node.js and TypeScript. Our game math packages, engine integration, rules and bets migrations, test suites, and compliance automation are all JavaScript-side. You will read game math code and verify that what it does matches what we told the lab it does - and you will write the tooling that makes that check repeatable
- You know what it takes to build certified products. You have worked for an iGaming game provider, a lottery, or another business where products require certification. You understand how that shapes development, testing, and releases, and why the code and supporting evidence need to stay aligned.
- You build pipelines, not checklists. You have taken a manual, high-stakes process and turned it into something engineered: automated evidence, versioned artefacts, gates that fail closed
- You can read data and write queries. SQL against a production analytics store, log investigation, understanding a metrics pipeline well enough to tell a real control failure from a broken dashboard
- Composure in front of an auditor. In a lab session, an ISO assessment, or a future SOC 2 walkthrough, you answer the question that was asked with the evidence that was requested. You communicate with auditors and certification labs precisely and factually. You provide complete evidence for the question or control being assessed, avoid speculation, and escalate regulatory interpretations to the Head of Compliance
- You know where your authority ends. When a question moves from technical fact to regulatory interpretation or commercial consequence, you route it to the Head of Compliance instead of improvising
- You write clearly and permanently. Compliance evidence is read years later by people who were not in the room. Your documentation has to survive that
- You are comfortable saying no. You will be the person telling a squad, under release pressure, that their change does not pass the gate. That conversation needs to be calm, specific, and final
- Precise by temperament. You check the version number rather than remembering it. You are not bored by an audit trail
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct dealings with a certification lab (GLI, BMM, eCOGRA, iTech Labs, or similar) or a gaming regulator
- Hands-on evidence work for ISO 27001, SOC 2, or an equivalent information-security audit
- Understanding of RNG, RTP mathematics, and how statistical certification evidence is produced
- Familiarity with multi-jurisdiction licensing (UKGC, MGA, and regulated EU and LatAm markets)
- Observability and alerting tooling - Datadog or equivalent, including building automation on top of it rather than just reading dashboards
- Experience with change-management controls, audit trails, and segregation-of-duties models
- Incident response experience, particularly where the incident had a regulatory or audit dimension

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to:
Director of Product Security and Incident Response
Location:
Remote US
Compensation Range:
$200,000.00 to $210,000.00 plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
As a Staff CSIRT Analyst, you will be the cornerstone of Huntress’ internal security resilience. You will act as the primary internal escalation point from our SOC, ensuring we protect ourselves with the same rigor and products we use for our customers. In this role, you will strategize with leaders across multiple functions to identify work streams and own the end-to-end incident response lifecycle. You will guide teams, determine key milestones, and proactively anticipate blockers that could hinder our response capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Incident Response & Triage:
Lead the identification, triage, and validation of security incidents through various telemetry sources, acting as the ultimate escalation point for the SOC.
Strategic Preparedness:
Drive organizational incident readiness by designing and executing practical response exercises (tabletops and purple teaming) to ensure first responders are prepared at all levels of our organization.
Telemetry Optimization:
Partner with engineering, product security, and detection engineering teams to tune existing telemetry sources to a high true-positive rate, reducing noise and increasing detection efficacy.
Offensive Security Partnership:
Collaborate closely with the Offensive Security team to identify visibility gaps and ensure proper coverage against modern threat actor TTPs. Partner with product security, engineering, detection engineering, and other applicable business units to close these gaps rather than treating them as a blocker.
Continuous Improvement & Leadership
: Lead cross-functional Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) to extract critical lessons learned; own the lifecycle of resulting remediation tasks, driving specific tooling and process enhancements that harden organizational defenses and response against future threats.
Stakeholder Communication:
Develop and present comprehensive reports and "lessons learned" to stakeholders at all levels following major incidents or exercises.
Documentation:
Create and maintain playbooks, system configurations, and incident response standards to ensure scalability and supportability.
What You Bring To The Team:
Experience:
8+ years of experience in Incident Response, SOC Operations, or Digital Forensics (DFIR).
Technical Expertise:
Advanced knowledge of EDR/MDR platforms, log aggregation (SIEM/ELK), and cloud security environments (AWS/Azure/M365).
Problem Solving:
Proven ability to articulate the root cause of complex problems using first principles and translate insights into technical solutions.
Strategic Thinking:
Experience leading small project teams and aligning tech stacks across functions.
Communication:
Exceptional ability to convey complex technical incident details to both technical teams and executive leadership.
Tooling:
Familiarity with automation/SOAR platforms and documentation tools like Confluence, Jira, and Lucid Chart.
Mindset:
A proactive, forward-thinking approach to security with a passion for building "stewardship of culture" through inclusive and actionable security behaviors.

Role overview
We are seeking a Senior Localisation Quality Engineer, a highly skilled and innovative individual who brings together design-phase product thinking, software engineering expertise, localisation awareness, and technical problem solving.
The role builds on the core responsibilities of a Senior Localisation QA Engineer, combining strong localization quality expertise with software engineering, automation, and earlier involvement in the product design and development lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked closely with design teams in Figma, has experience reviewing and validating designs before implementation, understands how localisation impacts product and UI design, and can build scalable technical solutions to improve quality across the product lifecycle. You will partner with design, engineering, product, and localisation teams to identify risks early, improve design quality and localisation readiness, and create tools, systems, and solutions that enable faster and smarter delivery.
Rather than focusing only on post-implementation testing, this role emphasises early engagement in the design phase, including reviewing Figma files, prototypes, design systems, user flows, and content structures to ensure they are scalable, testable, and ready for localisation across languages and regions. You will also contribute as a hands-on engineer, building software, automation, integrations, and AI-driven solutions such as agents, assistants, or plugins that improve workflows, validation, and quality decision-making.
The ideal candidate combines strong software development skills, experience working with design systems and Figma-based workflows, practical understanding of localisation and internationalisation, and hands-on interest in engineering solutions to product and quality challenges.
Responsibilities
Design Systems, Figma & Early Product Quality
- Partner with designers, product managers, engineers, and the wider Localisation team to help identify localisation risks early in the design phase.
- Support the Localisation team by reviewing Figma designs and providing technical and design expertise to improve localisation readiness before implementation.
- Help the Localisation team identify and address design risks such as text expansion, truncation, layout issues, bidirectional languages, locale-aware components, and cross-market scalability.
- .Build and improve tools, automation, and processes that enable Localisation QA to identify issues earlier and at scale, including automated design and content validation, screenshot capture, localisation readiness checks, and quality validation across languages and regions.
- Work with the wider Localisation team to define best practices and guidance that help designers and engineers create products that are ready for localisation from the start.
- Collaborate with design teams on design systems, UI patterns, and content structures to improve quality and reduce downstream issues before code is written.
- Help define quality expectations, localisation considerations, and implementation guidance directly from design artefacts and product requirements.
Localisation Quality & Testing
- Perform hands-on Localisation QA testing across multiple languages, platforms, products, and regions, including linguistic, functional, visual, and internationalisation testing.
- Lead and support complex localisation quality initiatives, while contributing directly to day-to-day testing when needed.
- Develop and improve localisation test strategies covering linguistic, functional, visual, and internationalisation quality.
- Investigate complex localisation and internationalisation issues and work with engineering, design, product, and localisation teams to identify root causes and appropriate solutions.
- Help define localisation quality standards and ensure localisation considerations are integrated throughout the product development lifecycle, from design through implementation and release.
Software Engineering & Technical Solutions
- Design and develop software, internal tools, automation, and reusable services that improve product quality, design validation, and workflow efficiency.
- Build scalable software solutions that support validation of product experiences across design, development, and release stages.
- Contribute to codebases, frameworks, and technical infrastructure that improve quality signals, design consistency, and localisation support.
- Partner with software engineers to improve feature readiness, system testability, and quality-by-design practices.
- Integrate validation and quality workflows into modern development environments and CI/CD pipelines where appropriate.
Automation, Tooling & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve localisation and product quality across design, engineering, and localisation workflows.
- Design and build tools, automation, integrations, or other technical solutions that help teams review designs, validate content, detect issues, and improve workflows.
- Choose the right technical approach for each problem, which may include traditional automation, scripts, plugins, APIs, AI/LLMs, or existing internal tools.
- Develop solutions that help identify localisation and quality issues earlier in the product lifecycle and provide faster feedback to teams.
- Prototype and test new approaches, measure their value, and develop successful solutions so they can be used by the wider Localisation team and potentially other teams.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a bridge across design, engineering, product, and localisation teams, helping align quality, scalability, and user experience goals.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex issues into actionable recommendations.
- Influence teams toward a shift-left, design-led quality approach.
- Contribute to planning, design reviews, implementation discussions, and release readiness with a focus on preventing issues early.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to members of the Localisation team, sharing engineering, automation, localisation, and quality best practices.
- Promote a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education
BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Design Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, design technology, quality engineering, localisation engineering, or related product development roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in software development, with the ability to build tools, systems, integrations, or automation that solve real product challenges.
- Experience working closely with design teams and Figma workflows, including reviewing designs, prototypes, component systems, and user journeys before implementation.
- Experience validating or testing Figma designs for quality, scalability, localisation readiness, and implementation feasibility.
- Practical understanding of localisation and internationalisation principles in digital products.
- Experience with localisation quality or testing across multilingual products, platforms, or regions.
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.
- Hands-on experience building or experimenting with AI agents, plugins, copilots, or intelligent workflow tools.
- Experience with APIs, structured data, system integrations, and modern software development practices.
- Familiarity with developer collaboration tools such as GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional delivery models.
Soft Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong product thinking and problem-solving ability.
Comfortable operating across design, engineering, product, and localisation domains.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Desired qualifications
Experience with Figma design systems, component libraries, and design-to-development workflows.
Experience creating or contributing to Figma plugins, design validation tools, or workflow extensions.
Experience building AI agents, assistants, or plugins for design, engineering, content, or localisation use cases.
Experience influencing product quality earlier in the lifecycle through design review and engineering collaboration.
Familiarity with multilingual product development, translation workflows, or international launch readiness.
Experience in video games, consumer technology, digital entertainment, or large-scale product environments.
Fluency in one or more non-English languages is a plus.
What We Offer
The opportunity to shape next-generation quality, localisation, and design-to-development practices.
A dynamic and inclusive workplace where technical excellence, collaboration, and global impact thrive.
Competitive compensation, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
Career growth opportunities in a forward-looking engineering environment focused on quality, localisation, automation, intelligent systems, and early product excellence.
