About the Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Payments Team, based in the US. Payments is where OKX meets the real financial world. Our team has built and operates the infrastructure connecting OKX to dozens of payment channels across global markets, giving users deposit and withdrawal options that are fast, convenient, and — most importantly — trustworthy. That platform moves and safeguards user assets at institutional scale, continuously, across time zones and regulatory environments.
This is not a greenfield team looking for its footing. The team is established, the platform is in production at scale, and we are actively expanding — both in scope and in headcount. That combination is rare: you get the leverage of joining a growing team where your work visibly shifts the roadmap, along with the discipline that comes from a system already trusted with real money.
It's also an unusually good place to learn. Payments is a domain that's hard to pick up from the outside — every market has its own rails, its own settlement behavior, its own failure modes, its own compliance expectations. Here you'll work across a wide range of payment methods and channels, and you'll build the judgment that comes from operating financial systems where the stakes are real: how to design for correctness when money is on the line, how to reconcile, how to recover, how to keep a platform observable enough that you find problems before your users do.
You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and partner-facing teams, and you'll set the technical bar for the engineers around you — through design docs, code reviews, and the everyday habit of doing things properly when nobody's watching.
If you like the sound of a team where the problems are genuinely hard, the standard is high, and your opinion changes the outcome, we'd like to talk.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design and build the core. Develop high-scale, 24/7 APIs and distributed payment services across multiple cloud providers, using Java and Spring Boot as the primary stack. Own systems end to end — from design doc through production ownership.
Expand our global reach. Help integrate and scale new payment channels and methods across markets, each with its own technical, operational, and reliability characteristics.
Protect user assets. Build for correctness first: consistency, idempotency, reconciliation, failure recovery, and the operational tooling that lets us stand behind every transaction.
Set the technical bar. Participate actively in design and code reviews, giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback. Help evolve the standards a growing team builds on.
Solve the hard problems. Investigate complex distributed-systems challenges and drive them to resolution rather than handing them off.
Partner across functions. Work with product, design, and partner teams across regions to turn ambiguous requirements into shipped systems, and to unblock dependencies before they become delays.
Grow the team's capability. Mentor engineers and share what you learn. Seniority here is measured in leverage, not just output.
Stay curious. Keep pace with a fast-moving industry and bring the good ideas back.
What you'll take away from this role
Deep, practical fluency across a wide range of global payment methods and channels — knowledge that is genuinely hard to acquire anywhere else
Experience designing and operating systems entrusted with substantial user assets, where correctness and recoverability are non-negotiable
A track record of shipping in a regulated, high-stakes domain at real scale
What We Look For In You
5+ years of backend software development experience, with a proven track record of building and operating high-availability, large-scale applications.
Strong engineering fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and software design patterns — and the judgment to know when to reach for which.
Ownership instinct. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tickets. When something's broken or unclear, you move toward it.
Ability to drive cross-team collaboration, managing complex dependencies and competing requirements without losing momentum.
Excellent problem-solving skills, and comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication. You can explain a complex technical trade-off to an engineer and to a non-technical stakeholder, and land it with both.
Genuine interest in crypto or fintech, and in building things that make money move better.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About Alchemy
Alchemy is the Web3 infrastructure and developer platform that powers millions of users and the world’s most innovative blockchain applications. From enabling $1+ trillion in financial transactions worldwide to scaling L2s and enabling DeFi, Alchemy provides the infrastructure and tools developers need to build reliable, scalable, and accessible experiences.
Trusted by companies like JPMorgan, Stripe, Visa, Franklin Templeton, Nike, and backed by a16z, Coatue, Silver Lake, Lightspeed, and Stanford University, Alchemy is building the foundational layer for a decentralized and AI-enabled Web3 ecosystem. For more information, visit alchemy.com http://alchemy.com.
About the role
You'll own a 0→1 product surface at Alchemy, from the first customer conversation to GA to a self-serve growth engine. This is a builder's seat. You'll define the wedge, write the spec, sit with design and engineering daily, get on calls with developers and CTOs, and carry the number that proves it worked. You'll have real latitude to shape the roadmap, so this role suits someone who's comfortable defining the problem as well as solving it
What you'll do
- Go 0→1. Take an ambiguous opportunity such as agentic payments, stablecoin rails, data APIs, or a new chain ecosystem, and turn it into a shipped product with real usage and real revenue.
- Sell, build, and deliver. Run discovery calls, join sales calls, write the pitch, then go build what you promised and make sure it lands in production.
- Be the voice of the developer. Live in support channels, GitHub issues, customer Slack channels, and your own terminal. Ship product that engineers choose without a sales call.
- Set the bar on quality and speed. Define what great looks like for latency, reliability, and DX, then hold the line while moving fast.
- Make the call. Decide with incomplete information, write down why, and revisit when the data changes.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in product, with meaningful time on a developer platform, API, or infrastructure product. You've shipped things engineers integrate, not just use.
- Demonstrated product-led growth experience: self-serve funnels, activation and conversion metrics, pricing and packaging, usage-based monetization.
- Founder mentality. You've started something, whether a company, a business line, or a product nobody asked you to build.
- Bias to action. You move quickly to get to a real answer: fast customer validation, clear evidence of demand, then a committed build with a path to revenue. Speed comes from cutting cycle time, not from cutting quality.
- Customer obsessed and commercially fluent. Comfortable in a sales call, a design review, and a production incident on the same day.
- Thrives in ambiguity. You create the structure rather than wait for it.
- Technical enough to read an API spec, write a curl request, prototype with an AI coding agent, and hold your own with senior engineers.
- Crypto and web3 experience is a plus. Deep curiosity is required.

About the role
Self-serve is how Alchemy grows. The dashboard and the developer experience around it are the primary revenue engine for our flagship products: developers discover us, sign up, get to their first call, scale their usage, and upgrade largely without ever talking to a person. That funnel is one of the most direct levers on company-level revenue we have, and this role owns it.
It's also changing fast. A growing share of developers now reach Alchemy through an AI coding agent rather than a browser tab, and we expect agent-mediated usage to become the dominant way our platform is consumed. Building for that shift, our MCP server, agent skills, and AI-native onboarding, sits squarely in this role.
You'll run the dashboard as a product, own the self-serve growth engine, and set the experimentation and measurement standard for growth across the company, partnering with Node APIs, Data APIs, Wallets, Transaction Engine, Growth Marketing, and Billing, and spending meaningful time with customers.
What you'll own
- The dashboard. Own signup, app creation, first key, first call, usage and CU visibility, upgrade paths, team management, and the observability developers need to debug their own traffic.
- Developer experience end to end. Docs, SDKs, quickstarts, error messages, sandbox and testnet flows, and the first hour of every integration. Reduce time to first successful call, then time to first paid workload.
- Own product-led growth end to end. Design the developer journey from docs, to first API call, to first paid workload, to scaled production spend. Instrument it, find the drop-offs, fix them.
- Agent experience (AX). Make Alchemy the default infrastructure an AI coding agent reaches for. Own how our MCP server, agent skills, and machine readable docs perform inside Claude Code, Cursor, and whatever comes next.
- Experimentation. Building the A/B and holdout tooling, running pricing, packaging, and onboarding tests, and creating a habit of shipping and learning weekly rather than quarterly.
- The truth. Get into the warehouse yourself. Build the funnel, find the cohort that doesn't behave like the average, and bring back the answer nobody wanted to hear.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years in product, with deep time on developer platforms, APIs, or infrastructure, and direct ownership of a dashboard or console that developers use daily.
- Proven product-led growth leadership: you've owned a self-serve funnel at scale and can show what you moved, by how much, and how you know it was you.
- Rigorous experimentation practice. You know the difference between a lift and a fluke, you size tests before you run them, and you've built the culture as much as the tooling.
- Genuinely analytical. Data Analysis is a normal Tuesday. You can build the model, audit the instrumentation, catch the bad join, and defend the number in front of the exec team.
- Truth seeking. You'd rather be corrected in week one than right in a deck in week twelve. You go looking for the disconfirming data.
- Cross functional gravity. You've driven outcomes across engineering, design, docs, marketing, sales, and finance without owning any of them.
- Customer facing by instinct. You run your own discovery calls, sit in support channels, and can walk a CTO through an integration and a pricing model in the same meeting.
- Technical enough to build with our own APIs, prototype with AI agents, and read the code when the answer isn't in the dashboard.
- Crypto and web3 experience is a plus.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking a partnerships leader to own the tri-party motion for systems integrator partnerships selling through AWS. Global systems integrators and specialist SIs are how Claude reaches enterprise customers at scale, and AWS is the surface most of that work runs on. You will own the intersection of those two ecosystems.
In this role, you will build the go-to-market motion that turns partner interest into joint pipeline and closed revenue, working across AWS's partner organization and the AWS practices inside the world's largest integrators. You will define how Claude is positioned inside AWS partner programs, design the commercial mechanics that let partners transact and get rewarded, and build the joint plays that partners take to their customers.
This is a build role. The partner ecosystem is early, the programs are still being designed, and you will be operating across three organizations whose incentives on any given deal don’t always line up. You will help shape how frontier AI technology reaches the enterprise through the services ecosystem.
You will report directly to the Head of AWS GTM Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the GTM strategy for our systems integrator partnerships through AWS, including co-selling motions, joint business plans, events and segment-specific plays
Own forecasting, pipeline development, and revenue targets for partner-sourced and partner-influenced business
Design the commercial mechanics that make the partner motion work, including deal registration, marketplace program structure, and incentives
Build and maintain executive-level relationships across AWS's partner organization and across partner AWS practice leadership
Work with partners to develop repeatable, industry-specific solutions built on Claude, and help them build the delivery capability to take those solutions to market
Partner cross-functionally with Anthropic's alliances, sales, partner marketing, and regional cloud teams to keep the motion consistent globally while regions execute locally
Create and implement scalable processes for partnership operations, including escalation management, business reviews, and reporting
Provide strategic market intelligence and competitive insights on the partner ecosystem to inform product and commercial strategy
Identify where to concentrate investment across the partner portfolio and make the case to stop investing where returns are not there
Minimum qualifications
12+ years of enterprise partnerships, alliances, or business development experience, with meaningful time spent on partner ecosystems
Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships with systems integrators, consultancies, or channel partners
Experience building a co-sell or channel motion from the ground up, including the commercial mechanics behind it
Deep understanding of how cloud and partner field organizations operate, and the incentives that drive seller and partner behavior
Track record of carrying and hitting a partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue number, with credible forecasting behind it
Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders where you have no formal authority
Excellence in strategic planning, business operations, and program management
Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, and a willingness to concentrate effort rather than spread thin
Experience working with technical products and translating complex capabilities into business value
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred qualifications
Previous experience working with AWS or another hyperscaler partner organization
Working knowledge of systems integrator operating models, including practice structures, delivery economics, and how services revenue drives partner decisions
Background in AI/ML technologies or with developer-focused platforms and their partner ecosystems
Experience scaling partner programs at a company moving from early traction to significant partner-driven revenue
Management consulting experience earlier in your career

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Strong Kubernetes, observability, and software engineering skills are essential, along with experience in operating production services in a cloud environment (GCP/GKE or comparable) and partnering closely with product development teams. The ability to hold a dual perspective - understanding both how developers ship features and what infrastructure needs to stay reliable - and to bring the reliability lens into design decisions early will be key to your success in this role.
If you're passionate about making complex distributed systems boringly reliable and love building the commerce and monetization backbone that lets game developers around the world get paid, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
Own the application-level infrastructure: Helm charts, Terraform configurations, Kubernetes deployments, runtime configuration, and service-level networking and integrations
Own the domain's observability: design and implement SLOs/SLIs, monitors, alerts, and dashboards for critical services on Datadog and OpenTelemetry-based tooling
Help to set up and evolve CI/CD pipelines for domain services (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), including deploy and rollback automation
Perform capacity planning and performance tuning ahead of expected load - product launches, sales events, and regional rollouts - including load testing and performance regression investigation
Run Production Readiness Reviews for new services and major changes; define and enforce what "production-ready" means for the domain
Support domain incident response: assist with deep investigation of complex incidents, contribute to post-mortems, drive follow-up reliability improvements, and maintain runbooks
Build domain-specific automation that reduces operational toil: runbook automation, deploy helpers, recurring operational scripts
Maintain and drive a forward-looking reliability roadmap for the domain together with product engineering leads
Participate in product team planning, refinements, and architecture reviews, bringing the reliability perspective before design decisions become expensive to change
Co-author company-wide SLO/SLI, capacity, and operational standards together with the broader SRE team; contribute improvements directly to shared SRE-operated subsystems
Participate in the SRE duty rotation, supporting developers across the company
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of proven SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering experience: on-call or incident response duty, SLO/monitoring ownership, deploy pipeline and infrastructure work for production services
Software development background: you have built and shipped backend services, not only operated them - comfortable reading application code during an investigation and writing production-quality automation in at least one language (e.g., Go, PHP)
Hands-on Kubernetes experience: Helm, manifests, deploy strategies, debugging application-level performance and networking issues (GKE or another managed Kubernetes)
Solid observability practice: building monitors, dashboards, and SLOs/SLIs on a modern platform (Datadog preferred; Prometheus/Grafana experience also relevant), familiarity with OpenTelemetry
Infrastructure as Code exposure (Terraform/Terragrunt) for collaboration with platform teams
GCP experience (IAM, networking, managed services)
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions)
Programming/scripting proficiency sufficient to build automation and tooling (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash)
Practical experience with incident response, post-mortems, and driving reliability improvements from incidents
Strong collaboration and communication skills — this role works embedded with product development teams daily
Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or gaming — high-traffic transactional systems
Nice to Have:
Kubernetes certifications
Google Cloud Platform certifications
HashiCorp certifications

The role
Global payments are complex, high-throughput, and ever-evolving. At Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, our software engineers develop the next-generation financial technologies that empower merchants to optimize acceptance rates, combat fraud and unlock seamless customer experiences. As a Staff Software Engineer within our Payments Performance pillar, you will step into a critical role of strategic technical leadership. It is rooted in your profound depth of technical expertise and a wide breadth of organizational influence. You will guide the technical approach for your group, aligning multiple engineering teams on architectural priorities, unblocking complex obstacles, and balancing technical excellence with pragmatism for impact. We are looking for someone with a background building robust, automated experimentation or decision engines at a global scale.
How you’ll make an impact
- Drive the long-term technical direction and strategy for the Experimentation and Optimisation platform, looking beyond immediate requirements to ensure our solutions are built for impact and scale.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Science, Platform and ML Engineering teams to shape what we build, not just how.
- Act as a coach and mentor to our engineering teams, providing the technical leadership needed to solve complex distributed systems challenges in Go.
- Proactively identify opportunities and take initiative to elevate the engineering standards within the pillar, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate, translate, run and execute the collection of requirements and architecture/design initiatives into clear, actionable engineering roadmaps.
- Serve as a role model for engineering excellence, championing best practices in code, architecture and operational excellence.
What we’re looking for
- Technical leadership: setting direction, breaking down complex problems, influencing across teams.
- Extensive, hands-on experience in building, operating and scaling complex, cloud-based distributed systems (we use mainly AWS).
- Excellent programming skills in Go (Golang), with a deep understanding of concurrent, memory-efficient, and low-latency backend architectures.
- A strong engineering background with a proven track record of implementing, owning, and scaling experimentation systems, feature-flagging infrastructures, or similar data-intensive backend systems.
- A proven ability to raise the bar for engineering standards through effective coaching, mentorship, and a relentless drive for platform improvement.
- Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical or statistical concepts to multidisciplinary teams and influence positive outcomes across the organization.
- A detail-oriented and data-driven approach to building infrastructure solutions where accuracy, thoroughness, and low latency are absolutely critical.
- You take initiative and are deeply accountable to your internal customers and engineering colleagues.
- Bonus: experience with implementing solutions for adaptive experimentation ML (contextual bandits, Bayesian optimization or RL-based allocation)

ABOUT MATTER LABS
Matter Labs builds private settlement infrastructure that lets regulated institutions settle directly with each other without exposing data, ceding control, or waiting days. Global finance moves $4 quadrillion a year on systems designed for paper and telex. The institutions that built them - from clearing houses to exchanges to the world's largest banks, institutions are now actively replacing them.
Our core product, Prividium, gives each institution its own private settlement environment (a Prividium Zone) with independent governance and built-in interoperability across counterparties, asset classes, and jurisdictions. Settlement happens through zero-knowledge proofs: one party proves a transaction is valid without revealing any underlying data to the counterparty. The only private settlement infrastructure built on zero-knowledge cryptography.
Founded in 2018. Backed by a16z and Union Square Ventures. A fully remote team of around 70 with eight years of production zero-knowledge infrastructure behind us, now pointed at the biggest problem in institutional finance.
THE ROLE
You will protect ZKsync's core: smart contracts, ZK circuits, and blockchain nodes. Your reviews, threat models, and incident work decide whether vulnerabilities are found by us or by attackers. The role owns internal security reviews of critical components, threat modeling, adversary research, and the security side of incident response, and it carries broad license to spot gaps and fix them beyond any assigned list. It is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who wants to know how things break and applies that instinct ethically where the stakes are high.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Break things on purpose. Threat-model and review Solidity contracts, blockchain state transition functions in Rust, and other critical systems before an attacker gets the chance.
- Own protocol components. Take responsibility for the secure architecture and implementation of the components you adopt, from design review through production.
- Track the adversary. Follow hacks, exploits, and new attack vectors across the industry and convert the lessons into concrete improvements in our systems.
- Scale security through others. Embed secure-design practice across development teams and influence architecture decisions early, without formal authority.
- Use AI on defense. Apply modern AI systems to scale security work, while accounting for attackers using the same tools.
- Respond when it counts. Join security investigations and incident response, often under time pressure with incomplete information.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Each of these is a demonstrated capability, shown through work you have done:
- A record in security engineering or security research: threat modeling, security-focused code review, or vulnerability research on production systems, with findings you can walk through mechanism by mechanism.
- Proficiency in strongly typed languages such as C++, Go, or Scala. Rust and Solidity are our primary languages, and prior experience with them is not required.
- Deep grounding in algorithms and data structures, including their computational and memory complexity, with experience implementing them from scratch.
- Protocol-level debugging and root-cause analysis on complex distributed systems.
- Working knowledge of recent security incidents in the blockchain space and the prevention techniques behind them.
- Clear written and spoken English, the company's working language.
If you meet most of these and believe you can do this job, apply anyway.
NICE TO HAVE
Hands-on experience with Solidity smart contracts, ZK circuits, or core blockchain protocols. Public security research, audit reports, bug-bounty results, or CTF history all count as evidence.
WORK MODEL & PAY
- Competitive base salary. Matter Labs applies no geographic pay discounts.
- Performance-based variable compensation with a defined annual target is additional. The plan may pay in ZK tokens or cash. A long-term token incentive is also additional and is paid in ZK tokens, with new-hire grants vesting over four years and a one-year cliff.
- Fully Remote. Occasional travel to team gatherings and industry events.
- Freedom & ownership culture: no time tracking (where legally applicable), minimum bureaucracy-only results matter.

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Role
As Head of Legal, you will serve as Niantic Spatial's primary legal advisor and build the legal function from the ground up. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, People, Security, and the executive team to negotiate strategic commercial agreements, advise on legal and regulatory matters, and establish practical processes that enable the business to move quickly. We are looking for a strong business partner who helps accelerate the company while managing risk.
This is a foundational role. You will set the legal operating model, own our most complex commercial relationships, and be a trusted voice at the leadership table — balancing legal rigor with the practical judgment a fast-moving company requires. Reporting to our CEO or President and COO, you will shape both the legal strategy and the organization that executes it as Niantic Spatial scales.
What You'll Do
Serve as the Company's Legal Partner
- Advise executive leadership on legal, strategic, and business matters.
- Provide practical, risk-balanced guidance that enables informed business decisions.
- Partner across every function to embed legal thinking into day-to-day operations.
Lead Commercial Contracting
- Own the negotiation and execution of enterprise customer, partner, supplier, reseller, technology, licensing, and data agreements.
- Partner with GTM to accelerate contract execution while protecting the company's interests.
- Develop standard agreements, negotiation playbooks, fallback language, and contracting best practices that improve efficiency and consistency.
- Support strategic partnerships and complex commercial transactions.
Guide Corporate & Strategic Matters
- Manage corporate governance, Board support, and corporate records.
- Act as legal lead on corporate matters, including financing transactions.
- Support acquisitions, investments, strategic partnerships, and other corporate initiatives as the company grows.
Drive Compliance & Risk Management
- Advise on privacy, AI governance, intellectual property, export controls, data licensing, and emerging regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Security, Engineering, and Product to address customer compliance obligations and public sector requirements.
- Develop practical legal policies, approval frameworks, and governance processes that scale with the business.
Build the Legal Function
- Establish the legal operating model, including processes, systems, templates, and outside counsel management.
- Create scalable legal operations that improve speed, consistency, and visibility.
- Manage wide-ranging patent and trademark portfolios to protect company intellectual property.
- Help define the long-term legal strategy and organization as Niantic Spatial continues to grow.
Manage Legal Disputes
- Respond to formal and alleged disputes initiated by third parties using cost-effective counsel.
- Drive litigation strategy.
- Provide risk assessments and status updates to the C-suite.
What You'll Bring
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar, or the ability to register as in-house counsel in California.
- 8+ years of combined law firm and in-house legal experience, with meaningful exposure to high-growth technology companies.
- Significant experience negotiating complex enterprise technology and commercial agreements — including software licensing, SaaS, AI, data, and technology transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a broad range of legal matters with sound business judgment and without requiring extensive outside counsel support for routine matters.
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property, privacy, and regulatory frameworks relevant to AI and technology businesses.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization — including executive leadership and the Board.
- A practical, collaborative approach that balances legal risk with business objectives and earns trust as a partner, not a gatekeeper.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting AI, machine learning, robotics, geospatial, cloud infrastructure, or developer platform companies.
- Experience with government contracting, public sector procurement, or defense customers.
- Familiarity with global privacy laws, AI governance frameworks, and international commercial transactions.
- Experience building or leading a legal function within a startup or scaling technology company.
In Your First Year
Within your first year, you will have:
- Become a trusted legal advisor to the executive leadership team and a credible voice at the leadership table.
- Meaningfully reduced commercial contract cycle times through improved processes, templates, and negotiation playbooks.
- Established scalable legal operations, including systems, policies, and governance frameworks, that enable business growth while managing risk.
- Built strong, trusted partnerships across Sales, Product, Finance, Security, People, and Engineering.
- Developed an effective outside counsel strategy that delivers high-quality legal support while managing spend.
- Created a legal function that is viewed as a business enabler - known for accelerating decisions, not slowing them down.
