ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
About the Role: We are looking for an GTM Engineer where you won’t just be using our tools—you’ll be the "First Customer," building the AI-native systems that power our technical support, onboarding, and customer success engines.
You will own the technical roadmap for how LangChain supports its users. Your goal is to drive massive case deflection and a premium onboarding experience by building autonomous agents that solve complex technical problems before a human ever needs to step in. This is a role for a builder-operator who can identify a friction point in the customer journey and ship a production-grade agentic solution to fix it.
YOU WILL:
- Architect Customer Agents: Design and deploy production-grade agents (using LangGraph and LangSmith) that handle technical support queries, troubleshoot integrations, and guide users through complex onboarding flows.
- Drive Case Deflection: Analyze customer friction points and build self-service AI systems that significantly reduce support volume while improving the quality of the customer experience.
- Own the Domain: Act as the product owner and the technical muscle proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, propose architectures, and own the full lifecycle of the systems you build.
- Dogfood the Stack: Be a key member of the feedback loop for our product team. As you build complex systems for our customers, you’ll identify gaps in our frameworks and contribute back to the LangChain and LangGraph open-source ecosystem.
- Build Onboarding Workflows: Develop "AI-native onboarding" experiences that help enterprise customers move from prototypes to production faster by automating documentation retrieval and code generation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- AI-Native Developer: You have a deep understanding of the LLM stack: prompting, retrieval (RAG), cognitive architectures, and agentic loops. You have likely already built with LangChain or LangGraph.
- Engineering Foundation: You are a strong software engineer (typically 3+ years) with at least 1 year of experience specifically shipping LLM systems in production.
- Self-Directed "Founder" Mentality: You don't need a ticket to tell you what to fix. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying high-impact problems, and driving them to completion autonomously.
- Full-Stack Capability: Strong coding skills in Python or TypeScript (ideally both) and the ability to build end-to-end applications.
- Customer-Centric: You enjoy the intersection of high-level engineering and direct customer impact. You can translate a customer's technical pain point into a scalable system architecture.
Nice to Haves:
- Expertise with LangSmith for evaluation and monitoring.
- Experience building or maintaining open-source projects.
- A background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or high-growth GTM teams.
Compensation:
- We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks. Benefits include things like medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance.
- Salary: $160K - $180K
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Figma is evolving the Product Support experience, powered by AI, automation, and integrated systems. The AI Infrastructure & Tooling team helps make that possible by building intelligent, resilient, and integrated solutions that automate workflows, connect systems, and streamline support operations. As a Support Engineer, AI Infrastructure & Tooling on this team, you'll be the technical execution layer that brings our support tools, customer and account context, internal systems, and AI workflows together.
You'll design, build, and operationalize integrations across systems like Decagon, Zendesk, Figma admin tooling, and adjacent Product Support platforms. Your work will help us bring the right context into customer conversations, automate complex workflows, and optimize both the customer and Specialist experience by applying AI where it can meaningfully improve support workflows, quality, and efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who can move from ambiguous support problems to working technical solutions: understanding the workflow, identifying the systems involved, building the integration or automation, validating the data flow, and measuring the impact on customer outcomes and Specialist efficiency.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Build and operationalize AI-powered workflows that improve Product Support experiences for customers and internal support teams
Design and maintain integrations across Decagon, Zendesk, Figma admin tooling, internal data sources, and adjacent Product Support platforms
Bring relevant customer, account, product, billing, file, or admin metadata into support conversations so chatbots and Specialists have the context they need to resolve issues more effectively
Use LLMs and AI patterns for classification, summarization, routing, recommendations, context enrichment, and workflow automation
Partner with Engineering, Analytics, Security, Programs, Support, and vendor teams to align on requirements, implementation, governance, and rollout
Build quality checks, monitoring, fallback paths, and operational guardrails so AI-powered workflows can be trusted in production
Define success metrics for each workflow, track adoption and impact, and iterate based on customer outcomes, Specialist efficiency, and adoption
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience shipping integrations, automations, or internal tools across customer-facing operational systems
Strong proficiency in modern back-end technologies and languages (e.g., Ruby, Python, Go, C++, PostgreSQL), with hands-on experience building APIs, implementing webhooks, orchestrating data flows, and integrating systems across complex workflows.
Hands-on experience with LLM-powered workflows, AI automations, or AI-enabled customer/support experiences, including working with operational data to debug issues, improve workflows, and measure impact
Strong product and stakeholder instincts: you can translate ambiguous support problems into practical, adopted, and measurable technical solutions
Proven track record of designing AI workflows with clear guardrails, fallback paths, and responsible deployment practices
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience with support platforms like Zendesk, Decagon, Sprinklr, Gainsight, Maestro QA/Rippit, Assembled, Salesforce, or similar systems
Familiarity with agent assist tooling, AI support chatbots, copilot tooling, RAG, AI observability, or monitoring AI workflows in production
Experience building internal Slack tooling, workflow automations, or embedded support experiences
Background in Support Engineering, Internal Tools Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Support Operations, CX Systems, or Business Systems
Familiarity with customer support metrics such as containment, deflection, CSAT, first contact resolution, routing accuracy
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role:
As a Solution Architect in the Field Engineering team, you will span both technical pre‑sales and post‑sales, serving as a trusted advisor to our enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle. In pre‑sales, you will qualify technical fit, design future‑state architectures, run evaluations, and demonstrate how Vercel unlocks measurable business outcomes. Post-sales, you will act as a technical quarterback, helping customers successfully adopt and standardize on Vercel by aligning the right resources at the right time. You will guide architecture and implementation decisions, identify when to engage Professional Services or Developer Success, and work across Product and Engineering to unblock customers and drive long-term success for critical AI and Web workloads.
If you’re based within commuting distance of our London or Berlin office, the role includes in-office anchor days.
What You Will Do
Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, qualify customer use cases, and shape solution strategy for key opportunities.
Design target architectures for modern Agentic workflows, and AI and web applications on Vercel, including frontends, APIs, data and edge services, and integrations with headless and composable ecosystems (CMS, commerce, payments, media, analytics).
Create and deliver tailored demos, technical presentations, and workshops that clearly articulate Vercel’s value and differentiate our platform.
Own and run proofs of concept and pilots end‑to‑end: define success criteria, guide implementation, remove technical blockers, and ensure executive‑level outcomes are documented.
Act as lead architect post‑sale for strategic accounts, guiding onboarding, reference implementations, migration patterns, and best practices for building and operating on Vercel.
Proactively engage with customers on performance, reliability, and cost optimization, using metrics like Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, and observability data to drive continuous improvement.

Capture recurring themes, patterns, and gaps from the field and feed them back into Product and Engineering roadmaps as the technical Voice of the Customer.

Some travel elements are expected relating to industry events, customer on-sites.

You bring strong hands‑on skills with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks, ideally including Next.js, and are comfortable reviewing and discussing application code with engineering teams.
You understand web performance, caching, networking, and security fundamentals, ideally AI/LLM powered applications and Agentic workflows and can translate them into practical guidance for enterprise architectures.
You are equally comfortable discussing business outcomes with executives and implementation details with developers, switching context quickly while maintaining credibility.
You have a track record of owning complex technical projects, juggling multiple stakeholders, and delivering on time in fast‑moving environments.
You thrive in collaborative field teams, enjoy mentoring others, and value clear, concise communication and documentation.
You are familiar with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and how SaaS and edge platforms integrate into broader enterprise architectures.
You have empathy for developers and a passion for great developer experience, and you enjoy helping teams build accurate mental models of how platforms work.
Bonus if you have experience of building AI powered applications, or Agentic workloads, ideally leveraging tooling such as the AI SDK.
Bonus If You
Have production experience deploying and operating Next.js or other modern frontend frameworks on Vercel or similar platforms.
Have worked with organisations standardising on composable architectures (headless CMS, commerce, search, analytics, and identity providers).
Hold cloud or architecture certifications (for example, Cloud Solutions Architect certifications) or have led large‑scale migrations to cloud‑native platforms.
Are familiar with security and privacy standards such as SOC 2, PCI DSS, or HIPAA and have participated in customer security reviews.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Designer at Ramp, you are accountable for outcomes, not just artifacts. You work with PMs, engineers, and other designers to define the right problems, explore and validate solutions, and ship product experiences that change customer behavior.
Design at Ramp is AI first and builder led. Work starts in an LLM, moves into tools like Claude and Cursor to explore flows and interactions, and then comes into Figma for systems and polish. Designers prototype early, test with real customers, and stay involved through launch and iteration.
We are looking for multiple product designers who are excited to work this way and who want to use AI as a core part of how they design.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own product work end to end: Partner with PM and engineering to define problems, explore solution spaces, validate concepts, and ship product improvements that move key metrics. Stay involved through launch and iteration, not just handoff.
- Start in an LLM: Use tools like Claude to clarify intent, draft short PRDs, and surface risks, edge cases, and initial approaches. Use this work to align quickly with your team.
- Validate assumptions with self-serve research: Talk directly with customers, run quick tests, and use what you learn to adjust direction. Treat research as a velocity tool, not a gate.
- Prototype using AI tools: Use Cursor and Claude Code to build and iterate on flows and simple interfaces. Let AI generate code while you guide structure, behavior, and UX quality. Partner with engineers to decide what moves into the product.
- Bring work into Figma: Translate validated concepts into Figma for full state coverage, system alignment, and production readiness.
- Design for the 80 / 20: Encode judgment and complexity under the hood while keeping the default experience simple and successful for most customers.
- Contribute to patterns and culture: Share prompts, patterns, and learnings with the design org. Participate in crits and reviews that raise the bar for quality.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience as a product designer working on complex products, ideally in B2B, fintech, or other systems-heavy environments
- Ownership of projects from problem definition through launch and iteration
- Active use of LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT in your design workflow
- Comfort working in tools like Cursor or Claude Code, even if you are not writing production code by hand
- A portfolio that shows strong product thinking, interaction design, and craft
- Ability to work with PMs to define success metrics and adjust based on results
- Clear communication and comfort collaborating directly with engineers and PMs
- Based in or open to relocate to NYC
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience planning and running customer interviews or usability tests
- Familiarity with design systems and extending shared components
- Comfort with basic front-end concepts such as components and states
- Experience in fast-moving product teams where iteration and shipping matter
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more
- Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)

- Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of highly experienced engineers building the infrastructure that powers Modal's serverless GPU platform. This is a hands-on leadership role — expect to split your time between technical contribution and people management depending on what the team needs. You'll set direction, remove blockers, and build a strong engineering culture as your team tackles hard problems in distributed computing, large-scale data handling, and performance optimization.
WHO YOU ARE:
You're an experienced engineering leader who stays close to the work and builds alongside your team when it counts. You earn trust through technical depth, not title. You communicate clearly, help strong engineers move fast without cutting corners, and stay calm and pragmatic under pressure. You care as much about how your team gets to an answer as the answer itself.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team
- Recruit, hire, and grow a high-performing team of cloud platform engineers; run regular 1:1s focused on coaching, feedback, and career growth.
- Set clear performance expectations, hold a high bar, and build an environment where engineers do their best work.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Technical Direction
- Drive day-to-day technical decisions through design reviews, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
- Translate the infrastructure roadmap into clear team priorities and milestones, and hold execution against them.
- Establish standards for reliability, performance, and operational excellence; ensure the team owns projects end-to-end, from spec through production.
- Push for good judgment on tooling and architecture, with a bias against unnecessary complexity.
Cross-Functional & Incident Leadership
- Partner with product and engineering to align infrastructure work with business priorities; represent your team's progress, capacity, and tradeoffs clearly to leadership.
- Serve as the escalation point for major incidents; drive resolution with urgency and ensure the team learns systematically, feeding those learnings back into infrastructure improvements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Track record building high-performance distributed systems at scale
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure
- Deep knowledge of low-level OS foundations (Linux kernel, file systems, containers, etc.)
- Proficiency in a systems-level language (Rust, C, C++, or Java)

Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About The Role:
We are looking for a
Senior Forward-Deployed Engineer
to join our Professional Services team. This role is focused on working directly alongside developer teams in our most strategic enterprise customers to drive transformational outcomes across frontend modernization, platform migrations, and AI adoption.
In this role, you will lead complex Next.js migrations, architect high-performance applications, and build production AI solutions - all within customer environments. You'll work hands-on-keyboard alongside customer teams, whether you're migrating a legacy React application to App Router, conducting a deep-dive code audit, or deploying production agents using Vercel's eve framework and AI SDK.
Our Forward-Deployed Engineers operate with high agency and autonomy. You'll navigate ambiguous enterprise environments, assess technical debt, design migration strategies, and deliver measurable business value - all while building long-term relationships that expand our partnership with each customer.
There are two main profiles for this role: Next.js experts, and AI builders. Next.js experts work on deep customer code optimization, performance audits, AEO and SEO, and teaching customers how to build Next.js apps with AI instrumentation - such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc with Next.js and Vercel agent skills. The AI builder profile is less focused on deep Next.js experience, and more on identifying, evangelizing, and building AI applications and agentic workflows. Your job in this role will be to understand customers’ businesses, scope, design, and build AI agents, and prove their value. The two profiles are not mutually exclusive and we appreciate expertise in both.
You will report to the Global Manager of Forward Deployed Engineering. This role is remote-first with travel to customer sites expected occasionally. Travel requirements vary, but most of our engineers travel no more than 3-4 days every other month.
What You Will Do:
Build production AI solutions
using Vercel's
eve
framework, AI SDK, and AI Cloud infrastructure, including conversational interfaces, production agents, MCP servers, and agentic workflows that transform customer operations.
Lead complex frontend migrations -
modernizing legacy React, Vue, or other frameworks to Next.js, including Pages to App Router transitions, incremental adoption strategies, and large-scale codebase transformations. Automation of migrations is key to engineering efficiency.
Conduct code audits and help analyze and improve website performance
, analyzing customer codebases for performance bottlenecks, architectural anti-patterns, and optimization opportunities - delivering actionable roadmaps that drive measurable improvements.
Architect and implement high-performance Next.js applications
, leveraging App Router, Server Components, streaming, ISR, and advanced rendering strategies to meet enterprise scale and performance requirements.
Embed with strategic customers
to build production applications - working within their systems, understanding their constraints, and shipping TypeScript code that goes live.
Drive enablement and knowledge transfer
through workshops, pair programming, and documentation - ensuring customer teams can extend and maintain solutions independently.
Navigate complex enterprise environments
by building relationships with stakeholders across engineering, product, and executive teams - translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.
Contribute to our service evolution
by identifying repeatable patterns, building reusable components, and sharing implementation insights back to Product and Engineering teams.
About You:
6+ years of experience
in software engineering with at least 2 years in a customer-facing technical role (consulting, solutions architecture, forward deployed engineering, or technical founder experience).
Experience using AI instrumentation
such as harnesses, skills, and MCPs to build and deploy web applications, backend systems, and/or agentic workflows.
High agency with comfort in ambiguity -
you thrive when given a problem to solve rather than a task to complete, and you can navigate complex organizations to create a plan and drive a project.
Exceptional communication skills
with the ability to conduct technical discovery, present to executives, mentor engineers, and build lasting customer relationships - all with a low-ego, collaborative approach.
Business acumen
to understand customer objectives, translate technical capabilities into ROI, and identify expansion opportunities throughout engagement lifecycles.
Willingness to travel
occasionally to customer sites for embedded work and relationship building.
Next.js-focused Candidates:
Expert-level TypeScript skills -
You are fluent in TypeScript and have strong opinions on type safety, patterns, and tooling.
Deep expertise in Next.js
, with a proven track record of architecting and delivering complex applications using App Router, Server Components, server-side rendering (SSR), static generation (SSG), and incremental static regeneration (ISR), and personalization.
Demonstrated experience leading frontend migrations -
you've converted legacy applications to Next.js, navigated incremental adoption strategies, and understand the challenges of migrating large codebases in production environments.
Mastery of React
and its ecosystem, including advanced state management, performance optimization, and modern patterns like streaming, suspense, and concurrent features.
AI-focused Candidates:
Production experience with LLMs and AI applications
, including agent development, cloud sandbox & filesystem agent patterns, human-in-the-loop patterns, and value optimization. Familiarity with Vercel's eve framework and AI SDK is strongly preferred.
Ability to identify business cases for AI agents
- many customers need guidance not only on how to build AI agents, but where and why to use AI. You’ll need to listen and understand a day-in-the-life of customers’ teams to build proposals.
Bonus if you:
Have led enterprise AI transformation initiatives, including building production agents that automated manual processes or replaced legacy systems.
Have taught others how to develop software using AI, best practices for building agents, harnesses, skills, and MCPs.
Have led large-scale migrations from legacy frameworks (Create React App, Gatsby, custom webpack setups) to Next.js in enterprise environments.
Have expertise in performance optimization and Core Web Vitals, with experience diagnosing and fixing LCP, CLS, and INP issues at scale.
Have contributed to the Next.js, React, or AI SDK open-source projects, or maintain popular related libraries.
Have experience with enterprise deployment patterns including security reviews, compliance requirements, and multi-region architectures.
Have a background in financial services, healthcare, retail/e-commerce, or media - industries with complex frontend ecosystems and growing AI adoption.
Have spoken at conferences or published thought leadership on frontend architecture, migrations, or AI applications.
Benefits:
Great compensation package and stock options.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off - Flexible vacation policy with a recommended 4-weeks per year, and paid holidays.
Remote Friendly - Work with teammates from different time zones across the globe.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
About the role 💭
We're at an inflection point for what it means to build for developers and agents. The way engineers discover, integrate, and work with APIs is changing fast, and we're actively building the infrastructure to meet that shift.
Developers still integrate WorkOS, but increasingly their agents do it for them. This team owns every way into WorkOS that isn't the dashboard: SDKs in 9 languages, now generated from our API spec; an AI installer CLI that sets up AuthKit in any project; our MCP servers and agent skills; and other not released projects we're building in-house. You'd ship daily with agents as collaborators, and your code goes into other people's apps. The roadmap comes from watching real integrations: friction logs, shared customer Slack channels and telemetry.
The goal is that when a developer (or their agent) needs enterprise-ready auth, WorkOS is the easiest path forward regardless of stack, language, or how they're building.
What you'll work on
- Ship agent tools and skills so developers (and their agents) can integrate WorkOS without friction
- Write evaluations to measure whether what you ship actually improves developer outcomes
- Talk to customers, surface insights, and translate them into roadmap
- Contribute to the architecture and tooling for fully generated, polyglot SDK pipelines — so a change to the API propagates cleanly across all languages
- Own and evolve SDKs across our seven supported languages (Node/TypeScript, Python, Ruby, Go, Java, PHP, .NET) and framework libraries like our Next.js, Remix, and TanStack integrations
- Build and extend AI-native documentation systems as structured context that makes WorkOS work well in Cursor, Claude, Copilot, and agentic workflows
- Represent WorkOS publicly through docs, blog posts, OSS, and occasional conference appearances
- Build developer tooling like the WorkOS CLI that make complex integrations feel trivial
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of software development experience with a real track record of shipping and maintaining SDKs or OSS projects
- Deep fluency in at least three of our supported languages; you should have strong opinions about what idiomatic code looks like in each
- Experience with or genuine excitement about AI-native tooling: agent SDKs, context engineering, evals, LLM-powered CLIs
- Interest in documentation as infrastructure, not just prose
- Strong instincts for what makes a developer experience good vs. merely functional
- Experience owning projects end-to-end and driving decisions based on customer impact
Benefits and Perks (US Only) 💖
At WorkOS, we offer resources that emphasize personal and familial well-being. We offer healthcare coverage for you and your family, including medical, dental, and vision. We offer parental leave, paid-time off and fully remote working arrangements.
- 401k matching
- Competitive Equity
- Healthcare, dental and vision coverage
- FSA, ST/LT Disability, Voluntary Life
- Carrot fertility benefits
- 20 days paid vacation + 10 holidays + unlimited sick leave
- 12 weeks fully paid parental leave
- Fitness: Monthly stipend for gyms, yoga classes, race registrations or whatever keeps you active
- Wellness: Monthly stipend for a massage, meditations class, therapy, or activities that enhance your well-being
- Commuter benefits for hybrid employees in SF/NYC
- Unlimited token usage!
Please inquire directly with our recruiting team for benefits available to those working outside the US.
Equal Opportunity Employer
WorkOS is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusiveness. We will consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, nationality, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, disability or age.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
