ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
The Field Productivity & Enablement Lead is responsible for making our sales motion clear, practical, and repeatable. This person will help define how we sell at Baseten: how managers run the business, how reps qualify and advance deals, how sales works with FDE, product, marketing, and support, and how those expectations get turned into training and day-to-day habits.
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who excels at both strategy and execution. You'll shape the system, but you won't stop at slides or frameworks. You'll build the playbooks, run the training, coach to the behaviors, and help managers ensure the process is followed consistently.
We're not looking for someone who wants to force-fit a single methodology onto the business. We're looking for someone who is fluent in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, and similar approaches, and can take the best ideas from each, adapt them to a technical sales motion, and build an approach that fits how Baseten actually sells.
You'll report to the Head of Enablement and Productivity. Frontline managers and reps are your primary customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage operating model. Define the core rhythms for frontline managers, including 1:1s, forecast calls, pipeline reviews, deal reviews, and coaching cadences. Create clear expectations for how managers inspect deals, coach reps, and drive consistency across the team.
- Sales process and stage design. Partner with sales leadership and RevOps to define stages, exit criteria, qualification standards, and pipeline mechanics. Help turn the sales process into something managers and reps can actually use, and make sure CRM and tooling reinforce the process instead of creating workarounds.
- Cross-functional engagement. Clarify how sales engages FDE, solutions architects, product, marketing, and customer support. Define the handoffs, decision points, and joint working models that help teams support customers without confusion or duplicated effort.
- Methodology, skills, and training. Help codify the sales methodology and build the training behind it. Deliver enablement sessions, coach managers and reps, and raise the quality of qualification, deal progression, and account planning over time.
- Behavior change and adoption. Make the work stick. Measure whether the process is being used, where managers or reps are getting stuck, and what needs to change to improve ramp time, pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and win rates.
REQUIREMENTS
You know what good sales execution looks like and can translate that into a system other people can follow. You can move from diagnosing a broken forecast call, to redesigning a stage framework, to standing in front of a room and teaching managers how to run a better pipeline review.
You bring credibility with sales leaders, managers, and reps because you've seen how strong sales teams operate and you know how to make process useful instead of bureaucratic. You are structured, practical, and comfortable driving change across functions.
Strong candidates may come from a mix of backgrounds such as:
- A former AE or sales leader who has carried a quota, managed teams, and later moved into enablement, strategy, or operations.
- A sales enablement or sales effectiveness leader with strong experience in methodology, manager training, and curriculum design.
- A RevOps or sales strategy professional with deep process rigor and a strong point of view on pipeline, qualification, and inspection.
- A management consulting or sales transformation background with experience building operating models and driving adoption in fast-growing teams.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. About the Role
Join Alvys, an early-stage company transforming the $800B US freight industry. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll build and operate key parts of our cloud-native SaaS platform—spanning backend services, frontend applications, and cross-cutting system components. You will own features end-to-end, partner closely with engineering, product, and design, and help advance both the technical foundations and user experience of our products.
Industry Insight
Transportation logistics is massive, fragmented, and still largely underserved by modern software. You’ll be helping define the future of how freight moves by contributing to automation, operational intelligence, and workflow modernization at scale.
About Alvys
Alvys is building a multi-tenant SaaS platform that powers modern transportation operations. We combine deep industry knowledge with strong technical execution to bring clarity, automation, and reliability to one of the world’s most essential industries.
Our Principles
Engineering Principles:
Build for Real-World Impact
— Our users rely on Alvys to solve real problems, not abstract ones. Every feature we ship is designed to reduce friction, increase efficiency, and drive tangible results for the people moving freight every day.
Extreme Ownership and Empowerment
— Ownership extends beyond building—it means being accountable for quality, reliability, and customer impact. If it's in production, it's yours—bugs, uptime, and results.
Technology Debt is Strategic, Not Accidental
— Technical debt is a strategic choice, not an oversight. We incur it deliberately when it unlocks speed, learning, or market advantage. Our architecture remains clean, maintainable, and scalable as we grow.
Simplicity Scales; Complexity Costs
— Logistics is inherently complex, but our technology shouldn't be. We prioritize simplicity in our architecture, leveraging modularity and well-defined service boundaries to reduce cognitive load.
Radical Transparency
— We democratize data and make it accessible across all functions to drive alignment and decision-making. Transparency also means feedback—we systematize constructive feedback loops to ensure growth.
Engineering Culture:
Move Fast, Learn Fast
— Speed is our advantage, but we move fast intentionally. We bias for action, assume positive intent, and treat every mistake as a learning opportunity.
Own the Outcome
— Every engineer owns outcomes, not tickets. We take responsibility end-to-end—identifying problems, delivering solutions, and ensuring they last.
Engineering-Led, Customer-Driven
— Engineering leads by shaping technical strategy, but never in isolation. Designers, PMs, and Engineers share context and decisions, keeping customer outcomes at the center.
Pragmatism Over Purism
— Elegant code matters, but business impact matters more. We choose solutions that scale, are maintainable, and solve real customer problems—not theoretical ones.
People Over Heroics
— We don't reward burnout or always-on behavior. Sustainability is a feature, not a luxury. If someone needs to slow down, unplug, or take care of life outside work—that's expected.

.NET/C#, CosmosDB, Cognitive Search, Azure Services

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Financial Intelligence team, part of Ramp's Applied AI org, powers the agentic analysis, FP&A, and book-close experiences that over 70,000 businesses rely on to run their finances. We turn messy financial data into a fast, trustworthy, governed data layer that AI agents can work with and build artifacts on top of.
This is a frontend-leaning role for an engineer who obsesses over interaction design and data-dense UX, but is just as comfortable designing the API that feeds it. You'll own the surfaces customers actually touch: agentic financial analysis, month-end close, and exploratory data experiences that feel as polished as the best business intelligence tools. If you want your frontend work to sit at the center of real production LLM systems rather than being bolted on at the end, this is the role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and ship customer-facing AI experiences end to end, from React UI through to the APIs and data contracts behind them
- Build BI-tool-quality interfaces for agentic analysis, FP&A, and book-close workflows: fast, dense, interactive, and trustworthy
- Own complex client-side state and rendering challenges across data-heavy, real-time, agent-driven surfaces
- Partner on API and backend design so the full stack serves the product, not the other way around
- Use the latest coding models and agentic workflows as a core part of how you ship every day
WHAT YOU NEED
- Deep frontend expertise: TypeScript, React, and sophisticated state management in complex, data-intensive applications
- Fluency with the latest AI coding models and agentic development workflows. This is how the team works, and we expect you to be excellent at it
- Comfort working across the stack, including API design and backend systems, even with frontend as your center of gravity
- A track record of shipping polished, production-grade product experiences and owning them through ambiguity
- Bonus: experience with BI tools, data visualization, or financial/analytics products
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

Coordinate with other ecosystems when areas overlap (e.g. Databases, Go, AI).
Requirements
A deep understanding of how web developers work: JavaScript/TypeScript, major frameworks (especially React), Node.js and browser tooling, package managers, build tools, code quality tools (linting/formatting), testing, and performance tooling.
Experience setting product direction based on market needs as a Product Manager or Head of Product.
Experience leading work across product management, marketing, developer advocacy, and business development, directly or through cross-team leadership.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for Engineering Managers to lead engineering teams across Supabase. Teams range from developer-facing surfaces, core backend services, Platform, EngOps, and Databases.
This is a single pipeline for engineering management. As we get to know your background, we'll match you to the team where your experience and interests overlap most strongly. The Engineering Manager is a people, delivery, and technical role. Although we don’t expect managers to contribute to code directly, we do expect you to participate in design discussions and to be involved in setting the bar for engineering quality and best practices.
This is a new role at Supabase. We've historically optimised for technical excellence on every axis, including leadership. As our engineering org grows, people leadership has become just as critical, and the Engineering Manager role exists to reflect that. You'll be shaping what this role looks like from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Team & People
- Build a healthy, high-trust team culture in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.
- Run 1:1s, performance management, career development, and onboarding for your direct reports.
- Handle people admin (leave, time off, etc.) for your team.
Hiring
- Own the hiring plan for your team and act as Hiring Manager. First round of interviewer for all roles on the team.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to source, interview, and close strong candidates.
- Contribute to headcount planning, org design, and the evolution of engineering leadership at Supabase.
Delivery & Roadmap
- Own the team's roadmap and project management (Linear), driving accountability and clear milestones.
- Manage workflow intake and Slack triage. These are the team’s primary inboxes for cross-team requests. You decide what gets routed where, prioritized, or pushed back on.
- Own the team's weekly updates and keep stakeholders aligned without creating overhead.
- Organize effort against support tickets and maintain the team's SLO.
- Surface risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs early and clearly to leadership.
Incident Commander
- Train as an Incident Commander. Drive coordination, resolution, and post-incident follow-up.
- Lead blameless post-incident reviews
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of engineering background, with enough depth to be credible with engineers building complex systems.
- Have 3+ years managing remote engineering teams.
- Have managed engineering teams at a cloud, SaaS, or developer tools company. Experience with developer tools or databases is a strong preference, but we'll consider any sufficiently technical background where you can demonstrate the ability to ramp on a new domain.
- Have managed remote, globally distributed teams that work asynchronously across disparate time zones.
- Are technical enough to be credible with strong engineers, but genuinely passionate about people management. This is the work you want to do, not a track you're settling for.
- Build psychological safety and a feedback culture: you give feedback often and in the moment, ask for it back, and create space for the team to do the same.
- Operate as a multiplier. Focused on helping individuals achieve more than they could alone, not on being the best technical voice in the room.
- Coach rather than direct. Remove blockers, connect people to context and resources, and trust your engineers to own how the work gets done.
- Have a real track record of performance management and can speak to specific examples of difficult conversations and how you navigated them.
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and capable of building structure where there isn't much.
- Communicate clearly and write well. You're default async, default written, set context proactively, and surface risks early.
- Are collaborative, low-ego, and adaptable. You thrive working with high-autonomy, senior ICs who have strong technical opinions and don't need to be the smartest person in the room.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

You enjoy turning messy signals into clear action. You look at product usage, marketing engagement, and account activity and immediately start thinking about what should happen next.
You care about building systems that help teams move faster, make better decisions, and focus on the opportunities that matter most. If you like connecting data, processes, and people to create measurable business impact, this role is for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 companies rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
About the role
We're building an AI-native platform for software development that connects developer workflows, team collaboration, and organizational governance into a single system. It will serve as the execution and control layer for AI-driven software development and is a key part of how we see the future of the industry.
As adoption grows, we're looking for someone to own the systems that connect product and marketing signals with commercial action. The goal is simple: help the right users and accounts reach the right people at the right time.
You'll own the workflow that turns product usage, marketing engagement, account activity, and buying signals into qualified opportunities. You'll work across product, marketing, sales, analytics, and operations teams to build the processes, automation, and feedback loops that help us learn faster and improve conversion over time.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of ownership. You'll help define how our commercial engine works as we build a new business around one of JetBrains' most strategic investments.
Your day-to-day
Own the end-to-end process that turns product, marketing, and account signals into qualified sales opportunities.
Define and improve qualification criteria using product usage, engagement, intent, and commercial data.
Build and maintain routing rules that connect signals with the right sales and SDR owners.
Improve how quickly and effectively opportunities move from signal detection to commercial engagement.
Maintain high-quality lead and account data through enrichment, segmentation, consolidation, and cleanup processes.
Partner with product, marketing, sales, analytics, and operations teams to improve workflows and automation.
Create feedback loops that connect sales outcomes with product and marketing signals.
Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and fix them through process changes, automation, reporting, or data improvements.
Translate business needs into clear requirements for CRM workflows, integrations, dashboards, and operational tooling.
Measure the effectiveness of qualification, routing, and engagement processes and continuously improve them.
What you'll bring
A strong sense of ownership and a desire to improve systems rather than work around them.
Good commercial judgment and the ability to distinguish genuine buying intent from noise.
An analytical mindset that helps you turn data into practical decisions.
Comfort working independently in environments where not everything is defined yet.
A bias toward action. You like testing ideas, learning from results, and iterating quickly.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trust across different teams and functions.
Attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Curiosity about how product adoption, customer behavior, and commercial outcomes connect.
What you'll need
Experience in growth operations, revenue operations, sales operations, sales strategy, or a similar role in a B2B software or technology company.
A solid understanding of sales and marketing funnels, including qualification, Sales Development Representative workflows, account prioritization, pipeline creation, and conversion tracking.
The ability to define qualification frameworks, routing logic, and operational processes that can be implemented and scaled.
Experience working with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, sales engagement platforms, enrichment tools, analytics systems, or workflow automation solutions.
Confidence working with product usage, account, marketing, and sales data.
The ability to translate business requirements into operational or technical solutions.
Experience partnering closely with commercial teams and improving the processes they rely on every day.
What success looks like
After your first year, the process for turning product and marketing signals into sales action is faster, clearer, and trusted by the teams using it.
Sales and SDR teams know they're receiving higher-quality opportunities. Product and marketing teams have better visibility into which signals actually predict conversion. Leadership has a clearer view of funnel performance and where to invest.
Most importantly, the system continuously improves because the feedback loops, data quality, and operational foundations are in place.

Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.

- going deep into health consumption patterns,

We also believe in having a full stack approach:
- Each one of us contributes to all 3 aspects of the data spectrum (analytics, engineering, science). This encourages strong ownership and drives impact.
- We own our infrastructure. We pride ourselves on a nimble data stack that gives us the flexibility we need. We're mainly using SQL, Python, R, Airflow, Snowflake, and Metabase.
- We build in-house tooling to organize our data and serve it to the rest of the company.
🎯 EXPECTED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
You would thrive at Alan if most of this sounds like you:
- Passionate about owning ambitious problems and developing simple solutions for them
- Demonstrated impact during a first successful experience.
- Experience or willingness to grow in all 3 aspects of the data spectrum (analytics, engineering, science) -- being specialized in one of these areas is good too!
- Proficient in SQL, Python and/or R- Setting a high standard of rigor and precision for yourself, interested in your craft
- Great listening and communication skills
- Humble, kind, collaborative, and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!)
- Fluent and clear in English, both oral and written (no need to speak French!)
For this role we are looking to hire within the C1-E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
⚙️ IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Most businesses have no idea if they're overpaying for their software. They renew on autopilot, negotiate without benchmarks, and discover vendor alternatives only after the contract is already signed.
Ramp is uniquely positioned to change that. We see billions of dollars of real-world spend and contract data across thousands of companies, and we're turning it into an intelligence layer that tells businesses exactly what they should be paying, which vendors to consider, and when to act.
As PM for Vendor Intelligence & Marketplace, you'll own the product that powers this: our price benchmarking engine, contract analysis (extracting structure and risk from vendor agreements), and the emerging B2B marketplace that connects Ramp's buyer base to the right vendors at the right price. You'll be one of the first PMs building a true buyer-side intelligence layer inside a financial platform, replacing renewal anxiety and negotiation guesswork with data-driven, AI-powered decisions.
Please note that this role requires in-person presence at our NYC or SF office at least 2 days/week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the strategy and roadmap for price benchmarks and contract intelligence, turning Ramp's aggregated spend and contract dataset into the most accurate price benchmarking product on the market.
- Build the B2B marketplace primitives that let Ramp's customers discover, compare, and engage with the right vendors, and give vendors a channel to reach Ramp's buyer base with transparent, competitive pricing.
- Design "decision moments": surfaces inside Ramp that deliver the right benchmark, contract context, or vendor alternative at exactly the moment a customer is about to sign, renew, or spend.
- Partner with data science to build the extraction, normalization, and modeling pipelines that power price benchmarks, going from raw contract PDFs and spend data to unit-normalized, SKU-level intelligence a customer can act on in a negotiation.
- Define the evaluation methodology, quality bar, and feedback loops for AI-powered contract analysis, ensuring the accuracy and explainability that enterprise customers require.
- Cover the full vendor lifecycle: discovery and intake through price negotiation, contract signing, and renewal, with the right intelligence surfaced at each step.
- Develop deep understanding of how procurement, finance, and legal teams evaluate, select, and renegotiate vendors, and translate that into sharp product bets with clear customer outcomes.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on dependencies and launch readiness: GTM enablement, customer communications, compliance review, and supportability.
WHAT YOU NEED
- BA/BS in a technical or analytical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or related).
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with products where data quality and customer trust are the core value proposition.
- Sharp product judgment on data products and marketplaces: you understand flywheel dynamics, network effects, coverage-versus-accuracy tradeoffs, and the cold-start problem.
- AI fluency: hands-on experience building AI features, comfort with LLM-based extraction and retrieval, evaluation methodology, and human-in-the-loop design.
- Strong commercial instincts: you understand how businesses buy software, what levers drive negotiation outcomes, and why price transparency changes behavior.
- Track record building products where trust is earned over time: explainability, auditability, graceful degradation, and clear user controls.
- Comfort working in technical environments (Figma, SQL, Git) and prototyping quickly with modern AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor).
- Clear, direct communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders; ability to make a crisp case for a product bet without a deck full of slides.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience building price benchmarking, market intelligence, or contract analytics products, anywhere from procurement software to B2B SaaS to fintech.
- Marketplace experience: supply/demand matching, seller acquisition, buyer discovery, and the trust primitives that make two-sided systems work.
- Document understanding: OCR, LLM-based extraction, normalizing structured data from unstructured contracts.
- Background in procurement, vendor management, or enterprise SaaS buying and selling, either as a PM or as a practitioner.
- Familiarity with compliance-adjacent domains: vendor due diligence, security reviews, NDAs, audit trails.
- Experience at a high-growth startup taking 0→1 products to scale.
