Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We're building the next chapter of AI-native craft and creativity - where craft and technology meet. Our unified platform bridges the gap between AI capabilities and human creativity, and lets professional creatives and designers harness the power of the world’s leading AI models without losing precision, expression, or soul. Together, we’re building tools that help people move faster without sacrificing quality, precision, or craft — a platform where AI supports creativity instead of flattening it.
We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead Figma Weave's enterprise motion. On a small team where everyone's scope flexes, you'll also work across product marketing more broadly — defining how the product shows up for enterprise buyers, arming sales with what they need to close, and building the systems that turn enterprise accounts into long-term customers. Enterprise is the primary focus, not the only one: you'll move into PLG, growth, and launch work as the team's priorities shift.
This is a strategic and hands-on role. You'll think in pipeline and narrative at once — translating product capability into value that lands with enterprise buyers, while staying close enough to execution to write the deck yourself.
What you’ll do at Figma Weave:
Build enterprise GTM strategy for feature, model, and product launches
Own enterprise positioning and messaging, translating product value into terms that land with enterprise buyers
Lead the sales enablement motion
Own enterprise onboarding and adoption, from first use through expansion
Develop customer proof: case studies, success stories, and industry examples
Own enterprise-facing web pages and funnel
Work across the full range of product marketing — launches, content, positioning — wherever the team needs it, not limited to enterprise
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
6+ years in product marketing, with strong B2B/enterprise experience (the focus, not a strict requirement for every year of your background)
A track record building enterprise GTM from positioning through launch and enablement
Fluency with the sales motion — you've worked inside a sales cycle, not just alongside one
Experience working cross-functionally across product, growth, and sales
Comfort using AI tools to work efficiently — this is core to how the team operates
Strong storytelling and writing skills
Comfort with speed and ambiguity — priorities shift, and you move with them
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience in creative tech or design platforms
Experience with partner-led or channel-led enterprise growth
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
At Figma we celebrate and support our differences. We know employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, our product and our community to flourish. Figma is an
equal opportunity workplace
- we are dedicated to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity/expression, veteran status

We will work to ensure individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to apply for a role, participate in the interview process, perform essential job functions, and receive other benefits and privileges of employment. If you require accommodation, please reach out to

. These modifications enable an individual with a disability to have an equal opportunity not only to get a job, but successfully perform their job tasks to the same extent as people without disabilities.

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring Senior Account Executives to grow Peec across EMEA. You'll run the full sales cycle from first conversation to close, selling to SEO, marketing, and growth leaders at mid-market, enterprise & agency companies across the region. We're scaling fast and opening new markets as we go, so your territory will be shaped around where you're strongest and where the pull is greatest rather than handed to you fixed. You'll report to our Head of Sales, EMEA.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Source and close new business across your EMEA territory, owning the full cycle from discovery and demo through negotiation and close
- Build your own pipeline through outbound, working alongside the SDR team on target accounts and messaging
- Keep your CRM clean and your forecast honest, with a strong handle on deal progress
- Build lasting relationships with your customers and spot expansion opportunities as their AI search programs grow
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of experience in a quota-carrying software sales role
- A consistent track record of overachievement against a quota of €1m+
- A self-starter who builds their own pipeline and does not wait to be fed
- Sharp communication and a natural ability to tell the story of a new category simply
- Based in Berlin, or ready to relocate, and excited to be in the office five days a week
BONUS POINTS
- Repeatedly achieving President's Club
- Experience opening new markets or territories from scratch
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
- Experience selling SEO, analytics, or martech software
- Additional European languages
- You already know what GEO and AEO stand for.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startups
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Paid meal and Uber home when working late
- One of the most beautiful office spaces and work environments in Berlin

Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Account Partner at Tennr, you will own the customer relationship and drive commercial outcomes post-sale. It is a high ownership and high impact role responsible for ensuring customers realize measurable value, renew, and growth with Tennr.

This role is ideal for high performing professionals from healthcare consulting, banking or tech backgrounds that want to work in a scrappy environment, thrive in ambiguity, and drive real business outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the customer relationship end-to-end, from kickoff and deployment through renewal and expansion.
- Lead change management and training plans to ensure Tennr workflows are adopted, and embedded into daily operations.
- Drive the strategy behind each customer’s key objectives through rigorous data analysis, clear executive storytelling, including polished, metrics-driven decks.
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to both executive and frontline stakeholders across complex healthcare organizations.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Operations to deliver high impact and quality workflows.
- Champion and articulate customer insights internally to influence product roadmap priorities and enhance Tennr’s product strategy.
- Identify renewal risks and efficiency blockers early, and mobilize internal teams to resolve them proactively.
- Lead renewal and growth conversations by quantifying delivered ROI and identifying the next Tennr worker opportunities to unlock upsells.
- Travel on-site with customers as needed to drive adoption, deepen relationships, and accelerate strategic partnership goals.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare account management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong executive-level storytelling skills
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with experience translating data into clear recommendations and impact
- Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Technical Consultants are on the frontlines working to establish partnerships with Ramp customers, and act as a liaison between customers and our internal technical teams. You’ll be partnering with Customer Activation & Account Management teams to identify, prioritize and build financial solutions for new and existing customers so that Ramp continues to scale with their needs.
You will act as the technical and financial subject matter expert for our customers, and design solutions that address the customer’s needs through Ramp and partner integrations. You will partner with Post-Sales teams to drive Product, Design and Engineering teams’ roadmaps to evolve Ramp to better serve our customers at scale and offer increasingly higher value to the customers.
You will define the customer’s financial & technical success criteria from onboarding through activation and expansion. You will represent Product, Design and Engineering externally and will operate with deep conviction and understanding of Ramp’s technical capabilities. The role requires technical skills necessary to understand and educate on robust accounting features, and integrate them across all the touchpoints and surface area of a customer.
This role is focused on Commercial and Mid-Market customers, supporting high-growth companies with standardized financial workflows, core ERP integrations, and repeatable implementation patterns that drive fast time-to-value.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions; particularly involving ERP, HRIS, and API integrations
- Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to support technical workstreams (not run them), ensuring faster time-to-value and customer success
- Work with customers to problem-solve technical hurdles and propose effective product implementations for each customer with a deep understanding of the full range of integration and configuration options
- Participate in technical discovery to understand customer systems and workflows, and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture. This includes when and how to use Ramp’s API
- Be a subject matter expert across our HRIS and Accounting integration partners, partnering with Sales, Product and partners to advocate for integration development in-line with customer needs
- Troubleshoot integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions without writing code directly
- Contribute to internal documentation and tooling that scales Ramp’s ability to support integration use cases across a growing customer base
- Influence Ramp’s product roadmap by channeling customer pain points and feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
- 2+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion) and finance/accounting workflows. SAP S/4HANA or Sage Intacct expertise highly preferred.
- Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture and being able to explain those concepts to finance and operations stakeholders
- Strong communication skills: able to translate complex technical solutions into business value, guide customers toward scalable approaches, and diplomatically steer conversations when requests are misaligned with best practices or product capabilities
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
- Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and a high level of ownership
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments; adaptable and resourceful as we scale Ramp’s upmarket motion
