Our clients include fast-growing startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies, and tech-enabled businesses across industries such as MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and eCommerce. Unlike traditional outsourcing agencies, we place you directly with innovative companies where you become a valued member of the team.
About the company
Our client is a fast-growing marketing consultancy and growth partner specializing in the global medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine industry. They empower MedSpas and premium clinics across the US, UK, Australia, and beyond to scale toward high-revenue milestones through a specialized growth framework. Rather than focusing on simple lead generation, the team implements high-level positioning and conversion systems that turn high-ticket treatments—such as advanced lasers, body sculpting, and facial balancing—into predictable revenue drivers.
The company operates at the intersection of performance marketing and business strategy, offering both specialized consulting and done-for-you implementation. They are committed to moving away from volume-heavy, discount-driven tactics to focus on high-value patient acquisition and long-term retention. Joining this team means working in a results-oriented, international environment where data-driven strategies help aesthetic practices worldwide achieve sustainable, effortless growth.
Job Summary
We are seeking a high-level Performance Marketing & Creative Strategist to move beyond the "buttons" of media buying and take ownership of the entire conversion journey. In this role, you will be the diagnostic engine behind our client accounts, identifying exactly why campaigns succeed or fail and directing the creative and funnel improvements necessary to win. If you are a seasoned Meta Ads professional who understands customer psychology, data patterns, and the difference between a cheap lead and a high-quality appointment, this is your opportunity to lead strategy for a high-growth team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform deep-dive audits of Meta Ads accounts to diagnose performance bottlenecks and creative fatigue.
Develop comprehensive creative strategies and write detailed briefs for production teams, UGC creators, and editors.
Optimize lead generation funnels from the initial ad click through to the final booked appointment.
Build and manage structured testing roadmaps to ensure continuous performance improvement.
Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns in lead quality and conversion rates, moving beyond surface-level metrics like CPL.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve landing page aesthetics and conversion architecture.
Proactively create recovery plans for underperforming accounts and scale winning campaigns through data-backed recommendations.
Requirements
Proven agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Extensive expertise in Meta Ads specifically focused on lead generation.
A strong portfolio of results demonstrating your ability to reduce CPA and increase revenue through creative and funnel optimization.
Deep understanding of direct response marketing, customer psychology, and hook/angle frameworks.
Experience writing creative briefs and directing the production of high-converting ad assets.
Proficiency in analyzing the entire customer journey, including landing pages and backend conversion steps.
Excellent written and verbal English with the ability to articulate complex strategic shifts to stakeholders.
A data-first mindset with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of account performance.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in the MedSpa, aesthetics, or high-ticket wellness industry.
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
Experience managing high-ticket lead generation or Business Opportunity (BizOpp) funnels.
Previous leadership experience in creative strategy or growth marketing.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
As a Head of Professional Services, you’ll build and lead Vercel’s global professional services organization, made up of our Technical Account Management (TAM) and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) functions. These functions embed directly with our most strategic customers to design, build, and ship production applications on Vercel using our core platform, Next.js, and our agent stack, taking projects from first prototype through production rollout. You’ll define how this function operates: the engagement model, the delivery methodology, the commercial structure, and the team itself. You’ll partner closely with GTM and Product leadership to run a business function that turns our largest customers’ complex implementations into production deployments, drives adoption and expansion, and feeds what you learn in the field back into the product roadmap. This is a hybrid role with 3 in-office days per week in San Francisco, Austin, or New York City.
What you’ll do
Define the engagement model: how engagements are scoped, staffed, sequenced, and measured, and which accounts qualify for embedded support
Own delivery for strategic customer engagements, from discovery and technical scoping through production deployment and stabilization
Establish the commercial model for professional services, including packaging, pricing, capacity planning, and resource allocation across competing customer priorities
Stay hands-on where it matters: architecture reviews, system design, and unblocking critical engagements alongside your team
Codify field learnings into repeatable playbooks, reference architectures, and delivery patterns that scale beyond individual engagements
What you need
10+ years in software engineering, forward deployed engineering, or technical consulting, including 5+ years leading customer-facing engineering or delivery teams in a high-growth environment
Built a team, function, or service line from zero, including the hiring, methodology, and operating model
Hands-on experience with modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, cloud infrastructure), with the ability to review code and whiteboard architectures credibly
Built or deployed LLM-powered applications, with a working grasp of how model behavior shapes product decisions
Scoped, priced, and delivered technical engagements for enterprise customers, with a command of utilization, margin, and capacity tradeoffs
Bonus if you
Have built with Vercel, Next.js, AI SDK, or v0
Have led forward deployed or embedded engineering teams at an AI-native or developer platform company
Have owned a professional services P&L, or defined services pricing and packaging from scratch
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $300,000 - $370,000 plus annual bonus. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. About the role:
Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner at the forefront of applied AI, helping enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are hiring an exceptional Senior Solution Owner to sit at the intersection of frontier AI (Claude and agentic systems) and enterprise transformation. You will own the story and the delivery for client engagements built on our Programs (Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, and Blueprint Activation) and five Blueprints— packaging reusable IP into repeatable outcomes, and personally getting hands-on in the field when it counts.
You are equally comfortable framing an ROI case for a CFO, aligning a healthcare or financial-services stakeholder on a compliant rollout, and pairing with an engineer to wire an MCP integration or ship a Claude Code harness.
Domain Focus
Deep, current expertise in one or both of our priority verticals is a leading selection criterion:
Financial Services (FSI) — e.g., office of the CFO, lending/underwriting, risk, compliance-sensitive workflows.
Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) — e.g., revenue cycle management, clinical/operational workflows, regulated data handling.
You understand the vocabulary, the buying process, the compliance constraints, and where AI creates defensible value in these industries.
Forward-Deployed Delivery (FDE / FDX)
Our delivery model pairs a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) with a Forward Deployed eXpert (FDX) that lands a Cowork and Blueprint Activation or program inside a client. We normally launch projects in this two-in-the-box model, then extend as the engagement grows. You must be able to credibly play at least one side of that box and partner tightly on the other:
FDX — own the domain framing, product definition, rapid-prototyping loop, stakeholder alignment, and OCM; validate use cases through user interviews and turn them into working demos.
FDE — configure MCP integrations, build and adapt Claude Code harnesses and skills, wire data pipelines and connectors, and debug in the client environment.
Comfort embedding directly with clients and Anthropic field teams, and setting the tone in the first sessions, is essential.
Requirements:
Deep domain expertise in Financial Services & Insurance and/or HCLS, ideally in a client-facing/consulting context.
Proven ability to lead or materially contribute to one of Provectus' Programs or Blueprints (0-to-1 and scale) and land it as real client delivery.
Track record operating forward-deployed / embedded with clients (FDE or FDX), including hands-on prototyping.
5-7+ years in solution/product ownership or delivery leadership; 3-5+ years with AI/ML, GenAI, agentic systems, or data platforms.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience; familiarity with outcome-based, milestone-priced engagements.
Fluent English.
A hands-on software engineering background is not strictly required. Working knowledge of Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork, building skills, workflows, and productivity tooling for yourself or your team; MCP integrations, connectors, and custom harnesses are a must.
GenAI/agentic patterns: how prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, and agent frameworks work – well enough to assess quality, challenge assumptions, and translate to client stakeholders.
Data fundamentals: what ETL/ELT, data modeling, and governance mean in an enterprise context – well enough to scope integration work and identify data readiness risks.
Cloud & AI infrastructure: AWS as the primary platform; what MLOps and AI observability involve – well enough to ask the right questions and understand tradeoffs.
Design thinking, data-driven decisions, strong communication and executive storytelling.
Bias to action; thrives in ambiguity with structured problem-solving.
Enough engineering empathy to earn credibility with senior engineers and architects on day one.
Nice to Have:
Second priority vertical beyond your primary FSI/HCLS focus.
Prior experience in a Premier AWS or Anthropic partner environment.
Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (CCA-F), Seller, Developer certification or willingness to complete one early.
Certifications: CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, AWS/Azure/GCP.
Software development background.
What You'll Do:
Define value proposition, positioning, and reusable artifacts for your assigned Program (Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, or Blueprint Activation) or individual Blueprint; align sales and delivery.
Build business cases (market fit, ROI, competitive positioning) and translate them into scoped SOWs.
Run market/use-case validation, workshops, and user research; turn findings into demos and first deployments.
Stand up Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, or Blueprint Activation on live client data; drive rapid prototyping from use case to context to result.
Build with Provectus’ delivery stack: Claude Code, AWOS, MCP servers, Skills and plugins. Drive Cowork Activation as a separate, parallel client-facing workstream.
Define solution vision and roadmap for GenAI/agentic engagements, RAG, and agentic workflows.
Break complex work into incremental releases; balance delivery against technical debt and architecture.
Sprint-Enable-Realize engagement model.
Lead Agile execution - backlog, sprint planning, release process.
Contribute to Provectus' measurement framework that produces the board-level AI Maturity Index, ROI read, and cost signal from the Agentic SDLC program.
Define success metrics and analytics; drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.
Support change management, enablement, and reusable playbooks so wins repeat across accounts.
Why Join Us:
Deliver frontier work on Provectus' delivery stack — Cowork activation, Agentic SDLC program, and Blueprint Activations across FSI and HCLS — with real client impact.
Shape how enterprises in financial services and healthcare adopt AI, from strategy to first deployment.
Work forward-deployed in small, senior teams of Forward Deployed Executive + Principal Architect + Forward Deployed Engineers.
Grow inside a team actively building the modern AI-delivery practice, tooling, and frameworks.
Remote-friendly culture.
Private medical insurance or sports coverage
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work.

Role Overview:
At Cargoo, we are building supply chain products around complex, real-world logistics operations.
It is understanding the actual problem, turning complexity into clear product decisions, and helping a development team deliver the right solution.
We are looking for a Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst who can connect business needs, customer problems, and technology - and take ownership of turning them into working products.
Problem space:
Logistics product development means dealing with:
• complex and evolving business rules
• multiple stakeholders with different priorities
• fragmented operational processes
• incomplete requirements and changing assumptions
• legacy + new system coexistence
• customer needs vs. platform strategy
• technical constraints
• constant pressure to deliver value
You will work in the middle of this complexity.
Your job is to bring clarity, make decisions, and keep the team focused on what matters most.
What you’ll own:
• product vision and direction together with key stakeholders
• translating real customer and business problems into product solutions
• product scope, priorities, and delivery decisions
• the Product Backlog and its continuous refinement
• Use Cases, Requirements, and Business Rules
• User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• balancing customer value, technical feasibility, business priorities, and timelines
• keeping the development team aligned throughout the product lifecycle
• ensuring delivered solutions support the wider Cargoo platform and business architecture
How you’ll work:
You will work closely with stakeholders, customers, subject matter experts, and the development team.
You will:
• ask questions until the actual problem is understood
• challenge assumptions and unclear requirements
• turn complex business processes into clear product logic
• make decisions when priorities or requirements conflict
• ensure the team always works on the highest-value opportunities
• manage the balance between new functionality, maintenance, and product lifecycle needs
• continuously improve how the team discovers, defines, and delivers products
This is not a role where requirements are simply handed over to development.
We expect you to understand the problem, own the decisions, and stay involved until value is delivered.
What we expect from you:
• 5+ years of experience in software or web product development, preferably in a Product Owner role
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ability to navigate ambiguity and create structure from complexity
• confidence making decisions and taking ownership of product outcomes
• experience leading and working closely with software development teams
• strong understanding of Agile values and principles, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences - from developers and subject matter experts to customers and executives
• ability to manage competing priorities and delivery pressure
• fluent English, both written and spoken
• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Informatics, or a related field
Experience with logistics or supply chain solutions is a strong plus.
What you won’t find here:
• requirements written only for the sake of documentation
• backlog management without product ownership
• decisions endlessly escalated instead of made
• process for the sake of process
• a perfectly defined problem waiting for you
What matters to us:
• clarity over complexity
• outcomes over output
• ownership over handovers
• customer problems over feature requests
• decisions over endless alignment
• continuous improvement over perfect processes
If this sounds like the kind of product environment where you do your best work - let’s talk.
