HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE ROLE: PRODUCT LEAD, GROWTH ⭐️
We are looking for a proven product leader to lead the next phase of Alan’s growth.
Our self-serve business now brings in €1M of incremental ARR every week. We got there with a funnel that was ahead of the market for years, built for health insurance, one country and one way of buying.
That playbook will not get us to the next 10x. Alan is moving to many products, many countries and new segments, and prospects are starting to buy through AI assistants. We need someone who has scaled growth before to write the next playbook and lead the product team that delivers it.
About the Growth area
The Growth area owns Alan’s self-serve business: every member and company that signs up without a sales account executive.
- It covers individuals (freelancers, retirees, etc) and small companies.
- It covers everything that happens before someone becomes a member: how prospects find Alan, how they decide we are right for them, and how they start.
- On the go-to-market side, segment leaders own offer, pricing and channels for their segments, and marketing teams run paid, SEO / GEO, partnerships, brand and more.
- On the product side, product crews build. Conversion owns the flows and referral surfaces that turn prospects into members. Growth Infrastructure owns the website, marketing measurement and marketing ops.
As Product Lead for Growth, you will lead the product side of the area and partner with our business and marketing leaders to accelerate growth.
A subset of hard questions to answer:
- One funnel to many: how do we make launching a new funnel for a new product, country or partner as easy as writing a prompt? How do we empower business owners to iterate on the conversion flows?
- Experience before signing: how does a prospect get to try Mo, the Clinic and the Shop before signing, without slowing down their decision?
- The comparison moment: how do we become the place people compare insurance on fit and value, when comparison sites rank only on price?
- Buying through AI: when the journey starts in ChatGPT, how do we become the answer it cites, and the product people can buy right there?
- Channel leverage: how do we use technology to make each acquisition channel faster, cheaper and smarter, and how do we decide spend on incrementality?
- Cross-sell at acquisition: how do we sell more than one product from the first signature?
We have strong convictions on some of these and open questions on others. We expect you to bring your own view and to change ours.
What you will do:
- Set the vision. You will own the multi-year growth product vision, turn it into a small number of big bets, and align the roadmaps behind them. You will also decide what we stop doing, so that we both invest in incremental optimization and big bets.
- Build an experimentation engine that compounds. We have a baseline of A/B testing and a shared bar for what counts as a win. You will take it to the level covering velocity, rigor, incrementality and learning loops.
- Make Growth AI-native. You will lead conversational AI in our sales flows, AI-native acquisition surfaces and Alan’s presence in LLM ecosystems. You will also build the AI tooling our marketing teams need to scale their output (content, landing pages, campaigns, lead qualification) without scaling headcount at the same rate.
- Lead and grow the team. You will manage the PMs in the area and help lead Design, Engineering and Data in the area.
- Go deep yourself. At Alan, everyone is also an individual contributor, and AI makes that more true every month. We expect you to personally drive selected initiatives to kickstart or unblock them.
- Partner with business leaders. You will work with segment leaders and marketing as a peer, and you will own growth outcomes jointly with them.
⭐️ ABOUT YOU ⭐️
- You have 6+ years of experience leading product teams, with a track record of moving the numbers at scale. You have led growth for a product with significant self-serve or B2C acquisition, and you can point to the curves you bent.
- You have led growth teams. You have managed PMs directly and you have handled hiring, coaching, hard feedback and performance calls.
- You set the vision. You have a track record of setting the direction and balancing optimizations and big bets. You have brought business, marketing and engineering leaders along with you.
- You coach. People you hired and coached have grown into strong PMs and leaders, and you raise the craft bar of the people around you.
- You deep dive. You open the funnel analysis yourself, challenge an experiment read, question attribution and spot a vanity win before anyone else.
- You are data-driven. Experimentation, incrementality and attribution are your native language, and you can push a data team to a high standard.
- You have worked across a portfolio of products and countries, ideally by building shared platforms rather than one-off flows. This is a strong plus.
- You have an opinionated view of where AI is taking acquisition and buying journeys (LLM discovery, conversational selling, agentic commerce), and you have turned that kind of view into shipped product.
- You talk to prospects and members often, you enjoy it, and what you hear changes your mind.
- You care about healthcare. Alan’s mission has to matter to you, and for us this is essential.
- You are fluent in English. French is a nice-to-have.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the F or higher level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

⭐️ OPERATIONS AT ALAN
The Operations Community’s core responsibilities is to deliver at scale our insurance and health services : we build our platform and operational capabilities and run our processes to guarantee delight and efficiency.
As we anchor our Insurance position, diversify our offering with health and well-being related services in 4 different countries (France, Belgium, Spain and Canada), our operations are increasingly complex and our challenges ahead have never been as exciting!
Being an Ops at Alan means joining a team of 50+ talented, committed and passionate Ops across our countries, with a lot of interactions with Engineering, Product, Care and many other teams at Alan.
We have a mix of Builder profiles, focused on (re)designing and implementing our processes and Operations Experts who deliver those on a daily basis while improving them.
We want team members to deliver excellence to our companies and members and be ready to disrupt (and not only upgrade) the way we traditionally think about insurance or healthcare services.

🌍 FOR THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO BE BASED IN FRANCE, BELGIUM OR SPAIN 🌍
The Operations Expert works on a specific subset of services we deliver (eg. claim reimbursement, fraud, clinic to name a few) .
Their core responsibilities (+- 70/80% of the time) are to:
- Run our Insurance or Health services processes - that's why we call them Ops Runners internally 😉
- Ensure the day-to-day follow up and monitoring of our operations
- Flag risks and opportunities
In details, your missions are:
- Operating our processes: performing tasks like invoicing or claims treatment, growing and managing our network of providers, supporting internal teams (live and through documentation)
- Contributing to the definition & owning the best monitoring scheme to track volumes/efficiency/SLAs, and identify risks and areas of improvement, internally or with our service providers
- Supervising partnerships (e.g. teleconsultation, claim operators), participating in the negotiation rounds, daily communication to ensure business continuity
- Performing controls on our daily operations to make sure the correct decisions were made and to identify training needs (internally as well as externally)
- Escalating feedback, helping to prioritise and supporting initiatives to make our processes and services more delightful and efficient
Next to running and monitoring our operations, you implement continuous improvements to our processes (+-20/30% of the time). This can be in a variety of ways, e.g. working with product teams to automate certain processes, enhancing our external communication, auditing our processes, automating some process steps using automation tools, …
⭐️ OUR RUN ORGANISATION ⭐️
Our Operations Experts are organized in pools (3-7 runners) who are collectively responsible for running their scope. Examples of topics are:
Alan therapy: members can book a therapy session with psychologists. You maintain smooth relationships with our psychologists, ensure therapy demand matches the supply and contribute to several steps of their lifecycle at Alan (hiring, onboarding, invoicing, supporting booking management etc).
Claims: We provide a best-in-class claims experience, including our own optic care service. You treat claims and assist in decisions regarding our coverage. Additionally, you monitor the performance of external service providers to meet SLAs & perform quality controls. You ensure glasses get delivered on time, member satisfaction is high, our frame collection is attractive, collaboration with opticians is smooth and efficient, ….
Fraud: We run checks on claims submitted by our members, and build new ways of preventing fraud attempts. You investigate suspicious claims, prevent fraudulent payments or recover when we paid fraudulent claims.
Set up: We provide best-in-class experience to our Customers : a smooth on/offboarding of their employees and a seamless invoicing or billing. To do so, we continuously control & improve the quality of our processes : ensuring we have consistent information for invoicing, unlocking employee invite/removals in case of issue and supporting admin in case of payment issue or bankruptcy.
Note: We look for profiles able to embrace any challenge and jump in any pool ! Depending on Alan needs (and personal interests), an Operations Expert will join in a pool and can change and explore new scopes after some time. Do not hesitate to ask more concrete examples to the Operations Team Members you’ll meet during the process so they can share about their own scope.
⭐️ EXPERIENCE ⭐️
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the A2-B level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
Since the scope of our Ops Runner role is extremely varied, we are open to candidates from different backgrounds : you could be a good fit for the Operations team at Alan if, for example, you:
- Operated processes and services especially for companies during the scale up stage or in industrial/logistic industries
- Worked in Support functions (Customer Support, People Operations etc)
- Had a Customer facing Commercial experience, e.g. account manager or Customer Success Communications, such as Social Media, Internal/ External Communications
- Handled event coordination
⭐️ SKILLS ⭐️
- Passionate about delivering & optimizing top notch operations: not scared to get your hands dirty to get into technical processes, making them clear and delightful for our operators and members
- A keen problem-solver and challenger with a dig deep mindset: what drives you is member and customer satisfaction !
- Analytics skills, to be able to dive into our data
- Highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills, with strong attention to details
- Strong and structured in written and verbal communication in English and Dutch
- Able to work and learn independently in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable: you show flexibility and a strong ability to adapt to variable situations
- It’s even better if you have experience in the insurance or the healthcare industry

Backed by Europe’s leading media powerhouse Bertelsmann and operating from offices in Hamburg (HQ), Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo, adjoe is defining the next stages of app and ad experience – right now. Join us.
About the Role
We are seeking a Director, Strategic Enterprise Partnerships to own adjoe’s most critical enterprise relationships. This is not a maintenance role; it is a commercial strategy role. You will act as the “General Manager” for a portfolio of our top-tier partners, responsible for merging their long-term goals with adjoe’s tech innovation to build a shared path to growth and profitability.
Your mandate is to align adjoe’s technology with the partner’s long-term vision, ensuring our stacks evolve together. You will define and execute ambitious commercial goals, treating each account as a joint venture where you set the targets, forecast the growth, and engineer the technical strategy required to hit them.
Reporting directly to our Managing Director, Supply and working closely with regional VPs of Revenue, the wider adjoe leadership team, and our Product and Tech departments, you will act as the gatekeeper to our largest enterprise accounts.
What You Will Do:
- Ambitious Commercial Strategy: You systematically identify new revenue opportunities for our partners, launch large-scale campaigns, or lead high-stakes renegotiations, securing long-term exclusivity
- Joint Strategic Roadmap: You don’t just deliver features; you orchestrate the joint technical roadmap. You drive integration timelines, manage feature testing, and facilitate QBRs or workshops
- C-Level Navigation: You move beyond day-to-day managers and build relationships with CROs, CTOs, or Heads of Monetization to align adjoe’s roadmap with our partners’ long-term business goals
- Product Loop & First Line of Defense: You are the bridge between the market and adjoe’s Product teams. You translate partner feedback into actionable product features that unlock scalability while proactively solving technical or performance blockers before they impact revenue
- People Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence: You directly lead and develop a small, high-impact team while also guiding and aligning senior cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Tech, Revenue, and Leadership to drive shared outcomes
Who You Are:
- 5-7 years in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS Strategic Account Management, specifically handling enterprise clients and ideally with some exposure to the mobile ecosystem and core metrics such as CPI, eCPM, ARPDAU, etc.
- Tech-Commercial Hybrid & Communication: Outstanding communication skills that allow you to bridge the gap between product and business, with fluent English required for daily collaboration with global stakeholders. You can discuss API limitations with a CTO in the morning and revenue growth opportunities with a CEO in the afternoon with equal fluency
- Proven success in Solution Selling: Experience sitting down with product teams to scope out custom technical solutions or roadmaps, not just selling off-the-shelf inventory
- Strategic Vision: Ability to look 6–12 months ahead. You aren’t worried about yesterday’s numbers; you are worried about next Q3’s product release
- Commercial Acumen and Excellence: You own the revenue targets for your account. You don’t settle for “maintenance mode”; you actively identify opportunities to expand & set ambitious goals, strengthening the partnership.
- Location: Based in Boston
Our Commitment to Your Success:
Invest in Your Future: You’ll join a high-performing, rapidly scaling global company with a clear vision, while directly influencing the company’s trajectory and sharing in its success. We’re committed to your growth through regular feedback, mentoring, and our development programs. You’ll expand your skillset and build a long-term career at adjoe.
Easy Arrival to adjoe: From signing to settling in Boston, we’ve got you and your family covered, including a relocation package and personal support to help you build your life here, making your move smooth and stress-free.
Live Your Best Life, at Work and Beyond: Flexible hours, remote Fridays, and 30 vacation days. You’ll also have three weeks of remote work each year, wellness reimbursement, and mental health support through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Future & Financial Health Package: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans as well as 401K match program.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
The Field Productivity & Enablement Lead is responsible for making our sales motion clear, practical, and repeatable. This person will help define how we sell at Baseten: how managers run the business, how reps qualify and advance deals, how sales works with FDE, product, marketing, and support, and how those expectations get turned into training and day-to-day habits.
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who excels at both strategy and execution. You'll shape the system, but you won't stop at slides or frameworks. You'll build the playbooks, run the training, coach to the behaviors, and help managers ensure the process is followed consistently.
We're not looking for someone who wants to force-fit a single methodology onto the business. We're looking for someone who is fluent in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, and similar approaches, and can take the best ideas from each, adapt them to a technical sales motion, and build an approach that fits how Baseten actually sells.
You'll report to the Head of Enablement and Productivity. Frontline managers and reps are your primary customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage operating model. Define the core rhythms for frontline managers, including 1:1s, forecast calls, pipeline reviews, deal reviews, and coaching cadences. Create clear expectations for how managers inspect deals, coach reps, and drive consistency across the team.
- Sales process and stage design. Partner with sales leadership and RevOps to define stages, exit criteria, qualification standards, and pipeline mechanics. Help turn the sales process into something managers and reps can actually use, and make sure CRM and tooling reinforce the process instead of creating workarounds.
- Cross-functional engagement. Clarify how sales engages FDE, solutions architects, product, marketing, and customer support. Define the handoffs, decision points, and joint working models that help teams support customers without confusion or duplicated effort.
- Methodology, skills, and training. Help codify the sales methodology and build the training behind it. Deliver enablement sessions, coach managers and reps, and raise the quality of qualification, deal progression, and account planning over time.
- Behavior change and adoption. Make the work stick. Measure whether the process is being used, where managers or reps are getting stuck, and what needs to change to improve ramp time, pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and win rates.
REQUIREMENTS
You know what good sales execution looks like and can translate that into a system other people can follow. You can move from diagnosing a broken forecast call, to redesigning a stage framework, to standing in front of a room and teaching managers how to run a better pipeline review.
You bring credibility with sales leaders, managers, and reps because you've seen how strong sales teams operate and you know how to make process useful instead of bureaucratic. You are structured, practical, and comfortable driving change across functions.
Strong candidates may come from a mix of backgrounds such as:
- A former AE or sales leader who has carried a quota, managed teams, and later moved into enablement, strategy, or operations.
- A sales enablement or sales effectiveness leader with strong experience in methodology, manager training, and curriculum design.
- A RevOps or sales strategy professional with deep process rigor and a strong point of view on pipeline, qualification, and inspection.
- A management consulting or sales transformation background with experience building operating models and driving adoption in fast-growing teams.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.

About the team
The Technical Success team ensures safe and effective deployment of ChatGPT and OpenAI API applications for developers and enterprises, acting as trusted advisors to maximize value from models and products. The Ecosystem team builds and scales third-party integrations around ChatGPT and Codex, working across product, engineering, partnerships, safety, legal, policy, and go-to-market to create useful, trustworthy, and technically sound integrations.
About the role
The Applied Deployment Engineer will build and deepen ChatGPT integrations with third-party messaging platforms, focusing initially on partner work and future opportunities with other messaging apps globally. This hands-on, partner-facing engineering role involves working closely with external product and engineering teams to improve integrations, expand capabilities like image generation, increase retention, and translate partner needs into OpenAI’s product and engineering roadmap. The role requires daily coding, making changes across platform or monorepo surfaces, and balancing technical discovery, product tradeoffs, prototyping, debugging, and executive communication. It suits a product-minded engineer with excellent communication skills, sound technical judgment, and ability to work across cultures, time zones, and organizations. The role is based in the San Francisco office with a hybrid work model (3 days in office per week) and relocation assistance.
Responsibilities
— Partner with messenger app product and engineering teams to design ChatGPT-powered experiences fitting chat, group, contact, and app-tab surfaces.
— Deepen existing partner integrations focusing on user experience, retention, reliability, and features.
— Build prototypes, integration guides, reference flows, and launch checklists to help partners move from concept to production.
— Debug API, latency, authentication, quota, quality, and user-experience issues across partner and OpenAI systems.
— Translate privacy, trust, login, and data-handling requirements into clear technical constraints and implementation plans.
— Collaborate with product, engineering, design, partnerships, legal, policy, and support teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and maintainable partner launches.
— Capture repeatable patterns from messenger integrations and create reusable playbooks for future partners.
— Travel periodically to meet international partners during key integration, launch, and post-launch milestones.
Requirements
— Strong software engineering background with daily coding enjoyment.
— Experience building or deploying API integrations with external partners, understanding client, backend, auth, privacy, reliability, and UX constraints.
— Strong product sense and design judgment for consumer-facing experiences.
— Ability to concretize ambiguous product ideas without over-specifying partner internals.
— Clear communication with engineers, product leaders, executives, and business stakeholders.
— Comfortable debugging distributed systems and narrowing performance or reliability issues into actionable hypotheses.
— Deep care about user trust, privacy, and product quality, especially in sensitive communication contexts.
— Ability to balance urgency with judgment and maintain launch momentum without skipping important details.
Preferred qualifications
— Experience with B2C consumer, social, or messaging products.
— Experience working with international partners or in cross-cultural product and engineering environments.
— Familiarity with OAuth/login flows, API rate limits, webviews, mobile release cycles, and partner launch operations.
— Experience with AI product launches, developer platforms, or API-first products.
— Prior customer-facing or partner-facing engineering experience, especially in startups or smaller companies.
— Ability to collaborate across APAC time zones and travel internationally quarterly, sometimes for up to two weeks around major launch milestones.
