ABOUT MATTER LABS
Matter Labs builds private settlement infrastructure that lets regulated institutions settle directly with each other without exposing data, ceding control, or waiting days. Global finance moves $4 quadrillion a year on systems designed for paper and telex. The institutions that built them - from clearing houses to exchanges to the world's largest banks, institutions are now actively replacing them. We're building what comes next.
Our core product, Prividium, gives each institution its own private settlement environment (a Prividium Zone) with independent governance and built-in interoperability across counterparties, asset classes, and jurisdictions. Settlement happens through zero-knowledge proofs: one party proves a transaction is valid without revealing any underlying data to the counterparty. The only private settlement infrastructure built on zero-knowledge cryptography.
Founded in 2018. Backed by a16z and Union Square Ventures. A fully remote team of around 90 with eight years of production zero-knowledge infrastructure behind us, now pointed at the biggest problem in institutional finance.
THE ROLE
You will be the technical partner to Matter Labs' institutional sales team. Your work turns customer requirements into credible Prividium architectures and moves opportunities from discovery through evaluation into a deployment plan the customer trusts. The role owns technical discovery, solution design, evaluations and proofs of concept, and the technical response to security and due-diligence reviews. It is a hands-on presales role at the intersection of enterprise architecture, financial markets, and zero-knowledge infrastructure.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead technical discovery. Map customer architecture, data privacy, identity and permissions, interoperability, performance, resilience, custody, and compliance constraints.
- Design solutions. Translate customer workflows into target architectures for Prividium, including integration boundaries, APIs, deployment models, and the route from pilot to production.
- Deliver demos and workshops. Build and run tailored demonstrations and technical workshops for audiences from engineering teams to senior business leaders.
- Run evaluations. Define success criteria, scope proofs of concept, coordinate internal specialists, and keep pilots tied to a commercial decision.
- Own technical diligence. Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, and architecture assessments, with support from Engineering, Security, Product, and Legal.
- Prepare implementation. Produce solution documentation with explicit assumptions, dependencies, owners, and acceptance criteria, and hand over cleanly into delivery.
- Feed the roadmap. Bring structured customer evidence into Product and Engineering, and separate repeatable market needs from one-off requests.
Over time, the reference architectures and playbooks you build become the foundation of the solutions-engineering function.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Each of these is a demonstrated capability, shown through work you have done:
- 7+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, enterprise architecture, or technical consulting in a customer-facing setting.
- Working with banks, capital-markets firms, market infrastructure, payments businesses, or other regulated institutions.
- Deep grounding in APIs, distributed systems, cloud and on-premise deployment, security, identity and access, and data privacy.
- Leading complex technical evaluations or proofs of concept and converting them into production decisions.
- Explaining complex systems to technical and non-technical audiences, with precise writing and disciplined expectation management.
- Aligning sales, product, engineering, security, and customer teams without formal authority.
NICE TO HAVE
Working knowledge of Ethereum, smart contracts, tokenisation, or zero-knowledge proofs. Deep enterprise and financial-services experience can compensate for a lighter crypto background.
WORK MODEL & PAY
- Competitive base salary
- Performance-based variable compensation and a long-term token incentive are additional. Both are paid in ZK tokens. New-hire token grants vest over four years with a one-year cliff.
- Freedom & ownership culture: no time tracking, minimum bureaucracy-only results matter.

THE ROLE
You will build Prividium's business across the United States. The pipeline you create and the strategic agreements you close will set the pace at which the US institutional market opens for us. The role owns target-account strategy, pipeline creation, deal execution, and closed agreements with US banks, asset managers, market-infrastructure providers, and payment firms. It is a hands-on individual contributor role with no people-management responsibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own US revenue. Deliver agreed pipeline, bookings, and revenue outcomes across the US institutional market, from first engagement through negotiation and close.
- Set the account strategy. Build a clear view of where Prividium can win: which institutions, use cases, and stakeholders to pursue, and in what order.
- Create pipeline. Originate opportunities through executive relationships, direct prospecting, and market knowledge. Inbound demand exists but will not carry the number.
- Run deep discovery. Understand customer workflows, constraints, and economics across tokenised deposits, payments, settlement, collateral, funds, and asset issuance.
- Navigate institutional buying. Coordinate long processes spanning business leadership, product, technology, architecture, security, risk, compliance, procurement, and legal.
- Close strategic agreements. Build mutual action plans, keep deal discipline, and lead commercial and contractual negotiation with support from Legal and the executive team.
- Feed the company. Bring structured customer, competitor, and regulatory evidence into product, positioning, and go-to-market decisions.
Over time, the role can grow into leadership of a US team as the market proves out.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Each of these is a demonstrated capability, shown through work you have done:
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales or strategic-account work, with closed six- or seven-figure agreements.
- Selling software, data, SaaS, or infrastructure into banks, capital-markets firms, or other regulated financial institutions.
- Originating pipeline through executive relationships and direct prospecting, with named examples of accounts you opened.
- Leading multi-stakeholder buying processes across security, risk, compliance, procurement, legal, and executive approval.
- Discussing enterprise architecture, APIs, integration, deployment models, and data privacy credibly with senior technology stakeholders.
- Selling an emerging or category-defining product while the sales motion was still being refined.
NICE TO HAVE
Working knowledge of blockchain, tokenisation, or institutional digital assets. Proven institutional-sales performance matters more.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is expanding its reseller program in Japan and Korea. As our Reseller Operations Manager for Japan and Korea, you'll own how resellers in both countries get onboarded, transact, get paid, and get supported, across both of our resale motions: hyperscaler resale, where partners resell Claude through the cloud marketplaces (AWS Bedrock today, Google Cloud Vertex AI and Microsoft Foundry to follow), and direct resale, where partners resell on Anthropic paper through our own quote-to-order and billing systems. The global team builds the program; you make it work for Japanese and Korean partners and feed back what has to change.
This is an operator role, not a partner manager role. In the first months you'll be validating deal registrations and answering partner tickets yourself; by the end of the first year the volume should be running on documented process, service levels, and vendor or system coverage that you set up.
Key responsibilities
Own reseller onboarding for Japan and Korea end to end: application intake, screening coordination, agreement execution, marketplace authorization, entitlement setup, and activation, and keep the partner record in Salesforce decision-grade for both regions.
Run hyperscaler (3P) reseller operations: deal-registration intake and validation within SLA, marketplace authorizations and private-offer processing with the cloud alliance teams, and end-customer reporting on every reseller transaction so partner-sourced revenue can be attributed.
Run direct (1P) reseller operations: partner quotes and order forms, order booking and provisioning, and commit tracking and true-ups with Deal Desk, RevOps, and Accounting, and work with Finance and Tax on local invoicing, currency, and consumption-tax handling for each transaction route.
Run the regional side of reseller incentives: eligibility, validation of quarterly payouts, and partner disputes, in partnership with the global incentive operations team and Finance.
Stand up first-line operational support for resellers in Japanese and Korean during local business hours, inside the global partner support queue rather than alongside it, and localize the onboarding, deal-registration, and ordering content partners depend on.
Manage any outsourced or contracted operations capacity used in region (scope, quality, service levels) and coordinate with Enablement on the logistics of local-language certification and training.
Own reseller reporting for Japan and Korea: registration volume and cycle time, activation, attach, and attributed revenue by partner and by motion, and use it to tell the regional teams and the global program what to fix next.
Adopt the global Partner Operations playbooks where they fit, write the in-region variants where they don't, and represent Japan and Korea requirements in partner systems and automation work so manual volume doesn't grow with partner count.
Minimum qualifications
Several years in channel, reseller, distribution, or partner operations at a technology company, ideally touching both a cloud-marketplace motion and a direct or contract-based resale motion.
Working proficiency in Japanese, Korean, and English. You'll run operational relationships with partners in both countries and work daily with a US-based team; proficiency doesn't need to be identical across all three, but you need to be able to work with partners in both regions.
Practical knowledge of how at least one major cloud marketplace's reseller program works (authorizations, private offers, deal registration), or deep experience in one motion and a track record of picking up the other quickly.
Hands-on experience with quote-to-order, order management, or partner billing, and the Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal coordination that comes with it.
A track record of taking a manual process and turning it into documented workflow, service levels, and reporting, including managing vendors or contractors who execute part of it.
Hands-on Salesforce experience (reporting, data maintenance), and comfort being the only operations person in the region while working with a team many time zones away.
Preferred qualifications
Experience inside the Japanese or Korean enterprise reseller and systems-integrator ecosystem, including local invoicing, credit, and consumption-tax conventions.
Experience with partner incentive or rebate operations, or with a partner program during its launch phase.
Experience with PRM or deal-registration tooling, or building automations with Claude or similar tools to run operational workflows at volume.
How this role works with the team
You'll report into Partner Experience and work day to day with two groups. The global Partner Operations team in San Francisco owns the reseller program's systems, and playbooks; our reseller operations owner there is your direct counterpart, and you'll split work along a simple line: they own the global process, you own its execution and adaptation in Japan and Korea. The Japan and Korea go-to-market teams own the partner relationships and the commercial conversations; you're the operational layer underneath them, and the person they come to when something about a partner's onboarding, order, or payout needs to move. You'll also be the regional voice into Finance, Deal Desk, RevOps, and the cloud alliance teams on anything that has to work differently in these markets.
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled, tech-savvy Legal Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced legal team. As a core member of the department within a leading payment processing company, you will help drive operational excellence, scale our legal tech stack, and streamline workflows.
The ideal candidate helps bridge the gap between legal expertise, technology, and data-driven efficiency. You will be responsible for managing our complex contract ecosystems, optimising team collaboration tools, and leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to design modern, automated legal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Tech Stack & Automation Strategy: Support the administration, integration, and continuous improvement of our legal technology tools, with a heavy emphasis on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
- Atlassian Ecosystem: Support the legal department's Jira infrastructure. This includes assisting with the design, maintenance, and optimisation of workflows in Jira Service Management (JSM) for legal intake, helping manage Jira Spaces, and building out a comprehensive, user-friendly knowledge base in Confluence.
- AI & Process Engineering: Proactively identify opportunities to embed AI and machine learning tools into everyday legal operations, supporting the development and implementation of AI-driven efficiencies (e.g., automated contract review, AI search optimisation, legal operations chatbots, and automated triaging) to help reduce cycle times.
- Workflow Optimisation: Evaluate existing legal processes, identify bottlenecks in the payment processing legal pipeline (e.g., merchant agreements, vendor contracts, regulatory tracking), and engineer streamlined, scalable workflows.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Design dashboards and generate metrics within Jira and CLM tools to track legal spend, turnaround times, contract volumes, and team capacity. Present actionable insights to legal leadership.
- Vendor & Resource Support: Help manage relationships with legal tech vendors (e.g. Brightflag) and ensure the team is maximising the value of industry resources (e.g., CLOC, ACC).
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Legal Operations, ideally within a fintech, payment processing, or highly regulated corporate environment.
- Experience working with enterprise CLM systems (e.g., Ironclad, LinkSquares, Icertis, or Conga), including template building and workflow routing.
- Good working knowledge of Jira, specifically designing custom workflows, queues, and SLAs in JSM, helping manage Jira Spaces, and structuring documentation in Confluence.
- Experience using generative AI tools, prompt engineering, or AI-backed legal tech features to build efficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and analyse legal data.
- General understanding of the legal operational challenges unique to payment processing, financial services, or tech companies.
Preferred Skills & Core Competencies
- Tech-Forward Mindset: Instead of simply using tools, look for ways to make them talk to each other. Experience with integrations (APIs, Zapier) is a massive plus.
- Problem-Solving & Agility: Ability to thrive in a high-volume, rapidly changing corporate environment.
- Project Management: Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage and support multiple tech implementation projects simultaneously (PRINCE2 qualification a plus, but not necessary).
- Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical or legal requirements into clear, user-friendly processes for cross-functional stakeholders such as Product, Sales and Compliance.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building a new AI business, and you’ll be one of its first technical sellers. Your job is to turn technically complex AI products into closed revenue.
You’ll sell a growing portfolio spanning AI-powered applications and agents for finance teams, as well as infrastructure that helps companies deploy and manage AI with greater control, security, and cost efficiency. This is a product-focused, quota-carrying technical sales role. You’ll help customers evaluate and purchase Ramp’s AI products, translating complex capabilities into clear business value and guiding opportunities from discovery through close.
This is a high-velocity commercial role, not a traditional pre-sales position where success ends with a great demo. You’ll be accountable for turning technical evaluations into commercial wins from start to finish. You’ll lead discovery, shape deal strategy, build executive-level business cases, deliver tailored demonstrations, navigate technical and commercial objections, and create urgency around a clear path to purchase.
You’ll move comfortably between technical and executive conversations. In one meeting, you may discuss model routing, APIs, integrations, data governance, and security with Engineering and IT teams. In the next, you may help Finance and executive leaders understand the ROI, total cost of ownership, and operational impact of adopting Ramp’s AI products.
You’ll join at a formative moment for Ramp’s AI business. As one of the first dedicated sellers for these products, you’ll help identify the strongest use cases, refine how we position and sell the portfolio, influence the customer experience, and build the playbook the broader team will eventually scale. You’ll own the full customer lifecycle from discovery and evaluation through close, implementation, and adoption, helping customers translate their purchase into a successful deployment. This role combines Ramp’s resources and customer reach with the ownership, speed, and ambiguity of an early-stage team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Carry a revenue quota and own the progression of AI product opportunities from initial discovery through purchase, ensuring business value is clear, technical requirements are validated, and obstacles to a decision are resolved.
- Lead discovery with business and technical buyers to understand their goals, workflows, challenges, decision criteria, existing systems, and AI strategy.
- Translate Ramp’s AI applications and infrastructure into compelling solution narratives tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Build ROI and total cost of ownership analyses that quantify the value of Ramp’s AI products and create executive-level justification for investment.
- Help customers identify high-value use cases, set realistic expectations, and establish a credible path from evaluation to production.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations, technical workshops, and proofs of concept with clear success criteria that establish value and build confidence in a purchase decision.
- Build relationships with champions and decision-makers across Engineering, IT, Security, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and executive leadership.
- Navigate questions related to APIs, integrations, model capabilities and limitations, data flows, architecture, privacy, security, governance, implementation, and tradeoffs among quality, cost, latency, and control.
- Apply strong commercial judgment to qualify opportunities, create urgency, address objections, identify risk, and keep customers moving toward a decision.
- Lead customers through implementation after purchase, including deployment planning, stakeholder alignment, workflow design, technical coordination, enablement, and adoption.
- Partner with Account Executives and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, Marketing, and post-sales teams to remove deployment blockers and deliver a strong customer experience from evaluation through production.
- Bring structured customer and market feedback to internal teams to improve the products, positioning, sales execution, and customer experience.
- Turn early customer conversations into repeatable messaging, demonstrations, qualification criteria, value stories, and sales plays as we build this go-to-market motion from the ground up.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, technical sales, Solutions Architecture, enterprise software sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Direct quota-carrying or deal-closing ownership of the pre-sale cycle—not only experience delivering demonstrations or supporting post-sale implementation.
- A track record of independently influencing and winning complex B2B sales opportunities with clear revenue accountability.
- Strong discovery and value-selling skills, with the ability to connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build executive-level business cases, including ROI and total cost of ownership analyses; this capability will be central to success in the role.
- Commercial instincts and comfort taking meaningful ownership of deal strategy, momentum, and results.
- Technical fluency across modern AI systems, including applications and agents, model capabilities and limitations, APIs, integrations, data flows, security, governance, and tradeoffs among quality, cost, latency, and control.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to make complex concepts clear and relevant to different audiences.
- The ability to explain probabilistic, rapidly evolving AI technology with credibility and precision without overpromising what the product can do.
- Experience building champions and navigating multi-threaded buying groups with competing priorities.
- High ownership, curiosity, sound judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where you’ll build structure as you go rather than inherit it.
- Energy for zero-to-one work and the opportunity to build a sales motion rather than simply inherit one.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling AI infrastructure, AI applications or agents, developer tools, data platforms, security products, finance technology, or workflow automation software.
- Experience helping launch a new product or develop an early go-to-market motion.
- Familiarity with AI gateways, model routing, usage controls, data governance, or enterprise AI deployment.
- Experience selling to developers, IT, Security, Finance, Operations, Procurement, or executive stakeholders.
- Experience creating reusable sales assets, demonstrations, value frameworks, or enablement programs.

Who We Are

OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Payments Team, based in the US. Payments is where OKX meets the real financial world. Our team has built and operates the infrastructure connecting OKX to dozens of payment channels across global markets, giving users deposit and withdrawal options that are fast, convenient, and — most importantly — trustworthy. That platform moves and safeguards user assets at institutional scale, continuously, across time zones and regulatory environments.
This is not a greenfield team looking for its footing. The team is established, the platform is in production at scale, and we are actively expanding — both in scope and in headcount. That combination is rare: you get the leverage of joining a growing team where your work visibly shifts the roadmap, along with the discipline that comes from a system already trusted with real money.
It's also an unusually good place to learn. Payments is a domain that's hard to pick up from the outside — every market has its own rails, its own settlement behavior, its own failure modes, its own compliance expectations. Here you'll work across a wide range of payment methods and channels, and you'll build the judgment that comes from operating financial systems where the stakes are real: how to design for correctness when money is on the line, how to reconcile, how to recover, how to keep a platform observable enough that you find problems before your users do.
You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and partner-facing teams, and you'll set the technical bar for the engineers around you — through design docs, code reviews, and the everyday habit of doing things properly when nobody's watching.
If you like the sound of a team where the problems are genuinely hard, the standard is high, and your opinion changes the outcome, we'd like to talk.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design and build the core. Develop high-scale, 24/7 APIs and distributed payment services across multiple cloud providers, using Java and Spring Boot as the primary stack. Own systems end to end — from design doc through production ownership.
Expand our global reach. Help integrate and scale new payment channels and methods across markets, each with its own technical, operational, and reliability characteristics.
Protect user assets. Build for correctness first: consistency, idempotency, reconciliation, failure recovery, and the operational tooling that lets us stand behind every transaction.
Set the technical bar. Participate actively in design and code reviews, giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback. Help evolve the standards a growing team builds on.
Solve the hard problems. Investigate complex distributed-systems challenges and drive them to resolution rather than handing them off.
Partner across functions. Work with product, design, and partner teams across regions to turn ambiguous requirements into shipped systems, and to unblock dependencies before they become delays.
Grow the team's capability. Mentor engineers and share what you learn. Seniority here is measured in leverage, not just output.
Stay curious. Keep pace with a fast-moving industry and bring the good ideas back.
What you'll take away from this role
Deep, practical fluency across a wide range of global payment methods and channels — knowledge that is genuinely hard to acquire anywhere else
Experience designing and operating systems entrusted with substantial user assets, where correctness and recoverability are non-negotiable
A track record of shipping in a regulated, high-stakes domain at real scale
What We Look For In You
5+ years of backend software development experience, with a proven track record of building and operating high-availability, large-scale applications.
Strong engineering fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and software design patterns — and the judgment to know when to reach for which.
Ownership instinct. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tickets. When something's broken or unclear, you move toward it.
Ability to drive cross-team collaboration, managing complex dependencies and competing requirements without losing momentum.
Excellent problem-solving skills, and comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication. You can explain a complex technical trade-off to an engineer and to a non-technical stakeholder, and land it with both.
Genuine interest in crypto or fintech, and in building things that make money move better.

About Alchemy
Alchemy is the Web3 infrastructure and developer platform that powers millions of users and the world’s most innovative blockchain applications. From enabling $1+ trillion in financial transactions worldwide to scaling L2s and enabling DeFi, Alchemy provides the infrastructure and tools developers need to build reliable, scalable, and accessible experiences.
Trusted by companies like JPMorgan, Stripe, Visa, Franklin Templeton, Nike, and backed by a16z, Coatue, Silver Lake, Lightspeed, and Stanford University, Alchemy is building the foundational layer for a decentralized and AI-enabled Web3 ecosystem. For more information, visit alchemy.com http://alchemy.com.
About the role
You'll own a 0→1 product surface at Alchemy, from the first customer conversation to GA to a self-serve growth engine. This is a builder's seat. You'll define the wedge, write the spec, sit with design and engineering daily, get on calls with developers and CTOs, and carry the number that proves it worked. You'll have real latitude to shape the roadmap, so this role suits someone who's comfortable defining the problem as well as solving it
What you'll do
- Go 0→1. Take an ambiguous opportunity such as agentic payments, stablecoin rails, data APIs, or a new chain ecosystem, and turn it into a shipped product with real usage and real revenue.
- Sell, build, and deliver. Run discovery calls, join sales calls, write the pitch, then go build what you promised and make sure it lands in production.
- Be the voice of the developer. Live in support channels, GitHub issues, customer Slack channels, and your own terminal. Ship product that engineers choose without a sales call.
- Set the bar on quality and speed. Define what great looks like for latency, reliability, and DX, then hold the line while moving fast.
- Make the call. Decide with incomplete information, write down why, and revisit when the data changes.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in product, with meaningful time on a developer platform, API, or infrastructure product. You've shipped things engineers integrate, not just use.
- Demonstrated product-led growth experience: self-serve funnels, activation and conversion metrics, pricing and packaging, usage-based monetization.
- Founder mentality. You've started something, whether a company, a business line, or a product nobody asked you to build.
- Bias to action. You move quickly to get to a real answer: fast customer validation, clear evidence of demand, then a committed build with a path to revenue. Speed comes from cutting cycle time, not from cutting quality.
- Customer obsessed and commercially fluent. Comfortable in a sales call, a design review, and a production incident on the same day.
- Thrives in ambiguity. You create the structure rather than wait for it.
- Technical enough to read an API spec, write a curl request, prototype with an AI coding agent, and hold your own with senior engineers.
- Crypto and web3 experience is a plus. Deep curiosity is required.

About the role
Self-serve is how Alchemy grows. The dashboard and the developer experience around it are the primary revenue engine for our flagship products: developers discover us, sign up, get to their first call, scale their usage, and upgrade largely without ever talking to a person. That funnel is one of the most direct levers on company-level revenue we have, and this role owns it.
It's also changing fast. A growing share of developers now reach Alchemy through an AI coding agent rather than a browser tab, and we expect agent-mediated usage to become the dominant way our platform is consumed. Building for that shift, our MCP server, agent skills, and AI-native onboarding, sits squarely in this role.
You'll run the dashboard as a product, own the self-serve growth engine, and set the experimentation and measurement standard for growth across the company, partnering with Node APIs, Data APIs, Wallets, Transaction Engine, Growth Marketing, and Billing, and spending meaningful time with customers.
What you'll own
- The dashboard. Own signup, app creation, first key, first call, usage and CU visibility, upgrade paths, team management, and the observability developers need to debug their own traffic.
- Developer experience end to end. Docs, SDKs, quickstarts, error messages, sandbox and testnet flows, and the first hour of every integration. Reduce time to first successful call, then time to first paid workload.
- Own product-led growth end to end. Design the developer journey from docs, to first API call, to first paid workload, to scaled production spend. Instrument it, find the drop-offs, fix them.
- Agent experience (AX). Make Alchemy the default infrastructure an AI coding agent reaches for. Own how our MCP server, agent skills, and machine readable docs perform inside Claude Code, Cursor, and whatever comes next.
- Experimentation. Building the A/B and holdout tooling, running pricing, packaging, and onboarding tests, and creating a habit of shipping and learning weekly rather than quarterly.
- The truth. Get into the warehouse yourself. Build the funnel, find the cohort that doesn't behave like the average, and bring back the answer nobody wanted to hear.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years in product, with deep time on developer platforms, APIs, or infrastructure, and direct ownership of a dashboard or console that developers use daily.
- Proven product-led growth leadership: you've owned a self-serve funnel at scale and can show what you moved, by how much, and how you know it was you.
- Rigorous experimentation practice. You know the difference between a lift and a fluke, you size tests before you run them, and you've built the culture as much as the tooling.
- Genuinely analytical. Data Analysis is a normal Tuesday. You can build the model, audit the instrumentation, catch the bad join, and defend the number in front of the exec team.
- Truth seeking. You'd rather be corrected in week one than right in a deck in week twelve. You go looking for the disconfirming data.
- Cross functional gravity. You've driven outcomes across engineering, design, docs, marketing, sales, and finance without owning any of them.
- Customer facing by instinct. You run your own discovery calls, sit in support channels, and can walk a CTO through an integration and a pricing model in the same meeting.
- Technical enough to build with our own APIs, prototype with AI agents, and read the code when the answer isn't in the dashboard.
- Crypto and web3 experience is a plus.
