ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support the business of Agent Development: Serve as the strategy and operations partner to Agent Dev leadership, and bring the same operational rigor to Agent Dev that powers our Sales organization.
- Stand up the operating cadence: Partner with Agent Dev leaders to provide clear visibility into business health, including pipeline, deployment progress, utilization, expansion opportunities, and risks.
- Operationalize best practices for enterprise agent deployment: Help define and scale the playbook for how Sierra builds, evaluates, launches, and expands AI agents at large enterprises.
- Drive account expansion strategy: Work closely with account teams to identify whitespace, prioritize expansion opportunities, and build repeatable motions that convert post-sale momentum into durable revenue growth.
- Turn insight into action: Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear, executive-ready recommendations that drive high leverage decisions.
- Build internal tooling with AI: Leverage AI-native tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to build lightweight internal systems, automate workflows, and create operational leverage across Agent Dev.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations at top-tier technology companies.
- Strong analytical rigor with the ability to work with large datasets and translate analysis into executive-ready insights and clear business actions.
- Demonstrated experience supporting sales, post-sales, or commercial teams in a strategy and operations capacity.
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing environments, with the ability to independently structure complex problems and drive them to resolution.
- Commercial instinct and business judgment, with a clear understanding of how enterprise technology products are landed, deployed, and expanded.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
- A growth mindset, coachability, and willingness to roll up your sleeves. No task is too small if it helps the team win.
EVEN BETTER...
- Technical fluency and coding comfort: You have built apps or internal tools before and can confidently use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex to create production-ready internal solutions.
- Previous 0-1 operating experience at a growth stage technology company.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

About the company
Our client is a fast-growing marketing consultancy and growth partner specializing in the global medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine industry. They empower MedSpas and premium clinics across the US, UK, Australia, and beyond to scale toward high-revenue milestones through a specialized growth framework. If you are a seasoned Meta Ads professional who understands customer psychology, data patterns, and the difference between a cheap lead and a high-quality appointment, this is your opportunity to lead strategy for a high-growth team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform deep-dive audits of Meta Ads accounts to diagnose performance bottlenecks and creative fatigue.
Develop comprehensive creative strategies and write detailed briefs for production teams, UGC creators, and editors.
Optimize lead generation funnels from the initial ad click through to the final booked appointment.
Build and manage structured testing roadmaps to ensure continuous performance improvement.
Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns in lead quality and conversion rates, moving beyond surface-level metrics like CPL.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve landing page aesthetics and conversion architecture.
Proactively create recovery plans for underperforming accounts and scale winning campaigns through data-backed recommendations.
Requirements
Proven agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Extensive expertise in Meta Ads specifically focused on lead generation.
A strong portfolio of results demonstrating your ability to reduce CPA and increase revenue through creative and funnel optimization.
Deep understanding of direct response marketing, customer psychology, and hook/angle frameworks.
Experience writing creative briefs and directing the production of high-converting ad assets.
Proficiency in analyzing the entire customer journey, including landing pages and backend conversion steps.
Excellent written and verbal English with the ability to articulate complex strategic shifts to stakeholders.
A data-first mindset with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of account performance.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in the MedSpa, aesthetics, or high-ticket wellness industry.
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
Experience managing high-ticket lead generation or Business Opportunity (BizOpp) funnels.
Previous leadership experience in creative strategy or growth marketing.

Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
As a Head of Professional Services, you’ll build and lead Vercel’s global professional services organization, made up of our Technical Account Management (TAM) and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) functions. These functions embed directly with our most strategic customers to design, build, and ship production applications on Vercel using our core platform, Next.js, and our agent stack, taking projects from first prototype through production rollout. Define the engagement model: how engagements are scoped, staffed, sequenced, and measured, and which accounts qualify for embedded support
Own delivery for strategic customer engagements, from discovery and technical scoping through production deployment and stabilization
Establish the commercial model for professional services, including packaging, pricing, capacity planning, and resource allocation across competing customer priorities
Stay hands-on where it matters: architecture reviews, system design, and unblocking critical engagements alongside your team
Codify field learnings into repeatable playbooks, reference architectures, and delivery patterns that scale beyond individual engagements
What you need
10+ years in software engineering, forward deployed engineering, or technical consulting, including 5+ years leading customer-facing engineering or delivery teams in a high-growth environment
Built a team, function, or service line from zero, including the hiring, methodology, and operating model
Hands-on experience with modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, cloud infrastructure), with the ability to review code and whiteboard architectures credibly
Built or deployed LLM-powered applications, with a working grasp of how model behavior shapes product decisions
Scoped, priced, and delivered technical engagements for enterprise customers, with a command of utilization, margin, and capacity tradeoffs
Bonus if you
Have built with Vercel, Next.js, AI SDK, or v0
Have led forward deployed or embedded engineering teams at an AI-native or developer platform company
Have owned a professional services P&L, or defined services pricing and packaging from scratch

Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.

Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

About the role:
Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner at the forefront of applied AI, helping enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are hiring an exceptional Senior Solution Owner to sit at the intersection of frontier AI (Claude and agentic systems) and enterprise transformation. You will own the story and the delivery for client engagements built on our Programs (Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, and Blueprint Activation) and five Blueprints— packaging reusable IP into repeatable outcomes, and personally getting hands-on in the field when it counts.
You are equally comfortable framing an ROI case for a CFO, aligning a healthcare or financial-services stakeholder on a compliant rollout, and pairing with an engineer to wire an MCP integration or ship a Claude Code harness.
Domain Focus
Deep, current expertise in one or both of our priority verticals is a leading selection criterion:
Financial Services (FSI) — e.g., office of the CFO, lending/underwriting, risk, compliance-sensitive workflows.
Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) — e.g., revenue cycle management, clinical/operational workflows, regulated data handling.
You understand the vocabulary, the buying process, the compliance constraints, and where AI creates defensible value in these industries.
Forward-Deployed Delivery (FDE / FDX)
Our delivery model pairs a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) with a Forward Deployed eXpert (FDX) that lands a Cowork and Blueprint Activation or program inside a client. We normally launch projects in this two-in-the-box model, then extend as the engagement grows. You must be able to credibly play at least one side of that box and partner tightly on the other:
FDX — own the domain framing, product definition, rapid-prototyping loop, stakeholder alignment, and OCM; validate use cases through user interviews and turn them into working demos.
FDE — configure MCP integrations, build and adapt Claude Code harnesses and skills, wire data pipelines and connectors, and debug in the client environment.
Comfort embedding directly with clients and Anthropic field teams, and setting the tone in the first sessions, is essential.
Requirements:
Deep domain expertise in Financial Services & Insurance and/or HCLS, ideally in a client-facing/consulting context.
Proven ability to lead or materially contribute to one of Provectus' Programs or Blueprints (0-to-1 and scale) and land it as real client delivery.
Track record operating forward-deployed / embedded with clients (FDE or FDX), including hands-on prototyping.
5-7+ years in solution/product ownership or delivery leadership; 3-5+ years with AI/ML, GenAI, agentic systems, or data platforms.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience; familiarity with outcome-based, milestone-priced engagements.
Fluent English.
A hands-on software engineering background is not strictly required. Working knowledge of Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork, building skills, workflows, and productivity tooling for yourself or your team; MCP integrations, connectors, and custom harnesses are a must.
GenAI/agentic patterns: how prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, and agent frameworks work – well enough to assess quality, challenge assumptions, and translate to client stakeholders.
Data fundamentals: what ETL/ELT, data modeling, and governance mean in an enterprise context – well enough to scope integration work and identify data readiness risks.
Cloud & AI infrastructure: AWS as the primary platform; what MLOps and AI observability involve – well enough to ask the right questions and understand tradeoffs.
Design thinking, data-driven decisions, strong communication and executive storytelling.
Bias to action; thrives in ambiguity with structured problem-solving.
Enough engineering empathy to earn credibility with senior engineers and architects on day one.
Nice to Have:
Second priority vertical beyond your primary FSI/HCLS focus.
Prior experience in a Premier AWS or Anthropic partner environment.
Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (CCA-F), Seller, Developer certification or willingness to complete one early.
Certifications: CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, AWS/Azure/GCP.
Software development background.
What You'll Do:
Define value proposition, positioning, and reusable artifacts for your assigned Program (Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, or Blueprint Activation) or individual Blueprint; align sales and delivery.
Build business cases (market fit, ROI, competitive positioning) and translate them into scoped SOWs.
Run market/use-case validation, workshops, and user research; turn findings into demos and first deployments.
Stand up Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, or Blueprint Activation on live client data; drive rapid prototyping from use case to context to result.
Build with Provectus’ delivery stack: Claude Code, AWOS, MCP servers, Skills and plugins. Drive Cowork Activation as a separate, parallel client-facing workstream.
Define solution vision and roadmap for GenAI/agentic engagements, RAG, and agentic workflows.
Break complex work into incremental releases; balance delivery against technical debt and architecture.
Sprint-Enable-Realize engagement model.
Lead Agile execution - backlog, sprint planning, release process.
Contribute to Provectus' measurement framework that produces the board-level AI Maturity Index, ROI read, and cost signal from the Agentic SDLC program.
Define success metrics and analytics; drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.
Support change management, enablement, and reusable playbooks so wins repeat across accounts.
Why Join Us:
Deliver frontier work on Provectus' delivery stack — Cowork activation, Agentic SDLC program, and Blueprint Activations across FSI and HCLS — with real client impact.
Shape how enterprises in financial services and healthcare adopt AI, from strategy to first deployment.
Work forward-deployed in small, senior teams of Forward Deployed Executive + Principal Architect + Forward Deployed Engineers.
Grow inside a team actively building the modern AI-delivery practice, tooling, and frameworks.
Remote-friendly culture.
Private medical insurance or sports coverage
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work.

Role Overview:
At Cargoo, we are building supply chain products around complex, real-world logistics operations.
It is understanding the actual problem, turning complexity into clear product decisions, and helping a development team deliver the right solution.
We are looking for a Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst who can connect business needs, customer problems, and technology - and take ownership of turning them into working products.
Problem space:
Logistics product development means dealing with:
• complex and evolving business rules
• multiple stakeholders with different priorities
• fragmented operational processes
• incomplete requirements and changing assumptions
• legacy + new system coexistence
• customer needs vs. platform strategy
• technical constraints
• constant pressure to deliver value
You will work in the middle of this complexity.
Your job is to bring clarity, make decisions, and keep the team focused on what matters most.
What you’ll own:
• product vision and direction together with key stakeholders
• translating real customer and business problems into product solutions
• product scope, priorities, and delivery decisions
• the Product Backlog and its continuous refinement
• Use Cases, Requirements, and Business Rules
• User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• balancing customer value, technical feasibility, business priorities, and timelines
• keeping the development team aligned throughout the product lifecycle
• ensuring delivered solutions support the wider Cargoo platform and business architecture
How you’ll work:
You will work closely with stakeholders, customers, subject matter experts, and the development team.
You will:
• ask questions until the actual problem is understood
• challenge assumptions and unclear requirements
• turn complex business processes into clear product logic
• make decisions when priorities or requirements conflict
• ensure the team always works on the highest-value opportunities
• manage the balance between new functionality, maintenance, and product lifecycle needs
• continuously improve how the team discovers, defines, and delivers products
This is not a role where requirements are simply handed over to development.
We expect you to understand the problem, own the decisions, and stay involved until value is delivered.
What we expect from you:
• 5+ years of experience in software or web product development, preferably in a Product Owner role
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ability to navigate ambiguity and create structure from complexity
• confidence making decisions and taking ownership of product outcomes
• experience leading and working closely with software development teams
• strong understanding of Agile values and principles, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences - from developers and subject matter experts to customers and executives
• ability to manage competing priorities and delivery pressure
• fluent English, both written and spoken
• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Informatics, or a related field
Experience with logistics or supply chain solutions is a strong plus.
What you won’t find here:
• requirements written only for the sake of documentation
• backlog management without product ownership
• decisions endlessly escalated instead of made
• process for the sake of process
• a perfectly defined problem waiting for you
What matters to us:
• clarity over complexity
• outcomes over output
• ownership over handovers
• customer problems over feature requests
• decisions over endless alignment
• continuous improvement over perfect processes

ABOUT VOODOO
Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 1,000 employees, 7 billion downloads, $1b+ revenues and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
ROLE
You will work directly with Voodoo's CEO as a force multiplier on the company's highest-stakes topics. This is an operating role, not a support role: you own outcomes on strategic projects, incubate new ventures, keep the company's operating rhythm sharp, and lead a small team of Special Project Managers who act as Voodoo's internal consulting force.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Run strategic projects with the CEO — frame the problem, drive the analysis, align leaders, and push to execution on topics spanning M&A, market expansion, monetization, and organization.
- Explore and launch new ventures — assess opportunities beyond the current portfolio, build the business case, assemble a founding team, and get v1 to market.
- Manage company routines — own the operating cadence: leadership meetings, business reviews, OKR/goal cycles, board preparation; make sure decisions get made and followed through.
- Drive the SPM team — recruit, staff, and coach a team of internal consultants deployed on the company's most pressing operational problems; own prioritization of their portfolio.
- Be the CEO's proxy — represent him in meetings, unblock cross-functional issues, and surface what he needs to know before it becomes urgent.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6–10 years of experience combining top-tier strategy consulting (Engagement Manager / Project Leader level at MBB), or M&A/PE, and operating experience in a hypergrowth tech company (BizOps, strategy, GM, or founder).
- Track record of leading cross-functional projects at C-level with measurable business impact.
- Entrepreneurial: has built something from scratch (venture, business line, market launch).
- Strong analytical and financial fluency — comfortable with a P&L, unit economics, and data.
- Exceptional communication: crisp, top-down, comfortable challenging senior leaders.
- Low ego, absolute discretion, and stamina for a fast pace; obsessive about follow-through.
- Top-tier academic background
- Fluent English (French is a plus); Gaming/consumer-app affinity a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Daily exposure to the CEO and leadership of the world's #3 mobile publisher.
- A launchpad role: previous holders of comparable seats typically move into GM/VP/founder roles.
- Competitive package.
BENEFITS
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% borne by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage SideCare, for your family 100% borne by Voodoo
- Wellness activities in our Paris office

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The Role
Nebius is hiring a Senior Director of GSI and Regional SI Partnerships to build and scale our global systems integrator program from the ground up. This is an infrastructure-first alliances role: we are looking for a leader who deeply understands AI cloud, inference, and high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure, and who has a proven track record of turning that infrastructure into services-led, repeatable solutions that partners sell and deliver to enterprise clients worldwide.
The strategy is deliberately two-fold. On one side are the marquee, long-tail global systems integrators — the strategic, higher-effort relationships that compound into durable, large-scale revenue over time. On the other are the fast-moving, AI-native systems integrators and emerging AI consultancies — the short-tail, quicker-to-win partners who can source and land opportunities far faster than the traditional GSIs. We need a leader who can build and balance both motions, and who already has the relationships and instincts to activate the AI-native ecosystem quickly.
You will own the strategy, architecture, and execution of Nebius's GSI motion globally, while building the regional structure to activate partners across AMER, EMEA, and APJ. You will combine partner strategy, solution and offering development, and hands-on execution, working shoulder-to-shoulder with sales, solution engineering, product, and marketing. This is a builder's role for someone who has operated in fast-moving, high-growth environments and can create frameworks, offerings, and playbooks where none exist. Travel is expected for executive meetings, QBRs, and key industry or partner events.
What You'll Do
Build the global GSI program and team.
Design and own the end-to-end partner framework — segmentation, prioritization, tiering, and engagement model — spanning both marquee global systems integrators and AI-native SIs and stand up the regional operating model to execute it consistently across priority markets.
Activate the AI-native SI ecosystem for speed.
Identify, recruit, and mobilize fast-moving, AI-native systems integrators and emerging AI consultancies as a short-tail motion that sources and lands opportunities quickly — a deliberate complement to the longer-cycle strategic GSIs.
Fit Nebius into partner services — and build new ones.
Map how the Nebius platform plugs into each partner's existing service portfolio, and co-build the reference architectures, accelerators, and repeatable offerings that turn it into revenue they can package, sell, and deliver at scale.
Develop senior and field relationships.
Build durable relationships across GSI sales, cloud/infrastructure, HPC, AI/ML, and industry practices — from practice leads and architects to executive sponsors.
Define commercial models.
Establish sell-with, resale, co-sell, and managed-service models with the governance, economics, and incentives that make each partnership commercially successful for both sides.
Drive joint pipeline and revenue.
Map target accounts, run co-sell motions, and secure Nebius inclusion in GSI pursuits to generate material, repeatable, GSI-influenced revenue and consumption.
Enable partner technical and sales teams.
Build the enablement, certification, and deployment blueprints that make GSI teams self-sufficient on the Nebius platform.
Launch joint go-to-market.
Partner with marketing on campaigns, events, and thought leadership focused on AI infrastructure and AI cloud.
Own the numbers.
Track and report GSI-influenced pipeline, revenue, and consumption, holding internal and partner stakeholders accountable to shared goals.
What You Bring
AI-, infrastructure-, and technology-savvy.
Deep, credible fluency across AI cloud and GPU infrastructure, IaaS/PaaS, Kubernetes, and modern AI/ML workloads — enough to earn the trust of partner architects and practice leads, see how Nebius fits into a partner's existing services, and help them build new services around it.
A track record building services and solutions with SIs.
You've built offerings, practices, and reference solutions around an infrastructure or platform product with systems integrators — not just managed a relationship, but created what partners take to market.
A dual network across GSIs and AI-native SIs.
You bring existing relationships with both the large strategic GSIs and the emerging, AI-native systems integrators and AI consultancies, and you understand how to work each — landing quick wins through the AI-native ecosystem while building the longer-term strategic partnerships in parallel.
Global programs and regional build.
Experience running global GSI or alliance programs and standing up the regional structures to execute across multiple geographies, accounting for local partner dynamics, delivery models, and incentives.
A builder's mindset.
You have created frameworks, offerings, and playbooks from scratch and thrive in early-stage, high-growth environments. Startup or 0-to-1 experience is a strong plus.
Product savvy.
You understand how infrastructure products are built and positioned, and you can work closely with product teams to shape roadmap and packaging for partner-led motions.
Commercial savvy.
You can design commercial models, negotiate, and build the economics of partnerships that scale into meaningful, repeatable revenue.
Experience.
10+ years in cloud/infrastructure partner management, GSI alliances, or consulting-led enterprise GTM, including senior program leadership. Time at a hyperscaler, GPU/AI cloud, HPC or infrastructure provider, or cloud-native ISV working closely with GSIs is highly valued.
Deep SI knowledge.
You understand how systems integrators build and run cloud, data, and AI practices — their sales cycles, delivery models, and incentive structures.
Why Nebius
Be the founding global GSI leader for a high-growth, Nasdaq-listed AI infrastructure company.
Direct access to advanced AI builders and enterprise buyers through joint Nebius–GSI engagements.
High visibility, executive sponsorship, and the autonomy to design and execute a global GSI program with significant impact on Nebius's growth.

Through our revolutionary identity solutions, we are unleashing the business potential of universal industries including finance, government, retail, hospitality, gaming, and more, by reducing fraud and transforming human interactions with data, products, and services.
We’re in the process of rapidly scaling our diverse global team and we’re looking for entrepreneurial individuals and leaders who are curious, driven, and excited by ownership to join a Unicorn-status scale-up!
About Incode
Incode is a Series B unicorn rewriting how the world proves identity. Our AI-powered platform lets leading banks, fintechs, marketplaces, and governments deliver friction-free experiences while defeating fraud and safeguarding privacy. Customers such as Citi, AirBnB, Block, Chime, Sixt, and TikTok rely on Incode to power their identity verification and security.
Recently named a Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Identity Verification, we're scaling fast and we're looking for an Analytics Team Lead to make the quality of our identity technology visible, measurable, and relentlessly data-driven.
The Impact You'll Make
This role sits on the
Document Intelligence
team — the group behind Incode's industry-leading document processing. Our technology parses identity documents from around the world — passports, visas, driver's licenses, proof of address, and more — for some of the biggest enterprises on the market. Machine learning is the core of the product, and Analytics is what makes its quality visible and its roadmap data-driven.
We're looking for a Senior Lead of Data Analytics who is, first and foremost, a sharp hands-on analyst — and who has the leadership experience to grow a small, high-impact team around them. Today the team is three people; you'll be the fourth, owning it end-to-end. This is a true player-coach role: you'll manage and mentor the team while personally writing the pipelines, queries, and analyses. Our analytics is partially built — some data pipelines and testing procedures are already in place, but metric coverage and visibility are far from complete. Your mission is to close that gap.
What You'll Own & Drive
Lead & Grow the Team
— Run the analytics team as a formal manager: own the roadmap, hold 1:1s and performance reviews, develop your analysts, and participate in hiring as the team scales.
Stay Hands-On
— This role involves a lot of personal execution. You'll write SQL and Python pipelines for data collection, processing, and labeling — and do the analysis yourself.
Expand the Metric Tree
— Build out the end-to-end metric tree that measures product quality across the document-processing pipeline, closing coverage gaps where the product is currently blind.
Build Visibility
— Create reporting and dashboards that surface weak points and turn raw signals into clear insights for ML, product, and leadership.
Own ML Quality Evaluation
— Drive data preparation for ML, model quality assessment, and benchmarking, in tight collaboration with the ML team.
Drive Experimentation
— Design, run, and interpret A/B tests across mobile and server side, with genuine statistical rigor.
Guard Data & Labeling Quality
— Monitor accuracy and consistency, and build the controls that keep them high.
Bridge to Engineering
— When events or data are missing, pinpoint exactly what's needed and where it should come from, write clear and actionable tasks for the backend and data teams, and justify their prioritization in business terms.
Systematize
— Turn one-off analyses into repeatable, owned pipelines and reporting cadences.
Your Background
Team leadership experience
, paired with a genuine appetite to stay hands-on — you lead
and
you build.
Strong Python
, with a bias toward clean, maintainable, well-structured code.
Strong SQL
and solid experience with columnar / analytical databases.
Strong statistics and experimental design
— you can design tests (A/B and beyond), reason about significance and power, and interpret results correctly.
Modern data tooling
— experience with workflow orchestration, data transformation, cloud storage, and experiment-tracking. Our stack is Python, S3, Redshift, ClearML, Airflow, and dbt; equivalent tools are perfectly fine — what matters is that you've worked with this kind of stack.
Excellent communication
— you can translate a data gap into a prioritized, business-justified requirement, talk to engineers and stakeholders in their own language, and make the case for what gets built.
High ownership, autonomy, and pragmatism
— comfortable prioritizing impact over perfection in an evolving environment.
Bonus points for:
Experience with
ML-centered products
— evaluating model quality and working alongside ML teams. You won't be expected to train production models; at most simple models for data filtering, plus the ability to run existing ones.
Familiarity with
data labeling processes
and quality estimation/maintenance.
Domain exposure
to identity documents, OCR, or computer-vision pipelines.
The Qualities That Set You Apart
A player-coach at heart
— you draw energy from both growing people and doing the work yourself.
Craftsmanship in how you build
— clean code, sound pipelines, and analyses others can trust and reuse.
Intellectual honesty and statistical rigor
— you follow the data where it leads and know when a result is real.
A translator's instinct
— you turn ambiguous signals into clear insight and make the business case for what to build next.
Pragmatism and high ownership
— you thrive in an evolving environment and push for impact over perfection.
Why Incode?
Mission with Meaning
— Shape how billions of people prove identity — safely, simply, and ethically.
Rocket-Ship Growth
— Join at a defining moment where your work compounds in global impact.
Elite Team & Technology
— Collaborate with top-tier engineers, researchers, and scientists at the forefront of AI.
Ownership & Autonomy
— Operate with the freedom to test, build, and ship your ideas end-to-end.
Global Impact
— Your work will shape secure, frictionless identity verification experiences across continents.

High performance
Freedom & responsibility
Context, not control
Highly aligned, loosely coupled
