About the Role
ClickHouse is launching a strategic Postgres initiative to extend our developer-first cloud platform, so teams can easily integrate Postgres with ClickHouse and power end-to-end data workflows.
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the team building this platform. You’ll work across a range of areas — from control plane services and automation to operational tooling and developer experience. This is a flexible, full-stack systems role for an engineer who thrives in environments where boundaries are fluid, problems are complex, and impact is tangible.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and build backend services that orchestrate and manage database clusters in ClickHouse Cloud.
- Extend our platform control plane — written in Ruby, Go, and TypeScript — to support new Postgres capabilities.
- Contribute to PostgreSQL extensions and data plane agents, written in C, C++ or Rust
- Contribute to automation and tooling that simplify cluster provisioning, scaling, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, SRE, and product teams to ensure operational excellence, performance, and reliability.
- Develop APIs and integrations that expose new Postgres functionality to customers and internal systems.
- Improve observability, deployment safety, and debugging workflows for database services.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and on-call rotations, contributing to the overall reliability and velocity of the team.
- Operate with autonomy — identifying opportunities, driving execution, and delivering meaningful impact.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience: 6+ years in software engineering, ideally with experience building or operating database or cloud platform systems.
- Postgres Expertise: Deep understanding of Postgres — configuration, extensions, operations, and performance tuning.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong programming experience in one or several of Ruby, Go, Rust, C or Python (and willingness to work across languages).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and automation tools (Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
- Understanding of distributed systems, data replication, and service orchestration patterns.
- Mindset: Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and comfortable with both greenfield development and operational ownership.
- Flexibility: Happy to contribute where needed — from backend APIs and platform automation to Postgres internals and debugging.
- Collaboration: Strong communicator who works effectively across teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Ownership: You operate with a founder’s mindset — take initiative, move quickly, and care deeply about outcomes.
WHY JOIN US
- Be part of a strategic new offering that expands the scope and impact of ClickHouse Cloud.
- Work with cutting-edge database and infrastructure technologies at scale.
- Operate with high autonomy in a small, focused team that values deep expertise and collaboration.
- Shape foundational systems for reliability, automation, and developer experience in managed database.

DeoVR is the leading immersive streaming technology serving multiple enterprise customers and millions of users globally.
We are now expanding the boundaries of what video can be - moving from passive watching to active, interactive, multi-user journeys.
If this excites you more than it scares you, you are in the right place.
The Role
We’re looking for a Creator Retention & Relationship Manager to own the post-acquisition lifecycle of immersive
content creators across US and EU markets. This role is focused on ensuring creators successfully onboard, stay active, grow their audience, and evolve into long-term partners and advocates of the DeoVR ecosystem.
This is not just about managing relationships - it is about building a scalable creator success system that drives retention, engagement, and creator-led growth across the platform.
What You Will Do
Guide creators from onboarding to first upload, first payout, and full activation on the platform
Build and optimize onboarding flows, educational materials, FAQs, and live support touchpoints
Own creator retention metrics (D30 / D90 / D180) and proactively manage lifecycle health
Identify at-risk or inactive creators and run structured reactivation and win-back campaigns
Act as the primary contact for creators, especially premium and high-potential partners
Run regular 1:1s, check-ins, and structured growth reviews with creators
Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with creators across US and EU markets
Build and scale a Creator Ambassador Program and support creator-led growth initiatives
Develop and maintain an active creator community space to drive engagement and advocacy
Collect and synthesize creator feedback and bring insights to Product, Content, and Leadership teams
Collaborate cross-functionally with Acquisition, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Content Review teams to improve end-to-end creator experience
What We Are Looking For
Relevant experience in creator economy, content platforms, social media, or digital media ecosystems
Experience in creator partnerships, community management, customer success, or lifecycle and retention-focused roles
Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with retention, engagement, and growth metrics
Ability to structure processes and operate effectively in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with creators globally
Fluency in English (B2 and above)
Bonus Points
Experience with VR, immersive media, or 3D/video platforms
Experience building creator programs, ambassador systems, or community ecosystems
Experience working across multiple markets (US, EU, Asia)
What Success Looks Like
In 30 days:
You’ve spoken with every active premium creator. You’ve shipped the first version of the creator onboarding handbook.
In 90 days:
D30 creator retention has measurably improved. The creator community space is active and used regularly. You’ve launched your first co-marketing campaign with at least 5 creators participating in joint promotion. You’ve also resolved at least 3 key creator experience or process pain points.
In 6 months:
Creators see DeoVR as a platform that invests in them, not just a distribution channel
Premium creator count and per-creator activity are both growing
Creator-led external exposure (social mentions, referral videos, UGC) becomes a consistent acquisition channel
The DeoVR Creator Ambassador Program is live, with at least 10 core creators onboarded

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the open-source Postgres development platform. 10M+ developers and thousands of enterprises depend on it every day. Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime and Vector Search run on one platform: the same compute, disks, network and control plane, in each region we operate.
Supabase's hardest problems live in that platform. We run millions of databases, and the count compounds each quarter. Our customers range from a developer on a free project to a regulated enterprise that routes traffic through PrivateLink https://supabase.com/docs/guides/platform/privatelink and puts us through a security review before it signs. Reliability, capacity, cost, security and the enterprise features that close deals all come back to the same primitives. We're hiring a Product Lead to own them and build the product team behind them.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You lead product for the platform under every Supabase product: compute, disks, networking, the API gateway, capacity and regions. You also own what enterprises build and buy on top of it: read replicas https://supabase.com/docs/guides/platform/read-replicas, custom domains https://supabase.com/docs/guides/platform/custom-domains, PrivateLink, Bring Your Own Cloud, and the security and compliance controls they need before they sign. You report to the Head of Product, set direction for the platform, and work alongside the leads for our other product lines. You lead the platform's product managers, including our infrastructure product lead, and you hire and develop the PMs who grow the team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- You build and lead the platform product team. You decide how to split the area, hire the PMs who own the rest of it, and coach them to own their roadmaps end to end. You set the bar for their work.
- You decide what gets built, what gets deferred, and what gets cut. Each quarter you choose between enterprise unlocks that open new markets, cost and performance wins for the long tail of projects, and new capabilities that change what Supabase can run. The priorities are yours, and so is defending them.
- You own reliability and security as product surfaces. You set service levels that track what customers experience and hold teams to them. You decide which security and compliance commitments we make to enterprises, and you show customers what it takes to run millions of databases.
- You talk to customers across the full spectrum: developers running one small project, startups whose bill is mostly compute and disk, enterprise architects running a network or security review, and partners building on Supabase.
- You run the platform's planning. Your PMs write problem statements, requirements and launch metrics before engineering starts. After each launch, you check whether it moved enterprise deal velocity, project economics or platform reliability.
- You keep engineering, design and leadership aligned. The platform sits under each Supabase product, region and customer tier. You write down what's coming, why, and in what order, and you raise dependencies before they block anyone.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
- Have 8+ years of product management experience on developer tools or infrastructure, or have founded a company in this space. You can read an architecture doc and hold your own in a design discussion.
- Have built and led a team of product managers. You've hired PMs, grown them into owners of their own areas, and made the hard call when someone wasn't working out. You've led leads who run their own teams. You did it while the product grew from something you could hold in your head to a business where capacity, regions and cost set the limits.
- Have shipped cloud infrastructure as a product. You owned at least one of compute, networking, storage, or multi-region and multi-tenant systems yourself, at a cloud, infrastructure or PaaS company. You can judge the tradeoffs: instance sizing and capacity, disk and storage economics, scale-to-zero versus always-on, single-tenant versus shared, and the gap between "works in one region" and "works in twenty." Knowing how enterprises buy and security-review infrastructure (PrivateLink, BYOC, compliance, procurement) is a bonus.
- Move fast and use AI to do it. You'd rather ship something imperfect and learn from it. You hand AI the slow parts of the job (research, drafting, synthesising feedback) and spend your time on judgment calls.
- Build with what you own. You stand up a read replica, put a custom domain in front of a project, route traffic through PrivateLink and deploy onto BYOC. Your opinions come from using the product.
- Work async by default. We're fully remote. You make decisions in writing and move work forward without meetings.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
