Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. GTM CONTENT/COPYWRITER
WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annualized revenue, 32M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Copywriter to own the written voice of Higgsfield across B2B and brand channels.
You'll write everything from sales decks and landing pages to LinkedIn posts, launch campaigns, and ad creative, turning product capabilities into sharp, persuasive messaging for enterprise buyers, agencies, and creators. This is a hands-on role for someone who writes exceptionally well, moves fast, and can take a rough brief to publish-ready copy in hours, not weeks.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
FUEL LIVE DEALS
- Write copy for sales decks, one-pagers, and vertical pitch materials that enterprise and partnerships teams use in live deals.
- Prepare copy for events, partner presentations, and program materials (such as certification and partner programs).
OWN WEB AND LAUNCH COPY
- Own landing page, case study, and website copy, from headlines and value props to CTAs, working with designers and web to ship.
- Build messaging for product launches (features, API, enterprise plans) and adapt it across web, social, email, and paid.
WRITE THE PUBLIC VOICE
- Ghostwrite and edit LinkedIn content for the company and leadership: thought leadership, launch posts, and recaps in each author's voice.
- Write ad and social creative copy, plus clear briefs for designers and video creators.
BUILD THE MESSAGING SYSTEM
- Develop and maintain positioning, messaging frameworks, and a brand voice guide, including audience variants for enterprise, agencies, and creators.
- Test messaging, read performance data, and iterate on what converts.
YOUR MUST HAVES
- 3+ years of copywriting experience, ideally B2B SaaS, tech, or a creative or marketing agency.
- Exceptional written English: concise, confident, and persuasive, with a strong command of business communication.
- A portfolio that shows range: sales or enterprise materials, web copy, and social or thought leadership content.
- Ability to understand a technical product (AI video and image generation) and explain it in terms of business outcomes.
- Comfort switching voices: enterprise buyer, creative professional, founder or executive.
- Fast execution: you take feedback well, iterate quickly, and don't wait for perfect.
- Strong self-editing and attention to detail. Nothing goes out with a typo or a vague claim.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in AI, generative media, or creative tools.
- Russian language skills.
- Experience with localization or writing for international markets (e.g., Japan, MENA, Central Asia).
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Figma, or Notion.
- Understanding of performance marketing and conversion copywriting.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD.
- On-site role in our Almaty office.
- Relocation to Almaty from anywhere: we sponsor and process your work permit, cover your flights, and provide temporary housing while you settle in.
- Full-time position.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to own how our Almaty recruiting team runs day to day.
Our Almaty recruiting team hires across Engineering, ML & Research, Product, Growth, Creative, GTM, Finance, and Operations, at a pace few companies have ever had to match. This role makes sure that pace doesn't turn into chaos.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Process & Standarts
- Define and roll out one consistent way of working across the team: intake, pipeline stages, scorecards, interview loops, offer approvals, and handoff to onboarding.
- Make sure every open role has a clear recruiter owner, a named final decision-maker, and an agreed interview panel.
- Keep the Hiring Matrix, recruiting playbooks, and Ashby guides current so recruiters and hiring managers can self-serve.
- Catch overlapping roles and duplicated outreach before the same candidate is contacted twice.
Ashby & Recruiting Data
- Own Ashby as the single source of truth. That means no side spreadsheets and no pipelines living in messengers.
- Run weekly pipeline hygiene checks for stale candidates, missing scorecards, untracked sources, and applications that were never closed.
- Make sure every source is tagged and measurable, including referrals, events, university partnerships, paid channels, and agencies.
- Partner with recruiting automation owners on stage automations, integrations, and dashboards.
Reporting & Insights
- Own recruiting reporting to leadership: pipeline by role, where candidates are stuck, offers out, and which decisions are needed.
- Replace manual status reports with live dashboards built on Ashby data.
- Track funnel conversion, time-to-hire, channel performance, and recruiter load, and turn them into clear recommendations.
- Run the weekly recruiting sync and make sure decisions and action items are captured and followed through.
- Onboard new recruiters and coordinators into tools, process, and team standards.
- Manage recruiting tools and licenses (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools) so every seat is actually used.
- Escalate blockers early, such as salary band approvals, onboarding capacity, and stalled final rounds.
YOUR MUST HAVES
- 5+ years in recruiting, recruiting operations, or talent program management, including at least 2 years owning process or operations for a team of recruiters.
- Hands-on Ashby experience, or deep expertise in a comparable ATS plus the ability to become an Ashby power user quickly.
- Experience building recruiting reports and dashboards that leadership actually used to make decisions.
- Experience in a high-growth company hiring at volume across multiple functions.
- Ability to hold recruiters and hiring managers accountable without direct authority over all of them.
- Highly structured, exceptionally organized, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Russian.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD.
- On-site role in Almaty office.
- Full-time position.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Network Deployment and Maintenance Lead within Anthropic's Data Center Operations (DCO) organization, you will ensure the network inside our data halls is brought online and kept healthy across a growing fleet of partner-operated data centers. The scope is the network within and between data halls: the cluster network, management, telemetry, accelerator chip back-end networks, aggregation layer(s), as well as the cabling, optics, and switching around them. On the deployment side, you are engaged during planning and construction, and will be on site during late-stage construction through network delivery and receiving, cabling, integration, turn-up, validation, and acceptance. You will be the on site lead for structured handover of network delivery into production operations. On the maintenance side, you drive the network repair program including: break-fix and ticket flow, vendor RMA, sparing policies, and the SLAs which operations partners execute against. Finally, some of this work touches core networks, where you will partner with Anthropics WAN/Core network team to support campus/DC core network deployment and maintenance activities.
This is a program and execution role. You will work with the Global Capacity Delivery Program Leads, the Repairs Program Leads, and the broader Data Center Operations organization to extend network coverage across more sites and platforms as the fleet grows. Expect 50%+ travel: you get eyes on the floor at each site during network delivery, turn-up, QA, and close-out, and at sites where repair performance needs attention. Your authority comes from being on site where you foster strong relationships with on site teams. Working with third party vendors and partners, you set direction, priorities, and standards for execution. Success is defined against Anthropic-owned ticket and telemetry data you’ve built rather than self-reported status. If you have deployed and maintained data center networks at scale, are passionate about hyperscale data centers, & enjoy working in complex, fast-paced environments, we welcome you to apply.
Responsibilities Include:
Own network deployment outcomes for your assigned sites and data-hall waves: DCN, management, telemetry, Accelerator chip back-end networks, aggregation layer(s) turned up and accepted on schedule, with exceptions closed out, or risk called early enough for leadership to act.
Engage from construction kickoff and confirm network readiness ahead of each wave: pathways and fiber trays, cabling and optics on hand, receiving paths, and partner staffing, working the gaps with the site operations partner and facilities counterparts before gear arrives.
Be on site at key points during network delivery, cabling, turn-up, QA, and close-out; verify the work with your own eyes rather than from a dashboard, and support the on-site teams with your direct expertise.
Validate the handover gate for each network build: cabling and link validation complete, acceptance criteria met, documentation delivered, spares positioned, ticketing live, and a structured handover into production operations and the repair program.
Own the network repair program across the fleet: repair SLAs, prioritization, and escalation paths for switches, optics, and cabling, with turnaround time and backlog tracked in Anthropic-owned ticket and telemetry dashboards.
Manage RMA and spares for network gear with vendors and site operations partners, including warranty claims, return cycle times, and spares levels by site and part, so that parts availability never gates a repair SLA.
Lead the operating cadence with partner site leads, including weekly deployment and repair reviews and scorecards; analyze failure patterns and drive corrective actions with network engineering, suppliers, and the WAN/Core teams when the core network/MMR is involved.
Turn lessons from each deployment and repair into program standards (procedures, checklists, acceptance criteria, and metrics), and communicate status, dependencies, and risk to engineering, capacity planning, and leadership.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 8+ years of experience in data center operations or network deployment as a manager, technical lead or related role, including accountability for delivery milestones and production availability.
Can demonstrate a proven track record leading data center network deployments at a large scale across multiple sites or data-hall waves, from early floor access through turn-up and acceptance.
Have run break-fix or repair programs for network hardware, including ticket flow, RMA, and spares, and managed vendors, OEMs, or contract workforces to measurable outcomes: milestones, SLAs, quality gates, operational reviews, and corrective action.
Possess hands-on technical depth in data center networking, including switches, structured cabling, fiber, and optics, enough to independently verify turn-up and repair quality and audit vendor claims.
Have built or substantially improved operational processes.
Are comfortable working with schedule, ticket, telemetry, and inventory data to drive decisions.
Can travel heavily and work on site for extended stretches, including during delivery surges and turn-up windows. 50% travel expected.
Possess a bachelor's degree in relevant domain or equivalent practical experience.
It’s a bonus if you have:
Experience with dense accelerator networks, including high-speed interconnect, optics, and cabling at rack and pod scale.
Experience standing up network operations at a new site or data hall, from commissioning handoff through first turn-up.
Experience managing RMA and warranty programs with network OEMs, including failure analysis and supplier quality engagement.
Experience delivering deployment and repair outcomes inside partner-operated or colocation sites where on-the-floor operations are staffed via third parties.
Familiarity with meet-me room and WAN bring-up, and with the handoffs between in-hall and building-level network teams.

We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Senior CSM at 1Password, you own and strategically manage a portfolio of customers – driving value realization, revenue retention, and expansion outcomes that consistently exceed expectations. Beyond your own book, you raise the bar for the team through mentorship, playbook contributions, and peer enablement.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
This is a remote opportunity within the UK.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

- Demonstrated track record of exceeding retention, adoption, and expansion outcomes; experience recognized with performance distinction is a plus.
- Proven ability to run executive business reviews with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
- Background in cybersecurity, IAM, identity security, or enterprise IT preferred; former 1Password power user is a strong plus.
- Strategic success planning and multi-threaded stakeholder management across a complex portfolio.
- Commercial acumen: independently qualifies, advances, and documents expansion opportunities; manages negotiations without oversight.
- Designs and applies AI-assisted workflows to commercial execution; documents use cases in a shareable format.
- Strong Gainsight and Salesforce hygiene; consistent forecasting discipline.
- Highly autonomous; manages complex accounts without requiring managerial direction.

- Strong executive presence – adapts messaging across technical, operational, and C-suite audiences.

- Proactively identify and mitigate renewal risks; close risk CTAs with a high rate of success within defined timeframes.
DRIVE ADOPTION & VALUE REALIZATION
- Achieve strong Executive Sponsor attendance in EBRs across segments; EBRs are value-driven, data-backed, and consistently advance renewal confidence.
- Maintain commercial intelligence across strategic accounts – budget cycles, org changes, compliance mandates, and stack rationalization.
- Translate advanced 1Password capabilities into clear outcomes for VP and C-suite stakeholders; tie adoption to measurable ROI and long-term advocacy.
LEAD REVENUE RETENTION & EXPANSION
- Achieve strong amendment and renewal upsell win rates; proactively source and advance expansion opportunities with documented context.
- Maintain forecasting hygiene with minimal blank or unmodified renewals approaching subscription end.
OPERATE WITH STRATEGIC RIGOR
- Manage commercial objections, renewal negotiations, and competitive conversations independently – without escalation for standard to complex scenarios.
- Build and present business cases to customer champions; advance deals with enough depth to move through the pipeline with AE alignment.
ACT AS A TRUSTED SECURITY ADVISOR
- Deep working knowledge of the full 1Password product suite; design tailored success journeys connecting feature adoption to measurable business outcomes.
- Incorporate regulatory context, breach patterns, and competitive dynamics into EBRs with confidence.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.

We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT THIS ROLE MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
Most subscription businesses lose a password. We lose GPU-seconds.
When someone runs two hundred accounts off one card to harvest a per-account promotional grant, the cost lands on our compute bill the same hour, and it does not stop until somebody finds them. We have found operators doing exactly that — hundreds of accounts, synchronised signups, machine- generated emails, round-the-clock automation — and we have also found that most of our worst- margin accounts are not abusers at all, just heavy users on an unlimited plan. Telling those two apart, account by account, with evidence that survives being challenged, is this job.
You are the person who finds them, proves it, and puts a number on it.
You make sure:
- Every enforcement action we take is backed by evidence a stranger could follow
- We know what abuse cost us last month, on the same basis as last month
- The detection system is measured against real cases, not against its own past decisions
- When a ring changes shape, somebody notices this week — and that somebody is you
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Investigation & casework
- Run ring investigations end to end: from a flagged account or a cost anomaly to a named cluster, its members, its signature, its lifetime economics and a recommended action.
- Build the linkage yourself — shared payment instruments, IP and ASN concentration, email-stem families, registration bursts, behavioural and automation fingerprints — and know which links are evidence and which are coincidence.
- Separate abuse from unprofitable-but-legitimate every single time. On an unlimited plan, negative gross margin is normal. Cost is a gate, never a trigger.
- Triage the review queue the detection system produces, and feed what you learn back into it. Your adjudications are the only unbiased labels the scientist has.
Evidence & defensibility
- Produce evidence packages that hold up outside the company — to an external auditor, to a payment network, to a customer disputing a ban, to Legal enforcing our Terms. Our abuse work has already been used in all four contexts.
- Write per-account, not per-ring, when the action is per-account. A ban list without a reason column is not evidence.
- Know what our Terms of Use actually entitle us to do, and flag when the evidence supports the finding but not the action.
Quantification & reporting
- Own the abuse loss number: what it cost, on what basis, net of the revenue we reversed and the legitimate customers we caught by mistake. Same definition every month, written down.
- Distinguish COGS burned, revenue at risk, revenue reversed and cash refunded — they are four different numbers and people will conflate them.
- Build the recurring reporting that tells us whether the problem is growing, and the ad-hoc answer to "why did compute spike last Tuesday" that is due the same day.
Monitoring & adaptation
- Watch the detectors themselves. A rule that stops firing is a detection event, not a quiet week.
- Check the instrument before explaining the movement: a missing upstream table, a silently dropped join, a vendor signal that went away. This has bitten us and it will again.
- Spot new abuse patterns before they are in anybody's model — usually in a cost anomaly, a strange cohort, or a support ticket that does not fit.
How we work
- SQL and Python on raw payment, usage and identity data in BigQuery, without anyone preparing it for you. We use AI heavily — resourcefulness beats syntax.
- Close partnership with the Antifraud data scientist (you validate what they build), Payments (chargebacks and processor signals), Support (the humans who meet your false positives) and Finance (the loss number goes in the accounts).
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years doing investigative or risk analytics — fraud, abuse, trust and safety, AML, chargebacks, gaming or marketplace integrity. What matters is that you have chased real bad actors, not modelled them in the abstract.
- Strong SQL, without help. Self-joins, window functions, cohort replay, and joining payments to usage to identity across messy keys. This is the single most-used skill in the role.
- Python at working level for analysis — pandas, notebooks, a bit of graph work.
- Investigative instinct: you follow the thread, you notice the thing that does not fit, and you can say when a pattern is a coincidence.
- Evidentiary discipline: you can write up a finding so that somebody who distrusts you can check it, and you know the difference between "this looks like abuse" and "this is provable."
- Unit-economics literacy: gross margin per account, what compute costs, and why a negative-margin customer may be entirely legitimate.
- The judgment to escalate rather than act when the evidence is thin, and to say so in writing.
- Clear written and spoken English, B2+.
Backgrounds that often do well:
- Fraud / risk analysts from fintech, payments, marketplaces, gaming, crypto or betting
- Trust & safety investigators and platform-integrity analysts
- Chargeback, dispute or AML analysts who write their own queries
- Strong product or BI analysts who got handed the abuse problem and kept it
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Want to build models full time — that is the Antifraud data scientist, and it is open
- Want to do content moderation or NSFW classification
- Would put an account on a ban list without being able to say why in one sentence
- Treat every negative-margin account as an abuser
- Need a labelled dataset or a clean table before you can start
- Are uncomfortable that your work gets real people's accounts restricted, sometimes wrongly
- Want predictable 9–5 workdays
HIRING PROCESS
- Screening call (30 min)
- Hiring-manager screen (30 min)
- Business case (1 hour)
- Take-home with real-shaped data (7 days, ~10–12 hours of work)
- Team interview (60 min)
- Paid on-site trial (1 month)
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD

- On-site role in Almaty, Kazakhstan
- Relocation support (flight + temporary housing)
- Flat structure, high autonomy, fast career growth
