COMPANY
At 0x https://0x.org/, our mission is to "Create a Tokenized World Where All Forms of Value Can Flow Freely". We deliver this to web3 builders with a delightfully simple suite of developer APIs that provide faster trading, better prices, and superior user experience.
Founded in 2017, we’ve processed over 211M+ transactions and $180B+ in trading volume from users trading on Matcha, Coinbase Wallet, Robinhood Wallet, Phantom, Rainbow, DefiLlama, MetaMask, Zerion, Zapper, and many more. Our investors include Greylock Partners, Pantera Capital, and Jump Crypto.
When you join 0x, you’ll become part of a veteran team of crypto builders who know the importance of code quality, team cohesion, and a culture of learning.
About the role
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to grow 0x’s footprint across the leading trading apps in crypto. We already power many of the top wallets, terminals, trading bots and launchpads on EVM. You’ll build on that position while helping establish 0x on Solana.
This role is for someone who’s part of crypto, not just selling into it. You use onchain products daily, follow CT and are well connected across the space. You’re as comfortable closing a structured, multi-month deal with a major wallet as an informal one in a Telegram chat.
You’ll join a team of three, reporting to our Head of Sales and working alongside our Institutional Sales Lead.
New York location preferred, but we’re open to exceptional candidates elsewhere in the Americas or Europe with strong overlap with US working hours.
What you’ll do
- Find and qualify opportunities across EVM and Solana, from new apps that need swap infrastructure to established platforms that can benefit from 0x’s trade execution.
- Own deals from first outreach through go-live: lead discovery, technical scoping, commercial negotiations and contracting, bringing in Engineering and Legal to resolve blockers along the way.
- Drive trading volume and revenue through your partnerships, staying close to customers to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Share customer and market feedback with Product and Engineering on routing, execution quality, latency, feature gaps and more.
- Help shape our cryptonative sales playbook, including targeting, lead qualification, positioning and deal terms.
- Represent 0x at conferences and ecosystem events around the world.
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years in business development or sales, with a proven track record of sourcing and closing deals with cryptonative teams.
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of the Solana ecosystem and an existing network of founders, operators, and decision-makers across Solana wallets, terminals, trading bots and launchpads.
- Experience selling a technical product, such as APIs, infrastructure or developer tooling, to engineers and business teams alik
- Experience building your own pipeline from scratch, without SDR support.
- Experience negotiating commercial terms for onchain trading products, such as swap fees, trade surplus, API pricing and revenue-sharing agreements.
- A strong understanding of onchain trading and execution quality, including how price impact, slippage, gas costs and fees affect trading outcomes.
- Ability to travel globally for customer meetings, conferences, ecosystem events, and annual team offsites.
- Aligned with our core values https://0x.org/post/the-0x-mission-and-values: do the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact.
Nice to have
- Comfortable navigating onchain data from platforms like Dune and DefiLlama to spot trends, size opportunities and benchmark 0x against competitors.
- Experience at a DEX, aggregator or onchain trading infrastructure company.
BENEFITS
- The base salary range for this position is USD $120,000 - $225,000 + variable pay + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.
- Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability) for U.S.-based employees — 100% of base plan covered for you and dependents
- 401k and FSA for U.S.-based employees
- Monthly mobile phone bill, wellness, and pre-tax transportation expense
- Covered mental health benefits (included professional therapy sessions)
- A supportive remote environment
- Lunch reimbursement for all employees across the globe!
- Stipend for your ideal remote / WFH set-up: headphones, and any other work gear you may need
- 12-week paid parental leave
- Great office conveniently located in the SF Financial District for those in the region!
- Flexible vacation: Take time when you need it (and we really mean it!)
0x and its associated entities are dedicated to fostering diversity, inclusion, and belonging in its teams and workforce, and are proud to be equal opportunity employers. 0x does not make employment or hiring decisions on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sex (including those who are pregnant or have given birth), sexual orientation, gender, gender expression or identity, age, disability, medical condition, genetic information, military or veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, citizenship, national origin, immigration or citizenship status, political affiliation, or any other basis that is protected by applicable local, state, or federal laws. This includes not making such decisions based on the status itself, as well as any associations, perceptions, and assumptions made regarding these statuses. 0x will also consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in a way that is consistent with San Francisco’s Fair Chance Ordinance and similar local laws. Keet is a fully peer-to-peer messaging and video calling app built on Holepunch's P2P stack. There are no servers, no middlemen, and no data harvesting. People talk directly to each other, with end-to-end encryption by design.
We're taking Keet to a billion users, competing head-on with WhatsApp and Telegram. Product sets the direction. We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up at global scale.
You lead the teams that build Keet's features: the API team, which adds feature-focused APIs to Keet's core, and the frontend team, which builds the React app on top, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar. The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product.
You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for distributed, local-first systems, so you can work fluently on top of a P2P engine without needing to build it yourself.
Responsabilities
Engineering
Run the API and frontend teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.
Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.
Own the technical design of features and the API surface between Keet's core and the app.
Make sure the API team works closely with our deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches the engine.
Product Partnership
Work alongside Keet's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.
Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.
Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially where P2P opens doors that centralized apps can't.
Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them.
Leadership
Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.
Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.
Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it.
Experience managing engineers or engineering leads who ship consumer product, ideally in chat, calling, or social apps.
Strong product sense: you can tell a good feature from a busy one.
Intuition for distributed and local-first systems. Offline-first and eventual consistency should feel natural. You don't need P2P protocol expertise, because our core abstracts it away.
Deep JavaScript and React.
Initiative, curiosity, resilience, and the ability to give and receive direct critique.
Bonus: experience with local-first apps, CRDTs or sync engines, offline-capable mobile or desktop apps, or open source.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents https://sierra.ai/blog/meet-the-ai-agent-engineer: You'll build and ship highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that are central, mission-critical and drive revenue directly to Sierra's growth. These aren't prototypes—they are powerful, scalable systems running in production environments across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce.
- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle (ADLC): You'll have complete ownership and autonomy from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration. You'll be responsible for building, tuning, and evolving AI agents in production environments, defining the standard for ADLC best practices along the way.
- Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups: You’ll work directly with leaders at some of the world’s largest enterprises to understand their most pressing business challenges, and build AI agents that transform how they operate at scale. You'll also partner with the most cutting-edge startups in Silicon Valley, embedding AI agents across their entire business stack to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Build the future of the platform: Your direct work with customers will guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform. You'll surface unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform to shape the future of AI agent development and Sierra's product.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are some examples of projects that engineers on our team have worked on recently:
- Design and build AI agents for large telecommunications and media companies that consistently outperform human agents in managing subscription churn
- Develop and refine AI agents capable of navigating complex customer interactions, like troubleshooting a broken device and personalizing product recommendations
- Create generalizable AI agent frameworks tailored for industry-specific use cases. See some examples in our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services!
- Facilitate design partnerships for new product initiatives, such as new agent architectures, self-service capabilities, and generative agent development
- Experiment with the latest voice models and figure out how to integrate them at scale to enterprise-grade customers
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, especially in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
- A builder and tinkerer’s mindset with high agency - you find creative ways to overcome obstacles and ship
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs and solve real-world problems
- Excellent communication skills - clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
- Have been a founder or founding engineer - you know what it means to balance craft, ownership, and speed
- Familiarity with tools that power today's AI agents: eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
- Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go
- Previous roles where you interfaced with customers or led technical projects with external stakeholders
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

🛟 What floats your boat
With the guidance of your manager, you will perform the following tasks, depending on the position and on the time of the year:
Understand your clients' needs and advise them on their boat search, finding the best deals by negotiating the best prices with Click&Boat boat owners (warm leads only, no cold calling in Sales);
Maximize conversion by applying sales strategies and accompanying customers throughout the sales process, until the booking is concluded;
Onboard new partners who register on Click&Boat, assisting them through the creation of their boat listings (ad, pictures, etc.) and showing them how the platform works;
Help partners maximize the potential of their accounts (updating ads, keeping calendars up to date, answering their questions) and increase their engagement with the platform;
Take part in business development missions such as market research, prospecting leads and participating actively in the weekly/monthly business unit presentations.
Good to know:
Sales positions work at least one Saturday per month during the summer season, following a planning given in advance (with a recuperation day off, to ensure 2 days off per week).
The US Market Development position follows adjusted working hours of 11am to 8pm to overlap with US time zones.
🧭 What you bring aboard
You are
fluent in English
.
You ideally have a
first experience
(internship, student or summer job) in a customer-facing role;
You are dynamic and at ease on the phone, you enjoy advising, and you have a commercial mindset with customer satisfaction as your main source of motivation;
You are a
team player
who inspires trust, ready to take initiative, proactive, and interested in start-up environments.
🌊 Bonus points (great to have, never a dealbreaker)
The knowledge of another language from one of our markets is highly valued (French, Italian, Spanish, German, Greek, Croatian);
If you have a boating background and interest, it's even more perfect!

ClickHouse is the open-source, real-time analytical database behind a lot of today's AI. More than 4,000 companies build on ClickHouse, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Tesla and Meta.
As a TAM Architect, you're the named technical lead for a small group of our largest customers. You carry the context of how they run ClickHouse, guide them from their first design decisions through production and growth, and make sure the rest of ClickHouse shows up for them when it matters. Your job is to keep them healthy, help them get more out of ClickHouse, and spot the next use case.
You'll work inside our Support organisation and own escalations for your accounts, working closely with our support engineers. The role is based in Israel, close to some of our biggest customers in EMEA.
Large enterprises are moving onto ClickHouse fast, and we're building out how we look after them. People joining now have a real say in how this role works.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run a regular cadence with 4 to 8 strategic accounts (weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on the project), plus quarterly health checks and business reviews, on site where it helps
- Lead onboarding, where the decisions that are hardest to reverse get made: schema and data modelling, table engines, ingestion, migration and query design
- Once customers are live, keep performance and cost on track as they grow, and help them onto new use cases
- Work closely with Support: own escalations for your accounts, with regular case reviews and a direct line into L3 engineering
- Work with the right people for each piece of work: partner with Solutions Architects on new use cases and proof of concepts, and bring in Consulting Engineers for hands-on projects
- Write it down: documented setup and configuration, knowledge base articles and reference architectures that help other customers too
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years in a hands-on, customer-facing technical role after the sale, whether your title was TAM, solutions architect, professional services, senior support or something else
- Specialist depth in data modelling, query performance and integration on distributed or analytical databases
- Hands-on SQL. You regularly write complex queries from scratch, and tune and debug them yourself
- Experience owning a small book of high-touch enterprise accounts, where you know each customer's architecture in depth
- Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, GCP and/or Azure) and a working knowledge of Kubernetes
- You explain technical trade-offs clearly, to engineers and to executives
- Fluent English and Hebrew
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with ClickHouse, or with other analytical databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift or Druid
- Involvement in open source, as a user, contributor or community member
GOOD TO KNOW
- You'll be based in Israel. Travel to customer sites is part of the job, up to 35% of your time, within Israel and throughout EMEA
- You'll join our EMEA Support Services team, where Support Engineers, Consulting Engineers and TAM Architects work as one team
- You'll be part of the on-call rota, about one week a quarter, with time off in lieu if you're paged at a weekend
HOW WE HIRE
- A 30-minute call with our recruiter
- A conversation with the hiring manager
- A take-home exercise, designed to take four to five hours, with three working days to complete it
- A 90-minute technical interview with the team: you'll walk us through your take-home, then join a working session where you write and tune SQL live
- A final conversation with our VP of Support Services
- References, then an offer
The working session is without AI tools, so make sure you're comfortable writing queries from scratch. Download open-source ClickHouse and practise: it's free, easy to install, and great preparation.
