We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Preferable to have someone near one of our offices in NYC or San Francisco, but open to hiring around the US for the right candidate.
Join the frontier of shaping generative AI video and its legal landscape as an early lawyer at Runway. We are looking to hire a Commercial Counsel who has a strong background in B2B SaaS customer negotiations. Other nice-to-have experience includes: legal operations, privacy, and strategic IP-heavy partnerships, and product counseling. You are a self-starter who thrives at getting things done in fast-paced, unstructured environments. You have a passion for helping companies build and bringing scalable initiatives across our commercial and other legal workstreams.
While the role is in large part focused on the commercial legal function, you might also bring to the table generalist experience across domains such as data privacy, vendor negotiations, and compliance. You will serve as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional teams from sales to partnerships to marketing and to the Runway Executive Team. Comfort working within a highly technical, rapidly evolving area of the law is a must.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead negotiations with Runway’s customers and strategic partners. These include B2B SaaS customer contracts for our generative AI SaaS platform and APIs, DPAs, partnership agreements, and vendor agreements.
- Implement commercial processes, tools, and infrastructure to help us scale, including improving templates, playbooks, contract review automation, and our legal tech stack
- Empower the sales team with tools and knowledge to close deals quickly
- Dive into the technical aspects of our generative AI products to learn them inside and out, to inform your advice to the business
- Closely follow technical, legal, and policy developments in the generative AI space
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- A J.D. and admission in good standing with at least one state bar
- 3+ years of negotiating complex technology transactions, including 1+ years negotiating B2B SAAS customer contracts on a commercial legal team at a fast-paced late stage private or mid-sized public B2B SaaS company
- In addition to B2B SaaS customer contract negotiations, experience with data privacy, legal operations, strategic IP-heavy partnerships and preferably B2C legal issues are nice-to-have
- Bias for action and a willingness to take ownership
- Growth mindset that prioritizes continuous operational improvement and service excellence
- Experience with scaling business processes globally and operating in environments that have achieved significant scale
- Excitement about generative AI and motivation to continuously learn more about the legal landscape governing a new and exciting industry
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Accelerate engineering velocity and reduce friction in the Replit development experience by stewarding our codebases, tooling, and developer workflows. You will directly impact every engineer who ships code at Replit. By focusing on developer experience, you will act as a force multiplier across all product development teams, enabling faster feature delivery, happier developers, and reduced operational overhead.
The role combines the technical depth needed to navigate a complex, polyglot codebase with the product mindset to understand how infrastructure decisions impact developer productivity and ultimately customer value delivery.
You will also partner closely with the AI team on our internal AI platform — which already generates more than 60% of all merged PRs at Replit — to improve the Agent's output and help shape strategy around the Agent's default stack.
This is an early hire in this area, so you will have agency and have an accelerated career path as the team undoubtedly grows.
YOU WILL:
- Maintain and evolve our codebase structure — a complex TypeScript monorepo, Go services, npm packages, and internal Agentic tooling.
- Own the build and test pipelines and optimize them to minimize build times and improve developer iteration speed.
- Drive code generation and type-safe interfaces across service boundaries (e.g., GraphQL, Protocol Buffers, gRPC, OpenAPI).
- Set the standards for code quality using automation tools such as TypeScript, ESLint, Prettier, and Go linters/formatters — building custom rules and plugins to enforce Replit-specific requirements.
- Streamline development setup and the onboarding experience.
- Work with platform teams to improve deployment processes, infrastructure integrations, and external tooling.
- Keep things fresh and modern in our codebase by adopting and leading migrations to better and faster tools.
- Partner with the AI team on our internal AI platform (which generates >60% of all merged PRs at Replit) to improve the Agent's output and shape strategy around its default stack.
- Help manage dependencies both internal (public and private) and external, including being the face of the company when interfacing with open-source libraries (e.g., sponsorships, upstream contributions).
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or Go and/or Nix.
- Expertise in modern build systems and toolchains (e.g., Vite, webpack, esbuild, Go's build/module system).
- Proficiency with linters, formatters, testing frameworks, and code generation tools.
- Experience managing monorepos or large-scale codebases.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience building self-service developer platforms (CI/CD, infra, or tooling) used by many engineering teams.
- Experience with AI-native development workflows — e.g., OpenCode, Claude Code, Cursor, custom agent skills.
- Open-source leadership or community contributions.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office. The hybrid role has an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Welo Data is looking for experienced, detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Data Quality Analysts. This role sits at the center of execution and quality — bridging Data Labeling Associates (DLAs) and Team Leads to ensure work is not only completed, but done right.
You'll work closely with both people and AI systems — auditing outputs, supporting day-to-day execution, and helping teams apply guidelines correctly in fast-moving, real-world scenarios. The work combines data quality, light project coordination, and hands-on training, where your ability to guide others and think critically is just as important as your own output.

Overview
Welo Data is looking for sharp, curious, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Data Labeling Associate.
This is not a traditional annotation role.

We’re looking for people who are naturally curious about AI, comfortable forming opinions, and confident in contributing to conversations with teammates, leads, and stakeholders.

Most importantly, people have come to know us for our technological insights and focus on privacy. Our inspiration stems from the talent and ambition of our clients. We are offering an ecosystem of financial products and services that would provide the most tailored assistance to traders.
Our culture
Everything at EXANTE starts with our people. We bring together almost 800 minds across 70 locations. We place trust in our team with real autonomy - the freedom to drive change across products, processes and everything in between. That trust fuels innovation, and the demands of the markets build resilience; we adapt, push forward, and we look after each other while we do it.
That freedom is matched by real investment in growth: we back our people with ongoing learning, hands-on development and the kind of stretch opportunities that turn good careers into great ones.
About The Role
We are seeking established Senior Relationship Managers in various locations.

The candidate must have a proven track record of business development and sales to HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors, with demonstrable client loyalty that translates into transferable AUM. Experience ideally spans to both segments: private clients (HNWI) and institutional B2B relationships

Provide solutions to client inquiries while complying with all company policies, practices, and procedures.

Collaborate with the Regional Head, Sales, and Marketing teams to formulate strategies aimed at enhancing client relationships and supporting business development.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to enhance business performance and client satisfaction
Problem Management and Resolution:
Focus on managing wide-scale service issues and handling trade-related problems.
Oversee trade and margin analysis, manage accounts and funding processes, and apply a strong understanding of cash markets, equities, and derivatives to support client needs.
Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and company goals.

Oversee the delivery of services and solutions to clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
Work in cross-functional teams to address client issues and deliver exceptional service.
Monitor projects’ progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Internal Coordination:
Coordinate with various internal departments, such as technical operations and programming, to analyze and escalate issues appropriately.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements.
Prepare regular reports on client status, project progress, and business development activities..
What Success Looks Like
Month 1-6: activation of your existing client relationships and expected measurable net new AUM starting to materialise from third month onwards.
Ongoing: expansion of your book through referrals and new-market prospecting.
Qualifications
10+ years in a sales role in the financial services or investment industry
A portable book of business: an established, loyal client base (HNWI, private wealth management, asset managers, fund managers, family offices and other private investors) ready to onboard with you.
Proven experience in institutional B2B sales – building and managing relationships with institutional counterparties (asset managers, fund managers, wealth management firms, family offices) alongside private clients.
Excellent knowledge of the securities market: stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures and options.
Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities.
Motivation for developing business and high energy with a good sense of priorities and time management
Fluent English. Additional languages will be an asset
Personality and Mindset
Entrepreneurial owner mentality – a hands-on, can-do attitude; you run your book like your own business and don’t expect leads or hand-holding
Honesty and integrity – direct and transparent with clients, even in difficult conversations
Team player with advanced communication and collaboration skills
Competitive drive and an overachiever mentality – visible appetite to win, motivated by performance-based upside
Persistence and resilience – disciplined daily follow-up, and the durability to stay motivated through setbacks and slower periods
Adaptability – you thrive in the pace, ambiguity and evolving processes of a fast-growing fintech
What We Offer*
Competitive compensation that reflects your experience and the value you bring, plus uncapped performance-based commission that scales with the revenue your book generates.
Flexibility that fits your life: work from home, from our office, or a mix of both. You decide what works best.
Flexible benefits, where available under your engagement: you choose the options that suit you, not a one-size-fits-all bundle.
A genuinely good place to work: an informal, collaborative culture where ideas are heard and bureaucracy stays out of your way.
Continuous learning: ongoing training, education programmes, and the support to deepen your expertise in a fast-moving industry.
Connection beyond your desk: events that bring our teams together to network and celebrate.

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
We're looking for a Partnerships Lead, GSIs to build and scale Replit's relationships with the world's largest systems integrators. This is a high-impact, externally-facing role at the intersection of channel strategy, enterprise go-to-market, and ecosystem development. You'll own how Replit shows up for the EYs and Accentures of the world, building the programs, partnerships, and co-sell motions that turn GSI relationships into a meaningful revenue channel.
AI-driven software development is reshaping how enterprises build, and GSIs are at the center of how that transformation gets delivered to their clients. This role is for someone who knows how GSIs work from the inside, their practice models, their incentives, their org structures, and who can build the trust and commercial frameworks needed to make Replit a go-to platform in their delivery stack.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and develop Replit's GSI Channel program strategy, building on the momentum of our Accenture partnership to recruit, enable, and scale additional GSI relationships (e.g., Deloitte, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and others).
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for key GSI partners, developing joint go-to-market plans, co-sell motions, and solution frameworks that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Build and manage the partner enablement program, including training, certifications, and technical resources that equip GSI teams to position and deliver Replit-powered solutions to their enterprise clients.
- Collaborate closely with Replit's Enterprise Sales team to identify and pursue co-sell opportunities, aligning GSI capabilities with customer needs for AI-driven software development.
- Develop joint solution offerings with GSI partners that combine Replit's platform with partner delivery capabilities, targeting use cases in application modernization, developer productivity, and AI transformation.
- Define and track partnership KPIs, including partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue, certifications, and customer outcomes. Regularly report progress to leadership.
- Represent Replit at partner events, industry conferences, and executive briefings to deepen relationships and expand our partner ecosystem.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, including commercial terms, co-marketing commitments, and joint investment plans.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, alliances, or business development, with a significant focus on GSI relationships.
- Proven track record of building and scaling GSI or large SI partnerships at a high-growth technology company, ideally in developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
- Deep understanding of how GSIs operate, including their practice models, delivery structures, go-to-market motions, and decision-making processes.
- Experience developing joint solutions and co-sell motions with GSI partners that resulted in measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders at GSI firms and within your own organization.
- Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where you will need to build processes and programs from scratch.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate the value of AI-driven development to both technical and business audiences.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Join at a pivotal moment: Replit is defining a new category in AI-powered software development, and our GSI channel is a strategic growth lever.
- Work alongside a world-class team passionate about making software creation accessible to billions of people.
- Competitive compensation, including equity, comprehensive benefits, and flexible work arrangements.
- Be part of a culture that values speed, ownership, and impact over process and politics.

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We are looking for strong engineers with experience in making ML systems performant at scale. If you are interested in contributing to open-source projects and Modal’s container runtime to push language and diffusion models towards higher throughput and lower latency, we’d love to hear from you!
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience writing high-quality, high-performance code.
- Experience working with torch, high-level ML frameworks, and inference engines (vLLM or TensorRT).
- Familiarity with Nvidia GPU architecture and CUDA.
- Experience with ML performance engineering (tell us a story about boosting GPU performance — debugging SM occupancy issues, rewriting an algorithm to be compute-bound, eliminating host overhead, etc).
- Nice-to-have: familiarity with low-level operating system foundations (Linux kernel, file systems, containers, etc).
