ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page https://www.kraken.com/culture to understand what drives us and how we work.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
The Pro Verifications team decides whether a business signing up on the Pro side is who it says it is, and whether we're allowed to onboard it. That means figuring out who actually owns the business, running it against sanctions and watchlists, and doing all of it fast enough that a real customer doesn't lose patience and leave. Every Pro customer hits these systems, so slow or wrong is very visible — and the team is early, which means whoever joins gets to decide how a lot of it works instead of inheriting it.
How We Work
- We deploy constantly, almost always behind a flag, in pieces small enough to pull back fast.
- Security and compliance show up at design time, not as a gate at the end.
- Every story is tied to a metric it's meant to move — if work isn't on the board, it doesn't get staffed.
- At this level, you're expected to shape these standards, not just work inside them.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Staff Engineer on Pro Verifications, you'll own the technical direction for how verification is built here — the architecture, the patterns other engineers work inside, and the calls about what we own versus what we lean on a vendor for. You'll be hands-on across the stack, drive out entire classes of recurring failure rather than patching them one at a time, and design the fail-closed and audit behavior that keeps regulators satisfied.
This is a high-impact, hands-on technical leadership role for engineers who've built where being wrong has real consequences, and who want to shape a system that stays fast, safe, and defensible as it grows.
- Set the shape of the verification services and their contracts across the KYC/KYB flow.
- Decide how we abstract KYC and KYB vendors so a bad provider day doesn't turn into an outage.
- Design fail-closed behavior and audit trails that hold up under regulatory scrutiny.
- Identify the classes of failure that keep recurring and remove them for good.
- Write and drive architecture decisions (ADRs), and hold the line on security and compliance at design time, not as a late gate.
- Mentor and raise the bar for senior engineers through design reviews, code, and direct feedback.
- Be measured on whether verification gets faster, more of it decides itself, fewer decisions are wrong, and the systems stay up — and on whether the team got stronger for you being on it.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Around eight years building and running production systems, with a track record of owning a domain's technical direction, not just delivering inside one.
- Deep, fluent expertise in Rust, with the versatility to work across TypeScript and React where verification meets the customer.
- You've set architecture other people build on, and it held up — you can point to specific classes of failure you designed out, not just incidents you fixed.
- You've made teams faster through patterns, tooling, or mentoring — engineers around you got better and shipped more because of calls you made.
- You've built where being wrong had real consequences: compliance, payments, security, or anywhere a bad call costs more than a rough user experience.
- Strong on distributed systems, service contracts, and secure design — you've integrated third-party APIs that couldn't be trusted, with real timeouts, retries, idempotency, circuit breakers, and backup paths that actually get tested.
- Comfortable with, or able to quickly ramp on, gRPC, Temporal, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, and GitLab CI.
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct experience with KYC, KYB, or fraud work, including integrating providers like Trulioo, Persona, or ComplyAdvantage.
- Comfort building with AI in the loop.
- Time spent in crypto, fintech, or another space regulators pay close attention to.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're hiring a Product Partnerships Manager to own Replit's most important strategic partnerships end-to-end: from identifying the opportunity to shipping the outcome and measuring the impact.
This is a product-focused role where you will work with our consumer technology partners, such as Stripe, Shopify, Google, and the broader connector ecosystem. You'll work at the intersection of product strategy, ecosystem thinking, and deal execution. You'll need to be a serious Replit power user. You'll speak credibly with engineers. You'll negotiate with senior partner stakeholders. And you'll be the person accountable for turning ambiguous ecosystem opportunities into shipped product and business outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop a clear point of view on Replit's partner landscape and build a prioritized pipeline of high-leverage opportunities across consumer tooling, AI tooling, cloud and infrastructure, and payments technology partners.
- Lead partner conversations from early exploration through joint product thesis, business case, commercial terms, launch plan, and post-launch iteration.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Partner Engineering, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to turn agreements into shipped outcomes.
- Work directly with Partner Engineers to scope integrations, demos, prototypes, reference apps, and partner enablement assets.
- Define success metrics before every launch activation: retained usage, apps created, deployments, revenue, partner-sourced users, and use them to decide when to scale, iterate, or sunset a partnership.
- Build lightweight operating systems: partner scorecards, launch checklists, partner roadmap tracking, and repeatable frameworks for evaluating new opportunities.
- Represent the partner internally with strong product judgment; inform roadmap changes only when they create clear leverage for Replit users.
WHO YOU ARE
You're probably one of these:
- A product partnerships or BD person from a developer platform, AI platform, API company, cloud platform, or builder tool.
- A former PM or founder who can sell and negotiate externally while staying close to the product.
- A technical ecosystem operator who has shipped integrations, partner programs, or AI-native workflows.
In all cases, you're a builder. You can open Replit and put together a credible demo. You're not expected to write production integration code but you need enough technical depth to scope the work, ask the right questions, and earn trust with engineers.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and launching strategic partnerships.
- Strong product judgment: you can explain why a partnership should or shouldn't influence the roadmap.
- Technical fluency with APIs, auth, cloud and deployment, databases, LLMs, agents, and developer workflows.
- Hands-on familiarity with Replit or comparable AI-native developer tools; ability to build credible demos and prototypes.
- Ability to run an ambiguous, multi-party process from discovery through signed agreement, launch, and measurement.
- Credibility with both senior external partners and internal engineers.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Background in AI, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, API companies, or creative/productivity software.
- Experience with MCP-style integrations, agent workflows, or AI model/tooling ecosystems.
- Founder, PM, DevRel, solutions engineering, or technical BD background

OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Our Account Management teams create and build our relationships with merchants. Together, we’ve helped big brands, local stores and neighborhood restaurants do over €15 billion’s worth of business through our platform. We’re constantly launching new cities and products, so there are always new opportunities to expand your skills and progress your career.
As our new Key Account Manager, you’ll be the strategic architect of growth for Slovakia’s most iconic key brands. You are not just managing accounts; you are raising the bar on operational excellence and commercial quality Woltwide . This role requires a data-savvy mindset to uncover performance drivers and a creative approach to leveraging complex relationships that unlock unconventional value for both Wolt and our Partners.
What you’ll be doing
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for Slovakia’s largest key accounts. You’ll work across multiple layers of each organisation – from central decision-makers to regional managers and local venues – with a focus on long-term growth and operational excellence.
You’ll plan and execute advanced promotional campaigns, lead commercial negotiations, and use data to optimize every aspect of partner performance. In addition to managing your portfolio, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partner plans and bring feedback from the field into internal roadmaps. You will think 'outside the box' to identify and execute unconventional opportunities that drive sustainable impact, even when they fall outside standard playbooks .
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Own the most commercially significant portfolio of restaurant key accounts
Design and execute multi-quarter growth roadmaps for your portfolio, moving beyond reactive fixes to achieve long-term strategic scaling
Lead commercial negotiations in collaboration with senior internal and external stakeholders
Orchestrate complex, multi-solution plans where the full suite of Wolt products (Wolt+, Ads, Drive, Storefront) works in synergy to achieve specific partner KPIs
Deep dive into complex data sets to uncover hidden patterns, root causes, and growth opportunities that inform every proposal and experiment
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and Product to ensure smooth execution of partner plans and bring feedback from the field into internal roadmaps
Work with colleagues across other countries and HQ teams to ensure a unified approach and execution for accounts that are present in multiple markets
Tailor your approach to different organisational layers, from headquarters to local venues
Our humble expectations
We’re looking for someone who combines commercial sharpness and strong interpersonal skills – and who’s motivated by solving complex challenges.
Experience - You likely have 4+ years in account management, sales, strategy, consulting, or commercial roles with enterprise exposure
Commercial Sharpness - Strong understanding of P&L drivers and unit economics, with a proven ability to lead high-stakes negotiations that result in win-win growth
Analytical Rigor - A data-savvy mindset with the ability to translate complex data challenges into clear, actionable business insights for senior-level stakeholders
AI experience - You are not afraid of incorporating AI tools into your day-to-day work and more complex analysis to both optimise your workload and gain unique insights
Interpersonal and presentation skills - You excel at presenting with clarity and confidence, and you build trusted, long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders
Ownership mindset & Persistence - You take full responsibility for your portfolio, push projects forward without being asked, and proactively solve problems when roadblocks appear. You don’t give up easily and can follow through with multi-month solutions
Languages - You’re fluent in Slovak and English, both written and spoken
Compensation
The successful candidate's starting on target earnings pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.
