We are looking for a Senior Treasury Manager to build and run Finom's treasury function.
Finom safeguards a significant book of customer funds across its regulated entities. Net interest income on that book is a meaningful revenue line, and it will grow. Today the function is up and running: the money is placed, the investment policy is in place, and a large part of the book sits with an external asset manager. What we are building now is the machinery around it — an evidenced limit framework, look-through into what our managers actually hold, automated investment accounting, and a reconciled NII number we can defend to an auditor and a regulator.
That is the job. You will take part in building it, and you will run it while it is being built.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of regulation, liquidity, and commercial impact — not a back-office position. It suits someone who has done this before in a regulated environment and wants to do it again without four layers of committee above them.
What you'll own
Liquidity and funding
Daily liquidity positioning and float management across entities and accounts
Intraday funding of payment channels; nostro and correspondent account management
Collateral and minimum-balance obligations across card schemes, T2, and credit providers
Contingency funding — the playbook for the day we need €20m by tomorrow morning
A daily treasury balance sheet — net liquidity and net capital available — that reconciles
Safeguarding and portfolio
Portfolio management of safeguarded client funds: term deposits, MMFs, short-dated debt, held directly and via external managers
Safeguarding adequacy: shortfall detection, top-up execution, same-currency discipline
Instrument eligibility screening under CRR risk-weight, maturity and WAL constraints, and UCITS/MMF rules
Independent, evidenced validation that externally managed allocations sit inside mandate — position-level look-through, daily monitoring of concentration, maturity, WAL and credit quality, breach escalation
NII forecasting, attribution, and reconciled performance reporting; treasury inputs into the financial model and company forecast
Governance and controls
Ownership of the investment policy, limit framework, and eligible-instrument register
Treasury governance: decision pack, agenda, decision log, and delegated-authority register
Pre-deal checks and post-trade evidencing, designed so that the first line executes and the second line challenges
Covenant tracking across credit facilities
Regulator, external audit, and second-line engagement on treasury and safeguarding matters
Systems and data
Selection and implementation of investment accounting and treasury tooling — a Clearwater/Advent-class implementation is already in flight and will be yours
Custodian, asset-manager and bank data feeds; API connectivity where it exists and pragmatic alternatives where it doesn't
Replacing manual spreadsheet processes with something that survives your holiday
Commercial
Bank, custodian, broker and asset-manager relationships: onboarding, commercial terms, mandate setting, service review
Challenging our managers on allocation, transparency and fees — and changing them if the answers are weak
What good looks like in the first 12 months
Investment policy and limit framework live, with treasury governance running on a documented decision log
Daily, evidenced mandate compliance across the full book — we can answer "are we inside the boundaries?" in minutes, not weeks
Investment accounting platform implemented; monthly close on the portfolio no longer manual
An NII number that is reconciled, attributed, and forecastable
A contingency liquidity playbook that has been tested rather than written
Who you are
5+ years in treasury, ALM, fixed income, or portfolio management at a regulated financial institution, EMI/PI, or asset manager
Direct experience with client money or safeguarding under PSD2 / EMD — core to this role, not adjacent to it
Experience building or materially rebuilding a treasury function, not only operating inside an established one
Strong command of bond math, yield and duration, MMF mechanics, and credit and concentration risk at instrument level
Track record of automating manual treasury processes and implementing treasury or investment accounting systems
Comfortable working with position-level data directly — you can interrogate a portfolio file rather than wait for a report
Experience with regulators, external audit, and external asset managers (mandate setting, IMA terms, performance challenge)
Sound judgement under time pressure in a lean environment with real accountability and limited cover
Strong Excel skills
Fluent English
Nice to have
Familiarity with IFRS 9 or Dutch GAAP (RJ 290) financial instrument accounting
SQL or Python
Experience in a firm transitioning toward a banking licence
Experience using AI tools (e.g. LLMs, copilots) to accelerate analytical and reporting workflows

An overview of this role
As a Technical Program Manager in GitLab’s R&D organization, you’ll lead cross functional initiatives that help teams deliver reliably, efficiently, and at scale. You’ll own programs that cut across multiple product stages and engineering teams, turning strategic priorities into clear plans, aligning stakeholders, and driving progress in an all-remote, asynchronous environment. You’ll use GitLab issues, epics, and handbook-first documentation to create visibility, remove blockers, and keep complex work moving across time zones, while partnering closely with Engineering Leadership at all levels. In your first year, you’ll be expected to independently run a portfolio of programs from scoping through delivery and retrospectives, and to improve how R&D programs operate by contributing to and evolving Technical Program Management best practices.
What you’ll do
Lead 1–3 strategic technical programs at a time spanning multiple engineering teams and product stages, ensuring clear scope, priorities, and outcomes.
Partner with engineering leaders and other key stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and delivery milestones for cross functional initiatives.
Own end-to-end program planning and execution, from initial discovery and scoping through delivery, measurement, and retrospectives.
Drive asynchronous collaboration using GitLab issues, epics, and handbook updates so globally distributed teams stay aligned and informed.
Identify risks and blockers early, coordinate resolution across teams, and escalate when needed to maintain momentum.
Facilitate working group meetings and async discussions to support decision-making, surface tradeoffs, and keep programs on track.
Track and communicate program health through metrics, dashboards, and regular status updates to provide visibility to the Engineering Division and partners.
Contribute to evolving Technical Program Management practices by documenting processes, sharing learnings, and improving how R&D programs run across GitLab.
What you’ll bring
Experience in technical program management, project management, software engineering, or similar technical roles.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile ways of working, including how engineering teams plan, build, and ship.
Skill in coordinating programs across multiple engineering teams or departments, aligning stakeholders on goals, timelines, and milestones.
Strong written communication skills for asynchronous, documentation-first collaboration in a fully remote environment.
Ability to work independently in a distributed setting, set priorities, and make progress with minimal supervision.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying blockers, and proposing practical solutions to keep programs moving.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or platforms like GitLab, with interest in deepening this knowledge over time.
Openness to learning, iterating based on feedback, and applying transferable skills from varied backgrounds to technical program management.
About the team
You’ll join the R&D organization as part of the Technical Program Management function, a small, cross-functional team that leads high-impact programs spanning multiple product stages and departments. The team focuses on driving clarity, alignment, and predictable delivery for complex initiatives that touch many parts of GitLab, using a handbook-first, asynchronous way of working with stakeholders across regions and time zones. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering leaders and partners in other functions to improve how programs are planned, executed, and communicated, helping evolve shared practices, templates, and tooling for program governance across R&D.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

About us
Aave Labs began with a simple question: how do we make financial services like borrowing, saving, and earning more accessible globally?
We built the Aave Protocol, now the world’s largest and most trusted onchain lending market, connecting decentralized finance with individuals, traditional finance, and fintech.
Today, we build trusted, high-quality products that expand access to lending, credit, and savings globally
Our culture
We build trusted products that help people access and discover economic opportunities.
We hold a high bar for quality and craftsmanship. No detail is too small. Trust depends on it.
We’re a global team building products people can actually use, turning complex technology into something simple and reliable.
We stay aligned, move quickly, and think long term, while keeping teams lean and focused on impact.
About the Role
We're looking for a Principal iOS Engineer to lead the iOS engineering team and shape the architecture of Aave App. You'll combine hands-on technical depth with day-to-day team leadership to deliver a secure, intuitive consumer savings experience built on blockchain infrastructure.
This role owns the technical direction for iOS, from application architecture and engineering standards to wallet security, transaction flows, performance, and release quality. You'll turn product goals into a clear roadmap, guide engineers through complex decisions, and partner closely with design, product, backend, protocol, and security teams.
Production experience integrating blockchain functionality into an iOS application is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be able to lead decisions around wallets, private keys, transaction signing, RPC interaction, and onchain state.
How you can make an impact:
Own and evolve the technical architecture of Aave App on iOS, setting direction that supports rapid product development without compromising security or maintainability
Design and ship core blockchain functionality, including wallet creation and connectivity, key management, transaction construction and signing, gas estimation, RPC interaction, onchain reads, and account-abstraction flows
Lead the integration of onchain and offchain data across savings, funding, withdrawal, bridge, vault, portfolio, notification, and analytics experiences.
Set standards for application architecture, Swift and UIKit code quality, testing, observability, performance, release safety, and incident response
Remain hands-on in the codebase, particularly for foundational architecture, security-sensitive functionality, complex integrations, and critical production issues
Partner closely with design to deliver precise UI, refined interactions, accessibility, and a cohesive mobile design system
Coach and mentor iOS engineers, delegate meaningful ownership, provide clear technical and performance feedback, and contribute to hiring and team development
Let's connect if you have:
8+ years building production iOS applications, including experience operating at Principal, Lead, or equivalent level
Deep Swift and UIKit expertise, with a strong understanding of iOS architecture, concurrency, networking, navigation, application lifecycle, and native frameworks
Hands-on production experience integrating blockchain functionality into an iOS application, including wallets, private keys, transaction signing, RPCs, gas, and onchain transaction lifecycles
A track record of setting architectural direction for a complex consumer application
Experience leading engineers through ambiguous, high-impact work, raising quality through mentoring and review, and creating clear ownership across a team.
Strong judgement around performance, testing strategy, observability, release safety, incident response, and production reliability
Proven ability to deliver polished, design-precise consumer experiences and collaborate effectively across product, design, backend, protocol, and security teams
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, particularly when explaining architecture, risk, priorities, and trade-offs
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!
Equal opportunities statement:
Aave Labs celebrates diversity and views each and every team member as a separate individual with their own unique identity. No matter your race, religion, gender, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation or even the wallet you use, we welcome you at Aave Labs. As an equal opportunities employer, we take accountability and believe in everyone's potential to build, create and inspire changes. With a mission to build a diverse workforce, we are proud to foster a working environment in which everyone can feel safe and valued for who they are.

We are looking for a Director of Partner Programs & Operations to work with Partner, Sales and Operations leadership to design, build, and run the partner ecosystem at ClickHouse. The function covers four capabilities: partner programs, partner operations, channel development, and partner enablement.
This is a design and build role before it is a management one. The program, the systems and data underneath it, the onboarding and readiness motions, and the way the ecosystem is measured are yours to design.
Working closely with the VP, Global Partners and Alliances, and reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations, you share accountability for what the partner ecosystem produces and for what it can deliver: partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and the certified capacity to implement ClickHouse. You own the programs, standards, and measurement behind both.
You will inherit a small team and grow it as the partner business does. The function runs globally, working through the regional field operations teams.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own the partner program definition and the annual refresh: tiering, benefits, requirements, the partner business planning cadence across cloud, ISV, and SI partners, and the MDF budget with the rebate and funding mechanics behind it. Design the program so it pays for the behavior we want.
- Own the operational counterpart relationships at the hyperscalers and our top-tier partners: program compliance, competencies, the funding and credits those programs make available, and the standing reviews that keep us qualified and keep the joint motion moving.
- Own how the partner business is measured. Set what pipeline contribution and certified delivery capacity mean, and own the reporting that shows where that capacity exists and where it is thin. Defend the numbers to sales leadership, Finance, and the partners.
- Design and own the partner systems, process, and data layer everything else runs on: the PRM, the partner data model in Salesforce, deal registration rules and SLAs, conflict resolution with direct sellers, and co-sell submission hygiene and partner-of-record accuracy. You define the requirements and the logic, and the systems team builds and maintains against them.
- Co-own channel development with the Partners team. You own the onboarding and activation framework that carries a partner from signed to productive, and you run it directly for the long tail. The Partners team leads development for strategic partners and works from the same framework.
- Own partner enablement and readiness: certification paths, competency requirements, and the partner-facing curriculum and content library, built with the enablement and learning teams that own the platform and delivery. You own the readiness bar that determines whether an SI can implement ClickHouse well without us in the room.
- Own the partner-of-record and attribution side of marketplace transactions, with the commercial team owning execution.
- Develop the team and build out the capability the partner business needs next. Design how a small function supports a global partner surface, and expect to carry work yourself before it is staffed.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- 10+ years in partner operations, channel operations, alliances, or revenue operations with direct partner scope, including at least five years leading a team.
- A builder's bias. You would rather design a program than administer one, and you have taken one from early to real: you can point to the tiering, economics, and deal registration you designed or rebuilt, and what it produced. You are comfortable making the platform, process, and data model decisions the function needs, and standing up a motion from a thin starting point.
- Direct hyperscaler experience, required. You have worked AWS, GCP, or Azure partner programs from the operational side: co-sell, program tiers and competencies, marketplace mechanics, and funding.
- Experience building SI and services partner capability, not only transacting partners. You know what it takes for a partner to deliver competently on a technical product: certification that means something, real practice investment, and delivery quality you can measure rather than assume.
- Fluency with partner economics. Margin, referral fees, rebates, and MDF, and how each shows up in revenue, in the P&L, and in partner behavior.
- Owner-operator mindset. You treat partner programs and operations as a system you own end-to-end: you build it, you run it, you fix it when it breaks, and you measure it by what it produces, not by activity.
- Systems depth. Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce partner data model and a PRM platform (Impartner, Allbound, Salesforce PRM, or similar), with enough depth to specify what needs to be built rather than describe the problem.
- SQL fluency required. Comfortable building your own analysis on partner performance.
- Exposure to consumption-based or usage-based business models strongly preferred. You understand marketplace transaction mechanics, commit drawdown, and why a marketplace deal is not just a differently-papered direct deal.
- Able to partner with Legal and Finance on partner agreements, margin structure, MDF accrual and payout, and the revenue recognition implications of channel and marketplace transactions.
- Credible with partners externally and with the field internally. You can sit in a hyperscaler partner review and in a regional pipeline call, and be useful in both.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable presenting to executives and to senior partner stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
