Role Overview:
We're looking for a Business Risk Officer to help scale the way Mercury builds products. In this role you will report to our Head of Business Risk & Enablement and will partner with Product, Operations, Compliance and many other support and oversight teams to ensure that products and features are delivered “best-in-class” in a safe and sound manner. Your success in this role will rely on subject matter expertise in one or more of Mercury’s core product offerings and associated risks. You will also be primarily responsible for the facilitation of non-financial risk management programs.
Key Responsibilities:
— Identify any potential blind spots in processes and controls, and suggest commercial improvements/enhancements
— Facilitate pre-launch and new activity initiatives/reviews, tracking items to closure and escalating where/when necessary
— Facilitate execution of risk self assessments and similar exercises within the non-financial risk frameworks
— Event/incident, issues, and remediations management - ensuring that incidents and issues are recorded and managed through to remediation in line with any and all relevant frameworks in the company
— Develop and enhance iteratively KPIs/KRIs to be monitored by yourself, product/process owners, and other stakeholders in order to mitigate risk
— Coordinate interactions and responses between Product and Operations teams vs. other stakeholders for audits, exams and similar reviews (internal and external)
— Engage and partner deeply with stakeholders across the organization including Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, etc.
— Help design / provide feedback on certain enterprise/firm-wide trainings and deliver trainings as needed
Qualifications:
— Have at least 5 - 7+ years of experience in a banking, fintech, or other financial services firms in a product/business, business risks and/or controls, operational risk, or other similar roles
— Track record of balancing risk, compliance, and customer experience in cross-functional settings
— Excellent communication skills to simplify complex business, reg and/or risk concepts into clear explanations and/or recommendations
— Familiarity with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) practices and non-financial risk frameworks
— Curious, growth-oriented, and motivated to work on risk and controls at all lifecycle stages (new product launches, scaling, and legacy optimization)
— Bring a collaborative, problem-solving mindset to your work, have strong stakeholder management skills, and an ability to influence without direct authority
— Approach your work with a high quality bar and a strong sense of ownership - you see things through to completion, knowing when to be pragmatic vs. when not to settle
— Proficient with AI tools, or eager to get there, to drive efficiency in risk and controls work — a growth mindset is enough if you're not an expert day one.
Preferred Qualifications:
— Exposure to product or technology development lifecycles (e.g., involvement in pre-launch reviews, feature rollouts, or cross-functional builds) — doesn't need to be a formal PM background, just familiarity with how products move from idea to launch
Total Rewards:
The total rewards package at Mercury includes base salary, equity (stock options/RSUs), and benefits. Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers. Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following:

About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager, Platform Experience to own the customer-facing experience across the Ondo Finance App — the single interface through which users discover, understand, buy, sell, trade, and manage Ondo's products (Stocks, Treasuries, Portfolios, and more).
This role owns the quality and coherence of the end-to-end user experience, with a particular focus on retention, usability, and long-term customer value. You'll turn complex financial and blockchain infrastructure into simple, intuitive, and trustworthy product.
This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other Product leaders to define strategy, prioritize opportunities, write clear requirements, and ship meaningful improvements. Our product management function is young and fast-moving — you'll help define it from the ground up, which makes this a high-ownership, high-visibility role.
Target Outcomes
A cohesive, high-quality core experience: Ondo’s customer-facing surfaces feel like one unified platform across products and workflows, with a consistent and intuitive experience across web and eventually mobile.
Simple, intuitive investing and trading workflows: Users can confidently buy, sell, trade, and manage their portfolios across experiences like limit orders, order books, DCA, notifications, transaction history, reporting, and tax workflows.
Financial complexity made accessible: Sophisticated concepts such as order books, bid/ask pricing, settlement, and onchain transactions are translated into clear, low-friction experiences without sacrificing the functionality sophisticated users expect.
Stronger retention and long-term customer value: The core product gives users compelling reasons to return, manage more of their financial activity through Ondo, and deepen their engagement over time.
Measurably better product performance: Clear metrics and feedback loops are established around usability, retention, adoption, and customer satisfaction, with insights consistently translated into product improvements.
Customer-informed product decisions: Qualitative research and quantitative signals shape prioritization, ensuring the roadmap addresses meaningful customer problems rather than relying on internal assumptions.
Reliable end-to-end execution: High-impact product initiatives move effectively from discovery and problem definition through launch, measurement, and iteration, with strong coordination across Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
A scalable foundation for Ondo’s product ecosystem: Core experiences and patterns are built to support new products and capabilities as Ondo expands, without creating a fragmented or increasingly complex customer experience.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, including owning customer-facing products from concept through launch.
A track record of building and shipping high-quality consumer or prosumer products, with a sharp instinct for intuitive, low-friction UX.
Experience with fintech, brokerage, investing, trading, payments, crypto, or other sophisticated financial products.
A working understanding of capital markets and financial product mechanics — trading, order books, execution, settlement, and liquidity.
Genuine, hands-on familiarity with crypto and DeFi products; a working knowledge of onchain financial primitives.
Strong analytical skills — able to define metrics, evaluate performance, and use data to drive prioritization.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write sharp, well-reasoned PRDs and explain tradeoffs to both engineers and executives.
High ownership, strong organization, and comfort operating independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment — able to get the right people in a room, ask the right questions, and move things forward without top-down direction.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority.
US-hours based (preference per current team structure).
Nice to have
Experience building brokerage, investing, trading, neobanking, or wealth-management products.
Experience with tokenization, real-world assets (RWAs), or onchain financial infrastructure.
Familiarity with decentralized exchanges, wallets, smart contracts, or blockchain transaction flows.
Experience designing for both sophisticated and first-time financial users.
Experience working closely with Legal, Compliance, Operations, or market-structure teams.
Experience in a strong product and design culture.
What we offer
Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO)
Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices
A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, Pinterest, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap, Phantom
Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, APAC

Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

As a qualified expert, You will
- Solve strategic engineering problems hands on. Explore technologies, build prototypes, and produce reference implementations that make architectural qualities and tradeoffs observable.
- Design and deliver working software. Architect, implement, test, and maintain services and platform components, including backend systems and architecture-related frontend concerns such as micro-frontend patterns.
- Automate architectural conformance. Design and implement AI-based architectural conformance checks and fitness functions that continuously evaluate whether systems follow agreed principles, patterns, and quality constraints.
- Turn ambiguity into an executable approach. Break complex problems into bounded areas, apply domain-driven design, and select a practical course of action when information or precedent is limited.
- Define measurable quality goals. Establish and continuously evaluate requirements for performance, scalability, reliability, security, availability, recoverability, maintainability, portability, usability, and extensibility.
- Document architecture evolution. Describe the current state, target state, transition steps, constraints, alternatives, and decisions in forms that engineering teams can use.
- Make explicit engineering tradeoffs. Provide balanced recommendations on build versus buy, now versus later, and refactor versus rebuild, including cost and operational implications.
- Create reusable engineering patterns. Develop scaffolding, templates, reference architectures, or platform capabilities that teams can adopt without depending on the Staff Software Engineer long term.
- Guide delivery teams. Perform architecture and design reviews, coach engineers through difficult decisions, and enable teams to make high-quality choices independently.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the team
Agent Experience builds the AI-powered backend services that power agent-assist tooling on our Astra support surface — helping support agents resolve customer, merchant, and Dasher issues faster. We sit at the intersection of LLM-backed product features and high-volume, latency-sensitive support infrastructure.
What you'll do
Build and maintain backend services for agent-assist features on Astra, taking on feature-level work with increasing independence.
Translate requirements into working code: design the feature-level approach, write an RFC when the change affects other engineers, and implement it end-to-end.
Integrate with LLM-backed features — wiring up prompt/completion calls, handling provider responses, and validating output quality and correctness.
Break down assigned project work into tasks, provide accurate estimates, and keep your own progress and dependencies on track.
Apply AI tooling thoughtfully to your own workflow (coding, testing, review) and critically evaluate its output rather than taking it at face value.
Participate in code review — both giving and receiving — to help the team hold a high bar for correctness, quality, and standards compliance.
Collaborate with senior engineers and partner teams to clarify problem definitions, unblock yourself, and flag risks or blockers early.
What we're looking for
Solid backend engineering fundamentals in Go, with experience shipping and maintaining production services.
Exposure to LLM-powered features in production (prompt/completion integration, provider APIs) is a plus — we'll ramp you up if you haven't worked with this directly.
Ability to independently own feature-level work: from a written requirement to tested, shipped code.
Comfort working in a domain with multiple chat/support surfaces — willingness to trace issues to the right service rather than guessing.
Clear technical writing (RFCs for feature-level decisions) and good judgment about when to ask for help versus push forward.
2–4 years of backend engineering experience, with a track record of growing ownership and scope.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!

You will collaborate closely with Partner Sales, Technical Alliances, Product, and Engineering to develop scalable technical partnership strategies that help partners successfully integrate, sell, and deliver Docker's platform. Your focus will be on enabling your team to drive partner technical readiness, co-innovation, and mutual customer success while building repeatable models for partner engagement at scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Partner Solution Engineers, ensuring professional growth and high performance across multiple partner segments (ISVs, CSPs, SIs, VARs).

- Develop partner-specific technical sales plays, solution validation frameworks, and proof-of-value methodologies that highlight Docker's differentiated value.
JOINT GO-TO-MARKET EXECUTION
- Partner with the Partner Sales organization to drive joint account planning, co-selling opportunities, and "sell-with" and "sell-through" motions.
- Guide partners through solution design, technical validation, and evaluation processes to achieve joint customer success and sales goals.
- Support product positioning and technical validation during joint sales engagements, ensuring clarity on what's GA and ready for delivery.
- Define and track metrics for partner technical readiness, engagement quality, and revenue impact.
PRODUCT & ALLIANCE COLLABORATION
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share Voice of the Partner, influencing roadmap priorities and co-building initiatives.
- Guide beta/EAP program participation with strategic partners, gathering feedback on new features and integration requirements.
- Work closely with the Technical Alliances team on roadmap alignment, technical integrations with CSPs and ISVs, and partner-driven feature requests.
- Champion regional partner technical needs and priorities in internal planning discussions (FedGov, EMEA, APAC).

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Senior Business Assistant to join our Office of the CFO team, based in London. In this role, you’ll support the CFO in key leadership, board, and finance meetings by preparing materials in advance, documenting decisions and actions, and coordinating follow-through afterwards. It's a content-focused role: you'll need a genuine working understanding of finance to follow the discussion, not just log who said what.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Meeting Support & Follow-Through
- Join key meetings: Join meetings alongside the CFO — leadership, board, and finance-function meetings — capturing accurate notes and the decisions that come out of them.
- Own the follow-up: Turn discussions into clear, assigned action items and drive them to completion, chasing owners and flagging slippage before it becomes a problem.
- Track outstanding items: Maintain a live view of open actions and decisions across the CFO's meeting cadence, escalating blockers to the CFO directly.
Pre-Meeting Preparation
- Prepare pre-reads: Prepare pre-reads, briefing packs, and agendas ahead of key meetings, pulling together relevant background, data, and context.
- Coordinate stakeholder input: Coordinate input from stakeholders across Finance — Controllership, Tax, Treasury, FP&A — so the CFO walks in fully briefed.
- Anticipate what's needed: Proactively anticipate what the CFO will need for a given meeting, rather than waiting to be asked.
Finance-Literate Business Support
- Follow technical discussions: Apply a working understanding of financial concepts and terminology to accurately capture and summarise technical finance discussions.
- Sanity-check materials: Review financial reports, decks, and models before they reach the CFO, spotting errors, inconsistencies, or omissions.
- Partner across finance: Partner with Controllership, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A to gather the input and context needed for meetings and follow-ups.
Communication & Organisation
- Produce clear meeting notes: Produce clear, well-structured meeting notes and summaries, distributed promptly to attendees.
- Maintain a master tracker: Maintain a single source of truth for action items, decisions, and deadlines across the CFO's meeting cadence.
- Handle information with discretion: Manage confidential and sensitive business and financial information with sound judgement.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience as an EA, business assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives, ideally within a finance function.
- A working understanding of financial concepts and terminology (P&L, budgeting, forecasting) sufficient to follow and accurately summarise finance discussions.
- Excellent note-taking and written communication skills, able to turn meeting discussions into clear, actionable outputs.
- Strong organisational skills, with a proven ability to track and drive multiple action items to completion.
- Comfortable preparing pre-meeting materials, pulling together data and context from multiple stakeholders.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential business and financial information.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong proficiency with everyday productivity tools (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience supporting a CFO or finance leadership team specifically is a strong plus.
- Experience in a venture-backed, high-growth startup or scale-up is a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
At Sierra, we are building a fast-scaling, mission-driven AI company where people are at the center of everything we do. As our People Programs Manager, you will design, build, and operationalize the programs and processes that shape the employee experience across Sierra globally. You’ll play a critical role in helping us create clarity, alignment, and belonging as we grow — ensuring Sierra remains a world-class place to work.
- Support the design, launch, and execution of Sierra’s core people programs including onboarding, manager training, targeted development initiatives, and more. You’ll build scalable, repeatable processes to strengthen existing programs and be part of the development and launch of new programs such as feedback, performance, engagement, recognition, and more.
- Partner closely with HR, Legal, Finance, and business leaders on company-wide people programs, ensuring all programs meet the needs of the business and are executed with operational excellence and compliance.
- Advise and support employees and leaders by providing clear guidance on people policies, programs, and best practices, backed by strong documentation and communication.
- Use data and insights to measure, iterate, and evolve programs, while staying ahead of trends in People Ops and employee experience.

- 5+ years of experience in People Programs, People Operations, or a related people-focused function within high-growth environments.
- Experience designing and scaling people programs across the employee lifecycle in fast-moving, global technology companies.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills — able to partner effectively with executives, managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional program and project management capability, with the ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to execution.
- Analytical and systems-thinking mindset, comfortable using data, tooling, and process design to improve operational efficiency.
- A passion for building clarity, culture, and connection in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
EVEN BETTER…
- Experience supporting or designing programs for global teams across multiple regions.
- Familiarity with HR tools and platforms (HRIS, onboarding systems, performance tools, etc.).
- Background in organizational development, employee experience, or Learning & Development.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE OPPORTUNITY
Docker is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer to serve as the technical visionary and architect for how software gets built, verified, and trusted.
Every day, millions of developers pull images, install dependencies, and ship builds to production. Each of those steps is a place where something can go wrong, or be made to go wrong. Compromised base images, malicious packages, tampered build steps, unsigned artifacts moving through pipelines nobody is watching. The industry calls this the software supply chain, and it has become one of the most consequential unsolved problems in software engineering.
This role sits in Docker and Ecosystems, the group that owns Docker’s most well known products and our emerging content and SDLC business. You will own the technical strategy for secure software delivery across all of it, defining what verifiable, tamper-resistant software delivery looks like at Docker's scale, then driving the architecture that makes it real for every developer and every enterprise customer using our products.
You will set multi-year technical direction, make architectural decisions that shape Docker's product portfolio, and work directly with the SVP of Engineering and executive team on strategy. You will not manage people. You will change what the industry considers table stakes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
TECHNICAL VISION AND STRATEGY
- Lead multi-year technical vision for build security and supply chain across Docker Desktop, Hub, Hardened Images, Verified Publishing, and monetization platforms.
- Define and sequence "trusted by default" architecture for 20M developers.
- Partner with the SVP of Engineering to convert commercial strategy into multi-year technical roadmaps.
- Establish company-wide architectural principles and security standards.
- Identify high-leverage platform investments that enhance security across all Docker products.
- Proactively position architecture ahead of evolving supply chain threats and regulatory demands.
BUILD SECURITY ARCHITECTURE
Architect systems to detect and prevent build-process threats like compromised dependencies, malicious steps, tampered artifacts, and untrusted images.
- Design provenance and attestation infrastructure ensuring Docker artifacts carry verifiable build history.
- Define artifact signing, verification, and policy enforcement across local workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Architect SBOM generation, dependency analysis, and vulnerability intelligence for complete software visibility.
- Align with and help shape emerging supply chain security standards.
- Ensure security controls remain fast and unobtrusive so developers keep them enabled.
SDLC AND DEVELOPER WORKFLOW INTEGRATION
- Architect how Docker's security capabilities integrate across the full software development lifecycle, from local development through CI/CD to production deployment
- Design the interfaces and contracts that let Docker's tooling embed into the pipelines, registries, and platforms customers already run, rather than asking them to rebuild around us
- Define the developer experience for security tooling, where the secure path is the fast path and the default path
- Architect policy and enforcement models that satisfy enterprise security and compliance requirements without fragmenting the developer workflow
- Drive convergence of security capabilities across Docker products, replacing product-specific implementations with shared platform primitives
TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE AND INFLUENCE
- Work with leaders across engineering to drive strategy and execution
- Mentor and develop Staff and Principal engineers, raising the technical bar across the organization
- Represent Docker's security architecture externally through blog posts, conference talks, standards bodies, and technical community engagement
- Participate in executive-level discussions, providing architectural perspective on business decisions
- Take part in on-call rotation for your team, respond to incidents, debug production issues, and drive continuous improvement of system reliability
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- 12+ years of software engineering experience specializing in build security, software supply chain security, or SDLC tooling
- Deep understanding of build process threat models across dependencies, environments, artifacts, and pipelines, along with effective mitigations
- Architectural experience in artifact signing, attestations, SBOMs, dependency security, CI/CD security, base image trust, or vulnerability intelligence
- Practical knowledge of supply chain security frameworks and standards
- Expertise in API design, service architecture, and scalable system integration
- Proven record delivering large-scale distributed systems for millions of users and enterprise customers
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
STRATEGIC AND BUSINESS IMPACT
- Proven track record creating strategic technical plans that enable revenue, expansion, or enterprise deals
- Experience converting business strategy into technical architectures and roadmaps
- Understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise sales, and how security impacts commercial outcomes
- Experience leading build-vs-buy decisions for core platform components
LEADERSHIP AND INFLUENCE
- Ability to lead large, cross-company technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams
- Experience partnering with VPs and executives to define and execute technical strategy
- Proven ability to influence technical direction and build consensus without direct authority
- Strong communication skills for presenting to executives and driving organization-wide alignment
- Experience mentoring senior engineers and developing technical leaders
ENTERPRISE CONTEXT
- Experience building products that serve enterprise customers with complex security and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of enterprise security requirements and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and their architectural implications
- Understanding of how enterprise security teams evaluate, procure, and operate tooling
PREFERRED
- Scale experience at a security, developer tools, or infrastructure software company
- Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) or developer platforms
- Experience with complex enterprise billing, contracts, usage pricing, and revenue recognition
- Proven ability to migrate legacy systems without disrupting business operations
- Contributions to open-source security tools or supply chain security standards
- Recognized technical leader via speaking, publishing, or open-source work
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Security Posture
- Artifacts produced through Docker carry verifiable provenance by default, not by opt-in configuration
- Build-time threat classes are addressed architecturally rather than through detection after the fact
- Developers keep security controls enabled because the controls are fast and unobtrusive
Business Enablement
- Security and governance capabilities directly unblock enterprise revenue
- New product SKUs launch in weeks instead of months through the billing platform
- Usage-based billing supports monetization of new security and AI product lines
Platform Leverage
- Product teams ship enterprise-ready, secure-by-default features in under two weeks rather than months
- Shared security primitives replace fragmented per-product implementations
- Platform systems achieve 99.9%+ uptime for business-critical workflows
Organizational Impact
- Recognized across Docker as the definitive technical authority on build and supply chain security
- Multiple Staff and Principal engineers developed who can own major domains
- Docker's voice carries weight in the external supply chain security conversation
Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.
Compensation & Equity
United States: $219K – $352K + equity
