Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to turn n8n’s most strategic enterprise deployments into production-ready success stories by embedding on-site, solving real customer problems, and building reusable automation patterns that shape our product.
To do so, you’ll work directly with customers, Deployment Strategists, and Product to make every engagement high-impact, scalable, and repeatable:
Drive high-impact enterprise deployments
Embed on-site with enterprise customers for focused 5-day deployment engagements, arriving with a hypothesis and leaving with production workflows in place.
Partner closely with Deployment Strategists to align technical execution with customer priorities, stakeholder needs, and adoption goals.
Build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders by turning complex customer environments into clear, actionable solutions.
Build production-grade automation solutions
Design and build workflows, integrations, and custom nodes tailored to each customer’s environment and scalable beyond the initial use case.
Extend existing n8n nodes or add missing functionality where needed to unlock high-value enterprise use cases.
Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete automation designs that prioritize real customer value over technical complexity.
Work across industries and tech stacks, getting productive quickly in new environments.
Bridge customer needs with Product and Engineering
Identify when a bespoke customer requirement should become a reusable node improvement, product feature, or platform capability.
Create a clear feedback loop with Product and Engineering by documenting technical gaps, customer context, implementation learnings, and prioritization signals.
Contribute reusable learnings, workflows, custom nodes, and integration patterns to an internal playbook library.
Turn customer learnings into product and playbooks
Identify when a bespoke customer requirement should become a core product feature and document it clearly for Product.
Contribute reusable learnings, workflows, and patterns to an internal playbook library.
Help ensure every engagement makes the next one faster, stronger, and more productized.
Keep engagements focused and scalable
Deliver time-boxed customer engagements with clear outcomes, rather than open-ended professional services work.
Build solutions that customers can own and operate themselves.
Know when to build, when to simplify, and when to push back to avoid unnecessary complexity.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
🧑💻 Strong engineering background: You have solid full-stack or backend engineering experience and have built integrations, APIs, or automation pipelines in production environments.
🧩 Integration-building expertise: You can create custom nodes, extend existing integrations, and work confidently with APIs, authentication patterns, data models, and event-driven systems.
🔧 Product-minded technical execution: You can distinguish between a one-off customer workaround, a reusable node improvement, and a product feature worth escalating.
🤝 Customer-facing confidence: You’re comfortable working directly in customer environments and can build trust with engineers, operators, and non-technical stakeholders.
🗺️ Solution design skills: You can take a messy operational problem and turn it into a clean, practical technical design.
⚖️ Strong technical judgment: You know when to build, when to push back, and how to avoid gold-plating solutions that should stay simple.
✈️ Willingness to travel: You’re open to travelling roughly 30-50% of the time for on-site engagements.
⚡ Speed to productive: You can quickly understand new industries, tech stacks, and customer environments without needing everything to be neatly defined.
Nice-to-haves
🔁 Workflow automation experience: You have familiarity with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
🏢 Enterprise deployment experience: You’ve worked with strategic enterprise accounts in complex technical environments.
🧱 Node or connector development: You’ve built custom nodes, connectors, plugins, SDKs, or reusable integration frameworks.
🚀 Forward deployed experience: You’ve worked in a forward deployed, solutions engineering, or similar role at a product-led technical organization.
📣 Product feedback experience: You’ve helped turn customer learnings into clear product feedback, roadmap input, or engineering specifications.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll be the founding Forward Deployed Engineer, helping define how we turn our largest enterprise deployments into long-term, referenceable success stories. Your work won’t sit in a demo environment — you’ll build production workflows with real users, influence our product roadmap, and create the playbooks that shape how this function scales.
You’ll join one of Europe’s fastest-growing startups at a moment of huge momentum, working with a remote-first team that values autonomy, speed, experimentation, and direct customer impact.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
Apply now — and help us build the future of automation.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
In this role, you will have ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying leads to closing deals with Global 2000 across Sweden, Denmark and Norway in telecommunications, financial services, industrial manufacturing, energy and utilities, and healthcare and life sciences. Sovereignty and control over where data and models reside are growing priorities across these sectors, and Cohere is well positioned to meet that need with private, on-premise and in-country deployment built for enterprise scale. We’re looking for an approachable and compelling communicator who loves working with prospects to uncover their needs and feels comfortable developing tailored value propositions around how Cohere’s platform can help them achieve their business goals. You’ll lay the foundation for Cohere’s growth by owning your territory and collaborating with teammates across customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will:
- Drive net-new customer acquisition across Sweden, Denmark and Norway via targeted outbound activity, executive introductions, and relationship building with key stakeholders
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach, technical and business validation, through deal close
- Support coverage of adjacent Nordic accounts as territory priorities require
- Generate and own your own pipeline through disciplined outbound, research and executive prospecting
- Be a trusted advisor to customer prospects, deeply understand their challenges & goals, and tailor solutions to drive impact for their businesses
- Leverage senior-level relationships with executives to drive strategic partnerships and sales opportunities
- Align closely with our partners and systems integrators to drive shared revenue and extend reach into target accounts
- Work cross-functionally across the business, drawing in the right technical and specialist colleagues as each engagement requires
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and Marketing to supplement your own top of funnel activity
You may be a good fit if you have:
- Fluent in at least one Nordic language – Swedish, Norwegian or Danish – in addition to English; additional Nordic languages are a strong advantage
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with Global 2000 and large enterprise customers along with experience negotiating & closing transformational 7-figure deals
- Depth in at least two of our priority sectors: financial services, telecommunications, energy and utilities, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences
- A hunter mentality - you take pride in generating your own pipeline and are at your best when building a territory rather than managing an inherited one
- A proven track record of high performance and exceeding quotas
- Experience building and maintaining senior-level relationships with executives
- Experience working alongside channel partners and systems integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- Excellent communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others & building strong relationships, experienced presenting to a C-suite audience, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical customer prospects
Additional Requirements:
- Experience selling complex enterprise level solutions, technical products, and private or on-premise deployments (AI/NLP solutions preferred)
- Familiarity with European data residency, sovereignty and regulatory requirements as live buying criteria
- High tolerance for ambiguity - this is an early-stage territory without an established local playbook, and you'll need to be both a doer and a strategist
- Creativity - deal structures can widely vary, strong technical acumen and the ability to creatively structure mutually beneficial partnerships are necessary
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.

We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Applied Science team builds models and tools that solve Ramp’s most critical problems: from underwriting businesses to combatting fraud to making spend management smarter. We’re deeply embedded in the business and provide a quantitative foundation for decision making.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We’re building a founding team of Strategic Account Executives in London.
Strategic accounts at Baseten are the largest and fastest-growing AI companies in the world. These are the teams defining the future of what AI products and services look like. These accounts can scale rapidly from one token to billions of tokens in a matter of weeks. This role owns these relationships, working directly with founders and engineering leaders on mission-critical and large-scale-AI problems in production—and shaping what we build next.
This is a highly technical sale. You’ll trade opinions on the latest open-source model releases, run fast and nuanced evaluations alongside customer engineering teams, and often pulling in SMEs from applied research to infrastructure engineers to win. You’ll bring tight sales fundamentals and process discipline, while maintaining flexibility and creativity in how you run each cycle.
This role is pioneering what sales looks like at the bleeding-edge of technology sales. This is a front row seat to the most consequential decisions made at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence. There is no faster place to learn and make an immediate impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a focused portfolio of high-growth, strategic AI-native accounts end to end — from technical evaluation and initial workload landing through expansion as inference usage scales.
- Lead technical evaluations and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first conversation through close. Bring strong sales fundamentals and process discipline, while staying flexible and creative in how you run each sales cycle.
- Build trusted relationships with founders and technical leaders, becoming a credible partner on model, infrastructure, and inference decisions.
- Orchestrate stakeholders across applied research, engineering, and leadership to win technical evaluations and solve customer problems.
- Bring customer signal back to product, shaping roadmap priorities through the needs and patterns you see in the field.
- Stay close after close: help customers expand from an initial workload into additional use cases across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of sales experience in infrastructure, developer tools, data, or another consumption business, with a record of closing complex technical deals.
- Proven net-new experience selling complex technical products in fast-moving environments.
- Strong sales fundamentals across discovery, multi-threading, champion-building, and deal momentum.
- Genuine curiosity for open-source models and the AI infrastructure landscape. You follow model releases and can hold your own with engineers.
- Highly dynamic: comfortable when a deal goes off-script, able to meet customers where they are, and willing to change your approach without losing rigor.
- Strong technical project management: you can run a thorough evaluation across multiple workstreams and create clarity and direction for Baseten to win..
- Proven ability to sell internally, earning engineering time, aligning leadership, and getting cross-functional teams to move
- Scrappy, low-ego, collaborative operator. You run toward ambiguous problems, create structure where none exists, and earn internal support without relying on rigid swim lanes.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Founding Sales Leader in EMEA to build our business in the region from the ground up. We already have EMEA customers and real demand — today it’s served from the US. You’ll be our first person on the ground in London, and your job is to localize that business and turn it into a region.
This is a founding-leader role, not inheriting a machine. You’ll be in deals directly while making your first hires, with a mandate to scale the EMEA team to 20+ people this year across front-line leaders and sellers.
The right person for this role is a player-coach who has managed managers, sold to technical buyers, and hired quickly — and who wants to run a region before a bigger company would hand them one. If you’re energized by ambiguity, an unformed market, and building with what’s in front of you, this is one of the most consequential GTM roles at Baseten.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own EMEA: all segments, all markets, top to bottom.
- Build the team. Recruit, hire, and onboard 20+ people this year, including the front-line leaders who will run it with you.
- Carry the number. Build pipeline, run deals, and close business yourself while the team is coming together.
- Establish our presence in the region — the London footprint, our reputation with EMEA buyers, and the local playbook for how enterprise buying works here.
- Adapt the motion. Take what works in AMER and tune it to how technical buyers in EMEA actually evaluate and purchase infrastructure.
- Partner closely with a US-based org across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Solutions, and Recruiting, with significant US timezone overlap.
- Set the bar for execution, forecasting rigor, and speed as the region scales.
REQUIREMENTS
- A proven hiring track record. You’ve built teams quickly and hired leaders, not just ICs, and you can point to the people you’ve developed.
- Second-line leadership experience. You’ve managed managers and owned a multi-team org.
- Enterprise selling experience against a technical line of business. You can hold your own with engineering and infrastructure buyers and want to go deeper on inference.
- Scrappiness. You’re comfortable being the only Baseten person in the region on day one — building pipeline, closing deals, and recruiting at the same time, without the bells and whistles.
- EMEA fluency. You know the regional markets and how enterprise buying differs from the US.
- Comfort in a fast-moving, high-intensity environment. Here, that means you Slack faster than you talk.
- A builder’s mentality. You own problems and their solutions, and you’re at your best in high-change, unstructured environments.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Enterprise at Baseten means the companies with the most to gain from AI and the most complexity in getting there: large digital natives running products at massive scale, and category leaders in software, financial services, healthcare, and beyond. They have the data, the distribution, and the budget. Most are still deciding what to build, what to run themselves, and what it should cost.
That makes this a consultative sale. You'll spend as much time helping a VP of Engineering pressure-test their AI strategy as you will selling against an alternative, mapping use cases, framing build-vs-buy, and giving clear recommendations grounded in what you've seen work at the frontier. Then you'll do the enterprise work: multithreading across a buying committee, navigating security and procurement, and turning a first workload into an eight-figure relationship.
You'll work alongside our founders, forward-deployed engineers, and GTM leadership, in a seat where the playbook is still being written.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a revenue target end to end, from prospecting and outbounding through closing Tier 1 accounts in your verticals
- Act as a strategic advisor on AI adoption: identify use cases, shape architecture decisions, and lead with clear, opinionated recommendations
- Multithread across large organizations, from the engineers running evals to the executives funding the program to security, legal, and procurement
- Win lighthouse customers that become references for their entire industry
- Partner with forward-deployed engineering on technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews
- Feed signal back to product and engineering. What enterprises need next is a roadmap input we don't get anywhere else
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in technology, ideally infrastructure, API/platform, or developer tooling
- A track record of closing seven- and eight-figure deals by navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees and long, complex cycles
- Demonstrated ability to run a consultative sale. You've helped customers define a strategy, not just evaluate a product
- Strong technical acumen: you can hold your own on model serving, GPU infrastructure, latency, and API architecture
- Experience selling into large digital natives or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, insurance, government)
- Excellent communication and comfort with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience selling AI/ML infrastructure, cloud compute, or model deployment platforms
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

They have the data, the distribution, and the budget. Most are still deciding what to build, what to run themselves, and what it should cost.
You'll help recruit the first reps, run deals alongside them while the team ramps, and contribute to the playbook for how Baseten wins European enterprises. It's a founding seat with real influence on how we build here, close to our founders and GTM leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, hire, and ramp the founding team of Enterprise AEs in London. This is your highest-leverage work in year one
- Coach reps through long, multi-stakeholder cycles: multithreading across buying committees, navigating security and procurement, and closing seven- and eight-figure deals
- Raise the bar on consultative selling. Your reps should be advising customers on AI strategy, not just running a product evaluation
- Partner on shaping and executing go-to-market strategy for the region, including which verticals to attack first
- Operate as a player-coach early on, carrying deals yourself while the team builds
- Stay deep enough on the product to guide reps through technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews alongside our forward-deployed engineers
- Work with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Legal to turn European enterprise requirements into roadmap and GTM input
- Build a culture of accountability, learning, and collaboration from the first hire forward
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of closing experience, with 2+ years managing high-performing teams
- Proven success in Enterprise sales, closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals inside large organizations
- Experience selling into large digital natives or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, insurance, government)
- A track record of recruiting strong sellers, ideally as a first or early hire in a new team or region
- Strong technical acumen, ideally in AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms. You're comfortable in the weeds
- Willingness to sell as well as manage while the team is small
- Based in London and able to be in office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday)
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents

The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY
- Schedule & Shift Bidding - Please Read Carefully: CX Associates work a set 40-hour/week schedule assigned through a schedule-bid process. Ramp's customers operate on financial deadlines that don't pause.
- The product changes frequently. If you need a stable, predictable environment, this isn't it. If you like learning new things every week, it is.
- This role is a launchpad for your career at one of the fastest-growing companies in fintech.

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Role
We're looking for our founding Sales Development Representative to introduce Niantic Spatial to the organizations shaping the future of spatial computing, autonomy, and AI. Reporting into Marketing, you'll follow up on inbound interest, open meaningful first conversations with prospective customers and partners, and build a qualified pipeline.
This role sits at the intersection of research, communication, and disciplined execution. You'll learn how organizations approach their operational and technical challenges, understand their use cases, and assess where our products can help. Your conversations do double duty: they build pipelines, and they give Product real signals about where we are finding product-market fit.
You'll work closely with marketing, product, business development, and operations to turn market interest into pipeline, and help build the systems, messaging, and feedback loops that make a growing go-to-market team more effective.
What You'll Do
- Build Early-Stage Pipeline - Respond quickly to inbound interest, qualify initial fit, and uncover business and technical priorities. Develop outbound campaigns with Marketing and Business Development, testing audiences, messages, channels, and calls to action, then use the results to sharpen how we approach the market.
- Create Qualified Conversations - Research target accounts across industries such as oil and gas, defense and the public sector, and embodied AI. Build an informed point of view on each prospect's business, technical environment, and potential need for spatial intelligence.
- Reach Prospects Thoughtfully - Run personalized outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and other channels. Lead with a clear reason for reaching out and make every interaction useful, whether or not it produces a meeting.
- Explain the Opportunity - Learn our products and point of view deeply enough to explain them clearly to technical and executive audiences. Connect our capabilities to real customer problems without overstating what the products can do.
- Surface Product-Market Fit Signal - Ask thoughtful questions about how organizations build, deploy, and operate systems that need to understand the physical world. Recognize promising use cases and route the right context to product, sales, and technical teams so they can test where fit is strongest.
- Hand Off Cleanly - Translate discovery notes into a clear articulation of the customer's need, the proposed solution, initial scope, and next steps. Partner with Business Development on the first proposal and make sure the opportunity moves into the sales process with its context intact.
- Strengthen the Go-To-Market Motion - Capture patterns from prospect conversations: recurring pain points, objections, terminology, competitive context, and emerging use cases. Share them with Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Operations. Improve our processes, data quality, and tooling, using automation and AI to remove repetitive work while keeping judgment and personalization at the center of the prospect experience.
What You'll Bring
- 1-2 years in sales development, business development, customer-facing technology, fundraising, or a similarly communication-intensive role, or strong curiosity and drive early in your career.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
- Comfort starting conversations with people you don't know. You listen carefully, ask strong follow-up questions, and persist without becoming transactional or scripted.
- Ownership of your own work: you can run a thoughtful follow-up process, keep accurate records, and stay organized across many accounts and conversations.
- Curiosity about how technology changes the way organizations operate, and the ability to learn a complex product, find the business relevance, and communicate it clearly.
- An appetite for experimentation. You'll test a new message or channel, learn from the result, and make the next iteration better.
- Persistence, sound judgment, and a high standard for preparation and follow-through.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- An interest in AI, spatial computing, robotics, autonomy, mapping, or other technologies that connect digital systems to the physical world.
- Experience using CRM (we use HubSpot), sales engagement, research, and productivity tools.
- Exposure to oil and gas, defense and the public sector, or embodied AI markets.
- Experience working alongside product teams, or an interest in how early customer conversations shape what gets built.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is $102,000–$114,000 per year. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and more.
Location & Work Model
This role is based in our San Francisco office, with three days per week in office.
Inclusive Application
We know the strongest candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed - you may be exactly who we're looking for.
