About the Role:
BOSS Revolution helps millions of people around the world stay connected with family and friends through international calling, mobile top-up, and money services. As a Senior Flutter Developer on the DTC Calling team you'll build and evolve the flagship BOSS Revolution app.
Your main direction is Product-Led Growth (PLG): the referral program (Refer-a-Friend), onboarding and activation funnels, promo and reward mechanics (loyalty and subscription offers, first-transfer and recharge bonuses, upsell offers), and the experiments that decide which of them ship. It is the main direction, not the only one: you'll take on any work the team owns — home, calling, money-transfer and top-up flows, subscriptions and payments — as the roadmap requires.
You'll work in one of the largest Flutter codebases in production — a monorepo of 100+ internal packages, feature-first clean architecture, and a strong engineering culture around code quality, testing, and automation — and ship in short, instrumented iterations: hypothesis → flag → variant → metric → decision. The app also carries a native calling stack (SIP/VoIP on Android and iOS); experience there is welcome, not required.
What You'll Do:
Growth (main direction)
Build growth mechanics end-to-end
: referral flows (invite links, deferred deep links, reward tracking), onboarding & activation funnels, promo/reward dialogs and offer surfaces, in-app surveys — from a PRD with a success metric to a measured result in production.
Run experiments as a habit
: ship behind feature flags, wire variant assignment from our remote-config / A/B service (fixed-split and multi-armed-bandit tests) and Firebase Remote Config, tag events with test and variant, watch guardrail metrics, and remove the flag once the test is decided.
Instrument and validate analytics
: define and implement Amplitude/GA events and properties, keep the event taxonomy clean across releases, verify events before launch, and read funnel dashboards together with the PM and data team.
Render server-driven promo content
: integrate with our in-house campaign platform — targeted campaigns, remotely configurable copy and creatives, layout updates pushed from the backend in real time — with versioned fallbacks, so campaigns launch without an app release.
Integrate third-party growth SDKs
: attribution (AppsFlyer), Braze (push, content cards), ads (AdMob / AppLovin), payments and KYC vendors — mostly through Flutter plugins, occasionally extending them in Kotlin/Swift via platform channels.
Across the app and team
Ship product features beyond growth
: home screen, calling flows (Flutter UI over the native SIP stack), money-transfer and top-up flows, subscriptions and payments (card and wallet flows, Google/Apple Pay), country selection, chat and social features, performance and tech-debt work — the same standards, a different surface.
Own features within our architecture
: feature-first clean architecture, Bloc/Cubit state management, repositories, immutable state, Result-based error handling; migrate legacy Provider/ViewModel code in the modules you touch (e.g. the referral module) to the current patterns.
Work at real scale
: a Melos-managed monorepo with 100+ packages, strict dependency hierarchy, code generation (json_serializable / freezed), a shared design system, and a 90% diff-coverage gate enforced per package in CI (bloc_test + mocktail).
Keep releases healthy
: trunk-based development, ~2 releases a month through GitHub Actions and Fastlane, Crashlytics plus product-metric monitoring, staged rollouts and kill-switches for risky changes.
Collaborate cross-functionally
: with product managers (growth and core product), backend engineers (campaign, config and A/B services), data & BI, marketing (Braze campaigns) and QA — and push back on asks that cannot be measured.
Use AI-assisted development
as part of the everyday workflow: Cursor / Claude Code / Copilot with in-repo prompts, agents and MCP integrations.
We're Looking For:
5+ years building mobile apps, including 3+ years with Flutter in production.
Strong Flutter/Dart: Bloc/Cubit or comparable structured state management, async programming and isolates, code generation, dependency injection, clean architecture and modularization.
Hands-on, experiment-driven product development: feature flags and remote config (Firebase Remote Config, LaunchDarkly, Statsig, GrowthBook or an in-house service), A/B rollout mechanics (staged rollout, sticky assignment, kill-switch) and analytics instrumentation (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA or similar) — including knowing how your experiments ended.
Deep linking, including deferred deep links and App Links / Universal Links setup; understanding of attribution flows.
Working knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift) at the level of platform-channel and SDK integrations.
Strong testing culture: unit and bloc tests with mocked collaborators, deterministic tests, comfortable working under coverage gates.
Full lifecycle experience: Git, CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions), code signing, store deployment, post-release monitoring.
Product mindset: can work from a PRD with success metrics, propose instrumentation and guardrails, and explain trade-offs to non-engineers.
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
It Would Be a Plus:
Time on a dedicated growth or monetization team: referral programs, onboarding optimization, paywalls / subscriptions, retention work, multi-armed bandits.
Attribution and marketing SDKs by name: AppsFlyer, Kochava, Adjust, Branch; Braze, Iterable, CleverTap.
Server-driven UI or remotely configurable content systems.
Payments and subscriptions on mobile: card flows, 3DS, in-app purchases, Google/Apple Pay.
VoIP / real-time communication: SIP, WebRTC, CallKit / Telecom framework, push-triggered call handling, audio session management.
Large monorepos (melos, Mason, Dart workspaces); migrating legacy state-management patterns.
Beyond mobile: backend / BFF for growth features, data pipelines, observability.
Telecom, fintech or other regulated consumer products (KYC, fraud vendors).
Comfort with AI-assisted development tooling.
We are pleased to offer you:

Location: Hybrid - San Francisco, New York City
About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Product Security Engineer to build the systems that triage and validate bug bounty and other externally reported security findings, not to work the queue. This role suits a software engineer moving into security or a security engineer with a strong engineering background. You will build large language model (LLM) and agent-based tooling that validates findings, traces them to their root cause, and opens fixes for well-understood vulnerability classes. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco or New York City, with three days a week in the office.
What you’ll do
Build the systems that take in externally reported vulnerabilities and assess validity, severity, and reproducibility at a volume manual triage cannot match
Build LLM and agent-based analysis that validates business logic, authentication, and design-level findings, not just known signatures
Build systems that trace validated findings to their root cause and propose, and increasingly open, fixes for well-understood vulnerability classes, with human review gates
Own the bug bounty program, including scope, policy, and researcher engagement, and feed every resolved report back into automated triage
Extend the tooling into security testing capabilities that customers can use on what they build and deploy
What you need
5+ years of software engineering or security engineering experience, building and shipping production systems or internal tools
Wrote production code in JavaScript/TypeScript on Node.js, with hands-on experience in web frameworks such as Next.js or React
Built with LLM or agent-based tooling
Reproduced and assessed externally reported vulnerabilities, including judging severity
Bonus if you
Built security automation used across an engineering org, not just for your own team
Built systems that auto-generate or propose code fixes, not just findings
Tested or secured multi-tenant platforms where customer-built applications run on shared infrastructure
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $208,000.00 - $312,000.00. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity and we would be interested in applicants from Canada time zones only at this time.
Staff AI Engineer
The Opportunity:
At Grafana, we build observability tools that help users understand, respond to, and improve their systems – regardless of scale, complexity, or tech stack. The Grafana AI teams play a key role in this mission by helping users make sense of complex observability data through AI-driven features. These capabilities reduce toil, lower the barrier of domain expertise, and surface meaningful signals from noisy environments.
What makes our team different is
how
we work: we operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, both as individuals and as a team. Engineers are empowered to make decisions, move quickly, and validate ideas early – while being supported by a deeply collaborative culture that values curiosity, feedback, and cross-functional partnership.
We’re looking for an AI Software Engineer with a strong software engineering background, a quick iteration mindset, and a passion for experimentation – balanced by a focus on shipping and scaling impactful features that deliver value to users. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and ship AI-powered features that contribute to improving infrastructure and observability quality through automation, while also expanding the capabilities of AI agents across the observability stack to assist users with incident response. As the team matures, there’s a broad opportunity to expand or redefine this role based on impact and initiative.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and deliver AI solutions: Take ownership of developing high-performance AI features to help users detect, triage, and resolve incidents using observability data and tools.
Rapid experimentation and iteration: Implement a highly iterative process where you quickly prototype, test, and validate with real users, including shipping and evolving LLM- or agent-powered workflows for incident lifecycle management and automated analysis tasks.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with data analysts, product managers, and designers to shape AI-driven product features, including integration of agentic components with internal tools, alerting systems, runbooks, and developer workflows.
Utilize AI tools effectively: Use AI and automation tools to enhance both product functionality and your own development workflows.
Effective communication: You’ll be working in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment, so we need someone who can communicate effectively and contribute across teams.
Ownership and impact: Take full ownership of the AI solutions you develop, ensuring they are not only innovative but also scalable, maintainable, and aligned with real user workflows.
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Strong engineering skills: Solid experience building production software systems (backend and / or full stack). You’re a self-starter, capable of tackling complex engineering problems with minimal supervision.
AI experience with a practical mindset: You’re familiar with AI technologies and frameworks, and you focus on delivering high-quality solutions that work in the real world, not just in theory.
Quick iteration and experimentation: You’re comfortable releasing prototypes, collecting feedback, and iterating with a pragmatic mindset.
Proven initiative: You take ownership and drive projects forward, pushing boundaries to find the most impactful solutions. You can deal with ambiguity and are able to define scope where things are loosely defined.
Collaborative attitude: You communicate effectively with peers, product managers, and designers. You’re open to feedback, and you bring a solutions-oriented mindset to the table.
Requirements:
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
Proven track record of delivering software that made it into production and is actively used by users.
Exposure to working in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
Bonus Points For:
Experience building or working with agent frameworks or multi‑agent workflows.
Experience with infrastructure / devops related tooling: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform or similar for deployments.
Familiarity with model fine-tuning techniques.
Experience building observability tooling.

About The Opportunity
You will have the opportunity to join a team responsible for designing the industry's leading Crypto trading system, including Spot, Margin, Perpetuals, Futures, Options, and various risk control models such as simple account, single-currency margin, multi-currency margin, and portfolio margin.
This system supports daily trading volumes of over ten billion USD for both retail and institutional clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
The plumbing of the exchange.
Order management, matching, margin, risk engine, lending/borrowing — across both spot and derivatives. When you ship, millions of trades route through your work the same day.
Infrastructure that holds up where others can't operate.
You'll work directly with Legal, Compliance, and local market teams — not to check boxes, but to design systems that clear the highest regulatory bar in finance. That bar is our moat.
Outlearning the competition.
Talk to traders, take apart competing systems, and decide where we lead vs. fast-follow — across crypto and TradFi.
The instruments that show us the market first.
Build the data and monitoring layer that gives us situational awareness of our own stack and the broader industry. If something's drifting, breaking, or shifting — you know before anyone else.
The 3–12 month direction.
Decide what we build next, and when, based on product lifecycle, competitive landscape, and what our capacity actually is — not what makes the deck look good.
Shipping through.
From spec to launch, you're the person who gets it out the door — pulling engineering, design, ops, and marketing into alignment without becoming the bottleneck.
The AI harness and agent architecture for your domain.
Design and ship multi-step agent workflows — tool use, retrieval, evaluation, human-in-the-loop checkpoints — that power how Core Trading operates. Spec agents the way you spec products.
What We Look For In You
Bachelor's degree or above in mathematics, physics or computer science major.
5+ years experience in building sophisticated backend systems in either crypto or Traditional Finance industry.
AI native skillset that allow you to ship at 10x because you automate the work flow first.

You possess a strong interest in trading, blockchain and the financial industry.
You are proactive, enthusiastic and sensitive to customers' feedback from a product lens.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for Engineering Managers to lead engineering teams across Supabase. Teams range from developer-facing surfaces, core backend services, Platform, EngOps, and Databases.
This is a single pipeline for engineering management. As we get to know your background, we'll match you to the team where your experience and interests overlap most strongly. The Engineering Manager is a people, delivery, and technical role. Although we don’t expect managers to contribute to code directly, we do expect you to participate in design discussions and to be involved in setting the bar for engineering quality and best practices.
This is a new role at Supabase. We've historically optimised for technical excellence on every axis, including leadership. As our engineering org grows, people leadership has become just as critical, and the Engineering Manager role exists to reflect that. You'll be shaping what this role looks like from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Team & People
- Build a healthy, high-trust team culture in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.
- Run 1:1s, performance management, career development, and onboarding for your direct reports.
- Handle people admin (leave, time off, etc.) for your team.
Hiring
- Own the hiring plan for your team and act as Hiring Manager. First round of interviewer for all roles on the team.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to source, interview, and close strong candidates.
- Contribute to headcount planning, org design, and the evolution of engineering leadership at Supabase.
Delivery & Roadmap
- Own the team's roadmap and project management (Linear), driving accountability and clear milestones.
- Manage workflow intake and Slack triage. These are the team’s primary inboxes for cross-team requests. You decide what gets routed where, prioritized, or pushed back on.
- Own the team's weekly updates and keep stakeholders aligned without creating overhead.
- Organize effort against support tickets and maintain the team's SLO.
- Surface risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs early and clearly to leadership.
Incident Commander
- Train as an Incident Commander. Drive coordination, resolution, and post-incident follow-up.
- Lead blameless post-incident reviews
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of engineering background, with enough depth to be credible with engineers building complex systems.
- Have 3+ years managing remote engineering teams.
- Have managed engineering teams at a cloud, SaaS, or developer tools company. Experience with developer tools or databases is a strong preference, but we'll consider any sufficiently technical background where you can demonstrate the ability to ramp on a new domain.
- Have managed remote, globally distributed teams that work asynchronously across disparate time zones.
- Are technical enough to be credible with strong engineers, but genuinely passionate about people management. This is the work you want to do, not a track you're settling for.
- Build psychological safety and a feedback culture: you give feedback often and in the moment, ask for it back, and create space for the team to do the same.
- Operate as a multiplier. Focused on helping individuals achieve more than they could alone, not on being the best technical voice in the room.
- Coach rather than direct. Remove blockers, connect people to context and resources, and trust your engineers to own how the work gets done.
- Have a real track record of performance management and can speak to specific examples of difficult conversations and how you navigated them.
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and capable of building structure where there isn't much.
- Communicate clearly and write well. You're default async, default written, set context proactively, and surface risks early.
- Are collaborative, low-ego, and adaptable. You thrive working with high-autonomy, senior ICs who have strong technical opinions and don't need to be the smartest person in the room.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.
