With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
THE ROLE
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com is scaling a multi-cloud environment at pace, and security architecture is central to how we do it safely.
As Senior Cloud Security Engineer, you'll work closely with Engineering, GRC, Technology Risk, and Security Operations to embed security into every design decision and to make sure we can see what's happening across the estate once it's live.
You'll help embed security within the design phase and ongoing operations of our multi-cloud posture, define guardrails and policy-as-code standards, and support the strengthening of our SIEM and detection capability. You'll take on the most complex and ambiguous cloud security challenges in the business, and hold engineers to best practices.
This isn't a tool-monitoring role. You're here to lead security-by-design, set best-practice standards, and raise the bar.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and enforce reference security architectures, patterns, and blueprints for secure cloud adoption across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Conduct security assessments for new cloud services, defining preventative and detective controls (via security guardrails) to maintain secure posture and detect drift.
- Partner with Engineering teams to embed security guardrails early in design, ensuring compliance and resilience without adding friction.
- Evaluate engineering and platform architecture proposals, identifying security gaps and seeing remediation through to completion.
- Document and uphold secure-by-design principles and architecture governance, and enforce policy-as-code frameworks aligned with NIST, CIS, and PCI DSS.
- Set the monitoring scope and priorities for CNAPP/CSPM tooling (e.g. Wiz or equivalent), defining which misconfigurations and vulnerabilities matter most against CIS, NIST, and PCI DSS benchmarks, and holding engineering teams accountable to remediation outcomes.
- Work with Security Operations to shape cloud logging and detection requirements, ensuring our SIEM has the right visibility across the estate.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to articulate security risks and mitigations in terms that support business decision-making.
Skills and Experience We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with strong technical expertise and a genuine passion for security. Here's what we need:
- Risk-based decision-making and adherence to regulatory and internal security standards (PCI DSS, NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CIS).
- Broad knowledge across security domains and their capabilities within AWS, Azure, and GCP, with 6+ years' hands-on experience and SME depth in at least one platform.
- Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE), API security, and IaC security (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates).
- Securing user and non-user access at scale, including Azure Policy and cloud-native IAM controls.
- Demonstrated ability to provide clear, security-focused guidance, combined with excellent communication and senior-stakeholder engagement skills, and experience mentoring other engineers.
Nice to Have
- CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent certifications.
- AZ-500, AWS Certified Security, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, or equivalent cloud security certification.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
- Experience integrating ATT&CK Navigator into SOC workflows.

THE ROLE
You will be a hands-on operator at the heart of the Cyber Security team, helping to run, harden, and continuously improve the day-to-day machinery of security. Where the Detection & Threat Engineer defines what "good" looks like, you help make it real, turning standards, runbooks, and tooling into reliable, repeatable operational practice.
This is a delivery-focused role for an experienced practitioner. You will spend your time in the tooling, in the tickets, and in the detail: enhancing the platforms the team depends on, tightening procedures, and making sure findings, alerts, and remediation work actually get closed out rather than left to drift.
You will partner closely with Senior Detection & Threat Engineers, Application Security, Information Security, Security Operations, and Engineering executing against the standards they set, feeding operational insight back up, and progressively taking ownership of the tooling and procedures that keep security operations running.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Supporting and enhancing security tooling SIEM, EDR, DLP, vulnerability management, and automation platforms including configuration, tuning, and day-to-day maintenance
- Building and improving operational procedures, runbooks, and playbooks so the team's response is consistent and repeatable
- Triaging and handling security alerts, escalating high-severity events, and contributing to incident response under the direction of senior engineers
- Tracking, coordinating, and driving pentest and vulnerability findings through to remediation across engineering teams (ownership, action plans, status, closure)
- Maintaining the accuracy and hygiene of security data asset inventories, finding trackers, and remediation records
- Supporting detection deployment and validation, and feeding operational feedback into detection tuning to reduce noise and alert fatigue
- Assisting with scripting and automation to remove manual toil from recurring operational tasks
- Producing clear operational reporting and metrics on findings, remediation progress, and tooling health
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a Security Operations, SOC, or equivalent operational security role
- Practical experience operating modern security tooling SIEM (e.g. Sentinel), Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools, EDR, and vulnerability management platforms
- Solid understanding of security operations workflows: alert triage, incident handling, and vulnerability/finding remediation lifecycles
- Comfort with scripting to support automation and tooling (e.g. Python, KQL)
- Experience coordinating remediation across multiple engineering or platform teams, and keeping work moving to closure
- Working knowledge of cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure and GCP) and how security operations apply across cloud and SaaS
- Familiarity with common frameworks and standards such as PCI DSS, NIST CSF, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks, and MITRE ATT&CK
- A pragmatic, ownership-minded operator: methodical, detail-oriented, and focused on getting things fixed rather than just logged

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an AI Solutions Strategist, you will sit at the intersection of customers, AI delivery, and Ramp’s core product teams. You will partner with enterprise/strategic customers to deeply understand their finance workflows—especially corporate finance and controllership priorities like close, controls, and spend governance—identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation, and translate those needs into clear problem statements, solution designs, and actionable feedback for Ramp’s Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
This role is for someone who can listen carefully, structure ambiguity, and turn on-the-ground learnings into scalable solutions. This role required high proactivity and bias to action.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Discover and diagnose customer needs. Run stakeholder interviews and workflow deep dives with Finance, Procurement, AP, and IT teams. Map end-to-end processes and identify the underlying drivers behind pain points — risk, cost, cycle time, compliance, exception volume, and operational complexity.
- Translate needs into solution requirements. Turn qualitative input into crisp artifacts: problem statements, success metrics, constraints, acceptance criteria, and deployment plans. Balance speed, safety, and scalability across MVPs, iterations, and broader rollouts.
- Partner with technical teams to implement AI workflows. Work closely with Ramp engineers and AI builders to design and ship solutions that meet real customer workflows. Specify data inputs, integrations, governance needs, policy rules, auditability requirements, and edge cases.
- Drive feedback loops into Ramp's product. Synthesize learnings across customers into reusable patterns and product opportunities. Write high-signal briefs for Product and Engineering that explain what customers need, why it matters, and what should be built next.
- Communicate impact and guide executives. Present status, outcomes, and recommendations to customer operators, executives, and internal stakeholders. Quantify impact through time saved, error reduction, improved compliance, faster close, and other business outcomes.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong customer empathy and the ability to earn trust quickly with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent problem framing: you can turn messy workflows into clear systems and priorities.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and iterating quickly while keeping quality high.
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing (briefs, requirements, postmortems) and verbally (workshops, exec readouts).
- A builder mindset: you like shipping, learning, and improving the system.
- Experience in solutions, implementation, product strategy, consulting, or technical program management.
- Strong grounding in corporate finance / controllership workflows, including accounting close, spend governance/controls, budgeting, procurement, and AP operations.
- Experience translating finance requirements into system design and configuration (e.g., ERP/accounting, procurement, expense management, payments), including integrations, data mapping, and controls.
- Ability to partner with finance system owners/admins to drive change management, testing (UAT), and successful rollouts.
- Familiarity with finance operations workflows (AP, procurement, expenses, cards, accounting close).
- Exposure to AI-enabled products, automation, or applied ML (you do not need to be an ML engineer).
- Basic comfort with data concepts and systems integration (APIs, ETL, SQL, spreadsheets, data quality).
WORKING STYLE
We collaborate best when we’re close to the work and close to each other. This role is hybrid in New York, with time in-office to partner tightly with product and engineering teams. Importantly, this role required spending time with customers to understand real workflows, so travel and flexibility are critical to success.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will build and run the operating systems that help Juno ship reliably and support customers as we scale. On the product operations side, you will turn product decisions into clear operating plans, maintain visibility in Linear, coordinate customer testing and launch readiness, keep commitments and risks visible, and make sure product changes are communicated clearly.
You will partner closely with product and engineering to make decisions executable, keep work organized, surface gaps and dependencies, and ensure the team follows through on what it has committed to ship.
On the customer support side, you will be the first line of defense when customers encounter product issues. You will triage and investigate problems, coordinate the right response, and redirect travel-service questions to our travel partners. Because you sit close to both the product process and the customer, you will turn recurring friction into clear insights, accountable follow-up, and better operating systems.
Success means Juno ships through a lightweight and dependable process, customers understand what changed, risks and commitments do not get lost, recurring issues reach the right owners, and support demand does not grow one-for-one with the business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide holistic support through the entire launch lifecycle across program management, customer testing, launch readiness, change management, customer communication, and post-launch iteration. Own and improve Juno's shipping process so the right reviews, testing, documentation, internal enablement, and customer updates happen at the right time.
- Maintain Linear as a reliable operating system for projects, owners, milestones, dependencies, status, and product decisions. Surface risks early and follow through until they are resolved.
- Serve as the first line of defense for product-related customer issues across email and chat, join customer calls when needed, manage escalations to resolution, and route travel-service questions to the right partner.
- Be the voice of the customer in product decisions. Analyze support trends and customer feedback, diagnose recurring friction, size the problems you find, and translate messy input into clear findings, recommended actions, prioritization input, and accountable follow-up for product and engineering.
- Build AI-powered workflows, automations, knowledge systems, and self-service experiences that improve the quality and speed of product operations and customer support.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, program management, customer experience, technical support, consulting, or another customer-facing analytical role in a fast-moving software company.
- You are highly process-oriented. You can turn ambiguous cross-functional work into clear owners, milestones, decisions, and next steps without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
- You actively use AI to get real work done and can show us what you have automated, analyzed, or built.
- You can use qualitative feedback and data to identify patterns, diagnose root causes, size problems, and measure whether a product or operational fix reduced customer friction.
- You write with precision and empathy. You can explain a complicated product change or technical issue clearly, without jargon or filler.
- You run toward ownership, move quickly without losing the details, and can drive clarity across product, engineering, customer success, customers, and external partners.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, debugging, or data analysis, even if you do not write production code.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, travel, fintech, or another operationally complex product.

This position sits within Ramp’s Channel team and reports to Partner Consulting. In this role, you’ll build and scale Ramp’s long-term System Integrator (SI)-led implementation program. You’ll enable a broad ecosystem of implementation partners to support a meaningful volume of Ramp-referred customers, deliver high-quality implementations, and extend the capacity of Ramp’s Customer Success organization.
Ramp’s current SI pilot is the starting point - not the end state. You’ll translate the pilot’s learnings into the operating model, technical readiness, commercial foundations, and quality controls required to scale responsibly from an initial cohort to a broad network of partners across products, ERP ecosystems, and geographies.
You’ll be Ramp’s technical and programmatic owner for SI delivery: enabling partners to implement Ramp successfully, defining clear scope and certification standards, measuring implementation quality and customer outcomes, and turning field learnings into improvements across product, enablement, and partner strategy.
This is a senior IC role, not a people-management role. You’ll need equal credibility in technical implementation conversations and commercial partner-program design, working closely with Channel Partner Managers, Solutions, Customer Success, Product, Product Operations, Accounting Integrations, Legal, Security, and Finance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and scale the SI operating model, including partner segmentation, certification tiers, service packages, implementation methodology, scope boundaries, escalation paths, quality standards, and performance management.
- Own partner readiness and technical enablement across Ramp configuration, ERP integrations, data migration, testing, cutover, and customer change management - defining what partners can deliver independently, when Ramp co-delivery is required, and what remains out of scope.
- Serve as the first-line technical strategist for SI partners: resolve standard implementation and integration questions, orchestrate specialist support for true exceptions, and convert recurring issues into scalable playbooks, training, or product feedback.
- Establish the delivery-quality and performance system for the program, including implementation reviews, certification gates, QBRs, customer feedback loops, remediation plans, and reporting on time-to-live, activation, CSAT, rework, capacity, cost-to-serve, and partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline.
- Design the commercial and capacity model in partnership with Channel and Finance, including fixed fees, milestone-based payouts, accelerators, partner capacity commitments, joint business planning, and the program economics required to scale sustainably.
- Lead responsible program expansion across new products, ERP ecosystems, and geographies; set readiness gates for complex offerings such as Procurement, and influence Product, Product Operations, Product Marketing, and Accounting Integrations using structured field feedback.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Significant senior-level experience scaling an implementation, services, or partner-delivery motion from pilot through repeatable multi-partner execution.
- Experience in a partner-ecosystem-dependent technology business, such as ERP, accounting, finance operations, procurement, or enterprise SaaS or at a systems integrator/consulting firm that implements those platforms.
- Demonstrated ownership of implementation quality and customer outcomes, including scope control, partner certification, delivery QA, and escalation governance.
- Technical fluency to lead credible conversations about integrations, configuration, data migration, ERP workflows, and implementation design; engineering depth is not required, but sound judgment on when to engage specialists is.
- Commercial judgment to design partner packages, incentives, capacity commitments, payout structures, and guardrails that protect customer outcomes and program economics.
- Ability to build 0-to-1 operating mechanisms and trusted senior relationships across a diverse partner ecosystem - from specialized regional SIs to global strategic consultancies - including the confidence to challenge partners and internal stakeholders when delivery readiness is insufficient.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building or scaling a white-label, staff-augmentation, or outcome-based services model.
- Experience with Card, Bill Pay, Procurement, AP automation, ERP integrations, multi-entity environments, or global finance operations.
- Experience expanding an SI/channel program across North America and international markets.
- Prior 0-to-1 partner-program or services-program experience.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Establish the SI operating model, including partner readiness, certification, service packages, quality standards, escalation paths, and reporting.
- Enable existing partners to deliver the supported scope with greater independence, predictable quality, and a commercial model tied to verified milestones and customer outcomes.
- Publish a data-backed expansion plan across products, ERP ecosystems, and regions, with clear readiness gates for complex offerings such as Procurement.

Location: EMEA
Reports to:
Regional Head of Compliance, EMEA (with matrix reporting to the OEM Board and Global Compliance)
Regulator:
Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA)
About the Team
The compliance function at OKX is responsible for the overall compliance culture at the company. We are a team of risk-minded problem solvers who advise the business on the company's AML and regulatory obligations and enterprise risks.
OKX Europe Markets Limited is our MFSA-authorised investment services entity. Its licence covers the operation of a multilateral trading facility alongside our MiFID derivatives business. Operating a trading venue puts a distinct set of obligations on the firm: venue rulebook governance, member admission, market surveillance, transparency and reporting, systems resilience and orderly trading controls. This role owns compliance for that venue.
What You Will Be Doing
As Head of Compliance for the MTF, you will hold the MiFID compliance function for the trading venue and act as the MFSA-approved person for that role. The MLRO function sits separately; you will work alongside the OEM MLRO on financial crime matters that touch venue activity.
You will:
Own the MTF compliance framework end to end: policies, procedures, controls, registers and the compliance monitoring programme covering MiFID II, MiFIR, MAR and the MFSA Investment Services Rules applicable to MTF operators.
Act as the primary compliance point of contact for the MFSA on venue matters: authorisation variations, notifications, thematic reviews, RFIs, inspections and remediation.
Own the venue rulebook. Keep it current, ensure it is enforceable, and run the governance process for changes.
Oversee member and participant admission: eligibility criteria, non-discriminatory access, direct electronic access arrangements, sponsored access controls, and ongoing monitoring of members' compliance with the rules of the venue.
Oversee admission to trading of financial instruments, including the compliance assessment of new instruments, product classes and tokenised or DLT-based instruments where relevant.
Provide compliance oversight of orderly trading requirements: systems capacity and resilience, testing of members' algorithms, circuit breakers, order-to-trade ratios, tick sizes, market making schemes and clock synchronisation.
Provide compliance oversight of pre- and post-trade transparency, waivers and deferrals, transaction reporting, reference data and the accuracy and completeness controls behind them.
Advise the business on the interaction between the MTF and OKX's wider European footprint: the MiFID derivatives business, MiCA-authorised activity in OKX Europe Ltd, and the DLT Pilot Regime where a DLT MTF is in scope.
Deliver the annual compliance risk assessment, the compliance monitoring plan and the compliance report to senior management and the Board.
Build, lead and develop the MTF compliance team, and set the compliance training curriculum for venue-facing staff, trading operations and technology.
Give day-to-day advice to product, engineering, trading operations, legal and market operations in a fast-moving regulatory environment, including sign-off on venue changes, launches and marketing where required.
Oversee compliance aspects of outsourcing, critical third parties and operational resilience, including DORA obligations relevant to the venue.
Prepare Board, committee and matrix stakeholder reporting, and represent OKX with the MFSA, ESMA consultations, industry bodies and peer venue forums.
What We Look For in You
10 years plus in regulatory compliance within financial services, market infrastructure, fintech or crypto, including time at a senior or head-of-function level.
Direct experience of trading venue compliance: MTF, OTF, regulated market, SI or an equivalent execution venue. This is the core requirement.
Working knowledge of MiFID II and MiFIR as they apply to venue operators: Articles 18–20 and 31 (MTF operating requirements and rule monitoring), Articles 48–50 (orderly trading), MiFIR transparency and transaction reporting, and the associated RTS.
Practical experience of market abuse surveillance and MAR obligations for a venue operator, including STOR decision-making.
Experience developing and owning a compliance framework that has stood up to regulatory examination, and a track record of engaging supervisors directly.
Experience preparing and defending compliance reporting to a board or regulator.
Familiarity with MFSA Investment Services Rules and Malta's regulatory environment, or a demonstrable ability to get there quickly from another EEA jurisdiction.
Strong project management skills and the ability to run several regulatory workstreams to deadline.
Comfortable working independently and in a dispersed, cross-border team across multiple varied tasks.
Highly ethical, intuitive, and willing to question and challenge at every level of the business.
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain venue regulation to engineers and commercial teams.
Eligible for MFSA approval as the holder of the compliance function.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Haves
Prior experience in the crypto industry, particularly tokenised instruments, crypto derivatives or a MiCA-authorised trading platform.
Experience with the DLT Pilot Regime or another distributed ledger market infrastructure.
Experience of a trading venue authorisation or a licence variation to add MTF operation.
Familiarity with surveillance platforms (Nasdaq Trade Surveillance, Eventus, Scila, Steeleye or similar) and with transaction reporting tooling.
International Compliance Association, ACAMS, CISI or equivalent compliance certification.

L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development

An overview of this role
The Pricing Strategy team owns the end-to-end pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategy across GitLab's product portfolio, from Premium and Ultimate tiers to GitLab Duo and our expanding artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. As a Staff-level pricing and commercialization expert, you'll design, scale, and drive GitLab's enterprise monetization and commercial buying programs as an individual contributor at the top of our individual contributor track. You'll serve as the architect of our Enterprise Agreements, cloud marketplace and channel pricing structures, and competitive commercial programs, partnering across Product, go-to-market (GTM), Finance, Sales, Renewals, Product Marketing, Partners, and Deal Desk to turn pricing decisions into scalable programs that work for customers and the field.
What you'll do
Drive competitive pricing programs and tactical deal plays, including promotions, competitive replacement offers, and deal support, that help the field win and displace competitors in the DevSecOps and AI tooling market.
Own list-to-net price realization strategy across products, geographic regions, GTM segments, and routes to market.
Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, and GTM leaders to shape new packaging and pricing proposals, evaluate monetization models as GitLab's AI and platform capabilities evolve, and bring data-backed recommendations to cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
Act as the go-to expert for pricing enablement by building training, playbooks, and battlecards that give the field confidence in pricing conversations and help them explain commercial value.
Put commercial programs into practice in partnership with Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, and Data teams, staying hands-on with execution as well as strategy.
Define, launch, and scale Enterprise Agreements and marketed bundling strategies that simplify transactions, encourage multi-product and GitLab Duo adoption, and maximize customer lifetime value.
Define channel and marketplace pricing strategy, including tiering, discounting frameworks, and margin structures, across resellers, global systems integrators, independent software vendors, and cloud marketplaces such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure.
Document decisions and frameworks in the GitLab handbook and default to asynchronous, written communication as part of GitLab's all-remote, globally distributed team.
What you'll bring
Extensive experience across strategy consulting, pricing, strategic finance, or corporate or deal strategy, ideally at a software as a service or enterprise software company.
Deep experience in monetization or pricing strategy, including direct ownership of pricing waterfalls, enterprise buying programs such as Enterprise License Agreements or Enterprise Agreements, or channel and marketplace pricing models.
A track record of operating as a go-to expert without formal authority. Other teams bring you difficult pricing questions, and your recommendations carry weight with senior stakeholders because of the thinking and evidence behind them.
Hands-on work with AI agents and automations that real teams used in production
A bias toward iteration and shipping. You're comfortable making a strategic call, documenting the reasoning, and adjusting as new data comes in instead of waiting for perfect information.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to work independently in an asynchronous, all-remote environment while driving cross-functional agreement.
Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Finance, including vice president and senior vice president levels, as an individual contributor.
About the team
The Pricing Strategy team shapes how GitLab packages, prices, and commercializes its product portfolio. The team works across Product, GTM, Finance, Partners, Deal Desk, Renewals, and Data to create pricing frameworks and buying programs that can scale. In this role, you'll help connect product and monetization strategy with the practical programs used by customers, partners, and the field.

Product Partnerships at Ramp is where we go when the right partner doesn't exist yet — or when the canonical partner doesn't move fast enough. The team owns the integrations that expand Ramp's product surface area: tax and compliance automation, agentic commerce, data partnerships, international payments, receipt and payment automation, and the technical substrate that lets Ramp plug into any system a customer runs.
This role isn't about hitting a quota. It's about picking the right partners in emerging categories, negotiating the terms, shipping the integration with our Product and Engineering teams, and turning the launch into something customers actually feel. Recent and active examples: selecting an AI-native VAT compliance partner, white-labeling eInvoicing for international markets, shipping receipt automation, building agentic payment partnerships, and negotiating data governance terms with the largest platforms in the industry.
You'll work directly with Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM. You'll own deals end-to-end. The bar is partnerships that move Ramp's product forward — not deals that move a number on a dashboard.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the full lifecycle of strategic product partnerships: source, qualify, negotiate commercial and legal terms, structure the integration with Product and Engineering, launch, and scale
- Translate partner capabilities into product opportunities: work side-by-side with Product and Engineering to scope what's worth building, and with Legal on risk, liability, and regulatory framing
- Negotiate complex commercial terms — pricing, rev share, MSA, BAFO cycles, multi-year structure, data and IP rights
- Quarterback launches across Marketing, Sales, and Solutions to make sure customers actually adopt what we ship
- Build durable relationships with senior counterparts at partner organizations and run formal cadences (QBRs, exec syncs) once partnerships are live
- Define and report against partnership KPIs that map to Ramp's product and revenue priorities
WHAT YOU NEED
- 7+ years across Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Product Partnerships, Product Management, or a related discipline, with a clear track record of owning deals end to end (sourcing through launch)
- Experience structuring and closing partnerships that required real product and engineering work — not channel referrals or reseller motions
- Strong fluency with API-based integrations: comfortable scoping technical work directly with engineers and PMs, and translating between partner-side and product-side stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity — you've picked partners in spaces where there was no obvious incumbent and made the call stick
- Strong commercial instincts: pricing, term structure, risk allocation, and the ability to drive a contract to signature without hand-holding from legal
NICE TO HAVES
- Background that includes one of the categories above. Strong preference for Product Management
- Direct experience negotiating data, API, or model-access governance terms (MCP, model providers, platform data exposure)
- Shipped a product partnership that opened a new vertical, geography, or category for your company
- Prior exposure to ERP or accounting ecosystems (relevant context, not the primary job)
- Experience as a design-partner manager for early-stage products
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Tax team sits within Finance & Accounting and is responsible for the company's tax position as we grow quickly in the US and internationally. New entities and jurisdictions, intercompany arrangements, financing, acquired businesses, and large commercial and compute agreements all carry US international tax consequences, and those consequences are getting larger and more complex as the company scales. We are looking for an International Tax Director to join our Tax planning, M&A, and Policy team. Your core subject matter is the US international provisions, including subpart F, NCTI, FDDEI, BEAT, and the foreign tax credit, along with the subchapter C rules that govern how we form, fund, and structure entities.
This is a hands-on technical role. You will write the memos behind your recommendations, review the models that support them, and see your projects through to implementation, often in areas where the facts are new to the company or the law has recently changed and guidance is still developing. Our M&A tax colleagues lead diligence and deal structure on transactions, and once a deal closes you will help work out how the acquired business fits into our international structure. You will also work closely with the colleagues who own the tax provision, compliance, and transfer pricing, and with Legal, Treasury, and Accounting. If you enjoy carrying hard technical questions through to implementation as part of a small team, we would like to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
Lead and support US international tax planning projects from initial analysis through implementation, and contribute to how the planning group identifies and prioritizes its work
Analyze the US international tax consequences of business initiatives, including new entities and jurisdictions, intercompany arrangements, funding and repatriation, and cross-border commercial and compute agreements, and recommend how to structure them
Perform and review technical analysis under subpart F, NCTI, BEAT, and the foreign tax credit rules, including expense allocation and apportionment and the interaction among these provisions
Apply subchapter C to entity formations, contributions, distributions, liquidations, and internal reorganizations, including earnings and profits and stock basis analysis
Define the assumptions and scenarios for models that quantify the cash tax and effective tax rate impact of planning alternatives, acquired structures, and legislative and regulatory changes; review those models for technical accuracy and provide input on them; and be accountable for the conclusions drawn from them
Support the M&A tax team after closing by developing the step plans that integrate acquired entities into Anthropic's structure, reviewing the modeling of the alternatives, and leading follow-on planning for the combined structure
Draft technical memoranda and maintain documentation that would support each planning position on examination, and work with the provision team on ASC 740 treatment, including uncertain tax positions
Partner with tax compliance and transfer pricing so that your projects are reflected accurately in intercompany pricing, the provision, and the US international filings (Forms 5471, 8858, 8991, 8992, 1118, and related), and review the international portions of the US return as a subject matter expertise
Scope, budget, and manage work performed by outside advisors on your projects, and review their deliverables
Track US legislative and regulatory developments and OECD developments in your areas, assess their impact on our position, and share the analysis with the planning group and Finance leadership
Work with the tax advisory team, Legal, Accounting, and Treasury to make sure approved planning and integration steps are implemented as designed, including intercompany agreements
Support responses to IRS and other tax authority inquiries relating to positions you have worked on
Minimum qualifications
Have deep technical knowledge of the US international tax provisions, including subpart F, NCTI, BEAT, and the foreign tax credit rules, and have applied them in a planning context rather than in compliance alone
Have working knowledge of subchapter C as it applies to multinational groups, including earnings and profits, stock basis, distributions, and internal reorganizations
Have led tax planning projects end to end, including scoping, technical analysis, modeling, documentation, and implementation
Understand how planning positions flow into transfer pricing, the ASC 740 provision, and the US international compliance forms
Can research a technical question in the Code, regulations, and administrative guidance and write a clear, well supported memorandum
Can review a tax model built by someone else, identify where the technical assumptions or mechanics are wrong, and explain what needs to change
Have managed outside advisors, including scoping work, managing budgets, and reviewing their output
Can run several projects at once with different internal owners and keep each of them moving
Can reach a defensible recommendation when the facts are incomplete or the guidance is unsettled, and can explain the remaining uncertainty
Communicate technical tax conclusions clearly to people who are not tax specialists, and work well with colleagues in Legal, Accounting, and Treasury
Are excited about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Preferred qualifications
CPA, JD, or LLM in taxation
15+ years of extensive US international tax experience, for example a combination of public accounting or law firm practice and an in-house role at a multinational technology company
Experience with post-acquisition integration planning, including step plans and modeling for bringing acquired entities into an existing international structure
Direct experience with transfer pricing, Pillar Two, or the FDDEI deduction and how they interact with the US international provisions
Familiarity with the tax rules of the non-US jurisdictions where a US technology company typically operates
Have working knowledge of partnership tax as it applies to multinational groups, including the formation and funding of joint ventures, allocations and distributions, and how partnership structures interact with the US international provisions
Experience planning around large cross-border commercial arrangements, such as cloud, compute, or licensing agreements, or standing up entities in new jurisdictions
Experience with infrastructure or capital-intensive investments, such as data centers, energy, or similar assets, including joint venture and financing structures
Experience supporting an IRS examination of international positions
Experience at a company that scaled significantly, or built out its international structure, during your tenure
Have built or reviewed US international tax models yourself, which tends to make review faster and more precise
Have used Claude or similar tools in tax research, modeling, or documentation, and have views on where they help and where they do not
Have mentored or developed other tax professionals

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
What you'll do
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will:
Own the technical architecture and roadmap for MetaMask's Perpetuals experience across Extension and Mobile — from real-time price/position data flows to order execution and margin/liquidation UX.
Set technical direction and standards for trading-critical features: precision/decimal handling, state consistency under high-frequency updates, and resilience to feed/connectivity failures.
Drive cross-team technical alignment with other experience teams and backend/protocol integration teams to ship complex, multi-team projects.
Identify and de-risk the hardest technical problems on the roadmap before they become blockers; make build-vs-buy and architecture trade-off calls for the domain.
Partner with the Engineering Manager on prioritization, providing the technical judgment that shapes what gets built and in what order.
Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, run design/architecture reviews, and raise the technical bar through example, documentation, and code review.
Represent Perpetuals engineering in cross-functional planning with Product, Design, and other engineering leads.
Requirements:
8+ years working with web and mobile-based technologies
Experience building trading, financial, or other correctness-critical systems where precision, race conditions, and state consistency carry real financial risk (margin, settlement, order matching, payments, etc.)
Experience with real-time data systems (WebSockets, streaming price feeds, optimistic UI updates) and building resilient UX around unreliable network conditions
Track record of leading technical initiatives that span multiple teams or codebases without direct reporting authority — demonstrated Staff-level scope, not just Senior-level execution
Hands-on experience with React and React Native
Extensive experience with modern Javascript (ES6/TypeScript/etc.)
Experience with blockchain fundamentals across multiple blockchain architectures
Strong working knowledge developing cross platform/browser compatibility
Experience working in an agile development team
Experience developing medium to large-scale applications across the entire stack with minimal tech debt through sensible abstractions, testing, linting, and adherence to coding/web standards
Experience consuming and building APIs
A demonstrable understanding of Continuous Integration
Strong understanding of security risks specific to financial/trading products — transaction integrity, race conditions in state updates, precision/rounding bugs — in addition to standard web security threats (XSS, CSRF, etc.)
Bonus Points:
Direct experience integrating with perpetuals/derivatives protocols (e.g., Hyperliquid, Lighter, or similar) or building trading infrastructure.
Experience with cross-chain bridges, transaction lifecycle and/or interoperability solutions
Experience working in a decentralized, distributed team
Previous experience working in Web3
Product knowledge about the Web3 wallet space
Mobile experience (React Native, Objective C, Swift)
Other skills to demonstrate:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Teamwork, flexibility, initiative, communication and organization
Willingness to constantly learn & improve, challenging yourself to stay at the top of your game
Don't meet all the requirements? Don't sweat it. We’re passionate about building a diverse team of humans and as such, if you think you've got what it takes for our chaotic-but-fun, remote-friendly, start-up environment—apply anyway, detailing your relevant transferable skills in your cover letter. While we have a pretty good idea of what we need, we're ready for you to challenge our thinking on who needs to be in this role
.
In the rapidly evolving Web3 space, we believe that everyone is a builder. This expansive paradigm requires a range of backgrounds, talents, skills, and experiences to influence and shape the future. At MetaMask, this diversity fuels our ability to shift control and redefine the realm of possibility. We are committed to ensuring that our technology empowers people and communities through decentralized technologies. We welcome the range of perspectives and differences and celebrate them. We're excited to see how your unique skills as a builder can contribute to our vision, drive innovation, and help us shape a more inclusive Web3.
