About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As a Data Engineer on the Data Science & Analytics team, you will build the data foundation for Anthropic’s quote-to-cash lifecycle: the path a deal takes from opportunity through revenue. You will design the canonical data models so that Sales, Deal Desk, Order Management, Revenue Operations and Finance work from one governed, auditable definition of what was sold, on what terms, and where each deal stands. You will partner closely with DS&A and with GTM and Finance systems teams who own Salesforce, CPQ and billing to make quote-to-cash data reliable, well-modeled and self-serve as our business scales.
Responsibilities
Understand the data needs of Deal Desk, Order Management, Revenue Operations, Finance and Sales systems teams, and translate them into technical requirements
Design, build and own data models that transform raw Salesforce, CPQ, and billing data into canonical datasets
Establish high data integrity standards and SLAs to ensure timely, accurate delivery of data
Partner with Salesforce, CPQ and billing engineers on upstream schema changes, new fields and ingestion so the warehouse faithfully mirrors the systems of record
Build foundational data products, dashboards and tools to enable self-serve analytics to scale across GTM teams
Influence stakeholder roadmaps from a data perspective, and become the expert on Anthropic’s GTM data models and architecture
You might be a good fit if you have
5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer or in a similar Data Science & Analytics role, ideally partnering with GTM, Revenue Operations or Finance teams.
A passion for the company's mission of building helpful, honest, and harmless AI.
Hands-on experience modeling Salesforce data and at least one adjacent quote-to-cash system: CPQ, contract lifecycle management, billing and invoicing, or ERP.
Expertise in building multi-step ETL jobs, building robust data models through tooling like dbt; proficiency with workflow management platforms like Airflow and version control management tools through GitHub.
Expertise in SQL and Python to transform data into accurate, clean data models.
Experience building data reporting and dashboarding in visualization tools like Hex to serve multiple cross-functional teams.
A bias for action and urgency, not letting perfect be the enemy of the effective.
A “full-stack mindset”, not hesitating to do what it takes to solve a problem end-to-end, even if it requires going outside the original job description.
Experience building an Analytics Data Engineering (or similar) function at start-ups.
A strong disposition to thrive in ambiguity, taking initiative to create clarity and forward progress.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!

The Vault is an MPC-based crypto custody platform for institutional and retail clients, running threshold signing across HSM and Ledger hardware. We're scaling toward Series A, launching our productized platform in 2026, and publishing original cryptographic research alongside the product.
We're hiring a Staff Engineer to design and ship the custody platform's hardest backend code. This is a hands-on IC role with real technical leadership — no people management — where you drive non-trivial initiatives through code, RFCs, and mentorship.
You'll shape architecture in your area of ownership; platform-wide decisions sit with technical leadership. We're AI-forward (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex), and we need engineers who can read AI-generated code critically and catch what it misses — not just prompt it.
You'll naturally gravitate toward either the security-critical core (MPC, threshold signing, HSM/Ledger integration, key lifecycle) or the faster-moving periphery (chain adapters, integrations, APIs/SDKs).
What you'll do
Design, write, and ship critical platform components: policy engine, signing orchestration, key lifecycle workflows, recovery flows, approvals, audit trails, multi-tenant wallet and account services.
Lead non-trivial cross-cutting initiatives in your area — through written RFCs, design reviews, and code, not through hierarchy.
Build high-load, multi-tenant SaaS systems: tenant isolation, quotas, rate limits, backpressure, concurrency control, predictable latency under spikes.
Distributed systems & reliability: idempotency, retries, outbox/inbox, event-driven workflows, sagas and state machines, replay, graceful degradation.
Security-by-design: least privilege, secret handling, mTLS/JWT, tamper-evident logs, audit-ready data models — designed for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and DORA scope from day one.
Performance & data: profiling, load testing, benchmarking, contention analysis, GC tuning; strong relational modelling (Postgres or equivalent), migrations, indexing, clear consistency boundaries.
AI-assisted development as a core competency: ship production code with Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex; build the prompt and agent patterns that work for your area; contribute to the company's AI engineering practices; know when to use AI heavily (periphery, integrations, tests, docs) and when not to (cryptographic core, signing paths) where blind generation is unsafe.
Set patterns and shared libraries for the services your area touches; raise the bar through code review and example.
Own features end-to-end: design notes / RFCs, code, tests, observability, rollout, on-call. No "throw it over the wall" handoffs.
Mentor senior engineers: your reviews and your written designs are the strongest signal to the rest of the team.
Requirements
Must-have experience
Strong CS fundamentals — our primary screening criterion. You can reason from first principles about concurrency, distributed systems, consistency models, networking, and OS behaviour. You know not just what locks and channels do, but why and when. You understand what's happening under the hood, not only at the API level.
Ownership mindset. You've owned non-trivial production systems end-to-end — design, ship, measure, improve, on-call. You don't wait to be told what to do, and you don't ship code you don't understand.
10+ years backend engineering, including 3+ years operating at Staff level (or equivalent senior IC scope). Strong production experience in a modern systems language — Go, Rust, Java, C++, or comparable. Hands-on Go experience, or genuine readiness to ramp on Go in the first month.
Track record of Staff-level technical leadership through code, RFCs, and influence — without formal authority over teams. You can point to RFCs you wrote that the team adopted, initiatives you drove without being the manager, patterns you set that outlasted you.
Proven track record building high-load, multi-tenant SaaS in production (HA, incident response, SLOs).
Hands-on with modern backend stacks: gRPC/HTTP, queues/streams, caching, relational databases, Kafka/NATS or equivalent.
Strong testing discipline: unit/integration/contract tests, testability-first design, deterministic CI.
Strong observability habits: structured logging, metrics, tracing, end-to-end production debugging.
REQUIRED: production-grade use of modern AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or comparable). You can point at what you've built with them. You read AI-generated code as a hostile reviewer, not a grateful recipient — you have instincts for what AI tends to get wrong, and you don't ship code you couldn't have written yourself.
Nice to have
Exposure to custody, wallets, or signing systems (MPC, HSM, TEE, key management, approvals).
Hardware wallet integration (Ledger).
Multiple blockchain ecosystems (EVM and Bitcoin minimum; Cosmos, Solana, others a plus).
Built custom agents, MCP integrations, or in-repo AI workflows that compounded a team's productivity.
Designed and run evals for AI-generated code (correctness, security, style).
Kubernetes and service mesh in production; SRE practices.
Regulated-environment experience (fintech, security audits, compliance-driven engineering).
Threat modelling and security review participation.
Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and DORA — enough to design for them.
What this role is NOT
A people management role.
A pure architecture / whiteboard role. You write production code in this codebase every week, and platform-wide architectural ownership sits elsewhere.
A research-only cryptography role. You collaborate with our Cryptography Researcher; your focus is platform engineering, not protocol design.
Pure feature ticket execution. If you wait to be told what to do, this won't work.
Benefits
A Staff IC role with real technical leadership — no people management, no sprint mechanics gauntlet, no architecture-by-committee.
An AI-forward engineering culture with budget and autonomy for the tooling, models, and agents you need.
Direct peers in cryptography research, security architecture, product, and delivery — you're not the only senior voice in the room.
Fully remote, any time zone with reasonable overlap with EU/CIS hours.
Competitive comp at the Staff engineer band; equity participation; full benefits.
A product approaching Series A with paying institutional customers and a published cryptographic research line

Anthropic's Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team is the connective tissue that holds the company accountable to its security and control commitments. We translate regulatory, customer, and voluntary obligations into controls that teams act on, and give leadership a bird's-eye view of how well we're meeting them. We're building toward continuous assurance, to challenge and evidence the performance of controls continuously rather than through periodic audits.
As Anthropic scales to meet public-company standards, the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) control environment over our technology stack is one of the most consequential things this team owns. As part of Security GRC's technical controls assurance function, you will be the voice on what the IT general controls must achieve to support SOX 404 compliance. In partnership with Internal Audit, you will define control requirements and acceptance criteria for the in-scope engineering systems and infrastructure that underpin financial reporting. You will pair with engineering as they design and implement against those requirements, and validate that what ships actually meets the bar before Internal Audit and our external auditors test it. You are the product owner for control design methodology and continuous control monitoring, initially around ITGCs, but extending into other areas of security and compliance to drive visibility where and when we need it.
Key responsibilities
Define control requirements and acceptance criteria across the core ITGC domains of logical access, change management, computer operations, and program development for SOX in-scope systems, including home-built platforms where the control has to be designed into the system rather than bolted on.
Set the bar for in-scope systems from day one. As financially significant systems are built, migrated, or replaced, define what the system must provide (auditability, segregation of duties, change control, immutable logging, evidence retention) before go-live, so controls are not retrofitted after the fact.
Pressure-test changes for SOX impact during design. Review major infrastructure, system, and agent framework changes for control impact while decisions are still cheap, and maintain a clear view of which changes alter the SOX scope, key control population, or evidence requirements.
Own second-line control monitoring and evidence readiness. Stand up continuous controls monitoring and automated evidence collection for ITGCs (control testing, walkthrough preparation, population and completeness validation, and mapping to the common controls framework). Materially raise automated evidence coverage and cut audit prep time.
Drive control deficiency remediation with cross functional partners. Track and root-cause ITGC deficiencies surfaced by monitoring, Internal Audit, or external audit; partner with engineering owners on remediation design; and assess whether remediation actually closes the gap before re-testing.
Assess scope changes through a SOX lens. When new products, entities, systems, or integrations come into scope, provide technical and compliance assessment of their impact on control design, evidence requirements, and engineering effort before commitments are made.
Maintain alignment with the broader compliance portfolio. Where SOX ITGCs overlap with SOC 2, ISO 27001/42001, or other frameworks, ensure controls are designed once and evidenced once, and that changes made for one framework do not silently break another.
Minimum qualifications
Thrive at the pace of a hypergrowth company. You're comfortable making calls with incomplete information and reprioritizing as scope shifts.
Have led or been a senior contributor to an ITGC program through SOX 404 readiness and/or at a public company, with a working command of PCAOB AS 2201, COSO 2013, and how external auditors scope, test, and evaluate technology controls and deficiencies.
Have genuine engineering fluency, possibly from an earlier engineering career: you can read code and Terraform, follow a CI/CD pipeline end to end, and challenge a design on its technical merits.
Have programming skills in Python or at least one systems language such as Go, Rust, or C/C++.
Have deep familiarity with developer platform, release engineering, cloud infrastructure, or ERP/financial systems control domains.
Understand the role of the second line: you can advise and challenge engineering without taking ownership of their controls, and you know where the line sits between your monitoring and Internal Audit's independent testing.
Are a strong collaborator and communicator across Finance, Engineering, Internal Audit, and external auditors.
Use Claude and other LLMs as daily working tools, and have grounded, specific views on which SOX assurance workflows AI can run today and which it can't yet.
Translate SOX and framework language into acceptance criteria engineers can build against, and translate engineering reality back into assurance language auditors and leadership can rely on.
Default to getting the requirement designed into the system rather than papering over the gap with procedure.
Preferred qualifications
A combination of audit or advisory experience (Big 4 or equivalent, ideally IT audit) with in-house experience at an AI-forward tech company, in either order.
Taken a company through a first-year SOX 404(a) and 404(b) assessment, including a first external ITGC audit.
Defined or assessed controls over home-built financially significant systems, usage-based billing, or revenue metering pipelines.
Defined or assessed controls for AI/ML systems or agents acting in production environments.
Stood up continuous controls monitoring or automated evidence programs.
Experience with SOC 1 reliance, service organization control mapping, and complementary user entity controls.
CISSP, CISA, CPA, or equivalent certification.

About the Job:
As the Order Management Specialist, you will ensure that system inputs are complete and accurate, orders are processed in a timely manner, work with the Deal Desk and Internal Systems team to resolve issues, and ensure accounts are provisioned. You will have excellent attention to detail, solve problems, and ability to multi task.
Responsibilities:
Order & Opportunity Review
Review opportunities in Salesforce to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to downstream processing into NetSuite, validating pricing, product/SKU alignment, contract terms, and required fields.
Review Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) on opportunities to confirm accuracy and alignment with contract terms and pricing before deals proceed through the order-to-cash cycle.
Create and monitor indirect sales orders via AWS Marketplace. Work with AWS Support to resolve any offer issues or errors.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies or missing information before orders progress through the order-to-cash cycle.
Serve as a quality checkpoint between deal closure and financial system entry, minimizing rework and downstream billing errors.
Provisioning & Deal Documentation
Review and approve provisioning details to ensure customer setup aligns with the terms of the executed agreement.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Deal Management to confirm that all required documentation (order forms, amendments, approvals, contracts) is complete, accurate, and obtained prior to processing.
Act as a point of escalation for missing or inconsistent deal documentation, coordinating resolution across stakeholders.
Systems & CPQ Administration
Work closely with the internal systems/IT team to ensure Salesforce CPQ configurations (pricing rules, product bundles, approval workflows) remain accurate and up to date.
Support testing and validation of CPQ and Salesforce-to-NetSuite integration changes, flagging issues that could impact order accuracy or revenue processing.
Contribute to continuous improvement of order-to-cash tools, workflows, and controls.
Revenue Recognition & Compliance
Apply a working understanding of ASC 606 principles when reviewing deal structures, contract terms, and provisioning to flag potential revenue recognition considerations.
Support Finance/Accounting during month-end and quarter-end close by ensuring orders and documentation are audit-ready.
Help maintain internal controls around deal review, approval, and order processing.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Act as a trusted liaison between Sales, Customer Success, Deal Management, Finance, and Systems teams to keep the order-to-cash process moving efficiently.
Provide guidance and training to Sales and Customer Success on Salesforce, CPQ, and documentation requirements.
Report on order accuracy, cycle times, and recurring issues, and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of experience in Order to Cash, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related finance/systems role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ (or other CPQ systems); experience with NetSuite and AWS Marketplace strongly preferred
Working understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles as they apply to SaaS/subscription contracts.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with high volumes of orders, especially during month-end/quarter-end close.
Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with proven ability to partner effectively with Sales, Customer Success, Deal Management, Finance, and IT/Systems teams.
Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills; experience with reporting/dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau) a plus.
Ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting Salesforce-to-NetSuite integrations or similar CRM-to-ERP data flows.
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM).
Prior experience contributing to systems testing, UAT, or process documentation for order management tools.

AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT US:
Notion helps you build beautiful tools for your life’s work. In today's world of endless apps and tabs, Notion provides one place for teams to get everything done, seamlessly connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email—with AI built in to find answers and automate work. Millions of users, from individuals to large organizations like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, love Notion for its flexibility and choose it because it helps them save time and money.
In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Millions of people rely on Notion to do their most important work. Protecting that trust starts with protecting the people who build Notion: our employees, their laptops, their identities, and the SaaS apps they rely on every day.
We are looking for a hands-on Corporate Security Engineer to own and improve the technical controls that keep our workforce and corporate environment safe. This is a security engineering role focused on building scalable controls and automation across identity, endpoints, SaaS, and workforce infrastructure, not a traditional IT support or corporate engineering role.
You'll own and evolve core security controls, design systems and automation that scale with the company, and help make security both stronger and easier to use. You'll partner closely with IT, Infrastructure, GRC, and Detection & Response to improve the security foundations that employees rely on every day.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Harden our identity and access management stack, including Okta and Google Workspace, with phishing-resistant MFA, strong SSO and SCIM lifecycles, and least-privilege access across SaaS.
- Run our endpoint security program across a macOS-first fleet, including MDM, EDR, and configuration baselines, with working coverage for Windows and ChromeOS.
- Secure AI tool usage at the endpoint, including governance of large language models, AI agents, and model context protocol (MCP) integrations; detect and prevent unauthorized or risky AI service access and data exfiltration through AI-enabled tools.
- Reduce SaaS risk at scale through SSPM tooling and custom automation, including detection of risky OAuth grants, excessive permissions, shadow IT, and configuration drift.
- Write code (Python, Terraform) to automate access reviews, onboarding and offboarding, configuration drift detection, and audit evidence collection.
- Partner with Detection & Response to ensure corporate systems produce the telemetry needed to detect identity, endpoint, and SaaS abuse.
- Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, and customer audits as a byproduct of good engineering, not a separate workstream.
- Partner with Detection & Response on investigation and response for corporate security incidents, including phishing, account compromise, lost devices, and BEC.
SKILLS YOU NEED TO BRING:
- Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate security, enterprise security, or IT security engineering at a cloud-native company.
- Have working knowledge of a major identity provider (Okta, Entra, or Google Workspace) and the underlying protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM).
- Have hands-on experience operating endpoint management and detection tooling across macOS and enterprise environments.
- Write production-quality scripts and automation in Python or Bash, and have shipped Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code for security configuration.
- Are familiar with SaaS security risks (OAuth governance, audit logging, SSPM) and the realities of integrating a long tail of vendors.
- Have working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) at the security configuration level.
- Communicate clearly in writing and work effectively across IT, Engineering, Legal, People, and GRC.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience at a fast-growing tech or AI company where the security program had to outpace headcount.
- A background in IT engineering, SRE, or production engineering that transitioned into security engineering.
- Experience building internal security tooling or workflows that improved employee or developer experience.
- Contributions to the security community through open-source tools, blog posts, or conference talks.
We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. If you’re a builder at heart, share our company values, and enthusiastic about making software toolmaking ubiquitous, we want to hear from you.
Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Documents Compliance Analyst, you own the compliance decisions behind whether a healthcare professional is cleared to work: background check disqualifications, credential and risk review, and how new state requirements get implemented. You set the standard the team applies, and you are the named decision-maker when a case is hard. What the law requires is a given. How we meet it is up to you, and you own that call.
This is not a people management role. The work is recurring by design. The same categories of questions arrive every week, alongside state license renewals and reporting that run on a fixed calendar and never finish. Your value is in reaching the same well-reasoned decision every time and documenting your reasoning well enough that others can apply it. You'll work closely with Agents, SMEs, Team Leads, and Legal, none of whom report to you, so your credibility comes from the quality and consistency of your judgment rather than from authority.
You will report to the Head of the Documents Team.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Judgment and decisions
- Serve as the named escalation point for background check disqualification decisions
- Make the initial call on agency compliance implementation
- Handle escalations on worker credential verification, including license violations and reprimands
- Decide which questions you resolve and document yourself, and which warrant partnering with Legal
Written analysis
- Produce risk analyses in a consistent format: the question, your research, your reasoning, your recommended path.
- Evaluate new state and agency requirements before implementation, quantifying what compliance costs a worker in time, money, and completion rate, and recommending how we implement.
- Build and maintain the decision record that lets other people reach the same conclusion you would
Recurring compliance operations
- Own the credential verification audits
- Plan and drive the implementation of high-value requirements, such as continuing education
- State license renewals
- Ongoing state reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Prior experience in a role where you applied regulations to real decisions. Examples:
- regulatory or compliance-focused paralegal
- regulatory compliance specialist
- legal analyst
- background screening adjudicator
- trust and safety or eligibility policy at a marketplace
- Experience interpreting statutes, regulations, or agency guidance and turning them into operational requirements.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- You can reach a defensible decision when documentation is incomplete or unavailable, and you're explicit about what your reasoning rests on.
- You can read complex regulatory material and work out how it applies in practice to a marketplace model.
- You weigh compliance risk against business impact and find the path that meets the requirement without restricting more than it demands.
- You write decision memos and business cases that leadership can act on.
- You build credibility with people who don't report to you.
- You own recurring work with hard deadlines, such as license renewals and state reporting.
- Willingness to maintain overlapping working hours with Eastern and Pacific time (ET/PT).
NICE TO HAVE:
- Compliance, regulatory, or licensing experience in healthcare, staffing, or another regulated industry.
- Experience at a government or regulatory agency.
- Experience with independent contractor or marketplace models.
- Experience with background check adjudication or adverse action processes.
- Experience with state licensing filings.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 15Mbps wired internet connection
- Minimum i5 processor or equivalent
- Minimum 12GB RAM
- Dedicated, quiet working environment
- Reliable power source and backup internet connection

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp is in a critical phase of growth, and marketing is one of the biggest drivers of it. We're building out our business systems team to make sure the systems behind every campaign, list, and lead can keep up. You'll work directly with Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Lifecycle, Events, Sales Development, and Sales to own the systems that turn marketing programs into pipeline. You'll own HubSpot and how it connects to Salesforce and the rest of our GTM stack.
What You'll Do
- Own top-of-funnel marketing systems: the roadmap, the architecture decisions inside them, and their operational health
- Run HubSpot as a system, not just a tool: workflows, lists, forms, properties, lifecycle stages, and the permissions and naming conventions that keep it from sprawling
- Run campaign operations end-to-end: program and campaign structure, campaign membership and status, event and webinar lead capture, and launch QA, so Marketing can ship quickly without creating data debt
- Own workflow management in HubSpot: build, document, and audit nurture, enrollment, and suppression workflows, and retire the ones that no longer earn their place
- Build and govern lists: ICP segmentation, inclusion and suppression logic, enrichment, and email validation between a Growth request and a send. Every list should be reproducible and explainable.
- Own privacy and opt-out management: subscription types, consent capture, unsubscribe and opt-out handling across HubSpot, Salesforce, and sales engagement tools, and compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA in a regulated fintech environment
- Design and maintain UTM tracking and attribution architecture: UTM taxonomy and governance, hidden-field capture on forms, lead source and original source logic, and how campaign touches flow into Salesforce, so the attribution reporting is something the business trusts
- Build the Salesforce automation behind marketing handoffs: record-triggered flows, validation rules, fields, and permission sets
- Use AI to automate the work where it holds up: enrichment, list QA, data quality checks, and request triage
- Prioritize incoming requests by ROI. Decide what gets built, deferred, or declined, and show the numbers behind each call.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years in marketing operations, business systems, or revenue operations at a fast-paced B2B company
- Deep hands-on HubSpot experience: workflows built and debugged, and list, form, and property architecture you designed rather than inherited
- Hands-on campaign operations experience: you've built campaign structures and owned the lists and sends behind real programs

About the Team
IT Operations at ClickHouse keeps the company's internal systems, tooling, and infrastructure running securely and efficiently — from identity and endpoint management to the platforms every team relies on to do their work. This role sits on a newly formed AI Engineering function within IT Operations, created to centralize AI Ops rather than leave it disjointed across teams. The team — a Technical Lead plus one or two AI Ops Engineers — reporting to the IT Business Systems Manager, and brings the same rigor IT Ops applies to systems and infrastructure to the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of AI solutions and the agents they power.
About the Role
We are looking for an AI Ops Engineer to help build and run a new AI Ops function at ClickHouse. You will work under a Technical Lead to design, build, and maintain AI-driven solutions across the business (People, Finance, Legal, and beyond) and engineering — building integrations, maintaining agents, supporting cost visibility, and helping train the org on AI best practices. This is a hands-on execution role: you will move quickly, ship real workflows, and help the team learn what works as we centralize AI Ops for the first time.
Success
This is a net-new function; specific goals will be set with your Technical Lead. Directionally, the team is measured on:
- Measurable reduction in redundant or inefficient AI tool and model spend through right-sizing, routing, and cost visibility
- A working framework for evaluating and selecting models/tools by cost, latency, accuracy, and risk, adopted across teams
- Agents and AI workflows built, deployed, and maintained cross-functionally (People, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and beyond)
- Improved AI fluency and literacy org-wide, measured through training participation, adoption of approved tools, and reduced shadow-AI usage
- Established identity, access, audit, and lifecycle practices for AI agents that satisfy Security and GRC requirements
YOU WILL
Build AI-Powered Solutions
- Develop and deploy solutions using LLMs, automation frameworks, and internal tooling, for both business and engineering use cases
- Integrate AI into existing systems (HRIS, ATS, ERP, procurement orchestration, ticketing, CI/CD, developer tooling) and legal infrastructure like CLM or Matter Management
- Build workflows such as document generation, data extraction, knowledge retrieval, and decision support across systems and knowledge bases
- Use modern integration standards (e.g., MCP) to give AI models and agents direct, secure access to internal knowledge and context
Support Model Evaluation
- Help test and benchmark AI models against accuracy, latency, cost, and safety criteria
- Support model risk assessments and due diligence alongside Security and GRC
- Help implement and maintain the internal model routing solution
Support Cost Visibility
- Help build dashboards and reporting for AI/LLM spend across teams and tools
- Implement tagging, monitoring, and alerting for cost anomalies
- Identify and execute on cost-optimization opportunities (prompt efficiency, caching, model right-sizing)
Maintain Agent Infrastructure
- Help provision, credential, and de-provision AI agent access
- Support deployment, versioning, monitoring, and retirement of agents
- Maintain and patch agent infrastructure and dependencies
- Help maintain audit trails and logging for agent actions
Deliver Training and Enablement
- Design and deliver company-wide AI training programs tailored to different audiences — non-technical business users through engineers
- Create lightweight playbooks, guides, templates, and reusable components for safe, effective AI adoption
- Run onboarding sessions, office hours, and workshops to build AI fluency and drive adoption of approved tools and agents
- Establish a feedback loop with users to continuously improve training content, tooling, and documentation
YOU BRING
You are not expected to have every skill below — tell us which are your strongest.
- Experience building with modern AI/ML tools and frameworks
- Experience building and consuming APIs, developing data pipelines, and architecting system integrations
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and experience hosting or operating services in production
- Experience comparing and evaluating AI models across providers, including trade-offs between cost, latency, and quality
- Comfort working with usage and billing data to build cost visibility, forecasting, or optimization
- Ability to understand both business and engineering workflows and translate them into technical solutions
- Experience working with or integrating business systems as well as engineering/developer tooling
- Experience creating training materials, documentation, or workshops for mixed technical/non-technical audiences
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance considerations
- Experience implementing safeguards in AI systems, including identity and access controls for automated/non-human actors
