Aleph is seeking a strategic, high-energy Client Partner to represent Spotify in Peru. We are not just looking for a sales professional — we are looking for a true music and culture enthusiast who understands how music, podcasts, and digital audio shape the way people feel, think, and buy.
In this role, you will be the bridge between Spotify's world-class advertising platform and the peruvian advertising ecosystem. You will drive revenue by showing brands how to authentically connect with millions of engaged listeners — people who choose to be there.
But we are also entering a new era of sales — one where individual productivity is amplified by AI in ways that were unthinkable two years ago. A great salesperson with the right mindset and tools will do the work of three. That is the profile we are building.
What you'll do
Revenue Growth:
Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management, and growth targets for the peruvian market.
Agency Relationships:
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key media agencies, positioning Spotify as an invaluable strategic partner — not just a vendor.
Multi-stakeholder Selling:
Work across agency departments — buying, strategy, comms planning, audio, digital, branded content, and innovation — to build holistic solutions.
Consultative Selling:
Understand clients' business objectives and challenges deeply. Respond with tailored advertising solutions that genuinely move their business forward.
Cultural Storytelling:
Create persuasive narratives that translate Spotify's audience data and audio formats into compelling business growth stories. Make clients feel the platform, not just see the numbers.
Portfolio Selling:
Sell the full Spotify ecosystem — audio, video, display, branded experiences, and programmatic — with fluency and confidence.
AI-Augmented Workflow:
Use AI tools to prepare client briefs, analyze pipeline signals, identify growth opportunities, and arrive to every client interaction more prepared than anyone else in the room.
Campaign Excellence:
Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless execution, delivering a top-tier service experience that keeps clients coming back.
Industry Presence:
Represent Spotify and Aleph at key industry events in Peru, building our profile and driving cultural relevance in the local market.
The profile we're building
🎯 Genuine Tech Curiosity:
When a new tool appears, you adopt it, test it, and integrate it into your workflow. You don't just tolerate it
📊 Analytical Thinking:
You read data, interpret pipeline signals, and make decisions based on evidence — not just gut feeling.
🤝 Orchestration Ability:
AI does the research, prepares the briefs, suggests next steps. You decide, personalize, and build the relationship.
⚡ Real Adaptability:
The process will keep changing. You don't just accept change — you anticipate it and move first.
Who you are
Required
4+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or client-facing roles within the digital media industry.
Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem: audio, display, video, and programmatic.
Proven track record of managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets in the Argentine or LATAM market.
Strong agency and brand relationships across the peruviann digital advertising community.
Comfort with data: you build reports, interpret dashboards, and translate performance into client-facing insights (Salesforce, Google Slides/Sheets).
Genuine curiosity about AI tools — and evidence you have already started integrating them into your daily workflow.
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; you can hold a room at C-suite level.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
Preferred
Experience with self-serve advertising platforms or programmatic auction dynamics.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted sales tools: CRM automation, brief generators, prospecting platforms.
Passion for music, audio culture, or the creator economy: you don’t just sell Spotify, you get it.
Why this role
Spotify reaches over 600 million users globally, with a deeply engaged audience across Latin America.
At Aleph, you will work at the intersection of one of the world’s most iconic brands and one of the most dynamic ad markets in the region. You will have the tools, the backing, and the mandate to build something meaningful.
And if you are someone who is excited about where AI is taking sales — you are going to like it here.

We're looking for an Education Business Development in Madrid!
About Digital Ad Expert by Aleph
Digital Ad Expert (DAE) is Aleph's global education initiative, opening access to digital skills for people across 170+ high-growth markets. Recognized by UNESCO's Global Education Coalition, DAE has reached over 900,000 learners with certifications, platform badges, and expert-led masterclasses spanning digital marketing, AI, analytics, and entrepreneurship.
DAE is entering a new chapter. Behind it sits a full education infrastructure — a multilingual learning platform, a content engine, instructional design standards, and a global learner community — built over five years and ready to be leveraged further. We're building the commercial model that lets that mission scale: partnering with corporate partners, international cooperation organizations, and private capital to fund and grow both the business opportunity and the social impact initiative.
As Education Business Development, you'll be the driving force behind that commercial model — building and closing partnerships with universities, companies, and associations to bring DAE's programs to new markets and new learners. You'll co-define and execute DAE's B2B commercial strategy, turning five years of education infrastructure into sustainable, scalable growth.
What You'll Do
Shape the strategy
, working closely with DAE's Education Lead, on which markets, verticals, and partnership models DAE should pursue — and how its offering should be commercially structured.
Own execution
, leading the full sales cycle to close a small number of high-value, strategic agreements and deals with corporate partners, government opportunities, and/or private capital.
Build and manage a pipeline
of prospective partners — universities, corporate learning teams, associations, and public-sector bodies — qualifying opportunities against DAE's strategic priorities rather than pursuing volume for its own sake.
Represent Education
commercially to internal and external stakeholders, including senior decision-makers at partner institutions
Maintain a feedback loop between sales and content
: flag where the market is asking for programs or skills DAE doesn't yet offer well.
Identify and pursue strategic alliances
, including partnerships with consortia positioned to guarantee external financial support for education-related programs.
What You Need For This Role
6-8 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development, with a track record of closing large, long-cycle deals with complex institutional stakeholders
Demonstrated experience helping shape commercial strategy — not only executing a model designed elsewhere, but having a real voice in deciding which markets and partnership types to pursue
Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor's degree or academic equivalent in International Business, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field (MBA with focus on Business Development or Sales is a plus)
Commercially-minded and proactive
, with a genuine drive to identify and generate new business opportunities.
Consultative, solution-selling approach
— comfortable
operating in ambiguity,
moving away from a fixed catalogue to build custom offers for each client, including designing and negotiating bespoke commercial agreements (structure, pricing, scope) from scratch.
Strong communication skills
, both verbal and written — able to adapt tone and content for different audiences (corporate decision-makers, government stakeholders, academic partners).
Fluent English and Spanish, French or Arabic is a plus.
Confident working independently.
Prior experience in education, edtech, corporate training, or professional certifications.
Experience working with international cooperation organizations, development banks, or impact-oriented capital and pursuing external funding for social-impact/ESG initiatives.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.
What You’ll Love About Us
We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position
Learn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertising
Be part of a company with a truly global footprint, working with leading brands, platforms, and publishers across 90+ markets.
We foster a dynamic environment where creativity, collaboration, and bold ideas are encouraged and celebrated.
Join a diverse, multicultural team that values and embraces different perspectives, experiences, and talents.
At Aleph, your work directly contributes to connecting brands and consumers in meaningful ways, shaping the future of digital advertising.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 48,000. In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.

1–2 years of experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles. Prior exposure to Merchant Services, POS implementation, or route sales is a major plus.
Language:

English and Spanish
are highly preferred to support our diverse customer base.
Mobility:
Must have a valid driver's license, a reliable car, and a willingness to travel door-to-door within your assigned territory daily.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using basic MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth equipment.
Traits:
A resilient "people person" with sharp attention to detail, strong presentation skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
We offer you:
Competitive Base Salary + uncapped commission structure.
Comprehensive mileage and gas reimbursement program.
Paid on-the-job training on both NRS tech products and IDT telecom services.
Excellent benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k with employer match, and PTO).
At IDT, we understand the challenge of being apart from those who matter most. Communicating, transferring money, and mobile phone service must be safe, simple, and affordable. Our flagship brand, Boss Revolution, which includes our International Calling, Mobile Top Up, and Money Transfer services, as well as our Boss Revolution Mobile, net2phone, National Retail Solutions, IDT Express, and IDT Carrier Services divisions all, support IDT’s mission of enabling our customers to keep in touch and share resources with their friends and family around the world.
IDT is listed on the NYSE, employs over 1800 people across 20+ countries, and has revenues in excess of $1.5 billion. Since 1990, IDT Telecom has remained a pioneer in Prepaid VoIP and UCaaS telephony. Today, we are an industry leader in prepaid communication and payment services and are one of the world's largest international voice carriers.
Our National Retail Solutions brand provides a sales management system and POS equipment for small and medium-sized businesses. With the help of NRS, business owners can address a management problem: the product integrates advertising, data analysis, and payment processing.
Company: IDT Corporation / National Retail Solutions (NRS) Location: [Insert Territory/Location] Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Commissions + Mileage/Gas Reimbursement & Full Benefits
Location: Greater Memphis Area
Workplace: onsite
About the Opportunity:
IDT’s Retail division is looking for an energetic, hybrid Retail Account Manager (RAM). In this role, you won't just manage a route—you will be a growth partner for small businesses. You will drive revenue by selling our flagship National Retail Solutions (NRS) portfolio—including Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, credit card merchant services, and cash advances—while simultaneously managing and expanding our traditional telecom and financial services products (Boss Revolution) within your territory.
This role balances the thrill of direct, consultative sales with the stability of consistent account management.
In this role, you will:
Drive NRS Product Sales:
Prospect, pitch, and close sales for NRS Point-of-Sale (POS) devices, Merchant Services, and Cash Advances to new and existing retail accounts.
Manage an Assigned Route:
Develop and execute a weekly cycle to visit retail stores on a regular basis, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
Open New Retail Doors:
Actively prospect and go door-to-door to expand IDT and NRS presence in your territory.
Onboard & Support Customers:
Drive the merchant application process, help store owners understand how to use our services effectively, and provide light troubleshooting/tech support on equipment.
Handle Operations & Inventory:
Manage sales, cash/payment collections, and telecom card inventory using IDT's accounting system.

Thousands of creators across our partner agencies post about Picsart's AI tools every week, and we're scaling that many times over. In this role, you decide what they make: the concepts, hooks, angles, scripts and briefs. You build rough examples in Picsart's own tools so creators and editors can see the idea instead of reading about it, and you run the tests that show which creative turns a viewer into someone who generates, spends credits and pays. You’ll be working across all our social platforms: TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Youtube, X, and Reddit.
You work through AI, because nobody can watch that much content by hand. You'll use it to read everything the network publishes, to draft briefs and variations for every agency and creator, and to spot winners early, then you make the call and make the example. The best agencies now publish their playbooks; your edge is running that discipline across every agency at once, with the one dataset no agency has: what happens after the click.
How success looks like for this role within a year: conversion per view rising while volume rises, and winning creative replicating across markets in days.
Please note that this is a
Full-Time Contractor (12-month contract) role.
How You'll Make an Impact
Decide what creators make.
The concepts, hooks and scripts they film each week. Agencies bring local ideas; you pick what the whole network runs.
Write briefs creators can follow.
Not documents they skim, clear direction, plus rough cuts and examples you make in Picsart's own tools, so nobody has to guess what you meant.
Test the creative.
Hook against hook, format against format, market against market. The results decide what runs next, not anyone's taste.
Get content finished.
Work directly with creators and editors to turn concepts into posts, and give feedback specific enough to act on.
Find out what converts.
Look at what thousands of videos actually did, and point the network at the audiences and use cases that bring in paying users.
Spread what wins.
When a hook works in one market, get it into every other market and language fast, and into templates users can remix themselves.
Own launch content.
Every new model and feature goes out through the creator network within days. You decide what day one looks like.
Tell product what to build.
You see what people want from AI tools before product does. Turn that into concrete asks: which presets, templates and models to build or promote next.
Keep it fresh and safe.
Stop the whole network from copying last month's winner. And when a platform changes its rules or a theme crosses a trust-and-safety line, the network hears it from you first.
What You'll Bring
A portfolio, not a résumé:
social accounts you've grown.
Your own or a client's. Send the links and tell us what the numbers did while you ran them.
Creator networks you've directed.
How many creators, what you taught them, what came out of it.
Content you made yourself.
Rough cuts, scripts, hooks, examples, not just feedback on other people's work.
Comment-to-DM and link funnels.
You've set them up, watched them break, and fixed them.
Short-form content that worked in more than one market or language.
You know which hooks travelled and which ones didn't.
Real use of AI creation tools.
You've made things with them, not just read about them.
Creative testing.
You've run hook against hook, format against format, and let the results decide.
Clear writing.
A brief a creator can follow, and a short update an executive can read.
Great communication skills in English.
Any other languages are a plus.

Cultivate client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and drive contract completion and renewals across a high volume of accounts.
What you need for this role
BA/BS degree.
3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying commercial role.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE USER RESEARCHER ROLE ⭐️
At Alan, research is not a checkpoint. It's a compass. Our User Research team sits at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, making sure every decision is grounded in what our members actually need, feel, and experience.
As a User Researcher at Alan, you will gather and prioritize the most important questions from across the company, and design the right research to answer them. That means running interviews, diary studies, surveys, and usability sessions throughout the full product cycle, not just at the end. You'll then turn those findings into insights that are clear, compelling, and genuinely useful to the teams who need them.
You'll work hand in hand with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers, and collaborate closely with our analytics and data science teams to tell a complete story about our product. You'll also help grow research culture across Alan, sharing your craft and mentoring teammates along the way.
At Alan, great research drives great product. If you love figuring out what people truly need and translating that into decisions that matter, this role is for you.
⭐️ IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT ⭐️
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:
- 4+ years of experience as a product/user researcher in a tech environment, with strong hands-on expertise in qualitative methods: interviews, diary studies, think-aloud usability testing, and direct observation
- Solid quantitative research skills: you're comfortable with survey design, sampling, crosstabs, and core statistical concepts
- Sharp critical thinking: you quickly identify what research is worth doing, scope it efficiently, and deliver insights that are focused and actionable
- A strategic mindset: you know how to partner with product stakeholders, communicate the value of research, and tie your findings to concrete business impact
- Compelling communication skills: you turn complex findings into clear narratives that resonate with any audience
- Experience mentoring junior researchers or non-researchers, with the ability to give clear, actionable feedback that helps others grow
- You're close to AI. Either you've built AI products, or you follow the space closely and have a clear view on where to leverage and how LLM systems behave in production.
- You care about healthcare. Alan's mission has to genuinely matter to you. For us this is essential, not a nice-to-have.
- English fluency, written and spoken
- (As a plus) Fluency in French, Spanish, or another European language
For this role, we hire within the D-E level range.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
- Based in (or within commuting distance of) one of our hubs (Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid, or Barcelona), with the ability to work onsite twice per week.
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!
