About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking a partnerships leader to own the tri-party motion for public sector and nonprofit partnerships selling through AWS. Public sector and nonprofit-focused partners are how Claude reaches government agencies, educational institutions, and mission-driven organizations at scale, and AWS is the surface most of that work runs on. You will own the intersection of those two ecosystems.
In this role, you will build the go-to-market motion that turns partner interest into joint pipeline and closed revenue, working across AWS's public sector partner organization and the AWS practices inside the partners that serve government and nonprofit customers. You will define how Claude is positioned inside AWS public sector partner programs, design the commercial mechanics that let partners transact and get rewarded through procurement vehicles and contract structures specific to this segment, and build the joint plays that partners take to their customers.
This is a build role. The partner ecosystem is early, the programs are still being designed, and you will be operating across three organizations whose incentives on any given deal don't always line up. You will help shape how frontier AI technology reaches the public sector and nonprofit community through the partner ecosystem, including in classified environments where required.
You will report directly to the Head of AWS GTM Partnerships and work closely with our Global Public Sector Leader.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute the GTM strategy for our public sector and nonprofit partnerships through AWS, including co-selling motions, joint business plans, events, and segment-specific plays across federal, state and local, education, and nonprofit
Own forecasting, pipeline development, and revenue targets for partner-sourced and partner-influenced business
Design the commercial mechanics that make the partner motion work, including deal registration, marketplace program structure, procurement and contract vehicle alignment, and incentives
Build and maintain executive-level relationships across AWS's public sector partner organization and across partner AWS practice leadership
Work with partners to develop repeatable, mission-specific solutions built on Claude, and help them build the delivery capability to take those solutions to public sector and nonprofit customers
Partner cross-functionally with Anthropic's alliances, public sector sales, partner marketing, policy, and regional cloud teams to keep the motion consistent while regions and segments execute locally
Create and implement scalable processes for partnership operations, including escalation management, business reviews, and reporting
Provide strategic market intelligence and competitive insights on the public sector and nonprofit partner ecosystem to inform product and commercial strategy
Identify where to concentrate investment across the partner portfolio and make the case to stop investing where returns are not there
Minimum qualifications
Active security clearance (TS/SCI required) with ability to discuss capabilities in classified environments
Enterprise partnerships, alliances, or business development experience, with meaningful time spent on partner ecosystems serving public sector or nonprofit customers
Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships with public sector-focused systems integrators, resellers, or channel partners
Experience building a co-sell or channel motion from the ground up, including the commercial mechanics behind it
Deep understanding of how cloud and partner field organizations operate in the public sector, including procurement processes, contract vehicles, and the incentives that drive seller and partner behavior
Track record of carrying and hitting a partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue number, with credible forecasting behind it
Demonstrated ability to build credibility with and influence senior stakeholders
Excellence in strategic planning, business operations, and program management
Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, and a willingness to concentrate effort rather than spread thin
Experience working with technical products and translating complex capabilities into business value
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred qualifications
12+ years of enterprise partnerships, alliances, or business development experience
Previous experience working with AWS or another hyperscaler's public sector partner organization
Working knowledge of public sector partner operating models, including practice structures, delivery economics, and how services and contract revenue drive partner decisions
Familiarity with government compliance and authorization frameworks (such as FedRAMP, IL levels, and StateRAMP) and how they shape partner-led deployments
Experience working with nonprofit, higher education, or philanthropic organizations and the funding dynamics that shape their technology decisions
Background in AI/ML technologies or with developer-focused platforms and their partner ecosystems
Experience scaling partner programs at a company moving from early traction to significant partner-driven revenue
Prior experience in management consulting or federal program management

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

An overview of this role
The Pricing Strategy team owns the end-to-end pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategy across GitLab's product portfolio, from Premium and Ultimate tiers to GitLab Duo and our expanding artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. As a Staff-level pricing and commercialization expert, you'll design, scale, and drive GitLab's enterprise monetization and commercial buying programs as an individual contributor at the top of our individual contributor track. You'll serve as the architect of our Enterprise Agreements, cloud marketplace and channel pricing structures, and competitive commercial programs, partnering across Product, go-to-market (GTM), Finance, Sales, Renewals, Product Marketing, Partners, and Deal Desk to turn pricing decisions into scalable programs that work for customers and the field.
What you'll do
Drive competitive pricing programs and tactical deal plays, including promotions, competitive replacement offers, and deal support, that help the field win and displace competitors in the DevSecOps and AI tooling market.
Own list-to-net price realization strategy across products, geographic regions, GTM segments, and routes to market.
Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, and GTM leaders to shape new packaging and pricing proposals, evaluate monetization models as GitLab's AI and platform capabilities evolve, and bring data-backed recommendations to cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
Act as the go-to expert for pricing enablement by building training, playbooks, and battlecards that give the field confidence in pricing conversations and help them explain commercial value.
Put commercial programs into practice in partnership with Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, and Data teams, staying hands-on with execution as well as strategy.
Define, launch, and scale Enterprise Agreements and marketed bundling strategies that simplify transactions, encourage multi-product and GitLab Duo adoption, and maximize customer lifetime value.
Define channel and marketplace pricing strategy, including tiering, discounting frameworks, and margin structures, across resellers, global systems integrators, independent software vendors, and cloud marketplaces such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure.
Document decisions and frameworks in the GitLab handbook and default to asynchronous, written communication as part of GitLab's all-remote, globally distributed team.
What you'll bring
Extensive experience across strategy consulting, pricing, strategic finance, or corporate or deal strategy, ideally at a software as a service or enterprise software company.
Deep experience in monetization or pricing strategy, including direct ownership of pricing waterfalls, enterprise buying programs such as Enterprise License Agreements or Enterprise Agreements, or channel and marketplace pricing models.
A track record of operating as a go-to expert without formal authority. Other teams bring you difficult pricing questions, and your recommendations carry weight with senior stakeholders because of the thinking and evidence behind them.
Hands-on work with AI agents and automations that real teams used in production
A bias toward iteration and shipping. You're comfortable making a strategic call, documenting the reasoning, and adjusting as new data comes in instead of waiting for perfect information.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to work independently in an asynchronous, all-remote environment while driving cross-functional agreement.
Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Finance, including vice president and senior vice president levels, as an individual contributor.
About the team
The Pricing Strategy team shapes how GitLab packages, prices, and commercializes its product portfolio. The team works across Product, GTM, Finance, Partners, Deal Desk, Renewals, and Data to create pricing frameworks and buying programs that can scale. In this role, you'll help connect product and monetization strategy with the practical programs used by customers, partners, and the field.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the role:
Higgsfield AI is seeking a Head of Revenue Accounting to own revenue recognition and the order-to-cash lifecycle end to end.
This is a highly hands-on role supporting a high-volume, consumption-based business with a credit-driven revenue model. You will own the accounting judgments, systems, processes, and controls that support revenue across self-serve, enterprise, platform, and partnership motions.
This is a builder role. You will have the opportunity to establish and scale processes that are still evolving, reduce manual workflows, strengthen our financial controls, and build the infrastructure required to support Higgsfield's continued hypergrowth.
What You'll Do:
Own Revenue Recognition
- Own the monthly revenue close across Higgsfield's consumption and credit-based revenue model, including credit grants, consumption, breakage, unused balances, refunds, and chargebacks.
- Maintain and evolve Higgsfield's revenue recognition policies under ASC 606, including judgments around performance obligations, promotional and grace-period credits, variable consideration, and material rights.
- Review non-standard commercial arrangements across enterprise, reseller, platform, and strategic partnership deals and determine the appropriate accounting treatment.
- Evaluate complex revenue considerations including principal-versus-agent conclusions and other technical accounting matters.
Lead Order-to-Cash Operations
- Own the order-to-cash lifecycle end to end, including order capture, billing, invoicing, cash application, collections, disputes, and revenue reporting.
- Manage billing across self-serve and enterprise business models, including usage-based billing, post-paid overages, and true-ups.
- Own accounts receivable operations, including aging, collections cadence, reserve methodology, and write-off processes.
- Design, document, and continuously improve order-to-cash workflows, controls, and segregation of duties.
Build Scalable Revenue Systems
- Own the revenue automation and reconciliation environment, including HubiFi and the audit trail from financial reporting down to the underlying transaction.
- Own revenue-related Stripe processes, including payouts, fees, settlement timing, and reconciliation of gross transaction activity to cash received.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Data to ensure the completeness, quality, and reliability of usage and credit-consumption data supporting revenue recognition.
- Drive automation across the revenue close and systematically reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets.
Drive Close, Reconciliation, and Controls
- Own revenue and AR balance sheet reconciliations, including bookings-to-cash analysis and proof-of-cash processes.
- Own the revenue portion of the close calendar and identify opportunities to shorten close timelines while maintaining accuracy and control.
- Build revenue reporting and analytics for Finance leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Establish scalable controls and documentation to support a growing and increasingly complex business.
Support Audit Readiness
- Serve as the primary Finance point of contact for external auditors on revenue recognition and order-to-cash processes.
- Prepare audit support, walkthroughs, reconciliations, process narratives, and other PBC materials.
- Help strengthen revenue processes and controls as Higgsfield continues to scale and prepares for increasing audit and reporting requirements.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of accounting experience with meaningful depth in revenue accounting.
- Strong practical knowledge of ASC 606, including complex judgment areas such as variable consideration, breakage, principal versus agent, and material rights.
- Hands-on experience owning revenue accounting in a high-volume environment involving usage-based, consumption-based, credit-based, or scaled subscription revenue.
- Demonstrated experience owning order-to-cash processes, including billing and accounts receivable.
- Experience working directly with payment platforms and reconciling transaction activity, fees, settlements, and payouts to cash; Stripe experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience configuring or administering revenue automation or subscription billing systems such as HubiFi, Zuora, NetSuite ARM, RevPro, Maxio, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working directly with transaction-level data to independently investigate and validate financial activity.
- Advanced Excel skills; SQL experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth environment where processes and systems are still being built.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with Finance, Engineering, Data, and other teams.
Nice to Have:
- CPA.
- Big 4 or national accounting firm experience.
- Experience supporting an IPO, audit-readiness process, or similarly scaled financial environment.
- NetSuite experience.
- Exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency, or intercompany revenue flows.
- Experience building accounting processes from the ground up in a startup or high-growth environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $175,000 - $250,000 depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.
This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Team members are expected to work from our San Francisco office three full days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely and are expected to be available during agreed working hours and to maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone. We value in-person collaboration, active communication, responsiveness, and close partnership across teams.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Product Partnerships at Ramp is where we go when the right partner doesn't exist yet — or when the canonical partner doesn't move fast enough. The team owns the integrations that expand Ramp's product surface area: tax and compliance automation, agentic commerce, data partnerships, international payments, receipt and payment automation, and the technical substrate that lets Ramp plug into any system a customer runs.
This role isn't about hitting a quota. It's about picking the right partners in emerging categories, negotiating the terms, shipping the integration with our Product and Engineering teams, and turning the launch into something customers actually feel. Recent and active examples: selecting an AI-native VAT compliance partner, white-labeling eInvoicing for international markets, shipping receipt automation, building agentic payment partnerships, and negotiating data governance terms with the largest platforms in the industry.
You'll work directly with Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM. You'll own deals end-to-end. The bar is partnerships that move Ramp's product forward — not deals that move a number on a dashboard.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the full lifecycle of strategic product partnerships: source, qualify, negotiate commercial and legal terms, structure the integration with Product and Engineering, launch, and scale
- Translate partner capabilities into product opportunities: work side-by-side with Product and Engineering to scope what's worth building, and with Legal on risk, liability, and regulatory framing
- Negotiate complex commercial terms — pricing, rev share, MSA, BAFO cycles, multi-year structure, data and IP rights
- Quarterback launches across Marketing, Sales, and Solutions to make sure customers actually adopt what we ship
- Build durable relationships with senior counterparts at partner organizations and run formal cadences (QBRs, exec syncs) once partnerships are live
- Define and report against partnership KPIs that map to Ramp's product and revenue priorities
WHAT YOU NEED
- 7+ years across Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Product Partnerships, Product Management, or a related discipline, with a clear track record of owning deals end to end (sourcing through launch)
- Experience structuring and closing partnerships that required real product and engineering work — not channel referrals or reseller motions
- Strong fluency with API-based integrations: comfortable scoping technical work directly with engineers and PMs, and translating between partner-side and product-side stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity — you've picked partners in spaces where there was no obvious incumbent and made the call stick
- Strong commercial instincts: pricing, term structure, risk allocation, and the ability to drive a contract to signature without hand-holding from legal
NICE TO HAVES
- Background that includes one of the categories above. Strong preference for Product Management
- Direct experience negotiating data, API, or model-access governance terms (MCP, model providers, platform data exposure)
- Shipped a product partnership that opened a new vertical, geography, or category for your company
- Prior exposure to ERP or accounting ecosystems (relevant context, not the primary job)
- Experience as a design-partner manager for early-stage products
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents

- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more
- Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE PUBLIC SECTOR TEAM
- Sierra recently received FedRAMP High https://sierra.ai/blog/certified-fedramp-high certification, enabling us to bring our industry-leading technology to partners in the US public sector. We’re now building our founding public sector team to redefine the relationship between the government and its citizenry.
- Today, our agents already enable citizens to access social services, report fraud, and understand complex government systems. Simultaneously, they empower government officials to better hear the concerns and inquiries of their constituencies.
- We are explicitly nonpartisan and committed to empowering public servants to leverage AI to advance their important missions.
- In our journey, we are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and Family. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build Sierra’s public sector business: Own a portfolio of strategic Federal, state or local government accounts, develop territory and account plans, build qualified pipeline, and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Create opportunities around mission outcomes: Develop trusted relationships with agency leaders, program executives, technology teams, procurement officials, and other stakeholders. Translate priorities such as constituent access, service delivery, workforce effectiveness, and program integrity into compelling AI agent opportunities.
- Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through award: Orchestrate executive alignment, solution development, business cases, security and legal reviews, pricing, proposal strategy, negotiation, and close across long, multi-stakeholder government buying processes.
- Design the path to contract: Understand how each customer can buy and shape a practical acquisition strategy early. Navigate direct awards, competitive solicitations, pilots, task orders, and contract vehicles—including GSA schedules, GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, state schedules, and cooperative purchasing agreements—as relevant to the opportunity.
- Build and execute capture plans: Qualify opportunities with discipline; map decision-makers, influencers, incumbents, competitors, funding sources, fiscal-year timing, acquisition milestones, and win themes; and lead the internal cadence required to move from early demand to award.
- Develop Sierra’s partner ecosystem: Build productive relationships with prime contractors, systems integrators, resellers, distributors, small-business partners, and other technology providers. Know when Sierra should sell directly, participate as a subcontractor, establish a teaming arrangement, or pursue a partner-led transaction—and align incentives and responsibilities accordingly.
- Shape prime and teaming relationships: Identify where Sierra can strengthen a prime contractor’s solution and where partners can provide customer access, past performance, implementation capacity, or a procurement pathway. Negotiate clear account alignment, deal registration, workshare, and go-to-market plans that create durable value for the customer and Sierra.
- Run high-quality bids and proposals: Partner with public sector leadership, legal, security, product, engineering, and delivery teams on RFIs, RFPs, sources sought, oral presentations, and other procurement responses. Make thoughtful bid/no-bid recommendations and ensure every submission is compliant, differentiated, and precise.
- Operate as part of the customer’s team: Earn trust across senior agency leadership and working teams by understanding the mission, communicating candidly, and remaining accountable from the first meeting through deployment and expansion.
- Help build the public sector go-to-market motion: As an early member of the team, improve our account segmentation, capture process, partner strategy, contract-vehicle roadmap, forecasting, and repeatable sales playbooks. Bring market signals back to product and company leadership to help shape Sierra’s platform and public sector strategy.
- Operate as an AI-native seller: Use AI throughout the sales cycle—from account research and personalized outreach to call synthesis, opportunity planning, proposal development, and forecasting—so you can spend more time on judgment, strategy, and customer relationships.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Meaningful enterprise technology sales or business development experience, including significant experience selling software, cloud, data, or AI solutions to U.S. government customers.
- A demonstrated record of building pipeline, exceeding quota, and closing complex six- and seven-figure opportunities with long sales cycles and multiple technical, mission, executive, and procurement stakeholders.
- Strong fluency in government acquisition and procurement, including funding and budget cycles, competitive solicitations, proposal processes, task orders, and common Federal or state contract vehicles.
- Experience developing and executing capture strategies before a solicitation is released—not simply responding once an RFP is public.
- A strong network and demonstrated ability to work with government technology partners, including prime contractors, systems integrators, resellers, distributors, and small-business teaming partners.
- Sound judgment about direct, channel, prime/subcontractor, and teaming models, with the ability to select and execute the right path for a particular agency and opportunity.
- The ability to build credibility with agency executives, program leaders, contracting and procurement officials, security teams, and technical stakeholders—and to align those groups around a shared path forward.
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, account planning, and forecasting skills. You are rigorous about details, procurement milestones, and next steps.
- A passion for public sector work and a belief in the potential of government institutions to improve outcomes for the people they serve.
- Comfort operating with high ownership in an early-stage business: you create structure where it does not yet exist, move with urgency, and collaborate deeply across functions.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience helping launch or scale a public sector business for a high-growth software company.
- Established relationships across Federal civilian agencies, state governments, or the government contractor and systems integrator ecosystem.
- Familiarity with the FAR and related acquisition frameworks, government cloud and security requirements, and the commercial implications of FedRAMP High.
- Experience shaping and closing outcome-based, usage-based, or other nontraditional software agreements in the public sector.
- Experience with AI, conversational systems, customer experience technology, contact centers, or digital government services—and the ability to speak credibly with both mission and technical leaders.
- Experience operating alongside founders or senior executives in high-stakes customer and partner engagements.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
Why this role exists
Higgsfield is one of the fastest-growing generative AI companies in the world. Every generation is a policy decision at scale, and the surface area (NSFW, IP, likeness, anti-fraud, deepfakes, regional law) grows every week. Trust & Safety needs a PM who can turn ambiguous legal, policy, and financial-abuse inputs into shipped systems, not another doc.
What you'll actually do
• Own the T&S product surface end-to-end: classifiers, appeals, user-facing warnings, moderator tooling, enforcement flows.
• Own anti-fraud alongside content safety: multi-account farms, free-trial abuse, refund abuse, chargebacks, prompt-injection cost exploits, reseller wrappers. Fraud is a large and growing share of the T&S problem here.
• Translate legal, policy, and financial-risk requirements into concrete product specs the ML and engineering teams can build against.
• Set thresholds and enforcement policy in partnership with Applied ML: what gets blocked, what gets warned, what gets appealed, and the dollar and reputational tradeoffs behind each choice.
• Run the incident loop when something breaks in production, provider escalations, misuse incidents, fraud spikes, new abuse vectors, and ship the fix.
• Design the metrics that matter: dollars saved from fraud, false-positive cost to legit users, false-negative legal exposure, appeal reversal rate, coverage across new models and markets.
• Work directly with Legal, Applied ML, Backend, Growth, Payments, and external providers to keep our contractual and regulatory obligations current.
Must-haves
1. Founding or early-operator experience. You've spent years trying to build something of your own. You know what it's like to own an outcome when nobody hands you a spec.
2. Shipped T&S, moderation, fraud, risk, or compliance products at scale. You've made real enforcement decisions that affected real users and real money.
3. Comfort with legal, policy, and financial-risk ambiguity. You've worked with counsel, payments providers, or regulators and translated their inputs into product.
4. Strong technical judgment. You can reason about classifier tradeoffs, fraud-detection tradeoffs, threshold selection, and evaluation without needing an engineer to translate.
5. You make decisions in dollars and risk, not opinions. A block rate has a cost, a miss has a cost, a false fraud flag has a cost, you can argue all sides.
Who this is not for
• You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself.
• You want to write strategy docs more than ship enforcement changes.
• You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship weekly, and incidents can compress that to hours.
Nice to have
• Background at a generative AI, UGC platform, marketplace, or fintech risk team in the US, EU, or Asia.
• Direct experience with C2PA, child safety classifiers, IP takedowns, DMCA, GDPR enforcement, chargeback flows, or 3DS.
• Comfort with adversarial abuse patterns and how they evolve.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A seat where your policy call ships to millions of generations the same week
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.
This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.

We are growing our support team at ClickHouse, and we're looking for a Senior Technical Customer Support Engineer, Federal, to serve the specific needs of our U.S. public sector customers, federal agencies, and the contractors and integrators who support them. This role sits within our global Support Engineering team but has a dedicated focus to deliver the same excellent, technically deep support our commercial customers rely on, while meeting the compliance, security, and operational constraints that federal environments require.
You'll be the primary technical point of contact for customers operating ClickHouse in government-authorized environments, triaging and resolving support cases, guiding customers through secure deployment and operational best practices, and partnering closely with our Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to make sure ClickHouse's platform meets the bar federal customers require.
This is a U.S. Persons-only role. Because of the export-control status of the data, systems, and customer environments involved, all candidates must independently qualify as U.S. Persons before being considered. This applies regardless of visa sponsorship status, work authorization, or physical location within the U.S. Beyond this requirement, you'll also need to be prepared to work within the access, communication, and documentation controls that federal engagements demand.
What you will be doing:
- Serving as the primary technical support contact for ClickHouse's U.S. federal and public-sector customers, across cases, chat, Slack, and meetings, consistent with applicable federal communication and data-handling requirements
- Developing solutions based on ClickHouse Cloud and ClickHouse open-source, and sharing them with federal customers and internal teams via documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal runbooks tailored to government deployment patterns
- Guiding customers through deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting within government-authorized environments, including AWS GovCloud-adjacent infrastructure where applicable
- Working closely with our global Support Services, Engineering, Security/Compliance, Product Management, and Go-To-Market teams to represent the requirements of federal customers and help prioritize the roadmap accordingly
- Supporting technical aspects of federal POCs, security questionnaires, and Authority to Operate (ATO)-adjacent evaluations in partnership with Go-To-Market and Security teams
And of course:
- You will deliver excellent customer service as a technical engineer and representative of ClickHouse to our federal customer base. Our Support Engineers provide professional response, on-call coverage, and guidance within required SLAs on technical cases opened via the ticketing system, email, Slack, chat, and/or phone
- You will build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners, including government program stakeholders and the systems integrators and resellers who support them
What you bring along:
- Required: U.S. Person status, as defined above and verified during the interview process prior to any offer
- Technical breadth and depth in ClickHouse open-source or ClickHouse Cloud, or in domains relevant to ClickHouse, such as SQL databases, OLAP, cloud-native SaaS, and distributed systems
- Previous technical experience in roles such as Support Engineer, Consultant, Database Administrator, Site Reliability Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, and/or Systems Engineer
- Proven experience developing familiarity with the operational and compliance realities of federal IT environments (e.g., FedRAMP, DOD IL, AWS GovCloud, air-gapped or sovereign-cloud deployments)
- Strong communication skills, sound judgment around sensitive data handling
- A mindset of teamwork, empathy, and solving challenging problems under the additional rigor that government customers require
- You are self-driven, curious, and eager to continuously learn and grow
Bonus points:
- Prior experience supporting federal, state/local/education (SLED), or other public-sector customers in a technical support, TAM, or solutions engineering capacity
- Experience with FedRAMP-authorized services, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or equivalent sovereign/air-gapped cloud environments
- An active or recently active U.S. government security clearance (not required, but a plus for future-facing work with more sensitive agencies)
- Experience with ClickHouse
- Experience with OSS and open-source technologies, as a user, community member, or contributor
- Experience with data pipelines such as Kafka, Kinesis, Spark, RabbitMQ, or others
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Role
As Head of Legal, you will serve as Niantic Spatial's primary legal advisor and build the legal function from the ground up. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, People, Security, and the executive team to negotiate strategic commercial agreements, advise on legal and regulatory matters, and establish practical processes that enable the business to move quickly. We are looking for a strong business partner who helps accelerate the company while managing risk.
This is a foundational role. You will set the legal operating model, own our most complex commercial relationships, and be a trusted voice at the leadership table — balancing legal rigor with the practical judgment a fast-moving company requires. Reporting to our CEO or President and COO, you will shape both the legal strategy and the organization that executes it as Niantic Spatial scales.
What You'll Do
Serve as the Company's Legal Partner
- Advise executive leadership on legal, strategic, and business matters.
- Provide practical, risk-balanced guidance that enables informed business decisions.
- Partner across every function to embed legal thinking into day-to-day operations.
Lead Commercial Contracting
- Own the negotiation and execution of enterprise customer, partner, supplier, reseller, technology, licensing, and data agreements.
- Partner with GTM to accelerate contract execution while protecting the company's interests.
- Develop standard agreements, negotiation playbooks, fallback language, and contracting best practices that improve efficiency and consistency.
- Support strategic partnerships and complex commercial transactions.
Guide Corporate & Strategic Matters
- Manage corporate governance, Board support, and corporate records.
- Act as legal lead on corporate matters, including financing transactions.
- Support acquisitions, investments, strategic partnerships, and other corporate initiatives as the company grows.
Drive Compliance & Risk Management
- Advise on privacy, AI governance, intellectual property, export controls, data licensing, and emerging regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Security, Engineering, and Product to address customer compliance obligations and public sector requirements.
- Develop practical legal policies, approval frameworks, and governance processes that scale with the business.
Build the Legal Function
- Establish the legal operating model, including processes, systems, templates, and outside counsel management.
- Create scalable legal operations that improve speed, consistency, and visibility.
- Manage wide-ranging patent and trademark portfolios to protect company intellectual property.
- Help define the long-term legal strategy and organization as Niantic Spatial continues to grow.
Manage Legal Disputes
- Respond to formal and alleged disputes initiated by third parties using cost-effective counsel.
- Drive litigation strategy.
- Provide risk assessments and status updates to the C-suite.
What You'll Bring
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar, or the ability to register as in-house counsel in California.
- 8+ years of combined law firm and in-house legal experience, with meaningful exposure to high-growth technology companies.
- Significant experience negotiating complex enterprise technology and commercial agreements — including software licensing, SaaS, AI, data, and technology transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a broad range of legal matters with sound business judgment and without requiring extensive outside counsel support for routine matters.
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property, privacy, and regulatory frameworks relevant to AI and technology businesses.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization — including executive leadership and the Board.
- A practical, collaborative approach that balances legal risk with business objectives and earns trust as a partner, not a gatekeeper.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting AI, machine learning, robotics, geospatial, cloud infrastructure, or developer platform companies.
- Experience with government contracting, public sector procurement, or defense customers.
- Familiarity with global privacy laws, AI governance frameworks, and international commercial transactions.
- Experience building or leading a legal function within a startup or scaling technology company.
In Your First Year
Within your first year, you will have:
- Become a trusted legal advisor to the executive leadership team and a credible voice at the leadership table.
- Meaningfully reduced commercial contract cycle times through improved processes, templates, and negotiation playbooks.
- Established scalable legal operations, including systems, policies, and governance frameworks, that enable business growth while managing risk.
- Built strong, trusted partnerships across Sales, Product, Finance, Security, People, and Engineering.
- Developed an effective outside counsel strategy that delivers high-quality legal support while managing spend.
- Created a legal function that is viewed as a business enabler - known for accelerating decisions, not slowing them down.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is $270,000 –$340,000 per year. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and more.
Location & Work Model
This role is based in our San Francisco, CA office with a minimum of 4 days per week in office.
Inclusive Application
We know the strongest candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed — you may be exactly who we're looking for.
Equal Opportunity
Niantic Spatial is an equal opportunity employer. Individuals seeking employment at Niantic Spatial are considered without regard to race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, creed, age, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding or related medical conditions), marital status, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military or veteran status, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, or any other protected category under applicable laws.
Japan is one of the most sophisticated enterprise technology markets in the world, and one where partners, not vendors, typically own the customer relationship. The Head of Partnerships, Japan will build and lead the team that makes Anthropic's partner ecosystem the primary route to Japanese enterprise.
You will set the partner strategy for Japan, develop the team that executes it, and own the partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue and attach rate for the country. You will personally lead our most strategic partner relationships at the executive level while coaching your team to do the same across the GSI, regional SI, and reseller landscape.
This is a player-coach role for an experienced partner leader who has built and scaled partner businesses in Japan before, ideally for a US technology company entering or growing in the market. You will work day to day with the Japan sales leadership and the in-region Applied AI team, represent Japan within Anthropic's International Partnerships organisation, and carry the voice of Japanese partners and customers into our global product and go-to-market decisions.
Key responsibilities
Lead and build the team
Hire, develop and retain a high-performing Japan partner team spanning GSI, regional SI and reseller coverage, sized and structured to the market opportunity
Set clear goals, territories and partner portfolios for each team member, and hold the team accountable to pipeline, revenue and attach-rate outcomes
Establish the team's operating cadence: one-on-ones, weekly pipeline reviews, deal inspection, partner QBRs and quarterly business planning
Coach the team on executive engagement, joint business planning and co-selling in Japanese enterprise accounts, and model those behaviours personally
Set and own the Japan partner strategy
Define which partner segments, partners and motions Anthropic prioritises in Japan, and in what sequence, based on revenue potential, customer reach and strategic fit
Design the partner coverage model across our partner landscape (NTT DATA, Fujitsu, NEC, Hitachi, Accenture and others), and where we go deep vs. broad.
Localise Anthropic's global partner program for Japan, including tiers, incentives, enablement paths and rules of engagement, and feed Japan requirements back into the global program design
Own the annual and quarterly partner business plan for Japan and report on it to International Partnerships leadership
Lead our most strategic partnerships
Own the executive relationships with Anthropic's most consequential partners in Japan, from joint business planning through to board-level sponsorship on both sides
Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, including resale, co-development and revenue-sharing constructs, working with Legal, Finance and Deal Desk
Lead the creation of joint solutions and industry offerings with partner practices in manufacturing, financial services, retail, telecommunications, life sciences and the public sector
Own partner pipeline, revenue and attach rate
Carry the Japan partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue targets, and the partner attach-rate target, for the team
Run a disciplined forecast with the team and with Japan sales leadership, ensuring partner deals are registered, progressed and closed with predictability
Decide where to deploy partner investments (market development funds, enablement, co-marketing, headcount) for the highest return
Build the reporting and systems hygiene that gives International Partnerships and Anthropic leadership a clear, trusted view of the Japan partner business
Represent Japan and drive cross-functional execution
Act as the single point of accountability for the partner business in Japan with Japan sales leadership, the Applied AI organisation, Marketing, Legal and Product
Ensure Japanese partner and customer requirements, including language, data residency, security and sovereignty needs, are understood and prioritised by global product and engineering teams
Partner with the Japan sales leader to embed partners into account planning and co-selling for the country's priority accounts
Resolve channel conflict between direct sales, SIs and resellers, and set the rules of engagement that keep the ecosystem healthy as it grows
Be the face of Anthropic's partner ecosystem in Japan
Represent Anthropic at partner executive forums, industry conferences and analyst engagements related to the partner ecosystem
Sponsor the development of Japanese customer success stories, delivered with partners, that resonate with Japanese enterprise buyers
Build Anthropic's reputation as the partner-first AI company in Japan through the way your team shows up every day
Minimum qualifications
Experience in enterprise technology, with a substantial portion leading partner, alliances or channel businesses in Japan
People leadership experience over partner or alliance teams, with a track record of hiring, developing and retaining strong performers
Direct experience building a partner business in Japan for a US or global technology company, ideally through a period of rapid growth or market entry (hyperscaler, enterprise SaaS, data or AI platform)
Proven ownership of partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets at a country or regional level, with the forecasting discipline to match
Established executive relationships with Japan's major system integrators, consulting firms, and a reputation they would vouch for
Experience negotiating complex partnership structures: resale agreements, joint solution development, and revenue-sharing or incentive models
Demonstrated ability to operate as a player-coach, personally owning strategic relationships while building a team that scales beyond you
Comfort shaping strategy in ambiguity and turning it into an operating plan, while working closely with global teams in other time zones
Business-level fluency in Japanese and English, and the cultural fluency to move between Japanese enterprise norms and a fast-moving US company
Based in Tokyo
Preferred qualifications
15 to 20+ years in enterprise technology leading partner, alliances or channel businesses in Japan and 5+ years of people leadership over partner or alliance teams
Experience with AI, data or cloud platform partnerships specifically, including partner-built solutions and marketplace motions
Experience on the partner side, inside a Japanese SI or distributor, and an understanding of how those organisations make decisions
Experience localising a global partner program for Japan and influencing its design
Experience working alongside professional services or applied AI teams to deliver partner-led customer outcomes
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

As a Channel Partner Manager for Korea, you will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships with both System Integrators (SIs) and resellers to accelerate the adoption of our solutions in the Korean market. You will work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and Korea's unique business ecosystem, helping partners integrate our products into their solution portfolios and joint go-to-market strategies.
As a Channel Partner Manager, you will focus on growing the partner Anthropic reseller and services business in Korea and achieving quarterly revenue and partner attach targets through new customers and upsells. You'll be the local owner of these partner relationships in Korea. Our partners will look to you for everything that makes the channel work day to day from initial onboarding to deal registration, enablement, billing and contracting questions, escalations. Our internal teams will look to you for what is happening in the market, how partners are driving new opportunities and growth within existing customers. You'll work closely with the local sales team and the central program team, co-selling on partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities and managing direct versus partner conflict as deals arise. Strong business creation skills are needed to identify joint value propositions and explore co-selling models. Much of the process for running the channel in Korea doesn't exist yet, and building it will be a large part of the job in the first year. While revenue contribution is the key metric, building scalable partner engagement and executing joint initiatives are crucial for consistent growth.
This is an early role in a new market for a program we expect to grow well beyond its first two countries. The habits you establish with our first partners in Korea will shape how the program works everywhere else.
Key responsibilities
Own the day-to-day relationships with Anthropic's strategic resellers and system integrators in Korea, acting as their primary local point of contact, including billing, contracting and general queries
Own deal registration and pipeline discipline with partners, making sure registrations are submitted and validated, conflicts are cleared, and named end-customer reporting is complete on every deal
Forecast and report partner pipeline and performance against the quarterly revenue and partner attach targets, and own the Korea channel number with the central program team
Negotiate resale agreements and commercial terms with partners alongside the central program team and Legal
Co-sell with the local account team on partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities, and manage direct versus partner conflict as deals arise
Develop and execute business plans with System Integrators and strategic resellers to drive mutual growth and revenue targets
Build and maintain executive-level relationships within Korean partner organizations, navigating complex organizational structures and decision-making processes
Support partner onboarding end to end, from diligence and agreement execution through readiness ahead of launch, including for partners who join the program after launch
Coordinate partner certification and enablement with the central enablement lead, including Korean-language delivery and ongoing recertification
Manage Anthropic's counterpart relationships with the cloud hyperscalers AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure in Korea, including the Marketplace private offer motion that reseller deals run through
Work with the central program team on program governance, margin mechanics, and escalations, and build the local processes and working rhythms the channel needs where none exist yet, feeding what you learn from partners back to the program team
Run regular business reviews and QBRs with each partner against the joint plan
Own partner co-marketing in Korea, agreeing a joint marketing plan with each partner and Channel Marketing, funding it through MDF where it qualifies, and delivering the announcements, campaigns, webinars and events that turn the partnership into pipeline
Minimum qualifications
Experience managing channel or reseller partner relationships in enterprise software or cloud
Experience working with large Korean systems integrators or cloud managed service providers, and an understanding of how partner-led selling works in Korean enterprise, public sector, and financial services accounts
Working knowledge of channel program mechanics such as deal registration and partner tiering
Full professional fluency in Korean and professional working proficiency in English, written and spoken, including the ability to deliver enablement to partners in Korean
Comfort joining a new program early: hands-on, structured, and able to build process where none exists yet
Are excited about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Preferred qualifications
Experience with cloud marketplace resale, particularly AWS Marketplace private offers, or with AWS partner teams more generally
Familiarity with margin and rebate mechanics in a partner program
Experience bringing existing, informal partner activity into a structured program, or joining a partner program at or before launch
Experience on the systems integrator or managed service provider side of a vendor relationship, as well as the vendor side
Familiarity with how enterprises and public sector organizations in Korea are evaluating and adopting AI
